All right, let's ride on.
Let's ride on.
All right, let's go.
That was good.
That was hype.
That was very hype.
All right.
Now we need to go into the different questions that we have for today. So let's see what we have.
We will be chatting with Doge Africa and Based Africa members around the topics of Web3, meme culture, community, and Doge.
So today, just for anyone who doesn't know, we are on the Doge. We acquired the Doge NFT via PleaserDAO for a little over 4 million worth of ETH from Etsuko Sato, who with help from the Ethereum Foundation minted a series of eight NFTs on Zora.
We acquired one which was like the most famous iconic Doge meme.
Our best friends at BicDAO acquired various memes, but most importantly, in regards to Doge, the first one would be feisty doge and they are
here today they basically have merged with our team like and always been part of our team basically
because we've always been part of the same community and we believe in provenance um
ultron is really good at kind of breaking down what provenance means and there are also websites
being built and there's a large movement that's being built and has been being built for years now based on provenance. And we're here to kind of keep that
ball rolling as we move into this next cycle of technology where creators are being rewarded.
We want to make sure that this is also retroactive and we're going to fight for this
archival retroactive movement to allow all creators to be recognized and benefit from their creations.
Absolutely. And I think, you know, you mentioned some of the things that the Bureau of Internet
Culture is doing, trying to get some of these supporting creators, trying to add some of these,
what we feel are culturally significant artifacts that we've added.
And I think a good example of this, like in the real world, is that when we talk about these things, we're talking about authenticity. And I think when you look in the real world,
you see that everywhere. You see that there's a reason why Transformers is a $6 billion
franchise at the box office and Transmorphers launches straight to Tubi, right? Authenticity
matters. And I think when you look at this space,
I think people are getting tired of getting rugged
by the same five anonymous devs in the Vapor Casino, right?
With their stolen ideas, with their pay-to-play spaces,
with their undisclosed shills, this space can be better.
And I think the answer to that is provenance.
And what that means is supporting creators,
celebrating their creations, and the communities that are built around them.
Authenticity matters, and that's what this is about.
Yes, that is so well said. said and then we have the amazing boop that's gonna give some updates as far as different um
activities and events that we have happening in the community as well as a merch drop that is
starting to ship out gmgm everyone um so today uh for pup dates we've got um discord game night so
every thursday at 2 p.m uh following our Wolf Weekly, you can join us in the Discord.
We'll vibe out. If you ever have questions, we can talk.
It'll just be kind of low-key, low vibes, or high vibes, not low vibes.
And we'll just play some games and potentially even have some prizes.
even have some prizes. So definitely we'd love to have you join us every week. And then we also
So definitely we'd love to have you join us every week.
have a chess splits tournament via the Le Chess platform. And that'll be this Saturday, May 10th
at 3.30 PM Eastern time. And we'll also have some prizes for the top players with that. So we'd love
to have you join. And for more details, we will be posting
announcements on our Discord, Telegram, and X today. So keep an eye out for that. And then also,
you should have received, if you ordered a U2's Doge plush, you should have received
either a shipping confirmation telling you when it's going to arrive, or you may have received your plush already.
So just keep that in mind that, that if you ordered,
those are starting to come out now.
And I think that's it for updates today.
So I think we can hop into the interview and discussion portion with Doge
Africa and Based Africa.
That's amazing. Thank you for those updates at least medium level vibes
I promised
do you want to take the first question Ultron
oh I'm sorry do we want to
do we want to get tuned Titan up here to take the first question, Ultron? Oh, I'm sorry. Do we want to get Toon Titan up here to do the song?

Peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a-peek-a oh i was done like a week ago and then i released it off for sense
amazing can can you pin uh the best place for everybody to listen to the track can you share
it to the space everybody yeah yeah i already shared it earlier today on the tg group
so i'm happy on the tg group now
let's go today on the stage group so i'm happy to be here with everyone today uh we can't wait to see what
the future brings and have for us i want to bring dodge to africa
in ways that it has never been seen before and to unite the growing african community
under the ethos of do only good every day let's go guys
Yes, GM, GM.
So we would love to hear the backstory of this song.
Who would be the best people to tell us exactly how this song was created?
I know that on the first Moonbarker space,
we had some different people that were talking about
how it would be amazing to make some music for all in the doge.
And I know that we had Tune Titan reach out. Let me just go verify this.
Yes. Talking about, and also saying about collaborating with YS Mac too. Do we have YS
Mac? Let's bring Mac up here and see how, if we can get more details. Cause I heard there is a
collab in the works there. I would love to hear more about.
So Mac, if you want to come up on stage, I'm going to invite you right now.
Here you are.
Good morning, Smoke. Good morning Smoke, good morning So now
Can you tell us the story of how you guys
Are thinking about collabing together
For some music for
On the Doge and the Doge community
He wrote all the lyrics and made the beat
I'm still working on some stuff though
He did a really good job and made the beat. I'm still working on some stuff, though. He did a really good job, though, with the beat, too.
