here we're expecting a couple other authors as well the facing ape team as well as the w3gp team
and some representatives from there should be joining us later as well we recognize that this
is sort of the middle of the day and in a lot of regions this is this is really sort of the worst
o'clock this is like 2 3 a.m and in like europe and in asia and stuff so we're doing the best that we
can to accommodate our wide regional community and we are expecting that we'll have a follow-up
stage at some point before the close of this voting cycle which is coming up pretty quickly
and that should give the other opportunities and opportunity sorry the other authors an opportunity
to sort of address everybody out here the best that they can but let's just jump right into it
let's say good morning let's start welcoming people up we have eight live proposals and just
a quick just a quick rundown just a quick glance because the doubt is is not stopped is not slowed
down during this whole ape chain season you guys have seen the announcements you've seen ape chain
coming to market but still but still the dow has eight proposals that are live this week for you guys
to vote on it's a lot i've seen some comments about that maybe we could get into that a little bit
later the active proposals from the idea phase to those that are live there's 68 so if somebody
submits a proposal right now we'll have 69 total that are active in process it's a lot that's almost
100 i mean it's over 50 we've got six just submitted in the past week so no shortage of new ideas coming
through the pipeline and just a small little nod because i you know we sometimes we we bring up the
process and it is uh quite a process but there are three proposals that are live for vote right now
that went through the process within 30 days so there was one actually that was just submitted there
july 3rd and it was able to get up to vote here and there are a couple proposals that are
resubmissions that were submitted recently and one of those that is up for vote now is a resubmission
so that that does add and it's help in that whole processing time but just something to call out
real quick there anyway i want to start greeting our authors we usually go in like a numerical order
for our proposals and we we don't have every author here today so just a quick nod for ap438
there is apecoin ventures and there's a description in the tweet that we had put out from the apecoin
account today if you guys wanted to see just a quick explanation of that one it's an interesting
proposal five million dollars requested five million to be matched and that would result in 50
of the total returns from this fund coming back to the dow and prioritizing those projects that are
sort of integrating apecoin so that's 438 and jumping right into our stage here we've got aip 444 and we
do have the home harvest team we got wedge and pan chain here so if you guys wouldn't mind
maybe for anybody who's not familiar with you in the community it's your day it's your time you
guys aren't shilling some meme coin not selling some shit coin so please feel comfortable please
welcome up here wedge if you want to kick it off with the introduction for yourself and then pan chain
as well and then we can jump into what you guys are proposing with the ip444
yeah thanks man that was that was a that was a lovely introduction appreciate it man
um yeah i'm i'm wedge man i've been in the in the word free space for a while and yeah we've been
working on this this aip since the since the start of the year man yeah aip 444 and um yeah i've spent
the last few months speaking to lots and lots of apes and and mocha and yeah man it's it's been awesome
i love it and it looks like you brought a pan chain with you i did yeah yeah sorry usually i'm the sales
guy so usually i just do the give the real top level overview of aip 444 but i thought for uh
for this one pan change more the detail guy so he's on he's on the team but yeah any any questions
regarding a bit more a bit why don't i say a bit more depth that makes me sound like i don't know
much but like you know he's he's the guy so yeah i thought i'd bring him up as well
hi guys uh yeah i'm pan chain uh i've been working with wedge
years and years on different projects and stuff but uh we're trying to i guess essentially like
decentralize agriculture and we want aip to be at the forefront of it
yeah i love it and uh pan chain maybe for anybody who's not as familiar would you would you mind
just sharing maybe a little bit about sort of your experience and how you how you found your way
onto the team here yeah cool uh i uh i run a digital agency in the uk here uh i have done for
like 10 12 years uh and a couple of a couple of us kind of came together uh andrew who uh is
one of the ex my biggest salad importers in the uk uh hedley and a few others we all come together
and uh and kind of made this our our goal to try and uh decentralize agriculture put this product
out on the shelves uh and make it like powered and and sort of uh built by web3 i could kind of post
the chart of what we can do when we when we come together uh so yeah i've got uh experience of running
an agency i've been in uh web3 and crypto for about seven years or so um and this is our like big
first big mainstream product
yeah i love it and wedge maybe if you want to pick it up from there and just jump into exactly what it
is that you guys have submitted and are proposing here with aip 440 and the home harvest
yeah sure so yeah i guess the the real the real top level is there's almost two sides of the business
there's like the web2 side which is is producing a unit and we've we've basically created a tech
accelerated grow environment so it's a unit we work with the design team from dyson it's a unit where
you know the customer buys it they sprinkle the seeds onto a patent a patented mesh mat we've got a
10-year patent on a led light that doesn't emit any heat they put water in the bottom shut the door
and then everything else is done by the app so um it's accelerated growing to the extent it grows
like you know i think there's like how many panchains like 230 240 different things we can
grow in these things now so it's like kale lettuce spinach pok choy those types of things but yeah
it's accelerated to the extent that it's usually from sort of seed to fully grown it's like eight
to ten days um so yeah when we started looking at this very quickly we decided on you know we were
effectively looking at a grow to earn model so you know if the person who buys this they grow it all
with that interaction there on the app but actually you can actually reward them then for
yeah for for growing you know before we go i guess there's lots of benefits on the web two side so you
know it's there's no food miles there's no packaging the actual food that you create is much cheaper than
buying in the supermarket and it's much more nutritious but yeah the the i guess the other
side of it is that you know we're going to build a tokenized reward system and you know we know that
they're so much better than the sort of traditional point schemes and you know it's a really good use
case for kind of for blockchain and and to have a full backbone for a backbone of the company
running through that that grow to earn model um yeah and then yeah i guess really this yeah that
that's the top level very top level overview of what we're doing um we're also looking at you know
this potential sort of i mean i'll let pan chain talk about this bit because yeah like i said he's
a tech guy but um yeah we've also talked to you know since we started this process we've been
introduced to loads of people so yeah speaking with you know spencer and jordan and the horizon guys and
you know we've we've been yeah we've been introduced to lots of different people now that have really
sort of yeah not just bought into the dream of sort of you know healthier food and healthier living
and things but actually gone as as a web3 proposition this is this is really interesting
um yeah panjang always jump in if you want to talk a bit more on that on the web3 side
um yeah well well i guess like we kind of know it's not your standard like d5 proposal your standard
like use case for web3 but we really think that like this is the future of tech in general um
and that it won't be web2 and web3 it will just be you know tokenized accelerated growth like
i don't think there's a better medium for interacting with community that like wallet
to wallet connection uh the ability to reward and not just meaningless points and stuff that's stuck
in an ecosystem like an actual token uh there's like there's a whole kind of load of benefits we
think that it's unlock what we already think is a is a unit that could shape the way that we
live and eat in the future um so yeah really we're we're trying to use web3 is like a
turbo charge for our growth for our initial community support for our for to enable us to
uh to reward more people to adopt this kind of way of living it's kind of like
uh off-grid of the the traditional food channels um so uh yeah we think we think that there's huge
use cases for it um on top of things like uh i guess a bit like the solana sarcophones
um it becomes like an address a wallet that we can drop future things to use the wallet for access
to money can't buy events uh there's like a whole whole load of use cases on top of just
essentially what is a grow unit that makes you healthier and makes the planet better yeah i think
that's a that's a good lead off into to some questions that might come up around the proposal so
you guys have outlined here uh like uh what is in fact it says 24 months so basically a two-year
go to go to market plan and it includes in the first couple of months which i think is especially
relevant sort of as everybody is excited and everybody is watching the rollout of ape chain
it does i mean it does have to be a little bit present in all of the conversation so if you're
getting tired of it i'm sorry but i'm i mean just looking at the time yeah i mean just looking
at the timeline right launch tokenomics white paper and early adopter point system and that
that's what people want to know about anyway right like how how do we get to these user
incentives how are we getting around to these rewards and you've outlined the two-year program
but what does what does this look like in the first couple of months if this is approved how do
people maybe become an early adopter in that point system and what are you guys thinking for this sort
of initial couple of months if you were to be approved uh so i i guess like yeah one of the reasons
for having like a tokenized rewards is because we think that it's quite a a big move for consumers to
to adopt this there are there are units that exist in the market but they're kind of like hobbyist units
or like real hardcore expensive there's nothing that kind of fits that uh we think that like golden zone
iphone type market uh so that's where we're trying to come in um
sorry hold on one second look one of my daughters has just come in no it happens
i'll take over if i'm on yeah and i was gonna say wait
get in there with the pitch let the sales guy in there too go ahead
so i'm definitely not the sales guy sorry i was late everyone um no
actually lee's here too oh my bad i didn't even realize that they had finally let you up on stage
sorry lee i thought i was talking away from it all right lee if you would for for everybody who's
listening in because we haven't got your introduction please do give us your introduction and if you have
the response there go ahead please sorry sorry guys yeah i was i was super super late wedge was
messaging me going uh are you joining um so sorry about that um but yeah basically i just kind of
wanted to jump in i've been working with the guys i'm not on the uh you know i'm not i'm not
part of the company or anything like that but i've been working with the guys i've known wedge
for years i've been working with them for the last sort of few months on how we could
kind of approach this and bring it and obviously the first thing was well it's got to be on ape chain
when we're talking about grow as a token for me there's a there's there's a massive potential in
the fact that these physical units exist and be shipped around the world and what we're talking
about which i don't know how how how feasible or how far down the line we're going to be with
this but the idea of putting physical nodes into the units and sticking them in people's homes
as a validator system a physical validator system is like could be mind-blowing for eight chains so
the idea of them building grow on the chain um that can then start to reward people for simply
growing stuff that's good for them like that for me was just so captivating and there's been a lot of
talk i think with a lot of the the dow proposals that have come in where they're saying oh well
you know we just want to we just want to build for web3 we just want to build web3 products and how
on earth are we going to spread a you know a feasible chain around the world if all we're
doing is building for the 1 000 people on crypto twitter it just doesn't make and has never made
sense to me so this is a product i was like okay well look i mean at the end of the day if you bought
a product off dyson as a normal person from any retailer around the world and it came with a
physical validator node in it or an or or even in within the app every time you hoovered your house
you weren't points there was a tokenomics system that had a coin attached to it like that is mind-blowing
and actually feasible with this proposal so yeah i think for me that's the part that i've been advising
on and just to give like even a little bit of context like one of my biggest clients so i'm a
brand and creative director myself but one of our biggest clients of property developers
and you know they for me i was like okay well this is a great product if you're going to go to market
you know lots of people buy them in supermarkets and stuff but you can go one further than that and
put them in every new home that's being built every block of apartments whatever it might be
and actually the idea that you can offset carbon credits with this product is massive to developers
so you can just say okay we'll buy a hundred thousand of these units offset your carbon put
them in every single home that you're building and again this will grow so big so fast amongst
normal people that will get onboarded with a wallet they don't even know that they've basically got
because it's within the app so for me that's the bit i've been super super bullish on and really
wanted to get into this conversation because i think it's super super important
yeah i appreciate the insight and and yeah um yeah pan chain if you if you're good to go happy to
happy to hear more of your insight and wedge you too also
yeah thanks lee that's that's exactly it we i guess to go back to your like initial question uh the point
system is where where we kind of like do the pre-launch and the points i guess like the the early
adoption comes from getting involved early the amounts of points available being shared between a
smaller group of us uh and the points are more for like uh community building recipes there's all there's
there's like a whole list of stuff that we want to use the community to help build out on the app side
and then our side on the like our first steps on the tech side like lee was saying is we've had like
a lot of conversations um with a lot of good tech teams we had a cool couple of calls with like
arbitrarium about their new sister chains that are coming out uh and that's kind of my understanding
not being a dev is that that's the kind of evolution of orbit chains that have more shared resources
so if we either have full validators inside the machines or we have like low power hardware
oracle types set up it means that we can then give back to all of the orbit chains all of the sister
chains uh some kind of like shared resource some kind of like look up um so again like that's not
that's not one of like the core things for our token development but that's like an offshoot of the
conversations we've been having and like lee was saying like one of the things that really excites us about
this as a as a deep in proposition as well as a like gamified growing and well-being step to earn type
evolution and as well as being like a a physical tech product that we can get out into the shelves
if we hit our targets you know say a million and a half units out in a couple of years that's a million
and a half normie kitchens with big nba stamps on the front of the glass uh ache branded seed packets
the whole like boxing experience like everything is like a a trojan horse into like oh i have no idea
when three was capable of this stuff i guess that's all like that's our dream i think as well like
touching on that bit so like i'm i'm you know i'm by career a sales director and as lee touched on i've
spoken to a fair few of these property developers now and then yeah that they're you know they leave
in like an 18 month lead time to deliver them and stuff but they're so interested by that that carbon
credit offset sort of claim back um so yeah having that and suddenly having the big green tick there
you know i you know i've sort of said this before but i i really want this to be you know
an eight product like like pan chain said you know if we get them so suddenly all of these new
build houses you buy that house you move in the first year subscription with the seeds and whatnot is
included in the cost of the house but actually yeah you're actually you know the seed packets and
and all of that ip experience yeah we we really want to we really want to try and yeah i mean it's
the dream for us to make all of that sort of you know mba'd and yeah and aped up as it were
all right and i have sort of uh maybe like a bow to put on on that whole sort of flywheel you know
we're giving the the points set up we've got the product you guys already have something that works
it's exciting for for the users it's exciting for the distribution channels i mean by by all accounts
it seems like you know all things that go on on your sides you got everything pretty well mapped out
but then what is sort of what's the what's that 24 24th month sort of look like the token is launched
the grow token is launched it's on ape chain what are we able to do with the grow tokens are we just
are we able to just perpetually just grow wheatgrass like you're just going to reward us with endless
wheatgrass and we grow it and then you give us more and then we grow it and then you get we get more
i mean what are we doing do you love wheatgrass i guess something you do
um yeah do you want to take that one everyone yeah cool uh so i guess like uh as we get to launch
and as we like i guess a small benefit is that like eights get first pre-order units coming to them
so you get to like get the usage points before anyone else um but yeah we uh we come up to like
launch the point system moves from like community based and information data gathering stuff you know
like what do you use in your diets meals what can we add um anything else we can add that we can grow
like anything that that we can do to like community side moves into unit usage you get points for growing
different types of growth how long the units been on you know all kinds of stuff uh and then the the
idea is that uh well we we've got a tokenomics paper that goes into it in more detail and that's like
80 odd page beast uh which is still a work in progress but essentially is a like perpetual rewards
mechanism uh that takes profit from the month and distributes it into the reward pools or burns off the
token if the token if the reward pools are full so it's a kind of method of sharing in the success in
the company so depends you get a larger share of the reward depending on how much grow you have
in again this is like kind of work in progress and uh part of the funding goes to us working out the legal
remits in the jurisdictions but potentially there's uh the idea around like staking your grow
like look out period so you can you can withdraw it from the ecosystem and then sell it on the
secondary market but there's a uh a timing interval that um you can use the grow for uh unlocking certain
features of the app or uh well not just grow i guess ape as well that's the whole point isn't it
like we're bringing we're trying to bring as much utility as we can uh so like i don't know
having an ape or eight coin in your wallet means that some of the features on the app are unlocked
the one-on-ones with chefs the like health coaches the all kinds of like money can't buy stuff that
we're trying to use the grow token is like an access token as well as rewards can i quickly say pan
chain as well i just want to say like so it's like if you have some eight point you can get the lovely
eight point blue one you've got a mutant you get a green one you know you've got you've got an eight you
can get the gold one or whatever but yeah have those exclusive ones that's the only route to those
and yeah you know everyone loves loves free like exclusive stuff so yeah we would sort of put some
detail into that all right cool that sounds sounds good to me maybe maybe uh maybe we can get like a
custom one and put my put my hip on the side you got to grow a lot of wheatgrass to get a custom
one you got to grow a lot you got to grow for like two you got to be a farmer you got to wear overalls
you say that though i chatted to a guy in la the other day and he was just like wheatgrass is really
expensive there and he was just like how much does the wheatgrass cost and you know the equivalent
cost he's like i'm just going to buy 20 of these machines and have a wheatgrass and just own the
wheatgrass monopoly across all the cafes and stuff so maybe it's wheatgrass might be the way man when
you said that out that you i was there when you said that the other day it stuck with me it's like
so wheatgrass is is now like yeah the it's the plant of choice now that i've that i've assigned to
today to your machine i want to turn it over to adventurous ape to see if we've got some questions
from her side maybe a little bit more scrutiny on some of the numbers maybe a little bit more
insights that she's pulled out from there happy to hear if we can hopefully everything is working
on her and adventurous ape yes um i i it's been a little rough like listening wise so uh excuse i apologize
if i ask something that you already answered it had been going up and down here and it's a little
hard to hear sometimes um but i was wondering a little more about your token um so uh like is this
going to be airdropped to like all apes mutants and mochas or just your customers like how is that going to work
no the the drop is just assuming that aip is successful the the drop is just for baits mates
and and mochas and an allocation to the dow itself um and yeah that i guess in the in the whole list of
things that we've tried to put together that say like these are the benefits that that the dow get for
investing um that's one of them that that there's like an initial airdrop allocation and then
essentially the the ability to be uh first to the table at the rewards pool before we launch before
we have customers that are then sharing in the rewards and we're onboarding web 2 on mass ideally
all right so like if that's the case what's the stop like the people who aren't interested in your
product from just like selling once they get it and then like the price plummeting
uh we have some of that written into the tokenomics already so that there's like certain lock-in periods or
or or penalties for for essentially taking the coins out of the ecosystem too early um and we we think that
our rewards mechanism based on the the like income the profits for each month that then replenishes the
rewards pool hopefully uh is one of the mecca one of the mechanisms we have in place to counteract a kind
of like pump and dump like steppen you know like a kind of initial comes out moons and then complete
like drop off we try to make sure that the coin actually has usage and longevity and the benefits
hopefully outweigh exiting the ecosystem early and just and just getting rid of it
all right thank you um so could you go a little more into like what the benefits to the
dow itself are um beyond like people who might be i mean i think it's an amazing product it sounds
like very like they get yeah like phenomenal i'm excited to see you guys disrupt this
um but could you go more into like how the dow benefits from this
yes we um we've tried to uh so i i guess like the the kind of like tldrs
uh the benefits in general are the the airdrop of grow and that's to the communities themselves
and to the dow uh that means everyone's first to the table for the rewards mechanism
um everything is built on eight chain the kind of like node set up uh once we figure out exactly like
what we can do with the deep end setup or like what what a million active nodes around like around the
globe can do for uh either validation or oracle lookup that's like a we think a huge benefit that we bring
back and is more of a like web3 d5 type uh product in itself um and could open up kind of
deep in as a service or like additional revenue we now that idea is something that we're pursuing
uh some of the like bigger teams some of the like brainy teams uh the eights that we've met i think
that there could be some kind of like additional business there that that could even equal the size of
the main unit if we can get it right um i guess that's a work in progress so we haven't like
concentrated on that in the proposal um but all of the all of the units are nba acoin branded
uh the pcb boards are nba branded uh the total adjustable market it's sort of 200 million users so
one step at a time but if we even get 10 of that that's 20 million households with an eight product
in their kitchen and the whole kind of brand story leads back to the dow to the apes to
to essentially the story of how we came to be um there are some uh limited edition grow units
that are only available to apes as well
uh it's a small point but um there's like first refusal on uh job interviews and vacancies at the
company so again we're trying to show that while it's not like a an immediate financial reward like
that in itself hopefully is a step to apes running a global company that is changing the world changing
the way people eat helping people live healthier um and quite a quite a cool thing to do itself
uh you can use eight coin to purchase the units and the subscriptions and the peripherals
so again it's only a small thing but we're trying to give a a bit more utility to eight coin as well
um money can't buy events experiential shop launches parties those kinds of things um
available for uh dow members um and again i guess our our pr campaigns everything leads back to eight
chain and the dow and how we've been funded by web3 and are a kind of poster child for this new kind of
way of technology launching we think
just to jump awesome thank you sorry i was just going to say just to jump in on one little point
was we haven't really mentioned it but part of in the the investment deck and the sort of aip you
know we've talked about um looking at these experiential shock launches so you know i've kind
of got this i'm not sound cheesy but kind of like a dream of right you look at the 10 you know or 20
most populated cities in the world the places where it's high rises people don't have gardens
you know from conversations that i've had i think that you know there'll be really good markets for
us so to actually have those those you know very plain stores that you know people can go in there's
some units growing stuff have a free smoothie or whatever but to have that with with nba ip and
you know ugo ip and stuff all over it and yeah i think having that as a space you know i always think
big because i'm in sales but you know if we end up with you know 50 of those stores around the world and
they're all they're all sort of eight spaces we can yeah we can then again it's sort of down the
line but yeah looking at those as spaces to do eight events and i think would be really cool
thank you um one last question so i tend to ask this a lot but um what do you think are the main
challenges you see in implementing this and how would you address them
uh i guess there's like two sides there's there's challenges with uh any kind of like physical unit
production i guess you know like manufacturing tooling uh so uh there are some challenges there
that we think we we've identified and we know how to to tackle we've got good product team we've got
good manufacturing team in place we've got uh like lighting and watering uh like wedge was saying that
the patents for the seed mats like the physical side is in place the uh there are some challenges in
the web3 tech you know like building a smart contracts and stuff that is slightly like we've worked on
projects before we've built stuff before but not to this scale and then i guess the biggest challenge is
like wrapping all of that stuff up so a normal user can use the unit not feel like they're particularly
missing out if they're not interested in web3 or the extra tokenized uh side of the point system
and they can still use it and not be aware that they have a wallet that's accruing points or whatever
else but if you essentially click the button in the app that says i want to be taking advantage of
the web3 features then we unlock like what we think is like the playground of editions um that's the key
challenge i think to like not to have it as a something that as a blocker we want to uh enable like
web2 to on board a bit more fluidly um
yeah i guess that's the dream

