What we do to get those

But I'm day three, zero carbs, zero sugar, and I'm loving life.
Honestly, in three days, I already feel better.
It's the craziest thing.

Well, three days, I'm feeling better already.

I'm telling you, it's so crazy.
Three days ago, like five days ago, I was complaining to my wife that my body is hurting.
I have all these aches and pains.
And today, zero.
No aches and pains. It's only been three days off all the sugar
and uh i feel like a new fucking person it's the craziest thing ever and i'm walking 10 000 steps
a day right now um which also i walk every night with wifey but now i'm putting in the extra i'm
putting in the extra little effort and gain
those 10,000 every day. And, uh, it's changing my life. I can feel it. I cannot wait for, I'm
doing this for 40 days and then I'm going to, I'm going to ease off the extreme, but I'm going to
keep off the sugar. I'm going to try to keep on, on as healthy of carbs as possible and, uh,
on as healthy of carbs as possible and uh just kind of make a lifestyle change
it's about time right uh top at 55 years then all of a sudden you just finally decide you know
something yeah i don't want to go to the doctor the doctor say to me like yo uh you gotta you
gotta change your lifestyle i want to go to the doctor and have him say dude you're looking great
you're feeling great you don't need to have him say, dude, you're looking great. You're feeling great.
You don't need to change anything.
Just keep doing what you're doing.

I have an 81-year-old neighbor.
He's a British guy, lives here near me.
He walks every morning.
That's his exercise.
He does his gardening throughout the day.
He's an avid gardener.
But he walks every morning at quite a fast pace for an 81-year-old.
And it's about the pace.
As long as you're walking out of Sunday afternoon stroll won't do you much good. You got to get the heart
up, get the heart and lung rate up and that you will benefit massively from that. It doesn't have
to be a long walk. People think, well, I got to walk five miles to get any benefit. No, you
fucking don't. You could just walk two miles or less, but it's the pace that you're walking at.
Yeah, listen, I'm, I'm getting, I I was I was starting to like worry about my step intake because I literally get at my desk at six during the morning.
And by five or six at night, I've gone like 600 steps.
And so I now I'm wearing my Apple watch just like literally if I go to the bathroom, I can get a count on my extra three or four steps.
Because I was like, yo, this is crazy.
I'm not walking at all.
But I'm getting a pretty good pace in.
But I'm hitting it every day.
I decided I want to average 10,000 steps a day just to get that extra pump to my heart.
I'm not trying to be too aggressive about it
knock off a couple hundred maybe 300 extra calories and uh yeah man i'm feeling good
feeling good sarah how are you feeling hit some hills as well sid
yeah um i'm feeling a little bit better now that you know know, I was able to get, get my treatment. Um, so yeah,
I've been up and about moving a little bit more, doing a little bit, you know, more, um, artwork
in the project. And yeah, I, you know what, I could to do it. Um, oh my gosh, it was like 15 years ago before I was
actually diagnosed. And I went, I went completely keto. I mean, I had this, this sticks that they peed on to check everything and the whole nine yards.
And their 100% was a huge, huge difference after, I want to say after day six or seven,
because I was kind of hit with that keto flu really hard and my muscles ached and everything
like that.
But yeah, it, it,
yeah, it was amazing. And, um, I actually started doing that again, two days ago.
Nice. So yeah. And, and I didn't realize how close to me and age you were. I'm 53. I'll be

and like being able to use one of these aliens in like Income Island or something
or in a game, that would be really cool because like I said, some of those aliens are really
awesome. You just need to finish off the whole bodies. So definitely like I see a lot of projects
that are bringing avatars to the space, like collections with 3D assets. And I respect that. But what Evil Alien wants to do is kind of hit it from a different angle.
We want to bring that alien tech items to those avatars that you can have in the metaverse.
So you want that alien sniper.
If you want that fluke and goo gun, that's where our collections are going to have.

we have been putting into our tournament, our chess tournament pools and our royalty pools.