Yeah, it sounds like it came out really sick.
I like it a lot.
And let's see, we have Coco as well.
Coco, do you have any more info on the story of how this song was created
for us to tell the audience the origin story?
Okay. So I think for my own and background stories, we are always up on our morning and night
spaces and each of our morning and night spaces, 2Titan always showcases talent because we
encourage our creators to always showcase their talent, especially when projects are
open up on the space.
So we encourage them to showcase their talent.
So 2Ten was very proactive
in showcasing his talent,
his music,
always creating music for different things.
Even reporting and bookmarking,
he literally created his song for that.
And we're always encouraging and pushing his work.
In fact, most of his songs,
I've been using it
and everyone planned to start a challenge with it.
So that's how the narrative started.
So he just continued doing that. And any project that came on our space, he went to make a song for it. So that's how the narrative started. So he just continued
doing that. And any project that came on our space, he went to make a song for them, even
without them knowing. So he's very proactive. So that's how the vibe just went and he went
in for On The Dodge.
Much wow. And so you work with Tune Titan, you guys pretty much work together all the
time or very frequently making songs for different projects.
Yes, we work together, all of us, like the AMB community.
That's awesome.
And we're also planning on ways whereby any song we can make it go viral.
You know the way the trend on TikTok is when the creator makes a song and other creators use the song and make videos with it so like imagine that happens imagine that
this song that has made for only dodge every other creator uses the song make a video do something
with it like it to send it and to make it so viral that everybody will know about only dodge
so that's how we do as a community that's what i've been planning to do here
That's what I've been planning to do here.
That's awesome.
that's awesome
So tell us about the Web3 community there and how adoption looks on the ground.
And maybe how did you find your way into the ecosystem?
Okay. What's your Web3 story?
I would love to hear.
I would say that Web3 adoption is looking very, very great in Africa.
I mean, it's taking a very positive side, growing very, very fast.
Let's take, for example, in in cities we see bitcoin kiosks where one can actually
trade btc in exchange of their you know their local currencies uh like in lagos in abuja and
some other developed areas uh so um hacker things crypto parties and events are also taking place in some areas so i think uh and all of them are
actually building around the base ecosystem the solana ecosystem and the ethereum ecosystem
yeah and so hard to that and so hard to that honestly like everything now like in the world is changing like everyone is literally online
now like uh gone are the days whereby people are people are like stuck in that mindset of
you know nera nera and all those kind of things like i feel like like i've noticed that everyone
is not online most people are like online internet the new internet and most people are
holding money in crypto and stuff and i feel like most like like if you just create
an environment and you just see a lot of people flocking and i'm paying with crypto so that's like
the way i've seen it now like in africa and the web 3 community in africa uh there's a lot of
vibrance and energy here especially when it comes to irl events especially when it comes to irl event
there are lots of irl event activations and the truth is that the the african population is like 1.5 billion by 2050 gets 2.4 billion and truth is
like there's a lot of adoption when it comes to crypto yeah but i think one thing that's just
lacking is how do you use all of this energy the adoption how you how do you bring it all together
to make it massive yeah so that's
that's just the leading that's lacking but there's adoption and how did you find your way like what
was your interest what's your crypto story oh okay okay so i think for me let me okay so
I think for me
I would say that
like naturally
I'm like a community guy
community kind of person
and like I'm like
a very like people's person
so I feel like I just
I did a lot of
bootcamps, I did a lot of boot camps I did a lot of boot camps
with different communities like with three bridge and different boot camps
and I feel like from then from that point I started doing lots of accathons
based on like I'm a people's person that means I could bring people together I
could bring developers together I could bring different time together we could
you know act together we could build something together so that's how i started doing hackathons
and hackathons different ecosystems you know agorant you know chain link hackathons different
hackathons and i feel like that oh we lost him this is this is like okay okay
this is like okay okay oh he's back we've lost you we were talking about the hackathons
but yeah keep going you were saying you you were going to hackathons by chain link
and yeah yes yes yes so i was doing a lot a lot of hackathons agarond um agoran chain link polka
dots and all and i feel like that fast trackedtracked. It fast-tracked how I got deeper into Web3.
And I continued doing it,
continued making connections
because I feel like Web3 is all about connections.
It's not about what you know.
It's about who you know.
There's a limit to what you can know,
but there's no limit to who you will know.
So that's why I continued making connections
doing these hackathons.
And that's why I even found this
through the Buildathon on ChainSummer.
Okay, okay. connections doing these hackathons and that's why i even found this through the act the build at on on change summer okay okay and as for me my friend actually unbounded me to the web3 space i think four years ago i didn't resist change i used the little i have to come on space you know those
days when nfts were so alive we do mint nfts for fun trade nfts and all of that so as time went on i started looking
for more projects to collaborate with and to get into it and uh suddenly i found on the dodge and
from the twitter we started working together so that's the story so i just feel that uh in africa
here we should not resist change no matter what is constant, and we should always adapt to changes
whenever and wherever we find ourselves.