you guys didn't get to touch on that you guys wanted to share before we look at ap470 here 60 sorry
uh i guess i guess yeah if we're successful everyone gets to be a farmer everyone talks about farming defy

aquinda for a little over a year now actively i've held eight points since the beginning

active i've been in the distribution uh wholesale side and retail and brand building side of
my company that i founded about 15 years ago part of that is making apparel and doing merch and product
and just r d and all kinds of stuff running events we do a little bit of everything um so it was pretty
easy for me to transition into boring merch when mba started last year and um web three and everything
that i do in real life so it's just it's just a sub umbrella of of what i do irl that's what boring
merch is so we do all kinds of merch and we've done stuff for for mc board one club we do stuff for
the boring security we've done wallet guard stuff you know we got some other ones that are private
label i can't disclose we did something with swamp gaming you know there's more and more coming
i do a lot of stuff behind the scenes i'm not a very in your face type of guy i'm not on spaces all
the time i might pop in when i can but i'm very i'm very much behind the scenes i'm a grunt
your next military just kind of knuckle drag i'm a i'm a doer not a talker pretty much uh so you don't
see me you don't see me talking a lot but you see me i'm always here i'm always here a lot of familiar

wanted to to be clear i mean we're not we're only going to get one first chance at the the the you

we've seen before it seems like you gave a nod to normie here so please april any context anything

said an extension of what normie did last year with his aip for merch for a free fest and i wanted to
extend it to make it a little bit different so basically it's it's a proposal for mba powered
merch so it's not just boring merch making merch it's me working with and curating with other mbas
in the ecosystem to produce high quality merch for eight fest so the ask is sick it's it's going through
the process it's pretty grueling for someone like me because you know how to learn as i went through so
i'm just putting it out there but the the overall ask is about 97 000 uh usd in apecoin but the initial
is 67 69 000 in a coin for 250 merch kits that get claimed if those get all claimed and it claims out
then we'll request the other 27 000 to do another 100. um so just keep that in mind when you're voting
it's really 67 69 000 initially uh that will be released if it passes but yeah i'll be working
with other mbas in the ecosystem to produce merch for a merch kit that's branded has a coin all cool
designs and everyone's going to have their own unique item that gets included in the merch kit and then
you can you can get that by a fest so that's pretty much the proposal it's very simple it's not super
complex it's it's very simple it's pretty much merch that's going to help with you know branding
and and all that jazz that comes with it and it's also helping mbas in the ecosystem yeah that's
pretty much it yeah i love it and i appreciate the the call out there i think it's maybe maybe just uh
an interesting aspect of the proposal we could talk about because i mean mba powered uh merch apecoin
themed i think i think most people kind of listening in will be able to get a pretty good
sense of what that means but you did do something just interesting logistically there like you said
so the the total request is the 96 500 usd which would be denominated in apecoin so we're still
receiving the apecoin grant but initially you would only receive the 69 000 and that would be to create
the 250 merch kits for the community and those would be free to claim right free to claim yes for anyone
that's going to a fest and that has apecoin so you'll be able to claim it it'll get shipped to
you so that the whole the whole grant covers the products working with the mbas and also the
logistics with shipping it to you and the packaging and all that so i had to do some rough numbers
because i didn't want to go down the rabbit hole working with with mbas and kind of you know not to
say wasting their time but wasting their time if this thing didn't pass but i have begun the initial
discussions with a few of them so we're ready to rock as soon as this thing passes you know if it
passes we'll we'll get to get to work pretty quickly okay yeah that makes sense and i'll i'll
ask a question here just in a minute to circle back on those mbas and you don't have to share
anything but i'm curious but then so that's the 69 000 for that initial delivery 250 merch kits free
for the community shipped out claim them come to ape fest get them only if 250 kits sell out and there's
a demand for additional merch kits then you get an additional amount of funding released the 27 500
bucks that'll be released and that will that'll be the total amount of the grant so it's it's set up
in in tranches there and and so sort of ensuring in some sense that you're not just sitting there
with a bunch of ape coin that's really not going to be used effectively and also sort of like a little
bit of safety net i mean it's not like you're asking for a million dollars here the total request
is under underground but still a little bit of a a safety net just that that people could see
i mean people already know that you're able to to put out a nice package of merch people have
already seen the work that you've done but see exactly what it is that you want to do here with
this and then if they like it we could get some more yeah and i i wanted to go a little bit more crazy
with it but just time wise i just didn't feel comfortable you know promising something that is not
going to be delivered so if this goes through and even if it doesn't go through i'll run it again
for next year's and next year's i'll i'll run it sooner i won't do it now within three months or
whatever it is i'll do a lot sooner but i'd love to get something on on a chain so you can get like
a soulbound token or something that is trackable i have calls with iyk and another one i have that
call four o'clock ish to get some chips enabled in some of the product and you could get it cleaned and
you know do all that fancy stuff that people like when you scan it and stuff with the nfc's love you
too buddy i'm babysitting the daddy daycare but but yeah i'd love to do all that as well
and then you know go from there for you know to expand it and take it to another level but
the whole goal was to do something that was really high quality cool merch and hold on
so yeah that was a goal and you had kind of hinted at it i didn't want to drop any names but we have
spoken to people like dakita james at james cox at clubhouse archives and several others you know
von he's on stage i spoke to him okay but i will he wants me to eat my apple he wants me to be healthy
so i i have yeah yeah i have spoken with other mbas and like i said we're pretty much ready to make
something happen if this thing passes because there's time is of the essence at this point but
we can get it done i've been shipping like i said over 15 years so logistics we ship all over the
world on a daily basis i'm located here in clearwater florida in tampa bay so it's a delivery
it's an easy peasy claiming and all that on the website it's going to be pretty simple tracking all
that it's all including the the aip so you can ask any questions i'm always open you can shoot me at
the end or anything like that i'm always around yeah i mean if you guys are listening in and you're not
following ape whale i'm not sure what other spaces you've ever listened to in the community because

