Yeah, Matthew's an absolute legend.
Your network is your net worth, guys, and this guy is insanely well-connected.
And what I was trying to say before is, yeah, pretty much every token, if you really think about it, is to some varying extent a meme coin, right?
It's because memes are used to communicate, to grow, and to onboard people.
Like even in the early days of Bitcoin, they were using a lot of memes, right?
To kind of like, you know, it's what spreads, right?
It's memetics.
It's what really catches on. And so, so yeah, absolutely nothing against meme coins and including tree gens, you know, we got to be making memes, right? That's how we're
going to grow it. I'm going to push it forward. But as Matthew also mentioned, like you can also
infuse real world assets, right? From the real world, the carbon markets, if you if you add the compliant and the voluntary
market, which means the the companies that legally have to buy carbon credits and the
companies that will do it like Amazon all the way down to the point of carbon neutrality,
right, where they literally offsetting everything that they do, they have to they have to buy these
these carbon credits and they cost about the total market is about $900 billion.
And so the goal for Tregens, and by the way, it's forecasted to reach $1.6 trillion.
It's growing pretty rapidly.
As these companies like Amazon and Microsoft, as they continue to grow, as we move towards
this AI future, it actually uses quite a lot of energy, which needs to be offset. And the demand
for these things scale as the company scale that are playing in it, right? So Google and Microsoft,
two massive players in the AI space, are both pledged to be carbon neutral. And so they have
to keep buying and buying these things. And where are they going to get them, right? As the demand
shoots up, someone has to supply those. And so Tregens is going to be a big player in this space
as a DAO, right? We're going to be the first massive scale player in the carbon market that
is operating as a DAO. So TGN is not just a speculative token. Of course that exists. Of
course we're memeing things into existence, right? Of course we're spreading things in memetics and
social phi and all the rest of it, right? But one token is actually a vote. And you will be able to vote on how grants
are distributed as a DAO. So if you want to start your own carbon project or biodiversity project
or agroforestry project or whatever it is, we're going to be granting that out. Look at our
tokenomics. Look at the updates section of Tregen. You'll see not just
our green paper in there, but also our detailed, detailed tokenomics, investing schedules and
everything. And you'll see that we're going to be running our own Gitcoin grants. We're going to be,
and so like what qualifies to be in one of the grant rounds, you know, Tregen citizens and
things like that, that we're going to be funding so people can donate and we match that and we're
giving funds out perpetually. You know, how isually. How is that allocated? Well, it's allocated by voting, right? So one is a vote.
One token is a vote. Also, when you stake our governance token, right, you don't just earn
more of the same token. Of course, we have that in there, right? So you're heavily incentivizing
people to stake the token by earning more of the same. But it's not only that. You will also earn ecological credits by
staking the token. Because in order, by ecological credit, I mean tree tokens. These tree tokens,
1MGrow, so initially we're starting by tokenizing mangrove trees, right? And 1MGrow token will
represent one mangrove tree that has been planted and grown
to the point of three years. So initially, one sixth of an MGRO token is minted for planting,
one sixth per tree, right? And then every six months over the course of three years,
you can go out there, you can verify your trees are alive, and depending on the survival rates,
you earn more and more and more. So one token represents one tree that grew to the point of three years.
Now, whether you're near mangroves or not, you can be earning this MGRO token, right?
And by the way, we're bootstrapping this MGRO token through something called quadratic
acceleration.
It's just like Gitcoin grants, except it's even more funding by blockchains that go, but all the funds, instead of to the individual, the project founders, it goes directly towards the liquidity pool, right?
So when we launch the tree tokens, we're going to have these liquidity pools.
We're going to have these funds in there once the tree token launches, right?
Now, how do you benefit from that?
How do you earn that?
