I was in 15 at one point that were all active.
Now only four are active.
I want to see something. I want to see something. Yeah. Tensions is definitely rising. You know what the best thing is? Andrew's going
to laugh at this. There were so many people hating on Pokemon collectibles even before that become became relevant you know punk pudgy penguins came out

You niggas better behave.
All that pumping up your chest.
All that talk about the best.
You know how sticky it gets yeah by the way if you guys are still like if you're brand new or i don't know how the
fuck you're brand new in this market if you you just came to Crypto Twitter in the last month or two, you probably already left.
So, but if you are new, welcome to Web3 Exposed.
Let's get it.
Mic check.
Should have mic checked earlier, to be honest.
Hopefully you guys can hear me.
Yeah, throw an emoji or something.
Okay, great. That means somebody can hear me.
Awesome. Splendid. Fucking splendid. So while we wait for some of the guests to pull up, we already have a few. Shout out to Andrew, Dyla, Warren for coming through today. Appreciate you
guys. Everyone's been, everyone, everyone here has been cooking, so I'm excited to hear
what's on everyone's minds. But I'll just preface my little monologue with actually no... I drank
coffee today, but this is fresh. There's no energy drink in my system. Maybe there will be in 45
seconds, but right now there's not. But I'm hot. I'm going to just come out and say this is...
um but i'm hot i'm gonna just come out and say like this is uh like where were we at like 60
thousand dollar bitcoin whatever like five years ago we didn't have anything compared to what we
have when it comes to like utility services programs products you know let alone crypto rails
uh when people irl that i see around town that are not really
here, like on Twitter, like us or whatever, ask me how crypto is doing. And I mentioned this
yesterday. I always say it's cool. And, uh, and, and it's like, I'm neutral. Yeah. When the markets
are pumping. Yeah. I'm like, I'm probably getting extra guacamole on my Chipotle bowl and stuff
like that. But like, it's, it's i'm like yo this is not
about price anymore like this shit works there's shit working like you have real things that have
been around for 5 10 20 30 40 years now uh commenting and like involving crypto rails right
um perfect example a lot of you guys know that, you know,
I helped BZ go zero to one. I've been with BZ for almost three years now. I just did 60 million this
quarter in revenue. And don't get me wrong. Obviously it's because of the, you know,
fanatics of people that are into collectibles and people love to chant. So they like to play the
claw. A lot of it is also from people buying
off the marketplace, but like that at one point was like a, an idea, right? Real world assets,
meaning basically assets that we know that is our real and real life on chain. And now it's like a
normal convo, right? I think token America is going to be next week here in Miami. I'm going
to go to that, see what they're talking about, but all this stuff, and I get it, you know, you may not be banking on your trades and I get it.
Trump coin, literally, that was like the last time we ever had some real fun with meme coins,
I feel like, but you know, I'm going to just triple down this forever, especially in a bear
market, man, like go deep into what you are really really into. And if you love being here in this space,
then stay here. But double down on what you're really into so you can feel like you can stick
around. Because I see so many people like, oh, I'm burnt out. I lost money. Leave, go do a job
they fucking hate. And then completely just let go of the space. If you live in the US,
and then completely just let go of the space.
If you live in the US, newsflash,
middle class now is considered somebody making,
I think, $5,000 a month.
And to be honest, that's not shit.
If you have a husband, a wife, a kid,
maybe by yourself, but even then,
so what am I trying to say here?
You have to, you should be investing.
So anyway, I'm not trying to get on a hole. Welcome to the show. I mentioned in the community post a little earlier that anybody that has any good questions or topics that they want to hear about, comment it, and then if I choose your question or topic, I will be sending you some Solana.
I will be sending you some Solana. Because I'm not going to lie, there was a time where
there was like a good three or four things to talk about. There's so many sectors and niches
and angles. And I actually like it now because everybody has split up into what they're really
into. Some people are still lost. But yeah, I'm excited to kind of jump into today. We have some
people coming through to talk markets, talk analysis analysis i really think that we're going to continue to just stay in this range for a while you know i
think this rest of the year towards the fourth quarter we're just kind of hang right here
especially as this weird shit happens with trump talking and not talking and then war and then no
war and oil this and blah blah blah like so. Like, so, you know, definitely not selling, definitely not
deploying everything, right? Definitely still DCAing. I think that's the best thing anybody
could ever do. But, um, yeah, let's jump, let's jump into it. First, I'm going to go to Dyla
because I'm sure I only have so much time with her today. So I'm taking advantage. First of all,
first of all diala how's your day going happy thursday appreciate you coming through
Dyla, how's your day going? Happy Thursday. Appreciate you coming through.
damn hey gmgm thanks for the invite um day's going good it's been a yappy day um so you
messaged me i'm like fuck it we're gonna keep yapping then um so um yeah glad to glad to be
here i hadn't been in spaces for a minute and like i'm just getting back into the rhythm and
and honestly like kind of rediscovering what I used to love about spaces.
I feel like we're kind of a little bit in a Renaissance lately where people are like getting
back to having real conversations and stuff like that. So, um, yeah, absolutely had to come through
to expose first, obviously. You, I totally agree with that. And, and, you know, I took a break the,
this, this whole beginning of this year, I'd done a few spaces, but nowhere compared to what I'm used to.
And now I'm kind of getting back in the swing of things.
And at first it was really because December burns me out every year for the last three plus years.
So boom, just burned out from that.
I needed a break.
But then I came back in January and I'm like, I was like, I think I need to take longer.
And it's not that I'm not locked in or tuned into what's happening because I'm trading. I'm like, I was like, I think I need to take longer. And it's not that I'm not locked in or
like tuned into what's happening because I'm trading, I'm still involved. I'm still like
seeing what's happening. Just not being just vocal, right? As vocal. And sometimes just
listening. Sometimes just listening is okay. And what I've gathered this entire time is,
you know, we're at a full circle moment with our space, in my opinion.
I think it takes anything that's brand new, that's being pioneered, it takes a good five
years minimum before it starts to remold itself. So like at one point, you know, we would put all
these NFT founders on a pedestal, even influencers and KOLs on a pedestal that now, and this is not to shit on anybody or anything,
but now most of those same people are literally doing nothing of value and or already ran through
the money they've generated in that time. And I'm talking about millions of dollars.
And for somebody else like, oh, why do you care about somebody running through millions of dollars broke, because this is literally an opportunity of a lifetime. And we have such a goldmine here. And so I just, it's just a
reminder because it was people I seen people give up at one point, y'all, I can't be the next Frank.
I'm not doing that. I can't be the next Bordy Apes. I'm not, or whatever excuse,
fill in whatever excuse. Oh, I'm not as good as luca i'm not guys like
like and and respectfully whatever like you know the names and mentioned actually are all still
doing fine and well i'm sure but again it's just like this is why it's so important to really
really lock in on on what you're into and not just be as a group think. I was a group thinker at one point. I had a strong case
of Stockholm syndrome at one point, guys. I get it. I fucking understand. But yeah, I agree with
you, Dial. I think the combos are becoming more interesting again. I'm not doubting something
crazy happens, some sort of liquidity suction in the next
couple of months, just cause I feel like we're due for one, but Hey, I mean, we need to feel
something, right.
Um, any, anything crazy that you feel like you, you think that people aren't talking
about enough that you've noticed in the last couple of months, cause I know you're still
active and you, you do a lot with abstract and everything, like anything that you think
kind of is not getting the airtime time it deserves yeah for sure i mean yeah i'm still on the abstract team and and you
know it's on any chain it's been a rough ride but lately we've been doing a lot of of different
things and like building in more support for agents and and what it's had is like a really
surprising effect is we've kind of like this little sub community has like formed of
people who have never like experienced with like building ever on chain. And we're kind of creating
the space for it's like, you don't have to know what you're doing. We could figure it out together.
You can ask the questions. And I think in web three, we've always had this tendency where we
don't want to, we don't want to be the person in the room who doesn't understand what's going on, right? Like it's been this very like, okay, well, I've got a front, like I know what everything I'm talking
about or nobody's going to take me seriously. And I think we're noticing that people are giving each
other a little grace and we can't keep just muscling people out of the space just because
they don't have the answer to every little thing.
And we don't make the room for people to ask questions and say, I'm new at this.
I have no fucking clue how to start this.
