Well, what helped to, thankfully, Miss Evie thought of it, but I vibe coded just a fiat button so that people could donate with fiat.
And then I just sent it in crypto to them, which that helped drive donations a lot but um that's one of the beauties of blockchain is that we could actually give 100
of the donations to the people who you're raising it for because you know it's peer-to-peer it's
right to them i just like that their wallet address um and to like be in stable coins, you know, that's especially right now in this market.
That's also like huge for them in Nigeria.
And yeah, so polywriters are out here like grinding every day.
They have an NFT collection that's like $1.50. Each NFT provides one of the girls in the girls school, they have a school for the blinds, a pack of sanitary pads.
So they don't have to miss school for not having sanitary pads, you know, at that time of the month.
So that I've always thought is like, that's just amazing.
They're out here grinding, they're using technology, like, you know, what it's for peer to peer.
And like they're bringing money home to them.
And then we used Wave Wars because I've always kind of said Wave Wars is an excellent piece of technology for charity and fundraising events.
Because it's mainly just entertainment.
And like you can, you know, give the money to whoever you want the artist or
charity so we put the charity on both sides and then we play wave wars play music and all the
money goes to them and that's everything on solana there's also like a donate button on the wave wars
site that goes directly to them but um what's been exciting though is having that fiat button.
We've really been able to make like an impact. So at Christmas time, we raised $300
and that actually helped over 400 kids. Okay. That helped over 400 kids get like shoes and shoes.
For Christmas.

out this stuff to him and it's just like one of those like beautiful pictures where you're like, you know, you can see like the help and the need at the same time.

being community first and using blockchain for what it's good at.
That's exactly what they're doing doing and that's one of the reasons
why i just absolutely love it because um i tried to help whatever the the ukraine when uh you
ukraine got evaded i tried to help in many ways with like you know sending things like all sorts
of stuff and the the notes and the letters and the emails and like
all the rejection that I got from the big charities was really heartbreaking. And that was
one of the reasons that pushed me to like come into blockchain is because I kind of learned about
what you could do with tokenization. And just, I read the white papers that I kind of was like,
okay, this is it.
And that was one of the reasons why I really pushed to come in here is because I was like, if I don't found a business, I'll at least change the world with it.
And that's what pushed me.
And then I met polyradors and they're doing that.
They're using the technology for what it's good at. And we were talking about it in the COC space. And if this
was a traditional, like Save the Children or UNICEF or any of those like big charities,
and we were trying to get them $300 like we did for Christmas, we would have had to have raised over four thousand dollars before that they would
have actually received three hundred dollars see that's the shit that pisses me off and it's like
why are you going to present yourself to doing something when the reality is it goes to the
organization and I think that's why I'm so hesitant you know what I mean so I like that you know this
because I trust you yeah and actually so like they're always on the the timeline they have an ipad that um they raise
money to get the ipad and then they had like a bunch of fees and stuff they had to pay in order
to get it like released from customs and from the government or you know whatever issues they've got
locally um so they actually they have have the one iPad and it's like
this whole, you know, school, uh, it's a school for the blind school for the, there's also, uh,
they take care of widows. It's, you'll see them on the timeline. It's just like, whenever people
say you could feed a whole village or like, you could save a whole like village in Africa and
that, like, that's one thing that just makes me so angry is
like all those other charities like we've been lied to this whole time when like we could have
been saving villages in Africa a long time ago for like way less money than they ever told us
that it would cost you know like you'd say like a million dollars you could save a village in
Africa or something like that it wouldn wouldn't even take a million dollars.
Like literally we put shoes and toothbrushes and like more for 400 kids just on $300.
So imagine like what, you know, just more can do.
So we're really excited about, we put a goal of $1,000.
And considering we're only like, what, 30 something dollars away from that, we're super happy.
Who would have thought like Valentine's Day would have done better than Christmas?
But we're so excited about it.

way back when the original collection
that we're now reviving started,
they had like 40,000 people
and then they got hacked and then it dropped,
but they still had thousands of people in there,
but really only like 200 active at best.
Yeah, it's annoying when people fluff their numbers but unfortunately
it works do you know what i mean like you see these accounts that have 250 000 it's funny because
i've actually fought to remove bots from my account i feel like it would have been way higher
but i just don't think it's right it makes me feel shitty yeah and and unfortunately as well not fluffing your numbers also doesn't work exactly exactly
yeah it's just it's one of those things the interesting thing with that though was there
was a lot of people i mean when i joined j's, it was probably two weeks before launch.
And I joined through something called VLaunch, which MMCrypto and Carl, whatever his name, the influencers were running.
And it was that kind of ICO type token.

something musical or it's like in the tone or the inflection of how you say stuff 100 so i studied
japanese as a high school student and when i visited Japan, the Japanese spoke with an American accent because they were taught by American teachers.
And so if I went to Nigeria and opened an English school and taught students and only spoke the way I speak, the students would learn to speak with my accent.
And the reason like the different parts of the world have English in their own version
is because someone who speaks the native language first, who learns English and then starts
teaching people, teaches them in that accent, which is heavily natified, if that's
a word, where it just has this flavor that comes from that part of the world.
And that's why you get English sounding so different.
In New Zealand, we have a couple of different accents, but we're too small to really have
too much.
But the larger the landmass, the crazier the distance and the difference between the English accents are.
Yeah, definitely. Like, I feel like it was like that, but like, I felt like even because there
was a lot of people from Nigeria actually at the farm that I worked on at the time and I believe that they were kind of predominantly like Ebo, the tribe as well.
So like, but I felt like they could, I could talk to them easily.
Whereas like when it comes to, you know, like I was working with like American, like French, even like Italian people who you think would understand you more
like they didn't really
it's like I don't know

I mean like my partner's like South Korean
so like we can't
I mean I cannot speak South Korean at all
like I don't even know
that's like a different
level of skill
but I just
I feel like
yeah it's nice that um
i don't know i don't want to keep rambling it but like i feel like even if it's just the nature if
it's like a product of kind of the musicality of a language or if some language shares like a common
rhythm maybe and then that's how it's like easier
to understand oh my god speaking of that though pads have you ever um seen an artist that um
speak or sings in a certain accent and then when you talk to them they have a completely different
accent that shit always blows my mind that That happens a lot in English. Yeah, every English musician.
Well, every musician that sings in the English language,
like you can hear Kiwis who sing and they sound like they're singing
and then you can hear Americans who sing
and they sound like they're singing as well.
And then they both stop and they start talking and you're like,
whoa, their bass accent is so diverse. diverse but when they sing they sound very similar
yeah that's always tripped me out i've heard people and i'm like whoa that was just the
same person speaking sorry tamif please go ahead okay mama I am while speaking I just realized
one of my friend is here like one of my very close friends that's my classmate in school and
that's like my friend friend friend when I'm here and his name is OX Diablo if you are seeing it you
