Let's grow! I'm going strange lady. She made me nervous.
She took me in and gave me breakfast.
She said, You come from a land down under.
Where women go and let them go.
I'm in the corner. Thank you. you just smile I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, I'm a bummer, Thank you. Thank you. so We'll be right back. in my skulls. Let it rain, I have the rain in the face of the day. Adele Jones, when the clouds can we go.
We rock of color, we can't hide in weather,
You know me, in anticipation for precipitation,
that chick through the rainy days.
J-J, rain man is back, with little Miss Sunshine,
You have my heart, and we'll never be worth part. Let's grow! with you all away, share. Because when the sunshine will shine
Welcome, Ayoweca, Uganda.
Happy Public Goods Saturday!
Let's freaking grow I'm born, born to be alive, born to be alive.
You see, born, born, born, born to be alive.
People ask me why I never fight a place to stop and settle down, down, down.
And I want it all to think before we just to find the life, life, life.
You see, before, before, before, before, before, before.
You see, before, before, before, before. All It's good to be like I was on my side when I was running down the street
And supposed to whine, whine, whine
Shit came out of the car or something
And I was on my side when I was running down the street Oh, you see For the city of life For the city of life You see before
For the city of life You see before Happy Public Goods Saturday.
Hope you're having a great Saturday so far.
Much love to everyone in the space.
So if you're in the spaces right now, we are on a mission to grow the entire public goods ecosystem.
So I need all of you, and I do mean all of you,
to go to that little box in the bottom right,
the little oval, the purple oval over there,
tap that, all right, and then max engage.
Tag a friend who needs to know about the public goods alpha because, you know, the rising
tides rise all ships and we need all of these ships to rise so that we can actually make
a massive, massive impact in the world.
Okay, so now that we got that out the way.
Okay, actually, you know what?
Let me retweet from a couple accounts.
By the way, as per tradition, yes, I see you're already on it.
Everyone who types hashtag let's grow is getting a triple boost.
from penowns. I'll be retweeting. We are planting it up in the garden and you're going to get
retweeted from others as well. Let's grow together. That's a lovely one. Mr. McGee,
even though you didn't put the hashtag, it's a beautiful thing to say. So we appreciate you.
We got my check in the house, ladies and gentlemen, much love to all of you guys.
We got my check in the house, ladies and gentlemen.
Much love to all of you guys.
So without further ado, all right, y'all need to know that we have something amazing upon us.
$1.3 million for public goods. What a time to be alive.
This is allocated democratically according to the quadratic funding formula. You got to get
your applications in, friends. If you haven't applied yet, you got to get it in. You have
precisely two days, eight hours, 52 minutes, and eight seconds to get those grants in your
It is a three-step process.
I recommend first going to HackMD.io, design it very easily and beautifully, put that into
builder.gitcoin.co, launch your grants, and then apply to the specific rounds on grants.gitcoin.co.
We got Web3 infrastructure.
We got daps and apps, mature builders, neighborhood software, hyper search for nature stewards,
refi Mediterranean, GG23, Gitcoin grants. This is for the Desai community. I'm really excited for Maria, the DSI queen,
to be coming back to Let's Grow Live among amazing other superstars like Lumina and Vision.
We'll get into that in a second.
Web3 for universities, okay?
We have Gitcoin Grants Garden.
This is allocated according to conviction voting.
So by the way, we are multi-mechanism.
It is also retro funding. It is also conviction voting.
And yeah, we got multiple retro rounds. Another retro round is token engineering for Super Chain.
So if you're part of the last Super Chain token engineering, if you've been doing some token engineering stuff for the Super Chain,
you can get retrofunding as well as Regen Rio de Janeiro,
Regen Coordination, Impact QF.
They got a cool twist on QF as well as the Good Builders kickoff round
if you're part of the Good Dollar ecosystem.
Now, friends, once you are live,
as, you know, maybe I should put some of these things on in the comments.
Those links that I mentioned, we'll put in the show notes, aka the comments section.
Let's grow public nouns, nounishness.
So other than those three websites that I just mentioned, HackMD.io, Builder.GickGuin.Grants.
Sorry, Builder.GickGuin.Co, and then Grants.gickrow.grants. Sorry, builder.gickrow.co, and then grants.gickrow.co.
You also got to know the following website,
That is letsgrow.network.com.
It is in the bio of Let's Grow, in the professional bio,
but I'm going to put it right here for you.
I love to see a ton of applications come through here.
And so for those of you who aren't super familiar, hold on just one second.
It is officially in the show notes, and I'm putting it up here for all of y'all.
We have reached out to every single grantee that's publicly available.
even if you're not a Gitcoin grantee, right?
I don't know if you're applying for Gitcoin this round,
but you are an amazing human being.
You're an amazing musician.
You made the first ever Let's Grow song,
and we would love to invite you to be a host.
Mr. McGee would love to invite you to be a host, right?
Ayoweca, Uganda, love to see your application come in.
Everyone is welcome to either take up a regular host,
We are live 24-7 for two weeks straight.
Two weeks straight, 24-7 on Spaces.
We have some channel partners,
so we're going to be going live on video,
amplifying everything. It's all about cross-pollinating communities, right? Because a lot
of us are in small niches within niches, little pockets of communities. But if we can all
cross-pollinate and unite, right? The mission of Let's Grow is to unite and grow the regen movement,
then we're going to be off to the races and we will have a much, much more impactful time at the end of the day.
You know, not just for Gitcoin, but throughout.
We're going to be doing Regennaissance Fence in the future, but this is kind of our bread and butter.
This is at least the sixth.
Correct me if I'm wrong, Jerry, but this might be the seventh 24-7 broadcast inspired by the Social Bees.
The Social Bees were the first 24-7 broadcast that I experienced here on X is how I got involved
in Web3. I knew at any moment in time I could come in this space and I could ask questions
and I could share my ideas and I could get feedback on those ideas. And it was a beautiful
thing. And that is what we are going to be doing for y'all throughout
the entire Gitcoin round. So April 2nd to the 16th, we of course have Will T who is making this
amazing. We have so many great improvements this time. I think we're going to have, let's not
jinx it, but a entire week of 24- of 24 7 we're gonna try to break the official record
actually you know what let me let me find the official record because i low-key was supporting
this um this is what i say official record i'm saying 24 7 non-stop right without without it
rugging because of course we go for two weeks but we going to try to have one week. This is my goal, to have one week continual broadcast without it rugging.
I'm going to bring this up, actually.
So I helped out Riley Barker of the V friends community accomplish this.
So let's see here. This is the official world record. Grok approved. Okay.
Divided by 24. That is eight days. My goodness. They kept going for 8.1 days. Okay. So that is
the official world record for the longest continual spaces that didn't get rugged. It's
the continual 8.1 days. And we're going to try to beat that. Let's go for 200 hours.
And our strategy, and we've already run some tests, Jerry.
You got the brunt out of that test when it rugged everyone.
But we figured out that by having an Ethernet cable with a consistent power source like in America,
that is a very strong thing.
You can start it up from the browser, keep that going.
And then to let people up as co-hosts,
we're going to have people just sign in from computer only,
not from mobile, but only from computer to sign in
and then allow others to be co-hosts
to let people up and keep the spaces going.
So that's something we're trying now.
The steward host is not to,
the responsibility is not to keep it open forever,
but to basically just come up, do the thing
and jump on out right away.
