And mostly it's focused on a chain.
And so with those,

monday wednesdays i'll do it uh usually around noon uh depending on the guests because sometimes
we have to kind of coordinate with their timeline and their time zone but fridays will always be at
seven o'clock at night so uh i just recently had on Monday the head of Ape Chain,
the CEO of Ape Chain, Cam.
And so it was a great chat.
And so it's a one-on-one.
We do have time at the end for people to come up and ask questions,
but it's really a one-on-one with some of the founders.
So I know there's a few founders in the room as well
that are still on ETH or Salon or other chains.
And so definitely would still interview you guys.
I want to discourage you guys because there's still a lot of good people on ApeChain that would obviously come over into other multi-chain ecosystems.
And with Uwe, I'm, you know, as like any other platform, but for the most part, it's multi-chain, right?

I try to have spaces running in the background while i'm working on the platform
that's yeah probably the monday space yeah i think that's what it was uh we've definitely got a lot of
a lot of uh features and stuff we're enabling for a chain specifically on oe that uh i'm going to
touch on a little bit here in a minute uh as well as some other cool stuff um are you gonna talk about say that again
are you gonna talk about divvy yes i think i can actually sit i think we should we should probably
start having a sink before these spaces so i know what i can i can't talk about well i mean i can
talk about divvy in terms of what it is and you know obviously you guys can talk about if you want
but so on on ape right now guys there a, there's a thing called Divi.
So two, two members, uh, within the ApeChain ecosystem, um,
Ernest Lee and Aaron Haber, uh, they run a thing called the board council.
And basically what they've done is they've created this, uh, this thing
called Divi.
And what it is basically is they give back Ape to the community based on the
volume that's traded.
So, uh, they use, they use a 721c contract for those that don't know it's it's a it's a lock contract
with royalties so the the motivation behind that is that if you have a collection on ape chain
and the volume that's traded what they do is they take the the royalties so the percentage whatever
you set it at they'll take the royalties and you as a founder can distribute that back to your community in APE on a monthly basis.
So if there's volume based on the percentages you set, you can give that back to your community
on communities that are holding and delisted, et cetera, et cetera. They can chop it up
different ways. It doesn't have to be a 30 day payoutout it can be like daily weekly monthly yearly um so
divi's a kind of a protocol that a lot of communities and projects on ape chain are using
right now so it's really cool because again there's some projects that are given back you
know depending on how many you hold like one two three ape per nft you hold in that collection so
so there's about i think 11 projects on ape that are
using divi so yeah it's cool and then i'll let you talk dustin if you are allowed to about what
it impacts ui with yeah for sure uh sid i don't know if you're there let me let me make sure that
this uh some stuff we can talk about i think it is but i just want to double check before i put my
foot in my mouth what are you asking me about About some of the ApeChain features that we've got. We're allowed
to start talking about that stuff, right? Of course. Okay, sweet. Yeah, so Divi is one of the
things that we're definitely catering to on UE. The whole concept is one of the things about UE
is being able to safely identify projects, associated founders of projects, and associated community members with projects.
And that includes any Divi collection.
So Divi collection on Uwe is going to have a very specific badge
indicating that it is a Divi-enabled NFT collection.
And if I'm not mistaken, I think they are more than just Ape Chain, if I remember correctly, or they're planning on it.
But basically those collections will be surfaced right up front on the homepage.
So you know exactly where to go, kind of help incentivize that protocol and make it easier for people to discover.
Yeah, there's going to be some technicalities behind that.
They have this thing now that's called um shadowing so there's a protocol that was uh created by a member of the
yiga uh yiga team and basically ox quit create this thing called shadowing so effectively what
that does is you can leave your original nft on base eth and even ape chain and basically what it is is that if you have a
collection that you want to leave there you can basically shadow over onto other chains
the the same nft the only difference is your original lives on on eth your shadow version
can be still used for you know gameplay tokenization all the different things you
normally do with your your nft if you want to obviously participate.
So in some situations,
people that are shadowing their collections
allow the user to shadow,
which basically means they can move it across chains
and then they can still earn the rewards,
i.e. like Divi, for example.
So there's, I know a collection right now,
there's obviously Bored mutin apes they've
created the shadowing protocol so theoretically you could leave your ape on eth shadow over your
ape onto ape chain still reap the benefits while your original nft is still safe on on eth and so
that's the opportunity absolutely actually as a matter of fact i think we've got um filters for
the shadow collections already on ue as well so um ape chains got a matter of fact, I think we've got filters for the Shadow collections already on UE as well.
So ApeChain's got a lot of cool stuff coming out.
And we recognize some pain points that people on Ape have had with different marketplaces.
And we're really trying to kind of cater and help make a better trading and marketplace environment for all the cool stuff that got launching um so yeah
divi's definitely being supported uh shadow uh is the shadow collections are already supported
um and they will also have a badge indicator of which collections are shadowed over
as well so that's awesome

Yeah, absolutely.
Raise is something I've been super excited about.
It's going to be another partner platform for Ui. And I believe if I can get permission,
this is probably going to be one of the first things to launch and fairly soon. It is actually
ready to go. I'm just waiting on a couple UI branding updates to make to it. But essentially,
Raise is going to be your crypto native platform for fundraising for either building
out a startup uh starting a collection uh getting new equipment if you're an artist getting new
you know art equipment whatever you want to do it's like the gofundme of web3
uh so basically what users can do they create a campaign uh it's set up just like gofundme or kickstarter uh people can support whether it be anonymously or
be uh unknown and i can support with any any evm crypto that you want uh you can use credit card
and kind of help uh push whatever someone's campaign is for to full funding um and i think
it's going to be a really good way especially especially for onboarding new users who are wanting to start a project or a company in the Web3 space or just in general.
It doesn't even have to be Web3 related.
Another venue to help for fundraising for early stage startups or for even, you know, anything in general.
Anything in general, if somebody wants to get on there and raise to get a new PC, they can do that as well.

