how is everyone doing how are you nick i'm doing good i'm doing good uh i saw the toys being
launched and honestly i think i think the entire word tree space is taking it pretty pretty well
so kudos to the team i think it's something exciting that we can look forward to
who here has bought toys i'm like super ready for it
i bought a couple myself and yeah i totally agree with you i think i was pretty shook and
impressed myself when like the toys dropped and you don't just see budget penguin holders
going crazy about it you see communities we see bayc we see azuki is actually all
contributing to this actually buying up all these toys it's really a moment of unity that it was
really quite touching to see it being executed and everyone just going crazy about it
100 and honestly like the toys itself impressed me but then like when i started seeing like more
revelation on twitter about like how there's a there's a whole nft experience that is tied to
it and like oh my god my mind was just blown so i'm looking forward to luca coming over and like
sharing how he sort of like saw the entire thing going through and i'm super excited
yeah i mean even for myself i was really shook and impressed by the whole nft experience like
initially when the toys dropped i was thinking hey it's just toys digital experience what could
it be didn't expect too much about it but when i started seeing everything really being launched and
like the way the rest of the community the rest of crypto twitter actually reacted to it i was
just really impressed i was even more bullish about the project that i was previously so yeah i can't
wait to receive the toys here in sikap 4 definitely i'm going to scan the codes probably give kappa away
and yeah i think nick are we going to give any toys away today i i heard i heard that we prepared
like some toys um whether we give it away today i think we gotta we gotta wait a little bit and see
but i think i think definitely yes maybe you know stay tuned
we have uh foxy pangu on stage with us she's the malaysian ambassador and she's been pushing
really hard for our malaysian initiatives so i mean come i think i think she came uh when the toys
launched she kind of made like a big purchase as well i think she's one of those pangus in asia that
camped out to to hit that that buy mark so tell us more about your buying experience
yeah that's one of the questions that i would like to ask you guys too because um singapore and hong
kong um the delivery charges are kind of different from malaysia right
yeah i think for myself i paid like around 13 usd for delivery okay yeah i'm not sure how how's it
like for you guys is that a flat fee for singapore yeah it's a flat fee i think i think i didn't really
play around and like try to order one then order five and see the shipping change but yeah i had to
pay like 13 usd in shipping to amazon how much do you have to pay uh foxy penguin about 30 usd so it's
double oh damn i know maybe i should have helped you guys order and hang carry across the border then
yeah we are thinking too maybe we can you know delivery to one of our house and deliver over i think it's
cheaper that way and i think there's a subsequent of the um pieces of toys so the more you buy it's
a little bit cheaper but it's like another five dollars and five dollars for five dollars i bought
like a ton yeah so yeah i mean if you pop order technically the cost per piece in shipping goes down
yeah but i prefer the idea of like sean being our toy mule you know we should just ship all of
malaysia's toys to singapore and have sean bring it over the border yeah that's the most cost
efficient i i like that idea the most i'm gonna i'm gonna like what do you think the gen then maybe
we tell luca about it and that could be like the whole delivery method for the malaysia community
and also thailand too you just want me to work don't you yeah
i think i think it's good for you you know like a little bit of walking a little bit of carrying
it's great for everyone what are you applying sir i think you're working for the pudgy penguins for
a reason but hey anyone else in the in the crowd who wants to come out and share like their toy buying