Where do I start?
And so like, I'm really liking that.
I'm really liking people who aren't necessarily builders saying, I don't have to build anything
crazy significant now, but I can experiment and see how this stuff works and really discover what they're loving about the tech. And I think even for myself, like for a
while, I lost that passion because it was about the hype. And I love the connection with people
and even like the IRL stuff. But sometimes you do have to take a step back from that and remember
what we're here for. And it is a global industry
and it is technology that's, that's emerging. And we have a really unique community where it's
global and, and you have access to all these resources and people who can actually teach you
things that you could never learn, um, in the web two space. So it's given me like a moment for
pause and allowed me to like rediscover that passion for like, I'm in, I'm in a dope ass industry. I'm at the foundation of something that's going to be, you know,
the future of tech and finance and what my kids are going to be experiencing. And so like,
I think that kind of thing is, I'm hoping that people are starting to feel that as much as I am,
it's getting me excited to talk about the tech again. Um, you know, for so
long, we were talking about numbers and price action and what the flex is, but like, I'm,
I'm really loving the, the retrace back to like what we're actually doing and just like the roots
of what blockchain is all about. Bro, beautifully said. So nicely said. Um, I think the, the whole thing too, with like, just in general, like you
mentioned AI, like abstract and like, what do you, what do you, what are you guys doing over there?
What are you guys cooking? Oh yeah. So we've, I mean, I mean, we just launched like a bunch of
different egenic support, um, uh, ERC 8005, uh, which is like, uh, uh, egenic support. ERC 8005, which is like a genetic validation.
ERC 8183, which is a standard for egenic commerce,
enables like autonomous agents to execute transactions and stuff like that.
We just, native MMP support is now live on abstract. So, um, just being able to, just being able to have that
facilitate building. And I didn't, I, these are things that I didn't even think you could do on
blockchain. And like, you know, a month or two ago, there was the whole thing with Claude and
open claw. And, you know, for as much as a lot of people like to front and say like, Oh, I'm going
to buy my Mac mini. I'm going to, I'm going to build, I'm going to do much as a lot of people like to front and say like, oh, I'm going to buy my Mac mini. I'm going to I'm going to build. I'm going to do this.
A lot of people did it for show and didn't do much with it, like keeping it a buck or like they did it because there's like, OK, I want to have just enough to create content and drum up engagement because this is what's hot right now.
And so seeing it evolve and now like, you know, we've kind of evolved to now where like people are using like Hermes and stuff like that where it's more efficient than that.
And experimenting that way, like I'm building like a little game for myself and I would have never thought that I could build a game.
I would have never had the confidence to even think about doing that kind of thing.
think about doing that kind of thing and and being able to have the rails on blockchain and to have
the community that says like oh my gosh like this is something like I can play around with and I
don't have to be an expert I just have to figure out what I like about it and what's useful for me
what applies to what I'm doing in my life and mess around with it um some incredible products are coming out. I mean, Jonah's right there, his being one of them
for the clipping, which is an incredible product. And I was lucky enough to get a view of it. And
I hope he has a chance to talk about it himself. But seeing people being able to build in this
really unique way, in ways that can actually give this resurgence to this space, elevate the space and
give us these new tools that we don't have in the outside world. I think that's a really cool and
special thing. And I am grateful that abstract is facilitating that I don't see a lot of chains
doing that. That's not to say there aren't, I just don't have the visibility. But I'm glad that
abstract is taking a more forward approach and saying if this is the way tech is going
Then we need to make sure that we're we have something on our chain to facilitate that
Well, really well said yeah, Jonah's been cooking that for a minute excited to see the the updates as well
I'm actually he's gonna cut me off in a second. I can feel it
But he already changed his profile picture and this is kind of funny. Thank God
He was roasting him a little while ago so i'm like what no it's because of andrew it was not him
andrew been roasting for like three days fair enough fair enough real quick if you guys are
just tuning in and you did want to have a question or you want to mention anything comment below
or simply request this is the best time to get on stage the best time to get on stage is not when
you see eric trump here and now you want to farm on stage. The best time to get on stage is not when you see Eric Trump here,
and now you want to farm the stage.
So when he gets here, you're not going to be able to get on stage.
You are able to get on stage before he gets there.
So just a little alpha there.
Andrew, I wanted to pass to you as well.
I know you're super busy.
I know you did spaces most of today.
I'm surprised you even wanted to come to my space, so thank you.
I was trying to speak, but then I got on a call.
I couldn't get come to my space. So thank you. Um, I was trying to speak, but then I got on a call. I couldn't get onto the conversation, but you guys were talking about creators, uh, quote
unquote being paid again. And I think that's, um, first of all, I laughed, I chuckled. I said,
I never got to stop being paid, but, um, but no, I did, I did understand the dynamic. Um,
and I know you didn't either, right? You actually have a skillset, but want to kind of piggyback
off that from earlier. What, why do you think have a skill set. But I want to kind of piggyback off that from earlier.
Why do you think that is?
Why do you think this is kind of changing in a sense from, first of all, the hands that it's changing to,
but then also creators actually getting paid what they deserve to be paid?
It's a good question.
By the way, I picked the title.
And then the guys at the beginning of the space asked me why.
I picked it. I said, guys, give it about a couple minutes. know turned out to be 20 minutes but people trickle in here because the question is uh off topic i think you said this
like two years ago you put creator in the title and people join in automatically i think you said
that like a couple years ago i remember you saying that shit on spaces with with like the old uh the
old crew whatever and i was like yeah that's still true today. Funny how that shit works out.
I'm gonna try it tomorrow.
Yeah, I'm telling you, try it.
Like it's kind of like a, it's definitely a magnet.
But anyways, on the topic of it though,
I think a lot of folks get success fatigue where they hit a certain point,
whether it's, you know, money, MMR or MRR rather,
or it's, you know, impressions,
it's this, that, and a third.
Any KPI that you think is adjusted for's, you know, impressions, it's this, that, and a third, any KPI that you
think is adjusted for creators. They hit those things. They have it for a period of time,
let's say two, three, four months. They end up getting some form of like fatigue,
Superbowl syndrome, I guess, winner's hangover, whatever you want to call it,
and then end up stop trying because there's easy mode. And then people's, you know,
obviously slack off and things that they should be doing that got them there don't actually happen and then that kind of changes hands to someone who's
kind of on their tail that hasn't stopped and that keeps going and that thing takes place organically
um and then sometimes those people come back and sometimes they regain their spot number one or two
or three or four or five and then sometimes they don't because they don't give a fuck and they've
already kind of quote unquote made it and then more people kind of take their spot and it is what it is.
And I think that CT has definitely evolved or changed the past four years, obviously, in many different ways.
But one of the ways that I've kind of seen it change is that most people back then actually didn't have an opinion because they were kind of too early to stuff.
And they were kind of afraid to kind of speak out and kind of voice their opinion too much and they're more conservative and they were careful what they said
and this that the third today because you were scared of the ogs calling you out and saying
you're full of shit it's kind of what it was and the ogs back then are different the ones today
and the ones back then are better than ones today in my opinion especially the kols and all that
stuff you think they're better today better back then oh yeah okay yeah yeah, okay, agreed, agreed. Yeah, yeah, better back then.
Yeah, they're better back than the ones today.
I think KOLs and the OGs,
obviously they made more money back then
and all that stuff, whatever.
But I think the people today,
everyone feels too much entitled,
whether they're here for six months, six days,
six years, whatever it is,
and they feel like their opinion needs to be heard.
And I understand, and I get that.
But at some point, if you've been here for a couple months, like, respectfully, your opinion isn't worth shit.
Like, it's, it's, you're not here, you haven't been here long enough that it shouldn't be worth anything.
You can definitely voice a thousand percent.
But I think some people are over, over voicing themselves or overextending themselves.
And it looks really bad in the timeline, to be honest.
That's fair.
