has been up to, and I don't know if you'll even be able to come up tonight.
But he's working on some big things.
Obviously, he signed a lot of projects.
He signed Tootsie Roll, which those designs are sick.
It's pretty incredible.
I know he did some special stuff for Nifty's World.
We're working on some stuff for Crypto Homies.
I can assure you that we'll be probably doing some sort of collab for all of our different brands. OUI, Save Now Shop, our Tootsie Roll stuff that we're doing.
I'm sure there'll be some cross promotion. You know, we got our whole wearables coming out.
We also have our avatars and we got some other surprise. We have our digital wearables connected
to physical wearables. I've been working with the Hogs on some sick-ass designs to get integrated into their game.
Also, we'll be integrated into Income Island.
It's going to be bananas.
So lots of stuff to talk about.
I know that we have a bunch of things, a bunch of projects coming up here.
Let me just go through a couple of things.
Number one, make sure you're following everybody up on the stage as always. Please give OOE
platform some love and Nifty's World. If you have not been to the Nifty's World website,
go to the website. The app is up now for Apple. So you can go up there and you can download. You
can just go to the Apple store or you can go on the website and you can hit the QR code. You'll be able to download the app now, which is our AR app called
Nifty's World. If you're on a Google device or an Android device, excuse me, it's going to take
about two weeks for the approvals to go through. We have 15 people from the community right now
doing the testing, but it's funny, when I used to make,
I used to make apps back in the day. I don't know if you guys even know this in one of my other
lives. I created one of the first farting apps with Will the Fartner from the Howard Stern Show
and actually went on Howard's Show and presented the, brought the app in there. We brought two
girls in with gas masks, the whole thing. And so I've been making apps forever.
It used to be really a challenge.
It took some time to get your Apple app to launch.
Now Apple approved us instantly.
They literally gave us one day lag time because they didn't believe that the videos we sent them of our technology really worked.
So we had to send them in some other stuff to just prove to them
that it was real. But Google Play, for whatever reason, because so many people are making these
AI apps now, they are giving people 15-day testing period where you have to have 15 people
playing with it through a special download. So right now we're on it 15 days from today or so. That'll be live and you'll be able to go download it on Google Play.
But for now, you can go and download the AR app.
You can share that out.
You can record, take pictures of it.
Really take some time and play with it, you guys.
It's a pretty big build that we did.
There's a lot of pieces to the pie there.