And it works like a charm. So I'm hoping we're going to break that record. And ultimately,
the longer we can keep this open, the more momentum we can get, the more impact we can give
to all of these projects, lifting everybody up. And by the way, this is not just amazing for
Bitcoin grantees, for building community, for building brand, but it is also amazing for
collaboration. We've seen
so many amazing collaborations come up. It's kind of like a big old networking event that goes for
two weeks straight, right? Kind of a two-week straight networking event where you can come up,
connect with other people who want to make an impact. We're all about the public goods,
and public goods are good. So it's good to collaborate with one another, and that's a
great opportunity to do that. Much love. Welcome, John.
Okay, now I would be remiss if I did not mention that Public Nouns is funding public goods.
Okay, so it is publicnouns.wtf.
I recommend everyone go to this website, right meow, bookmark it.wtf. You can really see not only what we're all about, you can see the previous grant proposals and you can also see the auction. Typically you can scoop one up for 0.33 Ethereum
as one of the more affordable nouns. And how many NFTs do you know where 100% of what you pay
goes to a good cause that you can actually help decide what that cause is. Okay. That is the beauty of
NounsDAO and all of their forks is that every NFT is a vote and you get to vote to allocate.
So that 0.33E will not only go to a beautiful NFT. NFT season is low key kind of coming back.
But you're also going to have an amazing way to really voice the direction of the DAO, right?
Every NFT is a vote and that is a beautiful way to allocate funds.
And yeah, if you have an amazing proposal, you need three delegations.
So three holders can delegate to you and then you can put that on-chain for an on-chain vote.
But the first step is to you. And then you can put that on-chain for an on-chain vote. But the step is to join.
Let me get public nouns. So if y'all want in here, jump in.
Proposal, put it up there,
and I recommend sharing it with some other NounsDAO holders, okay?
And getting feedback on your proposal before it goes on-chain, right? Very important to do that before it goes on-chain,
such that you can help it get shaped.
Maybe there are some crucial items that you didn't include,
like how is it non-rivalrous? How is it non-exclusionary? such that you can help it get shaped. Maybe there are some crucial items that you didn't include,
like how is it non-rivalrous?
How is it non-exclusionary?
Anything you can do to kind of make it a bit better will not only improve participation when it comes to voting day,
but also ultimately make it a better grant.
Just put it up in the Jumbotron.
It is planted in the garden up at the tippy top,
so make sure you're getting in
there. Get active. And yeah, ultimately, let's freaking grow. Wow. 28 comments. Has Maciek
been at it again? We just went from like 10 to 28. Hold on. Look at this guy. Everyone,
be like Maciek, please. He just tagged like 20 people in the comments. We love Maciek. Thank
you for doing that, my guy. He's sharing
amazing other posts that are coming out. I love it. He's such a great community supporter. We
love Machek. Thank you for sharing. Look at all this. This is like a feed of public goods right
here. He's just swarming the comment section. I love to see it. I love to see it. Amazing.
Hashtag public nouns. Very cool.
I'm just, dude, there's so many comments here.
Yeah, we are really cross-pollinating various communities.
I'm going to be retweeting that from all these different pages.
In the end, as the Beatles say, the love you take is equal to the love you make so we are
going to be spreading that love
as well if you are supporting the show
by retweeting it from various different
y'all might want to know about
some other funding opportunities
and we typically bring you
a lot of public goods impact alpha
of some at the fringes, it's cool if you can come up here and share that as well, right? You might
be in some Octon communities, or maybe you are aware of some impact investor networks or databases.
This is something that is typically shared here, and I'm going to drop that for y'all.
that is typically shared here, and I'm going to drop that for y'all.
So in addition to the Gitcoin grants round, which is closing in two days,
there are a lot of public goods funding opportunities.
Hold on, let me just share this for y'all real quick.
Okay, I'm looking at the Impact Alpha channel.
Right, thousands of family offices, angels, and VCs.
So this is if you are trying to get to that
next level and get an investment. There are thousands of angel investors, family offices,
and VCs in this spreadsheet. So just drop that in the comments and I will plant it up in the
garden for y'all as well. So you can get that if we can find it. So many comments. Okay. Happy days.
All right. Here we go. Fund your purpose. There you go. That's comments. Okay. Happy days. All right. Here we go. Fund
your purpose. There you go. That's there. Okay. What's the next one? Okay. Here we grow.
Here we grow. This is broken down. Wow. This is a lot of links. It's broken down by angels
in terms of what the kind of things that they're funding, the geographical locations,
in terms of what the kind of things that they're funding,
the geographical locations, climate VCs.
If you're, depending on the stage,
if you're pre-seed, seed, series A,
all these different categories are broken down.
And I just dropped that mega thread
of different databases in here.
Up there at the tippy top now.
You might want to bookmark that. You might want to save that for later. Some more impact alpha is right here. I've shared this
one in the past. I don't think I've shared those other ones though. But here we go. 2,000 plus
impact investors are featured here as well as angels and Web3 specific investors.
So have at it, friends. Have at it. That is if you are looking for investments, grow for it.
Now, if you are looking for more so on the grant side, right? Let's say you've got a public good,
you're looking at grants, you're looking at what are all the different ecosystems
that are happening in Web3.
Well, there is a lovely tool that is called Karma Gap.
And Karma Gap is not only fantastic
for putting your impact on chain,
getting people to vouch for your specific impact
and also for your organization overall.
It's great for, you know,
on different grants that you're going to be applying for. It is gap.karmaHQ.xyz. But if you
were to go to gap.karmaHQ.xyz slash funding hyphen map, you can also see the entire Web3 ecosystem
and all of the different grants that are currently available for you to apply to.
It's currently 458 of them.
We're already at 41 comments.
Okay, I'm going to invite
because kudos to you, my friend.
Okay. Love to see it okay
another great database is grant orb this is also multi-purpose grant orb uh they've been up here on
the show a few times they are ai power it's an ai platform that writes winning grants this is
writing the proposals for you right so you want to write an in-depth proposal, make sure it is a winning proposal. You do it really well. AI can assist you with that.
And they also have a lot of great databases. So if you were to scroll down on that page that I
just dropped in the comments, you would see a bunch of databases, Journey for Good Foundation,
AVO Foundation grants, Indigenous Youth grants, depending on what you're up to, McConnell
Foundation Project grant.
It's for environmental sustainability.
That's half a million Canadian dollars.
Just scroll down on this page, grantorb.com.
That is grantorb.com, and you will see a bunch of things there as well.
Much love to you, my friend.
Welcoming MetaWave Studio.
I think ZenDegen is going to be a Spaces host during LGL as well.
It's really great that we are breaking out of our echo chamber.
It's not just, you know, the grantees.
It's amazing hosting grantees, and we're going to have a lot of, you know,
dev tooling and infrastructure and dApps and apps builders, but we're also going to have experienced Spaces
hosts. They're going to create a really fun environment. ZenDGens and amazing Spaces hosts
come through sharing a lot of wellness tips. The geezers are sharing general insights about what's
happening in the world of crypto, trends, news, things like this. You're going to hear from this.
You're going to hear from a bunch of really cool spaces hosts who are going to be coming through. And
that's going to allow us to also break out of this little echo chamber of refi and public goods of
Web3 and hopefully, you know, green pill some people. Every single LGL, we green pill a lot
of people because of people like Matcha. Of course, Matcha, but Matthew, right? Matthew's got a bunch of people
who aren't necessarily into refi,
And he creates that container for people.