That's really fair now for you and and you know you i i can't lie you you've impressed me with how you
can maneuver uh around certain people because i've only i've only seen certain characters in our
space because of you so i'm like oh why is andrew in this space what's he talking about and then i'm
like okay this other person's cool too because i'm'm big on the hosting thing. Like, I don't know
if I see certain hosts that I just know are full of shit. I'm just like, I'm not, I'm not, I don't
care how many people are in the room. I'm just not going to go. Um, and then even if there's
seven people in the room, but I know the host is decent or he's funny, or I liked the content,
I'll go hang out with the eight, seven people. Like it's, you know, So in this case, and I'll admit, around 2022 going in 23,
I had a really established a really good workflow on the backend where I can focus on working with
the companies and brands I work with. I could have just stayed quiet and had to be on front street. However,
I was, I enjoyed it. I still do. But if I'm being honest, and I'm sure some of you will relate,
because you guys know me for a while, I got burnt out from the individuals I was around.
And then essentially that turned into a closing of partnerships with certain people. And if I'm being real, I never cared to get
super close to people really until the last maybe year and a half. And so the year and a half of all
these new characters and players, and don't get me wrong, probably a lot of shitheads, but some
good people too. I missed out on seeing who they are at first. And now I'm like, okay, they're
decent people because they're more
relevant now, whatever. But I'm saying that because I know that happens. And then you kind
of feel like, oh, who's who? And so now I'm grateful for people like you, Jonah, and Dyla,
for example, on this stage, because I believe you guys are decent people, have integrity,
don't really move things. You're not moving for you know, you care about the money you make. And so I trust your judgment. So anything that you post,
and I'm probably glazing a lot right now, but I'm not trying to, but what I'm getting at is
I think this is why it's important to find the crew or at least a group that you do respect.
So if you do leave or you, you tend to kind of get, uh, what's it called? Uh, sick of people,
you know, you can still go to
these profiles and you say, all right, well, if they're co-signing, they're talking to them,
they're engaging with them, they have to be somewhat decent. You still got to do your own
due diligence, right? But how did you maneuver trusting certain people? Because I know you're
the same as me. You won't just co-host something with anybody. So how did you kind of maneuver
through that? It's a good question. The profits, profits remember dom and akeem i said hang out with uh three four years ago yes
yeah remember them they played that i thought yeah so dom had this saying three four years ago
when you're running those space together so talk to those guys by the way which is super nice
um dom's always been like in the back channels don't fuck up the business and he's i must have
heard him say that like a hundred times and every time i'm in getting in a conversation or a deal or whatever it is I just kind of hear his voice to to this day
where he's like don't fuck up the business and like that's kind of the main thing that I always
kept at the forefront of my head um and I've been lucky to have friends that have made 100
intros for me so a lot of the maneuvering has been super easy not super easy but it's been
easier than than most I like to say and then even when I become friends with people I do give them their time their space so i don't get involved in their business as well
and i have friends that don't like other friends and vice versa and the moment they start talking
about each other's friends i'm like i don't want to hear it so i'm like it's your problem not mine
oh so you've heard okay so i don't feel crazy because that's another thing too and this is
probably maybe just a i just i I just choose to ignore it.
Yeah, you got to just ignore it.
You just got to fucking ignore it.
I'm like, wait.
If we're all super close, you know, I'm big on reputation.
And I guess now we've come really far.
So, you know, people like us don't have to worry as much.
But I think that was my biggest thing, too.
Like, super nervous or concerned about who I'm around.
Because, come on, birds of a feather flock together let's be real like we've all been we've all seen people that were probably included in
the Zach XBT thread that they didn't need to be included in but they were around the party or the
group um so I don't know I I I think um I think that's that's a good that's a really good advice
definitely it depends what it is too right Right. Like I think at some point,
like there's certain things that bullens kind of look over to be
transparent and say,
that doesn't bother me that much.
I don't really care if he's done that or she's done this.
I'm cool with that.
But there's some things that like I have a litmus test for and like the
line in the sand can't be crossed with certain stuff.
And I'm like,
I'm not okay with that.
I'm okay with that.
That's fine.
And that was a mistake. Was it honest? Was it intentful? There's like different frames
on the situations as well. So I think all that needs to be taken into account. But I mean,
mostly it's just kind of like, I kind of tell people what I'm upfront pretty transparently
as well. So the expectations of like what it is or what it can be is going to be that.
And if it changes, I'll let you know. But if it doesn't change, then it'll be that moving forward.
And I don't get involved in people's business. i think that's kind of one of the best things and i'm like like
i'm curious but i'm not nosy if that kind of makes sense or like i'm like i whatever you got going on
with someone else i don't really give a fuck that kind of makes sense i got my own problems i got
my own things i can deal with my own personal life whatever it may be and it's like i don't i don't
really got time for yours you know so exactly
what daps are you playing with these days are you are you meme coining at all are you are you only
daps or actually funny question bed had asked me this morning as well and a lot of it has been the
collectibles on the on chain so you guys i used uh i used bz i think a couple weeks ago i actually
used gotcha today i was looking at courtyard a couple days ago as well for certain other things.
I was on there as well.
When I'm card chasing, I'll usually check the platforms first that you guys have
to see what the price match up between that and eBay and the arbitrage
and see if there's something going for cheaper or not.
And I'll kind of price match with eBay with what you guys have
because most times people list things in crypto,
don't know the fucking value of it.
Surprise, surprise.
And there's arbitrage with that with eBay.
And then that's kind of a nice little snag. have a couple buddies that are doing that right now and depends the asset depends you know all that stuff but there's there's room
to get that done on those platforms and i think it's uh i think it's nice but aside from the
collectible tcg stuff and rwas and profits not much not much mostly those in the past couple
months so how okay i'm this is a real fucking question, bro. This is probably more for me than the audience. How are you? And I'm not
saying I'm forced to be here. I really am trying to just participate in my peers conversations
and shit. And I, I can hang out in your spaces. I can hang out in one other, maybe a one or two
others. How are you still hanging around here? how are you still sticking around wanting to make tweaks good question uh my job depends on number one i've made enough financially where i can do
that i don't have the stress of doing it number two and then the third thing that it's fun so
all those things have happened for me number one i have a job i work here full time obviously been
here for four years five years working full time which is super exciting people say fuck a job
it's like respectfully if you see that you probably can't even get one that's fine number two i've done
enough the right three four years uh in a row not in a row but enough within you know the community
time to be financially good that i can afford to do this especially in down months and the third
one that's still fun um the moment that like the moment i'm having fun i'll be done with that kind
of thing but like right now i'm still having fun. Dude, guys, I hope you listen to that.
I tweeted that today, actually.
I just forgot I tweeted that today about if you're not having fun, then you're doing it wrong.
No, I appreciate it.
People can tell, though, Prophets, too, right?
People can tell when you're having fun or not, though.
They can hear it in your voice.
They can see it in your face.
They can see it in your friends' faces, voices, whatever.
People can tell when you're kind of not having fun.
And if the audience thinks, if the community thinks you're not having fun they probably won either and then you're kind of fucked and then reputation gets you know what it is so no valid
very valid very valid um are you coming to consensus miami uh i've been asked i've been
asked i i don't know if my team goes i'll go but i don't know. If my team goes, I'll go. But I don't know. I'm going to be honest.
I'm kind of tired of the Web3 events.
I kind of like the corporate ones
more, if that makes any sense. I think corporate
Twitter is going to start unleashing itself on
Twitter pretty soon. It's a different world.
And I think you probably see some of it too at BZ.
And I think some of it's going to be more prevalent in the next
couple years. I'm looking forward to it. Because some of these guys
on corporate Twitter are actually kind of smart and they're building
up presence. And I'm trying to help them do it as well because
i think it's good for the industry to have people with uh with actual brains sometimes on ct so it'll
it'll be fun we'll see what happens um yeah i definitely am seeing it for sure that's why
i even go back and forth i was like should i just turn into a human i was like no i'm cool i don't
have an nft you know it's it's it's playful's nice. We're on we're on the internet. So Not valid. Very good. Very good points all around. Jonah, what's up with you, bro? How you doing?
Just working my ass off. That's not much else.
You know, the development is starting to actually show fruit, so I can start being a content creator again, which feels kind of weird to a degree, but I think I can do it.
I did it once, I can do it again.
I did it naturally.
Yes, naturally annoying, which is kind of what it takes to make content.
content but uh yeah uh starting monday we're well technically wednesday but on monday we're gonna
allow the people i send links to to start paying for the retail version of the product and then
wednesday we'll officially announce it and just let everyone use any link they want but a year
of development the business side is already good to go that That's kind of what I showed Dyla here.