Well, when you stake TGN, right, you can become a verifier in the proof of tree protocol, right?
So you will see the before and after videos in our app,
and all you have to do is tick four boxes.
Very quick.
You tick four boxes.
If they followed it, if they didn't follow it, then it doesn't work.
But if you do it maliciously,
there is a bit of a slashing mechanism for accountability.
But basically, you'll be
earning not just TGN, but you also earn MGRO, right? And these MGRO tokens are going to be
backed by our carbon projects. Now, the thing about carbon credits is typically it takes a long
time to earn them after you plant the trees. We've actually solved that problem. So if you plant a mangrove tree, right, it takes 25 years to sequester about 308 kilograms of
carbon per tree. And it happens according to a bell curve. So the first five years,
there's not a lot of sequestration. So there's not a lot of funds you can leverage to do more
of the good thing or to really reward people who are doing it. But what we've done is we've devised this model,
which has already been proven in the market, and that is the model of carbon forwards.
So a carbon forward is where, for example, Shopify just bought tons and tons of these
carbon forwards from a project developer that I know that it's advising us. And so what they're
doing is they're buying those carbon credits before they're created. They do what's called the pre-feasibility study. So after you plant, they kind of measure, okay, we can forecast it's going to lead to this amount of carbon credits in the future, right? And those carbon credits of the future, they'll buy it today. Sure, it's at a discount, right? Of course, there's a time value of money.
value of money. But even at the discount, we forecasted it's between five to nine times
more money than what it costs to plant the trees in the first place.
So, so long as we can plant trees as a Dow, sell the future value of the, of the carbon as a forward
and then multiply the trees. That's how the numbers get exponential because we sell it forward, we multiply. We sell
it forward on the bigger amount, then we multiply again. Then we sell it forward on that and we
multiply again. We sell it forward on that, right? This is how you exponentially scale, right? At a
9x multiple, only 1 million trees. By the way, we've already done that. We're already at 1.2
million, right? But at 1 million trees, if you multiply that 9x, you do that six times, just six deals, six carbon-4 deals, 9x each time.
That's 531 billion trees.
That's how you get into the billions and billions of dollars to be a massive player in this $900 billion space, right?
And by the way, we're going to be voting with TGN.
Okay, are we going to multiply?
Are we going to multiply?
Are we going to take a portion of those funds?
Are we going to back our tokens now?
Because so long as we multiply, I hope we can have a bit of a longer term vision for
this project, right?
Because if you can multiply and multiply, that's how Amazon got to so big is because
they kept reinvesting and reinvesting, right?
We want to reach that scale.
But ultimately, it's up to all of you guys, right?
If you want to back our liquidity of our token, our tree token, our TGN token,
both of those are possible subject to DAO vote. But we can also just scale and become a massive,
massive DAO, which will ultimately make TGN incredibly valuable, right? You don't necessarily
have to back the liquidity of the token in the short term for the price of TGN to skyrocket,
because as our projects skyrocket, right? As our revenue as a DAO skyrockets,
then the people who are speculating, what is this DAO actually worth? They're going to say,
oh shit, they did 10 million revenue this year. They did 100 million revenue this year. They got
to a billion this year. Like, boom, what's that value of this DAO actually worth, right? What is
one TGN worth? We only have 100 million of these TGN tokens, right? And that represents the organization.
And so, yeah, we're going to be big players in the carbon space.
It's real world assets.
It's a long-term project.
It took me two years to get up to this point, more than two years of building this, of building
all the technology, of building all the foundations, of building all the partnerships with governments,
right?
So that I have a Guinness World Record and we're leveraging that to partner with all
these governments.
So now everything is in place. Now we've even
partnered with carbon developers in Thailand who have all the government relationships,
who have the funding. So it costs six figures just to do a large-scale carbon project, right?

