You know, last year, just like Mr. Green, you know, kind of fell on my face.
So this year, things are going good.
I got some good momentum going.
So there's no better place to come and, you know, share this positive energy I got than with you guys.

When you said if you've been here for like four years, I was like, damn, we have been here for hella long.
Yeah.

And you want to know something?
When you fall on your face and you get up, you tend to be stronger, right?
And I think that's a, you know, listen, being able to say that you fell on your face and still be able to jump up on a stage and be like, you know, guess what?
I fell on my face and I'm picking up the pieces and we're moving it forward.
That's the way you build, right?
You know, with me, I've hit a lot of walls.
And, you know, my strength is backing up from that wall and then figuring out how to get over that freaking wall.
And that's been my strength in business since I started my first business, you know, my first legitimate business at 19.
Right.
Got to do it.
You got to do it.
So you just you just keep plugging away and, you know, let the haters hate who freaking cares.
Just keep it going.
And then it's interesting.
The haters are always the first ones to ring the doorbell and be like, yo, dude, can I can I chill with you?
And I've learned that over the years.
Right.
It's always the haters that want to come hang once once they see what you've been able to accomplish.
Right.
And like if I have haters, I don't even know.
I don't even care.
I don't see hate.
I only see love.
And that's that's how I've been able to get, you know, where I am in business.
Right.
You got to cry about it.
And then after you cry about it, get back up and do something about it.
It's OK to feel it.
But you got to actually put in some action to change what you're going through.
You can't just whine all the time.
Well, I mean, you know, my dad, my dad one day, you know, called me in.
We were chopping it up and he's like, I don't know how you do it.
Like, you're you're like on the fastest, steepest roller coaster.
And he's like, you have the highest highs and the lowest lows.
And he's like in my dad was a doctor.
He was he was a you know, he was very you know, I always say he's like he was very focused, like looking at a microscope.
Right.
And I my vision was like all this peripheral vision.
I could see a million miles out.
My dad just saw right was what was in front of him.
And I told him, I'm like, you know, I love the highs, but there's a sickness to it because I loved the lows.
I loved literally being curled up in a fetal position, not knowing how the hell I was going to be able to get back up that next day.
And then for whatever reason, and it's happened every time the next day, something big happened and I was back up on top.
And so it's just the way I've lived my life.
You know, people say being an entrepreneur or being a businesswoman or businessman or whatever you want to call it is is is a joke of a job.
But let me tell you, it is one of the hardest jobs.
You know, you remember when you're an entrepreneur, no one's writing you a check.
You know, no one's giving you a check.
You got to make that check yourself.
And and if you have people working for you, those people get paid first.
And so, you know, I commend you, brother, for for sticking with it and, you know, pivoting.
Right. Sometimes you got to pivot.
You got to change your you know, listen, I did it back in this space.
I was working on the homies.
I didn't feel it was the right time to drop them after putting in a year and a half.
And and I pivoted and I focused on NFA and I focused on what we were doing there.
And then I pivoted and I'm doing the ultimate pivot right now.
