going to be able to use the tootsie brand on that stuff as well you know mr green we haven't discussed
it yet but you never know there might be some class cross collateralization but uh we're doing
a lot of stuff with tootsie obviously uh tootsie's we're working on all of our digital assets we're
working on on on our avatars and other things that will go inside the metaverse in Kama Island.
It'll go inside some gaming stuff with the Hogs and some other projects we have going on.
But there's going to be a lot of moving parts green, let me tell you.

You know, we've been โ we figured out some things that we were dealing with with, you know, the new build for Income Island.
So that's all getting fixed.

You know, it was literally just the race car stunt track game that was holding us up.

So we're hoping we hope we have a test build tomorrow that's pretty much done.
And then we're good to go. it's it's good it's moving
along and we are two breeds away on the male producers from um being 50 rendered out for
star dogs so we're we're plugging through this it's it's awesome you know we're on pace uh to have this ready for mint
you know later this year and it's we're excited we're really excited that's super dope brother
uh excited for you bro yeah i'm i'm super pumped i know i know we got some things going into
income island some new things we're working on and building. Obviously, Income Island is a big partner in Nifty's World in Vegas.
You know, our plans are to, you know, I've said this in a million spaces, people that are in partner with us, people that are working with us are going to get a lot of love there.
The Hogs and Income Island obviously are our official partners of ours and Stardogs.
But our plan is that people will be able to go into their hotel
room there. They'll be able to go into our Nifty's TV. And within there, there'll be a channel where
you'll be able to jump right into Income Island. You'll be able to jump right into the Hogs game.
You'll be able to jump right into our print-on-demand platform and a bunch of other things that we're cooking up.
I did mention last week we did put up a website for our latest experience outside of the homies.
I'm waiting for somebody to actually find it and figure out what it is.
I don't even know if that's possible, but if someone's able to find that website and figure out what our other experience is, that would be insane.
But we do have our second experience up.
It's hidden out there in the Internet world.
But one of these days, somebody's going to find it.
We'll make an announcement at some point.

My plan is you guys to launch that as soon as we open the Uwe marketplace.
That'll be our first launch.
And everybody who holds a homie will have first crack at that. So there'll be an allow list.
Everybody with a homie will get a chance. It's going to be super limited. So unlike the original
drop where there was a ton of different ones, this could be super limited. There's going to be like a handful of one-on-ones in the
collection. And then that's it. And once those sell out, they're done. And our plan is to keep
it going. We'll try to launch one every couple, two to three months and start to build out the
home universe. And we haven't announced this yet, but at some point we will announce a benefit
for all homies holders at Nifty's World.
We're definitely going to give love to everybody who holds a homie there. So definitely make sure
you're holding on to those. And also we are going to be making a big announcement with the homies
once we open up the marketplace. I mentioned we're doing some big moves. I'm not going to
talk about it now, but we're definitely doing some things that I'm pretty excited about. And I think it's going to bring a lot of new eyeballs to the
homies project. So I'm pumped about that. With that being said, let me throw it over to my boy
over at Uwee. What's cracking, brother? Hey, how's it going? Yo you guys uh this is this is my my lead dev uh i'm not gonna
dox him if he doesn't want to be dox but uh this is my lead dev who's been working with me uh for
the last couple years and really helped me fine-tune what we're going to be doing with
this marketplace and he's heading up the team over there. So I, you know, I've, I know I've talked about some of the things in the space, but I thought it would be really
cool to have him come on and kind of tell you about some of the features and functionality
that we're working on, um, just to kind of get a different perspective. Cause he's, he's been
the game a long time. Uh, he he's, he's, he's seen a lot of marketplaces come and go. And,
He's seen a lot of marketplaces come and go and we've learned a lot. We've come up with some dope ways to make this. I think, listen, everybody always thinks their things are the best things. I think it's so much doper than OpenSea and Magic Eden, mainly because of its simplicity.
of its simplicity. I want to go look at a digital asset. I just want to go look at it. I don't want
to have to have a PhD in, you know, trying to maneuver through like 40,000 charts. And I mean,
I can't, I still can't even unhide my NFTs on, on OpenSea unless I go to the old version,
which is crazy. So with that being said, brother, give us a little update, tell us where we're at,
and let people know, Mr. Green, let's put put up a let's make sure we have a post up there so that people can
go to the link and can go sign up for the wait list which will get you in line to do some beta
testing with us you guys so uh what's up tell us what's cracking absolutely yeah i've been busy uh
uh we do have a small beta group that I'm super thankful for.
It's been helping us test basically every step of the way.
As we speak right now, I'm actually working on some of the core features.
Like Sid said, the site is super simplistic,
but it also incorporates a lot of things that you don't see in other marketplaces.
My personal favorite section on here,
and I could be biased just because music
is kind of like what gets me through everything,
is our music feature.
So we have a few things,
one being the OUI top 10 charts,
which kind of canvases all of the supported chain's
top NFT, music NFTs.
You can make custom playlists, like, share,
boost up your favorite NFT music artist.
It basically gives it, you know,
it counts like a Billboard Top 100
except for all on-chain stuff.
Something cool to do where you don't have to leave
the platform to go to a secondary platform
just to be able to give love to Web3 artists.
A lot of cool features.
I don't know what all Sid's mentioned.
Another big feature that I'm super excited about is our messaging system.
Unlike OpenSea and a few others, you have to reach...
If you want to make an offer on NFT, just basically put in an ETH offer or whatever chain you're on.
Well, this whole system is designed to allow you to actually communicate.
So if you want to do like a swap for an NFT as opposed to putting a bid out on something outright, you can message the owner.
They can choose to accept it, counteroffer or what have you.
And so on.
There's a big social aspect to the platform.
I think that's kind of like one of the biggest key features that kind of ties us or sets us apart from everyone else. Yeah, dude, I'm super pumped about being able to
message people. I think that's a game changer. You know, even just messaging somebody saying,
yo, dude, your PFP is dope, or hey, man, I was taking a look at your collection and it's rad and, you know, whatever, whatever it may be, just being able to have that interaction and still keeping it anonymous, I think is, like I said, I think that's a big game changer.

