As I know, you joined the huddle at the beginning of 2025.
And I am kind of curious what motivated you to join the huddle, why you choose
especially this IP, and why you're staying so consistent during this year. Well, actually,
it was not at the beginning. It was in August that I bought my little Pudgy. And well, I'm married to Casper.
He is a big Pudgy since 2021.
So I know the brand since the beginning, right?
But then it was in July that we went to Asia and we met and we went to Malaysia and Singapore.
And then we met Aaron and Foxy and Nick and Arthur and Symphony and they
were super nice and that's what convinced me actually so they convinced me in Asia because
they were really really nice and I was like okay I want to be friends of these people and if the
community like this is like this in Asia I will think it's like this all over the world
but that's why so casper couldn't convince me for three years but then i go and i meet these guys
for three days and they convinced me um yeah so that's the reason let's go i absolutely i absolutely
love it and we are waiting for uh foy to join us too from Pengu Asia.
So yeah, we're going to highlight some moments from the previous events too.
And yeah, I would like to hear more of your experience, more of your impressions during this time.
And actually, yeah, I think I misunderstood.
I thought you joined around January, but yeah, it's still cool.
We are always happy to meet new people in the huddle, to welcome them,
especially such consistent energy and warm and kind of people like you.

uh it was a great time and yeah i'm just trying to figure out what my next trip is going to be
because it was just my first pudgy event and had lots of fun uh i see joe joined up
on stage you got gmb yeah it was it was a great time uh shiv saucy uh meow down below yeah josh
it's just it's just amazing to like be able to like you know talk with people for so long
on online and then meet everyone in person and max i hope you get to to uh an event uh in 2026
it'd be awesome to finally meet you too i really doubt it will happen
uh i like no words about it i just don't know when everything will be over uh it feels like
it will be 10 more years but uh yeah still guys i'm super happy for you
and from my side like it's a big pleasure to host these streams uh like spaces to together with you
to talk about everything and of course your content from these events like uh shiv also always
posting these vlogs that's really have some uh also other people's
and pics videos that's really really cool and bro uh i have additional question uh about your
ai journey with ai uh videos uh and and all the stuff you are crushing it uh doing some penguins what inspires you how much it take for you and what's your end goal with
with all of this yeah so uh thanks for shouting out that stuff that's cool uh the ai stuff's been
a lot of fun you know i think you know me i i had a background in photography i've been doing
photography for like 15 years and uh and did it professionally for a while.
I do it more as a hobby now.
But when AI became like a thing, you know, me and PP, we were doing lots of like playing around with new tools and stuff.
And, you know, we learned a lot through a lot of these new models that came out.

And, you know, a lot of the inspiration came from kind of like having having an IP that was just fun to create things around.
You know, like I've always I've always just been a content creator, whether it be, like I said, photography or, you know, when I did all like the toy photos and stuff. But now when AI came out, I kind of like really figured out ways to make things that I never thought were possible
because, you know, I would, I would see people create, you know, 3D design stuff. And I was like,
oh man, I wish I could always learn how to do something like that. And then it was completely
possible once I learned how to do it through, you know,
I did a lot of image generation through ChatGPT. I would go to platforms like Kling or Higgsfield
and I would learn how to animate things like that. And it's continually getting better.
There are new models coming out and it's just allowing me and other people in the community to use our fun IP and create some really unique and fun stuff just to have content out there.
I really only started AI, I want to say in like February.
So it's been less than a year.
So it's been less than a year.
I definitely encourage everyone to kind of learn it and see what you can create because it's really not as hard as you think it is.
And being able to take your IP that you have in this Pudgy Penguins and Little Pudgy's community, we just have so many things that we can create fun stuff with
and it just you know you don't want to make like the ai slop you don't want it to look you know
cheesy you know but just continue to learn use your peers uh you know if you ever got questions
how to do things with that stuff you can reach out to me i'm sure you could reach out to other
people who also do ai stuff uh we're here to just create fun content together.
You know, that's the best part of being in this community is just having fun with what
we have in front of us.
The best part, like you just mentioned, it's super unique.
And credits to you because you started recently in February and you are already crushing it in such a professional way.
So, man, you definitely have a talent.
And I'm sure you're going to reach a great height and finally be full time web free very soon.

