that you guys are giving away

soft stake them inside the discord and
we have this bot called the drip bot and you earn element and then i do daily giveaways
um for nfts and you can use that element to enter into the raffles for the giveaways so
the giveaways that i do are other projects that are like-minded, builders, and always looking to add to that.
So minting projects and doing those giveaways.
And then, yeah, so that's kind of the main thing.
But the other NFTs that we have, they're stakeable.
You earn EAC token, on-chain token.
And that's a token that we do biweek're stakeable. You earn EAC token, on-chain token, and that's a token that
we do bi-weekly airdrops on. If you have a liquidity pool position, you earn the token
every two weeks. So it's different than that you have to cheat it to make profits. You actually
hold it. And when you hold it, you earn. So that's something special.
And then the other special thing about EAC is that we're a DAO.
So it's owned by everyone who owns the DAO NFTs.
So those are the other NFTs that we have.
And yeah, being a DAO is something really like special.
We're all volunteers.
We all help build up the DAO.
We have no overhead and all the
funds go back to a multi-sig wallet treasury in the treasury. So we got like 24k pole in there.
So that's around 5k USD, but we're really hoping that the pole price goes up and does a 6x on that,
but that's all profit. So i think that's something special to have
accomplished in two years is that we're in the green like there are no debts like in this digital
realm that we have um i think it's a big accomplishment but like most businesses um
who start off they go into debt for five years and eac we're in the green already and uh it hasn't
been like a great market either it's been through
a bear so yeah you haven't had you haven't had to depend on your your NFT sales to run your
project you run it regardless bro I know you do yeah that's exactly it like um I mean I'm
I'm doing all this because like uh it's it's all volunteer work and i love doing it because i'm just bullish on nfts on
on what everyone here is building you guys like donating your digital assets like like um unreal
kingdoms and meta rides and the hogs like you guys are all inspirational to me and what eac is all
about like owning digital assets.
And then what you do too, Sid, with the real world assets, like tying that.
I'm super hyped to get more involved with that.

And I think the best thing about being a good salesman is loving and standing behind the
product that you're selling because the customer can really
see that you like believe in what you're selling them um and i think that's just makes sales easy
and rewarding too um just being honest about what you're selling um because you actually it's a
product that you actually like are passionate about and would use and get behind it just
it's almost like you're not even working at that point
yeah you're representing your brand at that point and you're doing it because you love it not because
you need it yeah and um that yeah and for sure like that's and the the dow has been something
super special in that sense that um there's a lot of people like when I first started you know like I was the
artist I was the developer I was the founder I was everything all wearing this hats and it was just
me and some gamer friends and I got into NFTs because I saw the potential like that for like
owning your digital assets as a gamer like that just that instead of the game company owning it.
So when I first started out, like I was kind of doing everything,
but then as the DAO grew, there was better artists than me.
There was better developers than me.
And it's allowed me to just do what I enjoy.
And what is kind of one of the most necessary jobs that will never go away
is in like marketing and sales so um it's allowed me to push that and then um the people like
who are behind me and part of eac well it's everyone because um it's no purchase necessary
you just come in and you start earning and owning the entity.
And the people that can really grasp that, like be decentralized and own what they help build.
Yeah, like they're in there.
They're building AI agents, just crazy stuff that I would never be able to do.
Like, because I just I'm not talented that way.
So they're like they're keeping track of all the Dow. They're doing airdrops, they're setting up
the multi-sig wallets, they're building websites, like, all that. And it's all, like, unpaid work.
So it's really, yeah, it's something really special two years in august and uh then like
just keep going the state contracts are filled for the next two years so after that you know it's
just keep it keep filling them up keep building stuff and it's just fun and i'm super excited