But I basically took all the stuff we built for businesses and made it affordable for any creator to become their own TVPN or become their own profits or their own Andrew show for $40 a month. So they're going to get the, and all these tools are going to be upgrading
over the next few weeks. It's not like, oh, they get it once and it never gets better, but they're
going to get the auto-clipping tool, which connects to their Twitch, but they can multi-stream
regardless. They're going to get the AI video editor. They're going to get access to advertising
and campaign deals. So when there's
brands who want to spend money on creators in our network who are already being clipped,
you can go and kind of like apply and make money on a CPM basis with those clippers.
You get access to our clipper network if you launch a campaign. Yeah, I mean, I had it run on Andrew's podcast, I think last night it did about 100 clips from his show, automated, so it's pretty good.
And it's all working on crypto, we're on base.
If you ever get paid, every single email that signs up to the platform gets a Coinbase wallet without them knowing about it or how to use it.
And they get paid in stable coins or in fiat dollars once we add our fiat off ramp provider bro you're fucking
cooking video content only right we're not doing it like yeah we're not doing twitter spaces or
things like that it's going to be um if you want to upload an mp4 or a twitch link then you can upload it into our editor
if you're live streaming and you're doing it live then you don't need to do anything other than just
pay for the software and it'll track you on twitch wherever you are and it's going to clip you 24 7
you just turn on your camera and that's it um there's no download to your device it all runs
in our own cloud so you don't need to worry about it taxing your computer
or being compromising.
We run that.
Yeah, that's how it goes.
Go ahead, Andrew.
Profits, do you remember when Jonah was, like,
super famous two years ago?
Yes, yes, I do.
I was talking to him about this today.
Why do you think that was?
Obviously, the niche that he was in was very prevalent, which was Web3 Gaming.
But why do you think other than that, Jonah was having a heyday back then versus now?
What do you think he was doing differently?
Because you were pretty like, how can I say it?
You were talking to him pretty often as well back then too.
What do you think changed?
I think he got some, first of all, I think he got some vagina.
But aside from that, I think he got some personal i think he got some vagina but aside from that i think he's um
what what does that have to do with being popular no no i think no andrew's asking me a specific
question as far as like because he would get some hate i think it was his delivery and then there
was people that didn't know him like that so they were thinking he was just cocky but then there
then he like it was almost like a reintroduction of himself.
And he's like, well, you fuck faces.
This is what I know how to do.
And then he just kind of not got quiet, but he got less vocal and just was producing.
And then it was like, for people that didn't know, they're like, oh shit, duh.
So like, I, I enjoyed watching this evolution because it, for me, it's inspiring.
We're similar ages.
I'm now in the middle of founding my own product and you know also have the ability to be a marketer and front-facing right
so it's two different roles that are very important to the business and i think he
just stepped into that founder world more than more than anything right and then learned how to
deliver his opinions a lot better there was a point in time when he was getting like 200 likes
a fucking tweet and i remember i remember those days and he was getting like 200 likes of a fucking tweet.
And I remember those days and I was like,
oh my God, this guy's on a fucking heater.
And now he's lucky if he pulls in 10.
Bro, I'm out there right now.
I'm tweeting my little heart out.
I don't give a fuck if I get one like
or 50 likes at this point.
Yeah, that's what Andrew's asking
is that I've become completely washed. Ah, that's what he's saying. I see it. Yeah, it's what Andrew's asking, is that I've become completely washed.
Ah, that's what he's saying. I see it.
Yeah, it's basically like, what is it going to take for me to get back on the horse and run it back up?
Okay, so then maybe you got to go back to the asshole takes and fucked up delivery.
That's what people want. They want that spicy Jonah.
That's why the PFP change, right?
Profits, that's why I had him change it back.
Ah, he's back in his old arc.
Wait, so that's why you want to be an asshole again?
No, not that way.
Wait, so I have to be an asshole again?
I want you to have 200 or 300 likes and tweets again,
and preferably a video that goes more viral
than 400 depressions and all that stuff.
And I think we'll get back to that, but I think we'll take a couple months.
But I think you can, to be honest.
Yeah, but I had, like, that niche.
Like, gaming is around, but Web3 Gaming, it's, like, on its own on Twitter.
I do not see that coming back.
Maybe I'm, you know, pessimistic just don't i don't see how it does
uh i think uh i think what's going to take is for you to join multiple cabals again like you
did before and uh let that be that to be honest right but the reason people like this is like
everyone looks with all this one thing i like always talk to creators about is they always look
for like what's the fast way to grow the shortcut thing and really it's as
simple as are like where are you in the stage of an either emerging or dominant market what unique
thing can you say about that particular thing and then you worry about like the cabals and stuff
because if you have a unique take that is valid you're probably going to get views over time if you have credibility to that, right?
I'm going to be honest.
I'm going to be honest.
I literally had to call a couple guys two days ago.
I'm not going to mention their names, but they're pretty cabalist.
And, like, there's people within that niche that have zero idea what they're talking about.
Like, when I mentioned zero clue, like, they have, like, confirmed objectively no idea what they're talking about. Like, when I mentioned zero clue, like, they have, like, confirmed, objectively,
no idea what they're talking about.
But these guys will rake in, like, 300, 400 likes to tweet.
And it's like, how are they doing that?
And I think there's an absolute science behind it as well.
But I think...
Some of them are just botting.
That's the science.
Yeah, I mean, there's definitely that.
There's definitely that.
But, like, to not discredit them,
they've done a fantastic job,
an absolute fantastic job,
of making themselves become
quote-unquote thought leaders meanwhile if you ask them question behind the scenes and try to
dig out information and get to know what they're doing and how they're doing it absolutely fucking
clueless and i think that's an absolute genius play that they've done and i think there's a way
to actually kind of do that again but actually what you're talking about and the algo also
changed though like when i was when i was getting big you could talk about as long as you were interesting you could talk about multiple
things but because i'd still talk about multiple things like i really enjoy crimson desert for
example which is what i'm playing right now like all right that's gaming and if i go talk about
defi well that's gonna deboost me because now it's just, it's pretty much like YouTube or Instagram.
Like they don't know where to categorize me because Twitter is basically trying to copy and paste their algorithm.
So I don't know.
I don't know.
I feel like that's another thing is I don't really know what the new algorithm is to a degree.
The one thing I'll tell you is if you mentioned anything about jobs or creators in crypto performance on those tweets are very good try them this week send me your stimmy
i think i'm i think i'm accurate you know so you want me to do like how creators can make money
type stuff yeah so i think i think that or even talk about the creator economy or creators and
crypto just kind of in a general sense it doesn't have to be click bitty the craziest grip yeah
like that's kind like that's kind of it that's kind
of it and like plus like the job crypto jobs thing is is very uh clout worthy i ever make a
job with crypto jobs they always which i always do very well um but if i keep talking about crypto
wouldn't it alienate the web too no i don't bro i told you this today again you are the niche
there's fucking no niche dude you are the are the fucking niche. Treat it that way.
I tell everyone this.
I'm like, you are your own niche.
Act that way.
Don't fall into someone else's frame.
Create your own fucking frame.
Let them adopt to your frame, for fuck's sake.
That's only what I say.
And I've been saying this for fucking months now, by the way.
And that's kind of the way forward.
I'll give another example, and I'll stop hogging the mic.
Not sure if we talk to Finn still.
I've talked to Finn somewhat often.
I told Finn months ago that he needs to make more marketing content. uh dial out not sure we talked to finn still i've talked to finn somewhat often i told finn months
ago that he needs to make more marketing content because finn understands culture and marketing
than than more than 95 of people in the space and yet he hasn't done it and he doesn't do it
and his tweets and his engagement are reflection of that but if finn started talking about marketing
and culture and content i guarantee you it is a 10x in three months finn knows more than in those three topics and most people have learned in their entire life
and I think do what you're good that's basically what it is I mean yeah if
anyone has better takes because I am watched and now that I have a an actual
company to sell after a year of this I you know I can pay people and that's
great but I need to have to do the influencer thing again, which I'm not like.
But I told you I don't have to pay down to give birth.
Jonah is Jewish for sure.
They don't like to give away equity, bro.
They like to hold all of it.
He actually is profit.
He actually is.
Well, I mean, like, that's just smart business.
Like, I don't know what to tell you.
Did you not see the quarter one that BZ had this quarter?