So let's jump to Dustin first and we'll go around the room and say yo to everybody.
Dustin, what's cracking, bro? Not much. How not much how you doing tonight man i'm on fire i mean you saw the i don't
want to give it away but you saw the latest collection right oh yeah i love it is that sick
or what that's pretty dope i love it for sure uh joey's been working with us on a project, uh, that's going to be launching when Uwe drops.
This will be one of our first drops and it's, uh, I'm not going to even give it away yet, but
when I tell you it's bananas, it's literally bananas. Uh, he's just murdered it for us. So
I can't wait for you guys to see that, but bro, I know we got so much stuff at Uwe and I know
there's some people in here haven't heard anything about what we're up to um is there anything you can share
kind of just give a little bit of an overview and and any of the features and functionality
that we can talk about yeah for sure so uh do you have a couple updates uh just as kind of like a
general overview uh ui is um baseline you know it's going to be an NFT marketplace, but it's so much more than that.
There's going to be several different asset classes on there, as well as several services.
We have a huge portion of the platform dedicated to music, on-chain music artists,
almost like a music streaming platform, for nft uh music artists so uh gaming
assets uh and things like that uh i'm pretty sure by now everyone that is associated with with you
guys with nfa uh anyone who's in the space um project wise has been curated and imported into Uwe
and has been verified.
I'll be shooting out links to all the projects within the next few days,
just kind of that way they have their collection link handy
and can see everything's up and ready to go.
Will they be able to see it with that or with Right?
So in order to actually get into the platform to see it with that or with right? No. So in order to do, in order to actually get into the platform to see it,
you'll have to request access on the wait list.
And in the wait list,
there's a form basically says whether or not you are a project founder,
content creator,
or whatever.
If you are a project that I reach out to and you'd like to get early access,
just make sure when you fill out that form that you say,
I am the founder of X collection and I can get you in that day. That
way you can go in there and edit your collection, change the description and look through everything
and just let me know how everything looks. So there'll be no issue getting you guys onboarded
as far as project founders doing. I wanted to speak to that for one second. So you guys,
I've been saying this for a minute. You know, if you're a project
that's connected to us in any which way, whether it's a project that's here right now or somebody
in the room has a project they love, now is the time to reach out to me, send a message to Uwe,
send a message to me, send a message to Mr. Green. We want to make sure we're giving love to all those
projects. And one of the key things that we're looking for in return is for those projects to help market and
promote our platform because let's be real if you go right now EAC Rob I'm
to single you out in this isn't a this isn't anything an attack on you but
typically if you were to try to reach out to open see today they're not gonna
care that you want to get featured there unless you're going to pay them a lot of money.
And even then, they may not even want to feature you.
I went to OpenSea with, you know, a $50 million art collection with the homies, with Ralph Sampson and a Puma project and a number of others.
And they just were not interested.
They really, at the time, were focused on rugging projects, interestingly enough,
but they were also looking for people to kind of pay to play.
With what we're doing is we're going to give love to people that are giving us love.
So if you're a project, if you have a project or you know somebody with a project,
get them in our space.
We're going to start to do ooey mega spaces where we're going to invite projects to come in, kind of back to our two
minute pitch, talk about their projects. But the main thing is to get them integrated on the
marketplace because now you have a home for your project. You don't have to send them over to
OpenSea or Magic Eden. You can have a home where when people come there, you're featured there, and you're a top of mind, top of our list.
And that's crucial, right?
You don't want to get lost in the shuffle.
Unless you're a trending top 100 project, you know, go on OpenSea.
You're never going to see your name up in lights.
On Ouwe, we're giving love to all of our projects that support us, and that's how we're going to build together.
to all of our projects that support us.
And that's how we're gonna build together.
So back to you, Dustin.
Yeah, and on that note,
there's a lot of cool features
that we have enabled for collections.
You know, we have a point system where you can have,
you can basically get collection of the day,
collection of the week, collection of the month.
And what it does is for any transactions
on your collection, the users earn either 10 times, 50 times, 100 times points for UE.
And in addition to that, there's a cool feature.
Each collection has a token-gated conversation thread, essentially.
So every collection by default has a community thread,
and any NFT holders in that collection land on your site or land on your collection page on Uwe.
There's basically a form that everyone can chat together in and it'd be for holders only.
Kind of navigating from that, we have a lot of social aspects built into the platform.
We have Uwe Social, which is basically a Twitter clone in Uwe.
Same thread format, posts, likes, comments,
and then spinning off that even more,