See, I love that idea because I have a product that I have designed out and thought about very well.
And if I get some fundraising, I definitely want to get myself a patent on it so that, you know,

One of the biggest hurdles, especially in any type of new age, new stage, early stage
startup, whether it be web two or web three is just getting funding just to get off the
ground.
A lot of, a lot of companies do what's called bootstrapping, which is essentially where
the founder pays for everything in a pocket. And that stuff gets old fast.
And that can be pretty much detrimental to a good idea or a good company succeeding or failing.
And this is just kind of a good way to give the ability for people to raise within their community and be able to actually try and pursue something they enjoy.
Yeah, dude, I think RAISE is going to be huge.
Obviously, we're bullish on Lockbox Z.
We have about six other types of services that we'll be adding into Uwe over the next few months.
Obviously, we have, you know, multiple asset classes that are being built in there.
Just a lot of incredible things.
And on top of that, obviously, we'll be launching some pretty dope projects with some great founders.
The other thing that will be going up into the marketplace is our NFA Shops portal.
into the marketplace is our NFA Shops portal. If you guys remember in 2022 we launched NFA Shops
which enable people to go in there and start their own print-on-demand store.
So we're updating that link now and the website now. It'll be rebranded to our NFA Gearnami brand
and so all the different projects that are coming through the Uwe platform will be able to go up there, create your own store.
And also people who are just sitting on a bunch of IP will be able to go up in there and create their own store.
So something we're really stoked about, I mean, we've been talking about this for three years now.
I know Rosemarie and Voice have started their Monday space or
kind of pivoted their Monday space talking about IP. And you guys know that IP has always been a
strong point for me, something I've always, I mean, I've built every one of my businesses off of
either IP we've created or licensed. And, you know, the importance of IP is massive.
You know, I've talked about licensing over 150 board apes and related products from the Yuga family,
which we're building out a lot of different stuff with, which we haven't even announced yet.
The Tootsie Roll license, again, another great example of IP.
It's pretty incredible.
So I want to encourage you guys. I know EAC is on there. We have a whole
list of about 20 projects already who've hit us up, who want to make sure they get their print-on-demand
store going. So if for some reason the Ui site isn't up and you want to get your gear going,
let me know. We are going to be getting people set up prior to us launching the Ui platform sooner than later. So Dustin, anything else you want to talk about? You want to talk about any

alpha so it's still rough around the edges uh it's it's available now anyone that's a beta tester

when will we be opening up the beta testing?
Because I know we have a pretty hefty list now.
When are you going to start letting people in?
So I've got, we've got two, I think two main action items left to do admin wise.
And then aside from that, just do some UI updates with the new logo.
But my goal is to do it within the next week and a half, two weeks.
So by the first week of July, I plan on getting everybody that's on that allow list in there to start beta testing.

Yeah, so we want people to come in, play around with it, and then be able to give your feedback so that we can tweak
stuff obviously take any suggestions and add them to the mix and and you know hopefully make it
better and better you know any projects that are in here if you don't think we have your contract
already make sure you reach out to us we can get you guys updated and on the site.
We're going to be leaning on all of our community projects to help us market and promote the marketplace, and we're going to do the same with their projects. Keep in mind, unlike OpenSea and
Magic Eden and some of the other platforms where everything under the sun is pay to play,
and even if you have money to pay, they may not even let you play.
The projects and founders that support me, NFA, Uwe, and our family,
those are people that we're going to give a lot of love to on our platform.
And that's not just giving love to the founder,
that's giving love to the projects as well.
So we're hoping that the projects themselves will start to come in
and the people in the community start to give us love.
This is really going to be, I look at OOE as the community's marketplace.
This is where I think we can grow exponentially as Web3.
The simplicity of it, the ease of it,
and what I'm looking at is if I'm a new person coming in from Web2, I want to go somewhere that's super easy for me to navigate.
I don't want to have to learn a million things.
So we're going to make it super easy for people to come in there and be able to navigate and have fun.
And I'll just mention one of my favorite features. I mentioned this on almost every space, but we're going to be the first marketplace that you can direct DM another wallet, another profile.
wall to wall and say, yo, dude, your collection is rad. Or I love that piece of art. Or hey, I know
you never want to sell that. But I want to let you know if you want to sell it, I'd love to buy it.
And then the other thing that I think is super cool, because I get this every day
on OpenSea, is I just get some random person sending me an offer. Well, on the OOE marketplace,
you're going to be able to send a counteroffer and you'll be able to start that conversation with that person looking at your piece of art.
And so I think that's going to be a huge, huge play and hopefully something people will find exciting and different.
I know for me, that's always been a challenge, you know, especially when I'm looking for IP that I might want to license.
I'm not even let's just say I'm not even looking to buy.
Let's say I want to license a certain, let's say, Xenu, but I don't know who owns it.
Well, I can go find that Xenu on my marketplace, and then I can send that person a direct message and say,
Yo, I freaking love your Xenu.

So I think that tool,
I don't think people realize how significant that is, especially where we're hoping Web3 is going to go. We really want this to be a collector's marketplace. That's the future. Being able to