master and meditates all the time. So I don't know if it was the cannabis oil that put me into that brain wave or my brain is different, but I think I am ADHD or bipolar or fucking crazy, but I am fucking
crazy, but I'm crazy in a good way. If you're an asshole, I can be a bigger asshole. If you come
to our community and lie, cheat, and steal, I can be an asshole to you. If you're a cool person,
I can love you and coach you, learn from you, collaborate with
you, help you.

new phone new computer if you help this enough you can get that if you need something, new phone, new computer, if you help this enough, you can get that. If you need a vacation because you've been working your ass off, you can get that. You know,
if you need rehabilitation for your body, you can get that. You need to get off alcohol or
cigarettes or something, you can get that. And I literally mean this. If you give of your love,
your time, your energy, and you help build this community, you can get rewards in more ways in
the next one to three years than you can imagine. You might have 40 different tokens that actually are most of them
going up in time because they're investing in real world assets and great communities are built to
last. You know, if you invested in any big corporation in America that made it, you became
a multimillionaire, even if you had a little bit of
stock. Because if you had a little bit of stock of McDonald's, it kept splitting, it kept splitting,
and you got more stock, and you got more stock, and then you get dividends and stuff like that.
So even if you earn $1,000 of crypto in the next year, within three years, that could be worth

My first wife was from South Africa. I met her at Rent to Kill where she was working in the HR department. I trained her on human behavior and

plants. And so if you had a big high-rise building, whatever, they would bring in plants. And if they
died, they'd bring in new ones and they would water them and take care of them, stuff like that.
I did business consulting in the biggest bank in England. My father was a legend in business
consulting in the disc, in the assessments industry. AI knows who he is and does a poem
about him, a song about him, and does great. So I'm going to be 61 on July 2nd. So I've been
an eco-friendly awareness guy activist for 33 years as of 1992-ish, where I studied Superfund sites,
which are very toxic places in America, like a DuPont or a Motorola or a coal plant or something,
you know, or an oil field or something like that, oil spills and chemicals. So I became an activist
33 years ago and full-time self-funded since July or June of 1999. I'm sorry,
1999. I did work in soda for three years. I worked with shamans. I worked with Native Americans. I
worked with indigenous peoples. I've been to the Prophets Conference. I've been to Earth Days. I've
been to Clinton Global Initiatives. I've been to a hemp festival, I've been to Farm Aid.
I was a videographer, I was a photographer.
I grew up around healthy food and artists for over 55 years.
I'm a traveler, been to, I don't know, 37 countries, something like that, I'm not exactly sure.
I love to travel, love nature, love animals.
And I'm here to learn and to grow and to share. So I'm a student teacher.
I learn from experts and then I teach things. And if I say something you don't agree about,
you know, we can talk about it, you know, because we don't all have to agree on everything because none of us knows everything about everything, you know. So we're going to have top experts that
will be teaching you for free if you join our communities. And we've already done a lot of
free Zooms with top, top, top people on the planet for free so that's what we're offering
you we're offering to help you to mentor you to coach you and to help you financially if you're
a real person and you care about something and you help us build so there's so many different ways
you're going to be able to make um money in in crypto and in blockchain and in real life if you come learn from experts and elders
and study masters and do your own work and set your goals. Create your plans. Failing to plan
is planning to fail. So set your goals. Write them down. You can journal. You can have a vision board.
You know, if you want a new vehicle, take a photo of that vehicle that you want,
put it on your refrigerator so you see it.
Work on the law of attraction.
Study Anthony Robbins, Zig Ziglar, Brian Tracy,
the Little Money Bible, Think and Grow Rich,

And the more I know, the more I know I don't know about a lot of things you know you study archaeology or science over
the last 40 years and we've had to upgrade and you study computers and you study apps and you
study crypto if you don't stay current you don't really know what the truth is and how old things
might be and you know i mean they're learning so much with DNA and, you know,
finding new books and new scrolls and new mummies and you name it. So anyway, yeah,

yeah that's that's like two and a half years ago um just tree gens but even before tree gens i was
doing some x spaces so yeah man we go we go way back. And I know Matthew better than I know a lot
of my really close IRL friends. Because IRL friends, maybe you see them here and there on
the weekend, blah, blah, blah. Matthew and I have done seven 24-7 spaces together for two weeks at
a time. We've done the 50-hour space where we're pretty much there the entire time. We did a 60-hour
space pretty much there the entire time. It's crazy how much time we spent together bro but like yeah
you know i've said this before and i'll say it again we've done we've done one-on-ones and we've
been on other one-on-ones and we've done refi yeah exactly that's just some of the things we've done
together right like yeah like you when when it's a quick little spaces or a quick little shill, people can just rehearse and just try to sound a certain way.
But when you spend like hundreds of hours with someone, you really get to know who they are as a person.
You really get to know, you know, and no one's perfect.
But, you know, your true self is shown in that way.
And I just know Matthew is a beautiful soul.
I just know he's got the best intentions. I just know he's showing up to do really good things. And he genuinely cares
about people. I've seen him help so many people and support so many people. And yeah, sometimes
he gets supported back, but it's not enough. And so I'm really looking forward to TGN because TGN
is the token where we get to uplift everyone in this community. Everyone can win as we grow this DAO.
It really is the DAO for everyone in this community.
If you believe in what we're doing, if you genuinely want the world to be a better place,
this is the DAO for you.
And everyone can do really well as we do really good for the world.
And I know Matthew's going to crush it.

Like guys, when we make history, when we get a billion trees planted in a single day, which has
never been done before, it will change the course of the future because like people are going to see
what is possible. Yeah. It's like breaking the four-minute mile, which you can talk about with Bannister.