announcing our partnership with Arnold
and with Voice of Reason on Lockbox.
If you guys missed that,
you know, we're basically launching our first service on the Uwe Marketplace that allows you to register your idea, your name, your brand, your concept, your TV show, whatever it may be,
get your provenance on there, get your date date locked in and then we have a whole bunch of
services behind that to help you kind of bring that dream to reality but once you once you get
up there it creates a a nft record of your idea you instantly get emailed a certificate that
certificate gets uh minted into its own digital asset. It's pretty
exciting. And, you know, we've been taught, we teased it for a while. I teased it for a while
saying that there's people that I'm building with within the community. There's others. We haven't
made any announcements about what we're doing with them yet. But even with Arnold and with Voice,
But even with Arnold and with voice, we have at least one other project that will be dropping on
who we if not more. We do have our trading card platform we're dropping. We have a whole real
real project products platform we're dropping. Obviously, we're working on RWAs.
It's pretty crazy. We have a bunch of founders already hit us up. We'll be launching
their NFT projects there. We have our first music drop that'll be coming out on Uwe. So we're
getting that up and running. I'm hoping that we'll have a launch sometime around July. I'm
still working it out.

But we've got images of the lecture hall within the university that we're building out inside Income Island at this point.
And we're really excited about we got more images. We've got the dorm rooms for it done.
We've also got the library that we're finishing
up at this point. It's really coming together well. We've met with a couple of universities
already, and we've got a lot more coming down the pipeline. Yeah, we've really put a big focus on large brands out there, big companies, you know, within web two. And
we see this as a play that this is where we're going in technology. You know, this is where
we're going and how people engage and how people do business. And it is, it's the future. I mean, the movie Ready Player One was, even though
that was what, early 2000s, late 90s, early 2000s that Spielberg did that. We believe that that is
the future of how people will interact, how they're going to do business, how e-commerce is
handled. And we're just, this is early stages and it's exciting. You know,
we're just keep lining up, you know, more and more businesses. I mean, next week we have a
meeting with, you know, a major real estate company that handles malls around the world.
And we're going to talk to them about going into the metaverse as well.

So digital wearables. And so, you know, when I think of Income Island, and I think of, you know, just multiple metaverses in general, including what the hogs are building on Unreal Kingdom, you know, the ability to sell a digital asset, a wearable, a hat, a boots, a vest, a shirt, you know, any of these items that you would put on an avatar or on a character
and be able to monetize that. This is something that I've, it's something I've wanted to do
forever. You know, I haven't been shy about mentioning that I've owned a lot of property
in Decentraland and Sandbox and Portals and all different metaverses over the years. And, you know, one of the things
that excited me back in the day was like, even Torrid, if you guys know the store Torrid or,
you know, Hot Topic or whatever, a lot of these stores back in the day were doing digital
wearables that could be sold really before there was any place to really do anything
with them. Now with what Dylan's building, obviously, you know, he's going to have a
shop where people will be able to come in and eventually dress up their characters and
stuff to be able to wear different items. So the fact that I'm starting to actually
get a license going where I can do that and then offer that to the community,
come in and customize their characters to wear a licensed item.