Well, BZ's been doing very well.
Get on your
influencer horse, sir. You got this.
What's up, Z?
If anyone has tips on that,
let me know.
What's up, sis? Long time no
fucking chat, hang out out fucking see what's good
yo how's life bro you i don't know what golden juice you've been drinking golden doesn't like
me anymore you don't like me anymore what what why what's going on where all this hate come from i
thought we were cool niggas don't hang out anymore you don't watch my telegram chat. You don't respond. I'm confused.
What's going on?
I've been heavy, heavy, heavy in the trenches last month.
But the last two months, I've been super busy for my personal life,
just doing the cart thing.
I locked down some distribution for a homie's new shop.
So I had to grind out some stuff like that.
But no, man, I genuinely miss you. miss uh hanging out uh at the collector's club and then
going out and shutting some shit down so next one i promise i won't be a flaky bitch and i'll show
up yeah promise yeah i i give you my word as a man yeah i'll give you my word on this recorded
stage as a man that i will be there and we're gonna shut shit down and have a good time like we
normally do. Yeah, man.
It's been good. I want to give a
special shout out to Warren. Earlier he was on stage
absolutely dropping some alpha
and telling the people about
some good eats
earlier. So yeah, shout out to Warren.
I hope everyone's doing good. What up, Jonah?
What up, Dahlia? What up, Andrew?
Wait, hold on. Warren, I want to hear this.
Next bid space, basically me, Zeep, and some other people.
You know, it was mostly meme coin, you know, Solana related.
Yeah, I mean, I don't want to get too much into it, you know, but basically we just kind of did like an assessment of the state of things, kind of broke it down.
And TLDR is, you know, like I guess like recently as of today, like a lot of people are, you know, that Ethan Prosper dude who has like a terminal badge.
Basically, like bought like 13 percent of like a coin at 6K and made, I don't know, what would he make?
Like 80 soul or something crazy off of like a 60k topper yeah which is absolutely crazy we're pretty much talking about how
the ethos of the trenches has gone from like being uh like when you have a mimetic prowess
that's what's you know monetized and now it's just like tick tock vomit virality stop blah blah blah so we
were just talking about how like a renaissance of the the trenches needs to happen if like
volume's gonna come back instead of like all the larp tech and onboarding creators and so it was
just a very good conversation even though we're like in the middle of a bear and like not a whole
lot of people are like trading it's still a good and valid conversation to have to
share perspectives on like what needs to change because people get blind and selfish when all
they think about is how they can make money and or making money instead of how to make the money
so uh yeah it was just good fruit off the tree that people were able to pick off and eat and
digest so yeah shout out to you homie yeah big shout out uh yeah prophets uh yo jonah shout
out to what you're building dahlia i think you're an eagles fan if you're a giants fan um never mind
uh vogue good to see everyone here um uh yeah prophets what you said though like there's so
there's a an abundance of topics to talk about at any point in time. It's just like in every single regard, you know,
the situation is just going parabolic right now.
Yeah. It's like, it's hard to have like a nonlinear conversations too,
sometimes in a lot of spaces,
but I know you've always been able to kind of host those types of spaces.
So it's nice to see you kind of back in the saddle and and big big uh props and flowers to you for what you've been doing with bz um i'm
kind of like uh i i've been a yugioh maxi so you know if you could pump my yugioh bags for me that'd
be great i have like bro take these cards for me i have all these yugioh cards that are ripped that
i don't even give a about them like if you literally send me an address, I will send you a few hundred
dollars, maybe a thousand dollars or so worth of Yu-Gi-Oh. I will not sell it. I liked looking
at it for a second, but now it's just taking up too much fucking space. So genuinely, if
you like Yu-Gi-Oh, I have a bunch of bangers that I absolutely do not give a fuck about.
that I absolutely do not give a fuck about.
Let me know.
I just want to say
hello to the hosts
and to the listeners.
I feel like Web3,
I mean, what's going forward
it's much AI shit going
on, honestly.
I don't know what the fuck is
going to happen. I just know that
for sure AI
and Claude and all that
malt bot shit is going to take over
some way, somehow.
can't do nothing about it because it's fucking
It's either fucking
right or get left at this point. don't know i don't know what the
fuck it but what's web 3 bro what's web 3 like what the fuck is web 3 dude what's web 4 web 4
is gonna be ai shit bro like web 3 doesn't exist it's just a consumer word but uh prof prof yeah
i'm gonna go get some groceries right now because I gotta cook,
but I will literally, if you're still up in like 30 minutes, I'm gonna cook and then get back on stage so I can chop it up literally and metaphorically.
Love you long time.
Good to see you back on the space.
I'm surprised Profits isn't on a fucking yacht right now or something.
It's a school night.
Um, what's up, trap?
Welcome to the show.
Um. it's a school night um what's up trap welcome to the show amazing my favorite thing about michael is when he un mics and nobody can hear him welcome to the show how can i help you wow hey i appreciate it assalamualaikum guys how
how you oh it's you what the fuck i didn't even
recognize you how do i say your name it's a lot i just doxed my name hello geez okay what job did
you apply for that you had doxed your name here on twitter what's new with you what's going on
what are we grifting uh yeah i mean it's it's been going awesome. You know, I'm just, uh, giving my points on, on, you know, the politics was going on in
the world and obviously crypto, I, I, you know, I don't think it's going in the right
direction.
I don't think it's been going in the right direction for a while now.
Um, we all know why, you know, it's purely gambling and, and, and it's, it's not even, it's not even, you know, genuine anymore that it was supposed to be.
And that's it.
The only thing that I actually found really interesting is AI agents having their wallets.
And for some reason, they will do something in the future in this world.
Somehow. No idea
what it is. But that's the only
interesting that I see about
crypto going
forward. Unless
you guys know about something new
that I haven't checked. Like the cows.
Have you guys seen the cows?
The AI cows? You know the ai cows you know with the collar
like they can actually talking about bro there's so there's a new company that has um these these
collars that they that they strap on the cow's neck and basically towards the whole herd and
they can actually you know uh control the herd using their phone so so the owner of
some planet here shit yeah yeah so the owner of that all right yeah this is actually happening
or what is there a stock that can buy or something i i have no idea i have no clue about that uh but this is this is a real company and and they
can control the herd using their phone and they can control the fences so the cows i don't know
how it works specifically i think maybe they send some sort of a signal to to to a cow's brain
neuro or something and then it tells them okay the fence stops here or maybe it's kind of sends
them some sort of a shock um and yeah that's uh that's one of the great innovations of ai so far
a shot caller saying a shot caller or something is cool maybe maybe nigga that's already been
invented bro what do you mean no like to control a herd bro have you ever been on a farm bro
scrim don't don't come at me with this bullshit you know i'm sorry i'm sorry i'm sorry below you
i'm just saying you're you're the nigga that that that's cooked the fish in a tesla i'm sorry
yes it would bro like why we always gotta go back to my raw food? I'm sorry, bro. Just the fish, the fish, and the Tesla.
It's just something that stuck with me.
Listen, I'm more romantic.
I'm very romantic.
I can tell.
All right, you guys are scaring the huzz.
You guys are scaring the huzz.
Voli, how you doing?
Hey. What's new with you why are you crying no don't cry
no it was it was muted oh my god uh dude not not a lot um just being a wage slave, increasing shareholder value.
We just wrapped up our million-dollar hackathon with 2,000 entries and a lot of pretty fucking cool apps,
whether they're like, you know, CT Native on the DGEN side,
prediction markets, vaults, yields, games, Pokemon cards,
anything that's fun like that,
all the way to bringing bringing the 13 trillion dollar
credit infrastructure um industry on chain so it's a it's a pretty wide range of apps but
it's pretty cool i'm like very humbled by the number of applicants and the quality
um that we have here could i ask you uh wait wait, what's your favorite app out of all those?
there's some that like,
don't really pertain to probably most people on the stage,
myself included that are,
pretty institutional.
So probably not one of those just cause I can't really use it on my day
but there's a couple Pokemon ones
that are cool
are they feasible?
you can go use most of them already
but this one in particular
you do pack battles with which is cool
so you can do like a like a 1v1 pvp type shit
yeah yeah there's like uh there's like a whole phenomena on the in like the tcg pokemon community
with like pack ripping and pack battles and it's never really been digitized which is a pretty cool
thing i think so i don't know i'm excited to use it sweet i have a question and it's never really been digitized, which is a pretty cool thing, I think.