we have live streams.
Live streams are probably one of my more favorite features.
You can take over the live stream
for each individual chain for X amount of time,
or you could do an OUI takeover
and you take over the live stream
for all the chains that OUI supports.
And I think aside from that one feature that I am like just dying to get out that I actually got up and running yesterday is we still have a name for it
yet but basically it's it's a raise so kind of like GoFundMe except for web 3
startups you can create a campaign you can push it out to users, there's a funding page, you could set milestones, and users can donate to whatever it is you're doing, whether you want to raise funds to do a 3D print for a toy, or to launch a new project, or to start even just a Web3 startup, or anything like that.
You can launch these campaigns.
Or somebody gets sick in the community
and you want to raise funds for them.
Yep.
Yeah, you can launch campaigns,
set a timeframe for it,
and go off that way.
One of the big concepts here
is to be able to provide a bunch of services
all in one place,
not only just for content creators
or project founders,
but for everyone in general. So there's going to be a lot of services, art generation, 3D toys, things like
that. There's going to be all kinds of things that you can do. It's a marketplace by visual
looks, but there's so much more to it than that. Yeah, we want this, you know, we want it to be
easy breezy. We want it to be where people can come in navigate easily you know the to me
the future of of nfts and what we're building is collectability and people coming and collecting
and so if we if we were to make a complicated marketplace it's a really difficult to turn
somebody on to nfts or digital collectible toys or whatever you want to call them, digital gaming assets,
by taking them to an open sea where it's really over-cumbersome and you literally have to have
a PhD in Web3 in order to maneuver. We want them to be able to come in and easily be able to navigate,
easily be able to figure out what's going on. And you know our plan with nifty's world and a lot of
different collaborations we're doing there's going to be a lot of giveaways and we're going to be
giving you know potentially millions of digital assets away to people coming through our venue
um and and hopefully uh different venues around the world that we're associated with what's up
mr green i just want to let everybody know that I pinned up to the top
my post about the UI Marketplace. It's got the Gitbook on it that people can learn more at
and join the wait list. Yeah, I appreciate it. And it's like I said, you guys, there's so many
features on there. One of the features I love is being able to DM a holder.
You know, you can't do that any other platform.
This is wallet to wallet.
It's still anonymous.
So you can literally just send somebody a message say, yo, your PFP is dope or man,
I love your collection.
And also it allows people that once you make an offer that the person you're making an
offer to can actually counter offer and
say, hey, yo, you're out of your mind.
You can't buy my Xenu for 40 bucks.
It's going to be 300 bucks.
But at least you get a conversation going back and forth.
Right now, I get an offer.
I throw in the trash.
There's no way for me to like really have the interaction with that person or say, hey,
maybe we do a trade or, you know, whatever it may be. The other thing is SA Token, which is our native token for the Crypto Homies project,
is integrated into the marketplace.
You're not going to be able to use it for any purchase,
but you are going to be able to use it for certain purchases.
We'll also have SA-only launches and products that will only be available to SA holders or at least whitelisted
for SA holders first.
So I'm excited about getting that integrated.
So all of you that have your SA token, be rest assured that there will be projects dropping
on the marketplace that you build to use those tokens.
Don't forget they add up.
Each of them is worth a penny.
And so if you bought homeys, you're sitting on, if you have one home, you're sitting on, what is it, $25 worth
of SA token. And I know a lot of you have a lot more than that. So you're sitting on
a boatload of SA. So SA has been incorporated in. Obviously, we have Lockbox Z, which we
talked about a lot. You'll be able to go in there, take your idea, get
your provenance, your date stamp on that.
Once you get that handled, you need help with a copyright trademark patent, setting up your
business, building out your website, making a business pitch, marketing pitch, all those
different tools and features and functionality are all built into the back end of Lockbox
I actually had a call today with
Arnold, actually it was with James, excuse me, but Arnold and James and I have another service
product that we'll be adding to Mainnet Z, hoping to get that up and live by the time we go live.
And I'll just mention also, there's six chains right now that we represent, Ape,
just mention also there's six chains right now that we represent ape uh ethereum polygon avalanche
base mainnet z what's the other one is arbitrom on there avalanche is on there but we can
and we'll be adding we'll be adding more so again if you have a project that's on another chain, hit us up.
We're looking to support, you know, other chains. You know, we're doing a lot of stuff with Ape Chain.
So we'll be heavily involved with Ape and bringing the whole Ape community over.
We want OOE to be the home base for Ape. We want to be the home base for Mainnet Z.
We want to be the home base for Mainnet Z.
We want to be the home base for Avalanche.
You know, we want to make sure that we're giving extra love to these other chains as we build this thing out.