Yeah, and one little trick too for those who may have trouble creating prompts for things, use ChatGPT or Gemini to help you prompt.
There's no reason that you can't ask the AI to help you enhance your prompts.
You can tell it, hey, I'm trying to do this.
Help create me a prompt to do this.
And it'll give you a prompt.
You'll read it over and you'll say, enhance it.
And then you'll keep telling it to enhance it.
And then you'll get to the point where you have such a great prompt that you're like, oh, wow, that's amazing.
It actually came out what I wanted to make.
So I don't call it cheating.
It's literally using AI to help you make things with AI.
And so it's a little trick to kind of help people create some things.
Appreciate the tips because I personally still need to figure it out how to work with AI.
I'm not like a big fan and don't have much desire.

But yeah, definitely appreciate the tips.

And recently we got news.
I kind of want to hear your overall impression during this year
uh because like last year exactly at the same time we had probably one of the most bullish
moments right with pangu with all-time highs uh with uh lots of new people content and so on and
so on so what's your overall impression during this year
and how you feel about nowadays,
how we can get these vibes back?
I'm actually more bullish this year, this time,
than I was last year.
Because last year was kind of like an unexpected,
hey, what can we expect?
Like what's going to happen when we drop this token?
We knew we were going to get new people.
Sorry, I have like a sinus infection.
We knew we were going to get new people, but we just didn't know at what capacity.
And this year, I mean, the proof is kind of in the pudding.
You see Camilla up here.
You see S.T. McFly up here.
Like, really, like, new community members and people who had joined, you know, shortly before Pingu and, you know, even this year have really shown up and shown out.
And I think like everything that we do, we're constantly trying to push Penguins and Pingu into the forefront.
And like none of that is possible without really really really strong community members and
I think this year like more people have stepped up to the plate to create to connect
And honestly, that's what made pudgy penguin special in the first place
You know our original team that had no idea kind of what they got their hands into and
The community showed out created
memes really made you know a lot of lore uh for the pudgy penguins and i think this year uh since
we had pingu it kind of invited that same process all over again where all these new people were
introduced to the community and like even if some of the og members like faded out you know
really don't post much you have all these new people uh you know chiming in making new content
you guys and you know pudgy ukraine are like doing like a christmas uh thing that helps kids and like
it's just uh me and hedge had a conversation with the head of of Pudgy Africa a day ago just because they're
trying to build out there. Yeah, like I know, you know, we can't control the market. But as far as
the future of Pudgy Penguins, I think this time this year, I'm more bullish than I was this time
last year. Because last year, even though we had this huge moment with Pingu you know we didn't know really what to expect we had our hopes of what the
community would turn into but I think you guys have just gone above and beyond
you know I see Dow Jones and they're down there and saucy I want to give these
guys like a special shout out because like every single thing time like we had
an activation with like the Pingu costume like we were on Nasdaq with with Vanek and you had Dow
Jones down there vaping inside of the Pingu mascot on Nasdaq when the bells
ring and you had saucy who got in at any time we asked and just like picked up
the mascot shipped it paid God knows what to overnight it because we always asked them last minute, but they didn't care.
They showed up.
And I think stuff like that is not normal.
And I think that's what makes Penguins so special
is you have a group of people who are willing to do anything
for the rest of the huddle.
And I think us on the community team
especially for Pudgy Penguins
like we will try to do
anything we can in our power to
empower you guys so yeah

I mean when I look when I reflect on everything, what happened during this year in the huddle and before, and I just analyze people, their mindset, what they are doing i have that envy in myself because all of my life i tried to find at
least one or two people who will have the same mindset as me the same intention as me and will
want to do everything for one thing for example we focused on on the goal or in the business and we are putting in
the same efforts but unfortunately uh i i couldn't find them but in real life but i did it in web3
thanks to huddle and this year was really really epsom in terms of community i on our interview with luca i told him uh about about community this year we actually
united it's actually different from the previous year uh besides that we got like more people
and these people already representing the huddle like og og penguins you know because they got this
mindset they love this culture and they also want to be a part of it.
Like Camilla and there are lots of other people.
So I'm super, super bullish.
I believe you guys as well.
This was just an amazing year in terms of like community vibes, community creations.

