you Thank you. Thank you. All right, Ram, could you turn on your mic and please test the microphone condition? We can't see the one in the speaker's list, so we will wait a little bit to start AMA.
So I can give us a brief intro to my Korean community and global community.
So I will give the one to join the AMA, then we can start the AMA.

blockchain for AI agent and AI model so today's guest is Ram the co-contributor of the OpenRetcher
so I know that many people have a huge interest in OpenRetcher so because I saw many
interest in Open Ledger because I saw many huge communities around Open Ledger in global,
not just only Korea. Many countries, KOLs or community members are contributing to make
a big spread to Open Ledger anywhere. Ram, could you say a brief intro to our audience. Hi everyone, this is Ram from Openledger. Openledger, as you know, is an AI blockchain.
We are focused to enable models to be built on top of us, AI models. As you know, larger language
models like OpenAI and other centralized model, they train on internet data. These models are not enough,
models have to be customized. We need to enable a platform where users can collect data sets,
large amount of data sets and enable AI models to use these data sets to make them much more specialized. As part of this process, we would reward the data
contributors to contribute data to us to make these models much more specialized. And that's
what Open Ledger enables. It's a platform, it's a layer tool that enables users to collect data
to build models on top of us and reward the data contributors to enable them build better
models so as as part of this platform what we do is to provide tracking verifiability and rewarding
every data contribution across the ai developments like cycle

There are many questions for OpenRetor's tech and OpenRetor's campaign and etc.
The story about the OpenRetor token, the open utility.
The first question is about the Web3 and AI.
So how does the OpenRetor combine the AI and web3 in this project?
I'd like to understand the concept of monetizing everything including data, agent and model.
To give you a quick idea, right? As we spoke before uh what we're building is an ai blockchain which is not
just for supporting decentralized model we would like to enable them to be able to track verify
and reward data contribution if you take a look at traditional ai companies like hugging face
or any other platform out there which provides models to be developed they provide an open
source platform or they provide you with a platform with a license but these platforms
are not truly open these platforms enable you to use them and collect data and build models
but does not enable any kind of reward mechanisms within that ecosystem it's a closed ecosystem where
you don't have any kind of visibility on how data is actually being used and how these models are being built with that data.
So that's not a very thriving ecosystem to build. That's not a way where you can build
in large scale ecosystems, right? Because if you take a look at a platform like HackingFace,
you can bring in your data, you can bring in your own models and you can you know you can customize these models as
per need but there is no reward that goes into it it's a very simple mechanism where an open source
product is used to build ai models but no one gets benefited as part of the process this has
happened before like when
if you take a look at traditional uh technology development there's a lot of open source that
came in initially but most of the open source died down because there was no reward there was no one
is getting benefit out of it so open source was not scaling we didn't actually see open source
being used across other mediums we wanted things that We want to enable open source development to be rewarded.
We want to enable people to contribute open source data,
open source model, but also be benefited out of that.
That's where innovation really gets benefited
and people are actually paid for it.
So that's what OpenEdge does.
We enable people to get rewarded
for the contribution that they do. This could be data, it could be models or any kind of contribution for AI.

If there are any examples of this vision being implemented through ์˜คํ”ˆ๋„ท์ €,
could you introduce them?
A good example might be one of the Open Latures partner companies.
One interesting example is a team that is based out of San Francisco, which is headed by
Krishna Siniwasan. He's an ex-Google Deep, right? He used to work in Google DeepMind before this,
and before that, he used to work with Apple, and he has huge experience in building machine
learning systems and focused towards more on machine learning systems that are trained on
data across the globe, right? So he is building a scalable vertical AI model,
So he is building a scalable vertical AI model focusing on just internet data.
And it's a great feeling, right, to have someone from Google DeepMind to trust us and build on us.
And that's a project that we are very, very happy about.
And that's going to be a pivotal moment for all other projects that are building on OpenLature.
Because once we have this particular model built,
we would be enabling other models to use this data.
Think of it to be like a data availability layer
on OpenAge.
So this AI model built by Krishna
is like a model data provider
for other model developers on OpenAge.
So this particular project we are very happy about.
And then there are a couple more
projects close to about 10 plus projects being built on us we have a team which is based from
stanford a bunch of doctors from stanford they're building a model on us and then a couple of more
guys who focus towards building models for solidity and stuff like that and apart from this
we have enterprise wing as well where the ones I spoke about is communities
building on us.
And then we work with enterprises as well, where we work with Walmart, we work with Dubai
Tax Authority, we work with a couple of other enterprises in the traditional space, and
a couple of more enterprises in the Web3 space like trust wallet kaito and many more as
well so that's our enterprise wing where we work with all of these projects so yeah so um those
are some examples of what is being happening on open nature we have 10 projects being built on
community the most biggest one is the is the project there's models that is being built by

