guys um in no particular order as well obviously this is more of a sort of like a light space.
It's not anything heavy. It's more of a just get together, talk NFTs, no specifics in questions.
And, you know, just share some views, what it is that everybody's doing, what you're interested in and what you'd like to see happen with communities and other projects perhaps some integrations into the future so without further ado for those that don't know
my name's zero i'm representing dot sama hub today and yeah just stoked to have so many good nft
projects here because i remember looking back not a lot of people understood or knew what NFTs were just a little while ago, you know, and it's amazing how far I think the space has come in such a short space of time.
So I'm very excited to see what happens going forward.
So, yeah, without further ado, whoever wants to speak first.

I nominate Glimmer Apes to speak first as one of the OG NFT.
Hello everyone, first of all I'm Mr. Tin, I'm the co-founder of Glimmer Apes NFT.
Thank you, Star Digents, for inviting us to speak. And thank you, .summerhub, for having us
on this space and organizing these events. So a little bit about Glimmer apes. So we were the first DAO created on Moonbeam, basically.
We launched in January 2022 a collection of 1001 pixel art NFTs of apes and we quickly self-organized as a DAO launched our own token and decided to
create a second collection called Glimmer Jungle that we launched in April last year
and that collection of NFT is now playable in a game that is directed, if you want, by the community. So the holders of Glimmer Apes, the members of DAO,
they vote to decide what are the rules of the games,
what sort of new features we need to implement or to be working on.
And so that game is called The Great Escape
and it's been running since last August.
And we are now about to launch the V2 in about a month. That would be on
mobile. All right, but enough about us. Let's hear about the other projects maybe as well.

Let me get to myself.
I'm Rams.
I'm part of the council at Astor DGens.
Astor DGens is a 10K collection launched in late February last year.
We just celebrated our one year.
We are the first major collection.
And you could say DAO as well, a NASTAR network.
It took us a bit to form.
We structured it within the community, and it's sort of now grown into a council that's elected every six months.
Everyone starts from scratch, renominates themselves or nominates others.

And we have a treasury that's sort of,
its engine is DApp Staking,
one of the features on Astar.
So we receive inflation rewards from the Astar network
and our stakers as well receive rewards
for staking on us and for holding the NFT.
So this fits into our financial motive at the DAO because we grow our
treasury and we invest in projects throughout the ecosystem and sort of bootstrap them,
especially at their beginning. We invest in seed rounds as well and continuously look for new opportunities to do that.
We also are now sort of in,
we also have tribes that are focused in different areas of the DAO,
sort of like a marketing tribe, creative tribe, and so on, an ideas tribe.
So we're constantly structuring and developing within the community there's no real hierarchy again there's just the council which deals with
small monetary management and as in the who who runs the the dfstaking who manages the the rewards
and delivers the transactions and so on and then also we just deal with the smaller
choices and proposals but the bigger proposals are put on snapshot where we have every community
member vote with the amount of nfts they own and to our to our pleasure you, we don't have any whales. I think the Out of the 10k collection the holder with the most NFTs I think is around 150 170 Astor DGents
In overall, I think the average
holder out of the
2500 holders has about five DGents. So it's nice to have a good spread