And of course, thank you so much for support of us, of Pachi Ukraine, with our first IRL event. We actually just started the beginning of November. I had this intention like two years already since I joined the huddle, but I couldn't find the right moment.

And I think it was a banger start with first event with this activation for Christmas.
But actually, yeah, I'm doing it every year for dog's shelter.
But this year, I decided to do something for kids as well.
And it was great to combine it with pudgy ukraine pudgy toys people
have kids absolutely love these pudgy toys and other gifts so yeah uh and yeah one more
quick question for you pp and we will move on uh like pudgy penguins will be wrapping sphere
on the christmas week uh what does this mean for us globally and what impact can it
bring from from your opinion i mean i think it's kind of proven our thesis of breaking out of web
3. um you know we want this brand to be a legacy ip right like we want like we're not planning you
know six months into the future we're planning
like 10 years into the future with pudgy penguins like we have goals and they're really big goals
but that's really the only way to do things if you want to find like true success um so i think
you know with pudgy penguins wrapping the sphere and i looked it up that whole week while we're
on the sphere um there's like i think wizard of oz is playing
in the sphere like a wizard of oz experience um so like we even have like plans around that to
like really take advantage of the people who are around the sphere maybe for that event and stuff
like that so i think um it's it's just a huge moment because because the only other token that has been on the sphere is Bitcoin.
So when you think of Pingu and Bitcoin are the only two to break out of our little crypto bubble and get on something that massive with that many people with that much money.
Because you've got to think, there's a lot of people with a lot of money in Vegas.
And so they're going to see this.
So I think it's really special.
And I think, you know, we saw a lot of questions like, how did you guys do this?
And it's like, having that Web2 presence is so important because, like, we're not only
a crypto brand.
We're a brand that is in Walmart. we're a brand that is in Walmart.
We're a brand that's in target.
We're a brand that's getting 900 million views a day on Giphy.
We're it's, it's crazy.
Um, you know, I know, and I know we get stuck on our, uh, little,
you know, talking points in web three, but there's a real world out there.
And, and pudgy penguins is conquering
super super bullish takes man i really really appreciate it you know uh during during this
year we got lots of super unexpected partnerships and i feel like for for the real penguins it was even like more
bullish and more surprisingly than pangu lounge because like just a lot of them recent ones like
burberry congressman changing pfps intention for etf this sphere and lots of lots of other moments
it's truly unforgettable and thank you so much for the whole pudgy penguins team for making it happen
um yeah let me let me pass the mic to shiv uh he's our community lead uh especially focusing
on lil pudges shivy we are super happy to have you my man what's good
thanks for having me uh excited to see podge ukraine especially as it grows more in 2026
and all the bunch of other sub communities that we have here you know we wouldn't be

two years ago uh we had a chat with you back then you you hosted like this community space east
iceberg and did so much other stuff even before you join
the community team punchy penguins team uh and yeah i just want to say i'm huge i'm super super
proud of you and uh grateful for everything you uh you do for the huddle uh because i know the effort. I see you on every IRL event. I see these vlogs, content.

about pudgy penguins is we've grown from you know thousands of holders to hundreds of thousands of
holders you know if you include pengu right um and for us it's
like what makes us special is our community is very grounded you know it's very um focused on
like helping each other out growing scaling you know whether that be on twitter or other platforms
or irl and we can never lose touch of that i think that's that's what makes our community like
really strong and beautiful at the end of the day it It's crazy, man. Like, you know, I've been blessed to travel across the globe and meet so many people within
our community that I perhaps wouldn't have met otherwise.
So anything that brings our community together and brings that vibes, you know, that makes
us feel like home.
I'm going to definitely emphasize that more and more.
I think with spaces, what's interesting, right?
Like the landscape of spaces has definitely evolved over the couple couple past years um so how can we bring it back in 2026 and make it just as enjoyable it's something that obviously i would
love to work on and i would love suggestions as well uh but something i think that would be pretty
cool to do is perhaps more streams you streams I've noticed that streaming is something that
a lot of people are tuning into more these days
and to be honest, content is more
repurposed, so
that's some food for thought, maybe some
Ukraine streams just put on your
radar, but definitely whatever
brings the home vibes back
is something that we're always going
to emphasize on