I you know, we're going to be dropping.
We're going to be dropping some stuff.
We have some projects that we're going to drop.
We're going to drop some cool things.
But I am super focused on business right now.
I'm really focused on business.
I'm focused on Vegas.
I'm focused on real world assets.
And the fact that, you know, there's 10 trillion dollars in in real world assets that are going to be tokenized.
You can look at what BlackRock is doing.
If you're not paying attention or you don't understand what a real world asset is, this is the space you want to be in.
This is where we're going to we're going to have come to Jesus moment.
And we're going to have some real, real important people rolling through, you know, people who are building multibillion dollar empires and are going to come in here and talk to us and educate us and teach us about the future of blockchain and really what it's all about.
And so that's where I'm focused on, right?
And like I said, I'm not stopping the homies.
I'm not stopping any things we're doing.
I'm just trying to take it to the next level.
Vegas is the next level for me.
We signed a huge deal for AR.
That's the next level for me.
We signed a huge deal for print on demand.
That's the next that's the next deal for me.
So I'm going to take all these things, put it together.
We have digital ticketing ticketing platform that lives on the blockchain that we that we partnered up with.
We're pulling together major industries and bringing them to Web3, bring them to the blockchain and sitting at tables with billionaires now.
Right.
I was I was talking to my friends, you know, the difference between sitting at a table with just, you know, the regular people you do business with and then sitting at a table with people who are uber successful.
Number one, you tend to be the dumbest guy at the table, at least in my case.
I'm the dumbest guy at the table.
So I'm learning more than I've ever learned in my life.
This last six months, I got a I think I got a triple MBA.
Like I my business, my business degree is like from, I mean, I don't even know, triple Harvard.
The people I'm chilling with now who are educating me about structure of businesses, how to make money, how to make your money make money and how to build a empire.
That's who we're sitting with now.
So these people are coming in our spaces.
These are people that are going to come in here.
We're going to try to make our Wednesday space, like I said, we'll we'll still have some fun, but I want to get some people in here.
I want to make it more of an AMA.
I want people to come up and ask questions.
And I think it's going to be it's going to be big for all of us.
Right.
There's a there's an opportunity here to learn.
And that's the that's the one thing that I miss from the old days when I first started Web3 was going in spaces and learning because I that's how I that's how I that's how I'm sitting here now is is literally learning by from the people who were there before me, learning from the founders that were doing it big and and learning what they did right and wrong and figuring out how I want to maneuver through the space.
So this is going to be fun, you guys.
I'm telling you, it's going to be different.
We're definitely not going to be, you know, playing around.
But there's there's a there's a big shift right now that's going on.
And NFA is going to be a big part of it.
And Xenu, Mainnet Z, Stardogs, Income Island, all of them, all the people on the stage that have been with us all along are going to all have an opportunity to, you know, be able to work with us and to build with us in a much different way.
So it's going to be it's going to be sick.