So for the longest time, for decades and decades, everyone thought it was impossible to run an entire mile in four minutes.
But the year that someone did it, the same year, dozens of other people did it, right?
And now tens of thousands of people have even high school kids.
What changed?
What changed?
The only thing that changed is that people were able to see what is possible.
And if you can see what is possible in your mind's eye,
if you can hold that visualization of what is actually possible,
it becomes so much more probable that you actually
can do it. This is why visualization is important, right? I try to visualize all the time. Like you
really imagine these things as if they're done, as if they're happening, and then you make it happen,
right? And so when we get a billion trees planted in a single day, right now everyone thinks it's
crazy, can't be done, it's impossible. But once we do, everyone's going to see what's possible.
And then when they go to do it, it's going to be so much more likely that it happens.
So it's definitely not going to be the last time that it happens.
We're going to keep growing bigger and bigger and bigger.
Other countries are going to do like Ethiopia and do entire tree planting days.
That's going to snowball, right?
Like Nigeria can get more than a billion planted in a day, right?
Because mangrove trees are so efficient to plant and they have even more mangroves than any other
African country, right? And so if it were to actually happen in Nigeria, I think they would
absolutely whoop Ethiopia in terms of what is possible in a day, right?
What is the average survival rate of trees that are planted with experts
that know what they're doing? Do you have any idea of what that is?
Yeah, you can get beyond 80, 90% if it's done in the right way.
And what do you do about verification? How do you verify that a tree is planted and survives?
and survives. Yeah. So, so, so we do before and after videos and then five, six of all the rewards
are for health checks. So every six months you go back to the same location and you film them,
the AI counts them and the DAO will verify. And so we're heavily valuing the survival of the trees,
right? And so, yeah, it's not just about planting, obviously, it is about doing it in the right way. And yeah, there is, and I've studied this a lot. I know a
lot about mangroves, but there is always more to learn. Like, I recently connected with the
Mangrove Alliance, and they're talking about, you know, if there are areas that have been degraded,
you have to also look at, like, what are the reasons they've been degraded? Sometimes there
are water flows that have been interrupted that need to be
fixed as well, you know? And so, so having this kind of holistic view of how do you optimize for
survival rates is something that's going to continuously, continuously evolve. But our
DAP is not just a tree tracking application. It's also an educational platform, right? So already it
says, how do you plant? How
do you optimize for survival rates? How do you film the trees to make sure that our AI counts
it perfectly? But that educational platform is going to grow, grow, grow. Shout out to Will T,
Will Tregen of KF Media. He's starting something called the Regenucators, which is like an
educational component. And he's also going to be giving out TGN to people who are going through his kind of courses and stuff like that.
And we're going to get a lot of education into that platform as well
and grow our content that we put on the DAP.
So over time, we're going to have more and more educational content
of how do we really make sure that these trees survive.
The beauty of mangroves is that they can effectively water themselves.
You know, they can desalinate ocean water.
Like it's insane.
Like, humans struggle to do this, right? To cost-effectively desalinate the ocean for us to
drink. These trees have figured this out, like, so many thousands of years ago. And they do it
naturally. And it's a beautiful thing. Now, sometimes if there are droughts or the tides
are affected, you do have to
actually go in and water the trees. And so this is something that we need to monitor and give alerts
and notify people within the app. But that's a beautiful part of having this application.
Another amazing person from our community, Valentine, this is when like before our Gitcoin
grant funds came in from the recent thing, he like said, hey, I want to turn this into like an actual application, not just the web app. There's some benefits to that. And I said,
you know, like, we're going to play it by year, like that's kind of phase two, you know, like our
budget, and he's like, you know what, let me just build it. And you reward me later. Because he sees
the vision of what we're doing. He sees that, hey, we knows we're going to do our own Gitcoin
grants, he knows we're going to retroactively reward. He knows we've allocated budget for further developments and all this different stuff in the DAO.
And he literally just built it.
So we're going to be on the app stores.
And so we're going to be able to send push notifications to people and say, hey, in this area, you know, this such and such needs to happen with the water flows.
You know, these things need to happen.
It's time to do your health checks.
You know, claim another one-sixth of the token.
You will earn the same amount just for doing the health checks as you earned for the initial plant, which is pretty awesome.

chance um you know based on human behavior and characters whenever you brought something new to
people so at least you have something uh you you're supposed to have something good to

that to have or to understand what you brought to them so um please don't uh be angry with some of
my questions because answering the question will give me the courage to each and every time looking
all uh giving something which is like something good to my community maybe and i believe that
one time one day one time they may ask or they will definitely be asking some of the questions
or what are the benefit awesome what are the challenges or any other little thing like this
so um regarding this uh project i want to actually know what on what blockchain are you planning to build on so if
you answer if you answer this question back or uh some days back i were not around and second time
is uh okay my question my second question is um most of the smart contract of the potential tokens
Most of the smart contract of the potential tokens are usually been on the
world's audition. So what are your plans about this audition of smart contract?