something Shiv said.
You know, like we went from
5,000 holders to hundreds of thousands of holders
because of Pingu. It's actually one of the things I track every Monday morning for our exec calls,
just so we can kind of see like, hey, what's happening with numbers and kind of keep track
of that. Interesting enough, with the market conditions over the past few months,
transactions have actually lowered quite a bit,
but our holder count is only climbing.
It's pretty crazy.
So people are putting their faith in the Pingu is what we kind of gathered from that.
So we're almost to 900, holders uh officially on on pingu and that's just
decentralized exchanges we can't tell how many people hold it on centralized exchanges but
the fact that number has been going up on the market's been going down is a very good sign
bro i mean i noticed it uh we sold-outs of different collectibles,
like Burb Ricks, for example.
It happens so fast.
And people are just ready to buy all the quality collectibles, toys from the market.
They are basically just stealing it.
Some people couldn't buy Burb Ricks because it was super fast, like 20 minutes, but it was super fast in terms of connections of wallets and timing to fill all the order details.
So yeah, definitely numbers are going up and that's a very green light and light and sign for pudgy penguins community guys if you are

uh that's obviously it will be global but we don't know what to expect and that excites me even more

And I feel like this kind of partnerships I want to see more

highlight your journey a little bit this year not only pudgy penguins grew up pretty, pretty fast and pretty, pretty solid, but also you personally with your personal brand, with your content.

Literally every day you boo post Pudges, also Fox, but you know, Pudges is where where we started so we have to boo post but you're
like staying super consistent with with that and yeah maybe you can share some kind of tips
for new creators in the ecosystem uh how they can how they can create a valuable content or just a fun content
how how they can position yourself because your some of your posts went viral some of your posts
good got a good traction visibility from team members from luca uh so yeah just curious about
your uh your tips and your thoughts on it i think the most important
part like i know this is gonna sound boring but just keep staying consistent and posting like it
doesn't matter what you post about pudgy penguins like there's so much stuff to do like you can post
the eye stuff you can bull post like what collapse did, you can bullpost the IRL events they do.
I think there's so much stuff you can kind of do and post and show up for the penguins.
And I feel like if you're trying to start as a content creator, as we said already,
I've been bullposting for about now, I would say consistently for one year.
I joined the HADdle about two years ago. And for the new creators, I would
just say, like, just post whatever you feel like kind of suits you as well as a content
creator. Like, it doesn't matter what you post. It's just like, if you love the Pudgy
Penguins, then just keep posting no matter what you like. And I feel like over the time,
what you like and I feel like over the time you're gonna grow with that the huddle is
in my opinion right now the number one community and strongest one so I feel like they're always
gonna show up and gonna support no matter what and I feel like that's what it's all about
bro this is super excited uh really really good words and uh you said it very
correctly um i feel like people just uh people just need to uh to understand how it works
understand web3 first then understand the uh podge's mindset and just just do their thing and if uh they manage to find and fill the the niche
uh a separate niche like eastm he he filled this niche of ai videos uh dan the lost boy you heard
three of his bangers at the beginning of the show he did a music and actually i i really hope next year

around the world and around their own countries cities in ukraine this is
this is a big step because usually on irel events we had only only like crypto related products
crypto related discussions and when we appeared when we joined this recent event,
it wasn't like a full event for the whole day.
It was more like a party for four hours.
But people were like, oh, Paji Penguins.
And they are coming and telling us, telling me,
oh, I know it, it's Pengu, it's Pengu.
I tried to tell them more about the huddle because Web2 people and just people who don't know NFTs too much, don't know Pudgy Penguins, they think that Pengu is everything.
And they look at this like Pudgy Penguin, at this mascot, and they think like Pengu is everything what this penguin done.
But I try to tell them more
that we have lots of stuff,
just lots of stuff.
And I feel like we need to expand it.
We need to tell more people.
We need to gather more people
and just let them know that we exist.
But yeah, Joy, coming back to your journey,
once again, congrats with a big pudgy

