for eac um got the 10k collection aliens that i'm i'm always giving deals out to mint out that's the
main focus um cooking up some stuff on the the dow side um to um add more utility to it, like gamify it, and just give more rewards to the holders
who hold DAO and more reasons to stack DAO. So always just looking to give back to the holders.
What's the current status? How many more you got got to go what's the price on those bad boys um yeah so we're we started the mint off at the beginning of the year here um we're about a
quarter into it and it's um really an affordable price of 10 pole which is not very much since pole is around like uh 20 cents so that's like two bucks
but um the other exciting part is that uh as the the mints in phases so it's gonna get lower cost
as we go and it switches over to the eac token so we're almost into phase one of that, where it switches into, um, into the EIC token,
5 million of the EIC token, which is, um, a little bit less than 10 pole, but it's exciting
to get into the token because as people mint with the token, they'll be swapping into the token and
the price of the token should go up. But then as we go into like the second phase which is like
three ways into the mint it drops again in half so um yeah so it's really exciting to see you know
how it'll play out with the token going up but the price of the mint coming down and um there's
reasons to stack these aliens too um we're working on like cooking up a queen collection.
So the female version, but yeah,
the Dow keeps me focused on, on,
on simplifying the, the entity that's EAC,
because right now they're saying that it's really complicated.
So they don't, they're kind of holding me back from,
from adding too many collections,
but I like that because that's what my vision was.

i know there's some big things happening yeah so with star dogs we actually um just uh we're
working on all the male breeds for the crew uh we're about 30 33% done with the rendering for the collection.
So just plugging away there, you know, in regards to Income Island, a lot of meetings,
getting closer and closer to finishing up this update.
It's taken longer than we thought, but it's all working out because there's a lot of extra
stuff that we're adding into this because of the different Web2 businesses that we were in talks with.
So yeah, I mean, as we've said,
you know, from the beginning of this year,
there's gonna be a lot of movement with Income Island,
a lot of companies coming in throughout the year.
And we're excited to see where we are, you know,
by, you know, this time next year, it's going to be a whole different story.

Excited for you to see our new AR experience that we're dropping.

You know, obviously, you know, we've talked about this, that, you know, when that facility is built in Vegas, we're going to have an exact replica of that inside Income Island as well.
And, you know, all the different, so many different aspects that people can enjoy in real life at the venue.

So imagine you are, let's say you're on Fremont Street and there's a trigger over there.

It'll be basically a door you'll walk through, and within that door will be the AR experience.
When you turn around and you look out the door, it'll be the real world. It's bananas. It's one of the coolest effects that I've seen in AR, And I think people are going to go crazy when they see it.