That's awesome. That's amazing to hear.
I love to hear that story.
Atlas, do you want to talk about what your vision is for Moonbarkers
and the work that you've been doing to build bridges between a lot of different communities in crypto to kind of help to advance the crypto scene within Africa and different regions and also break down different barriers like language barriers or just make connections with different friends across the globe for us to kind of all work together towards this movement that includes multiple
blockchains and multiple different people across the world.
Let me double check if Atlas is.
Am I doing what I can't hear Atlas?
No, I can't hear Atlas either.
I'm pinging him right now.
He might have had to step away for a second.
Okay. So, well, let's talk about Web 3 in Africa and just like what, so are the people at these events like and the younger generation in general, are they seeing Web3 as,
like, are they getting, are they building a career? Are they getting jobs in Web3? Are they
seeing it as like a side hustle? Is it more of a social thing where they just like the, you know,
they like to hang out, they like the vibe? Like, what is the, what do you think is the general perception?
How big is the community?
So from my own perspective, I would say like it's the medium.
Like you would consider like, okay, how are people even finding out about Web3 in the first place?
Or how are people even adopting it or getting into it?
So there are a lot of mediums in Africa that people get into a tree.
It's either through a drop or either through tap to end or either through, okay, you have this career, community manager, or you are a graphics designer or whatever it is.
And you find a medium to just probably do some jobs and probably it's a work through job.
You might not at first even know that, okay, this is Web3, then you dive in, right?
So like there are different mediums
whereby people are having their first interactions
with Web3, understanding that, okay,
yo, the way I'm being paid in Web2,
this is now I get into going to Web3
and to some extent, it's really like,
the rate at which they are getting
is really getting higher and higher.
More and more, I see different skill, different talents,
building stuff and managing some communities
or whatever it is in the tree.
I think it's very cool what you guys are doing down there. And I have been following with what Moonbarkers are doing.
What are some of the challenges that you guys have faced in being able to bring Web3 to
Well, I think the most common challenge would be like you know
regulations yeah that's like the most common challenge i mean we're still currently facing
it with uh with a base and you know in connection with coinbase right actually an aspect of payment
an aspect of okay fully fully like uh accepting of stuff like that like so that's really like one of
the most common issues i've seen the issue it's the issue with regulation maybe you'll be probably
building the products in fact even in some countries in africa like like when i went to utopia
for a for the buda residency at utopia and the akaton also like i haven't like noticed some of
the residents of utopia they were like uh crypto is not uh really like fully uh accepted yeah and in the in the aspect of the government like
you might build a product you might be the web to put a like a very standard product but it's
not adopted because most people are not even like the regulation aspect of things and most
governments are not really like like accepting it yet except you probably did the product and you take it
somewhere else yeah that's unfortunate i mean i think that we've seen that here too uh in america
and europe i mean for a while you know uh regulations are very cloudy in america in europe
i know of friends that have been debanked for receiving withdrawals from exchanges I mean
this is something that we've had to do too and we've kind of found our way hopefully that happens
in Africa too where you guys can get past that yeah absolutely I like with the recent wave of
things that are happening I feel like some positive signs are shown I mean look at like
CTNG with this there's this product that's being built uh that is a um stable coin of cngn and
for the fact that it's making progress it's making progress in that manner i feel like
uh the future of crypto is bright
okay we're getting atlas back he's he may have had to restart so he's coming back up
may have had to restart so he's coming back up
okay yeah yeah i'm so sorry guys i rocked for a moment but i'm back here
so uh if i heard your second question you said that uh uh our younger generations like seeing
how did they get work on the web3 space okay so uh the shift is coming very, very fast, as Itime job on the Web3 space.
And okay, so I would just say that it's just a 70-30 ratio.
The 70 of our side hustles and why the 30% are for a full-time job.
a full-time job.
And what cities are the real hubs, would you say, across Africa for the Web3 community,
for the ecosystem? well i would say like in africa like i would definitely say ghana is definitely one of them
ghana uh lagos uh i'll definitely say ghana lagos then um south africa like south africa no no i'll say that like it's still low
like what you have does on is still a bit low but top of top cities are coming to my mind is ghana
lagos abuja and yeah so yeah these cities they are bubbling they're literally bubbling when it
comes to innovation when it comes to tech people when it comes to tech, people building stuff, different IRL events.
And some local states also bubbling a lot when it comes to IRL events.
And yeah, yeah, so definitely.
I mean, that's also one thing that is motivating us as we are thinking of our EMB tours for IRL events.
That's amazing to hear.