So, you know, I know you're working on a lot of stuff.
I know you had a space the other day.
I know you're you're you're getting uber focused on our W.
W.A.s.
Do you have anything that you want to share?
Anything that you think I've left out that you might want to tap into?
I mean, just that when when you think about.
Crypto, as you know it now, once you start looking into our W.A.s and realizing the potential, it pales in comparison to anything else that we've built.
Like it just it does it's it's it's the next wave and, you know, we're we're front running it.
And I think that, you know, if you haven't started looking into our W.A.s, how they're structured, how they're backed, you know, by the real world asset and then how they're, you know, valued and tokenized.
Start looking into it, you know, get educated.
Look where the industry is going, not where it's been.
Obviously, a lot of us were brought together with, you know, NF through NFTs and I think that there's so many more things that we can do with the existing NFTs that we have that were never really thought of before.
Right. The other interesting thing that's happening in tandem, and I spoke about this on the space, but I truly think that, you know, I mean, day one, you know, there's it's rumored to be executive orders that are coming into crypto.
Right. I mean, the SEC has been down everyone's throat.
Anyone that has, you know, a market cap above a certain level, you know, regulation is coming and, you know, hopefully it's not over regulation.
Hopefully it's just clear, you know, defined rules.
We need that. Right. We we've been, you know, somewhat in the Wild West for so long.
And now it's time to, like, really get down to business.
You know, you see I'm sure a lot of you people like you're getting calls from your mom or dad like, oh, my financial person, they they asked me if I wanted to get into Bitcoin or they want they asked me if I wanted to get into ETH and switch part of my portfolio to crypto.
You know, it's like mainstream adoption is coming.
Things will change rapidly.
And in tandem, you see all the A.I. stuff happening.
Right. And, you know, we're we're looking heavily into A.I. as well.
So, you know, my voice is cracking every two seconds.
We've we've been on too many calls, Sid.
But yesterday, yes, yesterday, not to interrupt you.
Yesterday, I had a call.
It started at 5 p.m.
OK, wifey and I went to dinner at 615.
I'm still on the same call.
We said she sat with me the whole dinner.
I'm on the call.
I got home on the call.
I didn't get off the call till two in the morning.
So from five till two in the morning, people jumping into the call, jumping out of the call.
But the same that same call when I looked at my phone was over seven hours.
I was on this call yesterday.
And like I said, bringing bringing different people on the team in to discuss different pieces.
And, you know, because I'm I've kind of orchestrated this whole thing, I'm I'm I'm in I'm I'm integral to all of it.
So it's like it's a nonstop what we're doing right now.
It's crazy.
A hundred percent.
Yeah.
But I mean, it's all exciting, right?
Like because you see, you know, I don't want to get too much into detail because obviously like a lot of it is very sensitive.
But I mean, it's exciting as hell.
Like I, you know, I was on that same call, not for the full seven hours, but, you know, for a good five of it.
You were actually you were with me when I was at dinner.
Yeah, exactly.
You were ordering your your dinner like, oh, sorry, guys.
I was like, hey, hot mic, hot mic.
I'll take the fajitas and some guac on the side.
Let's go.
So, yeah.
And I was like, hey, give me a marg.
I'll be there soon.
But yeah, I mean, listen, like I'm a little bit mind blown.
Like my my wheels don't stop turning and I can honestly hardly sleep.
And like, you know, it reminds me of like the very early days of Xenu where it was, you know, nonstop.
I mean, you know, me, Dale, you know, scary back in the day and Mario, we would stay up on calls till 4 a.m., 5 a.m.
And then finally get some sleep, right?
Like that.
This is that this is that like that's how you build a three.
That's how you build a 300 million market cap, right?
No, exactly.
Exactly.
I mean, it's it's nonstop.
It's like full on dedication.
You know, it's it's a little bit of maybe tension in the household, you know, at certain times.
It's a lot of, you know, it's a lot of sacrifice.
But at the same time, it's so it's going to be so worth it.
So anyway, I'm just I'm pumped for this this next year.
And honestly, I'm pumped for, you know, the next 10 years.
Like, I think that there's going to be some things that will blow people's minds once we actually release like what it is.
So, you know, you can say you can say like it's hype or whatever.
That's fine.
Like, no, no worries.
You want to say it's hype?
Go ahead.
Not a problem.