So for those who don't know me,
my name is Linda,
and people usually call me just Lou,
but I work with Kodadot.
So I think everyone here should know Kodadot,
but we are an NFT marketplace in Kusama ecosystem.
And so we are working as an open source team.
So for example, if you are a developer,
you can just join our GitHub.
You can see like every issue there
and you can just solve issue and get rewarded for it.
My main tasks in Coda.org are, well, I can say that I'm a contact person for artists.
So, for example, if any new collection want to collaborate with us or maybe some artists have questions,
I'm the one who is dealing with all the stuff regarding this.
I'm also responsible for organizing some of our events.
We are three people doing that.
But yeah, last year was pretty busy because we organize a lot of events.
But feel free to contact me if you need anything related to Coda.
Or have any other questions.
As I said, last year was busy for us. We implemented Basilisk. That took some time. We had a lot of issues that we had
issues that we had to solve, but at the end, everything was working. So we brought new features
to Codadot like royalties and offer making. Also, our goal for this year is to become out like royalties and offer making.
Also, our goal for this year is to become something like multi-chain marketplace in Polkadot ecosystem
or maybe something like OpenSea for Polkadot
because we will be implementing other chains.
Right now, we are currently working on Remark 2.
We don't have a set date when it will be out. But for example, if you're interested to come and test beta, you can just contact me
because we are already working on this. And of course, there will be also implementation of EVM
collections with ASTAR, but about that maybe some other time and yeah we were also
busy last year because we opened
new sub work
co-work space in Slovenia Bled
so that is
I think one of the biggest
exciting news we had
this place is
in Slovenia in Lake Bled
I don't know if you were there but it's
really nice beautiful nature it's a really nice, beautiful nature.
It's a big lake,
and in the middle of the lake is church
on small islands,
so it's really like a fairy tale.
And this space is open to all Web3 projects
in the Polkadot,
so if you are interested in building
or maybe have some team retreats or meetups all that tree project in the Polkadot. So if you are interested in building on, you know,
or, you know, maybe have some team retreats or meetups
or maybe just individual visit,
you're free to just contact us
and we can get something together and work on something.
And maybe a little bit unofficial,
but we will be also hosting a hackathon there.
It will be in May, starting in April till May.
But we will be having, we will be posting some news
about this next week.

with a few collections we started on a singular with our generation one
collection but that was last year.
And after that, we decided to make a new collection.
Sweets of Sama helped me with that, to make better arts with the same style and the same NFTs.
That was also on Singular.
After that, we went looking for another opportunity.
So we saw a tweet from Donny, and they started with Rare Sama.
And now we have a new collection there.
It's called 420 Buttheads.
It's also made to our suite of Sama.
She did a great job with that.
It's 150 NFTs. It's 150 Rare. also made to our uh sweet of sama she did a great job with that it's uh on the 50 nfts it's uh on
the 50 rare and the rest is uh common and uh yeah we keep building we keep uh making new arts
it's always related and uh yeah that's uh it's short

Yeah, so then let me introduce Skylab Corporation NFT project.
I'm Sali, I'm the co-founder of Skylab Corporation NFT project, and Skylab Corporation is a NFT project built by Akin Gertmanli,
who is a supervisor for FX Studio in building movies for nine years.
He has worked on movies like The Avengers, Doctor Strange,
and like Fantastic Beasts.
And like there's a big list of AAA movies he worked on.
And we launched the project a year ago,
around a year ago, with the incubators,
where we had on Remark sold 3D incubators.
And with the help of Team Tricky and Sage,
we found a workaround to
actually build
I think still, maybe
the first NFTs
which are 3D composable
meaning you can equip
and unequip items
onto the NFTs
and currently we released
the latest is the GTIs, which you can turn
your Raven into fire or ice. If you guys saw those and yeah, currently we're just building
the community and I would give the next speaker if they want to talk.
Hey everyone, my name is Tom and I'm the founder of ColdBears.
We are building an upcoming cross-chain NFT ecosystem on Moonbeam in Asta.
And we use an NFT collection to bootstrap the initial liquidity to build this ecosystem. So 1,000 bears will be on Moonbeam and 1,000 bears on Asta. And we have five different
rarities and each one will be completely unique. Every single bear was created one by one.
Every single bear was created one by one.
And 70% of our mint will be used to fund our DAO treasury,
which will be used for future investments and also the development of our project.
And the first product that we want to release is an NFT marketplace called Kult Markets.
And there we want to illustrate new cross-chain use cases for
different NFTs initially on Moonbeam and Asta and along the way also on other chains
which can be added via governance from the community. So we will also function as a DAO
with 2000 NFTs and later we want to also add a utility and governance token,
which will also be a cross-chain token called HONEY.
And then we will have like a two-step governance system
where every NFT holder can make proposals.
And then we have like the vote of all NFT holders
and later of all token holders to confirm all important
decisions and directly for mint 70% will go to the treasury and this will also be verifiable
by the contract and then for the marketplace fees we will use one percent to buy bear-carny tokens and to distribute them among NFT and token holders, 1% will
go to the treasury and 0.5% will go to the forest council.
So the forest council is basically functions as the council of our project and can be elected
by the community. And so the Forest Council will manage the DAO funds and will contribute to the
overall ecosystem and therefore 0.5%
will go to all members that applied to the Forest Council and
became nominated. Yeah so that is basically
a big high level overview of what we want to build.
And then we also want to build a cross-chain PlayTM game.
A part of our royalties will be used to buy back NFTs and to add to the rewards pool on a regular basis.
Yeah, so that's it for now, I would say.