concluded here by october and i'm imagining that that entails you know potentially the the full
amount of the kits being claimed the initial 250 and the additional 250. when if this was approved are
you thinking that people would be able to start looking for their ability to claim these and ape fest
kind of gives us a pretty so timeline i think yeah so the the claiming will probably begin with them
let me see it's uh it's july it'll have to be early august because you're gonna have to claim if you're
female or male and your sizes and we'll have to get all that situated before we go into production
so it'll be it'll be early august it'll be pretty quickly pretty quickly because we'll like i said we'll
need to know the numbers and the inventory needed sizes and all that and and styles and then
we'll go to production and then once we get all that fulfilled from the different mbas we'll
bring it in house pack it all up nicely in my warehouse and then we'll start shipping all right
he's even got the warehouse man ready to go today uh adventure safe are we able to hear from you
i'm ready he's ready april's ready adventure safe yeah there you are yeah if you have any questions
please yes i hope so um yeah i was breaking up again so once again excuse me if i had something
you've already answered um but uh one of my questions like uh is like how will you select
the mba businesses that you collaborate with like is there criteria you'll be using um like you know
if there's a lot of people interested in collaborating like how would you narrow that down
it's going to be determined by just the what they can provide like if they because the
the the the budget that i have is about 225 per kit so if somebody has a product and they want
like 200 bucks for it like i'm just not gonna be able to select them because they only have like one
item or two items in the kit so it's going to be based on pricing and the quality like what the item
is like let's say for example i'll just draw gochita because he's you know we talk all the time we're in
florida but he has a special hat that he can make and i don't know the price or anything yet because i
don't want to waste his time but that's a simple item we can include something like let's say like
a varsity jacket or something or or light jacket something we can include as well that's not going
to consume a ton of the budget so it's going to be based on pricing and the item is a bunch of different
factors all right thank you um so what metrics will you use what metrics will you use to measure the
success of this initiative and like how will you report with the community okay yeah that's a
really good one so definitely the claiming so if all 250 get claimed to me that's a success that's
one one of the factors for me claiming success if we go into the extra 100 and that gets claimed that's
another part of success but claiming and some social media social media like impressions and things like
that and ads and tags because we'll have some call to action uh material in the packages for people to
go and like do like hashtag this hashtag that tag ape coin etc so those kind of metrics like that just
like simple ones that are used day to day within social media and then the claiming
all right thank you um one one other thing like not everyone um is an ape holder you know
in in here and not everyone's able to go to ape fest so like how how is this beneficial to the
dial members who who you know are going to be missing out on this merch you know maybe they
do want to be you know your merch is like awesome from what i've seen and heard um so like you know
what about the people who who don't aren't able to how can they be included or how is this benefiting them
gotcha yeah so that was actually part of my initial aip idea was to because i was thinking of
exactly what you just mentioned is that i wanted to have a way for if you were not able to make it
that you can still go on and maybe even purchase the the kit after the fact and then some of the
like the funds and the profits go to the dow but i didn't want to slow things down with the process
because i think this was one of the ones that was submitted as an idea and then within 28 days
became like a voting aip so i hear that's quick but again it's my first time so i'm not sure
i'm lost would know more about that you guys would know more about that but yeah that was actually
one of the initial ways to solve the question that you proposed was to allow people that aren't able
to go to a fest or that just want the cool merch is to be able to purchase it at a discounted rate
but then whatever profits go to the dow and that's still something that when i was talking to my
facilitator i was like you know remove that i don't want some things down and worst case scenario i'll just
create another aip that allows for the sale of this to people but uh it's just it would
be exposure you know if i have to say anything to answer your question would be exposure to the
apecoin dial because it's going to be high quality merch i think people are going to be excited to
wear it to show it off and when they see it in person or when they see it online it'll just bring
more eyes it's like a marketing tool for the apecoin dial

or do you want to go prior to web three i wasn't planning on the introduction here
just throwing me a curveball this is why they this is why we get the big bucks at ape comms let's let's
go before web three i'm gonna i almost gave you the easy out but since since you made me say let's
let's go before i mean let let's go back to lincoln logs baby let's go
so grew up spent a couple decades in wireless specifically was a verizon dealer had a bunch
of verizon stores and inside that business started a phone repair brand just to service customers would
ultimately spin that off as a separate entity would would exit the verizon business scale the phone
repair brand into a franchise ultimately merging with my largest competitor uh we would grow that
into a top 100 global franchise uh number one in category three years running and uh the when i merged
it was with a small family office and um i brought in a my my early investor seed round investor in my
business uh brought them into the in the relationship and ultimately helped lead that acquisition uh hung
around for a couple years at the big fortune 500 insurance company to help with day-to-day and transition
and uh that entire time i was you know in here in web three found found web three in early 21 by way of
top shot and said run and then was fortunate to meet a few apes so i've been in the club since since day
one and it was really probably i don't know 10 days two weeks after after mint i i sent out a post and
said this is you know i feel like i joined a unicorn startup with like 2500 of my closest friends that i
haven't haven't met yet and i i i still feel that to this day although i've met many of these these
friends and it is not just associates but quite literally hundreds of friends and building businesses
or collaborating with with dozens of those individuals and to see what was like a feeling
and an idea you know like wow this is something special here there's a lot of like-minded individuals and
excited to be a part of it and and build together whatever that means and and experiment along the way to
to see where we are here now and things like ape chain launching thank ape and all that they're
doing just the level of active collaboration amongst the entrepreneurs here is something that's
it's what got me so excited about this space in early 21 and to see it not only come to fruition now
but to see it come to fruition under this this umbrella of the board ap yacht club which you know i'm
biased but i i believe is still the greatest club in the world and it's open the amount of doors and
opportunities it's open for me is is is hard to quantify at this point and to think it's only three
years in is is pretty exciting and so all that to be said i i it's an exciting time here and i think we're
we're just getting started but this foundational layer has been has been laid across whether it be the
the ape coin dow and and things like like ape comms or it be you know ape chain and and what is you
know should launch expeditiously over there now with the banana bill you know that i mentioned thank
ape we talked about apes plus like a lot of these foundational layers have been built you know i i believe
ape chain can serve as somewhat of a you know connective tissue across these multitude of brands and
and and and really what this proposal is about aip 479 is to make you know our our morning show coffee
with captain which i'll hit on that in a minute but it is to essentially make it powered by eight
powered by ape chain and you know the title sponsor as well as you know a few other uh components there's
five or six components of the aip but the big one being the title sponsor and with that enabling
steve and myself to talk about the ape ecosystem on a daily basis and we certainly talk about it
today we would continue to talk about things in the news but this would give us an opportunity to
folk even focus our efforts as we're looking for news and things topics to discuss like actively seeking
other activity other builders things happening in the ecosystem
yeah and i think that might have been something i took from you lost referring to as the ecosystem
because getting to a point it's hard to you know it's these these sub communities if you will
the you know built by ape coin by thank ape those 35 businesses is incredible you know you've also got
the the larger uh nba brands uh that that you know closing in on 500 of those but even beyond that
built by ape ape coin is is even larger which you have you know communities outside of of just the
ape community that's that's doing some pretty cool stuff shout out to bulls on the block you know they're
one of the delegations uh similar to apes plus and you know i don't know how long they've been doing
it but they host the they're their weekly saturday space to feature you know this this ape community
i almost said our community and that that would have been wrong because it's it's theirs too and i think
that's something that you know i i know you've been beating this drum for a while lost i i did not
fully embrace or fully understand how broad that the the ape ecosystem was beyond yes there's a lot
of crossover and and not all but most apes and and and mutants are are you know supportive of the
dow and and at least passively participate but really far beyond that from you know mochaverse and
all they're doing to you know sandbox to the you know the bulls on the block just a lot of other
communities that are paying attention to the ape coin dow and i think it puts us in a unique position
with ape chain launching to you know run with some of that attention right like you love them or hate
on board apes are still synonymous with nfts for the majority of people both in and outside of the space
and part of this objective of the sponsorship with coffee with captain is to help shed that light our
show is not an ape showcase foe it's it's just a daily web 3 morning show and you know topical we'll
cover the news of the day talk a little bit about markets and you know from time to time we'll have
special guests on and do a deeper ama deeper interview but i i believe we're positioned
uniquely to help spread even more positive light uh onto the the ape ecosystem onto the brand at large
and and whether it's those that are not active participants they're they're they're in the space but
but not participating in the dow whether they you know don't know what they don't know or
they're not a fan of something for some reason to those who aren't even in the space i i think as we
attract you know both a loyal audience inside of web 3 but also potential to onboard new individuals as
as they do enter crypto and web 3 and and i think helping be a a you know an on-ramp to some degree
to ape chain and this ape ecosystem is is part of my long-winded answer of my introduction sorry about
that i'm not i mean the self-awareness the the is is incredible i mean i love it i love to hear from