I can't wait to get it all off the chest.
I can't freaking wait.
So, dude, you know what the crazy thing is?
Like once once things are said and and I, you know, listen, it's like anything else.
You guys, you got to realize just just using Mainnet Z as an example.
Mainnet Z is in its infancy, right?
You take the average blockchain layer, one blockchain that's been around for for multiple years and building.
You know, those people aren't sitting in spaces.
They're not they're not doing those things.
They're out there building their blockchain.
And and I started the space off today saying you have to be very careful what you say, right?
You don't want to you don't want to push people to buy.
You don't want to push people to sell.
Everybody's got to make their own decision.
If you if you believe in the team, if you believe in the vision, even if you don't know what the vision is, if you just believe that if you just believe, then you know what to do.
If you don't believe, you know what to do.
Right. And it doesn't matter what what I say.
I could tell you, hey, you should you should you should buy X, Y, Z.
Well, doesn't matter.
Like I'm not and you've never that's one thing I can say that I'm proud of.
You never hear me say you should do this or you should do that.
I'm very cautious about telling anybody to do anything.
And I always tell you guys from how I roll in the space is that I don't do things off hype.
I'm very into long term investments, long term, you know, collecting, et cetera.
And every time I've tried to go and get behind something that's a hype or if it's a mean token or whatever, I always get burned because I can't.
That's not my job.
And that's why even in the stock market, I never went with the hype.
I always I always played long.
And you hear me say that all the time.
I'm a long player.
And the people that and whatever chain it is, whatever you get into, if you're in it to make a nickel, God bless you.
Right.
No, there's nothing wrong with taking a penny and turning it a nickel.
You just made five times your money.
That's not that's not fun for me.
And it's just it's not where my head is at.
I want to take a penny and I want it to be 100, 500, $1,000.
Right.
And so that's where my brain is at.
And I think about Ethereum.
And honestly, I don't know what Ethereum's price is today.
I don't know what Bitcoin's price is today.
I don't know what any price is.
I've never I never look at a frickin chart.
Does anybody know what Ethereum is at today?
I was hovering around like thirty four hundred to thirty five hundred.
OK, so thirty five hundred.
There is a lot of people and I know one of them for sure.
Ninety two.
Exactly.
How much?
Thirty three ninety two.
I have the chart on my iPhone that I constantly will monitor.
OK, so enjoy that.
I hope you have fun looking at that.
I can I can tell you this, that I know people that bought Ethereum at a penny and nickel a dime.
And one of them is a multibillionaire.
Her her and her husband, they build hotels and properties all over the world because of their their purchase of Ethereum.
Ethereum and they bought it at a penny and now they're sitting at thirty six hundred.
And and as far as I'm concerned, that could go to ten thousand, twenty thousand, fifty thousand.
Who knows?
But the my point is this.
You can't come onto a space and you can't make promises.
And and at least me, especially because I am I am involved in an SEC situation.
The last thing I'm going to do is start to do any kind of inside information or anything like that.
So just remember the people that are spilling the beans too much without the right type of without the right time, a right type of disclaimers.
Just be very careful about that.
Right. Just do your own research, as we always say.
But I can say this.
I can say this.
I'm very bullish about Mainnet Z.
I'm very bullish about Income Island.
I'm very bullish about MetaRides.
I'm very bullish about what Devin is doing, EAC and Tricky.
I'm bullish about these people and Dylan.
And I'm I'm bullish because we've been working hand in hand, side by side for years.
And I see them.
I see them working.
I see their vision and I know they see my vision.
So I just want to shout out to all of them and shout out to the community.
And I know there's going to be haters.
I know people are going to get into back channels and start sending messages and they're going to
say, oh, they they didn't say anything.
Well, trust me, if you didn't catch what I just said, then you missed it because I gave
you the biggest clue ever.
So if you maybe you can listen to the recording, I don't know if you know how to how to really
read between the lines, but if you know who I'm working with and I'm telling you we're
doing big things, that's all you need to know.
And if you can't figure out what that means, I don't know what to tell you, but it should
be pretty clear what to do or what not to do.