Anything that is built on the application layer is always tracked on the blockchain layer of Openledger.
So we start with enabling people to collect datasets on top of Openledger.
We provide the toolkits that's necessary for that.
Using the data,
builders can build AI models on top of us.
They can fine tune and build specialized AI models.
And then they can enable this AI models to be available on OpenNedger
and have apps to use these models and pay these models as well.
The payment that's done to these models, the money that's received by these model developers
will be shared with the data providers for the data that they provided.
So this is the streamlined version of what really happens on Openledger right now.
As of now, that's what we're going with mainnet for.
In this, there is platform fees that we charge for people to collect data and build models.
There's a transaction fee that goes in for the models or the data to go on-chain and to be used as well.
And then there is an open token and to be used as well. And then there is an open token
which will be used as fees.
Across all these platform fees
and transaction gas fees,
we'll have open as the token that we use for.
And then we will also use open
to reward the data contributors.
And that happens on our network
and happens through open token apart
from this we work with enterprises as well we work with enterprises as i told you before in that
there is custom work which we do for them like for example walmart we're building a specialized
model for them the same goes with dubai tax. They use our product to build these specialized models.
And as they build them, they host it privately for themselves,
but have the model explainability on-chain.
So when you use a model that we have built for Walmart,
users can vary this model.
They'll be able to see on-chain,
what is the answer that they get,
the inference that they get,
and they'll also be able to see on-chain
from which part of the dataset
that we use for Walmart,
what kind of answer comes out of that.
So you'll be able to see the entire province,
how the data that was used
and how it was processed by the model
and what kind of answers that it provides,
you'll be able to see the entire attribution on chain.
So it's much more explainable.
So that's a cost-to-cost way,
where enterprises pay us for the platform
and the work that we do for them.
And that's a separate business model that we have.
So these are sort of ways we have utility to our token
and also overall business that happens on OpenNager.
One is the product itself where the community uses
and pays for the fees and the transaction using open tokens.
And open tokens is also used for rewarding the data contributors.
On the other side, we work with enterprises
where we work with them very closely to implement specialized model for them,

OpenRetro offers web2 companies beyond the web street space.
Does it have a secret weapon to break down the existing monopolies?
When we approach web2 companies, we've seen this over the last one year, majorly in regions
of US and around the North American region, most of the Web2 companies wouldn't like to
work with Web3 AI companies.
And it's because of the stigma that is there that we're not building something serious.
So breaking that down itself takes a task because we need to build a product that actually works.
And that's been our DNA for a very long time. We've been in the space for a very long time from 2017. We've always believed in building the product first and then marketing it.
So that mindset itself is a big breaker that's usually
not available with web3 projects another one is how can we provide them with a product that makes
them useful so that you know they don't really care whether it's web2 or web3 they want to use
it because there is utility for it right and the important aspect over here if you take a look at it
there's a lot of companies out there traditional companies which have a lot of data sets they don't know how to monetize this
data they obviously cannot open this data outside on the public and have anyone access it they want
to gatekeep it but still figure out ways to monetize right so that's the first thing that
open ninja provides if you're a traditional ai company or a traditional company out there but still figure out ways to monetize, right? So that's the first thing that OpenLedger provides.
If you're a traditional AI company
or a traditional company out there,
which does any kind of traditional work,
but you have a lot of data sets
that you want to monetize,
you can move that to OpenLedger.
Have ownership to your data,
but let others access them and build models with them and reward you for that.
So that's the first thing that we enable, where we enable Web2 companies to then their unused data into an on-chain value and have full control still, full ownership of that, but get rewarded for the data as it's being used to build AI models and
get attributed for that. It's one way for them to tokenize their data set. On the other side,
a company has an idea. They want to build a model but they don't have data sets. They can start
using Open Ledger because they don't have to rely on existing
centralized solutions. They can choose any open source model, bring their own dataset, or choose
any of the datasets as they are on Open Ledger, customize and fine-tune these models to their own
requirements. So there is an ability for them to choose the existing data that's there on Open
Ledger, or bring their own data and fine-tune models for them,
which is usually not available with other fine-tuning service-providing AI companies out there.
The third most important aspect here is the transparency, right?
We provide an end-to-end transparent platform where if you build models on us
you can go ahead and track how these models are answering certain questions so if an if an
enterprise company uses open digital build models as these model gets, as they are used, on every output, we figure out which data is causing that output to come.
You'll be able to track it on-chain.
You'll be able to figure out which data is influencing the output.
So if there's anything that goes wrong, you have end-to-end auditability.
You can go back to the data point and you can remove them.
Enterprises need that.
Think of an enterprise in healthcare.
If they want to use an AI, if something goes wrong tomorrow,
they need to be making sure that they can figure out what went wrong and remove that.
Or if something good happens, they should add more data sets to make that AI perform much better.
much better so having that explainability having that um clear-cut understanding of how an ai model
works at least on the data side is very important for these enterprises so we provide that we provide
that transparency which other fine-tuning companies currently do not provide. Apart from this, the most another interesting or
easier aspect that enables these guys as well is the plug-and-play way where we
enable anyone to use our platform using a no-code solution where you don't have
to be a programmer. You could be a company which is into let's say legal
solutions. You have data, let's say, legal solutions.
You have data, you want to build a model.
You can use our no-code platform to build these models from the scratch or choose any open source AI model and then fine-tune them.
So those kind of no-code workflows,
they're something that also brings in Web2 companies to build on top of us.

