for going and saving it. And it's just a a little bird drinking and then I make up like where the bird lives and where his family is and how far he traveled to get here to get that

notice for him um he was talking about how he has six daughters.
And so he actually owns an event center in where, babe, in California?
In Sacramento.

He said that he was able to buy the event center from crypto and then come back into crypto
so basically he was even and still gained that facility and it's like a 12 000 square foot and

so um Babs taught me this thing and maybe if you want to ever walk us through it she had me do this
thing where you take your hands you put them together and you rub them back and forth right
and then it's like about a minute and from the friction you can start to separate it and you rub them back and forth, right? And then it's like about a minute. And from the friction, you can start to separate it
and you can start to feel that, right?
And so I've been doing that.
And what I've been doing with it after I create this ball,
and by the way, it's not just a circular ball.
It's really cool.
It's my second day doing it.
I've actually been working on healing myself,
trip out on that.
So I'm able to actually feel it go in the side of my head.
I put it on my stomach and my heart earlier.

Oh, and last night, something really weird happened.
I don't know if I was like lucid dreaming, but I was asleep.
I was imagining this energy of just light and love and healing, just ways that
healing that hasn't even been checked on before in my left knee. I have really bad issues with my
knee from bad things. So I woke up in so much pain, but I knew that I had actually been working
in that area. Is that weird? Oh, I'm losing people. Anyways, I had actually been working in that area is that weird oh I'm losing
people anyways I had a phenomenal night with my knees I love it so exciting yeah it was I think
it's so amazing it was dude so inspiring yeah and like a lot of that stuff is like I love the fact
that it's your like it's the energy that's around you but also yours
and you're using yours which is part of the universal energy to to heal and to to let go
of the stuff I think that's amazing it was yeah and I thought for sure Babs because I'll just be
you know transparent it's actually from assaults on my legs and so I have this you know they want
me to do surgery. It's not
something I'm interested in. And because I'm afraid of that. And but it was like, when I felt
that pain, I was like, dude, I'm not even gonna be able to walk in the morning. I just knew it
because I could barely extend my leg woke up this morning. And it felt fantastic. And I was like,
holy shit. It was bizarre. So yeah, super cool.
Amazing, amazing, amazing, amazing.

Papa he says the first time he's hearing about this but I told him about how you taught me that

I'm doing really well. Yeah, I was working with a friend of mine who I've been talking to for 18 years on a pretty much weekly, every other weekly basis.
And, you know, she always pokes and prods and was like, oof, oof, okay, okay, yep, got to work on that now, but all good,
it's all good stuff, and just been, yeah, just been watching the synchronicities kind of fall
into place in life, so it's been cool, and just watching, love watching people and talking to
people in this space is just so full of amazing, amazing human beings, just grateful, just grateful.

a friend like that you know whether you meet them online or whatever it was funny my grandkids
yesterday were asking um my youngest and his girlfriend how did you guys meet um and they
met online gaming and it's funny because you know they're really little and t-wop won't let them like
do the chat you know he's very strict about that kind of stuff because of the craziness out there and they were like amazed that you could
form a relationship that way um but it's cool you know we can you can form relationships and
connections at the grocery store or on the freeway or in web 3 like it's just yeah pretty cool so
i know i'm super appreciative too yeah i was i was thinking
about it last night and i'm like you know because when we came into web3 in our first community
that we ever you know the project that we ever first came around and and met those people in
there and still keep in touch with them but just just thinking about over the years, even just in, just in alone in the GPC,
um, all the different connections and all the different people and networking
that we've been able to do is it's been amazing.
And oh, wait, you, you know, a guy that just, this, right.
Yeah. I don't know. It's just's just like it's it's actually really cool it is it is it grows exponentially i mean that's the that's the amazing
part is after a couple years you're just like oh my god this is this is ridiculous like now i'm

And the next thing I know, I start seeing them in spaces and I don't know, we have so

I feel like just so much control over who we engage with and what we observe.

And they're like, well, this guy's got a manufacturing and this person knows the people that work at 7-Eleven in Texas.
And this one knows Walmart and 7-Eleven in the UK. I'm like, what the fuck?

people's journey with their health. I mean, you definitely get a different perspective on life

watching this one last night. Well, it's kind of like short clips, like a half an hour thing.
And this guy was actually in a, his car had broken down. His mom was behind him.
He, so she was, you know what I mean? Behind him. She messages, she calls him on his phone. She
says, Hey, your back tire is smoking. And so he pulled
over and realized it was basically on rim. I don't know how he didn't feel that, but some cars just
don't. Um, so he got out and his, his mom, they were afraid because you know, there wasn't much
of a shoulder. And so he told his mom, go get back in the car. I'm afraid you're going to get
hit. I'm calling triple a blah, blah, blah. He was looking for a jack. Sure as shit. Next thing you know, as he looks up and there is a big, huge SUV coming,
hits his mom's car and pins him between his vehicle and his mom's vehicle.
So next thing you know, the guy is actually, he's losing his leg at this point. Like his leg is
completely pinned. He didn't realize like
how bad it was. He said he could see and he was making such a joke of it, but I'm sure he's had
to get to this point in his life. But he was like, I see my leg over there and it has my Jordan on it.
But what they had to do at the scene essentially was there was no other way but to finish off
the rest of the amputation. But now, you know, he's just completely
made his life different. He was like, I was on not a great path. I'm so grateful to be alive.
Was it traumatic? Absolutely. He's like, but, and then they actually made friends with the person
in the white SUV and they all have like dinners together. So it's really interesting how people
just make something of what their current situation is or what their experience is.