And I was like, yo, that is dope.
And guess what?
I'm partners with them now.

And that's how you build.

You go.
You connect with people that see your vision and then they say, hey, guess what?
I think I can lend something to your vision.
I can help.
And I'd like to be part of it with you so we can build this into the next big thing.
So those people are here.
They know who they are.
I've asked them if they if they want to come up.
I know we're trying to keep things on the low.
But, you know, at some point, sooner or later, a couple of these people are going to basically
say what they created.
And I'm super, super stoked about it.
The other thing is there's a lot of people in this room that nobody knows about yet that
are supporting me in bigger ways than you guys know.
So there's people in this room right now that are partners in a company with me.
There's people sitting right next to you right now that that saw my vision, that heard
me speak, that called me up and said, hey, Sid, what are you doing?
What are you working on?
Let's let's let's talk about this.
How can I be part of this with you?
And there's people right now.
I can see him in the room.
They're partners with me in my companies.
They're they're going to be growing with me and building with me.
So that's what this is about.
And and and again, no one's going to say anything because they all realize the gravity of it.
They all understand the vision.
They all understand what we're building here and they understand the long term play, not
the short term play.
What's the long term play?
What is how do we get generational wealth?
That's what we're trying to build.
All of us.
We're all trying to build generational wealth.
We want to take care of ourselves.
We want to take care of our parents and our uncles and our aunts and our kids and hopefully
take care of our kids, kids.
Right.
That's what we're doing here.
Besides building friendships, I mean, some of the people that I'm closest with, I mean,
I talk to visit every day.
You know, Nate calls me every day.
I talk to Mr. Green all the time.
I talk to Ducky all the time.
I talk to Dylan all the time.
And I and I can go on and on.
There's, you know, Thor's hit me up today to make sure he sent me the funniest message
ever.
He's like, you know, I know you haven't been on a space in a minute.
I hope you it's just like riding a bike.
It'll be OK.
You're going to be able to get up there and do your thing.
And it made me crack up.
I was like, you know, something that's funny as hell.
But that this is the type of friendships that we're building.
But at the same time, besides just friendships, there's nothing better than building with
friends.
Right.
We're, you know, people people say sometimes, well, the worst person you can do business
with is your friend.
It's funny.
The best people I've ever done business with are my friends.
My experience has always been working with my friends and building with my friends.
Even if we fucking hit a wall, we hit it together and we can laugh it off.
Right.
But I get a pleasure out of working with my friends.
And I also get a pleasure, you know, when we hit singles, doubles, triples and home runs.
And right now, we're looking at home runs.
You know, I've said this all the time.
When I get up to bat, I'm not, I'll strike out 50 freaking times because I'm going to
swing that bat so fucking hard that I want that ball to go over and I want three people
on base.
And that's how I play games.
That's how I play in business.
And that's what we're doing here.
So I spoke way too much and it's funny, Mr. Green, I haven't lost my voice in a long
time.
And I think that I got to shout out my wife because she's got my health under control and
I feel really good.
And, you know, I couldn't do without her.
So Nifty's wife down there, thank you for getting my health in order and making me feel
good and give me the strength and the power.
You know, it's the one thing that I didn't have before, before I met her was this, this
clear energy, this clear vision of where I wanted to go and somebody behind me fueling
And that's what, that's what I found.
I found the person that sees my vision, believes in my vision and is giving me the strength and
the push to take it over the top.

You know, when you have a group of people, a team of people that all have that same mindset,
all have that same vision, working together in tandem, doing what they do best and bringing
it to reality, the things that happen.

Look at what gets created.

It's a lot of people all moving in that same direction.
And that's what's happening.

And even in this last week, uh, I'll just say, we, we have a new member of the team.
That's one of the pioneers of AI.
This guy is, is a professor.
He's, he's a, uh, author.
And, you know, the fact that he's part of the team and I can call him up and, and learn
from him and, and have him help me build my vision is bananas.
And that's, that's how I feel about income Island.
That's how I feel about main at Z.
That's how I feel about all the people that are, are, are ride or die on this next wave,
our next vision.
It's bananas.

So today I'm marketing my daughter's collection, the PFP I got on.
It's 50 hand-drawn kittens on pole, 50 pole each.
It's just something special that we've been working on together for a while, get her involved
in Web3.
She's nine years old.
She has her own bank card now, her own bank account.
So that's what I'm pushing today.
Just launched it, two minted.
And then basically I'm focusing on the core of what EAC is and the core product.
So basically I pretty much have the year laid out for me already.
In February we have a 10k alien trait collection that's not just JPEGs.
You can take them into the Discord and earn off-chain currency and you get rewarded for raids.
We're really trying to make the Discord just about community and engaging people.
And my job is to fill that Discord up, which I've been doing well with inviting people in
by giving them some tokens and telling them that they don't need any purchase ever necessary.
You just come in and earn the token.
So almost around 1,500 people in the Discord right now.
So keeping that going and just other collab mints that I'm involved with other artists.
Not looking to really collab with anyone else right now.
Just focusing on what the main collabs that we have.
Because like, yeah, I have another collab collection, Drop It in March.
And another collab collection, The Gang Skulls, which is really these two great artists on Polygon
that I'm involved with and bring money into the DAO that way.
And in the back end, the guys who are builders in the AAC, they're working on AI agents and learning how to build those.

We've got Darcy Donovan on the advisory board, a lot of stuff that we're building foundationally
right now that are, uh, preparing us for a big 2025.
But, um, I don't think people realize, but when you're creating things to be interoperable,
it's one thing to make it for your world and your environment.
Uh, but we're making things work, uh, in multiple games, multiple worlds, et cetera.