And just curious, what is the government's approach in africa towards crypto
like are they supporting crypto or is there a lot of you know unclarity on what is you know
what crypto is and what's what's what's the status of how the acceptance of crypto is going globally in Africa
yeah okay so I think of recent now like like I said I feel like this is a bit of
a shift now in the mindset of the government when it comes to the
approach to us crypto I feel like now they are there that that's starting to
get a bit receptive to its ports actually trying to okay you know as you
know government they always want to see okay
how they how they how can they really like make a lot of money from it when it comes to now like
taxes and stuff like that so but at least i think they have been a bit receptive like i said for the
fact that a stable coin is is making waves that was built in africa and it's making waves and
it's pushing so i feel like to some extent they are being receptive or definitely taxes are involved. Wow that's great.
Oh it looks like is this true there's a new Pope that's been chosen? Yeah I was
just looking at that smoke yeah the new pope has been chosen and none of my
party market bets were right oh man pizza paula wow that is very very degenerate of you to be
betting on who the next pope would be i actually wish i would have been on that i didn't realize
that was up yeah i was just scrolling through Polymarket
and I saw all these bets and I was like, oh, okay.
So a new Pope is being elected.
Let's probably throw in a few bucks on somebody.
I don't know.
Do you have any research on the candidates?
Yeah, that's like betting on horses, right?
You just bet on the name?
How do you weight that?
You got to do the timing of their laps
with a stopwatch how fast can each pope run that's really the question yeah time
the pope olympics
then um also one thing i'll definitely add that I feel like is lacking in Africa is a
lot of firms or a lot of products or ecosystems not putting enough value or priority on the
different skills that can be utilised in Webree, like community managers, content creators, project managers,
and all of these different skills that can be utilized
and make WebTree really cool and make WebTree not like an island.
Because if you have much more better community managers,
much more better project managers,
and these amazing skills in WebTree and thriving,
your WebTree is definitely going higher.
The ecosystem and how it will thrive is definitely gonna go higher so i feel like um that's that's something
i feel like is lacking a bit and with more infrastructure with more initiatives in place
to really like train this this skill set showing them okay yeah this is how you you you manage
communities in web 2 this is how you can manage communities this is the difference this is where you get paid in web2 this is where you can get paid in web3 so these different kind
of trainings to really like showcase okay yeah these different talents this is how you can utilize
your chip because like i said the population is just 1.5 billion by 2050 it will be two times
over india's population so there will be more and more talent different people come in on on
different people being bettered and i think like with more initiatives
like this i think we're truly able to please how is it being received there do you feel like it's
a tough sell it it sounds like a lot of young people are getting more involved in crypto
certainly here but when you're when you're trying to spread this to other people and you're trying
to to spread web3 to others are they receptive? Is it still really early for them?
How has the reaction been?
Okay, so I would definitely say that they're a bit receptive,
but I feel like there's this feeling of,
what's he saying?
What was that?
Probably like they go back and probably look into it
and okay, they're interested. Probably they're interested interested they look more into it or they just like leave it
but i i definitely know that like i said there are different mediums so i feel like a lot of people
are in web without even knowing it yet because uh there are a lot of there are a lot of folks um
doing minor tasks for project like you know reading their twitter accounts you know uh
modding their tg group you know doing different minor tax and they're literally jobbers that
they're literally already because i feel like that's also where i started from like i didn't
have to have in-depth knowledge of web3 uh before i started doing that i started modding for groups
i started as long as i had a twitter account yes as long as I had a Twitter account I could rate for project and I didn't know if it was web 3 or not
and slowly but surely okay I started seeing some little payments every month
I slowly but surely I started like diving deeper into it yeah so different
things will bring you into web 3 you you come for the money but you can you
stay for the culture so like I i started diving deeper and like this
is where i am today so i feel like there's a lot of mediums that is used is being used to adopt a
lot of people into a tree and some people are actually without knowing it yet soon they will
know and they will dive deeper i think that's a great point and i you know we're you and i are
many many miles away from each other right now. But through Twitter, we're connected, right?
We can share ideas.
We can share thoughts.
We can share projects that we're working on and our passions and whatnot.
I think that that's had such a huge impact on this space and being able to bring people together.
What are your thoughts on internet and meme culture in general?
As we look out at this whole sphere, there's people that speak different languages, there's different cultures, whatever, but we're all
Is that something that's important to you guys and something that you guys talk about?
Absolutely.
The internet meme culture from my own perspective is one of the most massive or most effective
ways of onboarding a lot of numbers and a body and a lot of nibbles and just onboarding any person anybody like on chain because uh the meme culture has its values as
its core values adds its vision and this is something that anyone can literally tap into
oh i love this this meme i love how they think i love their goal i love where they're moving for
moving towards and you just surprised you find yourself just being attached to the value or the the idea idea you at the end
of the start idolizing the idea and before you know like you're already in like i mean there's
some meme cultures i've seen like i mean there's one meme culture i think it's frocks uh and he
was like uh there was a posting media was like it's not about the money we make
it's about uh the friends who make along the way now that's a very amazing culture of friends who
make along the way and like anybody can be attached to that anybody can feel that so i feel like it's
a really like huge um um flywheel for for really onboarding a lot of people yeah yeah to add to what he said uh memes are very great tools
to onboard people i mean when memes are relatable you know remixable uh when one can easily change
memes to what he feels uh you know emotions turn memes to emotions and all of that it really
plays a great low a great rule and also uh a well-timed mem a good mem and a fun men can actually
turn strangers into community members so
It can also bring people together
So we should actually make good use of memes that we see around us and the meme culture. We work for the web tree
Love that I love that.