a shape of a shark and each of those are three different experiences so if you push the motorcycle
you'll be able to walk through the door and go check out this dope futuristic motorcycle
if you push the samurai he's going to start shooting spears at you through the door
the samurai, he's going to start shooting spears at you through the door. It's super sick. And then
if you go through, which is my favorite, if you hit the shark, you'll see that at the door, it looks
like it's just water rushing down at the front of the door. You can walk through the doorway,
and then you're under the ocean. And the sharks are swimming by you, the fish, turtles,
ocean and and yours the sharks are swimming by you the fish turtles everything's swimming around
you it's pretty sick all that can be filmed all of it can be photographed right through the app so
if you hold down the button it'll it'll it'll tape it and you can share it if you just take
it if you just click the button it just takes snapshots but it's pretty sick.

I was in a biomed program at UC Riverside.
And it was guaranteed medical school if you got through the program in three years.

I got myself set up in the dorms and I bailed out to go to a concert that night.
I didn't even meet my roommate.
And I came back the next day and I'm like walking through the dorms.

went psychology, biology. My biggest nightmare ever was like five years after I got out of school,
I thought I had like an O-chem exam. It was so real that when I got up, I like shot out of bed,
like freaking out that I had to take this O-chem test. And I thank God that I don't ever have to

we provide them with the hard assets. They run everything through the calling system, through metadata, and then your car fills inside their world.
But we do want to be able to provide the asset to anybody that wants it, similar to A Kid Called Beast and the way that they do it,
You know, a kid called Beast in the way that they do it, where you can go to a platform, prove you own it and get it.

I was talking to Voice of Reason the other night about, you know, what it looks like in terms of IP with and it wasn't the IP space, but it was before that.

We feel like the car itself is going to be the canvas for the NFA logo,
for the community, and for that IP.
So it's kind of a unique play on what we're doing in the Web3 space
that is slowly starting to transition into Web2,
and we're helping people integrate into Web3 and figure out what the hell it's all about.
So, yeah, but yeah, the hard assets we want to be able to provide to people that might
have virtual, you know, spaces that they want to put the cars.
And also, the reason I bring it up also is that, and I see Mallow Man's in the room,
you know, we're integrating our 3D printing into the marketplace as well.

Again, there are limitations on what you can do with, with the kind of graphics
and something that'll have to work out with Mallow, but it might be cool for people to make a digital

unless you own the asset so if someone owns the asset they can obviously download the 3d file
and then if they sell it or trade it there's no way to to get it back but you have to have
ownership of the asset at some period to get the 3d file so yeah

All right, so on March 26th, a Reddit post to some guy was playing his old computer games,
2016 a reddit post to some guy was playing his old computer games and uh he noticed a familiar
logo so he posted it and said hey guys i'm playing uh this computer game and it looks like that's a
bitcoin logo and the internet went internet went nuts um i want to say not even 24 hours later
you know how the world is a freaking coin launches launches on the Solana blockchain and got some massive volume.
Was moving like crazy.
And the person who launched it, I guess, sold his bag and bounced.
We have a couple community members that are really good with on-chain tracking and shit.
And he's gone.
As a matter of fact, he launched Buckazoid 2, 3, 4. So he's kicking himself. But, you know, he's got as a matter of fact he launched buckazoid two three four so he's kicking
himself but you know he's got them fees to live off of but that's neither here nor there but uh
so a day after mind you on march 27th that's ross ulbridge's birthday fun fact um on march 28th
a community of people i'm one of those people, kind of rallied around
this and got into a space and were sort of discussing, you know, hey, if what we're looking
at is for real, this is a big deal, right?
So we all start, we have literally been here every single day digging into it.
And what we have uncovered is nothing short of mind-blowing.
Being that there's a B in there,
a bunch of us looked into who made the game.
You know, who are the people who worked on this game?
The company is called Sierra Online.
They were a massive piece in the video game um development you know in the in the 80s and 90s
they were a big deal i remember yeah a lot of people that's the thing man a lot of people
remember this game you know which is kind of cool this thing's 34 years old which is it's fun um so we started looking into some of the individuals who worked
worked on this game and a couple names popped up one was satoshi wasaka who is a young developer
who has had worked on five games with sierra and some he didn't even get he didn't even get credit
for um you can you can definitely look into that. Another gentleman, his name was
Rod Nakamoto and his wife, Nancy Nakamoto. They were very big into it. Now, mind you, back in the
day, the hobby, if you will, of cryptography, this isn't like soccer practice, you know, where all the kids go on the weekend or whatever. This was a small community, a small, tight-knit community where a lot of collaboration happened
and a lot of, you know, work together for a common goal happened.
These individuals were very forward-thinking, you know.
You know, so when you look into it, those connections are crazy.
So when you look into it, those connections are crazy.
And to sort of solidify it, just a couple days ago, Ken and Roberta Williams, the founders of Sierra Online, have a Facebook page called Colossal Cave.
It is like their new gaming company, gaming development company.
They literally posted.
Can I pin it to the Jumbotron?
It's like a poster.
Okay, so check this out, guys.
These people confirmed that Hal Finney, real quick, Hal Finney is the person who received
is the person who received the first ever bitcoin transaction the creator the founders of sierra
the first ever Bitcoin transaction.
online confirmed that he was the third guy from andromeda the creator of space quest 4 this game
this game was space quest 4 right and the and the creators um it's it's like up for debate if Hal Finney was involved because people see that he did or he didn't.
They basically confirmed this recently.
And I'm trying to find this post.
But it's absolutely mind-blowing.
And the community that has come together are some of the most respectful, amazing, hardworking,
passionate people I've ever met. And it's like, that's what this lore, that's what this story