right it's a comms proposal you're sort of looking to be like an ambassador for the ecosystem and
putting this sponsorship putting this title in the in the coffee with captain regular shows it is
i don't know maybe just a little bit relevant for for people to understand and get a sense of
like where did you come from even before the web 3 so i do appreciate you sharing that with us and
i mean if you guys aren't following cap i mean you guys are missing out on news all the time but
definitely make sure you guys are following cap and if you have more questions i'm sure he'll be happy to
you know pop in the dms especially as they relate to this proposal i'll just jump right into it i mean we
got a six month proposal that you've outlined here and like you said there's several sort of different
initiatives including the the regular stages but also several sponsored interviews audiograms updates
for the ecosystem and i think the the question here and maybe what might be insightful for people
listening in is i mean how big is the team here this is it seems like a lot of work for for you to be
you know on the stages and then sort of running the stage uh running the stages running the show not
just on the stage but actually sort of producing all of the content and then here the the distribution
and the release not only creating the content but then also again coming back out and redistributing
the content that you've already sort of created so i mean can you tell us a little bit about this
machine that you've that you've got set up already and i mean maybe just a little bit of a glimpse for
us about how coffee with captain is has been running and is running yeah happy to so it is a a very lean team
uh it's the steve and myself in terms of co-host and any sort of biz dev partnerships uh
promotion of the show it's it really is the two of us thus far uh we do have some incredible help
behind the scenes uh crypto pain is our our producer who you know after we finish the space every day
takes down edits the podcast or edits the space is recording and gets that out on all the podcast
platforms uh in the you know same day early that afternoon uh so for you know we go we go live 8am
eastern every weekday on spaces usually run for a couple hours and you know that may not be optimal
time for everyone across the globe so those that miss it and and uh want to catch the recording can uh
can do so on app you know apple spotify anywhere you'd catch your podcast rss feeds uh and in addition to
crypto pain who does the the podcast editing uh mackie we've been working with for a while great
great web 3 story as mackie was one who just would would show up and add value both to the space
occasionally he'd come up and have a take but if there was a you know a special guest or you know
a big take he would he would capture a clip and put that out long story short just showed up as a
uh you know as a listener as a community member and and one that would grab content from our space
turned into not only a you know ongoing you know role with with steve and myself and uh beyond coffee
there's been a few other things he's done with with dj network and and and others in the space doing
doing audiograms for them so just really showed up and and it was a new skill right he he learned
taught himself a new skill to where now not only does he you know capture you know professional
audiograms for many but he's become a you know a teacher and you know educator helping others
do do similar audio video work but yeah so team is myself steve uh mackie does our the audiograms of
which there be a i believe total of 52 uh we have included in this proposal you know think of like
a 30 to 60 second uh audiogram with with the yo subtitles and then um so that's our core internal
team and then by popular demand we uh were able to recruit lost to help us out with one of the
segments we're going to do a uh there was the proposal the first or the idea rather the first time we
we posted it was almost in its entire form uh the one of the things we added was um
a weekly apecoin ecosystem update with lost uh will be a reoccurring reoccurring sponsored segment on
on wednesdays around 9 45 a.m eastern time uh clip that will be one of the audiograms we we capture
as well that clip will be captured and audiogram we can be repurposed you know for shorts on whether
it be apecoin you know youtube channel or here on x but that will be part of the uh both that segment
as well as the on mondays we will have a made by apecoin mondays uh it'll be a sponsored interview
at 9 a.m eastern time uh each week we'll interview an nba uh you know builder you know at or around
uh you know the peak of our monday show any any you know brand links anything they want to share
we'll pin up during the show link in the podcast recordings and then grab that uh grab an audiogram as
well which these can be you know reused whether it be you know apechain youtube x or the nba builders
themselves uh you know will have access to those you know any of the audiograms we produce from this
yeah i appreciate again the the explanation here and the details inside and i appreciate you guys for
bringing me on as opposed just a little transparency on my side i've obviously one of the facilitators for
the community and just sharing my own opinion not you know answering questions on behalf of the dow
or anything but i'm obviously able to see the discussions and do see the discussions that are
going on on the forum and pay close attention to them i was very much aware when the proposal was
posted and i was excited to see that you would come back with the new submission after sort of the whole
submission of the previous proposal and the route that that went while it was in review so again i was
just excited and watching and i didn't want to say anything right i mean just transparently just being
honest here just just you know we're on the stage we're drunk friends i didn't want to say anything
because i wanted the proposal to sort of you know build its own momentum have a chance to to build its
own its own voice i didn't want to appear i don't know like overbearing right i mean i feel like i
i'm very recognizably in a lot of these discussions and it feels like you know when i show up on the
stage everybody kind of looks over like oh shit here comes something about old fucking ape coin
and sometimes i just want to i just want to ask a question or you know sometimes i just want to
want to chill and i want to blast all the aquamarines on saturday right like don't ask me
shit on saturday about ape coin if you got an aquamarine background because the first thing that
you're getting is blasted in in project dragon but after you get through the blasting i'll be happy to
answer you but anyway my point is i didn't want to kind of step all over the proposal as it was
introduced or i didn't want to make anybody feel i don't know like there was any expectation on my
part or obligation but then i did see and i was receiving sort of the tags from the people in the
community and so cap did reach out and extended an opportunity to collaborate with them and if we're
talking about you know sort of people in the ecosystem that i align with we see cap the consistency
is just the the willingness to do good working to support the ecosystem i mean i'm in right i'm you
don't have to to tell me twice i'm i'm in and one of the things that that you touched on and
again just sort of the the trumpet that i've been sounding for a while is that this ecosystem is is
sort of so big and i see it through these proposals all the time and i've been seeing it through these
proposals all the time the people that want to be around us sometimes we get in this little ecosystem
little silo little chamber on twitter and it feels like you know everybody wants us to lose but it is
not the case it is not actually that way people do want to be around the board of community and
people do want to be around us and have fun with us and we do need to build that vertical
in the dow and around ape coin but it is just one of the verticals right it is just one of the
pillars and it's got to be a strong pillar right if people look over and the apes are arguing and
we're not aligned we're not having fun people aren't going to not as many people are going to want
to come and hang out with us but if we're over here and we're having a good time we're doing ape
shit apes all the apes are going to pull up everybody from all the communities everybody who aligns with
any sort of ape anything is going to want to come and hang out on when they're going to want to be
around us and if we're here ready to do good if we're here ready to support others we're going to
build we're going to get big we're going to grow it's it's there there's there's not a lot anybody
could do to stop us already we already got a cult community so i mean there's so many of us that are
not going anywhere it would be pretty hard to stop us at this point but cap i want to come back to your
proposal launch title sponsorship launch a site for reports and audiogram and scheduling brand
interviews so it's going to live on a new site it sounds like did you want to tell us a little bit
about this new site that is that you mentioned in here sure good good question so the site itself will
be very generic in nature just just a very simple straightforward repository that will will house any
any any of these audiograms any content that we we capture uh from the show will likely link to the
the the different podcast platforms for recordings and then also some very basic monthly reporting
so that's what it'll start as one of the next bullet points you'll see is
for ape chain to become the home of coffee with captain and not even knowing fully what that even means
yet today but first publishing you know we do a weekly a weekly recap you know so publishing that on
chain whether it be just just you know something simple or we do work with some some community on
you know some some fork of mirror or paragraph some of these other online publishing tools online
platforms so tbd on the timeline on that but ultimately look to make ape chain where we host all of our
all of our future coffee with captain recordings audiograms all the above etc and and more importantly
make sure others are aware of that as well and and as we look to onboard not just
new users but also new builders new new devs new entrepreneurs i i think one of the things i
think we're we're fortunate with our our audience at coffee with captain is it really is a
an audience that has a a large amount of of ceos of of founders both inside and outside of web3
it's partially i think due to it's an early morning show a lot of people listen to it on their drive
into work uh they're driving to the office and as a result we have a lot of conversations i've had a
couple people from my in real life have have found the show and have reached out it's kind of shocking
the first time once they i don't realize someone like i went to high school with and you know i've
had professional relationships and and uh they they've they then i find out that they've been
listening to me larp as a uh as an ape here on x spaces but that's a whole nother story i won't go
down that path um it really has attracted an audience that is a lot of builders some of those are
just getting started as builders and i think we're the perfect ecosystem for those types of individuals
you know we have von fronten up here you know one of these newish entrepreneurs in in the world of
web3 and i think that more and more success stories we see from brands like vonga here that that von
fronten's building the more and more i think success begets success the more and more entrepreneurs that
will look look to enter this ecosystem and and i think this is a you know a pathway to that and while
i don't know what making a chain the home of coffee with captain exactly means it will be a you know a
conscious focus for us to how can we develop and build what does it mean to build a a media company
in in web3 what does it mean to build a media company on chain i don't know all those answers
right now and but but it's something that we think about and as we think about those what those answers
might mean our part of the answer will be ape chain once we figure out exactly what all makes sense to
put on chain and how that might and why right we don't just want to start publishing all our podcasts
on on changes because we can but what what might we do with this what this tech unlocks right so
whether it's gamified uh spaces you know we just started doing a thing on our show with with stream
who's a it's an animoca back company you know it's a very simple like whack-a-mole game that overlays on
spaces might some of that stuff you know then then results in a a i don't know an nft that's minted
you know the a better version of a po app no offense if anyone's on the po app team but that's
that's kind of like the if there's a world we're not doing this today but if there's a world
wherever our listeners get some sort of po app for listening for participating that would be
minted on ape chain for instance as is when i say you know the the home of coffee with captain
anything we do on chain would would lead to a chain
yeah i think it's a good question obviously something we've been thinking about for apecoms
as well and it seems like a lot of people that are kind of creating content around the ecosystem are also
trying to figure out and it's glad to it's good to see i'm glad to see that we will it seems like
be able to get support from the banana bill and from the dow we just had the the unboxing proposal
approved in the one of the past cycles here the last cycle so definitely a bit of a signal there
that we want to see more content being created around the community and we don't just expect
people to be here all the time creating content for free so that's a that's a good signal that's
that's great to see and again from the banana bill team just to signal that they're they are going
to be open to and looking for established creators and for for people to come and support that
development in in numerous numerous ways so good call out on the bill we are expecting some news from
that soon and adventurous ape i'd love to turn it over to you if you have any questions that you
wanted to follow up with uh yeah sure um and one of the things you said you said in addition to the
live spaces and the podcasts and summaries um that you'll be doing um three live events over um the
remainder of 2024 at vcon ape fest and art basil um could you expand a little more on that
yeah so our live events are at minimum a just a live coffee with captain a live show steve and i get
together we we invite any any listeners who are local and want to get up and and join us at eight
o'clock in the morning is welcome to do so we did one at consensus for instance where it was a much
smaller get together and airbnb we'd rented and we had you know donuts and coffee and it did the the
show live and then went over to consensus we've done more of these actual live live shows at nftnyc a
couple times in our basil uh where we we've had anywhere from i would say 50 to a little over 100
show up in the morning and you usually we've got a you know a breakfast uh you know coffee you know
not not full breakfast but you know something some snacks i'm trying to think of i'm drawing a blank on
what we had in in miami some uh we had we had cuban coladas i i don't forget that uh the coladas are
are unforgettable in miami but anyway irrelevant some other some other breakfast item you know
bagels donuts etc board bagels have actually sponsored a few of our they sponsor our our coffee
with captain in indy uh we did a vcon last year in indianapolis but yeah it's it's a simply a we do
one of our live shows and we just hope it's open to a live audience so it's we've done it interestingly
where everyone's in the same room so it's like a silent disco everyone's you know you got 50 people in
a room everyone with headphones and you know walking around uh they're on a 15 second delay
from us so even more interesting but um we're at ape fest i guess that's when we do have details on
we're going to be doing it's friday it's friday i think two o'clock in the afternoon uh is eight o'clock
eastern so our our afternoon coffee with captain on friday during ape fest will be at the facility that
that nft hoarder jason has secured with uh board trading co really really excited to be over there
and uh interact with some of the other uh you know some of the other made by ape and built by
built by ape coin brands so at minimum it'll be a live show uh potentially we end up going a little
larger with something like thank ape but we would make sure that any any of those opportunities it's a
a chance to highlight you know the ape ecosystem whether it's at ape fest or or not
awesome um look for looking forward to that um so i guess another question of mine is like um
you you mentioned you you'll have the segment with lost and you'll also have the segment with the mbas
um but like um how will you integrate like ape coin and a chain content like with your existing themes
and topics like you know just normally during the week like how is this going to be branded good
good question so one of the things that we actually in the proposal you'll see there's like three options
uh unsure and maybe we end up starting out as like alternating part of the reason for wanting
to go six months on this one was to do some experimenting you know get get some feedback some
back and forth and really so what what really makes the most sense if we were to dinder into a
you know a longer uh a longer agreement but you know so whether it's coffee with captain power by
ape uh or copy with coffee with captain power by ape chain tbd or or potentially both and i i think
what that'll do is well first of all the title if you're not familiar here like the just as this space
is is titled ape coin aip roundup that's editable during a space uh our show would be you know coffee
with captain powered by ape we may we may change the first portion of the title during the show but
that powered by eight portion remains literally in the title during the show in the recordings uh
both here on spaces as well as we would carry it into uh our you know the the show notes for any
podcast recordings where it would i guess that's one thing too we would need to determine what you
know is it is it apecoin.com is that where we want to we want to link to for for those those link backs but
we can certainly something else we can we can swap up or or add multiples as well but no in in addition
to the title sponsorship and and that branding both live and in the recordings i think what it does is
it gives both steve and myself an opportunity to actively seek out more ape newsworthy moments and
in topics right like each show we can only talk about so much and you know maybe that's four or
five topics and in one or two of those we get into a deeper conversation on a back and forth it's also
an open stage so you know any anyone can can come up and join the conversation ask questions you know add
their expertise and and as we're researching okay what what are we going to talk about today with with a
a partnership like this then ape chain kind of not kind of it does it it leapfrogs everything else in
terms of news sources as far as like what happened yesterday what happened in the last 24 hours in the
ape ecosystem and and and then so we're we're assured to be talking about that on our daily show whereas
without a partnership if it's project dragon we're still going to talk about project dragon on the
show we just may not talk about the the the next side competition that get this some nba builder you
know launches right like i think this is now daily we'll be talking about it at least at a high level
uh as our show will be powered by powered by ape i i think it's likely that it of those and it's not
like we choose five topics we don't we we don't uh so there's some days it might be a single topic but
usually it's a handful of topics let's say it is five this this almost assures that one of those is
is has something to do with the ape ecosystem and with a partnership in place we don't feel
we we we don't feel biased not as it necessary it's not changing our content we've we really have
been hesitant to bring on any sort of transactional sponsorships transactional advertising if you will
and really opted much more towards long-term relationships and this this certainly being one
of those and i i think one of the things both steve and myself because we both are our og apes and
in and you know i have proudly rocked apes on on this app you know from you know almost from the
jump or from the jump we we we almost consciously strive not to be biased we we will be critical
or we'll provide feedback uh if if there's a you know there's a a yuga miss if there's a a miss or
you know you know there's a merch drop flop we'll we'll uh we'll be we'll provide that feedback and be
critical but we also don't want it to seem like every day we're we're pumping our own bags if you
will i think as as content creators as hosts in this space it's something that we are cognizant of
in that not that it's an objection not that we'd have have people complain but it it gives us provides
us a little bit of air cover if you will to talk about the ape ecosystem every day and not feel like
it's we're we're doing well i guess we are doing to pump our own bags but differently differently
we're doing to pump our disclose bags it's in a long-form partnership not a uh uh you know not
a short-term but you know pump it up i guess i guess as i'm saying not not to pump our own bags but
well it is kind of being sponsored so indirectly um i don't know if that makes any sense at all but
i i do think it gives us just the opportunity to talk about more of the fringe in in the builder
ecosystem beyond just that monthly segment where we're going to be going deep and actually doing
the sponsored interview i think there'll be a lot more times and that that's our goal right
our goal is hey we want we want to get this relationship started and and hopefully meet if
not exceed the expectations of the community and that's partially how we do that is is it's not only
mondays and thursdays that we're talking about the ape ecosystem but rather more frequently
bringing it up in the conversation awesome thank you um so what metrics will you use to measure the
success of the partnership and how will you report it to the community so just to start it'll be
live listens and then recorded listens we're open to if there's other other more specific more granular
data uh we can certainly um you know we're certainly open to that but yeah our our early thoughts were
just provide monthly reporting on listeners the live listeners and then the recorded listens
you know downloads
all right um so if the initial six part six month partnership is successful um do you have plans
for extending or expanding on it yes we would love to so the the goal is enter into a a multi-year
agreement with the eco ecosystem um but wanted to again make sure that we earned earned that and
everyone was happy or you know feeling that we we did meet exceed expectations of what we're we're putting
in the proposal and and what else would make sense how else can we bring value to the ecosystem how
else can we amplify the builders that are here you know maybe it is the you know the sponsored
interview once a week maybe we get into it we say you know actually we want to scale that back to just
once once a month we can feel i don't think that'll be the case but as an example uh maybe we just we
find it's it's a little too much and we we want to scale it back before we do the the uh the long-term
agreement but yeah no our our desires would be that this six-month partnership goes goes well for all
parties and we're we're both all parties are excited to uh to extend or renew it awesome um so what uh
potential risks or challenges do you see in um the implementation of this and um how do you plan to
mitigate them great question so this was funny because i hadn't even actually thought about this
and i will give the admin review process and the special counsel credit because it's the first
time we we've i mean we work with a lot of sponsors uh minify sponsor daily market update for a while
ens is a current sponsor of ours they do a weekly segment you know a lot of sponsors both in and
outside of the space companies like draft kings no one had ever asked us this question before until this
this this process and it was the concern of we have an open stage right so
it is in theory it is possible someone could jump up on our stage and that is powered by ape and start
you know spouting off
you know different racial and hate hate slurs and and sexual slurs like they they could be things that
are just not they could they could post pornographic material they could do things that aren't uh that
that violate the the the code of conduct the culture of the ape coin ecosystem and not indicative of what
we represent here and so that is that is a real risk right like someone could come up on stage and they
could post a bunch of porn to our our power by a stage not not something that we're looking to promote
not something that we would ever allow and while i say in theory it is possible what we do to mitigate
that and and while this is the first time any questions ever been asked of us we we do actively
screen the stage although it's an open stage when someone requests up if we don't or if we're not
already connected we're not already following we look for mutual follows we do a quick scan of their
you know their timeline their bio if they're pinned post and every other post is is porn we're
we're not letting them up on the stage um no offense if that's what you do for a living nothing
nothing wrong with it to each their own it's just not the kind of you know why we're not a necessarily
a pg-13 show that we're not we're also not promoting that sort of material um you know and
same thing with any any other sort of derogatory terms or slurs like so if if someone slides us in
slides something in we would immediately remove them from the stage in the room and then we would edit
that out of the recording but with a live show it is it is a risk that we you know it's just like
live tv someone could say something that is you know they're they're gonna bleep out we don't i
guess we do have a delay but it's not a i the the delay is uh is not from we can't do anything about
the delay it's just a little bit of a slight lag between speakers and listeners but nothing that we
could edit out live so that i guess is the the risk that we are aware of and and we do everything we
can to mitigate it awesome thank you i really appreciate you being here thanks