I love that.
Memes are the language of the internet, you know?
And it's something that we're passionate about too.
I love that answer.
So how important is mobile access and like mobile phone
Web3 capability, right?
Because I know that a lot of UX is not so good on phones yet.
Would you say that most people are using phones to navigate Web 3?
Are people using computers?
Where is it okay so i okay so so from my own from my own perspective i'll definitely say that
um one of the common problem yeah is a lot of people unfortunately are not online yeah so the
internet the meme culture the everything is online but most people are not online here because i mean they're probably not using like um smartphones exactly they're not using smartphones
like that's a lot of difficulties that most people pass you like uh i think uh last year last year
last year yeah something when i was in um when i was in nairobi uh i think um i was i was there
when jesse black was asking his brother that why he runs this, I think he connects like farmers to opportunities and everything else.
And I was like asking him, why have you not, why are all those farmers, all those different people not on chain yet?
And I was like, the problem is that they are not online yet.
Like most of them don't have smartphones.
smartphones and i feel like that's some problem that a lot of people pass through
And I feel like that's some problem that a lot of people pass through.
yeah and to add to what he said mobile access is very very important because that's the starting
point of your web region uh but here we have some problems one can actually own a mobile phone
but maybe can will not have laptop or personal computers so it's a very very big threat to us and also for
user experience I think whenever you want creates an app you must create an
app that is beneficial to people you must create an app that people find it
easy so easy to use so the user experience must be top-notch for people
to easily adapt to your app or to what you are
building so if you fail to do that people will actually switch from what you built to another
person's phone so i think mobile access is very important but sometimes it's a threat here because
most people uh don't have access to it or maybe they don't have money to purchase some so that's it
Maybe they don't have money to purchase some.
So that's it.
Yeah, that's really interesting to know.
What about, like, what is the, would you say, are the big success stories in the Web3 space,
whether that's local projects.
whether that's local projects?
Yeah, really just, I would love to hear about, like, local projects.
Yeah, really just, I would love to hear about like local projects.
Like the, what do you think are the coolest,
most interesting projects coming out of Africa right now?
You absolutely, absolutely.
I love interesting projects coming out in Africa.
And I feel like there's a wave of, you know,
payment platforms, consumer apps that builders are kind of like pushing.
Yeah, I think like I've done, attended a lot of hackathons and most of the time I'm missed by
how like African builders are thinking when it comes to building these platforms, especially
when it comes to payment infrastructures, you know, stable coins payment and all of that. I
think like there's a lot of wave incoming further aspects for payment platforms.
Like if you look at Oononboard, there's this other platform called iExchange.
That's an African B.W. that I think is from Ghana.
And that product has like Don numbers and Don wonders.
And lots of other products to consumer have payments so really
really interesting stuff yes and also to add to what you said uh finance apps are getting uh
you know very important in africa and so many creators are diving in building payment apps
that you know makes it easy for people to make payments and not
to run around before they make payments i saw nk talking about how can we build uh an app that will
actually make it easy for people to subscribe to their x premium because sometimes we find it very
hard to subscribe we have to send money outside uh you know to do all of that and
also another local success story i love is the pizza uh marketing strategy i mean it's all over
the continent it's a great marketing strategy that when wherever you are in nigeria wherever you are
in africa you will see a pizza that does a very very very good look out over three story in africa
let's go yeah pizza dow has uh has built a great community in our nigerian community especially
has just built pineapple ford coppola and Joyce Montana.
A whole host of Peace Out Africa members.
Snacks is a national treasure in multiple countries.
Not just America, not just Africa, across the world.
And with that, it is POAP time.
So if everybody wants to get out there, POAP.xyz apps or the POAP home app and put in the secret phrase slash word.
Hold on. Let me make sure I got this up right.
Alright, so you can enter in woof-doge-africa.
Woof-doge-africa.
Oh man, I hope I won.
I hope I won.
Should I win?
We're going to find out.
Let's see.
Sorry, Smoke.
Better luck next time.
I hate it here.
What was I?
Second place?
The big second.
I mean, pretty good.
I was so slow.
I was doing like four things at the same time, but congratulations anyways.
Wow, burn.
Oh, everybody, did you hear what she just said to all of you?
She was multitasking like crazy and still beat everybody.
What are you doing?
I'm only kidding.