Okay, so first question, which blockchain TGN will be on base?
We do plan to be multi-chain in the future, but base.
Base, base, base, base, base.
Why?
We're Ethereum aligned, right?
We're funded.

So base, did you know that every base token is going to be on Coinbase?
There's over 100 million users, more than 10 million active users on Coinbase.
So, it's a big deal.
And, you know, we're also, like, funded in the Gitcoin community, which is Ethereum aligned.
So, ETH, Coinbase, Happy Days, Base, Base, Base, ETH coin base, happy days, base, base,
base. Also we're in touch with the base community. And this is some alpha, some alpha, alpha, alpha.
Okay. Because I have a pretty big network and people know about me and the project and, you
know, we, we were voted first place three times, et cetera. We were able to build a bit of a brand
and recognition. A guy reached out to me who's been working with Base for quite a while. And he does like half a million transactions a day. He's
in like the gaming platform. He's been providing infrastructure for Base. He said, hey, we are
launching a much better version of PumpFun, kind of like a launchpad, but instead of having all the
snipers and the rugs and this
and that and that, he has ways of overcoming all of those issues, plus improving the onboarding
by having Google Pay, Apple Pay, like super easy onboarding, no sniping and these kind of like rug
prevention features, plus there's more gamification, loot boxes, leaderboards, connecting the same with
social fight. He hit me up about this, okay? So what we're actually doing is 60% of all the fees of this platform that's
going to be launched called PollenFi is going to be supporting impactful tokens such as TGN.
It's not going to be the only one, but TGN will be like the main one that is going to be burnt through the tokens, through this platform.
By the way, the fees alone on PumpFun are more than the cumulative market cap of every single PumpFun token right now.
That's pretty crazy.
And so to say we're going to put a big chunk of those 60% fees towards TGN liquidity is pretty wild. And by the way,
the reason I mentioned this relating to base is we have great contacts at base. Base is going to get
behind this launchpad. So it's going to be like the launchpad for base tokens. And so that's going
to be a big deal. That's an alpha. We haven't announced that yet. It's under development.
Actually, the launchpad has already developed, but now we're connecting in the social five part and we're
meeting with the base people to try to get their support of this Launchpad, which will definitely
massively support TGN. Your second question was about auditing the smart contracts.
So when someone goes to audit smart contracts, at least from a reputable company, right,
it can cost about $10,000 per smart contract. Okay. We have three
smart contracts. Now there's a company called Proto Fire, which was one of the main sponsors
at ETH Denver. And I met with them. And what I did is I pitched them right before I went to break
the Guinness World Record for tree planting. I pitched them a promotional opportunity to have
the logo on the shirts, to get in the media, to get in our videos, all this different stuff, right?
Now, instead of charging us tens of thousands of dollars to audit our smart contracts, they did it for free and they paid us $10,000.
Let that sink in.
They didn't charge us $10,000.
They gave us $10,000 and audited all of our smart contracts.
So it saved 30,000 plus you got 10,000. That's a positive $40,000.
40,000. And by the way, I couldn't afford their audit at the time. But when resources are tight,
you get resourceful. You find a way. When the why is strong enough, you find the how, okay?
Because no matter what roadblock you put in front of me, and there will be roadblocks,
I will either burst the fuck through the roadblock, or I will jump directly over,
or I will find a way around, okay? We are making this happen no matter what. And by
the way, right now we just built this like referral program. It's not smart contract auditing,
but Griff, who is the, the, one of the absolute legends of refi. He started give it as well as
like 12 other companies, one of the most renowned and respected people in the space. He was one of the people who went in and saved Ethereum when they got hacked. Okay. He, he, he, and his team
at General Magic, they not only did our UI UX for our app. He's, he's one of our advisors. He is
making sure personally and with his team that our two tiered referral program for our presale
is airtight and secure.
Why? I don't think he's even going to charge us anything.
Because he fucking loves us.
And enough people in this space want this to happen, right?
This is not a pump and dump. This is not an overnight thing.
This is a real project that I think is going to put refi back on the map.
Refi, regenerative finance, had its
heyday. In 2021, it kind of went viral. Klima DAO, they got to a billion dollar market cap. They got
all this different stuff. One of the massive investors from Shark Tank was investing in it,
and refi was like big thing. And then it was actually the way they defined,
the way that they structured that token.
They had Pclema,
which they're able to swap
for Clema token
and basically dump on the community
and extract, extract, extract.
Next thing you know,
ReFi is actually
kind of quiet now, right?
It's not the narrative.
Definitely not.
RWAs are.
AI is.
And by the way,
we're big players in both of those categories.