so yeah definitely know who they are. Love everything that's coming out of the ecosystem
as yourself and I think having community members like yourself just come in and speak so openly is
it makes it warm and inviting and as well with so many great
projects that are here speaking you know you got uh linda from codadot and i think one of the things
that she mentioned with subwork bled is absolutely amazing and i would literally recommend everyone
to go to their website and actually look into what it is that they're doing,
because there's no one doing that, and nobody's actually got a building set up
that's just openly allowing anyone to come here and learn and, you know, just build with them.
I think this is exactly what we need, and it's basically what the hub's for, you know?

And I just wanted to share as well one important thing is that for those of you who find it sometimes hard,
you know, because you're busy with life or with some issues,
that we are really happy to be able to release the mobile version of the game.
And we are working on a gasless solution as well.
So basically, in about a month of time, maybe five weeks tops,
it's going to become very, very easy to play the game
because you won't have to wait for the transactions anymore.
We are really trying to make that as seamless as possible.
And this is also the sort of game that I believe is
quite good to be adapted on mobile because you can just play two minutes
like if you're going somewhere in the metro or
at the back of a taxi for example. So hopefully
now we're going to remove this barrier of having a physical
laptop or a computer to play.
Putting things on mobile should make it a lot easier for everyone to access the game.
That sounds awesome. I can't wait.

And I set the intention to just release this trauma and release all this pain and sorrow and find love and happiness and forgiveness.

I did not expect to get this much love and I didn't even expect anyone to really see that video.
That was just something. We put out love in the world because we want the world to be love,
not because we want love to come back to us. But the byproduct of being love is that you attract love and thank you brother i appreciate the
shit out of you man i love all of you guys let's fucking grow let's go fuck yeah
i want to chime in here just a little bit because i think we're all alluding to
like a certain fact that we're all sort of laying down the foundation of NFT projects and most importantly, communities.
And some of us have been doing this for over a year plus.
And now we're seeing, you know,
these connections forming and have been forming.
I know with Skylabs, Corp and AstridGens,
we sort of set a relationship really early on last year when after our mint.
And, you know, we connect every once in a while.
It's like, hey, what are you up to?
Let's do it.
Let's collab on something.
Let's do a little giveaway.
And that sort of vibe and relationship just keeps, you know, connecting us and making a stronger bond.
And I think that is super special, especially because we're on the,
you know, just the beginning of Polkadot and Kusama, in a sense, even though we know they've
been building for a long time. And I think we've all seen our share of NFT projects come and go,
a few little rugs here on every chain when they first got started. I mean, that's part of the
nature of the space we work and live and play
in but right now we could definitely see that the love that's spreading around and and all because
of you know a lot of it because of this tangible ownership that we have with nfts and community um
and i think all of us just like uh funky was saying was saying, he's an owner of almost every NFT, you know, to a certain degree,
and keeps adding to it.
And I think all of us, too, are part of many other communities,
even if we don't partake in the Discord or Telegram much.
Myself, including, you know, felt really special holding an XO
for the first time and, like, have that connection there no matter what.
And it's nice because we're all family.
We're all in this together.
We're all trying to spread the tech that is Kusama and Polkadot to others, and hopefully they'll see it one day.
But regardless, this foundation, this base that we're forming is super special.

I want to just open invite to everyone to connect with us in any capacity,
whether it's just like what .sama Hub is doing right now,
holding a space for NFT super space, which is much needed.
And I think it's perfect and really speaks to the fact that Xero, you and your idea,
it's beautiful, creating this hub for all these communities as well,
not just on the NFT side, but also on the educational side as well.
So I'm looking forward to many more of these,
giving updates, connecting, and just spreading the love.