Yeah, it's a race. So everyone knows. I don't want it to be unfair in the future it is a race
and i won so what do we think about the new pope so wait there's some they're like making smoke
involved with the oh i guess it always is right smoke referred to the race of the pope oh wow
okay amazing yeah they all they all hit the bomb quick before they make the decision This is the guy. Oh, wow. Okay. Amazing.
They all hit the bomb quick before they make the decision.
It's important.
It's part of the process.
That's what I know of it anyway.
It looks like he is an American.
He's from Chicago.
So we have a Bears fan in the Vatican.
We can literally not lose.
Dow vote. Pope Dow. When Pope Dow.
I saw a tweet that said they chose an American president to avoid the tariffs, to avoid a tariff of importing one. I like it. Makes sense. Oh, an American Pope.
Yeah, an American Pope. I said, what, an American president? An American Pope. An American religious
leader has been chosen specifically to avoid the tariffs of importing one.
And I appreciate that. It's practical. It makes sense. And now this guy's probably a Bears fan.
I feel like we can't go wrong with that. No, no possible way that society could go wrong at this
point. But yeah, it's amazing to see that they've accomplished that. And now we have that answer. So we can move on to the next amazing thing that we're going to do.
In crypto, I think we're really excited about events that we have coming up for NFT NYC.
And there are some other awesome crypto events coming up soon.
We can't say too much.
We don't want to give too much alpha,
but it would be amazing to collaborate with all of our friends.
Anybody who's listening in that wants to get involved and collaborate on IRL events.
We're thinking about having some in different countries as well as US with team members on
the ground. And we think that's the best way that we can kind of just be together as a group and
spread the message of do only good every day and Kind of provenance the belief in provenance that we have. It's a multi chain belief system that we have
that just involves creators from every
every blockchain every country
and they just have to want to build together and kind of support original artwork in creations and
Yeah, we're really excited to be part of this growing movement
over the last few years.
The event in New York is going to be very very cool.
I know that we can't talk about it too much yet but that is going to be very very cool.
I'm incredibly excited about that.
Our friend Horv has been working very hard for us
Yeah, I also smoke I've been
Waiting for the call so we plan our stone Africa because you know we have to you have to send it you have to send it so high
Yes, we have to do an event in Africa
Soon, I think we should we should write out a draft of exactly I know you have something that you guys are cooking
so if we can make a draft we can show it to the council.
And we can see, you know, we can have Atlas, everyone who can go, Coco, Atlas, any other friends of ours or associated creators and projects that want to be able to go to represent depending on which locations we choose.
And then the whole team can weigh in on
it as well. Boop has been really loving, helping, thinking about stickers, merch items for Doge
Africa. That's something we want to focus on too. We don't want to just have only Doge items. We
want to have like Doge Africa, maybe provenance. We could have a provenance line, I think would be
interesting. Start getting all these provenance tokens that BicDAO has been archiving
over the years and meme
friends that we have and kind of lift them
up together because that's kind
of the situation we're in now is
if we don't do it, I don't
really know who's going to do it because everybody's too
busy betting on what will happen next
to see what has already happened
beforehand, you know, before us
and we have to keep that legacy alive.
What's the next bet on Polymark issue?
Oh, I'm out of the game now.
I lost on the Pope bet, so I'm out of cash.
Rugged by the Pope.
You hate to see it.
You really do.
You hate to see it. You really do. Exactly. Exactly. You hate to see it. What is this timeline?
It's the timeline of not cognizant. What is it? Not cognitive dissonance. The opposite of
cognitive dissonance timeline. Polymarket's so funny because they'll let you bet on like literally
anything. No, but it is interesting to actually understand the pulse of
the markets like you know you just open Polymarket and you see okay you know it is like a briefing of
current affairs it's like 10 things you do not even know about or existing and people are betting on
that and you just go and google that up and now that's like 10 new information for the day. Yeah
they're literally front running their own plans because they want to bet on them.
So like they're publicly showing people like, yeah, I've seen that or I've heard about that.
I have not bet on Polymarket ever.
But it's an interesting platform that's definitely getting the popular trends of world events.
I think maybe we could, I mean, the problem is, is the way that Polymarket is structured.
I think maybe we could, I mean, the problem is, is the way that Polymarket is structured.
If we understood the intricacies of Polymarket and there was regulatory framework that was put into place in crypto to understand what kind of process we have here in crypto.
But I think to have like a, have a map, an interactive map of like events that we're doing, it doesn't have to be that people can bet on it.
It could be that people can join the groups, like kind of like events that we're doing it doesn't have to be that people can bet on it it could be that people can join the groups like kind of like pizza dow has they have an interactive
map and across the world you can see how you can jump into parties and get involved
we could do the same thing for like cross blockchain initiatives across the world
and this is something we've wanted to do at doonlygood.xyz a group that i made we made long
ago because of a dogecoin member that had recommended
it in the DAO. And we had Snacks, Ryan, Path, Jordan, and others were in this group. And it
hasn't started yet, but I feel like there's a lot of potential there. We could put our minds
together of our different projects and make something really cool for people to go and find
out how they can get involved in
local crypto events, learn about Doge, learn about provenance in their local country, etc. So
yeah, I think that could be really fun. And I think we should involve Dogecoin and Base.