Victoria's gone for another, I don't know, week or so. I'm leaving tomorrow for 10 days. So I'm
trying to find a
path that makes sense for the communities, but also makes sense for the, you know, the people
that are running it and releasing. But it's weird. Like we're totally ready to go, but we just made
a major improvement to the metadata issues that we had like a week and a half ago. We resolved it,
but now we've resolved it on steroids. So there's a lot
of things that we're trying to get to a point where we almost have a Web3 website, but it feels
like e-commerce. You would just go and hit a buy now button and have different options for
different brands. And that's what we're trying to bring to the table. Funneling all of those
buttons into asset-aligned contracts
is or has been the difficult part, but we've got it worked out.
Working with CrossMint, Dynamic XYZ,
Snag Solutions is handling our marketplace.
We're in bed with all the right teams.
Finding the exact code to get to a point
where we can make comfortably
and keep everybody's wallet safe was a challenge,
but we're there. Now it's just a matter of setting the date. We should hopefully in the
next couple of days be releasing. I don't know anybody in the space that owns any of the pit
passes, airdrops went out. The images should be released in the next couple of days. And then
also Unstoppable Domains Holders when we migrated to base. We had to do that before we did the Rogue Bunnies
Mint, and we did all of that. But those new vehicles, the replacement cars, are going to be
revealed in the next couple of days as well. So a lot of stuff is happening. You know, you're right.
It was difficult postponing, but it was definitely the right move. Now that we look back on it,
we realize it was the right move.
As hard as it is in Web3 when everything doesn't go exactly like the way that you want it to,
you come out the other side stronger and better, and that's what we've done.
So we're excited.
The assets are still crazy cool.
One of the things that we keep hearing is what do the other three video wraps look like?
For those of you that don't know what I'm talking about, we wrap all of the vehicles with one of one wraps.
They're all one of ones.
But in each of the four car collections that we're dropping, there's a wrap that is an actual video on the car.
And one of those was released.
It's on the MetaRides timeline.
But the other three, we're going to keep tight and let people find out what they look like when they're minted.
So a lot is happening.
I don't feel like I'm releasing much tonight.
But I do feel like it's important that you understand that the brands that are in this space are trying their best to build the best way that they can.
And sometimes you've got hurdles.
And we're coming out the other side of that hurdle or those hurdles in a big way.

of the cars uh inside income island how many cars are going to be in there? Their next update, easy for me to say, is going to include six demo cars.
That will be Alphas and Zaras.
So to date, you've only been able to drive the 4x4.
They're going to have the Alpha car and the Zara cars in there for the first time, drivable.
So that's going to be really cool.
So when you go to the dealership, now you don't just get in the one car that's accessible.
You get to pick the one you want to drive around, you know, for your tour.
Or if you're in Income Island and just messing around, you've got that option to take the car into the water, go see the pods, all that stuff.
It's exciting. I just, Sid, I want to say something real quick about what you're doing.
I want to be clear, like, there's a major, major reason why Sid is sharing things in pieces, right?
Because he's got a giant ecosystem that attaches Web 2 and Web 3 in a big way,
and he has to be very careful about the words that he's choosing.
But the point that I want to make is that I'm privy to a little bit of what he's building,
and it is insane.
So just make sure that you're paying attention
to what Sid is doing with Nifty's world um a lot of people kind of understand a little bit about
what's going on and I would argue some no more than I do but um it is truly amazing what he is
piecing together um in a way that will bring web 2 to web 3 and vice versa uh we're also trying to
accomplish that in many ways at MetaRides and I um, just huge props to Sid and Sid it's your space, man. You can release if you
want, I would save it. Um, but I, I do think that what he is about to announce is just one,
one millionth of what's coming. Um, but it does show the vision and it shows that, you know,
he's not only building for a web three digital play, but everything ties into a Web2 play as well.
And that's super important.
And I think it's necessary to get to where we want to be,
where we have some sort of taste
of what mass adoption might look like.
So I just said, listen, more than anything,
just want to say I appreciate you
and what you're bringing to the space is insane and crazy

as we get closer to our next milestone within our SEC journey.
Anybody who wants to know what we're building,

just because under the SEC

You know, our partnerships with people in the space, the things we're building with people like with Voice and with Arnold, you know, it's just an example of, you know, 50 things that we're
juggling. And when I say we're juggling, it's a team of people go to my go to the Nifty's rule

Crypto Homies website, look at my Crypto Homies team. Yes, I'm there in each one of them but if it wasn't for the support team around me
and the people help me build a vision um it wouldn't be anywhere right and then on top of

the the xenu mob um obviously mr green joey who's killing it for us uh you know helping us get our our our our you
know graphics tight um you know meta rides obviously dylan the hogs i mean without the
hogs the homies would still be sitting unminted um and now we're partners right it's like you
knew that that was gonna go from them supporting the homies to us being partners in
business. And then Hype, you know, who stood by me over the last couple of years and still brings
me, you know, amazing information, amazing contacts. I was telling somebody today that,
you know, when you find a founder who's selfless, who doesn't have their handout,

many partners that you have and people who are working and grinding behind the scenes. And

how this community has come together and we build together.
It's pretty amazing. I don't know. I don't know many communities that are like that.