And having a hub, like you said, with having so many projects and teams
and having to track everything, I think that having a hub
where people are a part of and it has all the information
of all those projects, it also makes it easier for those
that can't manage to keep up to date with everything else as well. So as you know, most teams here are actually part of the hub as well.
So yeah, I'm honored to actually be a part of it and help usher it going forward, you know,
evolution. And like you said, we are the foundation. So yeah, let's build.

I can also agree with ASTAR and Deegan's.
We were early on doing a lot of things together,
like collabs and everything.
It was always very fun.
The ASTAR and Deegan's community is always very heartwarming,
very welcoming to everybody.
So I would definitely emphasize everyone to check them definitely out.
They are doing all cool stuff.
And yeah, so generally the whole community, if you look at it,
is basically irresponsible of the NFT project.
It's always the same community with always the same faces you see everywhere. Like, for example, like just mentioned this, you own one of each project.
So basically, we're all together, one community, big community.
Basically, also like the ethos of Polkadot, it's not just about one, like everyone is together in this.
And I like this very much. I really think this is very cool.
Thanks, Skylab. I think that's the beauty of this space. It's still small enough to that we all know each other or at least through the grapevine know what's happening in this chain
or that chain or that community. And now we're at a point where we establish, you know,
this core within our own communities and now connecting and outreaching.
And I think that helps a lot too for the next wave of users
and people coming into Polkadot and Kusama
with all the tools that's being delivered, like Remark EVM.
You know, that's going to open up a lot of eyes to a lot of people.
Remark Inc. as well for those communities on Wasm and Solana and Near
coming here with maybe their NFTs,
seeing that they're capable of launching maybe a smaller collection
and experimenting.
Now we have sort of this open community that's been here a while
that can educate or introduce to one another,
like, hey, this is a gaming, CNA is a gaming community,
and so is Glimmer Apes.
If you want to link up with them, go that way.
If you want to link up with VCs or some kind of financial incentives,
go this way to ask theirDegens and so on.
Or buddies as well.
So I think because we all know each other and are informed, at least to some degree,
we can also help each other and market what we have here on Polkadot,
which is a really open-minded, you know, loving community.
So I think that's going to be the next, just my opinion,
it's going to be like the next wave.
And we have a good approach.
We just have kind of like a good mindset to be accepting of others
and other NFT communities as well.
To be honest, guys, i'm in polka. ecosystem for probably a year right now and uh i found it i found it like really really uh enriching for me because uh we attend a lot of
events and i talk with a lot of project and nft project especially and it's every time i meet someone it's like
the community here is so strong like uh uh even people here some of some of you some of the
project i talked in person uh and i think i will get to know you even more in the next next week's
months and i think that's really really uh really exciting for example the other
day we were in lisbon for some conference and i met marine from gillamere apes and man he was like
so happy to meet people from kodadot so we like really talked all evening we had beers and
it felt like we were friends even before we even seen each other you
know like so I really really appreciate people here because everyone is trying to be helpful
everyone is open to collaborate and everyone is you know like really really friendly so
I'm really happy to be here with you guys thank you yeah i have to agree with everyone i think it is just one of those communities you know and i don't
when there's so many people that sort of as rams put it you know
everybody's sort of like backing each other and helping each other it makes it harder for people
to come and infiltrate the system as well so as he said also with newcomers coming in um it's
somehow like they've got a protection layer um be it with the type of communities that we have and how integrated some of us really are
in projects and communities the only thing I think I'd like to see more of is more collaboration but
again it's something that evolves in time so it's not you know things don't evolve overnight so
I just think through time going forward you know like I don't see any project here that I don't actually believe won't be here in five years time.
And as an investor from an investing background, I know that you shouldn't buy anything you can't hold for five or 10 years.
So it's nice to actually look at so many projects in this space and have that big vision that they go beyond a five or ten year point, you know, that they're actually building something and not just here for a quick money like a lot of teams have been in the past. Punks and Polkadot Evolve since it was built. I practically followed Gavin with two Polkadots.
So, yeah, it's amazing to see what's being built and sort of to zoom out
and go forward and look what's possible a couple of years from now.
And who knows, some of you will probably collaborate on many, many aspects.
There could be something down the pipeline.