i've been getting more involved in the ecosystem for the last several months and and you all do an
incredible job and don't get enough flowers for all you do do all that you do do that doesn't sound
right how do i how am i supposed to say that as a host lost how would you say that all that you do
do all that you do or i guess maybe in in club language that's that's proper here for talking
dookie dash and whatnot you were you were you were right either way and i i mean it's it's okay
because it's okay the the we weren't proper on the grammar because it's so it would be so easy for
someone to just to to just sneak up and say some bullshit like you know god bless the aquamarines we love
the aquamarines you know and and i wouldn't be able to you know it's not it's almost just not
reasonable enough that somebody would be able to react fast enough so you do have to do a little bit
of pre-screening and i might try to get you i might try to get you i might come up there one day and
one day soon i mean we've got saturday coming up i might i'm gonna get you uh we're gonna get you and
we appreciate we do appreciate you coming up i'm i'm just looking over all the voting now and if

election season i mean just like about a month ago it ended and i'm not taking us all the way back
there but one of the one of the things that people did like from from that sort of series of
election stages was just looking at the active votes and seeing exactly what's going on and

had the shout out to the apes plus snapshot so there's a snapshot there if you've got apes you can
go and you can vote we've got the mocha dow snapshot and they've got a pretty large amount of
tokens there like four million six million that they vote with from they're down signaling a lot
of support for comms this week it looks like copy with captain is is is in favor with 900 mocha votes
which is a pretty large majority of their the regular active voters so getting a pretty firm
signal from from the mocha dow if anybody was wondering or anybody was thinking and i mean frankly
there are some there's some votes here in the the apecoin dow that are reoccurring sort of regular
rapidly voting against and so those voters have have shown up and it's time to get your votes in
is all i'm saying if you guys are wondering or thinking vote early and ask questions if you got
them because these authors do care again not here to you know give any sort of major signal or support
for any of them but just for every author i can i can say pretty pretty certainly that they they go
through a pretty rigorous process to get up to vote here and they do care these guys you know these
these teams they're watching this snapshot vote they're looking at all of these votes they're seeing
who voted you know maybe they're reaching out maybe they're not but if if they're not reaching out
they're over there like biting their nails not everybody you know it has that same sort of
level of anxiety here that that same sort of intense passion for for the project right some people just
put stuff up and maybe it's a governance proposal or maybe it's something that they just want to
sort of gauge interest from the community for and you know sometimes we get those but for the most part
and when you see something from the community like the ape facing apes that we're coming up to
that have been around for a couple years the coffee with captain that has been here religiously day after
day for a couple of years the ape whale ape merch again over the past what 400 days just every day
just tapping into the community seeing what's going on like these these guys care if you guys have
questions you guys can ask you guys can follow everybody up on the stage don't be afraid to ask