So, I don't know.
I'm excited to use it.
I have a question.
Yes, what's up, Balooji?
Okay, you mentioned something. Maybe it jumped briefly above Scrim's beautiful mind,
but you mentioned something about a $13 trillion infrastructure,
and I would like to know more about this
because I've been talking about
global infrastructure for a while now.
Yeah, I'll link the Twitter below,
but it's basically,
let me just give you it
because I don't want to misspeak,
but basically it's bringing
the entire credit infrastructure,
including loans and basically defaults, structured vaults,
credit swaps, those kind of things on chain. And there's going to be margin and tokenization and
all this like really, you know, it's really like bullshit lingo, but it is really, really cool.
It's not like interchange. Does it have to do with interchange cost fees?
I have no idea.
I'm not on the institutional side,
but I'll link the Twitter.
Yeah, the founder is Brooke Lacey.
She's been a programmer for longer than I've been alive.
I'll DM you it,
but I think it's really cool.
We're really excited for it.
And there's a lot of our institutional
and more trad fi partners
that have already reached out to get in contact because it's kind of a first of its kind product
it is it is it is actually wonderful and i'd love to know more uh very interesting
yeah when it comes to collectibles what's the percentage that's like tokenized and traded on
chain versus irl when it comes down to that like i'm kind of curious of that parallel and how many
people are coming into you know mobile versions of tcg pokemon it's a very it's a very minuscule
small amount that's why um there's such a there's such a squeeze in certain cards or certain cards that
are valued because you know obviously the all these platforms bz included want to have the
the highest you know rarities or whatever so people actually play but in reality um you know
i literally i go to a trade night every week here in Woodward, and I say there's 80 people that come.
One of them, maybe two of them have heard of a platform, and then maybe a handful know about crypto.
But yeah, I don't think it's a lot of people at all.
I think it's a small amount, but I mean, it's enough for...
The thing is, it's like meme coins.
There's like 10,000 people playing playing and then there's millions being generated.
Why is that?
Because these same people keep putting in.
So I think that's the trade-off here is that since it's fun, it makes the small amount of users continue to use money.
But I think it's only going to grow.
That's the thing is, it's generational.
This goes all the way back 25 years or whatever to today.
And now we're at the point where there's people lining up at Walmarts just to get packed.
So it's the most real applicable, like, it's not just a finance thing.
It's an actual collectible thing.
And, I mean, there's so many different areas that I was always curious, like, what that is.
I knew it had to be small, but it's definitely got a lot of runway to grow.
runway to grow with them but uh i'm not traditionally a collector i just ended up having a
But I'm not traditionally a collector.
box of like thousands of 1990 to like 1995 like sports and comic book cards and shit like that
i've been going through and there's no value on them like i only went through about maybe 350 or
so and it's like almost 500 worth of you know some of these cards and like i said there's thousands
of these things so just curious of the crossover now i've got a question i think i think it'll grow it doesn't mean there's
somebody out there's like i'm gonna make i'm gonna make the next platform and it doesn't mean you do
that um voli actually made a really good post about this and i i couldn't agree more um couldn't
not agree more actually would love if you dove into it a little bit, if you don't mind.
Like, just put it to the top.
The one that you just made, like, an hour ago.
About, like, competing with, like, bigger companies.
Yeah, I mean, I think this is true for any industry.
TCGs, collectibles, Pokemon cards included.
But, yeah, I've seen, like, I don't know, maybe, like, six months ago,
there was some website that aggregated all prediction markets.
And there was like 60 or 70.
Now there's hundreds.
And anyone that's just building like a vanilla prediction market, one, probably isn't as good as the tech on Polymarket or Calci.
And two, like, has nowhere near the budget or the team or the resources or anything to compete or even take
like a sliver of that market share. So you're always just going to be, you know, competing for
third, fourth, fifth, whatever. And that's probably still a lot of money, but, you know,
as an entrepreneur, you probably don't want to do that. I think people that are actually creating
differentiators, people that are doing different things, whether it's a different market, more niche categories, different demographics, global markets, different infrastructure plays, APIs, something giving you an edge, wallet tracking, analytics, trading tools.
I think those are going to be the winners.
Obviously, CalShare and Polymarket are going to win.
Obviously, Calci and Polymarket are going to win.
They're both doing great.
They're both doing great.
But yeah, if you're a bootstrapped startup trying to compete with someone that has a fucking $50 million marketing budget,
there's no reason.
And you're just playing a losing game.
And I feel like in crypto, there's this camaraderie around everyone can be a founder.
And I think that's true to an extent,
like at some point we should not be encouraging people to create the exact
same product, but worse.
And just get a little more honest with ourselves.
I do not think most people can be founders as someone who has now spent way
too long doing it.
It is so stressful.
Well, I think
if you're a founder,
what's your issues?
What are you
not finding that you want to get out of?
Personally.
Whoever said that.
Whoever is a founder.
Who said that?
Wait, me? Wait, what?
No, I heard Vo say that, like, hey, instead of everyone building the same products and trying to be a founder, right, I'm saying I agree with her.
And also to add to that, I do not believe most people are equipped to be a founder.
As someone who's worked with many other founders and I'm a founder myself it is a a very different mental
model that most people will not have the ability to overcome and it will be too stressful for them
like are you having good scrum masters are you having people that are managing what's wrong
what's good what can be better that that won't matter you know i can tell you it doesn't matter i mean that's nice that you no it doesn't because
this is the okay what's your background in like running a business a lot if you want to dm this
is no no no one's dming you this is the problem with open formatted things because we try to have
good conversations well you can't just say exactly sorry you got the el Well, you can't just say. Exactly. Sorry, you got the Elon news.
You can't just say shit and then...
Don't get me wrong, I'm all for saying shit!
I'm all for saying shit!
But, like, we're trying to have, like,
a decent convo. I was reluctant
in bringing Scrim up. I'm not gonna lie.
I was really reluctant. I'm gonna tell you what to do with
that thumb, Scrim. You're gonna take that thumb and you're
gonna shove it up your ass.
Then you're gonna take it out and then go wash your hands because it's probably gonna be
disgusting and then and then use that i guess you're gonna request to speak again and i will
let you back up i wasn't even trying to have like a fight but it's just like all right so fine don't
use me as an example fine you can say i'm wrong whatever okay let's use elon mus The guy is sleeping in his factory half the time. There are so many problems to deal with that he
had to move into a little miniature city that he stood up himself called Starbase, Texas,
and lives right next to the Tesla or the SpaceX rocket factory. Great. You're the CEO. Like, just because you watch a couple of HBO shows about the high life of being a CEO,
it still falls on you, even if someone else is solving the problem.
You still have to find the person to solve the problem.
You have to keep that person happy so they don't leave to go solve the problem for someone else.
If you're new to running a company, you don't have 20 different people to solve your problem.
So you're not only running the business, but you're either coding or you're doing the sales
or you're even doing some minor accounting.
It's just like, I don't know.
I'm not even trying to be an asshole.
If you think that, you're kind of retarded.
Well, I think one of the parts is everybody's trying to call themselves a founder by vibe
coding their own app, their new project, and trying to be the next big thing.
And I think that just because it's available for everybody doesn't mean everybody should try to put that.
Hey, Warren.
Yo, yo, to hop in SMS.
I think more than that, I think that we're starting to quickly realize that the skills required to be a successful founder are not just like the moat was never like building something of course this is this is like
a huge huge technological advance everybody being able to use AI and Vibe
Co what have you but at the end of the day like I think people are just
realizing that you know name score what have you has not prepared you to just
come out and be the next Mark Zucker uh but but i think that's a good
thing i think that people realizing that will lead to smarter products in time yo is that mary
yo profits warner told me that your space is on i had to come in here i have like just missed like
i'm about to be here a lot more often. I just miss spaces where people talk about stuff that matters, bro.
What's up, guys?
I'm in a space I join.
Everybody's crashing out and dooming.
I don't know what's going on.
Well, you missed the beginning of the space.
I'm going to clip it up.
I decided, okay?
I decided I'll single-handedly bring back crypto Twitter and all those amazing convos that we love and miss.