and I just throw it in the trash because I'm like,
yo, I'm not selling any of my NFTs, but let alone like taking a price.

sooner than later, but we will be adding them. Lockbox Z, super sick. You guys know about that.
We partnered up with Arnold and Voice from the Xenu and Mainnet Z community to develop that
platform with them. I'll let Dustin talk I'll, I'll let, I'll let Dustin talk
a little bit about that. We have our, we have our, you know, real product platform where you can go
in there and actually buy physical goods. I think that's a game changer. Tell me you can't go into
OpenSea right now and go buy a action figure or a watch or a pair of jeans or a t-shirt or a book or a poster or a DVD or anything else.
You can literally go into our marketplace and grab some dope stuff right there on the blockchain,
utilizing your crypto, utilizing a credit card, etc.
We built out our own, which I know you love, Dustin, our trading cards,
right? The trading card platform. Maybe you talk about that a little bit because that's like
bananas. Yeah, that's something that's still in the works. That's probably going to be a few weeks
behind the actual platform launch. But basically, there's a lot of platforms that have come up
uh recently to allow people to sell like psa graded cards um and that's kind of like gates
who all can actually get into the trading card or collectibles uh uh space uh this is gonna let you
tokenize your own physical cards whether they're graded or not, and be able to put them up on chain, whether it's a PSA 10 Charizard or if it's just some cards you've got in a Pokemon or Magic collection that you have doubles of and you just want to give them a good home.
You know, it's going to be something like that.
Yeah, and it's pretty sick. So, you know, between that, between our RWAs we're going to be dropping on there, we're going to have a full section there for MetaRide vehicles. We're going to have a full section in there for Income Island property. We'll have a full section in there for digital wearables and gaming assets.

isn't an NFT. It's a service that lives on the blockchain. So imagine that, but imagine four or
five other types of services that we'll be offering, including the one we designed around joey which is people being able to come on there
and and be able to hire people uh to do art and to do other things um we're working on a section
on there again some of these things are gonna it's gonna be a work in progress we're not gonna have
everything out the gate but this is gonna be exciting because we'll be adding things all the
time um but we're gonna be adding a section there where you'll be able to work with us, design a plushie for your project.
You'll be able to come in there and work on doing a digital collectible toy with your project.

us on that, we're going to be working with projects who want to create a collection that
can be incorporated into those giveaways. And we'll be promoting and marking those projects
at the venue. So if, for instance, MetaRides wants to design a special car that's going to
be given away and maybe there's, I'm going to use a fake number,
5,000 of these cars and it's going to be given away in a certain month. Then those cars will
be given away as a bonus to people who show up to Nifty's World just as a gift for coming to visit
us. And I think this is going to be a great way to introduce potentially millions of people that we interact with through our venue and through
our AR app and our AR experiences to be able to be engaged and learn more about Web3 and what

it's all on the blockchain and it's all very transparent that way, as well as all under the diamond.

the day it is, if you guys want to get your buzz on, get a little stoned, head to the dispensary Santa Fe Homegrown.
And my announcement actually has a lot to do with that.