Let's do it. So, boys, tell us a little bit about what's going on,
and let's make some history.
Will do, will do. But first and foremost,
we just want to give a little bit of a backstory here.
You know, I've been blessed to be in this family for, you know, going on three years now.
I've been crypto about four years.
But really, I've been around here with the same group of friends forever.
As most people know, and J-Rock just alluded to, Arnold has been a staple of this community.
You know, he's always talking about education and learning things.
And one of the smartest people that I've ever met. And he and I became friends a long time ago and found out that, you know, we're about the same age, have a lot of the same interests in that.
that. And we decided to put together a working partnership to see if we could combine our skills
and kind of move forward in this space and try and bring, you know, more opportunities to people
here in the space. And because of that, some doors have opened up with us. And like I said,
he and I have been partners for about a year now that we've been working on these projects that we
have in the background. And I just want to give a shout out to him and you know say i could never do
any of this without him for sure appreciate your brother
so that being said um we got together and started thinking um we've got a we've actually got a couple
of protocols coming out.
We're only going to talk about one now because they're going to come out.
They're kind of a layered effect.
One builds upon the other.
This first one that we're doing is called Lockbox.
And we were able to, as you start to build a company and you start to go through things like legal structure and what are you going to do and how you do this, you realize there's a lot of moving pieces to bringing these things to fruition.
I mean, you look at what Stardogs and all these guys are doing out there.
And if you've been building it all, you realize how much work it really takes to go in the background to kind of get things up and going.
And one of the main cornerstones of it is getting your idea either trademarked or patented or copyrighted.
And we have something for that.
Lockbox is basically a digital security vault.
It's basically minting an NFT.
and if you do it through a service like we have it's about providing provenance and first use
rights for your idea now let's be clear about this this is in no way shape or form a replacement
for getting a copyright a trademark or a patent but most people's ideas most people's businesses their web 3 or real
life business start with an idea and once you've got that you want to do all
that you can to protect it we offer something that's immutable with our
service it's very simple and easy to use you can gather documentation let's say
you've got something like you wrote a script or you did some kind of
artwork or you want to start a protocol like this and you've got a great name for your idea
and you're going, I want to be able to file a trademark with the USPTO. At some point,
you're going to need to be able to, when you fill out that application, provide a time and date of
when you used it first. The easiest way of doing that is
with something like this, where using this service allows you to create an NFT on a blockchain.
So you've got a time and date stamp. You would receive a certificate. You would also receive an
NFT. So as you go further down the line and you want to take and apply for any of
these things, that's one of the things in the application. If you didn't know that you need
to provide some type of documentation and it will be months down the line before someone at the USPTO
or that a patent attorney or a copyright attorney gets to your documentation and then they're going
to look to see, is there anything else out there? and when did you use it first so as the basis for our business
it made sense that we were doing this and we thought this is a great service that we can offer
to other people and there are other things that I'll talk about a little bit that you could do
with the service as well with the time and date But that was just one that we thought was relevant. It's got a lot of utility for the community.
And this is one that we realize whenever we have spaces like this
and in your room full of people, a lot of people
have a great idea.
And for many people, this just gives them
an inexpensive way for a peace of mind to say, hey,
I've minted this NFT.
I've got it in my wallet.
My idea is kind of secure with the time and date.
Yeah, and if I can just add, the thing that I'm excited about the site,
it's really comprehensive, you guys.
The other services that are coming on the back of this,
it's really a Web 2 company that we've made that's also Web 3. So I think
we've taken not only a big step forward into getting into Web 2, bringing them to Web 3,
but I think we're going to make history with this application because it's a company. And not only
does, like Voice just talked about, the premium services that we're going to have.
Right. And then the the other services that voice will talk about.
It's a full fledged when you when you will when it's ready.
It'll be ready soon. When you when you look at and go into it.
It's a fully fledged Web2 company that has Web3 integrated into it.
And I think it's a it I think it's a big deal.
Absolutely.
And another great thing that we have here is, as Sid has often said, if you've got a great idea, people who want to reach out to him, he's serious about this.
Arnold and I started this thing a long time ago.
It's, I don't know, 12, 13, 14 months, something like that.
And I actually approached Sid on the side and said, hey, can I just get your opinion on something?
This is what we were thinking of doing.
And I just kind of wanted to feel things out with somebody else in the community who was much more well-versed than myself and might be able to play devil's advocate and tell me where there were some holes. And
between that, we ended up building a relationship with Sid and we've been partners in his marketplace,
the OOI thing, long before it was OOI. Sid liked what he saw in our vision. He liked what he saw
in the team. He was instrumental in certainly
helping us to realize a lot of these things, you know, if you're going to do business, you need to
do business. And we realize a lot of Web3 kind of runs in the background on a lot of hopes and
promises, and they don't take business too seriously, that end of it. And you really need
to do, because you may be sitting on a million dollar idea out
there. And if you don't do stuff to protect yourself, set yourself up from the beginning.
As Arnold said, there are other services that are going to be offered in the background to help you
get legal services and database searches and things like that that need to be done from people
that you know and that you could trust to help facilitate these things.
And what we're hoping is that we can make things easier for people who've got a good idea
to help kind of bring things to market.
And we are definitely proud and so happy
with the new marketplace that's coming out in the community.

When I say to you guys, somebody sitting next to you, you know, is working on stuff.