shocked because i i basically i bought the toys food a shop called something like true chewy toy chest
something like that and then and then when i talked to some other hong kong penguin and just say hey no i
mean we can't they don't do delivery to hong kong and say hey seriously i was like is it is it a scam
and then i mean it's good that i i double checked with sparkle so um it's a legit uh store um so i'm
surprised because it's it's it's nice uh free shipping to hong kong uh yeah so i'm i'm you know i feel so so
happy about that that's so nice that's so privileged uh over here we have sook sook sort of came on
stage sook is our korean ambassador our south korean ambassador please give her a warm welcome come on
stage do you get any any toys for yourself sook hey this is then nick sean uh foxy thank you uh yeah
definitely i ordered uh toys of different kinds i got the plastic one that's supposed to like uh
stand and hold like positive messages i really like that one and then got the plushies uh i had to get
defy sushi because she's my best i just uh it feels like meeting your best friend as a like a rock star
you know you feel very proud and just wish that we will see more pengus uh listed up for the toys
because it seemed like it's very limited and only like you know there was actually like in the pangu
princesses group we found out that there were only like two uh female holders who were included in this
line of plushies so definitely would love to see uh more holders get represented um for the ip
distribution and whatnot but i'm really excited to get the toys uh it was supposed to arrive like in the
second week of june but i think it's getting faster so might be able to get it in um in a week or so so
very excited about that i'm excited for you i think like uh i think the team also like teased the the
shark pangu figurine that's a collectible i think i'm gonna aim for that i think i'm gonna go heavy on
that but yeah uh we have ray on stage as well ray come on up tell us a little bit about your toy buying
experience do you make it feel make you feel like a kid again hey nick thanks for inviting i was uh
actually really excited to get the toys i stayed up like four or five a.m for the toys and like i somehow
tried to click it but it's sold out like some collections like the empty toy was sold out and i was
so sad but i'm happy i got the defy sushi toy not simping or anything but um but yeah it's a nice
toy to have and i also got the little giraffe skin like the the cute little i think it's a giraffe skin
and i think it's uh super super cute and luckily i got three of them before it sold out so
yeah and i'll see you nick on the 26th uh i think we'll bid for the shark toys
because that that that collectible is really really interesting so i'm looking forward to that as well
i'll see you there i agree let's let's let's ship it to sean he has to bring it across the border i think
it saves on like delivery you know so let's just do that we're not like this and then you know we get
free delivery in hong kong you kind of like gotta pay double of what singapore has to pay so
not fair not fair the singaporean pangu better do its job but yeah i am more than happy to help bring
it over but i i mean the air tickets if you guys are covering it yeah more than happy to turn my

yeah maybe while waiting for luca to come on since we have uh foxy penguin and ray on stage maybe you
guys want to share about the recent events that you guys actually had
oh for the pizza dow yesterday we had um about 50 attendees um came on and um the bayc committee came
uh crypto punks there's very difficult to get them out so it's really nice to see them we have also
a local asian that's called asian nfts um the founder and also the community um many most of them from
web three companies we all had about 40 to 50 um pizzas that night last night and some drinks we had a really
good collaboration um talks and what we can do for malaysia or for asia so we have um asukis there as
well so it's really nice to see everyone at this event i think that's not it for for the malaysian events
right um maybe maybe ray could share you know what what else is coming up
so tomorrow um hello yes so tomorrow there's actually the wine and dine master class for penguin
exclusive holders and that would be so interesting because i think there'll be blind tasting so
i think the winner of the blind tasting event gets a bottle or um something really special so that would
be really interesting and one more thing is that for the master class one and dine we gonna be
atas a bit meaning meaning we gotta be class here not just um the usual paji penguins um casual
uh uh uh alcoholic nights which is like just drinking and downing everything so i think tomorrow is
a bit more of education and fun kind of event so we gonna try to up it up a notch and yeah on june 3rd
there'll be malaysia's biggest event which is the bitcoin pizza day there'll be over like 1 000 pizzas served
and maybe 700 attendees and paji penguins would have a booth over there so looking forward to that big
event and looking forward to see everyone there and just have some fun and yeah see you guys there
awesome honestly speaking like for the wine and dine i'm going but i'm trashy so i'm not going to be
able to taste anything yeah we're gonna definitely lose can you give away something for like the guy
who scores the least because at least i'll be able to secure something
i'll i'm sure i'll score really low uh probably lower than you and i think you are more atas than me

