and you know it's like a week on the road doing things and yeah, you're making connections and deals and having fun, but there's a lot of stuff that you miss out as well. Like,
you know, markets are moving and tokens are launching and, you know, things are going on.
It's hard to, it's hard to stay on top of that when you're physically at a conference or at
side events. So, you know, there's a, it's good to be back and get caught up. And, you know,
it was interesting to see Bitcoin and the market, get caught up and, you know, it was interesting
to see Bitcoin and the market move a little bit positive during the conference. But then I noticed
unless it just jumped back up, it, it settled back down like high 93s or 94 or whatnot, but you know,

doing pretty nice on this I have been farming the liquidity for about three
days so far I made like twelve dollars in the last three days so I don't know
like four bucks a day five bucks a day depending on the market
market cap just overall of crypto and basically what I did was I took some of
my coins in my portfolio which I already owned that I wasn't planning on selling
or letting go you know extremely quickly and I decided to create a pairing on Meteora for people that are unfamiliar it's M E T E O R A
dot AG double-check that because I'm not a great speller anyways Meteora dot AG is a website which
has all sorts of different liquidity pools it's very similar to radium and lots of tokens launch
on the Solana network through meteora so
basically what I did was take Solana that I had in my wallet about three four
point nine Solana and then about seven hundred fifty dollars worth of USDC
paired the tokens together because Solana is obviously dropping in market cap people are ditching their bags so from
4.9 I've accumulated 7.9 Solana almost double my bag in Solana my USDC token
allocation went down just a little bit and that's understandable as the market
kind of digressed but the fees that I generated overall like I said have been
about four dollars a day for fifty five dollars a day which is pretty cool if you
did this with a substantial amount of money or just did this over a long
course of time collecting four dollars a day doesn't seem like much but a
compounded 365 days it's like 1500 bucks doing that for like five years is like
7300 bucks plus the compound interest that you incur so that's without compound interest i'm
just doing some figures off the top of my head um that's one way that i think in a choppy market
that people don't necessarily have to own the tokens or own the memes that want to collect some dividends.
So, Mike, if you think that there's a really popular pair, you can go out there and you can farm it and you can provide liquidity.
I'm surprised Scott and people that have some bigger bags are not a lot more invested into this kind of strategy of investing because it's very profitable.

So I have a strategy that's been working over the years and doing pretty good.

know i probably lost crypto fucking over like steady over the last 10 years with sites going
down and random shit i'm lucky like that luna that luna black swan event i'm like the only one
who made money off of it i arbitraged the fuck out of it and uh and and made a whole bunch of
money in like like four hours and i feel bad even saying that because pretty much everyone I know lost,
lost a ton of money. But like after that shit, I'm like, you know, and then see FTX and everything
else. But that's, like I said, that's just me. There's so many ways that you can, if you have
your finger on the pulse and you're watching it and you're, you know, you're monitoring your stuff
and you're not just setting and forgetting, then I'd be more inclined to do these things.
But a lot of people set and forget.
And when they set and forget, shit happens.

I set and forget USDT and cake on PancakeSwap for years.
It's been like four years and I found a wallet.

But I have crypto. One of the safer pairings is USD and Solana because it's one is a fucking stable coin.
And as long as you're not trying to dump your soul and you want to accumulate it until it gets to like 200 or 400 or maybe even 800, you're in no rush.
um you're in no rush so you could put like 500 dollars worth of usdc and then end up with like
10 soul and you're like fuck it i'll take the 10 soul it's like you dollar cost averaged into it
as people decided to dump it and then you still made fees on top of that so you could literally
use the extra soul and usdc that you make to just buy more sole or just keep it in USDC
because one of the pairings is going to be higher eventually as time progresses.
It's not going to stay paired up totally even.
I put in 750 of each and now there's more Solana than there is USDC.
But because of that, and I'm in no rush to sell i'm able to make money and i think
that's pretty exciting for people that are just new to the market that want safer place you won't
lose money on that you you could have impermanent loss but like i said if you're playing the long
game on soul it's impossible to lose mikey your mic's open you have a question oh no i just wanted to add uh that uh i've heard both
stories from staking the nightmare and the and the good providing liquidity okay yeah it's different
i was just grouping them all together basically for me i'm just saying anything where i'm putting
like what i already have out in hopes of you, some sort of like set it and forget it
kind of return or whatnot. I'm like, eh, like, and I won't lie. Like I have like right now,
just because it's down and I've had it forever. Um, after last cycle, I, I bonded all my polka
dot. Right. So I have like a dumb amount of polka dot. So every day I just get, you know,
dot. So hopefully if it, you know, goes so hopefully if it you know goes back up to you know
it should you know 20 plus or whatever i probably accumulated like a thousand or two thousand dot
just in rewards over the last few years so that that was like the only thing but the one thing i
have on that is like i have that bonded through a cold wallet and it's a three-week unbonding thing
so i'm not even comfortable
with that. Like I have to be, you can, you can catch out at any time when you're, when your
liquidity. Oh no. Yeah. With the liquidity, I guess that was back in June and July, everyone,
we were doing a lot of that. I wasn't necessarily, I mean, I did a tiny bit just out of, you know,
to help out, but, um, but a lot of people were doing that. And, and still like, I do think,
you know, like you said, it's a, it's a great way to make money.
And, you know, there's, you don't like, look at the fact of the matter is, is if any of
them were crashing or anybody was getting fucked, you'd hear, you'd hear about it instantly
across Twitter and stuff like that.
And we haven't heard anything in a long time of any major black swan events or even you know anybody any sites or
anything getting hacked there's been a few little things but we haven't heard anything major you

important. If you're a project manager, if you want to manage your treasury, your project,
anything like that, understand liquidity pools. There's the levels that it can help your project,
just manage candles, manage pumps, manage the treasury, and not in a bad way.
There's obviously a lot of projects out there that go the wrong route and try to farm their own followers and community and stuff for fees and whatnot.
But when you're doing it in a transparent way that you're adding back to the chart, you're building floors.
So whether you're an investor or you're involved in a project, liquidity pools are very important.
And just hit all the basics.
You know, when you're talking about, you know, do your research.
There's a couple tidbits that Doodle mentioned.
He mentioned impairment loss.
So that's another thing.
But this stuff is real.