build out your to-go cart. Miss Uma, who is our bud tender, the one I told you about with
all the languages, she will help you out, help you check out. And you can even pull up curbsides
through Uma, or you can come in, check out the dispensary. We also have the biggest growth
facility in the New Mexico state. So definitely ask for a tour from Krishna. You'll find him there on site. And then, yeah, we do tokenize.
So a lot of us who bought into the Loch Ness Botanical Society, which at this point it's it is $10,000 per growth spot at this point.
And it is upon what do you call it?
Like there's like a wait list or like one of those interview things you have to do but um if you do get a growth spot you um they're tokenized so when you own this spot
every time we harvest and we um have a new batch of cannabis flowers that we have to harvest and
turn to flower or any other products you as the owner of the token will receive some of that
revenue and um as we've grown you guys have heard the receive some of that revenue and as we've grown
you guys have heard the journey for a while now but as we've grown we have um too much product
at this point so we are now going to be opening our second location um in albuquerque so we do
have an albuquerque new mexico on growing coming soon. And then one of our biggest sellers
have been the pre-rolls.
So to help, we know that like 10,000
is quite a big investment for a lot of people.
So what we did is we rolled out our new subsidiary
called Vulcan Forge, and it is our 3D printing subsidiary.
So what we did is inside the facility,
we realized all these pre-rolls we needed containers for.
And instead of outsourcing and spending the money on different businesses with containers
and yada yada and their branding, we're just doing it in-house.
So we did roll out Vulcan's Forge.
That one is priced at $1,500 per token.
And again, every time we print little containers for our pre-rolls, we print things for our plants, we print things in-house for all our businesses now and coming up, you'll get some of that back because you are a holder.
All of our NFTs are forever.
So it is a large investment sometimes, but it is one of those things that you'll be happy in the long run.

of like out of your price range I can't speak on it too much but we are going to be rolling out a
Machiavelli which I don't want to call it our token per se it's going to work more like a bank
where you can buy in at whatever price you want say it is $1.11 per So let's say you buy in 20 bucks, you buy in $100, $1,000, whatever you buy it in for,
you can pull out at any time because it's this loyalty banking system we're building out
through the diamonds. Again, everything's on the blockchain and transparent. But once you buy into
Machiavelli, those will always hold the same value in USD. And then when we grow our businesses,
there's going to be sort of like a lottery system where if your token number is selected,
you get put into an investment side of things that we're working on. So let's say I invested
20 bucks and Sid invested 20 bucks and Mr. Green and Sardex, everyone here invested 20 bucks.
At some point, we'll do a lottery run and one of us will get our number pulled. So if like my number got pulled, then now
that like $1.11, that $20, $1,000 is going to be invested into one of those $10,000 growth spots.
And I got lucky and now I have a cut of that. So that's kind of what we're building out. I am here

definitely and and uh getting a store going for all that like uh yeah i think people are definitely
kind of sleeping on that like what a big deal that is uh because i'm in the print industry so
when you say something like you know the same inks the same printers and you can get
one-off items like that's huge yeah so i'm pumped on that yeah our network that we have
we have facilities all over the country.
My partner, Alex, who was supposed to be here, I don't know if he's going to make it in tonight, but he'll start joining us a little bit.
But he and I have partnered up.
He actually invented the print machines.
And he and his partners have placed these machines strategically around the country and now around the world.
And they supply not only the machines, but also the inks.
And what this enables us to do is for companies that we're working with that need large orders,
it doesn't matter if we print in any of those facilities.
We can print in 10 different facilities and get the same quality as we would in printing them all in one facility.
So it's pretty remarkable.
For a print-on-demand one-on-one business, we have thousands of products.
So you can literally have, you know, 500 different products in your store.
And it's super easy to navigate and use.
And you can also do customization.
So, for instance, if you're putting out a shirt for
your company and you want to enable people to put their name on the shirt, put a date on the shirt,
put an event on the shirt, they can actually customize it. And then when we get Nifty's
open and possibly before then, we're going to launch our whole platform, and this will be not only NFTs,
but it'll also be licensed products
where you'll be able to go to our platform.
It'll create for you with AI
a one-of-one design utilizing that art,
and you will have that only one-of-one item in the world.
And then we'll have a secondary market on our marketplace
where you'll be able to sell the digital asset
that represents that physical good and put that physical good and digital good up for sale.

um, that you're the only person on the planet that owns, uh, it's, it's super sick. So, um,

dustin is my head dev so we have all right we have a full, we have a full team, uh, who's working on who we, uh, but Dustin and I have been working together for the last few years and he's kind of leading the charge.
Um, so he's going to be coming in every week and kind of giving just some updates on what we're doing over there.
Um, and so he came in tonight kind of just to introduce himself and talk about some of his favorite features.
But, you know, every single day he hits me up with the progress of what we're doing and what the team has come up with and, you know, kind of bringing the vision to life.
And, you know, one of the things I always said, I like it simple, right?

And I think the way that we're building this thing is looking super dope and clean.