So what's the role does the token play in ์˜คํ”ˆ๋„ท์ฒ˜ ecosystem?
ecosystems and what kind of value does it hold?
And what kind of value does it hold?
Hello. Can you guys hear me?
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Now I hear your voice.
Perfect. Yeah. So sorry, I had a dissidence.
Yeah. So in terms of the token, right, I think we've spoken about this
during the AMA here and there.
during the AMA here and there, but as you guys know, like
But as you guys know,
on the product,
there is various places
where Open Ledger token plays a key role.
Think of that to be like the lifeblood
of our on-chain AI economy.
First of all, what we do
is that we enable people
to use Open Ledger token
as a transaction or a gas token to pay for the data that they're submitting.
Every time they submit data, they can use our token to pay for the gas.
And then they can use our token to pay for the platform piece in building these AI models.
in building these AI models.
And then once these models are built,
we let the community and end user
access these models using OpenLedger token.
How are you today?
If you want to access Trans-EBD,
we use our credit cards to pay and use them.
Very similarly, you would be using OpenLedger token
to access the models that are being built on us.
Apart from this, the most important aspect is Open Ledger Token is the reward token that is rewarded to all the data contributors.
If you contribute data and it was useful in a model's output, you get paid using Open Ledger Token.
So this is the utility side of OpenLedger token.
Apart from this, we want OpenLedger token to be
a powerhouse for the community as well, right?
So when you hold OpenLedger token,
you can participate in our governance, in our network.
Apart from that, if we hold OpenLedger tokens and you stake on us,
you also add value to the network
security you become part of one of the security providers for the network so these are the key
aspects of our tokens utility and how it works within open ledger there'll be more and more
features that we will bring in as well for the token. We will start with this, and apart from that,
any kind of artifact that we support on AI,
today it's going to be models, tomorrow it could be MPCs.
Even in that case, Open Ledger token will be the driver,
will be the major utility token within our network.
Yes, I think it's one of the most interesting questions.

Many people are eagerly anticipating the next step for the OpenRager.
Thank you for that. We have a great community. I'm glad that you are anticipating on what's
going to happen next. So we have the product in testnet right now. And as you know, we have people
building on us, including communities and enterprises. The next integral part is to go
mainnet and have our product be live and be permissionless for anyone to use an integral part of that is to
have open token be live as well which will be playing a major role in our ecosystem's growth
so that's the next upcoming roadmap one important aspect is we are also experimenting with a lot of
stuff we are in conversations one that I've not shared anywhere is
stuff like an AI stablecoin
potentially that could be launched on top of us.
So there is a lot of other
exciting stuff that will
come in as well as ECO mainnet.
the ecosystem will continue to grow massively.
And I'm glad to
talk to you guys on this and
hoping to hear more from you guys on constant feedback and support on our socials.

community and what is the purpose of the open lecture for korean uh committee and korean market
hi um could you repeat it again i'm sorry sorry, I got interrupted. Sorry, I have a bad internet correction today. Could you repeat that again?
I want to listen to why OpenNature is so active and bullish in Korean market. Sorry about that. So, yes, so it's a great community. I was in South Korea a couple of months back
and I had an opportunity to meet with a lot of builders there.
And also the ecosystem is quite vibrant.
I think close to about half of the population knows about crypto, right?
Which is quite exciting.
Not many countries receive crypto so well like how south korea does
and we've especially had a lot of people participating in our testnet and in our ecosystem
from south korea a couple of our builders who are building on us are actually based
from south korea as well and generally we've had a very good reception there and we like the community we like where our builders are right
that's our focus we would want to have more and more people to build on us and more and more people
consumers to access the models built on top of open ledger as well so both of that is in korea
is in Korea.
And we want to make sure
that we have
a much larger ecosystem
as we go live as well.
So that's one of the reasons
we concentrate on the Korean market
is because of the exciting
community that we have.
And today, as you can see,
I think close to more than
500 people tuned into this AMA.
That's crazy and that's amazing.
And thanks for you guys to join as well.
So, wherever there's good reception, we'd love to be supporting them and work with them very closely.
