I've been building a lot of different stuff.
19 right now. So I started programming in COVID 2020 just on a bunch of random stuff, and sort of found myself
working with AI in like the last one year, year and a half, especially after ChatGBT launched,
a lot of new opportunities, new stuff, everything is, everything is changing really fast.
And I knew I wanted to build something in it. And so I decided to build Ninja Chat around seven months ago.
And the goal of it was essentially that all of these AIs,
there's hundreds of AI models out there,
but all of it is fragmented.
You have like ChatGBT in one place,
you have perplexity in one place,
you have an image generator subscription in one place.
And people are spending, you know, a ton of money per month on, you know, random AI tools on completely different websites.
And so we figured that if we are able to integrate everything in one place with an easy to use interface, then a lot of people will enjoy liking it.
And that's what we're we're seeing a lot of people are are uh enjoying it and it's been pretty fun that's fucking unreal man holy shit

So what's this launch platform?
How'd you get connected to it?
How did a kid like you that's building a tech product ai product get involved
yeah so yeah so really great question launch uh launches believes product and so believe
is founded by ben pasternak um he was working on something else before and he recently pivoted to Believe only a few weeks ago.
And we sort of were talking much before that, like a month or two before that, about actually some angel investment stuff.
And then we decided to sort of not pursue that for a variety of reasons, but we stayed in touch.
And he was, you know, working on Believe.
His thesis is essentially that venture capital and angel investments will sort of reduce in the future and people won't need as much money to build products.
Just because how fast AI is evolving right now.
It's making things much more efficient and people can build products like anyone who doesn't know
how to code right now can can, you know, spend a week, spend two weeks and build a product if you
actually put your head down using chat GBT or using any of these AI tools. And so his thesis is sort of very bullish on AI. And I really liked that.
And he, you know, recommended that I launch on Believe, decided to do that around one week ago,
I think I was probably the eighth or ninth person to launch on Believe and been pretty good results since then.
And, you know, Believe is a very, very good platform.
I would say it's still in the early days.
A lot of mechanics have to be, you know, figured out how to make sure that founders are incentivized to be around for the long term.
But we are like definitely pretty excited we're glad we
launched on believe glad uh we we sort of got this introduction to crypto through believe and um yeah
that is gangster hold on hold on hold on that epic. Oh, shit. My mic fucking input's so loud.

um and the way i think about it and i'm not endorsing anything to anyone i i really like
sid i really like him as a kid and i see him as a trustworthy guy and i'm like such a low market
cap such a low risk trade like this kid's really building something and who knows what he could do for me a year from now and i i loaded my own bag like right now with him while i'm playing this song
i'm like oh my god um sid you said something to me earlier about ninja you're being able to pay
for subscription in uh with ninja token yeah yeah exactly so i just added this yesterday you can actually sign up on ninja chat and you
can connect your solana wallet and you can pay through ninja token and you get 25 off when you
purchase a subscription with ninja token which is pretty cool we're i would say one of the first
wed two products to integrate uh crypto into us into software. And so we're going to be burning
to start 10% of all revenue that comes from Ninja Token. And in the future, we're probably going
to increase that sort of just set a baseline to see how it goes. And really excited to have crypto
involved in our software. I think that given that like we're a pretty early adopter given
that we're a web2 product um i think that hopefully a lot of people see the value in it
and uh yeah wow well i see the value in it already and i think that uh a competitor like that is
it's really really good to see man it's really good to see um ninja ninja to the moon
bro so so how how exactly are you making 40k a month in revenue yeah so started out so we started
this uh seven eight months ago uh we completely started with influencer marketing. So we spent, I would say, two or 3k in the first month.
And that generated, I would say 2x return. So that sort of got us our initial 5 to 6k revenue
the first month. And since then, we've took that strategy. And we've essentially built up a team of
people who contact influencers every single day. We contact hundreds
of influencers through DMs, emails, and we try to get the best rate. And, you know, they promote
our product. They end up probably being a user of our product since a lot of people just like us
in the AI space. And we've developed quite a lot of long term partnerships with some good AI
influencers over the past few months, which has been pretty, pretty good. Because what we're
seeing right now is a decent amount of GPT wrappers are popping up. But everyone is just sort of
running around and they're really low quality. But what we've done is since we have a good quality product and uh we're we want to be here for for the long term we've said to these creators that
hey we'll pay you more as long as you only work with us and uh that's worked out to be pretty
well so majority of the revenue i would say is from influencers uh we've done a decent amount
of organic marketing you can look up ninja chat on
on instagram we have 30 or 40 000 followers and that's been pretty good too um and uh we're you
know trying to scale a lot past here our our goal is much higher and and hopefully uh hit it dude
without a doubt without a doubt you love to see it. Um,

So I've been working on this for seven seven eight months so far um plan with the project
is you know keep building it for some better context i'm actually building an ai holding
company so what we're doing is we see a lot of opportunity in ai right now to build multiple
different products to fill certain gaps and so uh the link to the holding company is in my bio it's called balloon ai and so
we have ninja chat in the portfolio right now we have photo genius uh we have an ai study tool and
we have a few other things and so the goal with this is essentially you know keep building these
products keep mass distributing distributing it to tons of people and grow it as fast as possible.
I think that especially with AI moving right now, there's a ton of small gaps.
Like we saw the gap that there's no all-in-one solution with an easy-to-use interface.
So we decided to build that.
And we're just continuing to see a lot more of these gaps.
And that's why we sort of set up this holding company
so that we can, you know, spawn a new product whenever we want, and we can distribute it to
millions of people. Oh, that's incredible. And I'm seeing your coin. It's almost a 2x since we
got in here, which is crazy. It's at 320k. Dude, you're doing a good job and i think that how are you gonna

why we're able to do quite a lot with a small team is because AI has given us a lot of leverage, right?
We're able to automate a bunch of our emails being sent to these influencers through AI.
We can send personalized emails to hundreds of influencers a day just by setting up a small script using AI.

And then also engineering has gotten,
I would say like 10X more efficient
in the last one year because AI,
I mean, probably said like AI quite a lot of times,
but I think it's already changed quite a lot of things.
A lot of people are lagging behind
and that's probably why some people haven't seen,

But pretty soon, like a lot of stuff is is going to change and um i think it's for the better i think we're going to be seeing a lot more quality products because people have more leverage because
you know small teams like myself uh just me and two other people can can build up stuff like this okay yeah that's i mean that's that's what you
like to hear from a guy that's that's working that's working hard on this i mean dude i have
one thing to tell you and that's uh

is connected to the internet and so you go on our website, you select search, you can say compare Bitcoin
and Solana, and it'll show the live chart of both of them and compare it. And it'll use AI to take,
you know, news sources, it'll take tweets from the internet, it'll, you know, try to get as much
information as possible. And it'll give you a proper analysis of what you should buy uh what's the market sentiment
etc and you can do the same thing with you know publicly traded companies as well you can do
you know like compare apple and compare nvidia and you can see the ai pretty much analyzing these
stocks for you and you would otherwise you know a bunch of really wealthy people you know hire
these people hire fund managers for them.
They pay them hundreds of thousands of dollars a year.
But we've built, you know, the platform where anyone can, you know, spend, you know, 10 bucks a month, 11 bucks a month.
And you can ask a question and you can get the real analysis using sources that are grounded with the internet um which i think is pretty cool
and we're going to be working on that crypto uh you know ai analysis feature a lot more i think uh
