Thank you. Hey, hey, y'all. Welcome, Socks. How you doing, brother?
I'm doing good. What's going on?
Just quacking, you know? Always quacking.
Oh, yeah. just quacking you know always quacking oh yeah
um all right well i'm gonna play like a couple songs that the room fill up go
drop some comments do all the stuff and uh yeah we will hopefully
sound good to the people in the audience as well yeah for sure
all right here we go. oh
then it's Oh, we said that the time was you could feel that it's in the game.
Take your time to know yourself.
Look deep in the eyes and feet.
Feel the lights around.
Oh, let me know what we need.
Why we can't be on keeping it asleep.
Well, you find yourself, won't believe it, that I ain't, it's the only day.
My dad watching, my dad watching, my dad watching.
My dad watching, my dad watching. Oh Oh Thank you. Oh, you know
just to raise
I'm going to go. it's so
all right i'm gonna play one more yeah
Oh Oh Oh, If you've never been there, you'll never know. I'll forever follow in the golden code.
I see you down there.
I'm not at my school.
I'm not at my school.
I'm not at my school.
I'm not at my school.
I'm not at my school. I'm not at my school. Oh Great. on the Pacific E aí so all right all right y'all well sock puppets was up here and then he dropped off and now my
And then he dropped off.
And now my...
Sometimes this happens.
If I get a co-host and they fall out,
I can't add another co-host
because it says that I already have to.
So you're holding it down, big man.
How you doing, brother?
Yo, we are doing well.
Chilling with little man.
He's playing the Switch.
He's playing Endless Ocean Luminous.
I don't know if you've ever heard of it,
but you get to go through the ocean and find all kinds of sea creatures and stuff it's awesome cool little
game it's very mellow dang no i haven't heard of that but that sounds pretty fun is that like pc
xbox oh he plays it on the switch but i think it's on both i think it's on all consoles and stuff
yeah it's wicked mellow it's got like, like, mellow music that gets played.
And you're a scuba diver.
And you get to use this little scan tool and see all the sea life that's around.
It's pretty fun.
It sounds super fun.
Oh, Sock Puppets made it.
Made it back.
Yeah, I'm back.
All right.
I had to switch my Wi-Fi networks.
And it must have glitched when I did so.
On my screen, it still said I was co-host.
And then when I heard you saying that,
I dropped off.
I was like, oh, wait, what?
So I had to refresh my page.
Well, I'm glad you made it back.
I just checked from my other account.
It sounds like the listeners can hear us loud and clear.
So woohoo, x has figured it out
for another temporary moment um but yeah i appreciate y'all for pulling up for those
you guys that don't know uh socks puppets is a nft project and they're gonna share a lot today
about who they are and and what are building. And I guess I'm
also curious. So like, you know, I know a lot of about big man from the Green Pill Collective.
And I'm just curious, like y'all are brothers, right? Like, what's your relation? And then also
like, how are you involved big man? And then maybe we'll just pass it on to Sox or whichever one of
y'all wants to kind of give us the overview of,
of who you are and what you're building.
Yeah, no, for sure. No worries. Yep. That's my,
my younger brother right there.
I can't say he's my little brother cause I have like six siblings.
My father had his own family and stuff too. And my mom,
but this is my brother that I grew up with. Same household. We've been together since birth. I've known him since he was a little one.
And I've just been watching him building games and stuff literally since he was like 10.
Like just from this little tiny Pet Rock slider game that, you know, you're just jumping up and down to all kinds of inspiring things and 3D modeling and animations and we did a
music video together for some friends of ours that we worked with and just all
kinds of stuff so and that's like you know we're actual brothers and that's a
little preface of kind of where the passion comes from but I can kind of let
him take over if he wants for about the overview for it because we're per rock
studios as well but sock city is kind of
and like sock puppets is just our segue into web 3 we're also like a full-blown studio beyond that
as well yeah so sock puppets like big man was saying is uh like uh oh man it's been a while since I've been on Spaces
and like since I've
talked about
the project.
I'm really freezing up.
Pet Rock Studios though,
it started as my vision
when I was like, yeah, like Big Man vision when i was like yeah like big man said when
i was like 10 first starting to learn how to make games i've always wanted to run my own studio
whether it was a game studio or an animation studio that it turns out it's both but because
i've always loved animations and watching things move on a screen
and making things work
and move on a screen.
I wanted to find a way
I've always
wanted to entertain people as well.
And that's how I've found that I've been able to entertain people is through games and animation.
And so that segwayed into needing to build some sort of IP and characters, right?
So that's where Socks came in. some sort of IP and characters, right?
So that's where Sox came in.
And the idea for Sox started to form.
So it was pretty cool.
Honestly, I could go on for, there's a lot to it.
And I don't know.
I'm nervous.
No, you're good.
We'll keep getting into it.