staying consistent with that you're always checking uh checking news you're always sharing it
um also creating dope content joining events i saw some pics from uh art basil from miami so
yeah how was this year for you overall what impressed you the most and how was art basil of
course it was great um yeah i had a blast like uh everyone else that had attended and people that had
saw what went down in basil it was fun you know everyone had a blast i
was able to connect with people that i've been communicating with online for some time that you
know i was able to to meet up with locally and um outside of that i also went to a few activations
for singapore i got to meet zorn there and a few other people so it was really awesome as well
and i think like overall is a year for like us and for for everyone that's looking into pudgy penguins from from the outside like the way i think about
it is i think there wasn't like there wasn't a month where we didn't ship something which was
really awesome like it's just crazy to think about like pudgy penguins continue to ship throughout
you know the the market with whatever it may have been.
And the vibes have been consistently like up no matter what.
So, you know, you're going on the timeline.
You're seeing people creating content around their pudgies.
They're creating activations around pudgies.
The group chats are always, you know, exciting to want to be able to jump in and catch up and vice versa with the inner igloos that we
always have. And yeah, it's just overall, I'm excited. I've made the decision to, you know,
get a little pudgy when I did and just continue to grow alongside these other amazing builders and
creators and people that, you know, have been in web 3 and have consistently
wanted to continue to grow in web 3 so um yeah because of the penguin and because of the networking
and everything else and you know wanting to dive deeper into web 3 you know this year i went full
time web 3 uh last year this time around you know pengu airdrop put me into the big uh pudgy position and uh yeah

else to play too so this year we have I felt like it's the time that we should
empower empower the community to do more so I took a step back even though I'm
head of committee and also the president but I gave more if you guys can see i gave more um power or
i don't know is it power or opportunity for author to to come up because he was really shy
at first he was like cheryl i don't think i can i can do this i'm not good in speaking english
wasn't my first language but i was like no you really have to. But I find out whenever, when I come out to stream
or something like that,
people kind of like,
I tend to outshine him.
Not in a bad way,
but I would love like, you know,
people like Arthur, like Swifty,
JYP, Shaolin, everyone.
Because I think like
they haven't traveled that much

move on to other speakers like what uh what are you looking for in 2026 how you plan to expand
uh pangu asia and other sub communities asian, Asian sub-communities?
Yeah, so this is a really interesting question.
We just had a huge meeting recently with the Asian team and HQ team.
Next year, 2026, is more about inspiration.
And we're going to go towards revenue model.
So we felt like, you know, for the past three years,
we have been giving a lot to community.
We have been building the brand.
So we came to a point that the brand now is quite strong by itself.
So 2026 is the time,
it's the year where we're going to push it out more in business partnerships,
doing more licensing sales.
We're doing a lot of web too as well. We a lot of web 2 hitting out there um community is always the core that's that still stay the same but this year 20
26 that's first time ever our budget team is gonna push more or does this make sense financially
the uh does this earn uh revenue for for the company for the brand
and bring it back to the community so last three years was more like taking care of our community
but next year is the revenue 2026 would be would be the financial year and um hopefully ipo will be
Hopefully, IPO will be where we're gearing up for the IPO.
So hopefully, we will hit that keystone.
Seems like you're planning to use the same model as Pudgy Penguins do.
Because community is the best power for every product, right?
And that's what even Luca Nets told on on the recent inner iglo about
abstract that team wants to make this community the same as pudgy penguins community uh such a
loyal community with with people who who are able to contribute anytime and i feel like uh you with pango asia uh did it pretty pretty well and right
now it's that moment when you need to uh when you need to expand in terms of like revenue in terms
of monetization uh and uh yeah i feel like it will reach to more great heights. Also, in terms of community, it will expand along the way.
That's correct.
Building sustainability.
Pengu or Paiji penguins, we have been doing quite well this year as well.
So, yeah, we have been planning a lot of things that you will be able to see more SPTs coming out too.
Asia will be doing a lot of SPT in 2026.
You're going to see more of that.
A lot of Asians are shy.
So, SPT is a good way to encourage them,
to get them out of the comfort zone,
or of course, the loyalty that we always treasure the most.
Also, we're going to open a lot of feedback.