And it reminds me of a bunch of different businesses I've gotten involved in in the past where I heard an idea and I'm like,
yo, I would love to partner with you guys on this.
And so we're officially partners on Lockbox.
There's a couple of other things that Voice and Arnold have been working on that we're also partners on Lockbox. There's a couple of other things that Voice and Arnold have been
working on that we're also partners on. So Lockbox is going to be one of the dope services that we'll
be offering on our marketplace. So when I've been telling you guys that we're creating new asset
classes, I mean, this is a new asset class, right? I have over 100 copyrights, trademarks, patents. I've registered stuff with the Writers Guild of America. I've done it all. So, you know, the idea that they came up with and the work they've done on the back end to develop this and bringing the service to Web3, right?
three, right? It's way beyond what they've said. You have a name, you have a book idea,
you have a movie idea, whatever it may be, it gives you the opportunity not only to name it,
but you can upload all the content behind it, which you can share with people as you wish.
It's not just public, so you're able to share it if you want to sell that idea to somebody,
you can actually even transfer it. I mean, there's a
lot of stuff that they're building around it. The services that go behind it will have, so let's
say you have a great name and you register it with our team over at NFA. We're going to have
lawyers on our team that will help with copyrights, trademarks, patents, help you set up your business.
We have an AI portion of our company, which I won't get into too much, but it'll help
you kind of lay out your whole roadmap for your business.
So we have a bunch of services behind the lockbox that's going to turn this into just
a beast of a company.
And I'm excited to be part of it with you guys.
And, you know, this is going to be one of the first of, you know,
I've mentioned about 18 different asset classes that we're going to feature on Uwe's marketplace.
But this is going to be one of the first, you know,
there's only a handful of the ones that we'll have
done by the time we actually launch and lockbox will be one of those that will be launching so
i first off i really appreciate you guys entrusting me with the idea and then partnering with us um
the people who've been who are partners with me at. You know, there's people in the community that are partners in OOE with me.

be gifting out digital assets to people that come visit there. That potentially is going to be
millions of digital collectibles
that will be going through the Uwe marketplace. Also, Lockbox will be promoted and marketed
at our venue in Vegas. I mean, that's huge. You don't know how many people are going to be coming
through those doors and what ideas are going to become born of that. And like I said, this is only
the first of, I'm not going to say
what else Arnold and voice have been cooking up. Uh, but this is just the first one that we're
announcing and I am super pumped about it, man. I'm blown away guys. I'm blown away guys i'm blown away i love it i like the name too oh man that's gonna be good
lockbox on the blockchain man lockbox on the blockchain brother like i said we're we're we
want to we want to create something different i think that's what arnold and voice set out to do
which was to develop something that's that's you know not just an NFT, not a collectible, not a meme token.
You know, how I look at it is they've created a service. I mean, think about that. They create a
service that lives on the blockchain. This isn't just another thing that we buy, sell, and trade.
This actually has a real utility behind it. And it's smart thinking, right? And that's why, you know,
like I said, when they hit me up, it was really just, hey, Sid, we love your opinion. And of
course, I was like, yo, this is sick as freak. How do we join forces on this? And like I said,
they were, you know, you know, when you're dealing with real people, you know, it's one thing to own the whole piece of the whole pie.
And it's another thing to say, guess what?
With more people on the team, there's enough pie to go around.
And with more people and the right people on the team, we could do even bigger things.
And, you know, a piece of pie becomes a lot more valuable when you have more people who can help push things forward.

And we're always talking about in the community community how do we get more people to come
in how do we get people into the community into web three you know little things like this are a
start and that's what we hope to do and when we got in with um we uh which like i said it was not
we way back then just the marketplace in general to see all the things that he's trying to bring
together and when that thing launches
it's gonna be a beast i mean it's gonna have so many moving parts and so many different classes
that people are going to be blown away going i didn't even think about that let alone to all be
together in one place and how they kind of interact with each other it's really phenomenal
and it's definitely got some great devs because this is first
class you know top shelf stuff when you get in there and test it yeah i appreciate it brother
um you know we're we're trying to make it happen there's a lot of there's a lot to it you know
obviously we want to represent nfts uh but we we want to be different i don't there's no reason
to be another open c uh there's no reason to be another OpenSea. There's no reason to be another Magic Eden. But when we can throw in things like lockbox, which is something that they don't have,
that's huge, right? That changes the game. And, you know, I won't get into too many of the
functionalities and features, but, you know, we have other asset classes. We're bringing in their
RWAs. We're doing stuff with real estate within
Kami Island. We're going to do some stuff. We have physical products in the
marketplace. I don't want to get too much into that yet, but we've developed
something that's going to blow people's minds when it comes to physical products.
We have our own trading card platform that's in there.
That's just a beast.
We've added some AI functionality that I think people are going to go crazy for.
And just other things that you've wished when you were on OpenSea that you wish you could do.
And again, OpenSea is a beast.
You know, they are the pinnacle. They're the best. I give them all the props. I also think it's
way hard to navigate these days. There's so much content on there that half the things don't work.
Even a couple of our homies collections don't even appear there, right? So we've reached out
to them a hundred times. At least once a week, I send a letter, a follow-up letter. They still can't get our images
to show, although they're on Rarible. They show up on our marketplace. They show up everywhere else,
but they don't show up in OpenSea. And mainly because they have so much information there to
cash that they just, they can't get it all.
It's just such it's like a constant, you know, imagine water just piling in there and the levee just breaks.
They can't keep it all together.
And then on top of that, you know, the amount of functionality they put in there now, I think kind of takes away from what was so special about it back in the day.
Ease of use is everything.