you know we have been talking about toys and i i think i agree with sean um one thing i feel very
um i'm proud or i feel really happy is that um it's not just pudgy talking about toys we see the
whole referee um you know people different nft communities you know um different project they
are actually talking about it and they even support it bought it bought the toys and all this so i think
there's something that i feel worried because you know it's more like a referee stuff not just penguin stuff
i think like we we gained a little bit of everyone's respect in terms of what the team put out you
know like honestly speaking i i don't i can't i can't think of any other nft project that has done this
in in this capacity with with that little of a of a wall chest you know and you know now that they
they got the funding they got their toys out i'm super excited to see what comes out next
but when toys in asia i'm waiting for that i wanna i wanna balk buy for my friends i know ray balk buy
but i'm not sure whether he bought some for his friends or he's keeping it all for himself i know i
know the the sushi pangu is gonna be i i wish i got some some girls to give it to just to test the market
um i don't know if it would be nice as a gift to friends or girlfriends and things like that so
i'm waiting for nick to intro me so all good man all good you need a trial run though like
let's let's just practice first i'll be the girl and then you give me the toy and then we'll see how
it goes awesome man i i can't wait for that i'll try that tomorrow or when my toy receives
when i receive my toy in malaysia i try to do that to you definitely i'm gonna be outside your door

uh he was dming um this girl trying to hit on her and didn't get a response and he tried another
one but he sent a penguin gif and he actually got a response so maybe penguins will be the secret to
woman's heart i don't know maybe that's the real alpha out there man let me try and dig out that's real

celebrate together as the pudgee family the rock family yeah like can't wait for it so remember to
always shield the rocks more than anything else because right now rocks is 0.42 rather than um
littles which is 0.5 so there's a bit of mismatch there so i think rocks has more potential not being
biased or anything i have both yeah the ratio is pretty interesting but uh i'm heavy into littles
and i i'm i feel under exposed to rocks i've been looking at my wallet to see if i could sell some
littles for some rocks but i can't do it man like i just can't do it like there's none not no little
that i hold should be traded for a rock it just i just can't bring myself to do that so i don't know
man i married my bags i think there's no harm always adding to more like you don't have to
let go some you just gotta keep buying the dip there's no harm collecting more right i don't see
any harm like it's like printing if if it's really free money like i wouldn't reject free money right
that's true ray but before the toys arrive you wanna you wanna just start practicing earlier i'll just

that like you know only sean's technically has the expertise i guess assuming his name is only sean

think it makes sense though because if you were the only sean then sean would be like singular but it's

is lucas still coming or i'm still waiting for his response so uh we can still you know keep talking
and um hopefully he finishes stuff and join us um yeah i mean what what i want to share is that um
when i when i was picking the toys i was you know thinking i wish to buy you know i mean how many i
i should buy it right and i just that's the only chance the only time that i feel like what if i
have kids and that would be interesting because i can keep buying to them you know keep buying toys for
them but like that's the only way at the only time that i have a thought like hey i i may maybe i should
have a kid right wait then so you don't have kids now right i don't so so the pudgy toys made you
think about having kids and then giving them the toys is that what you're trying to say yeah it
says i mean i i i i i'm so i'm very honest i'm not you know trying to you know trying to like about
your plan i'm not sure is it safe i don't know if your girlfriend is tuning in um this is his way of
telling you he's ready he's ready he's ready check the protection if you if you're not ready just check
it yeah and so that i can buy toys to to the kids right yeah no i i i don't have any kids but i'm giving
it to my nieces my nephews my my neighbors i think i think they'll all enjoy it so i just want to spread
pudgy all around so that you know one day they'll look at me and it's like that's the guy that's the
guy who gave me a pudgy penguin toy you know so i want to be that guy you guys should be that guy and
girl too yeah i think i i want to i want to kiss um having that i think it's a it's it's a lovely toys
plushy to hold i think so too all right so we we managed to speak a little bit with our malaysian
ambassadors we we got to say hi to sook but so you mentioned that you're having an event in in
south korea as well uh with the other pengus please do tell us more yeah recently we had new members
join the huddle so i haven't really seen their faces so i think it's a great time to have a meet
up like in june 6th it's like a public holiday here so if they are planning to go somewhere you know
travel i think some of us will meet up for brunch so i'm very excited because uh
uh pudgy asia also made for us as a special korean pengu uh sticker and you know our own logo so i
wanted to create them into stickers and also like um smartphone grips so i wanted to share some goodies
with them so it'll be exciting and fun to meet new members and also old faces all right plenty of
pictures i i wish i was encouraged i could join you guys but yeah sounds fun so as i'm checking in
with like the individual country ambassadors um since sean is a representative of singapore
what do you have planned like have you have you planned anything so far well we are looking at
having an upcoming event uh this one is mostly ran by yc the singapore ambassador what he'll be
doing is we are looking at having an nft5 um gathering because in the space not a lot of us
are very familiar with nft finance like how do we actually create our own landing pool or for nfts
for example yeah rock will but would like to make some revenue of it without actually selling it
so how do you actually do this we are planning something like that for our owners here in singapore
but moving forward one thing that we are looking forward to would be the token 2049 uh
the planning is a huge nightmare in all honesty uh don't want to like oversell it but yeah we are
planning token 2049 and we hope that that will be one of the biggest party for pagi penguins for the year
let's go let's go i know a lot of us are actually gonna head down to singapore for it so
you better bring your a-game sean i'm gonna be super judgy and also super supportive so