through some sort of midlife crisis or if i uh i just hit the lottery one of the two damn we need
to get you in the swamp gaming house out in texas they literally got the hat that's why i said in
texas because i'm thinking about swamp gaming they already got the house ready we just need to get you
up in there they're they're ready to house abes over there in the texas swamp we do have another
proposal that i want to come to here we got seriously we were expecting him to come during
this part of the show and thank you for being here and being so patient with us during this round
of interviews seriously with the resubmission seriously a recent yeah i mean we're at like
50 45 approval rate for resubmission so if you guys have put a proposal up before and you're
thinking maybe i could do it again should i do it again resubmissions new ideas they do well here
seriously what's up how we doing awesome here i'm fine thanks how are you i'm great um i mean it's
it's the middle of the day here for me just about two o'clock well i i'm seeing good things in other
channels it looks like things are going as planned so i'm expecting that we'll have some more exciting
announcements today before we all head to bed i know we're getting close for cap though i know we've
only got about an hour or two but yeah i'm i'm excited you know i've got my my og ape
facing a my frontal ape so i'd love to see you guys with the resubmission thanks man really
appreciate it yeah it has been not too long ago right me being on the space i think two three weeks
ago um of course we would have loved to celebrate the success of the aip but i think uh the feedback
from the community we got was um was was right so definitely um community wanted to see us on ape chain
and um we had a timing issue when we first proposed our aip um we still calculated on very high gas fees
on the eath mainnet and and in the meantime ape chain evolved and now we're happy that we um yeah could
convince our death to migrate to a chain and that uh even saved us tremendous amounts of money or the
the dow in the end so um in the end a win-win for everyone and we hope that this will be recognized by
the ones that voted against the last time because there was a lot of um community uh consensus that
we should migrate on a chain they then they would vote uh with yes so we hope that this will become
true now and that it will be successful this time i mean just again looking at the snapshot looking in
real time you got you got the megacode delegation they came out firmly in favor and with the comment
they said you heard the feedback you made the adjustments we like it we're in favor so i mean
if you got you got one you at least got one one big one one delegation's worth of of community
members that flipped over there and we didn't maybe give you the the proper introduction here and we
are again coming up to the top of the second hour we'll close it up here in about 30 40 minutes as we
get to the end of the ape facing ape submission so if you wouldn't mind you're not in any sort of rush
would you mind just uh maybe for anybody who didn't see the previous proposal just an introduction
for yourself but look at what you're proposing here with aip 482 and if you want to touch on those
updates that you made in the resubmission that would be great awesome of course so thanks yes uh
seriously is is my name i'm a long-term og ape holder since like a few days after mint i bought this
beautiful orange background ape um and yeah i've teamed up with two two guys um from from
also we are all from europe here so uh different time zone for us it's almost uh late in the night
um teamed up um with grad wanderer who's our illustrator he's one of the greatest uh he knows how to
really get the magic on the paper or on the screen uh when he touches anything so uh happy to to have
teamed and to found him and then teamed up and built this beautiful project which basically is is meant to
bring a different perspective to apes so we really believe that um ape ip and everything around apes
is it's not so basically the visual identity and the brand recognition it's not only the pfp but it's
much more and it contains 3d apes it means different types to play around with apes and of course one
very important perspective is the front facing perspective which we with a facing apes are
delivering which um yeah gives holders the chance to utilize their ip way better um for certain uh for
certain uh things if they want to put it on products if you want to put it on billboards uh our a facing
apes are high res so they're meant to be put on billboards and all kinds of um brand activities
uh are really easier if you have different ways to play around with your ape different perspectives
to look at it um and this is why we we built this project initially and that's how you got your front
facing ape initially it was a yeah one of one uh grad wanderer painting uh those things for people in the
the ayc discord and um we put a proper contract um below that as a basement and put some nice
features in like it's it's an eight bound token and this will also be an eight bound token on ape chain
so it's really bound to the ape that it belongs to and if the ape is sold then the uh facing ape can
be transferred with it so it's really something that doesn't inflate the whole uh environment it's really
an extension of the current eight and that was very important for us to be um yeah be be there for
the community and be taking all those things into consideration and not just inflate and um just just
throw out a new derivative that ends up in a wallet and gets forgotten but really make it part of the
the whole byc um experience and with that we also believe strongly in user generated content and also
want to see those apes on on the timeline on the billboards and stuff and we believe that user
generated content is the way to get there and so people who who generate means who do um stuff that is
culturally relevant with the apes and we support that with our editor which is like comparable to
nifty taylor board closet and you can dress up your ape and due to the fact that we have redrawn all those
traits all these individual traits from all apes we have like endless opportunities and really deliver
high quality assets means we also um committed to create those assets for mba projects and for um
ape communities like dubai ape club and all those ape clubs that exist there out there so we
with our aip we committed to um at least create 100 over 100 assets during a lifetime lifetime of
the project of at least three years and then mba projects eight communities have the chance to
to apply for um individual assets in our discord we have a ticket system there so really um yeah be
there for the community and support those ideas we have already some projects some brands that use their
ape from uh our perspective from the front so gary who's a very famous ape uses his ape for his
solar company uh mindfully board is a doctor from germany who uses his ape to for his brand uh his front
facing ape with all his brand material this whole ip is built around his ape and his front facing ape we
have a risky uh special edition from claude another uh famous og or uh ape uh who used his front uh facing
ape as a as a cover or as a uh as a logo for his whiskey and and all those brands we love we love that we
we support that and we are there for the community and um now we need the community to support us
for a while with this aip and if this gets successful there's a lot of more fun stuff in the pipeline
yeah i appreciate it and i'm again i'm glad to see you guys did come through the resubmission process
and a couple of fun things sort of about the proposal i mean it's like it's like a membership
you guys created the these the eight bound tokenomics and maybe we could touch on that a little bit and
how it you know different it might be able to work with different projects that are coming to ape chain
but you talk about visual identity and sort of building the brand and i i don't know i'm sure everybody
appreciates when when they get the art and they get the derivatives like recently we had chris wall
doing the the ape coin blue backgrounds and sort of the the updates and upgrades for for the apes and
i think uh there's like a penguin from the community that that took over and is helping to do more of the
now yeah it's like it's fun to to get them and it's fun to post them but depending on on who's getting
those things or who's receiving those things right like it is a part of like a portfolio that you're
creating it is a part of the brand that you're creating when you post those things it is a part of the
identity that you're creating and it's the same thing when you come up here and you talk on any
of these stages you're building your brand you're building your identity and just real quick one of
the cool things we brought it up before but i want to bring it up again since you're back again you guys
do have again the collaboration with the board of yacht clubs so you will have uh integration there on
their website from the ape facing apes and i don't know if you wanted to maybe just talk a little
bit about how the collaboration there sort of came about and maybe what you're thinking about for
those eight bound tokenomics as uh we're we're looking at you guys coming on to the ape chain
yeah happy to so yeah that's true i almost forgot you got committed to um put us um on the official
bayc profile pages so when this aip is successful every ape will be having one-stop shop at the you at the
uh bayc profile page where they can access uh currently the the 3d version of the apes and
the high-res version of the original ape but in future they will also be having access to our
a facing ape plus um the link uh to the editor which is um the tool to dress up your ape and with your
community assets or with other individual assets that we created gradvanderer is is
always creating new stuff so he just during this space he posted two new assets in our team discord
which are quite amazing and have something to do with an upcoming sports event not to tease too much
um so that's that's something and i don't know if you have seen you guys or the bayc profile page
recently they integrated links to um board a not board and i think as well nifty taylor so that would be
something um where our a facing apes editor would be in good company and then of course you would have
the high-res version of your ape as well there so that's um one thing and then people always ask yeah
but why does it have to be an nft then if if they um put it on on their profile page and we strongly
believe in decentralization and and the whole blockchain ethers so that's why we also want to
make it available uh without any front face front end interface so when any front face the front end
the server will be down or anything you still can access uh our version through the blockchain it's
all on ipfs and um yeah as i said as an nft and the great thing with apechain is that we have now the
opportunity to put it on a l3 um and really save on those gas fees and still have it eight bound so
there's a we talked to some developers already that are in the process of creating um or mirroring the
the bayc ownership onto ape chain which is crucial for us because we want to be um delivering the eight
bound front functionality on a chain as well so we need some technical uh tweaks there but they are
currently built and we talked to those developers and they uh we together came to the conclusion that
we will be able to to bring the whole functionality onto a chain as well that means that um if an ape
holder claims his front facing ape or a facing ape then sells his bayc uh the new owner of the need of
the bayc is able to claim with just a transaction which then is basically free on a chain because
gas is very cheap uh can basically claim for free his uh a facing apes version and it will
fly into the new ape holding wallet so it's always bound to the wallet where the original bayc is in
and that's uh all about uh ape bound and call to a proclaim call to a that's the function what's
called i appreciate that it's a really concise overview and it makes a lot of sense to me because
i'm somebody that has over 200 and i haven't even updated recently but i've got i've got probably at
this point over 300 but i know i have over 200 what are ultimately like derivatives of my ape in different
styles from from sarah to the stuff that we've got from chris wall to different artists i've
commissioned that i've seen across the community and i mean my ape isn't going anywhere but i can
imagine it would be cool if i like if i bought another ape and that person had a similar folder
like i know i have with a couple hundred or you know maybe scattered in their pictures you know 50 10
five cool images that they've you know in in some way got that somebody was inspired to create for
them or that they that they had access to through through something that maybe wasn't as public as
as like the the nifty taylor and the the board ape not bought that would be awesome right and that not
just for apes like i think there there's like there's something there's there's really something
interesting there if it doesn't exist in a in a sort of a bigger way for all of these artists who are
looking for sort of you know their way to you know build value and create value in this ecosystem aside
from just hey let me you know put put another nft out there and run an auction yeah we want to
support artists and people are fine to do those things but there are also a lot of artists that
are out here religiously just creating cool works of art for us that maybe do just end up in in those
folders and and really don't have that that sort of that protocol to support what you guys have built
here so yeah i mean i i guess the question there coming out of that would be are you considering
maybe that this might be something that's available to other communities or are you really thinking
that you want to focus on eight bound tokenomics uh yeah good question um so basically um why did we
do all that i mean we could have easily have have had it as a as an another derivative but we really
believe in in the ip of uh for the yacht club and that means um we believe in all those communities and
all those people who build brands around their ip and we really think that people also underestimate
the power that is being generated there all every day all day long um because there is a decentralized
brand building happening as we speak and in order to make it accessible for everyone we wanted to make
it um possible that if you want to build something and you want to be uh a building around your front
facing ape then you should always be able to and um if your previous owner might have claimed already
his a facing ape and you would like to have it then you you really need to yeah it's really cumbersome
and that's why we initially created this process and um another thing is and and that answers maybe your
second question um we also got inspired by other communities so if you look at cool cats if you look at
deadfellas and stuff like that and stuff like they brought out those um other perspectives they brought
out those editors and and for their communities so that's something the brand itself built for the
communities um here the thing with you guys they more um like to support their own uh people their own
holders to monetize but also to create something for the communities so they went a different route
and that's where we got inspired and and that's why we focus on on bayc and keep on focusing on
bayc for now because there's a lot of yeah there's a lot of more more stuff to build if you if you um
ask anybody or show anybody the the eight facing its first question is when mutants so of course um after
this aip passes a tremendous amount of work will go into the mutants and um i think this is what the
community also expects from us to someone deliver those ones which are insane to be honest those are
insane from the current perspective and then even more insane from from the front-facing perspective so
it will require a lot of work and a lot of capacity and a lot of money also because we cannot do that on
our own but yeah rest assured if this is now successful then uh one of the next steps will
be the mutants yeah i saw you guys posted one of them earlier today it looked like it might have been
dims mutant or maybe i'm mistaking it with another mutant out there but they look good they look sharp
they're high res i don't know what you can go ahead go ahead yeah no it's it's it's the it's the way
to walk towards towards towards this uh frank in bombay so it's it's like the jacket of of this mutant
mixed with another mutant um but yeah uh grad wonder is but one one of his projects right now is to
create frank in bombay from the front and yeah he is a perfectionist so that's why everything takes too
not too long but it takes long but this is then really high quality and really really perfect so
that's one of our goals and we want to be the brand that is recognized for high quality front-facing
assets yeah that's what i'm talking about building your brain with these with these assets dim is
is definitely an example of that i definitely recognize that mutant as soon as you guys posted it up and
i was just gonna say i feel like when i when i'm thinking about my folders now i'm imagining also
just sort of thinking back to to games that i've played in the past and it's almost like
like a backpack right it's almost like your little bag of items because it could be more than than just
the images i'm looking at the audience and i'm thinking of things that other people are creating and
it's it's not just the images that i have in the folder right like there's there's maybe like i have
a snapshot filter as well there's maybe different metaverse assets that might come up that are
attached to the character it's like this was sort of one of the things that got me interested in
cryptocurrency originally and maybe it's kept me sort of around for so long is this hope that we
still haven't got to but this hope that you know that the gaming will in some way benefit from what's
being built here and maybe at one time i'll be able to log into like a call of duty or like a fifa or
something and damn it's 2004 and then it's 2005 and you know damn my my bag goes with me and i
don't you know i don't necessarily have to to buy the the snoop dog skin twice i don't have to to buy
the dance you know twice i don't have to buy the same thing twice but there's this like bag that sort
of follows me i don't know if they want us to get there they probably don't want us to get there but
it's it's possible i mean it's it's possible and we're we're getting some elements of that i think
and this that you built here is is maybe just a a glimpse at what that could look like if if your
different assets would would follow would follow you around or your your different yeah totally i mean
they're hugely talented uh projects building stuff like that in the background and not not too visible
in our space but if you look at um universal profiles and stuff like that those are i mean
part of the ethereum founding team harvey and for which dollar and stuff those guys are really cooking
stuff and and we admire those uh really um with what we do is like only a small fraction of it what
they do they are doing and i think we are going there so your your dream will come true and we will
all uh be part of witness it i am 100 sure for now we do what we can do and that's uh within the ape
economy and within the ape universe and our our goal is really to get the faces of the apes out there
as much as possible and um be it user generated content means we are also um integrating our
uh a facing apes into three look dot io i don't know if you know that uh site that's really an awesome
way to generate memes on the fly so it's really one of the best web interfaces and make it
so easy to have your nfts integrated into memes and into gifts and stuff like that so that's something
where we also if that aip passes support the meme user generated means um and and all that stuff so
really we all need to work on getting as many apes out there as possible and as i said we underestimate
the power that we have at hand because um another thing is that we want to create is
uh photo booth assets um for ape fest um where i am in contact with the chinese manufacturer and
when i sent them our designs and our assets so just the trades right you sent them the cowboy head and the
um i don't know crazy eyes and stuff like that the multi-grim um and they were
were feedbacking us and saying wow those things are really great and the designs are awesome and you
guys must be famous or your designs must be famous so they have never even heard of board
of yacht club before and they just freak out when they see our designs the random chinese manufacturer of
photo booth accessories so the power that the brand itself has is um i think in our um small universe
is quite underestimated and we we need to build it and we need to be public and vocal about it and we
try to help a little bit with our project to do that oh sorry but no i mean yeah that's that's what i
was thinking about there is uh as i was given the overview the term assets it just it doesn't even
like properly describe all the things that are that are being created in our community i mean i guess
it's a fine term but it just it doesn't really capture everything that that's being built but
one of the again one of the things that you mentioned here i want to come back to the one
of the things that you just touched on was that activation at ape fest and it sounds like the ape
coin dow and thank you which has sort of been i mean it's directly been funded by the point dial is
like a a big part of the community here in the ape coin dow it sounds like there's going to be a lot of
support around ape fest and sort of different activations so you said a photo booth and that
you had some different things being manufactured did you have any plans to do this beyond just ape
fest or are you thinking like one big blowout sort of thing at ape fest what's what you're thinking with
that yeah good question so um ape fest is a bit of a pilot and a life study so if people like it which
which we believe um truly believe then why not um publish them for the broader audiences first maybe
on other light events but then why not um have them i mean why not make every party an ape fest right
so why why should we not produce those um if people like them why should we not produce them and distribute
them on amazon and circle back certain um funds to the acorn dow in the end i don't know this is really uh
nothing that is planned but this is nothing that is uh out of scope so um it really depends on on on
how people resonate with it and how people um how people like it but definitely i mean
the first feedback is great quality is insane from those uh first samples that we got and um
i think yeah why not make your next wedding an ape fest
or your only wedding better not your next really yeah i don't think we've i don't think we've seen
seen the wedding yet maybe maybe we can avoid maybe we should avoid that one i don't know maybe maybe
maybe like the 10 year ape anniversary if we if we have like a big a fest for our tenure then
maybe maybe we can get away with it adventure saved i want to turn it over to you real quick
well not real quick i mean we've got plenty of time we got you know another 15 20 minutes here until
the top of the hour and if we need to go beyond that happy to do that as well if you guys are listening

covered already that you did want to jump in with you um yeah i you mentioned that editor and maybe you
could uh mention some of the things that people could do with this editor yeah sure so basically you
um you go on the editor you type in your ape id and you can select different styles you can
exchange you know the eyes you can exchange the heads you can um basically have your naked ape
displayed all all of course from from the frontal front facing perspective you can have and that's what
our offering to mba brands and to communities is you can have your community assets so for example for
the dubai apes we did a specific um dubaiian ape um asset that every and that you can also limit it to
only dubai ape holders so that you can have the ids of the apes and only the dubai ape
um holders can or members can dress up their ape accordingly and for mba brands we have um yeah
different different designs where um you can make your ape hold the bottle of of your whiskey or you
can have a hoodie of cinch for example the the brand of dim we have a cinch hoodie um that you can dress up your
ape and you can do everything with your ape you can generate a sticker mo stick the sticker view like
only the face um without any background so that you can put it on a sticker and you have just the
front facing ape without anything just the face and they look great on stickers i just ordered uh 100
very high quality vinyl ape stickers for ape pests so if you see them you will you know who it was um
yeah all those kind of things and you can really download the high-res versions there so if you need
to put them on a billboard you can you can do that awesome um so what um strategies do you have for
like marketing this to you know ensure that like the bayc community takes advantage of this and um you
know i i guess gets their their image or nft so um we are basically uh classic for us is x so the best
marketing happens when users generate uh their own content on uh on our editor and post it and then the
the timeline is and i'm really happy every day when i see those front facing apes uh timeline is full
full of them fortunately people like them people post them people um use like current topics that we
integrate as new assets they use them and we have apes that post every day with their
front-facing picture and we really appreciate those members of the community um supporting us but also we
we think it's it's beneficial for everyone it's also beneficial and i want to point that out for
the whole apecoin ecosystem and for everything related to ape chain apes whatever because that's
initially then uh creating band brand recognition and creating brand recognition is creating trust and
trust is the thing that glues everything together so if we have trust in in the apes trust in the brand
trust in and everything around ape chain then we will attract more people to ape chain we will have
people use it in games that are connected to ape chain we will have people use it on um merge everywhere
so and this is beneficial for every everything related to a coin and the whole universe so that's
really important because now people might see and that those comments we also get that
it's only beneficial for ape holders and of course in the in like initially it might be look looking
true because the long-term value is not so easily recognizable but um we strongly believe that this is
a long-term play and everyone in the a coin ecosystem will benefit from those things
that was actually my next question um kind of a follow-up to that is there a point branding on your site
um like was like where how is the ape coin um you know integrated into this yeah we have two or three
assets um where um the apes hold ape coins um so people use them if they if they are using it to treat
about a coin related stuff um we can think of many more uh things and our apes currently it's a mint so
it's a running project right now and on each main net um and it was mintable in ape coin as well so
with 69 ape coin you could um purchase your front facing version or your a facing a person so um this
is how we integrated a coin so far but we are always open for new ideas and everything around that um for
eight fast one of the photo booth accessories is also um a hand holding ape coin of course
this belongs to the whole ape universe
we believe
all right thank you um one last question so what uh potential challenges do you see in executing this
project and how do you plan to mitigate them yeah so potential uh challenges um of course
we would like to see all these ideas to get to life so potential challenge would be if we do not
if the ap doesn't pass so then we have to really think of a plan b to um which may maybe a really
low effort get the highest output still but um the project will not die of course but it will not
have the same capabilities as as with the aip passing and just a practical thing even if we pass
as time is running um for the photo booth assets so we need to produce them as i said in china so
at least this even the um shipping takes a couple of weeks so it's a tight schedule but we could also
mitigate that with air freight will of course be a little bit more expensive for us but um yeah goal
number one is to have those assets available on at ape fest and list them so um all these challenges
can be mitigated and will be mitigated but of course would be great to have um green light on august
1st and and say okay now we can go in all in awesome thank you so much and thank you so much for being