And so if you do things the right way, if you try to help people along the way, and you build with
heart, not with extraction in mind, but with heart for long-term value, for growth, for exponential
scale that is helping people on the ground. I'm talking people in remote villages, right? People
earning like $1, $2 a day are going to have their lives changed because now when our DAP is live,
they can plant trees and earn like an order of magnitude more money. And they're helping the
world. But they're helping their livelihoods first. And that is actually the foundation, right?
Social impact is the foundation of environmental impact. Because if you have to put food on the
table that day, or your mother needs medicine, and she doesn't have that, you will do whatever
it takes to put food on the table and to give your mother medicine, right? It's the foundation.
And so that's why we see so much deforestation. That's why we see 2 trillion trees cut down. That's why Mother Nature has been so abused. It's because the economics are all wrong. Like, it's easy to reward people for cutting down nature. It's not easy to get rewarded for planting nature, despite the carbon markets being over $900 billion.
billion dollars. But what TreeGens is doing is we're going to be a massive player there and we're
going to infuse that value into the tokens, which are readily accessible to the people on the ground,
right? The people on the ground can easily earn the tokens. It's not some high up, you know,
corporates or middlemen, you're trading these carbon tokens while the crumbs are sprinkled
down to the people on the ground. No, 95% of the Tree tokens go directly to the people on the ground. No. 95% of the tree tokens go directly to the people on the ground
and 5% go to the verifiers who have TGN. That is the way that we built this. That is why so many

can talk to darbles in i had bought the most in the most expensive art was a Native American one. Went to a not-for-profit.
It was like $1,000, $2,300 or $500 or whatever it was at the time, about three, three and a half years ago.
And then I bought some 0.6s and some 0.5s and 0.35s for Nigerians.
And that's a shitload of money back then.
You know, that was before the first crash about three years ago or something like that.
I started buying art in March of 2022.
I got on refi spaces in February 2022 in my first NFT space.
And I'm addicted to spaces.
I do take time off from time to time.
I was hacked once, and then I couldn't get on spaces for three months on my main account.
And that pissed me off.
It was bad customer service.
I did nothing wrong to get shadow banned or to not be on spaces for three months on my main account and that pissed me off it was bad customer service i did nothing wrong um to get shadow banned or to not be on spaces so i just got my blue check back
yesterday because i paid for the blue tick for three months and i couldn't even get on to spaces
so i'm like screw you i don't need more followers and i don't need more impressions so i'm not going
to pay you for three months because that's the money i should not have to pay and now i signed
up and it's even cheaper.
So I was paying $17 a month.
Now I think I might be paying $5 or $7 a month.
You know, so, you know, and I've used Twitter since September 2009, you know, and we're going to be doing multi-streaming.
Jimmy does multi-streaming and stuff like that, does videos and stuff.
So if you're a good project, we can help you. And if
you can help us, we can reward you. So it's simple. You can help, you can promote, you can refer,
you can onboard, you can be a moderator, you can be a host, you can be an artist,

And collectively, just the people that me and Jimmy

we would be able to talk with anybody on the planet who has a heart for the change. Because
we have PhDs, we have climate scientists that we know, we have people that created NGOs,
got common ground, You got, um,
you got eco restoration camps, you got project drawdown. You got the region network, solar
punks. I mean, there's just so many amazing groups out there. So find your home, find your communities,
get more money than you need, give back as much as you can take time for yourself, love yourself.