I mean, I'll just hop on the mic every time there's dead space for more than a couple seconds because I can just talk.
But, you know, I would love to get some other voices up here.
I see my boy Pablo out there in the audience. I'm just going to – because while I'm just in this mood where I'm just sharing love about all these different people, Pablo is an OG in my mind.
Like he and I first connected right when I came on Twitter.
And so just to kind of give you guys some backstory and context,
I wanted to be a Polkadot ambassador.
So I started investing in Polkadot and investigating it back in the summer of 2020.
I wrote Hutch when he was still with the Web3 Foundation,
this inordinately long email on new year's day of
2021 and he was like what is this wall of words i think and then i realized because i get in
discords and people write like one sentence and don't use punctuation so um but anyhow like pablo
he was pumping out this really cool art like it was just mr kusama and he was putting out this art
and i kept telling him like
man you should really just do the whole nft thing you got so much to offer you got this really cool
style and he did this custom piece for me that i used as my pfp for a long time and had the
reflection of the actual uh kusama canary in the helmet in the field and then it had on like the
shirt logo was the polka dot emblem and it was a really cool pfp
that i wore for a long time early in my polka dot journey and pablo then ended up launching
substranauts and he you know is still putting out there there's pilots that he's dropping
um i own a number of pieces you know substranauts commanders pilots and you know he really cares
about his community and he's just you know a young
special talent he just if you guys weren't seeing it uh just yesterday i happened to catch it he was
streaming making art so he had this setup on twitch where he was and actually i'm going to
give another shout out to somebody else that was in here earlier um he had a setup on twitch where
he was actually like making his art in real time
and then he produced it.
He minted it and like put it up for auction on Rare Sama.
And so like, it's really cool to see what artists are doing
and how they're using the technology in interesting ways.
And I don't know if he's still in here,
but Mr. Acid was in here from the Acid Pills collection.
And I don't know if you guys know this about him,
but he's also a DJ.
And so he does things like
because he's in Buddies he's in Kusama Kingdom you know just like many of us there's so much
crossover between collections and he does a thing on Twitch where he will DJ sets for like a couple
hours so like if you just like house music and stuff like that you want to get your groove on
it's really cool because he'll just like stream it and you can go watch him listen to the music so
the couple times I've caught the streams, I'll just be working.
I'm standing at my desk and I'm just doing stuff,
but I'll have the stream going and I can watch him.
And then it's kind of cool because you can interact
and I'm trying to chat with him on Discord
and I can see him checking his phone and trying to answer me and stuff.
So it's always a good time.
But yeah, there's so many people out here in this audience in particular
just doing so many cool things.
So next, I'm not going to lie, I'm going to put 420 Kusama on there.
We need to have like a – just a Twitch stream of like a smoke out.
It's a little bit awesome, man.

we have actually set a Twitch account
up recently because Twitch is brilliant
for streaming and obviously with the game gaming segment of things, we initially have set up schools like a classroom for the schools in Discord.
But realize you can actually connect everything to it and having the schools is along the lines of what exactly what you've just said this guy has done with uh producing art and
showing people how to actually do it and produce the nft out of the whole thing is sounds like it'd
be perfect for summer school also because it's something we're aiming to do is pop classrooms in
technical non-technical for art for language and anything anyone can truly offer you know because somebody needs to learn
something and somebody knows how to teach that thing so as long as we can sort of get everybody
together and do that I don't see anything failing so I think anything along those lines is brilliant
and even in terms of 420 what you just said you know there's a lot of people that do that as well
so if it brings community again ultimately I think that this is how we create adoption by sort of not
judging those communities and just becoming that one community and helping each other and educating
and just yeah watching over each other you know in every way possible so if there's any things
like that that happen in the future regarding
classes or someone sort of like even just doing something online please share it with a hub
tag us in anything we'll always reshare it as well and more than happy to reshare content from
anyone doesn't always have to be sort of content based specific .sama. It can be way outside of it, way off topic.
And I think that's how we do it ultimately.