And he brings a bunch of people
who have no idea what Gitcoin's about.
They don't even know about Web3 Public Goods
And it's really cool that he comes through
every round for the past,
goodness knows how many rounds cool that, that they, he comes through every round for the past goodness.
And, and every time that happens, uh, we see a bunch of, a bunch of new faces in and we
get to green pill them live.
We get to, you know, share information and, and, um, you know, ultimately get them involved.
And so that's really cool.
We get to answer their questions and all kinds of things.
So make sure you're signing up for this.
John will be amazing if you could come through, you hope you're a grantee. Even if you're
not, we love amazing people coming through, whether if it's a regular host, same hour,
same time for two weeks, or if it's as a special guest. You can come through. We're going to have
tons of amazing special guests coming through, and that's going to be amazing as well.
All right. Joining us up here on the stage, we already have Illumina.
We also have Easy and Crypto.
How's it growing, Easy and Crypto?
Oh, always growing to the maximum of my ability.
And thank you for bringing me up.
I wanted to come up and, of course, shout out all the great work you guys are doing. I'm always really happy when I'm up early enough and going on these Saturdays to join.
Now, Giveth has the ENS Octant quadratic funding round going.
And me and Jose, we scrambled because often we only find out who is verified and eligible when the round is starting.
So we had about a week to throw this one together.
But we've locked in at least five speaking guests from the round.
And we have six or seven musicians.
So as usual, we will start with live music and then sandwich live musicians in between
each speaker to keep the crowd, you know, vibing, and it's going to be a great one.
So tomorrow at 2 p.m. Pacific, that is 4, no, that's 2, 3, 4, 5, 5 Eastern.
Sorry, it's still a little early for me.
I haven't had my coffee yet.
We will be kicking off in the Token Smart Discord.
And my pinned tweet, if you go over to my profile,
should have all the info.
Of course, we'll be streaming it to X and YouTube
and Twitch and whatnot. But if you come over to the Token Smart Discord, we'll be, you know,
throwing gifts and memes and maybe some goodies and having a great chat. Of course, you can ask
questions there in the chat and get those answered after the,-minute description or so of each project.
There'll be about five minutes for questions.
So we would love to see anyone join.
I don't know if I could throw maybe the tweet up in the nest, if that's okay,
and there's a Luma for people to RSVP and get all the information about the time and place and a little bit of
history about the Impact Concerts. Our last one, we had a lot of fun. We had a good turnout. And
once again, five out of our 10 speakers were in the top 10 earners of the last quadratic round.
So that's been actually the case for the last two impact concerts. We've had five
out of our 10 speakers get into the top round. We might get up to 10 speakers this time, but so far
with kind of the short amount of time that we have to reach out to people, sometimes, you know,
we don't get to that full 10. So we have at least five that have, you know, confirmed that they can
make the time and date. Also, this one's on the
weekend. It's a Sunday, so it's kind of experimental to see how that works in comparison to weekdays.
Generally, they've been like Thursdays or Fridays. I actually had a major oral surgery on Wednesday,
so I needed to buy a couple more days so that I could be fully good for hosting.
I'm really glad today I woke up and it's not quite as swollen and I can speak pretty good.
So I'm on the mend, happy about that.
And just always happy to be here.
Hey, thanks for coming through.
And dude, that's so cool.
I saw the email from Giveth and I will try though
it's going to be quite early in my time zone I think
I will try to come through
I got the link to your Giveth grant as well
I'm definitely going to be supporting you on Giveth
concept to my heart I actually spent seven years
of my life organizing impactful
So it's super cool that you're doing this and I will definitely try my best to
But at the very least support y'all on give it,
please do plant it up in our garden.
Whatever goes up there will grow and I'll be retweeting it and you know,
let's all max engage with it.
Let's get this party started around impact
I love it. So dude, let's go so appreciated
I also wanted to say amazing resource that you were just talking about so I bookmarked that and
Actually spoke a little although there was some technical difficulties at the artisan
difficulties at the Artisan showcase yesterday. They do Friday showcases and there's always live
Showcase yesterday they do Friday
music going on at those too. So that's a really fun event. They have a pretty interesting new
feature on their site. They have, you know, streaming. So you can stream. They still send
it over to X, but if you go to the Artisan site, they have a chat, a live chat you can watch.
And then the coolest feature is while you're watching the presenter, their project like floats up to the top of the list and is right next to the streaming window.
And you can throw down your votes live like while the person's talking.
I thought that was really innovative, very cool.
I think it helps the people that are speaking get some votes.
So I wanted to just mention that in case anybody's over in the Artisan ecosystem too.
And yesterday we got the big thumbs up from them
to start organizing an Artisan-focused impact concert.
So that'll be the next one.
Would love, love, love to hook up any time
and do something with Public Nouns as well.
Well, Public Nouns will definitely be participating
And hey, we'd love to explore a collaboration with you
in Let's Grow Live and all those artists
that you're working with, right? I would love to explore a collaboration with you and Let's Grow Live and all those artists that you're working with.
I would love to bring musicians through the broadcast and collaborate with Impact Concert.
Let's see what's possible.
Man, we are leveling up every day.
Shout out to Hydropad in the audience as well.
I know they applied to participate in the audience as well.
I know they applied to participate in Let's Grow Live.
We got a lot of really amazing people coming through.
Trinity's coming through.
We got some really, really cool people.
It's going to be an absolute vibe and I can't wait for it.
I'm really, really stoked.
Okay, so have you put that up in our garden yet?
So give us some more details on what's going to be going down.
You mentioned there's going to be music. There's going to be speakers, people sharing their give-eth, I'm guessing, in the final hurrah.
So the format that we've kind of dialed in is we'll have a short intro just to let people know kind of what we're going to do.
And basically, we sandwich our amazing guest speakers in between live musicians.
We get musicians from all over
the world. My partner Jose is down in Venezuela, so he often connects with some local people down
there. So we'll have a few Venezuelan musicians. Sometimes we get people coming from Africa,
Japan, over in Europe. Sometimes we'll have DJs spin live. We'll have hip-hop
musicians. We'll have, this time, AttaBody's going to be doing Native American flute. He's
incredible. In fact, he's having a show with Clay Jean, who does some really epic, it's like fiddle playing, but he could do like, he could do hip hop,
he could do like, you know, technical like orchestra. I mean, they're both incredible
musicians, and they have something going on a little later on today. I believe that's like
2 p.m. Pacific, and that's in Metaverse. But yeah, so we invite speakers. And sometimes a project will have musicians in that project. So maybe it's not necessarily the person speaking, but someone on the team might be a musician. Or sometimes our sort of. So we'll have, you know, live music, and we generally try
to capture it all, wrap it up into sort of a theme. It doesn't necessarily have to always be
like, oh, you need to have, you know, this style of project or this style of music. But often in a
QF round, for example, there will be some focus. So it might be on, you know, building a platform for public goods, or it might be environmental
So, you know, we'll have projects that are diverse, but across kind of a theme or a vibe
So it keeps it, I think, from getting too stale.
If you have, you know, between five to ten people just telling, this is my project, please support, da-da-da-da-da.
When you break it up with musicians from all over the world in between, people really kind of stay excited.