what about hong kong then you have anything planned uh yeah yeah yeah we uh we have been having uh
quite a close um relationship not relationship like we have been in touch with you know some other
nft community um like memlan and asuki so um i think what we are trying to do in hong kong is
trying to uh group this feel um kind of blue chip blue chips uh nft community together and see how we
can um build a nice nft vibe or um you know to to educate more people about the nft you know you know
in a right way you know i think this is uh what we want to do in in hong kong

the whole process so um are you guys actually like planning to produce any of your own merch or anything
because i'm kind of like just like as an investor i'm like thinking what should we do with our penguins and
i think there's so many things that can be done with the penguins
yeah i think that's a that's a very good um and um idea i think i think yeah i have been you know
think about that too okay what we what we can do with our own i think i got rocked hello yeah you

basically what what are the merch they plan to do yeah like do you have plans to do uh anything with your

for yourself or um like how's the community in singapore are they doing anything with their penguins

share something uh i think what we said about about the uh making birth uh what i want to do in hong kong
is actually making some drinks i want to you know i want to make some canned you know canned soft drinks
or you know some kind of like bottle drinks something like that so i think that's something i i'm i'm
thinking about because i have been you know working at fmb uh business for for for a few years so um
it's it's a it's a it's a um yeah it's approachable i mean this it makes sense i mean actually i can
actually make this and it's not a big amount of money to to to make a batch of this so i know maybe if
there is a big party again in hong kong i can make some cool stuff i think that's a good idea i think
you should you should do you have a name for it yet if you were to make a drink or an energy drink
not yet i'm still you know i'm still freaking out i'm still thinking if i should get a you know better
penguin for the drinks um yeah mascot i think i think you should call it big pp energy drink
i think that's a good representation actually talking about the energy drink i always think
um k um like k i mean like kegy right i always think his penguin is so spotty it's a little too spotty i
think yeah yeah i really i really like like his i think he's a penguin is it's good it's perfect for
some spotty drinks i think so too yeah like like like be featured on the the red flavor of gatorade
do they have a red flavor no i don't think so that's vitamin water but okay so since luca couldn't make
it um and i have two of the team members on stage i'm gonna hold you guys here and i'm gonna start
asking some of the questions that the community has actually shared over to us um if you guys know the
answer feel free to share what you can share if you don't know feel free to let me know to skip it
so let's see um is it possible to share how many toys were made for this round or like you know what
what was the total number and yeah to either of you dan or sean both works don't say it together
yeah i honestly i mean there i'm there we have never told any numbers but but it seems i i checked it
on the uh in our chat group it seems like someone's green kept something like
uh something like luca's tweeting in public saying like it's almost gone or something like that
i'm not sure i mean it's not you know it's not official like thing but i remember i know sean if you
see something yeah i think with regards to the stock previously luca did mention that the total
inventory was around 1.5 bill worth and in one of the spaces i believe around two days back he said that
it was nearly sold out already and i believe across countries we start saying that slowly one by one
the toys are just getting sold out i wish amazon actually put that it's so out rather than just
removing the option thinking that we got wrapped but yeah this is an issue with amazon and slightly
beyond our control but last we checked i believe after the first day burko did say that we actually
had half a million in sales already so yeah i think pretty impressive numbers stocks running low
not sure when it will be restocked so get them while you still can
all right um as the toys are getting sold out and you know we see that that adorable collection
that's being released right now um nat from thailand actually asked what are the benefits to getting
your pengu license into a toy you know is it is it royalties or is there any other additional
benefits you know for those who do not know so i think this time sean you can you
can let me know you can answer this time sure i think to begin with uh the moment your penguin
actually gets licensed i do see the value of the nft actually going up uh the amount of rapid