I did see some of the MyDoge uh team here in the early part of the space
yeah they're doing some amazing work um very bullish on what it seems like the dogecoin
community is cooking very carefully very very intellectually building the pieces that they need to put into place.
Base doing amazing work.
And Ethereum mainnet, I would love to see what else is happening with Ethereum mainnet because a lot of the OGs are on mainnet.
A lot of progress is happening on Ethereum.
We've seen the recent upgrade, which is really bullish.
And just thinking about other communities.
But I think two that pop into
mind dogecoin base of course ethereum mainnet but we have friends on solana too uh we have
pudgies token is on solana they're friends of ours we respect their ip and their positive vibes and
we can vibe with that really well um and yeah we have a lot of different friends we'd love to collab
with cross chain so um we have different projects here like for example we have ryan on stage he's been working tirelessly to think about uh interoperable
creator tools and working with coordinate coinbase own the doge uh many other projects um to think
about that and then we have ultron and louie in the chat and BicDAO. And we have Orb who's working, you know, kind of with us with BicDAO, same, you know, group of people.
And we're trying to build interoperable tools as well.
So sorry to sidetrack with like a tech like breakdown.
But I think we're starting to realize that we need to help improve the technology as well.
the technology as well alongside having community activations in order to help
in order to make sure everybody has a voice in this next iteration of technology because it's
moving very rapidly i think everybody on every chain can see something is coming
as far as the rapid advancement of ai and the rapid advancement of blockchain
of AI and the rapid advancement of blockchain.
And ETH is up right now.
You may have to,
I had to refresh trading view three, four times.
I had to make sure that the chart wasn't inverted,
but it is up.
Vitalik is so back.
He's getting ready to sell.
ETH Foundation just itching to hit that cell button you know it right now is that shots fired we want to have a new blockchain is that what everyone's saying no i'm just kidding no we love eth we do love eth uh i just want number to go up on my eth you know i mean i don't
i don't think i'm asking i believe in the tech ultra sound money etc etc etc but vitalik please
we want number go up too is the machine virtual is the machine virtual
it's incredibly virtual it is the machine virtual is the machine virtual it's incredibly virtual it is the most
virtual for the love and patience of for the love and patience of it but at least ah let's just go
up small now let's go up small just we're having like a philosophical blockchain discussion i don't
even think this is allowed but i think today in celebration of the new Pope, it is allowed. I can recenter us on polymarket bets. What will happen before
GTA 6 is a current bet on the platform? Lots of interesting options. What are the options?
There is an option. Okay. I'm going to read the the options number one is new rihanna album
russia ukraine ceasefire new playboy card the album china invades taiwan trump out as president
bitcoin hits one million dollars and the last one is the most fascinating one it has got
an 11 return on that and it says says Jesus Christ returns so that is insane that is free money
like 11% return on your investment okay proposal to bet stable coins of our treasury on that
absolutely I think unfortunately you could probably make the same bet about when uh
Hollow Knight Silksong is ever going to come out.
You could probably bet the Sun will Nova before we actually see Silksong, unfortunately.
I have a question.
Who decides what the possibilities are on Polymarket?
And who created this possibility, this question and answer group?
The Illuminati.
You put these things out there and then they make their bets and then they
decide what's going to happen.
And they take all our money.
Can we fork poly market and just be like,
what will happen?
Alien invasion.
world meditative meditation event.
I don't know. Can we fork fork polymarket we will build the tools that will free the people open source polymarket if it's not already there's a huge
amount of volume on jesus christ returns here 338k volume it dwarfs the other options here and that's because someone is making a very bad
bet i think considering that this close is july 31st 2026 but who made it is good question
is it on chain is it on chain from a wallet that was able to post the question or i just
don't know how Polymarket fully works.
I haven't used it.
It's full of fun.
I haven't used it at all, actually.
Let me drop that in the comments of this conversation so that everybody can stay in tune.
But yeah, if you go and click on this, I just dropped it in the comments.
You can go and click on this and you can see the maker.
You know, there is a wallet which is the maker of this bet.
So I don't know. I haven't a wallet which is the maker of this bet so i don't know
i haven't really followed who was creating all these bets but you know yeah that has got the
most volume jesus christ returns so yeah that is that is weird and incredible i don't know who is
yeah i was gonna say like what if it's gcr who is the biggest better on jesus christ return
before gta6 would that change all our minds like would we all have to jump into that bet Yeah, I was going to say, what if it's GCR who is the biggest bettor on Jesus Christ's return before GTA 6?