They stay for the whole thing.
We often get feedback like, wow, this was so much fun.
It was really exciting, and I learned a lot.
I always touch on Web3 safety and security.
Sometimes I tell my personal hack horror story.
Sometimes we'll have other people, security experts, come and speak and whatnot.
So there's a little bit about security in the space.
There's a bunch about great projects.
Of course, we have all the links that we share during that.
And then we keep in a little section in the Discord that is just for links so that you can go back and find them easily without scrolling.
And then we offer an onboarding course, which is we used to do it after the concert.
But now we've started gathering information from people that want to attend.
And we'll schedule that for like a day or maybe two days later. And then we will handhold people if they need maybe to get their,
you know, Gitcoin passport score up or they need to create a wallet to start engaging.
So we also offer, you know, onboarding courses basically at the concert to do in the following
And I see Lumina Vision has a hand up.
Yes, please go ahead, Lumina and Vision.
Yeah, that sounds amazing.
First of all, tell me, please, if you hear me good, because I lost my original AirPods.
Impact Concert, but what time is it?
And it's in the TokenSmart Discord,
which is a Discord that I've actually been
Discord. Used to have, you know have a lot of big hitters come through
launching their projects, like when Snoop dropped his first NFTs or when Gary Vee launched Vee
Friends. The crew there helped a lot of projects with their smart contracts and stuff back in the
day. Discord events are a little less attended these days
as you have Twitter spaces now and all sorts of stuff.
But we generally pack a pretty decent crowd.
And I mean, the important thing is it's quality people that come through.
And of course, the concerts are recorded.
You could go catch it on YouTube afterwards.
And it's streamed into X and stuff.
But the most fun is to be there live where the action's at and, you know, throwing down memes
and GIFs and joking around and asking questions and hearing it all go down live. So yes, would
love for you to join. And anybody can always hit me up in the DMs. They are open. And, you know,
request if you have an idea for a concert that you're working with some people or you're in around in any of these public goods platforms,
we're always open to make another impact concert.
And I love that you see Carla in there as well.
She's an amazing Nigerian musician.
She's made a few songs for this community as well. She's an amazing Nigerian musician. She's made a few songs for this
community as well. And I know she's both a great builder and amazing musician. So great to see her
getting involved. I just planted up in the garden as well, a link directly to the Luma.
So you can register on the Luma and not miss out on that. That sounds really, really cool, man.
Lumina, did you raise your hand again?
Yeah, I also wanted to share a fundraising opportunity from Fundistite.
You can submit the project and receive the donations on multiple chains.
They accept, I think, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimine, and Ethereum
Mainnet. And now they have the grant going on until 14th of April. You can donate to
Asian-based projects. We have Region Bazaar over there and Declinup participating. Yeah,
feel free to register your project as well on the platform. But
if you're an Asian-based project, you can compete for the matching pool of $11,000.
Amazing. What was that called again?
I will share it again in the Jumpatron. I shared it, but it got lost.
Oh, you did? Okay, yes. We planted a lot of things up there.
Thank you for doing that.
And shout out to Ezekiel for doing hashtag let's grow.
Shout out to Emmanuel for typing let's grow in the comments.
Everyone else, if you haven't yet, type it in the comments.
We're only two comments away from 69.
comments away from 69. Come on, a couple more comments. All right, type hashtag, let's grow.
And I will be retweeting it from at least two, maybe three accounts. And let's all grow this
thing together. I love it. Thank you, Lumina, for coming here and sharing a funding opportunity.
That's what these spaces are about. Every Saturday, you can discover all the different
ways you can take your impact to another level, whether that's through funding, whether that's through acceleration, whether that's through
amplification, all of the good things. And Mike's making a weird sound. And that's cool that you
did that. Okay, right. Desai Alliance. Love it. Love, love, love it. Okay, I'm reposting that.
It's cool that they're doing different chains people can accept
By the way, yeah, Giveth, I know there's a round happening now.
It's too late to apply for it if you're not already in it.
But I have heard through the grapevine there will likely be another round
My guess would be after GG23.
So I believe you will need their Giver NFT for that one.
So if you don't have one yet, maybe make some friends who have them
or get one for it's about $100.
And then you will be in the next Giveth quadratic funding round.
This quadratic funding round, by the way, if you donate at least $5,
you can win a public nouns NFT. Okay, not bad. 0.33 ETH value. You can win that by donating in the current
giveth round. So that's pretty cool. Am I wrong about that, Lumina?
I thought it was finished. Somebody won it last time.
Oh, they already won that?
I would assume that would be at the end of the round.
I think maybe there are two chances.
I would be happy to participate.
I mean, Giveth is always giving.
You know, if you give, I'll give it.
No, the last time I won 20,000 Giv again.
And I remember there was somebody won the public now.
Ah, and how many days ago was that?
Maybe Civil can shine some light too.
It was like two weeks ago or no.
I thought the whole round was for two weeks.
Yeah, I think it wrapped up before the round started because i remember i did go and
make a a good a handful of donations hoping that that that baby would land with me uh but yeah i
believe that did did end a little bit before this round started oh interesting so they're just
incentivizing 365 giving then not not during a QF round.
But right now there's a QF round.
No, it's just about the give back round. It's not necessarily connected with the QF round.
Got it. Got it, got it, got it. Oh, it was a give back round. So they're doing give backs in rounds
now or are they doing the lottery system during this QF round? How does that work?
now or are they doing the lottery system during this QF round? How does that work?
Yeah, every two weeks, I think, give background. So every two weeks or what is it not every two
weeks, but something like that. Okay. Every two weeks they do a give background, I guess,
is a lottery system now, right? They've gone entirely to that, which is pretty cool.
lottery system now, right? I've gone entirely to that, which is pretty cool. So when you donate,
you could win a bunch of give. That's pretty amazing. 20,000 give. Super cool. Super, super
cool. Amazing friends. And Sybil, how you doing, my friend? What's growing on with you this
beautiful Saturday? Hello. Hello. Doing good. Great to see you all, thank you for the vibes.
Jimmy, thank you all for being here.
And yeah, it's going well.
I was actually just looking at the GiveItQFund and happy to report that donation amount went
I checked a few days ago and 13,000 US dollars in whatever tokens were donated a few days ago.
And now it's at 19,000 that were donated to distribute the matching pool of 80,000.
So that's also always interesting.
What is that ratio between amount donated and matching amount and stuff?
I was wondering, because it's 100 projects, right?
So there's always bound to be a few that people don't think of,
and it's always more interesting projects than people might know.
So I was wondering, could we maybe go around
and each share one or two projects that others might not
be thinking about that like maybe could,
could use some shout outs.
You want to do a shill it forward round?
maybe focused on the ones that could use some love in the round.
I'm going to start with Funding the Commons.
Funding the Commons currently has contributions of $19.43
by seven contributors in this crowd round.
And that will be matched, but that's just the donations.
And Funding the Commons is one of the, in my opinion,
And finding the comments is one of the, in my opinion,
quite integral pieces of the in-person event infrastructure
of the public goods space around the world.
And they also do monthly calls.
But yeah, that's like one of those event series
where it's very easy to recommend to go to
if you're able to make it.
Yeah, I know that you both were at least at one,
Lumina and Vision and Jimmy.
So, yeah, that is, in my opinion, yeah,
I'm in support of finding the comments,
and I just saw when I was scrolling down,
they could use some more donations.