offer actually just skyrockets the moment in license so the nft value does go up if your
your penguin gets licensed uh and of course revenue the percentage of the revenue the exact percentage
i'm unable to disclose uh will be shared with holders so say these are pure numbers uh random numbers
put out of my head please don't quote me on this say the percentage of revenue share is one percent
the nft hit a million dollars in revenue that plushy said person will actually just get
10k is my best correct correct me if i'm wrong is it thank thank you yeah so it's really just airdrop
if you think about it if your penguin get licensed of course every licensing deal will be different
you do actually get profit sharing of a percentage of the the sales revenue being sold and i think on
top of that you actually get airdrop a soulbound token to say you're part of like say series one of
this toy collection being launched and yeah is there any utilities for like being able to stack
so well tokens down the road yet to be discovered but it's an interesting thing to add to your vault i guess
yeah i'm trying my best to collect as many soul bounds as i can you know bridging our littles
here and there and then being a diamond hand holder since the beginning but yeah um i guess this this
would intrigue a lot of people a lot of pengu holders to wanna wanna get their pengu's license so
how how do they actually get chosen like is there something that the team is looking for
is there something that i could run over and buy right now so that i could front run everyone else so
yeah um yeah either one of you go ahead yeah uh yeah i i think um it's it may be about the trace
and it may be also about the activity of the penguin holders because i think one of the things that you
know uh we all consider as in like how the penguin is being seen so if you know if you're a penguin holder that
always that's always active making twitter space um having different tree you know very famous and
making a lot of contents that may be a penguin that people always see and you know and and also and look
at the gif also there the number of gifs being seen it's also very important right because that's also a
way to see how famous that penguin is i think that's also a way um maybe that's also a parameter that you
know how how the penguin will be picked for being licensed so um no no exact formula yet but um
it seems like that's also be part of the you know parameter at least something that we can control
rather than you know just you know passively being chosen nice i think uh i think it's just
every penguin's gotta gotta work hard put themselves out there try to spread positivity and like you know
get licensed uh anything to add on to that sean any alpha from singapore that you might know that could
get you know because we know defy sushi is from singapore so she got hers um what can i how can i
be like defy sushi um to begin with you would probably have to change your gender and be really pretty like
how defy sushi is in real life not a simp unlike ray but yeah i think changing gender not a problem but
pretty like defy sushi not possible but yeah uh moving forward what we hope to achieve is some
form of additional clarity on what penguins will be licensed so we are working on like certain metrics
like how active are you on twitter how active are you on discord uh of course this is not a sign for
you to start just going into discord every day and tweeting gm like your old white list farming that kind
of stuff please don't do that but really value um contributions to the community and yes this is
one of the metrics that we are looking at twitter spaces that you're hosting and personally this is
based on my personal nothing to do with whatever i may know but i do feel that if your penguin looks
aesthetic it will be easier to get licensed with overpass coming along it's going to be a lot easier for
penguins to get licensed and probably when that happens we actually start sharing like what is
the specific metric to determine if a penguin get licensed oh damn all right i'm gonna prepare myself
um well earlier during the beginning of the spaces we sort of sean at least did mention that we will be
giving away one pudgy toy to the audience right now um i think to to keep it simple uh we're gonna get you
guys to go into this spaces um uh chat section and then try to put in your favorite pudgy penguin gif i
think you put it there whichever one's whichever one speaks to you if it speaks to us too we're gonna pick
one of you and you're gonna get yourself a toy and i don't know it might actually come earlier than
june 3rd who knows sean will have to carry it over yeah remember uh is it the the right bottom corner you
know that yeah correct that bluish purple bubble with a chat icon make sure make sure you comment
retweet you know and like that's the basic requirement and also follow touchy asia
that then is giving you all those loopholes i just made it simple i was like post a gif but