we usually go for the blue penguins, right?
So this time in 2026,
we're going to take care of more of our community,
overpass licensing, giving back to community,
but definitely it's going, for our beauty team,
which we're gonna push more
on the licensing side.

I think for me, when I joined the community
back in June 2023, I spoke to Luke, he is. But yeah, of course, I'd love to share. I think for me, when I joined the community back in June 2023,
I spoke to Luke, actually, like I mentioned, in February.
And I was like, I'd love to learn more about Pudgy Penguin.
So he gave me a little intro and rundown.
And I was like, if I'm going to PFP something,
it's definitely going to be Pudgy.
But definitely the OG was out of my scope at that point,
being down bad in the space.
Obviously, I think it was like the depth of the bear market.
So I picked up a little Pudgy, and this little little pudgy community was just starting off to become something huge and i think for me it was seeing how well developed the team
was how many great things they were doing and i always wanted to contribute somewhere but obviously
if i'm honest i feel like maybe i didn't have those skills at the time maybe like enough like
until now recently,
where that's why I continue just learning,
do as much better stuff as I can,
picking up a lot of different skills in the space.
And for me, it was always like a passion to join this amazing team.
And being here, it's like,
it kind of shows you how incredible they really are.
And everything that you kind of see on the TL about Pudgy Penguins
is there for an absolute reason.
But I think how fast-paced they are,
how many incredible things they've got in the pipeline,
how much to look out for their community,

But one thing that's worth mentioning is the community really, really matters.

And whenever we see someone join the huddle, we want to, you know, give them a warm welcome, use all these amazing gifts that we have and just make them feel home.
So those are the ways that I see it.
There's definitely plenty of other ways, but that's just like, you know uh entry level you know ways to get people uh
excited to be where they're meant to be what's a legendary tips man um and thanks for mentioning
discord because we have some penguins uh who is who is contributing here and there, but mainly on Discord, helping other people.

you can contribute there as well.

because I remember when I joined the huddle in 2023 I think it was kind of a bear market
and I feel like why Pajipengu succeeded so much is because no matter what they did,
the community was always showing up and showing love.
And coming back to the question, I think the most important part,
if a million people are going to join, is to understand the culture and the project itself
and what the kind of, I would say say plan is to make this a huge IP
and I feel like
you're slowly seeing this
kind of like web 2 people
recognizing the pengu
I think especially
due to the fact that you have gifs
like recently as an example
my dad just kind of sent me
like a pengu gif and I was like
what the fuck so I think
slowly step by step you're gonna see web2 people recognizing those penguins and what they need to
understand is culture and how this like space in general moves as well if you're joining as a holder
and I feel like that's the most important part and like holders always show up when you have
a new holder and you can see it with all those tweets and stuff so I think that's the most

of people and just learned a lot and you know start start posting my content and playing like
playing the games pudgy party and hop on streams have fun I think that's what i would recommend for new community members
is just learn as much as possible be in discord ask questions and i think i'll give some really
good advice is reach out to people's dms if you want to connect with someone you know send them
a dm and just say hey what's up i love your content and that i feel like we don't do that enough nowadays and i and when that happens it's a real connection and you connect with that person on a
deeper level than just because people like your stuff all the time but we're not reaching out
to each other i think that is we need more of you are very right. I feel like nowadays people forgot about DMs, about one-on-one calls like we had a few years ago.
Nowadays, people prefer to connect through timelines, through streams, but still it won't outperform the real one-on-one conversations in DMs, calls.
So definitely do that.
And yeah, you shared pretty simple tips.
But from my experience and background, I would say this is one of the most valuable tips.
Because you have to start with small steps, then you will get to the biggest steps.