Would that change all our minds?
Would we all have to jump into that bet?
Absolutely.
But GCR did that.
GCR revealed his trading strategy on Trump winning the elections. And he just arbitraged between all these betting platforms like Kalshi, Polymarket, and there was like so many more of these. And he just arbitraged the gaps between these and he made, I don't know, a shit ton of
money. So yeah, I mean, these betting platforms, even though they're new, there is a lot of
arbitrage opportunities in these if you dig deep i think people have got like ai bots
deployed now so all the arbitrage gets cobbled up but again you know this is this is just unique
world you're living in new times yeah there's so much actually is jesus what if the person who's
running that bet actually is jesus and he like already knows the answer because he already is
here and he's just running the bet bet knowing full well what the outcome will be.
Whoever it is likely thinks that they're Jesus, yeah.
I would say, most likely.
They think they're Jesus, most likely.
Wait, I figured it out, everyone.
I think that the trick is that if neither happens before July 31st, 2026,
the market will resolve to 50-50.
if GTA doesn't come out
before July 31st,
then you're paying 11 cents for 50 cents.
That is really smart. I did not think of it that who is creating gta
who is seed funding gt96 rockstar games yes okay anyone else here's what we do we buy up all the
yes and then we sabotage the game. Engine is Rage.
Oh, Rockstar Advanced Game Engine.
Interesting.
We make them put Web3 features in the game,
and then we get it hung up in the authorization process
and push the release date to August 2026.
What do you think?
This is how we win.
Let's do it.
We'll do a,
we'll do a party bet.
Remember when people used to do those?
Everybody like puts their money together to do something.
That's six bucks.
Come on guys.
I got six bucks.
Let's do it.
Let's have like a,
Let's have like a few dollar,
not even gambling, just like a fun, like like thing like everyone puts a few dollars in and then
we just give out prizes to creators for like coming to the show yeah i want to bet big on
world events i think we should all start betting big on world events who's going to win awards
who's going to win football games who's going to be elected to leadership positions around the world?
Let's just go full degenerate, you know?
Bet on yourselves.
Bet on your friends.
Pivot to provenance.
Right, Aldron?
Absolutely.
Pivot to provenance.
That's right.
And polymarket, if you're degenerate like that.
I don't know. I'm not judging do do what you like
bad news it looks like gta's release date is may 26th i don't know yeah it just got postponed
so i don't think these guys are going to postpone it any further but if that happens the person
betting on jesus christ returning you know the
person betting yes is going to make a ton of money i wonder how much gta 6 is going to cost
i mean we've seen nintendo just announced that they're doing 80 games right which is crazy
xbox just raised the price on their consoles by a hundred dollars it's five-year-old tech and it's
more expensive now than it was at launch.
Absolutely ridiculous. They're not going to sell
a single one. So when you think
about that, GTA 6,
you're thinking this is like a $100 game?
I don't think so.
They could do it, right? They could
probably get away with that.
I think, yeah. I mean,
Rockstar. GTA 6, the amount of hype they have got on that game
100 definitely not something i would be expecting but could be could be like fifa if you if you buy
cds for fifa like in india where i am a normal dvd for fifa on ps5 is still costing me like 80
dollars 85 dollars so that is close to 100 And that is one of the most hyped games.
So GTA 6 could definitely pull up something like that.
Yeah, I think I'd pay it.
I hate to say that because it's gross to say that I would.
No, but I think I would actually pay it.
Not for most games.
I wouldn't pay $100 for every game.
But GTA 6, though, I think they could get that out of me
unfortunately agreed i'm a stalker like that agreed
right they're listening right now they're like yep hundred dollars
that's only point zero zero zero one bitcoin
That's only .0001 Bitcoin.
I like to bet on my friends winning by working together with them.
Aw, Smoke bringing it back wholesome.
I like that.
We love you, Smoke.
We got to do it.
You got to do it to survive.
You have to be wholesome because it's hard to argue with genuinely trying to lift up the market and industry in a non-degen way um even though
it's fun to think of the concept of vgen it's not fun when when there's too many losers and
not enough creators get to get recognized then that means that the industry does need to change
but i think we're the people that make that happen and i don't think it's pvp either i
think it's just the evolution of the industry
yeah and like i think that you know that community night you should all come to it i'm going to interrupt the music second we're doing community game night right after this i think that brings
up a good point like life is hard out there right i know everybody's got struggles you have maybe a
tough day at work maybe a tough day with with the family whatever it happens to be uh but we believe in community come hang out talk we can
talk about the project we can talk about gta 6 we can try to pick who the next pope is going to be
it doesn't matter we can all get down and just hang out and uh support each other
yes we can't wait to see you guys i love you guys so much. We love you guys you got you guys are what are keeping this industry alive
And you guys are keeping the the heartbeat of this industry alive and we really appreciate and love you all
We love you to smoke upon a time a doge never give you a little