Of course, I've been around.
Oh, DaoStar actually also just has $10 so far in donations this round.
DaoStar is developing interesting...
So last thing I heard from them was that they were working on an interoperability standard for the grand space.
So also, both of those actually are pretty meta in a way,
like nerding about the things to talk about the things.
But still, valuable infrastructure development
on the space and system side.
And this round is about infrastructure and education.
So yeah, those are two that I see and this round is about infrastructure and education so yeah those
when I'm scrolling through
seeing cool things from them
oh common ground is actually
also in the round, republic nouns has a
common ground is a Web3 native Discord alternative
that actually kind of works,
which is always good to see with Web3 tools.
Oh, and also, if anybody's interested to talk about it,
Yeah, anyhow, let's go through.
So that was just two projects, and I'm happy to do it again.
But yeah, I want to hand it over to Easy.
How do you properly pronounce your name?
A lot of people just call me Easy, and that's nice and easy.
It's actually my childhood nickname as well.
And then some people call me Ezin, which is kind of funny just because it looks like I'm Ezin Crypto also.
Long backstory on how I got my name, so maybe another time I'll tell that.
But I would love to shout out a couple projects.
I did see that Nounspace from Nounspace Tom only has, what was it, like $20 so far?
And I think they're maybe fairly new over there.
And I don't think they're in this current round you know we applied as impact concerts for the QF round and didn't
make it either but of course we're still throwing the concert for the QF round you know I noticed
there were some big names in there and a lot of the projects that were selected have maybe like a tech stack.
And even in the questionnaire, it was like, is your, you know, are you open source? And I'm like,
oh, geez, we don't really have like any code or anything. We're just, you know,
throwing these concerts over here around the metaverse. But, you know, we're also,
it's fairly new having impact concerts have any kind of, you know, platform for getting donations like Giveth or the other one that we're up on as artisan.
But I will say that, you know, Jose, who is my my partner in crime, my Venezuelan connection, he is in Venezuela.
So he's blocked from Twitter. He, with a VPN,
can sort of get around to be in the audience, but cannot speak. So that's partially why we haven't
done a lot of Twitter space stuff. And I think we just found a workaround, which is going to be to
get him piped in through like Video Ninja or another thing like that into someone else's account. So I would like to shout out
the, oh man, the University of Ancestral Knowledge is a project that is on Giveth. It's not in this
round, but they are, it's the Watuha tribe out in the Amazon. And one of the last lines of true shamans, like raised from birth to be a
shaman, like seventh son of a seventh son, like old, old style, classic cultural Amazonian shaman.
And they have opened up to the wider world in public. And Jose and a few of his friends and his partner have been in contact with them
for over five years and have slowly built trust and a foundation of sort of exchange. And so
they're kind of getting, you know, invited out and they'll learn more about the culture.
They just had one of the Watuja tribesmen, John, come to Caracas. He had
never been to the city. So he came for a week and stayed with Jose. And they did all sorts of,
you know, activities, seeing the city and stuff. But they also worked on some incredible music.
It's the first time that there's been music in the Watuha language. And so they were able to record a few songs.
Those will make it out probably as NFTs to try and fundraise.
But the amount of funds hasn't been huge, but they were in the last QF round.
And that has gone towards actually building infrastructure.
They're building a bridge that washed away a few
years over the river. It's dry season now, but in the wet season, it's a pretty like raging river.
So they're building that now. They've built structures to house people for like ecotourism
and to come out and spend time with the tribe and learn about kind of how they live. They've brought out, you know, solar panels and batteries to give them at least one, you know,
one, the main hut has a light bulb at night now and things like that.
And like shoes, soccer cleats for the kids to play soccer, trying to get like they're actually
trying, they're building a little sports area now because what happens over the last
decades is the kids sort of, you know, when they get towards maybe teenage years, if there's
not some also like fun, interesting activity that's a little more modern, they generally
And they're also facing, because of the lack of money they're facing losing people.
And they just lost a few to mining and like, you know, cutting down trees for lumber and stuff, because now the kind of like poachers get out there and say, hey, look, you can earn a lot of money if you come with us and do this work.
So we're trying to find different ways to use their artistic passions like music, like carving.
They do a lot of they make these amazing chairs that they've been making for like thousands of years that have a really interesting form.
of years that have a really interesting form. It's almost like a little rocking stool. So they're
It's almost like a little rocking stool.
making miniatures of those as well to maybe be able to have some like digi-physical items.
So that is a really great project, the University of Ancestral Knowledge. And also I'll shout out
Jose's other little project, which is the music onboarding machine, Digital Street Musician.
which is the music onboarding machine, Digital Street Musician.
And that's to help him be able to onboard other musicians in his local area.
And he's onboarded a lot and even onboarded a music studio, a recording studio.
So slowly but surely, people are getting on the blockchain and getting into, you know,
public goods and positive impact through Web3 down in the Amazon.
Let's grow. I love to hear it. Thank you so much, Brian.
And please do feel free to drop a bunch of links.
I see Jose's link up there. Okay, I'm going to retweet that, amplify it.
Please do max engage with what goes up in the Jumbotron.
Let's all, you know, grow all these different amazing things.
I just want to pass the mic over to Maciek, my guy.
I'm just so impressed with what I I could just hear from from easy about the
the project if you don't mind the brother I idm idm you already because I I would love to ask you
some questions about some things because maybe you remember I'm trying to pull this off,
this event in May, is still out in the open.
I had another meeting with the manager and sort of she said
that she can fix half of the budget.
budget and I said like, you know, it's not enough.
And I said, like, you know, it's not enough.
So I met her yesterday and she left until Wednesday.
She will be back Wednesday.
And then she said we get to work.
So but I cannot make a similar mistake like before when I put everything, you know, forward without having actually resources.
You know, I paid a huge price for that on many levels.
So I just want to inform you guys that the project, which I mentioned some time ago,
is still, I'm still working on.
And I hope I will be able to, you know tell you a good news that we
are doing that love festival and and then I really hope that you will be able to attend online and
share your your knowledge about love, Regenestance and passion and blockchain application into real world.
But I will contact you probably all when the money will be on an account.
So thank you very much and I love you all.
We love you back, Maciek.
Yeah, I wanted to say that there are so many projects in the Give Us Round, like all our
friends, ReFiDAO, GreenPill Network, and GreenPill Dev, and Borderless Dev, and many. But I have a
recent discovery. This is a very practical tool I shared in the Jumpertron, RoloDox.
So this is like something that brings blockchain closer to normal people because it allows you to save these difficult long addresses and use it as an address book.
You can just click on the address and give it a name.
So I like all this new stuff that makes everybody think that blockchain is easy.
Maybe we should support them as well.
Like Rolodex, but Rolidox, the OX.
A couple that I just planted in the comments for now.
Refi Medellin. We. Refine Medellin.
They've only got $29 in donations,
but you can turn one into approximately $15,
10 into 51 is a forecasted matching.
Refine Medellin does a bunch of engaging
I've seen a bunch of their events
and kind of photos and things posted online,
recordings. They do a lot of impact onboarding. So when people plant trees in Medellin or they
clean the environment, collecting garbage, et cetera, they reward them with crypto, which is
pretty cool. They've done a bunch of workshops, a few speakers of refi, refi hackathons as well.