I used to do like 50 hours a week in spaces and I feel like I'm missing out.

we're always talking about grinding and building and protecting yourself and your IP rights
and the things that you've got going on. And it can be a long, what seems like a daunting process,
but if you follow through and, you know, you play your cards right, it works. I know,
you know, in doing this, we were using some of the services that we're going to be offering
ourselves. And I can let you guys know that using some of the services that we're going to be offering ourselves.
And I can let you guys know that in one of the projects that we are doing, we just got the final 30 day notice that we're about to get a trademark for one of our projects. So, you know, that's that's a big deal because, you know, the lockbox is the first step in trying to get a time and date stamp.
And we turned that around and applied for a trademark a long time ago.
Must have been probably at least six, seven, eight months ago.
I don't remember.
It's been so long.
But the good news is that the process works.
We didn't get it kicked back with things to get fixed, which, you know, often you do.
They come back from the attorneys and say, hey, look at this.
Can you redo that?
Can you clarify this?
But we got a clean bill of health on the first shot.
So we're pretty happy about that.
And once we get the final thing in about another five weeks or so, we'll certainly update the community and let them know.
But it's nice that the process works.
And I do appreciate you giving us a shout out for that.

I was super stoked to see the trademark uh you know going to
that next step um you know take it from me i've gone through sometimes a lot to get a trademark
uh knocked out uh you know i guess even even a patent like i had a patent that took me years to
get uh and i remember i know this is going to sound really corny, but when I got my Brimless cap patent, I think it came to my office and I cried.
I literally was that excited.
We worked on it for like four years.
I won't even tell you how much money I spent on that patent.
And, I mean, it was the first hat I came up with.
It was basically take a baseball cap and cut off the brim and call it a beanie, call it whatever
you want to call it. But it's basically a baseball cap with no brim. I called it the original
brimless cap. That was my trademark. And my whole company was based off that one hat. That's what I
started with. And I kept getting rejected and rejected and rejected. And then, you know, and every time I went back to my attorney, I had this big
IP patent trademark attorney. Well, he's a patent attorney. And we kept tweaking it and tweaking.
He's like, oh, send me 5,000 more. And I was a kid, you know, and it's like I was like sending him every dollar I had. I'm like, I need this patent.
I need this patent.
And boom, I got it.
I remember opening up the paper.
I was like, you've been, you know, I got my certificate.
And I was like so overwhelmed.
I was like crying.
I'm like, I can't believe I got this patent.
It's like I own basically I how I looked at it is like if you were to take a jacket and take off the arms before
you sew on the arms you have a vest right it's like it's just part of the process you're making
a jacket you've now sewn the pieces together and you have a vest and then you sew the arms on and
so I was like dude I own like a hat before it gets sewn together, like that final step before you put a brim on it.
I got that patent and it just blew my mind.
So anytime you get a trademark or a copyright or anything comes through, it's definitely monumental.
And especially in this case, you know, us all working together and this is the first, you know, project we did all together.
We got, you know, you did all the research on the trademark and came back with the categories.
And now we're nailing it.
We're 30 days away.
I can't wait.
When we get that, we should have a little Web3 party for it.
Awesome. Certainly, and I know Arnold would be down for that too. I mean, it does give you a good sense of accomplishment. You know, you get something like peace of mind going, okay, you know, now I really don't
have to worry because it's ours, right?
It's going to be in writing.

We can defend it if we need to.

We like to set things up structurally to give people the best option for success, everything
that they can do.
And we're just looking forward to it.