I'll do it
i'm not invoicing anybody i'm not charging anybody totally okay guys don't worry this one's on me
but uh we're fucking back we're back everything is good all good conversations are back okay
we're good we're good so i'm giving you guys permission to log back in regularly again
um that is amazing you keep you keep on mututing i want to hear what you have to say
go ahead no i'm bullish on that all right bet bet bet um i don't know i've been in the space maybe
five six months um i have a coin right now yeah amazing uh at this point i think everybody in
the world has a fucking coin balau um, Bilal, go ahead, Bilal.
So I think we need to look at how building a business actually works from the physical world until you bring it to the digital world. Like it's not because you have a bunch of people trying to build a Shopify store that, you know, everybody should build a Shopify store.
And I've actually raised this
this issue a lot of times um it's like uh crypto projects right like what are you building that is
new it's not because you just changed the brand you just changed a few things and your can i answer
your question yes my project sure i don. Can I verbally bullpost for you?
Sure, I guess.
So my question is, what is, like, are you building something in the digital world, like in crypto?
Yeah, Web3.
I'm going to become a gambling operator.
Okay, you see, this is an example right there.
When you say gambling operator, you mean like one of the people when I'm playing blackjack on Yee,
and you're dealing me the card, and you're wearing blackjack on Yi and you're dealing me the card?
And you're wearing a little suit and you're dealing me the card?
No, no, no, no.
Like I'm running a gambling site.
No, that's like a gambling void.
Yeah, it's like jumping from a bridge to another bridge that is higher.
But I'm using my coin as the native currency on the site.
It's deflationary. Just stop. Just stop stop like save yourself some time save yours save your breath
What do you mean stop? I'm gonna keep bullpost until I bullpost till failure
Listen, I'm very proud of you for actually
You guys know what he's getting ready for, right?
In about six and a half months, exactly.
Let me tell you what he's getting ready for.
This is what he's ready for.
You're going to be at the section like, yeah, I told all these idiots to buy this fucking coin.
fucking coin what is a coin that doesn't matter doesn't matter look at the ass in front of you
What is a coin?
That doesn't matter.
Doesn't matter.
Look at the ass in front of you.
it's a perfect opportunity for you to jump into the community it's up top it says exposed nation
just click it join it i'll accept you it's like vip when you get to the club dude it feels amazing
thank you guys uh for for participating today we're going to continue on the amazing conversation
if you haven't already like comment repost the spaces why would you do that because it's free it's free and if you don't do that i'm
assuming you go to people's houses and go straight into their refrigerator and that's fucked up if you
do i'm just gonna say that you don't even ask you just go straight in the fridge and i don't think
anybody of you i don't think any of you do that. So appreciate the right comments.
You've let your friend go with somebody just made a sandwich.
What's that fucking bar?
You left your fridge open somebody just made a sandwich.
There we go.
I've been bully mode.
For anybody on the stage that has gotten a grant or has been around long enough to see people.
I've seen so many friends get grants. I've gotten a grant or or has been around long enough to see people i've seen so many friends get grants i've gotten a grant um for different things so i want to i want to talk about this for a second
there's like i think a good 100 million right now in all different protocols but why why don't we
talk about that enough that's like by the way a grant means don't get me wrong there's some
stippletations they might need you to promote something or put their
logo up or they get, whatever.
There's some stippletations to that. But
why don't we talk about that enough?
As much as everybody loves to come into
spaces and give their free fucking ideas,
anybody want to
swing at that?
Anybody want to swing at that for me?
Why don't we talk about that enough?
Okay, gatekeeping, okay. I would say? Why don't we talk about that? Okay, gatekeeping.
I would say they don't give it... Sorry.
They don't give it to anybody outside their network.
And that's a fact.
No way, bro.
It's crazy.
When it comes to grants, you actually have to put a proposal together.
My dad, Sam, they've been free.
So I think that that's part of it.
You got to do real work.
And I 100% agree with you.
So, well, obviously from my experience and a few others that I know,
that has been actually pretty big accounts and um, and pretty awesome work, you know, uh, wonderful.
Still didn't get chosen. Uh, somebody, uh,
like a few others got chosen for certain grants and their work is actually
horrible. Um, and they got chosen for, for big amounts of grants.
So for me to tell you it's favoritism
and it's only for their personal network,
this is not coming out of my ass.
This is experience.
Unless you guys have, you know...
Could you give some specific examples, perchance,
and explain kind of what grants you're talking about?
Yeah, I'll give you an example.
I'm not interested in no more. about yeah i'll give you an example yeah i'll give you an example octane uh octane octane that that's one of the examples you know
ethereum foundation octane octane whatever however you want to spell it um So, you know, a lot of people went and they applied and, you know,
they have very beautiful backgrounds, great work, ethics, and wonderful portfolio.
And the person that is actually in charge of the team that gets to choose, who gets those grants not only um they bought their account
like randomly out of the blue just to get engagement but at the same time they only give
to the network that they have so if i know five people i know miri i know for example i know miri
prophet warren vo whatever i would be like okay prophet's
friend i'm gonna choose that warren's friend i'm gonna choose that miri's friend i'm gonna choose
that even though okay all right can i stop you there below g uh bilal yeah yeah go ahead
uh i mean like obviously nepotism and is real right and exists everywhere i don't know if that's like something
that we can use to just diffuse the the entire hundred million plus dollars that is available
in grants and funding uh from these blockchains uh i'm not saying every way that you're measuring
or the like how how rampant this is or like what like where's this point come from
yeah like i'm obviously i'm not englobing every single protocol out there right obviously maybe
there's one or two that are you know genuine and you know their their their work ethics is
is they have high morals and stuff um but you know most of them it's it's purely it's purely
that like you you cannot tell me that zach xbt gets 50 eth right just for existing you cannot
you you cannot tell me that to push you know the the foundation or to push the protocol you're gonna
give 50 eth to zach xbt for just being zach xbt for just existing without doing any work you cannot
tell me that you know like in these type of scenarios like it gets frankly frankly i'm lost
i think that the the rest of the audience may also be lost I have no idea what with this 50 souls that XBT came from but I will ask one
One final question to kind of wrap wrap up my point 50. Yeah, okay
Does anybody know about what like literally can we answer prophets question?
Do we know about any good grants that exist if all them are evil?
If all of them are evil, like...
Well, please save me.
Please save me
When it comes to grants and the experience I have,
like the biggest feedback I got with the meetings
and the people I've talked to is people are so impatient
that they want it now.
They don't have that understanding that the grant's there,
the money's there.
They're not in a rush to give it away.
They're not in a rush to give it away.
They're not in a rush to give it away.
Because of getting burnt in past experience.
And again, it goes back to putting something legitimate together, I think.
And the space is so predicated on the instant gratification that doing the real work sometimes is too much for people to ask.
They think that, you know, it's a simple thing and they don't look outside of the bigger picture.
It's like, this is a lot of money that they're offering.
They want to see deliverables.
There's going to be a timeline and expectancy and i think that people kind of shy away from that
because again it's just it's it's real work it's not just post does it hit let's try again
okay do do this personal you know exam and anybody actually anybody in the in the audience
and in you know in the in the community of Exposed can actually do it.
Go to all of those protocols.
Look at their grants that they're offering.
Look at their requirements.
And if they do have a past grants list that they gave to,
grants list that they gave to, just watch their work.
just watch their work.
And that should actually gives you the idea of, you know,
whether they're good or not.
So it gives you a little bit of fun homework.
And at the same time, if you're eligible to do those grants,
you can actually apply for it
nothing sorry sorry i had to do something but um i first of all i i kind of understand
billage's point but i also think he's taking it to some hypotheticals that don't actually make
sense um and i don't know if this pertains to, like, one ecosystem or builder grants, creator grants, like, what it pertains to.
But on Avalanche, like, one, yes, you can get a grant.
But you can't just get a grant because you have an idea.
You have to have built something, have a good track record,
X, Y, and Z, right?
The best way to get grants from foundations or chains or apps is to show you've done the work,
show you have a good marketing eye, show you have a network, those kind of things.
And you can find grants like fairly easily, even if there's no publicly posted grant programs. Like
if you know how to get in contact with someone on the team chances are
you probably have a good network and you can probably figure out how to get a grant or funding
or get an intro to someone that can help you with that um i don't think they're gatecaps on avalanche
we just gave a million dollars to 60 different builders some were community built some are
completely new to avalanche um so it's's just about what you're building for that program specifically
and how feasible it is and how realistic your product is
and if it works and if it's good
and if you can actually acquire users
and how big your TAM is and that kind of thing.