that's my that's best yeah that is definitely my cue i'm just looking at our stage and it looks like
we've we've pushed all the way into that that other time zone we're in uh what are we at we're

friend we got puke rainbow up here we've been hosting content together with apecoms and the puke
cast network the puke cast team for it's almost been a year now it's crazy how fast time flies
since the last ape fest happy to see you coming up with new ideas new initiatives and we are still
just uh wrapping up on our on our our last set of proposals here but we definitely want to hear from
puke cast and we are still planning if you guys didn't hear at the beginning of the stage we are
still planning to set up another stage over the next coming weeks so that we're not catching puke
at the worst o'clock and we've also got the ape hotel that we want to talk about and a new language
platform that's been submitted for the community lots of big proposals up this week but seriously
before we move on not actually seriously but our friend here seriously before we move on was there
anything that we didn't cover that you wanted to let anybody know let everybody know about before we
do move forward um just yeah as i said really support uh is needed uh we really count on you uh
appreciate all of your votes positive or negative with feedback um and yeah let's let's get this to
life because this one is really uh at our hearts and we get so much really valuable feedback from the

about it i just know there are other protocols out there there's other teams that that i've tried to
like onboard into this ecosystem like derivative is one and so like they create they've created a
platform that allows artists to come in as whatever the creative if they want to if they want to do
something in 3d if they want to do something in 2d if they want to do something in their their certain
color palette or style whatever they they get put up on this list with derivative is sort of like
available for commission work and then us as like community members we can go to that list and interact
with the derivative platform to to engage the artist and so it gives the the person who's reaching
out sort of a sense of security that their money's not just going to vanish into the ether of twitter
and dms and it also gives the artist a sense of security that their time is going to be valued and that
their you know their their time is going to be valued so there there's some there's a missing link
there right like they're creating all this are they're creating value on both sides people are
spending money these things are being created and then if we have sort of a way that all of these
things could be following you know tokens around as it's related i don't know there's something there
there's there's all these platforms that create um nfts sort of simply and on different different chains
things maybe there's like an option that the you know makes the token eight bound or soul bound or you
know man we need to my dms are always open for you so give me a give me a give me your brainstorm and
and then or let's brainstorm together at least latest on eight test
a hundred percent yeah well i'm i'm definitely coming for more art so you got you got me i'm coming

how you doing today yo yo yo g um i put my alarm at 5 30 in the morning lost finally i feel i know
what it feels like to wake up at 5 a.m and attend space you've been doing it for us for like the past
one year and now it's my turn i was like all right okay now now i get it that's why i can't give you
shit anymore when you just hop on the stage the brain is still like you know defogging i would say
just trying to like you know make sense of it and when i come on to spaces just listening to you space
like yeah definitely there's a difference when you were on our spaces you seems a little bit more
quiet and here you're just like going out whacking people uh it's a different loss guys so uh if you

slow here he's like faster but uh besides the banter guys you know gm i think finally this is asia time
to say gm to you guys a little bit about myself you know i started doing twitter spaces um two years ago
fast forward one year um being accepted into rug radio network right now helping rug radio and
also decrypt expanding their whole operations in asia mainly seven different countries you know
doing bilingual twitter spaces community events helping brands going over to the asia countries
especially focusing in like you know thailand vietnam indonesia philippines china uh places that you
know has i would say that english is not really the first language uh so my job is mainly you know
bridging all of this i would say you know information knowledge into different multiple language so that
the local countries is able to you know absorb all of this information so quickly just a little bit
background like why we started this whole aip idea is because last year we've been helping williams and
kraken so similar deal whereby you know kraken is one of the biggest sponsor for williams kraken
approach rug radio and say hey you know we we spending all of this money we need more i would say more
push more web3 people talking about it uh it's not just you know for the web2 audience to see what
kraken is all about but we want to create as much noise as possible so we did that whole activation with
them they love it they renew it for this year and i'm just thinking hey you know when we me lost and
soli three of us you know um started thinking hey since this whole alpine activation you know just got
approved what can we do based on our past knowledge to push up you know as much noise as possible for
this so there is where the web3gp idea came about um every single week doing f1 spaces um you know
one hour two hours before the race doing analytics the whole idea is to create this f1 community
that is not just you know based off alpine and apecoin but you know gathering so a little bit
background solid is not here but solid is i would say the project lead for motoverse which is one of
like the biggest motorsport activation in web3 so me him and and lost we partner up together and say
hey you know let's create web3gp whereby we could channel all of the people that loves f1 motorsports
and everything into this whole community and later on having them slowly go into the apecoin
ecosystem um via online activity spaces and also in real life events so we'll be hosting i would say
five different events right now next week it will be in malaysia two different events about 250 people
sign up and then following week we will be in taipei as well doing a lot of like you know motorsports
um activation and stuff so happy to have more questions if it's uh if i didn't explain properly what
it's all about um feel free to you know ask more questions man
oh groggy groggy foggy puke i don't even want to think about that that why do you have to be puke
because it's like i mean it's just colorful we were just talking about like imagery and brand building and
the puke brand is is so interesting i mean i've never even asked i just kind of rolled with it right
like sometimes your friend like wears that hat or he has that hairstyle and he's like it's your friend
you don't say it's just like that's that's the homie and that you know that's who they are but like
how did this come about how how did puke cast become puke cast how did puke rainbow come about where
i'm going back all the way to to childhood for for anybody that has anything to do with comms because
personality does matter when we're sort of up here and acting as ambassadors in the community so
i mean let us know what what how did you get there what are you we're puking all over everybody for
i mean what's going on there so honestly it's not a cool story uh basically the the way that i got
on boarded in web3 is a friend a close friend of mine that right now left the space but uh technically
he gave me a white list to meet a doodles so during that time i think it's like you know in malaysia
itself everybody's talking about hey you know bob it price becoming this crazy high this is your time
to entry and so i was just saw you seeing my friends posting instagram stories about bought apes
and i was like hey you know what what is this all about uh how can i join it and then you know he
just gave me a white list it's like all right you go and study on how to get onboarded but you buy this
you won't regret so during that time minted the doodles and then just realized that hey i need to
have a twitter account um for doodles you know they have this thread called the rainbow puking
which is i crop crop it and put in my mouth as well and that's how you know i came out with the name
bro nothing special man all right all right well that's that's fair we'll we'll take it i might have
to clip something there i might come back with the clip i haven't i haven't taken full advantage of the
soundboard but i might that this might be my first time uh circling back with you well because i'm
groggy too you know since i'm so foggy i might just let the soundboard do the talking when i come next
time but i appreciate you putting so much time and effort into i mean every week the the graphics and
again the time to set up the stage and reaching out to authors and sort of helping to expand the
ecosystem into another existing user base but maybe one that's been less addressed for our time doing
doing stages adventure safe and i and ssp before when he was regularly up here hosting stages he's
still around don't worry if you guys are wondering where's all grumpy he's still grumping around don't
you worry about it but one of the biggest points of feedback that we got was you know how do we
address the the other time zones how do we address the age audience how do we just the audience in
europe and obviously we do these stages at noon and have been doing these stages for noon for a couple
of years now at this point but talk again just kind of transparency and alignment with people
which is it's it's great that you guys happen to come up here at the same week but
huk you kind of introducing us and being able to introduce us to that different time zone it's it's
fine i'm happy to wake up at whatever 5 30 6 30 o'clock it's kind of what we got to do right if i have
to do that if some of us have to do that on this side whatever once a week a couple times a month
this it's almost like a like an obligation that we have if we're if we're going to be out here in
these chats and whatever in these these events and we're talking about being inclusive and the
community like we can't just expect you know that you guys are going to be here with us at noon
at our time all the time like we're coming up on caps bedtime right now right so we're we're
respectful of people in the states and we're respectful of people across the the ocean and across borders
and it's tough it is extremely difficult to sort of coordinate teams across borders across time
zones and then to create content and and run a show for people that make sense and it comes off as fun
and informative and educational and all those things the the your show and cap show and hopefully the
the show is for some people as well so thanks for for all the time that you put in and adventure
say i'm gonna throw this one right over to you because i'm in there so i think it's fair that you
get first go with this one all righty then um i i guess um i i guess one of my questions like you
you know a lot of people in f1 aren't you know i just don't know about the web 3 space like so how
do you plan to engage and educate those users um and you know teach them and you know it's a little
complicated and overwhelming for some people so how will you make that process like kind of simple for
them yeah i think um there's there's two parts to this right so just talking about our offline event
um because i so happen to represent you know rock radio and decrypt as well and obviously pukas you know
usually our brand or even our team get sponsored to go to most of the events to help like the main
i would say the main um conference to do activation so our idea really is every time that we are able
to travel like for example right now would be um i would say five events uh back to back until token
2049 so every time when we are there we will do a side event and outside events a little bit different
right it's it's not you know your regular going over to a bar networking and stuff but it is um
booking out like a sim simulator or sim racing center so the one in malaysia has about like 16 weeks the
one in taipei next has about 10 weeks uh the whole idea is whereby you know we can really do i would say
um not not to come together as like general web 3 people but to have like the split of people who
just love the sport right so for example you know 60 60 to 70 percent of the applicants or people that
we invite people that comes are really just purely based on web 3 and then the next 40 30 to 40 percent
of the people are actually from the center itself so the whole idea is to you know have a mixture of people
whereby web 3 isn't just the main topic but motorsport as the first and then web 3 as the second
and during these two i would say activations what we do is there's a lot of partnership
um together with alpine web 3 as well as you know they are really active so they have you know activation
with icon racing they have activation with race you know so our idea is to put up all of these you know
different games that they could uh experience and then you know create account join the game that's
how they get onboarded into web 3 uh via you know the love of sport and then playing the game so i think
like for us that would be the easiest way because i see for example you know actually infinity how they
onboarded especially you know malaysians philippines it's all throughout you know a simple click of a
button create a wallet play the game that's how they got onboarded to web 3 so that's the same you
know way that we will be doing that is on the offline activation site for the online activation you know
right now seven weeks doing twitter spaces uh we have gathered about you know 250 people in our telegram
chat and majority of the people aren't even you know apecoin holders so the whole idea is to have you know
a site have a fantasy that people could join in um you know on the main website so it would be you
know visible if you guys know fantasy you know when you when you join the official f1 fantasy you could
see like all of the different activation different price pool and stuff so the idea is that you know we
will have a certain price pool that people could join from that site you know and then leading on to
twitter from twitter you know talking to us like every time when there's a chat you know like you know
a thousand two thousand message going on people bashing talking about f1 and you know going over to
spaces joining it joining the conversation so it's it's two two different methods i would say uh and
obviously obviously you know everything that we do we put in with the apecoin alpine branding um that
that that is where we will onboard people awesome um so uh what kpis will you use to measure the
success of this initiative and how will you report on the metrics yeah so the the kpi would be more
towards like you know how many new users coming into the ecosystem how many people are actively
participating uh for example the in real life event the the fantasy and also people that
you know um going into so one one thing that we do is uh we track based on how many people are
joining in on the telegram chat that is one the second one is we are working with a uh partner that
is doing questing system so to track you know how active they are in terms of you know um talking in
terms of joining the spaces so those are the metrics that we'll be we'll be doing we'll be using yeah
awesome okay um so i guess like um could you elaborate like you you spoke a little bit about
decrypt and motiverse um and you also mentioned rub radio can you kind of elaborate like on how
they um you know are involved in this and you know what they will be doing um as a part of this
yeah so the the whole idea is um whatever that we talked about just now is more towards like what
we're gonna do but the general concept of why we want that three gp is to get coverage on what's
happening live between apecoin and alpine to create content right so like why soli comes into picture is
because soli is a former f3 driver um during his f3 career he raised with i would say 70 of the
people that is currently in the f1 grid so he knows most of the people and the idea is really to provide
a background you know um background content on what's happening on the ground you know with his
access we'll be able to get media passes to go into the f1 pit to interview different drivers you know
shoot different types of content ring cup is all you know buddies and stuff like that to do content so
our whole idea yes um we will be doing you know i would say monthly events all around the world we will
be doing fantasy we'll be doing spaces that is on the front end but the back end what we really want
to do is to emphasize on what is happening on the partnership so you know he he's right now working
together with some of the partners to bring us into token to a four nine planning some of the shoots
um wanting to do street interviews and stuff like that so it's more towards like you know
emphasizing on what's what's happening creating like that background content something that we previously
do for williams awesome um so what is your like marketing plan for this like how how will you get
people involved in this and knowledgeable about it yeah um i would say it's more towards like
podcasting interview reviews vlogs and all of this content will be pushed out in rock radio and decrypt
so uh like i mentioned before in terms of asia expansion i'm the guy um and so like you know
whatever is happening for example token 2049 happens in singapore so i'm the one that say hey you know
run this story on decrypt um or even you know let's let's cover this on rock radio so the the
whole dynamic between rock radio and decrypt is you know decrypt handles the written content and rock
radio handles the audio content and so i i have the opportunity to kind of like decide where we go with
the branding and the support so the both brands will come in as just media outlets on twitter to push
out you know getting different views getting different audience but essentially what we want
to do is you know having all of you know anything that's happening like right now the only i would
say the only activation that i saw that is really involving the apecoin ecosystem is that people get
to have free tickets and go and watch the f1 or maybe they have this experience in belgium that that
you know that any apecoin holder can go and participate and join that's it that ends there so what we
want to do is to provide insights you know of like hey you know the two drivers who are the drivers
um can we actually go and have a 30 minutes one hour interview with them knowing you know what is
it getting people more involved in the f1 sports and uh through f uh web3gp i believe because we have
converted you know so i would say a lot of people that doesn't watch f1 to watch f1 right now in the
community okay so um what sorry oh i i had my last question but uh it was just uh what risks or
challenges do you foresee and how do you plan to mitigate them sorry could you repeat one more time
sure um what potential risks or challenges do you foresee and how do you plan to mitigate them how
like you know make sure that they don't happen yeah i think for us right now honestly the business
is already running by itself like the whole process of aip even if it gets you know approved by the time
you get the funding we have already run like three events so we got you know um some of the sponsors
from you know tank ape from motives from racino from other people and even the podcast is already
being sponsored so i think like in terms definitely in terms of the the only thing i see is like if the
aip did did not get approved it's gonna be a slow build because it's just like you know um whether or
not can we pay to get the media passes will the f1 fantasy be attractive because there's no cash
prices so it's going to be a hassle in terms of like you know how we're gonna grow it faster but
with the aip approve approval and the funding then it's very easy because we can really plan out all
right token 2049 um you know what are the some of the events that people are doing for example hazel
is doing something how can we plug ourselves in there but if it's without the funding the only
risk is like all right maybe uh we really need to be there maybe three weeks in uh before token 2049
to actually figure out whether or not we could do something uh and stuff like that so yeah i think
it's the the risk is more towards like how fast can we build this initiative so far seven i mean seven
vic's uh it seems good you know even 300 people sign up for both malaysia and taipei 200 people you
know numbers are good think things are coming so i think like you know with that funding coming in
definitely we can plan more stuff ahead more activation ahead