But at the end of the day, the more complex you make things uh the more uh the more risk of something going wrong
and i wanted to ask you see let's say for example somebody now has a like an nft project and they
want to launch it on your uh your marketplace and uh they don't want to bother with the other
marketplaces how would they go about that well they'll they'll be able to go to we and they'll
it'll be super easy there's gonna be a ton of videos on there, tutorial videos that will walk you through it.
Plus, we'll have a full-on team there who will be, you know, if you need to contact somebody, that'll be able to help you.
And we also have a full-time dev team to help projects who want to launch.
So we're going to have services on there if you don't know how to launch a project uh there's gonna be all different ways to hire hire people from the team
to get things done for you okay that's good and obviously that plays into security as well because
you don't want to see any fake projects up there like we always see on magic eden and on openc
i'll tell you i'll tell you right now from my user point view uh as an end user of you of those two marketplaces they are absolutely uh even the new version of um openc i just can't find my way
around it the ui of the ux of the ui is is is a disaster it's horrible and magic magic eden is not
that easy see these marketplaces that i'm talking about here they are not user friendly user friendly
you should be able to go in there and just click, click, click in and out without having to sit there, waste your time, figure out where's the hidden folder?

And also, the customer service there is nonexistent.
You can't get them on a phone and discuss shit and say, hey, somebody else is imitating my collection.

You know, it's just terrible.
Well, listen, I'm not one to defend OpenSea,
but I've had very good success with OpenSea
handling any kind of infringements
that they've had with our projects.
And they know me by now
because my attorney sends them letters,
like 50 different letters every time a person tries to do a homies project.
And they take it down within two minutes.
But I'm with you, dude.
I had a bunch of Zoom meetings with some of the head people at OpenSea.
I won't get into the scandalous things that I felt that were going on there. But one of the one of the big things that kind of got me, you know, thinking about building a marketplace was I went to them with not only
the homies, not only a 50 million dollar Rembrandt painting, not only a 50 million dollar collection of
of Steve Kaufman, Andy Warhol's last understudy, DC Comics, Marvel, Ralph Sampson and Puma, etc., and went to them with real brands.
And when I presented to them saying, hey, let's do some kind of collaborative partnership where you guys will help promote us,
they basically had their handout for money and said, you know, this is pay to play, but it wasn't pay to play the way you
think it was. This person was looking to be paid outside of the business operations. And it was a
big turnoff to me. And so that was really the big stimulus for me to be like, you know, screw this.
If someone comes to me and they have a dope assass project, we want to feature them on Uwe.
Right?
We don't want to make it impossible for them not to be able to launch.
Now, yes, we're a platform.
We have to make money in order to survive. So there's going to be a lot of different ways that projects who want to market and promote themselves within our marketplace will be able to do so.
And I think some of them are really unique.
We have a live streaming component where if you're minting a project,
you can live stream within each of those different blockchains.
So if you're minting on Ape, you can do a live stream right in our marketplace
while you're minting.
And we'll also have opportunities for people
to be able to have content running in our live streams
even when people aren't minting.
So if you want to get some extra attention,
you can have a live stream or a canned stream,
but you can have content running there.
But yeah, brother, you kind of hit on it.
OpenSea is a disaster to me.
I don't want to have to think when I go to check out my collection. If I want to hide something, I want to hide. If I want to unhide, I want to unhide it. And I'm definitely not looking to go get a Dow Jones experience when I'm going to look at digital assets. I want to check out DBart. I want to be able to buy it. I want to be able to send somebody a message, which was a big thing for us,
and let people know, hey, I'm really down with your collection.
You know, the things that I think have been missing is what we've been adding.
And we're always open to suggestions, Top Hat. So if you haven't already, brother,
go to the ui.io and just connect your wallet, put in your information, and we'll put
you on the beta wait list. And Dustin's going to be releasing little by little, having people come
in and start beta testing for us. And we want people in the community to come in and say,
hey, this is what we like. These are the things we like to see.
It's super important to us.
That's how we're going to grow this thing. That leads me to my next question.

and when will it commence?

So we have a small group of beta testers that are actually investors in who we that are part of the community that that kind of helped me bring this vision to fruition.
And so we have our core team that's been beta testing ever since day one.
But I think over the next two weeks, once we get a few little things worked out, Dustin's going to start inviting people
in. And it's not going to be a landslide of people. We're going to do a little bit at a time
so we can get some people in. The thing we want to do is we want to make sure that people that
are coming in are actually testing, right? We want to make sure we're getting that feedback.
We want to make sure that they're at least helping us versus just
coming in and taking a peek, which is cool too. But if you're just coming in to take a peek, at some
point we'll probably, you know, you'll probably be, you know, locked out. We really want to have
people who are going to come in there and actively take a role in helping us kind of take this to the
next level.

But there's also a platform for buying and trading trading cards and other collectibles.