speaks very much to distributing impact back to the ecosystem. And we'll get into that in a minute.
So hi, everybody. Glad to meet you if I'm meeting you for the first time. I'm already familiar with
you. I'm glad to remake your acquaintance and build a relationship with you potentially.
I am Will T. I'm the founder of KF Media. I'm a five plus veteran of this ecosystem.
Foundationally, KF Media stands on first principles by teaching people the value of their participation in this ecosystem rather than it
being an investment opportunity as the first conversation we have. We do that in a variety
of ways, but essentially what we're building is a regenerative education learning model.
And when we talk about regenerative education, while educating people on regenerative practices initiatives, advocacy and agency for refi and regenerative by allowing it to naturally and organically propagate through human networks.
So what does that mean?
Well, back in 2022, when I was traveling to conferences across the country of the United States, it came to me a concept called reach one, teach one.
And basically the doctrine of that concept and the philosophy of it is that if we can all reach out to one person
and teach them and pour into them something that they have interest in, that we possess knowledge of,
they should be able to reteach that back out into their networks, whether it's their human networks, their digital networks,
whatever networks that they're connected to.
And if we do that enough times and replicate it,
it will at some point exponentialize.
And then we're growing this global knowledge base around the world.
And as Matthew pointed out, people who have experience who have
expertise in various fields we can have more people like that right it doesn't just need to be
like the traditional old guard where only a few people possess the knowledge and then they gate
keep it and make it very exclusionary and keep it from the rest of the world, which is very much how the financial system works traditionally.
You understand that people who have the most wealth on the planet
have obtained that wealth through hidden secrets, I will say, in quotes,
that only they have access to that information of how to accomplish their
goals.
So flipping the script on that, we want to regenerate education itself, make it more
available, make it more accessible to the wider populace of the global ecosystem.
Now, Matthew, I don't know specifically which program you want me to touch on, all four of them, our history, where we've come, where we've been, what we currently have taken.

But what we want to do is we want to bring ted talks or tedx style talks
to web3 so we've branded it it's pending trademark we've got the logo the logo is
represented on the pfp here of kfm talks so basically what we want to do is the objective is to find 25 people to add to our base of educators who can deliver an impactful
talk and teach people something of knowledge that they possess in about a 10 to 45 minute format.
45 minutes would be the max because the attention span of people these days is very short and we
want to make these very digestible but impactful in the
same thing so what we're doing is we have an event page and i can uh pin something to the top here
matthew if that's okay we have an event page set up by unlock protocol down and this event page
will when you sign up on this event page it'll signal your interest in being included in
this program. And we're not excluding anybody, right? This is an open call that's available
through July 1st. So once we find these 25 people, we're going to have a kickoff event,
kind of a private slash public kickoff event. We plan to live stream the events with these 25 people.
And we're going to sit down and we're going to hash out schedules. And we're going to set aside
a time that works for them for the month of August. So this is our curation month. For the
month of August, we're going to sit down with them. We're going to record a private session with them.
We're going to promote them. We're going to do all the marketing for them so that they don't have to.
They can engage if they want, but it's entirely up to them to, you know, propagate the information
out into their networks.

The content creators,
some of you are content creators, you know the value of that. And we're going to add their
content into our learning center so that other people can benefit from their talk. Okay. That's
the program in a nutshell. There's a lot of benefits to this program based on relationships
that we've leveraged and opportunities that have been presented to us. It gives us a way
to accomplish a few other things within this program. One, we are set up to prove
that a program of this magnitude can be accomplished using nothing but Web3 tooling.
So every aspect, every touchpoint inside of this program has some sort of Web3 tool.
And we've been highlighting some of those on our social feeds here on X, on Farcaster, and on arena.social.
So we're set out to prove
that there are enough available tools
inside of Web3 if you know where to look
and you know the tools
that you need to accomplish whatever
to run a program of this magnitude.
That's the first thing that we're setting out
to accomplish through this program.

There's some other chains that I think are going to go up higher than Bitcoin and Ethereum.
You know, but the higher the risk, the higher the reward.
So, you know, take some money, maybe put it in Bitcoin and Ethereum if you have it.