i want to hear a little bit more about sully since he's not here since we talked about him maybe puke if
you could just shine a light on on on sully just a little bit and again i know he's he's not here so
we don't have to speak too much for him but i've been working with him for a while so maybe if you could
tell us a little bit about some of the things he's already unlocked for the community with the the
motorverse and just sort of his his position there with this motorverse company yep yep so sully he's
he's basically three years in uh with any mocha brands like i said previously he's a f3 driver
um you know and then up fast forward right now he's leading i would say motorverse um under their
belt itself i know i'll undersell him but like the whole reason why he was in any mocha brands because
the f1 ip initially was belongs to motorverse right if you guys are f1 fan you know that this game
called f1 delta time which is really hype is owned by motorverse because they have the ip
but then after one and a half year f1 decided to take it back and the whole games got shut down so
in motorverse itself um they they own several ip one of it is moto gp whereby they have like three to
four different types of products um you know partnering up with moto gp providing people with the experience
you know if you are a token holder or the nft holder you can have your name on the on the motorbike
when it's racing so a lot of like different you know fine packages that they have been doing since
it's not here i'm just gonna you know spill the bins don't don't tell him that i said this but like
i think in two weeks time they're gonna announce you know partnership with lambo as well
uh where the first two will be wet lambo so in terms of like really motor sport web 3 any mocha brand
decided to build this whole motorverse and he's the face of it because of his back experience so like
in terms of building the hype in terms of having a lot of like different event activation he's he's
like the main guy and even i think like one week ago or a few days ago um mochaverse you know
announced that they have a new game as well called cosping royale which is a racing game
in partnership with motorverse so like there's a lot of like different racing stuff opportunity that
will come from motorverse and i see web3gp being the bridge i'll say hey you know right now because
soli is in web3gp web3gp is powering this whole activation we can actually bring tons of value coming
from motorverse into this you know motorsports ecosystem supporting apecoin alpine activation
yeah i love it i appreciate the the overview for us here and i'm just i'm looking through it again
and just one of the things people kind of do is scroll straight to the bottom right like how much does it
cost and so the the ask is 165k but when i'm looking through here the majority of this is going
to this prize pool i have no shot at all of winning any sort of a fantasy league at all whether
it's football or baseball and especially not racing but maybe you and i think a lot of people in the
community do have a little bit more experience or might be better players in this whole fantasy
league game and i think it's really actually pretty aligned with this uh the skill-based wagering
narrative that's coming around this whole degen meme chain meme coin uh atmosphere that's coming to
ape chain but can you give me a little bit of insight just to maybe explain a little bit about what you're
thinking for for this fantasy league and the the structuring for for these rewards and maybe what
people might be thinking about for how they can participate because it sounds like this is going to happen
you know whether this proposal is approved or not yeah yeah so actually right now um next week which
is uh next sunday is the i would say the last race before summer break so it will be in spa if you guys
are in malaysia do come we are hosting like i would say we we book out the whole sports bar getting
people to watch together so it's going to be awesome but right after spa is going to be a three weeks break
and then we have 10 more races to go so as you know fantasy usually people join early of the year
um and then you you have time to like set up your team and then come over um you can't really start
halfway because like if you come in late then obviously you will never win because your points
are you know lesser than other people right unless you really suck like loss but um in in so after next
week is going to be a three weeks break before we continue the rest of the season so during these
three weeks we will be we will have a questing platform that obviously we want to use you know
the infrastructure on telegram uh a little bit on tan so that you know they can have like all of these
different types of questing follow profiles um joining the fantasy league all a lot of questing is going to
happen so um during that this three three weeks period we are going to onboard as many people as
possible using like different types of tap games and stuff like that to join the fantasy so the whole
prize pool is going to be 50k obviously not the main person is going to walk away with it right
but we break down so it's going to be you know people for example you're coming over to the malaysia
event we will have sim racing with time attack and the time attack we will have you know a certain
prize pool whereby you know the first three winner can win a little bit of about something so 50k really
is all the you know different country activation that we go um you know if you if you participate
joint through the time attack qualify to the finals win something you get something and then the
remaining of the prize will be you know after the whole race end of the year which is you know
december then we will you know find who is the top 10 people on the later board you know based on
the weightage and give away the prizes
uh makes sense to me i mean it sounds great to me because i don't have to worry about it i have apps
like i said i have absolutely no shot of winning i mean the only way i would be able to win is if i like
it's okay lost it's okay you you can go to the in your life event play the time attack game and then
maybe you could win something bro yeah i'll have to get sully to give me like inside the insider info
that's the only way i'm getting through is like he tells me doubt this guy's foot is broken or like
you know this guy's afraid of racing in you know in this region i don't know all i know is i i mean i
probably may as well i mean almost not even try but it'll be learning experience for me it'll be
learning experience for me because i'm going to learn about f1 and what i'm finding out what is
actually pretty interesting because i've mentioned this proposal in a couple of chats is there's like
a secret sleeping f1 community just all across web3 i don't know if it's like the dgen like gotta go
fast gotta get fueled and fast like i don't know like gambling poker sponsorships are similar
to racing sponsorship i don't know what the connection is like but when i mentioned this
in the chat people started like popping off f1 driver and this was this wasn't like the the
chat this was like like a random friend chat that i'm in it's like 20 people and they start i had no
fucking idea they start listing off drivers they're like serious about it they're like they immediately
oh there's drama like one guy's from texas this girl's from california like men and women were
popping out on this conversation unanimously so i don't know you know if the the proposal was
introduced to the community in the right way the the original partnership where the partner was kind
of redacted and we didn't necessarily get to choose alpine but it's here and it's a two-year partnership
and they do have an option to extend it for a third year if we like it if we find a way to to make
it make sense for us and i i i'm i'm just telling you and obviously i'm a little bit biased here but
i'm this is a truthful personal experience and you guys can test it in your own chats i mentioned f1
and mfers popped up that's that's i'll just leave it at that puke was there anything that we didn't
cover about the proposal anything about the introductions for you or for silly anything
that you want to highlight or cover before we look at opening it up for our beautiful wonderful
audience and i do see we've got a wonderful beautiful orange ape and several more we're

the web3 communities kind of like you know find out or dig out these kind of people put them all
into a chat um so that you know we could do spaces we could do media push we could do in real life events
all types of like activity to generate like this f1 i would say motorsport cult and the goal is to you
know get them to love the sport community vibe with it and introduce apecoin um as a way to onboard
all of these motorsport people as a different channel into um the ecosystem so that is i would
say the gist of it thank you and if you guys again if you guys feel some sort of way about that f1
proposal i do too i mean whatever like well yeah what i would like it's the opportunity to to pick
somebody to know something i guess um and i guess because again i know absolutely nothing about that
f1 i'm learning now i've got netflix again i haven't had netflix in a while it hasn't been
really anything interesting there for me but i've got it now which episode girl about season what
which episode drive to survive you gotta tell me drive to survive don't put me on the spot like that

going to win but i'm i'm ready i'm ready to learn and i do think that there's an opportunity here for
the community too again if you if you don't like it that's fine but i've seen some of the posts from
people that claim tickets and there hasn't really been too many tickets that are in america but from
other regions i've seen people that either traveled or some people that were local and got together
the experience is cool if the tickets come around for somewhere and you notice there's a post from
the apecoin account and you know claim these tickets for the f1 event make sure it's the the apecoin
account and it's the right link but it's it's a fun experience from from what i can tell i haven't
got to go but i'm seeing like people are getting access to things that they can't believe they're
getting access to like pictures around the car which is apparently normally not regular because
the cars have whatever proprietary mechanics so pictures around the car asking questions to the
driver they're in the back rooms and we haven't even really seen all the cool things that are happening
apparently there's like apecoin all over the inside of some of these buildings like more than just what
we're seeing on that vehicle that we really haven't had the opportunity to see yet so i mean if you guys
do get the opportunity all i'm saying is claim the tickets they're free claim tickets are free if you
get the opportunity keep an eye out for that whether you know you like the partner or not you can go out
and you know have a cool have a cool experience probably all right we got ian which is not pasco which has

media network we know ugh does stages on mondays we know there's the board apia club doing account
hosting stages from their account on fridays as well where they've invited people to come up and
discuss what they're working on in the community so do keep an eye out on those other platforms and

it's a great note to end on because the part of the objective with this proposal is not only a a
test run for us in our partnership with you know the ape ecosystem and coffee with captain
or captain with coffee if you want to i mean i guess if we want to vote it yes and then like we
can make that part of the renewal deal how about that um there there's there's numbers for everything
we can we can rebrand can be caught captain with coffee powered by ape but in all seriousness
your hope is that it's serves as somewhat of like a you know if not a blueprint or or template a
inspiration at the very least to where there's a lot of great content creators in the ecosystem
and and you know puke rainbow being one of them you know and and i think this is hopefully more
you know see that you know like you said earlier the unboxing video passing last week hopefully that's
a good sign that you know some of these other larger wallets are are supportive of
of supporting more content creators in the space because i i think it's a for as as small as our
space is collectively those active participants here it's i i believe the quality of content creators
that already exist in this ecosystem with a little bit of concentrated effort can can help shift the
overall perception i don't want to say from from like those that aren't here because i i think
it i i don't know as if there's like any sort of negative perceptions from retail or normies
i just think they they associate it with just the picture with nfts i i don't think beyond that i don't
i don't know as if it's there's anything there really in terms of any resistance and i i think that
a lot of the active participants in the space today it's you know think think of someone who's
not got close not not joined calls like this and only been around for the last year or two like it's
you know there there's a reason that the ecosystem has been attacked or or fudded by many outsiders
and we continue to you know make waves and it's it's it's
i i believe there be some there will be a like a a tipping point if you will where the focus goes
away from floor price and more about what's coming out of the ecosystem what what's really happening
there whether it's you know if you're a fan of doodles and it's the trailer and all they're building
like there's a lot of organic excitement in that community just like there's a lot of organic
excitement in this ape ecosystem around the dow around ape chain and it's i you know i i do believe
it takes you know leaders like puke rainbow taking initiative and doing this sort of stuff and and
while there is some crossover and some onboarding to you know for for you know in this case in his case
like f1 fans i i do think it's it's even more so like showing the way for those of us that are in
the ecosystem how how can we be more participatory how can we further drive this brand awareness and
help others really understand all that is happening with inside the ecosystem i mean someone the other
day i don't remember who it was but was was like giving you know a hard time over not having done
anything philanthropic like having no idea about the jane goodall foundation and and all that's been done
there and i just i think that not that even not that i'm talking like it has to be a non-profit
approach from all these content creators i just think there's there's some proverbial low-hanging
fruit there's a there's enough news quote-unquote news happening on a daily weekly monthly basis
it's up to us as a group to help amplify it and hopefully this is a you know first opportunity to do
that and we can build upon it from here so if anyone wants to fork the proposal for fork the proposal and
i'd be happy to uh to support as well i just i i think that there's a lot of good that's being done
but a little bit of concentrated effort and i keep going back to ape chain is this connective tissue
but it really it's it's that in the leaders you know like everyone on the stage that so thank you for