But like, hey, life goes on.

But yeah, he says that they do like Thanksgiving every year.

single fucking red light or even before you even leave you can't find your keys and then you have
to turn around because you forgot your wallet or you forgot the package that you were going to take out or take back.
And it's like one thing after another.
And then you find out that if you would have been two minutes ahead of the game, you would have been in like the mass road accident that just transpired.
Has something like that ever happened to you guys?

Mainly cars, like car stuff, because we always commuted to school or work,
and it's like a half hour on the highway, and you see someone dead every day.
It was crazy.

Because I know when I lived in Germany, most of the accidents were fatalities,
but it's because of the speed. It know, 80 mile an hour speed limits like 55 to 70.

There was that time when I was supposed to go to Amsterdam for the event.

And it just didn't work out.
We found out about it too late it didn't like timing didn't work so I ended up staying here

together like all the different communities and everyone basically just gained like 600 followers
and like that never would have happened if I went to Amsterdam. That's fantastic. I love that. Damn

So, yeah, I have a little bit of OCD.
So when I leave the house, I have to go around and turn off all the lights, unplug everything that's plugged in.
That will with the exception of like the refrigerator.
And then if I cook that morning, I have to touch the stove by to make sure it's turned off
and then i go and put my stuff in the car and then i walk back come back in the house unlock
the house go back in and double check everything sometimes i do that i feel that i feel that ocd
is tough um but i mean it's about like feeling in control of something too, you know? Yeah.
I don't know why I didn't think about like, well, the ultimate example,
like coming to terms with the fact that I have like a terminal illness, it's just going to get worse and worse and worse.
When I was like, when you're in constant pain, that's not what you want to hear, right?
But getting the Crohn's like diagnosis and then like getting all the surgeries,
like hitting a really like painful place, like, diagnosis and then, like, getting all the surgeries and, like, hitting a really, like, painful place, like, in my life all at once, that really forced me to become, like, more goofy and less serious.
And that, like, led to, like, the positivity hack and, like, basically cured, like, not completely cured my depression, but my anxiety.
Yeah.
So, like, that never would have happened.
If you hadn't gone through what you've gone through
yeah were you pretty reserved before or yeah definitely more reserved but like like i'm not
not like in good social situations or like i just wasn't fun like you wouldn't want to bring me to a
party i wouldn't be comfortable and i wouldn't i would end up not even like mingling with people
you know what i mean yeah yeah, totally. That makes sense.

second walk through and I'm like oh my gosh I'm having a panic attack I'm gonna have to go up to
work so I had to go home get my keys go back to work and uh just double check make sure everything was off like it was supposed to and it was
but it's just like it's that man you know something you can't you can't help it really
it's like i gotta go check i gotta go check i wouldn't have been able to sleep yeah i have i
have like i would kind of i mean it basically is a little like mild ocd when i would like leave the
front there's a couple like things that i would always do they're not like multiple times
just like checking the door the handle
my pockets for keys like you know just to make sure I don't
forget shit and I lock the door
because that process is long enough that
if I've done that process I know I've locked
the fucking door you know what I mean

how that is though seriously um i think there's something about that it's for to me i've gotten
way better i always have to remind myself of that but there's something about that. For to me, I've gotten way better.

But there's something about something feeling right, whether it's turning off, making sure the stove is turned off, or that, I don't know, the window is latched, or my kids are home safe for the night.
There's something about that that makes me feel like nothing bad is going to happen.
And I know logically it's not going to make a difference either way, but I do think that it's a struggle
and it has been for me for sure. Yeah. I mean, a lot of companies have always sold themselves
as a sense of security. No, you're totally right. You're totally right.
So now I remember what I was going to say. Okay. It's that, oh shit feeling. So, um, I was like
running around the house. Like, uh, I used to be not good at multitasking.
This was like, this is evident. So like I grab, I,
I grab a bunch of laundry that's on the floor in the bathroom.
I go out in the garage, I throw it all into the wash machine and I'm like,
Oh, well it's almost full. I should just run it. So I take off my shirt.
I take off like everything basically. And I put it all into the wash machine.
I turn it on.
I go back inside to get clothes.
And I've locked myself in the garage.
And I have no way to go in.
But I have to go out the garage to get to the outside so I can get back in.

My neighbors got like little kids.

So you got to put in the contract address, the token tickerer like bmx and then the um what's the third one the decimal is 18.
so i didn't have that information and i imported it anyway and it put like 50 zeros after it i was
like holy crap that's a lot of tokens and And so, but it never would recognize it.
So I deleted it and re-imported it again with all the information.
And it worked properly the second time.