the head art for that Snoop toy.

five people that sculpted that bad boy because we went through different renditions but yeah there
was a bunch of people okay so the point being that we showed it to snoop and he tripped like
immediately like freaked out and he goes you know it looks like me he goes i you know, it looks like me. He goes, I'm going to call it little junior.
And boom, that was the name of the toy. Anyway, it was just, it was, it was an, it was an amazing
moment. It was in a hotel in New York. It was actually, Stu, was it New York or Chicago?
New York. We were there. We were also seeing Benzino. We were there to take,
if it was when, if it was gold tooth, it would have been Chicago.
I've never been to Chicago,
son.
Okay.
So then you weren't there.
You weren't there for the pimps ball.
I was there.

I was dancing with gold tooth at some event,
but it was about Benzino.
It was back in those days.
We were,
we were hanging out with source magazine.

was another cool thing we did which was we had a contest there were two different guys there that

on the phone and quick ordered and then we put on the we we started getting, you know, relaxing to see when the delivery would come, which one would deliver first.
We also had some other things delivered back in those days before it was usually widely available.
But in New York, anything's delivered.
And so it literally came in less than five or 10 minutes.
And both of the dishes were so hot that they
could injure you. I mean, it was
like from the walk, it was still
on fucking fire.

I remember the first night, and I actually
have the pictures
and this is when we were taking
real photos with real film
you know, when we
gave Snoop Little Jr.
and he put the blood in Little Jr.'s mouth.
And he's like looking at Little Jr. with a big blood in his mouth.
And I have all the pictures the first second
that Snoop saw Little Jr. for the first time.
Like that face-to-face interaction between the
two of them i have those pictures and it was pretty remarkable imagine what it would be like
i mean look he had already achieved many different levels of success and fame but this was the first
time just imagine like someone hands you a fucking G.I. Joe.
This guy was a multi-action karate.
I mean, a serious superhero figure.
I think it was 32 points of articulation.
Even his fingers bent.
Exactly.
The action figure came with, we had two different, there was actually three versions because we did one version with Crocosacks.
And if you guys know what a Crocosack is, that's like the old house shoe that you buy like a Kmart, the black woven shoe with the brown bottom.
So we did one with Crocosacks.
We did one with Adidas.
Interestingly enough, I tried to get Converse, but i cold called adidas and i was like
yo i'm putting out this snoop figure can we can we put some adidas on them and they're like hell

we had a necklace on there that represented his record label.

And the box was amazing because on the back of the box,
we loaded this box with so many things to look at.