want to have the bigger X's at 10 to 100 X's you got to look at AI tokens got
to look at mean tokens got to look at the communities do your own research
join the communities and really learn and then you know maybe you learn to

that I was in and now in hindsight I would have I would have been a
multi-millionaire if I was a trader but I was a. And now in hindsight, I would have been a multimillionaire if I was a trader,
but I was a holder because I learned the value of a holder. Because if everyone sells at the top,
it goes down by 97%. So we're going to reward holders in the Simba refi meme token and the
other tokens that we create so that you get real world assets. So you're incentivized to hold and
to stake because we don't want our crypto to
go down i don't want our crypto to go down by over 35 anymore and i'm going to have some millionaires
they're going to be backing it and buying it and creating liquidity pools so we're going to have a
very high ratio of liquidity and we're going to have whales that are going to get rewarded that
if it you know if there's a sell-off because we 10x in the next month and some people take profits or sell out all, we're going to have some people that are going to protect the floor and buy the floor so that it goes back up again.
And it's meant to grow even during the bull market because we're going to be investing in real world assets and have a lot of income streams into our tokenized system.
And it's going to be big and complex, but we will educate you about it over the next three to six months
with what I'm working with.

seems like you lived many lives um it's sort of sort of mirrors the kind of life I've been living thus far. I recently turned 40, so I feel like I've lived many lives
and I'm yet to live even more lives.
So I'm very happy to meet someone who's sort of walked the same path
that I desire to walk.
Well, yeah, and it's just a pleasure.
So I know people that were in this
way before me and i've studied global warming climate change and so i i know that there was a
woman who theorized that if we had too much co2 or hypothesized that if we had too much co2 in the
environment in the in the stratosphere it would change things and that was like 1869 and then a
guy came out with something about a year later and he got kind of the credit for it. So, you know, it's just kind of a patriarchal society that we've
been living in, but there are some patriarchal societies out there and stuff. And I do love
women and I support educating girls. And, you know, we do organic natural pad programs for
girls in Africa. I created a NGO in Uganda with an adopted spiritual daughter from
Uganda. And I flew her to Zambia and she met her husband. And now they've got a little baby girl
and he's a world expert in, well, he's a genius, got 158 IQ and he knows how to grow food. He knows
electronics. He's an elder to me, he's like 71.
He was a United States Marine Corps veteran like me, disabled like me, and so we've got
a lot in common and he's been in a lot of spaces and he really knows how to grow food.
And he's got a compound outside of Kampala and they're growing a lot of great food.
So I know a lot of people in Africa and around the world because i've been in the not-for-profit
world and for-profit world a lot um you know especially since 1988 ish and uh you know full-time
international guys since 1999 and traveled a lot and just met so many people and seen so much nature
and green building and greenhouses and growing food and farmers and stuff like that.
So, yeah, I mean, my village is full of fruit trees, pigs, horses, cows, goats, gardens,
and forest mushrooms, grape plants.
I mean, a lot of the food, I mean, a lot of the plants in our forest you can eat or it's
medicine.
And most people don't realize that.
But I've been studying
that in herbs you know for like 25 years so i'm not the top expert in all this but i know the top
experts in all this you know paul stemmons a mushroom guru um you know gabe brown the
regenerative farmer paul stamens who does animal husbandry and uh growing food in organic ways and stuff and no-till regenerative farming and agroforestry
and you know doing solar and doing grazing or planting food at the same time there's so many
different solutions out there you guys can make money yeah go ahead specs and then we'll wind up
pretty quick here uh that's pretty interesting i recently got into tea and I've been exploring that.
I recently got a qualification as a professional tea sommelier.
So that's been something I've been really exploring.
And I'd love to know if you know any people in that space,
tea growers in Africa or anywhere else around the world.
I did my qualification in Jiangzhou in the Fujian province. So I know
some people there, but I'd like to know some people, more people in Africa and in other parts
of the world. Yeah. So I have a lot of friends in Kenya, in Uganda, in South Africa, got a dear
friend in Zambia, and I know a lot of people in Nigeria. And I've got
connections in most of the countries because I was the founder of Team 54 Project International.
I funded it as a 501c3 in America. I was the chairman of the board for two years. I taught
global warming, climate change, science, and the solutions. And it was based out of Nigeria
called Team 54 Project. They asked me if I would be the
chairman of the board. And I said, well, what's your long-term vision? And I said, we want to work
with all the African countries and have a leader working with the NGOs and the governments and the
for-profits to change things. And I said, okay, let's make it Team 54 Project International,
invite youth from all over the world because we focused on youth and you know permaculture
and regenerative farming and picking up plastic and planting trees and you know all the eco
sustainable regenerative issues which is massive i mean there's thousands and thousands of occupations
out there for you so i am a connector i know a lot of people awesome i'll i'll i'll i'll give you a
a dm um so that you can connect me with some of these people.
And then, yeah, yeah, we'll continue this conversation going forward.