So all the detail and all the small little things

And I think I mentioned this last week, our plan is that every room, so, you know, depending on how many rooms are rentals versus how many are short or long-term occupancy, excuse me, I have the hiccups, each of those rooms is going to have
an AR experience that's exclusive to that room. So if you're lucky enough to get into room 403,
that experience will only be able to be accessed to people who are in room 403.
So as you come back to the venue and as you stay in different rooms, you'll be able to access that unique AR experience.
So we're pumped up about that.
But this is the first one.
It'll be up on the website.

compete with OpenSea. It's impossible. They're a behemoth. But I feel like we can be an even
doper, cooler alternative. I personally am turned off by OpenSea these days. Some of my collections don't even show
up on there. I've reached out to them over a hundred times. They say that it's a problem
because they have so many collections on there. There's nothing wrong with our metadata. There's
nothing wrong with anything. Our collections show up on Magic Eden. They show up on Rarity.
They show up everywhere else but on OpenSea.
I'm also a little bit, you know, I get it, they want to have all these trading tools in there and all these, you know, analytics and stuff.
To me, it's a little overkill.
I kind of, I don't, I'm not looking to be like on the New York Stock Exchange and need to see a thousand different things.
I just want to see dope art and I want to get to be able to understand what's going
on with these collections.
So I feel like it's distracting to me.
So I think we have a really great interface.
It's super clean.
You know, I talked about a couple of the features.
I don't know if you heard me, Hermie, last week.
You know, there's no other marketplace right now where you can actually DM
a person and say, yo, I really love what you're doing or I love that piece. So you can DM holders.
You can also, when a person makes an offer, the person that gets that offer, they can actually
send you back a counter offer in the form of a DM as well. You know, these are things that are
going to change the game.
And I think people don't realize you're still anonymous. The person doesn't know who you are.
It's DM through our marketplace wallet to wallet. So it's still anonymous, but it is a way to
communicate, which I think is, like I said, I think that's a game changer just in itself.
You know, we have our own social media thread in there. We have
live streaming going in there. You'll be able to live stream when you're launching a project.
So you can be in there live streaming, talking to your community or talking to new people coming
through. And the goal ultimately is have live streaming on each chain. So if you're dropping
something on ETH, you can live stream on our ETH channel. If you're, you know, dropping on Mainnet Z or you're dropping on, you know, Ape or wherever, you'll be able to live stream in there as well. So
it's pretty dope, pretty clean. I can't wait for you guys to see our trading card platform.
I'm sure you guys, if you're following Courtyard, you know, they're always one of the top trending collections right now on OpenSea.
We built out our own.
You know, we're not just doing slab cards, if you don't know what that is.
We're not just doing cards that have been rated and graded, right?
So what they're doing on Courtyard is they're getting, you know, graded cards.

They're putting them in a vault.
And then people are trading the digital asset until a person wants to actually claim that asset, at which time they have to burn their digital asset.
And then that other asset is pulled from the vault and sent to them.

There will be digital assets connected to trading cards.

We'll have slab, but we're going to really focus on just regular cards so that people can, you know, fill in their collections and collect full collections of the cards.

building because you are putting a lot of millions of dollars into it,
you got to have protections like this in place.

character right so it's it's a little tricky right well it's not an ape it's a cyber ape
and a cyber ape yeah i would argue it's different but like and that's
exactly what they have to do right they got to argue a substantial difference and like honestly
you all you got to do is change a letter like you know one or two letters and you can usually get
away with it in most situations anyway so i'm not i don't think he's worried about it listen there's
a lot of uh there's a lot i'm looking online there's a lot of, there's a lot, I'm looking online, there's a lot of Bored Ape Yacht Club and different filings that Yuga has across multiple categories.
I mean, they've covered, it's funny because like they own Bored Ape BAYC for hat, shoes, sneakers, socks, t-shirts, etc. And then I
see other stuff where they've been abandoned and then they've picked them back up. They
have a lot. And then I see other people who had Bored Ape Yacht Club or Bored Ape inspired
trademarks that have been abandoned because of that that right because they they they're they're getting shut down
uh by yuga
i think a big part of it too was uh having proof that being in contact with yuga for over three years and
multiple times they've talked you know what i mean like it's uh there's never been a cease and desist
letter so i do i do think it's like uh what's that old saying like publicity is publicity you
know what i mean like it's it's ruffling feathers so if it's if it's getting noticed you know what