But we had quotes from cocaine, from Bishop Don Juan, from Daddy V, from who else was on there?
I think Nate Dogg was on there.
We had quotes from a lot of different rappers,
but here's the other thing that was cool.
I remember when the artist Reese made the packaging,
we wanted to do something consistent with Snoop's motifs and themes.
you know, motifs and themes. Someone had a bandana that was very cliche of sort of a
a crip bandana. It was blue. It was just totally standard bandana. I remember Reese loaded it onto
his scanner, lifted the basic pattern, then modified it because he wanted to make it his own and didn't want to take
someone else's design then put it all together and the whole box was covered in a bandana shape
uh bandana background and you know and it had go ahead a lot of bling yep the original the original
toy uh one of my big customers was tower records and they wanted the figure so bad they wanted it
before we had the packaging done so our factory shipped us out like 500 or a thousand of them
we went to the like box store we bought white boxes like folding white boxes uh i snaked a
bunch of stickers from snoop for his record that came out. I put a sticker on the white box and then we wrapped each toy in the bandana and stuck it in the box.
And I put a QR, I put a, you know, just a UPC code on the back.
Yeah.
Yeah, that was for Christmas that year in Tower Records.

I wanted to decorate my place with some of these toys that we made.

all the different theaters around L.A.

drummer for 35 years and i can still play and also i worked law as a paralegal for 34 years

He's seen me go from a punk- ass kid, you know, thinking he's
gonna be a doctor into an entrepreneur and building my first business and getting into toys and then
electronics and then this and then that. And now, you know, here I am at 55, you know, building my
first, you know, $100 million building. And when I think about where I'm at today, where I was at
20 years ago or 30 years ago, I've done so much. And it's such a trip to think like,
holy shit, I've like built 50 brands. I've sold 20 companies. You know, I've traveled around the
world with some pretty amazing, cool people. I've been lucky enough to be partners with people like Michael Jordan and Snoop and Akon and Ja Rule and, you know, and work with Bootsy Collins.
Wow.
Me and Bootsy worked on stuff.
Me and, you know, me and Buckethead.
I mean, I got to meet with Buckethead in person.
He showed up with no bucket on his head.
I got to chill with him one-on-one
with just me and the dude behind Buckethead.
If you don't know who Buckethead is,
he's a guitarist.
He's a prodigy guitarist that Bootsy Collins discovered
when he was a young kid.
And he ended up playing with Guns N' Roses for a minute.
But Buckethead is like a gnarly, gnarly guitar player.
But I had the ability to meet with him.
Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and I worked on some big projects together,
and I actually introduced Kareem to Snoop.
I remember making the phone call when I was with Snoop and called Kareem and got them on a phone together.
And Snoop was blown away.
He was like, yo, Sid just introduced me to the captain.
Like, he couldn't believe that I was working with Kareem.
And I tried to put a video game together for those two to do a basketball game back in the day.
I won't get into why we stumbled, but we weren't able to close the
deal. But it's been I've had an amazing career. And even just hanging now and meeting, you know,
hanging with with Graham and Mr. Green, the rest of the community. It's like these are these are
things 20 years from now I'll be thinking about as I'm in my wheelchair, you know, in my diapers.
chair, you know, in my diapers, man, I had so much fun with all these people. And it's, you know,
part of my growth as a business person was coming to the space and really having a vision that
is so big, right? This is like my biggest vision yet, what I'm trying to build right now and connecting all these dots. And I'm just pumped.
I'm like really pumped about it.
And what's exciting about it is working with all the people I get to work with, right?
That's like for me is what it's all about.
Like all these friendships.
I mean, I talked to some of you more than I talked to my friends I've had my whole life.
And that's like we have lifelong
relationships I mean I was at Vissid's wedding I got to hang with Graham and his wife Vissid and
his wife and and her family and I've got to hang with you know a lot of people in the space I got
to hang with with Cortez and his wife down there I got to hang with you know whoever there's a lot
of people in the space that I've got to hang with.
But it's been pretty exciting.
And I can't wait for us to get a retreat going.
Hopefully we'll do a retreat in Vegas sooner than later.