So they go to universities and different developer
communities. They organize these hackathons. I've seen Juan, you know, organizing those hackathons
is pretty cool. They have a pretty interesting take on ROI. So supporting regeneration,
regeneration oriented innovations. Okay. So that's their ROI, you know, through, they kind of like
do a bit of incubating and further support for the winners of the hackathon after the hackathon, which is kind of cool to support that kind of ecosystem.
And Medellin, ultimately trying to keep Medellin as a city of eternal spring.
They're a super active refi node.
And they are, let me, okay, let me, let me plant it here in the garden just to make it easy for y'all.
Juan Tanamera is an amazing dude and I know him quite well.
I've seen Polygon Checks was shared in the comments.
I don't know if they're on KVF.
But, okay, actually, let me just post this one more time.
Another one that I saw could use a bit of love.
Celo Colombia only has $11 from two contributors so far.
It is in Spanish, so I can't read the grant.
Maybe easy if you're better versed.
You have a lot of Spanish.
Y Pablo hablo de Español.
While you're pinning that, I got to say I love Medellin.
I was blessed to be a part of a group called Key2Crypto back in like 2020, 2021.
And we traveled Latin America putting on onboarding workshops, which we'd spend like,
you know, three to five days doing these onboarding workshops, either, either at like, uh, um, you know, a community center or
at a cafe across the street from a community center. And our first ever was in Medellin.
And I think we may, we may have been like the first web three, like events down there, um,
which got us a lot of like good publicity that got us invited to La BitConf in El Salvador,
which was the year they were converting, you know, over to Bitcoin and just absolutely met so many
great people in Medellin. And so definitely wanted to give a shout out to Refine Medellin.
The projects down there are doing excellent work. Beautiful.
Now I have planted it up in the garden, so you can check out Celo Colombia.
I know Celo overall is a pretty regenerative blockchain.
Congratulations to them, by the way.
They just migrated from an L1 to becoming an L2 on top of Ethereum.
They're part of the super chain.
They launched on Earth Day.
They've been carbon negative for more than 1,800 days.
So that's Celo overall, but what's pretty cool
is they have these local chapters as well.
So you can check that out for Celo Colombia.
And while you're checking that out,
this other one I noticed also only got one contributor,
$1.22, Territorial Regeneration in Barichada, Colombia.
Yeah, that's one of the OG bio regional centers.
That's actually where Joe Brewer, who does the school,
the design school for regeneration, the name might be slightly different,
but yeah, he has the online might be slightly different but um yeah he has
the online program and it's like yeah deep in the biofi and bio regional movement and has been for
for many many years and yeah that's that's the region where he spends a lot of time and so that's
one of the like cascadia and barry java have been, some of the regions where a community has formed for years and years
who are passionate about bioregionalism, kind of.
And obviously there are many, many others.
But in the context of using the word bioregional
and also crossing over to Web3,
those are two that have existed for quite a while.
Welcome me up to the stage, John.
But go ahead, Izzy, you were going to show Celo Colombia?
So I wasn't sure if that might have just been done because I was kind of reading in Spanish
and converting in my head to English.
But if you want me to give it a go, I will share a little bit about Celo Colombia.
It's an initiative dedicated to promote financial inclusion and economic empowerment in Colombia
through blockchain technology. technology part of the ecosystem focusing on the development and using
the tools and solution based on the eCOP which is the stable coin and they are using it to facilitate rapid transactions,
make the economy more accessible. Their main objective is to create a robust ecosystem ecosystem where eCOP can be implemented and accepted and utilized a lot for individuals
and businesses, including building the infrastructure which permits commercial use,
accepting payments in that C stablecoin, ECOP.
You know, they're all about community and bringing the benefits of the blockchain to that community. roadblocks that are like financial issues for people to easily be able to grow, you
know, to kind of liberate people from the confinements of the current, you know, financial
They want to build a future more equal and with more like, yeah, with more equal equity, where people
can make use to the maximum of their potential.
And I think I probably gave about enough there.
Super cool that we get a live translation, live shill, you know,
because most people will probably see the page and, you know,
if you don't understand it, maybe move on.
But it's great that we get to not only get it translated, but get it, you know,
shilled for folks to support. So that is up there.
If you swipe, oh, no, it's not. Oh, yeah, it is.
It's up there in the in the garden so amazing I noticed we also
got will t in the house and we got John first of all John how you doing brother
I'm doing amazing up here to kids museum with my son and birthday was yesterday
and so we're having some fun but to drop into the space here for a second.
A couple things for the P9s holders out there.
I did put up a proposal in the Discord and then I should just leave today to the Telegram
So any of the holders out there, if you want some feedback, feel free to drop it in the
Discord and Telegram or just hit me up direct
if you have any thoughts,
questions, etc. But we're really excited
we're calling the solar savings circles
or something called Chamas or Isuzu. There's a lot of different names around the world, but the traditional money merry-go-round,
or something called Chama, or Isuzu,
there's a lot of different names around the world,
but this is really ancient technology in some respects.
This is really the way people began to share
the past and shared accounts.
They would share goods and services
and in this case we're bringing that all on chain
and it's gonna be mostly fiat based at start.
The idea is that we'll see these five funds
and we'll be onboarding about 20 women in the region.
These solar savings circles are taking place.
We'll continue some education.
She's gonna make a movie too.
To take the first step up on the solar ladder.
So, sort of the first step towards having full access to electricity.
Then these women went around to share on this essentially a DAO.
They could buy from in order to
take this store for the home, for the businesses,
maybe product abuse appliances
to use with that electricity once they have it.
And so it's gonna be an exciting experience.
And yeah, we really, for a while,
we're looking at some local developers in Tanzania,
some nether labs, they have a
Woshika DAO and it allows people to spend up these saving circles on chain.
We've down in Tanzania that has over 100 of these saving circles that they already
have a traditional sense to bring more and more of those and channeling and to use these tools to both give access to financial capital, but also so many build expectations in people's
communities and with Japanese.
So please do check that out and get any feedback you have.
It's probably in the week or so.
The other thing I wanted to mention was that the Octant round will be coming up in about two weeks.
and runs through, I believe, the 25th.
So that'll be a two-week allocation period.
So anybody that has GLM locked
just planting that early seed
that in a couple of weeks,
you'll be able to start distributing rewards
to 20 amazing climate projects.
I believe Octant to be making a release
on the 20 projects that were accepted to that round,
And so keep an eye out for that,
to learn about the projects that will be in the round
and start doing a little research beforehand.
We can really fund some important projects to you.
We're really excited about all the projects.
projects in the resilience category, projects working on just really supporting local economies,
local communities in various ways. We have some amazing ocean-based projects that are working on
coral reefs for generation.
Yeah, just really excited about the cohort of projects.
And now there may be folks on the call that maybe didn't make it in this time.
And I will tell you that the CCM team worked very hard to make the final decision
for what was the easiest thing to do.
And so many projects in this space, and that did apply.
We hope that nobody was discouraged by NICE.
We're getting into this round, and hopefully there'll be no rounds in the future that we can get into.
So, I think those are the two pieces of news or updates I wanted to share today.
Other than that, I just offered to you all that you stay curious and keep chasing your dreams.
We had a solar eclipse in the last 24 hours, depending on where you are.
And so it's a really powerful time to be setting some of those intentions for the future.
And really going after your goals and your dreams of making the world a better place.