then go to OpenSea.
That's all what we're going to be doing.
We're going to keep it mean and clean and tight.
I'm not going to have 4 billion projects on there.
We will represent the hottest projects.
And if projects come in and they want to be listed,
no problem. Let us know and we'll list you. But we're not going to get tied up to what OpenSea has
done, which is impossible for them to actually deliver on a lot of the stuff. So if a project's
kind of disappeared, I'm not focusing on it. I'm focusing on people that are here and now
and making sure they're represented.
So if you have a project, if you're about to launch a project on a cross chain, mainnetz,
base, 8 chain, poly, ETH, et cetera, we're going to have them there. And then, you know,
hype was really cool enough. He introduced me to a couple of people that are doing some really interesting things. So we're adding some other things into the marketplace we weren't even
thinking about. And, you know, I'll just tease this a little bit. We're even about to do a big
thing with the homies. I'm about to do a big play with the homies. I can't say what it is,
but we're going to do a big move with the Homies collection. I think it's going to blow
people's minds. Hopefully people understand what we're trying to do. I will say this also,
SA token, a lot of people are sitting on a lot of our SA token. If you minted a Homies,
you got a Genesis, you got 2,500 SA token, and we gave away a ton of SA token for different things and mints, you'll
be able to use your SA token in the Uwe marketplace.
We're going to be putting out some mints that are only for SA token holders, so they'll
be able to come in and redeem them.
So we're making good on a lot of things, and I think this marketplace is going to help
us facilitate a lot of things that we wanted to do.
So I think I've teased enough about that.

Las Vegas. And then I'm working on a beast of a project with Nifty's World. I mean,
I don't know anybody right now,
and I'm not challenging anybody, trust me. I don't know anybody right now that has a vision,
taking a vision that started out putting up an immersive experience in a bar or retail store
on a property we were renting to now buying a piece of property and building a 10-story, you know, juggernaut of a business.
We actually have changed up our slogan for Nifty's World.
I'll say it here for the first time.
I haven't said this out loud yet, but Nifty's World's slogan is Las Vegas has a new playground.
And we're really stoked about it.
You guys will see it on the new website. You'll see it on the new AR portals that we're dropping. You'll be able to play around with them and share them. You know, it's a lot. We're doing a lot over here. You know, bringing RWAs into our marketplace is going to be huge.
I can't speak too much about it yet, but it'll be made clear soon enough.
And for everybody that supported us from day one, from the homies, NFA, Digital World,

connected products will actually be connected to a digital asset. And those actual physical items
will come with utility connected to them. So let's say you buy one of our shirts that's a connected product.
You might once a month scan the code on there, or if it has a chip embedded,
you'll be able to scan that chip and get other assets, get other benefits,
just from holding that connected product.

It was kind of left us hurting.

Now that you guys kind of debuted, what you guys are doing, you know me.