I assume you're probably talking about maybe for some of those creator grants,
but I don't see many blockchains offering those right now.
It's kind of bear market vibes.
But yeah, if you have any specifics, I'd love to hear.
Yeah, it's an example.
Epoch, again, the same example.
Epoch, Octant, you know, from the Ethereum Foundation.
And yeah, you're 100% right.
It depends on the
timeline that we're in that's that's the grants that they're gonna give uh they're not gonna give
obviously creator grants right now when it's when it's a shit market right they're they're gonna
give grants towards building or towards something that is going to push their chain out there somehow, you know, get more transactions. And so, yeah, obviously grants are focused towards the
benefits of that certain protocol. But yeah, I don't know. It's just my personal opinion.
You know, you can you can take it in a grain of salt or not. It's up to you. But again, I told you, you can go look at those protocols.
Look at their past grants that they gave to.
Obviously, they are proud of it.
Not only AVAX, but other protocols too.
They're proud of giving out those grants.
And they obviously will post about the list of grants
that they gave and those companies. So you can go look for yourselves and see which type of
company, I'm going to call it, got those certain grants and you guys can see for yourselves if
their work is good or not or if they're friends of friends,
or if they're, you know, picked...
Yeah, but the issue here is, like, you brought this topic up,
and everyone's just like, hey, like, you know,
what are you referring to specifically?
And you're saying for us to go do our own research,
but, like, we're just asking you for an example
so we can kind of navigate the conversation in a better way.
like twice.
Octent, Ethereum Foundation.
Right, but do you know like
because they run a ton. Octent is a little
separate from EF. Yeah, it's like different epochs.
do you have examples of
nepotism and people that were funded
that way or is it just like the program in general they're saying?
Yeah, so Epoch 8, if I recall correctly,
the Ethereum Foundation lead, his name is Ahmed or something like that.
So before giving out those grants,
And at the same time, one of those grants that he actually gave was a friend of his.
And that's basically what it is.
Like you can see it.
There's like 12 of us in this space still.
I also think those two things are unrelated. what it is like you can see it because there's like 12 of us in this space still i also i also
think those two things are unrelated like i don't know how him botting his account or allegedly
botting his account has to do with him giving a grant to a friend because he wants to keep his
job you get it it's not like he's not the the own he's like he's not the founder of the ethereum
foundation what you were saying actually had a good, but this feels like it's just like very, very, very targeted to like an audience
that none of us have or like a specific person.
It is because that's my example.
It's just like...
Brother, set your, schedule your grant space, bro.
Let me RSVP.
The thing is though, like the, like maybe like I,
like we just gave grants out and I knew a lot of people that got grants and i'm friends with a lot of people that got grants but i didn't
give them the grants because they're my friends like they're building cool shit um so i would
yeah so i'm just saying like that that's probably not like the the best thing to lead with and
there's you know one grant that goes to a friend of his and there's probably a like the the best thing to lead with and there's you know one grant that
goes to a friend of his and there's probably a hundred that don't um so i yeah i i don't know
if you applied for something or what you're building but maybe it's just like a personal
thing for you but yeah i i don't know too much about the ethereum foundation program specifically
no no no nothing is nothing is actually personal it's just something
that i noticed because you know when they give out the the grants uh they they usually bring
you on a video call and they start calling each you know uh each name of a certain uh of a certain
person that they got a certain grant and you know the people who are actually giving those grants
they're on the video
call and the people that they choose they go on a video call at the same call and you see like i'm
i'm just i just like psychology and i like body language and i like you know um to to like i like
to test things uh just for the sake of it um i don't gain anything from it. But yeah, that's what I found.
It's just ridiculous. Now, again, I'm not saying all of the protocols are the same. It's just,
you know, how the business world works too, right? Like how do you think, I'll give you an example.
It's not a grant, but it's just real life,. How do you think they're going to choose the next CEO of Air Canada?
Is it going to be somebody who's going to apply on the internet and they're going to read a CV?
No, it's going to be a network.
It's going to be like a friend of a friend.
Oh, you speak two languages? Here, come here.
You're the new CEO.
All right, what?
Like, yeah. It's a network. new series what yeah like yeah but like what no i mean this is just it's normal like your network is your net worth it's like the saying everyone in business says no it's that's not
what i meant what i meant is what like i'll give you i'll give you an even better example i'll
clear it out to everybody right now if you're lost this is gonna clear it
out for you i am below g i work at uh monad foundation okay i give out the grants i work
there boom 300 people apply you know out of those 300 20 of them are my friends you know what so i don't look
sketchy i'm gonna give three of those 20 friends you know i'm gonna give them grants and the rest
you know i'm gonna pick and choose but obviously for the rest i'm gonna pick the ones that are
actually gonna help me keep my job and not actually make me lose my job because obviously i want to
keep it it means it makes me money it makes live. And the three friends that actually got those grants,
you know what? We're going to split out the money. But at the same time, they are definitely going
to do what they're supposed to do. So that's how just real life work. I don't believe in fairy tales and butterflies. I don't believe in, you know, uh, you like you're
like this industry is not Oprah, you know, like it's not you get a $50,000. You get a $5,000.
I think we understand what you're saying. We just don't understand the point you're trying to make.
just don't understand the point you're trying to make the point is you know um if if you're
if you don't have let's say let's say you don't you have a wonderful portfolio right that's what
they ask for you have a wonderful portfolio you uh but you don't have any social media you know
and but your portfolio depending on the grant again it's it's like very
specific but depending on the grant let's say it's a builder grant whatever and you have a great
portfolio in the real world right you built whatever xyz they will not choose you
they will not even if you apply and you have great success in the real world they will not choose they will always
choose the grant that they will all choose the people that will benefit them um monetarily
not there's no donation you understand yeah we get it but we get it below g yeah grant grant
giving has been corrupt since the beginning of
time bro we understand that so let's build some like immutable provably uh meritocratic uh
protocols or something instead of the app in next topic how about that ball ballroom in the
white house doesn't that look uh amazing how about the the rockets going in space how about
them hornets shout out to juxt how about
the lakers tonight does anyone like the lakers tonight how about avax like i would apply for a
grant at avax you know oh my god it sounds like you don't have the like grit to stick through
and like it doesn't have the only full through apply because in the real fucking world, grants are actually not easy to apply to.
It's a long, bureaucratic, dumb ass motherfucking process as is most real fucking business.
Holy shit. The fact that you are blown away that people's network gets them reached to the things
and you don't understand that. i'm blown away for you that
you're surprised by this my love um holy shit you are gonna have a heyday when you get into
the real world i am just saying i i love you too but no i am not blown away by uh by the network
thing i'm actually in the real world i do have a few businesses running so no i'm not
blown away by this i'm just it's just like you know i'm i do favoritism myself like i would not
anyways did anybody see what yay is doing for tomorrow because i am like on my heels so fucking
excited profits tell me what to wear what do do you wear to yay? Because I have no idea.
Black. Weird flex.
Thanks for flexing. Thanks for literally
Honestly, I would say like
Japanese fashion.
You can't go wrong. Okay, so I
can wear bows. This is great.
I know who you're going with. You better wear some
swaggy sneakers to match my mans and shit.
Okay? More so like
Japanese street wear. Like Japanese street wear is very yay coded, I think. swaggy sneakers to match my mans and shit okay i'm more so like japanese streetwear like like
japanese streetwear is very yay coded i think okay i'm pinteresting now yo have you guys been
seeing the shots though coming out from that concert like honestly that's probably the best
stage design of all time honestly yo it looks fire, though, like, the fucking set list is...
I'm, like, literally freaking out.
No, I'm jealous, I'm not gonna lie.
Like, I might...
Yeah, like, I don't know.
Like, that's crazy.
I mean, I knew it was gonna be sick, but, like, that's, like, once-in-a-lifetime type shit, honestly.
Ladies and gentlemen.
This is the opportunity of a lifetime right now.
If you haven't liked, commented, and reposted this space, once again, I'm going to assume you go to people's houses and go straight in their fucking refrigerators.
That's crazy as fuck.