So I really appreciate you all for being here today.
I appreciate you, Jimmy, for holding this space with you.
And feel free to message me anytime if I can be able to assistance with anything you want.
Oh, that is super cool man um that uh that you've got this uh solar initiative i i
see in the discord you're also using impact foundry by atlantis seems like a very cool
proposal so i'll definitely be in support of it but friends if you're not in the discord
definitely head to the discord it is up in the Jumbotron.
I'm going to put it there just one more time.
And I want to see y'all getting in there, giving comments on these.
And very exciting about Octant as well.
That's going to be a big one for the refi space.
I'm looking forward to allocating some GLM.
Easy, did you have your hand up before?
Yeah, I just wanted to shout out John.
Thank you for all the good work you're doing. And if you would like to have an eco-solar focused impact concert, hop into my DM.
Sounds like a connection here could be great.
It sounds like you have some communities that would have some good collaboration with some of the communities I know down in Central and South America as well.
Solar concerts. I love that.
Maybe you could power the speakers with some solar situations,
We should all jam. We should all jam on concerts.
But yeah, you should definitely link up.
I think, Johnny, do you want to chime in there?
Are you caught up with your, with the birthday? I think he's down. I'm just, yeah, no, I just,
yeah, I just, I just dropped you a quick DM, easy. Um, obviously right this second,
not the very best time to connect, but we settle a plant, a seed in our DMs and a little chat,
see what we can make out. Hell yeah, loves it.
Okay, without further ado, King Fishes Media, how are you doing, good sir?
We're just a few days away from 24-7 extravagance.
Oh yeah. What do you mean, oh, yeah?
Oh, that's going to happen again, huh?
Yeah, I guess we're going to do that thing again.
Actually, that just sparked one last
quick thing, and then I'll hand it back over to you,
here earlier. I think he left the space
of the stages, he did some really awesome slam poetry. And I was thinking he'd actually
reach out because I'd complimented on him and said, Hey, where might I be able to do
some more of this kind of thing in the refi space? He wrote this really great piece about
a lot of stuff that was really thoughtful. But it just gave me the idea that maybe during
the 24 seven extravaganza,
maybe we can have some times where we can kind of have a slam poetry event,
if you will, or for people sharing, you know, poems, writings, et cetera.
It might be a fun way to connect folks and get a platform for folks
that want to share some of their work.
want to share some of their work.
Spoken Word Impact Concert.
Spoken Word Impact Concert.
talking right now? I couldn't hear you.
Can you hear me now? Yeah, I hear you.
Sweet. Love that, John? Yeah, I hear you. Okay, good. Sweet.
I'll get you a link for all special guests.
And please do feel free to share that around to anyone that wants to just book a special guest slot.
And yeah, that reminds me, I also met a really good climate poet when I was at COP29.
I'll try to invite her to come through. I think that's another really great art form.
We've had musicians. Obviously, people are giving speeches, telling stories, but to have spoken word
and poetry, that would be beautiful. I love that. Really good idea, John. That would be amazing.
Poetry, that would be beautiful.
What a vibe this has been.
Well, friends, unless you have any other impact alpha to share,
we're going to conclude the spaces.
Sybil's always got impact alpha.
One more alpha would be, if anyone is interested,
I need to work on how to say this, but if anyone is interested
in a working group on getting more public nouns sold, that's some alpha that that is
We have sold a, is it a place for transparency for numbers?
In the year 2025, in the first three months, a total of five public nouns with each a third of an ETH have been sold contributing to the Treasury.
It is important for the Treasury to continue to be able to fund things to also have an inflow of funds.
That is currently not the case to the same degree that there's an outflow of funds.
That is a big testament to the giving spirit.
It is not a big testament to the sustainability of the DAO.
So whoever is interested, if you feel to DM me, obviously I should be saying this in a different way.
But anyhow, public nouns are cool.
And if anyone has any ideas,
speaking about public nouns is the first great step.
But yeah, it would be amazing if we could increase that
to maybe sell more than two public nouns per month.
I will include a little about public nouns
in the opening for this Impact concert for sure and it's on the
top of my list um unfortunately the uh oral surgery dental stuff set me back a little but
i am definitely getting one one of these days 100 percent thank you so that is amazing that's
awesome thank you that you're mentioning that tomorrow and yeah i'm not i don't want to tell
anyone to buy an nft 0.33 ETH.
That's not the main strategy.
There are so many other strategies.
There have been thousands of NFT projects.
And yeah, so anyhow, thank you.
I mean, I suggest it every week, but we need other strategies.
I love that you brought that up, Sybil.
And I just planted something up
in the garden. And that is the giveth public nouns grant page. Although this doesn't go
specifically to the matching pool, it does go for operations. I know that Sky is working really
hard on trying to replenish our treasury in a variety of ways, not just selling NFTs,
but working on other grants, such as even from the main NounsDAO. And so yeah, there is work
being done there to replenish beyond the NFTs themselves. But you're right, we should be really
trying to pump the NFTs. I mean, coming to this 24-7 spaces that VF friends is doing maybe i think they're pretty welcoming when it comes to
shilling maybe i'll pop in there as p nouns uh that would be a good one actually because there's
people spending like multiple eth on series one v friends and we're like you know a hundred percent
good go to a good cause which you could you know maybe maybe that's a good show. I'm good friends with, uh, DeFi Space Donkey, who is one of the co-hosts.
So if you want to hit me in the DMs, maybe I can connect you guys so you can get a, you
know, a good chunk of a couple minutes in that space.
I also know DeFi Space Donkey is quite well, but, but I appreciate that.
Let's, let's all, let's all chat.
Let's come through during his hosting slots.
And it'd be cool if a bunch of us rolled up.
I know John has done solar work with VFriends as well.
So maybe we can all swarm the spaces and share some public good stuff.
But that's amazing, easy.
And great initiative, Civil, for starting a working group for that.
I think it's super cool. I do think NFTs are making a bit of a comeback. Obviously
the market's pretty turbulent right now, but
of NFTs things are happening, and
And yeah, really shining more light on that would be a great plan.
And anyone else who wants to be a part of it, hit up Civil.
The hand of Kingfisher Media is also up.
Oh, is it? I didn't see that. Go ahead, Kingfisher.
Well, we were going to give deference to Seville out of the respect and admiration we have for Seville,
even going to great lengths of setting up his own Telegram channel so people are well informed of all the ongoing events,
both virtually and IRL in the regenerative community.
So Seville, the floor is yours and then you can come back to
us. That's fine. Oh, thank you. No, no, you go ahead. Okay. We're going to have to, we're going
to have to have a storytelling time during Let's Grow Live on Politeness Pills, but that's a topic
for another conversation for a different day. Anyways, yeah.
So we just wrapped our third episode on the philosophy of economics, which is a tie into a larger web series of building a regenerative economy before this space started.
And I saw a few of the fine folks that are here in that conversation.
So it was a very inspiring and spirited one for sure.
And we didn't make as much grad as I wanted to,
but I do give more preference to the conversation if it's, you know,
as long as the conversation keeps growing. So there's that.
What else we have going on?
Will T SBU Dow, our founder,
will be hosting just as a general service to the entire x spaces
community but people who are looking to host as part of let's grow live gg 23 edition could
definitely benefit from this so in roughly three hours and uh 40 minutes a a Spaces Host Masterclass. So look from the signal from Will T's account there.