So with your service, right, how are you guys looking to receive payment for a lockbox client?
So if I did want to go ahead and tap in, let's just say today, be one of the first clients,
how would I go about, you know,
locking in the smart contract with you guys? Do I have to give you guys the written proposal of
what my idea is? Like what, what is the construct of how you guys, you know, protect if I'm your
first client, what would you need from me? And how do you guys take payment? I guess,
are you guys taking cross chain payments? Is it credit card? You you know so i guess i would just ask like the business line of it if you guys can give me any of that
arnold you want to speak towards the technical stuff and
yes sir yep yeah the technical side of a jrock is it's a really nice interface so once you get
into the site um you'll have a project
your project metadata that you'll have to put in to the form that's already in
the site so this is not something that you need to send to us the site handles
everything once you put in the metadata your project name category product
project description and then you'll be sent to another place where you then upload your files.
And it can be any type of files. It could be music, it could be video, whatever you decide
to upload, right? And then you just walk through the process with the files and everything,
and then you proceed to the mint. So it's all interconnected into the site.

minting my contract between me you um the lockbox and the protection of my asset
yes right so because once you meant and then that whole process goes through right then you'll get
all that information and you'll get an email with all that information. And Voice, we're pretty much trying to do everything, right, in terms of credit
card, sort of cross-chain, kind of everything, right? That's the goal. Correct. Yeah. Absolutely
brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. And J-Rock, just so you know the process and James and Arnold,
not to step by his toes, but the interface is really simple and intuitive.
Like Arnold said, you go in there, you put your category, you put your description, you can upload all this stuff.
Once you actually mint and your timestamp is set, you'll be emailed a certificate immediately.
So you'll get that email that says, hey, here's your certificate. Here's all your
information. Here's your timestamp. And then it'll be your mint will be of that certificate. So
it'll show on the certificate the time and date that you've registered. And then that will be put
into an NFT. So your NFT will actually be a copy of your certificate.
Is that correct, Arnold?
Yep, that's correct.
So it's pretty seamless.
It's pretty cool, J-Rock.
And then we're going to have these on the OOE marketplace.
If people want to have them for sale, correct,
they'll be able to put them up for sale.
So if they have a name or a concept or whatever, is that yes that's correct yep they can sell it yeah and that also facilitates something
so this is kind of gonna be a one-stop shop right let's say you have an idea for something
and you show up here and you go oh i've i've got this great idea for uh maybe um like a book or
something like that or an idea.
I've got an invention and you show up and you go, OK, so there's a thing to pick a category and you put in a brief description of what it is.
And it says upload your files, whether they're Word documents or PDF or videos or JPEGs or audio files, whatever you want might make you think, oh, wait, maybe I should do an audio file to go with this, a little description or something like that.
Essentially, you gather all your stuff up, you upload it, you just push the mint button.
Once it's minted, the certificate that comes to you should have the hashtag of the NFT
that you got.
It's going to have the time and the date.
It can have some information if you want, or you can keep it blank if you want.
And then the NFT will
be on the blockchain. Now, obviously, if you've got your own wallet, you're probably going to be
able to download it to your wallet. And then if you have that, now you can feel free to go around
and talk about your idea, right? Because you could start a conversation, J-Rock, in one of your
worldwide spaces and say, hey, this is what I'm doing. Just before everybody knows this is protected
by Lockbox. I've already got this on the blockchain as an NFT. Let me tell this is what I'm doing. Just before everybody knows this is protected by lockbox.

Or in a business meeting with somebody, like you'd get an NDA,
if people already know that you've got it on a blockchain,
how are they going to go steal it when you've got the proof

We're always going to preach, go forward. If you've got something and you've got something trademarkable or patentable
do that because this is not um a replacement for that it's just something to enhance give
you peace of mind something that you can use so now you've got it your wallet you can show people
and it just kind of gives you peace of mind. We wanted to make it super simple and easy that it's self-explanatory. You don't really need help, but there will be
help there. And then once you get this as the first step and you feel like, wow, I've got this
done, but now where do I go? There'll be other services there to go. How can we help you move
forward for those who want? And those services literally can be everything from
absolutely phenomenal, guys. It can help you with your trademark, copyright, patent.
If you need help to set up your company, whatever it may be, you need to put together your legal
documents. All those different kinds of services will be there. And we want to be that place also
for everybody, right? We want you to be able to come in,
get your thing locked and loaded in lockbox
and then be able to utilize our services.
A lot, again, not trying to compete with a legal Zoom,
but definitely a lot cheaper than going to legal Zoom
and having them help you set up a corporation