going to produce toys or was it something that they came into the project and then realized that
it's an aha moment for them and they're like we're going to make toys do any either one of you know
i think with regards to this uh i wouldn't say that that was their original plan or what but
luca's background was that his he was the cmo for jail blasters and he did insanely well over there
and he's really a matter of tapping onto his strengths if say my if i'm in luca's position
say i'm a very good storyteller i'll probably look into like telling stories for budget penguins if i
was the one that bought over the brand so i believe luca's saying that his strength is in
shipping toys marketing toys and therefore he realized that hey this ip was really cute
and therefore he decided to run with toys of course please don't quote me on this this is
me assuming that uh quoted all right yeah it's 100 recorded you are quoted it's too late um
i think wait someone asked i don't know if this is legit or not but um when pengu token you know um
sean could you please answer that for me
i don't know that's the honest answer um luca has been posting on twitter once at all when pengu token
when pengu but officially we do not have any idea if we are ever going to launch a token to begin with
or what's the expected timeline for that well actually i heard directly from luca himself that uh
i think he mentioned that he wouldn't even consider launching the pengu token until our collection was
like 40 to 50 if with a 40 to 50 if floor because if not you know what's the point right so he did
mention that and i do think that that's a pretty good idea too so i know more than you sean ray you know
what to do sweep the floor after 40 50 if and you get it wow let's go let's go and find more pengus i
didn't uh follow up on that
if it goes yeah i i'm find you and blame you for the losses i'm just kidding yeah yeah it was the one
one that said it wasn't me nick said not me it's all recorded in the spaces no worries guys i got
my proof i can find everything not a problem but yes ray i think it's up to us asia to to
really bring bring in like strong forces to to raise the pengu army in asia i think we got the manpower

weekends for a whole year and he whipped out his credit card he swept three little pengu's he swept
like two rocks so that he could retire twice and i don't know i think i think now he's he's heavy in
credit card debt so we gotta we gotta make sure we protect him protect our little ones
he takeaway here is that nick actually has friends guys so nick's a normal person he has friends outside

obvious play in the space right now like i know everyone's talking about rogs like i have nothing against
rogs but um pudgy penguins is an ip company so i want to own the ip that's going to be used whereas
i see rogs more as a tool um for the ip which obviously is not a bad thing either right but
no one's going to license a rog yeah you have the ip first right before you're right no
lots of funny rogs man no remember remember every penguin deserves a rog that's right that's right
can get a rock are the future one rock one retirement guys that's the
all right so um i i agree with you adam i think like although we keep saying that's only like 7 000
rocks and i do respect the little pudgies as well adam i do love them i was actually holding more
little pudgies um at the beginning but i somehow decided to switch to rocks because of the economics
there there is less rocks than there is pudgies so i think rocks is a quite a class of its own and luka
even memed about it um luka said that if there was no rocks he wouldn't have bought fudgy penguins in the
first place so um that's that's a history of uh rock so right just sharing yeah just sharing um i think
by the way i think you're wrong because nick was talking and he started talking over him so i don't
think you can hear nick no sorry sorry i i think my connection is really bad i'm just gonna yeah
you're good dude i just want to tell you sorry but i think i think luka saying that i think that was
because rocks dropped so terribly like it was such a terrible drop that it kind of forced him to be

you need to have the ip as much as possible and i think the ratio from the floor of of littles to the
floor of rocks being like 12x makes no sense when if you look at mutants to uh to apes or even beans to
zuki it's a lot less it just seems like such an obvious play to me like uh and that's this that
financial advice but it just it makes no sense i think if pudgy penguins as the bigs 2x to 10e
then i can't see why little pudgies wouldn't like 5x um so uh um that's just that's just my thoughts
i like rocks i literally own none of them though i probably should get like a few but i literally own
none of them i think you need to get a few and like one thing people don't realize that you know
there's like 7 000 plus rocks for about 30 000 pengus but there's only 30 000 pengus for the rest of the
world guys what ratio is crazier like so i don't know you guys do the math uh i i was speaking about