Just to give you some background, so, you know,
KF Media has only been around just under two years,
but Will T has been hosting Spaces for well over three years.
So he just wants to lend his experience and his expertise to the general community at large. But definitely, if you're looking to host as part of Let's Grow Live,
definitely tap into that because it could have some benefit to you on how to improve your skills
in space hosting and driving conversations forward. So yeah, I think that's about it. Just been busy in the background booking
special guest speakers as part of Let's Grow Live as well. Updates are being provided in the
Charmverse. We call that in Let's Grow Live, our garden. But just to highlight some people that
are going to be coming through so you can look for them. Nick Naragi from Hats Protocol.
Afo from Greenpill will be coming through.
Kevin Raj from Citizen Wallet will be coming through.
And those are just a few of the highlights.
I'm sure there will be many more as we get closer to April 2nd.
There you grow. Amazing work, Will T, as always. Super grateful for you. I think you're going to be
the absolute MVP of this LGL, keeping the spaces going in your virtual environment of your computer desktop.
I don't know if that's the right word for it, but whatever you're doing.
There is one kink that could develop that could set the whole planet right, but we need
to talk about that in the back channel.
Let's run tests on tests and then get AI to come through as well and save our butts.
All right, Sybil, go ahead, buddy.
Thank you, Will will for that service that
is actually um great to to know about especially when it comes to like djs and overall musicians
with like audio setup um to make sure that's properly tested before um ideally um perhaps so
that's that's cool that you do that um did you is there anything that you can put down in the
comments regarding like when that's happening?
It hasn't been scheduled yet,
but it will be happening at 4 p.m. Eastern,
which is going to be, what, 8 p.m. UTC time?
And that is what day or multiple days?
Today. Oh, today? days? Today. Today.
Yeah, just in a few hours.
Just over three and a half hours from now.
I'm sorry, I didn't mean to interrupt you.
The signal will be sent from Will T's personal account.
The other thing I wanted to mention,
so regarding also potentially getting support from Nounstow for public nouns,
keeping that thought in the background is one of the reasons
why I've been sharing the secret of Nounstow,
which is the Thursday call where a bunch of people in Nounstow
come together to discuss proposals.
And it's just a great place to understand Nounstow better,
which is helpful if you want to do anything with Nounstow.
And yeah, my idea is that if more people
from the public good space do that,
the understanding grows, potential for collaboration grows
the voting power of 30 nouns
enough and if you continue to participate
can ask to be one of the people
who decide over where those 30 votes
go and then you need to to be one of the people who decide over where those 30 votes go.
And then you need to continue to participate to stay in that power.
But the calls are open on Discord every Thursday.
Anybody can join, no matter what.
And yeah, it's a great space to also ask noun soldiers,
like would they consider this, would they consider that?
And yeah, honestly, really, really well done
every Thursday at 8, 10 p.m. Eastern, I think.
Yeah, Discord is pinned up, and the events are scheduled in there.
Thank you so much for sharing this link.
I have tried to click it though and it does
Maybe it expired since you
I still didn't join it. I bookmarked it.
I was like, sweet, that job is done. Let me go to the next
task. I never actually joined it.
say that one last time, Sybil, we would very
Oh, this mic keeps making weird noises, huh?
My bad. Okay, so thank you,
Sybil. You're an absolute legend.
specific in there for the noun-solving, because
so far it may have just sounded very, very abstract.
I don't know if you heard.
Uganda, Davin is one of the leading people.
It was basically a proposal in total with a few proposals that were needed.
It was funding around like $200,000, $300,000 to get the school properly funded
properly funded and the rebuild and the renovation and it's all Nouns themed.
and the rebuild and the renovation and it's all nouns themed.
And that was heavily influenced by the support of Nounsel, which Davin has been a part of
the Nouns ecosystem and participated and contributed in different ways and the Nasdao
ecosystem for, I don't know how many years, but, and I don't know if it would have happened
So just to put it out there, in my perception, Nounsel played a big role in that.
And I do see there's a hand up again by Kingfisher Media.
Yeah, I think also two public nouns.
One area of potentiality that you may not have touched on,
but also just so everyone in this space is aware,
on the Giveth program or Giveth platform for verified projects,
you can set up recurring contributions,
which taps into the technology that's been developed by FlowState and SuperFluid.
So they use the actual SuperF super fluid streams for those recurring contributions.
So even if, you know, your budget is just, you know, a few dollars a month or whatever,
you can definitely support projects on Give It In That Fashion as well.
And now as you guys are listed on there, it's verified along with a lot of other amazing
So it's just something to consider if you have budgetary constraints,
but you still want to make an impact.
There are pathways that are created for that.
Always sharing the pathways for LATAM and beyond.
we're going to make an announcement
of how pathways for LATAM
is now going to become more expensive.
if you do set up a flow on Giveth,
you are going to be getting
If you're doing some flows,
you're going to get their
I feel like they should have called it super,
but sup token. Okay, hold on.
Yeah, they should have because there's a...
Well, actually, now any token, in theory,
Any token can become, pretty much,
can become a super token by using their token standard,
and then you don't have to wrap and unwrap.
You can actually just stream the native token
directly into your MetaMouse wallet.
Last time I'm going to say this,
if you are wanting to get some acceleration and amplification,
whether if you're a Gitcoin grantee or not,
you definitely need to be applying for Let's Grow Live.
That is letsgrow.network.com.
Just fill that out, please.
We're trying to finalize all the slots by Monday.
So please, please, please get it done today, tomorrow, Monday at the latest.
And yeah, we'd love to invite all of y'all to participate.
Let's freaking grow. It's right up there
at the left of Jumbotron.
Thank you. Is the link working? Just to confirm
the link that I sent, the Discord
Oh, the Nounsel? Did you send
another one? Yeah, I just commented
Just so that we know that before the space ends.
Because I don't like if people say there's a link and there isn't a link.
If I ever do that, please let me know.
Like tag me, DM me, whatever.
It is kind of a, in my opinion,
it's a hidden gem when it comes to governance of DAOs.
Yeah, it's just cool that it's open.
Like what kind of people come in there?
And it's like one or two hours,
but it's really, yeah, it's really great to listen
and also a great place to ask questions.
Very, very cool, man. Thank you for sharing. Tons of Impact Alpha friends. I mean, yeah,
public nouns can give you a little grant around 5 ETH, sometimes a little less, sometimes a little
more. It's usually around there. But NounsDAO, man, they are making big-time grants. So definitely check out what's happening in the main daddy NounsDow community.
And NounsDow is a great way in.
So thank you, Sybil, for sharing that.
Thank you, EZ, for your impact concerts.
I'm pumped for our collaboration.
Thank you, Lumina, for co-hosting with us and for joining Let's Grow Live.
I think you're one of the first people, if not the first person to sign up for Let's Grow Live.
Machak, thank you for writing the first ever Let's Grow song and for being such an incredible supporter.
You got us to almost 100 comments today.
Thank you, KF Media, for being the MVP of Let's Grow Live.
You're an absolute legend. I'm stoked for it to keep it alive and hopefully break the world record.
8.2 days is the world record now, so we got to beat that. Creatress, thank you for all of your
amazing creations and for wanting to be a part of Let's Grow Live. Meme for Trees, thank you for
being the most consistent person joining these impact spaces.