I guess, so I see two different styles of art, right? You've got your PFP and then you got big man's PFP. So what's the kind of difference? Like the NFTs, I got a sock and it is like the pixelated version. So is it just like the pixel is the one that's in the game and that's the nft and the other one's just kind of like the inspiration
yeah so the the pixelated uh versions the one that big man is rocking that's the digital version that's the one that you can mint and when you mint those we're working on a game called sock city
which those will be your playable characters as well as the main feature that
I like to push out is that any game that I create or it's Petrock studios,
any game that that LLC creates,
all the holders get access to the,
those games for free as well as opportunities to play them early and help develop them as well so that's i like that
because you don't see that in the game industry a lot where you have a studio a new studio even
coming out and being like hey our first thousand supporters get all our games for free forever.
You know what I mean?
So I thought that it'd be a great way to get community engagement in for the long term, not just for a quick up and down motion. Yeah mean that's a really awesome utility right like to be
able to offer that to somebody that mince your nfts to know that any anything that comes out of
y'all's studio like that nft is gonna kind of get them access and like that's how you're
rewarding your early supporters and i think that's really important is we're new
companies that are kind of building and starting out like how to you know honor those that have
been with us and since the the beginning so i i love that dude i saw you on mute big man go for it
oh yeah so i i love that he points that out too right because it's essentially like a founder's
pass to all games pet Pet Rock Studios related.
And he's cooking a bunch of different little games on the back burner.
He's got a, what do you call that?
A game doc set up for the game that he's currently,
one of the games that he's currently working on right now.
And I might be dropping a little alpha too.
So like, forgive me socks over here.
But I like to segue back into the Web3 a little bit of it personally,
because I love the tokenomics
and stuff too and there is an airdrop allocation that it comes along with each puppet and there
are like extra bonuses for VIP puppets and um uh tuxedos and stuff and the main purpose of that
token is to drive the in-game economics so like there's going to be a lot of player-owned stuff
as well that you're going to be able to use that token for or be able to receive that token for
as payment and it there's a lot to it but I know he focuses on the game aspect
of it right now and that and that's awesome because that's like the ultimate
thing that we're providing right we're providing that game utility and and
something immediately for that like if you look at the price of a regular game even on on steam not a triple a game like you know they're going for like 30 bucks 25
for like these semi-basic games that like resemble um a spin-off of a triple a game but
for the price of a puppet 0.1 solana right now you know what what I mean? You're getting a pass to a plethora of games
that could potentially come out.
And I love the way he words it too.
I just, I don't like to breeze over the tokenomics either
because that's definitely a big part.
And with Sox City, maybe not Parox Studios necessarily,
but with Sox City and everything that we have going on there,
don't be sleeping on that.
It's going to come back around for you all when that when that game launches oh my gosh i don't even know how i missed that
i didn't even realize that there was a token like what's your ticker can you post something up in the
in the jumbotron um so the token isn't like live traded right now there's no liquidity pool set up
it was a custom token that Sox had made.
Currently, we're hanging on to the token supply.
It's going to be launched through an in-game escrow liquidity contract and stuff.
That will also be foreseeable on-chain.
It's going to be all done on-chain.
Currently, he holds the supply.
Okay, cool.
Well, then I don't feel so bad for missing it.
The Sox City Bank holds the supply, technically.
We have another wallet that's set up as the bank,
which also the bank gets allocations every month, too.
So we implemented this, I think, three months ago, maybe.
Every month, the bank will go through and mint, I believe it's 10 puppets.
And then some of those get sent to the graveyard.
And some of those go out for, like, giveaway allocations and stuff like that as well.
Gotcha. And how big is your collection?
We have a thousand.
And yeah, there's a thousand.
Basically, these are the only founders passes for all games, Pet Rock Studios related, included Sock City, that will be available for the most part, like as far as I know, at least.
Gotcha. And that's they're on Solana. Where do you mint?
Oh, I'll launch my NFT. And yep, they're on Solana. If you check Sock's bio or my bio, there's a link tree over there. and there's links over there as well there's a green
dust shooter game i don't know if it's still active at the moment but um i know he's been
working on some like little mini games and some side games and stuff too and it's pretty cool just
the development fields and all directions like yeah green dust's shootout is still going on
or it's still live i need i need to update it some more but i've also like big man said earlier
i do have a game design document made for the game i'm currently working on this is a side
game i'm currently working on i can drop a little hint i can it's you play as a hamster wizard
running around on a tabletop world. So it's kind of cool.
Cool premise. Hopefully
we can make it actually come to fruition.
Not just a
That's super cool.
I had my train of thought.
But you know, sometimes it just leaves.
Dang. I had a question.
So is Gus the name of your PFP?
Is he like the IRL puppet?
Yeah, so my PFP is Green Gus.
He is the IRL puppet that I had made when I first started the project.
I sat there for like five hours making him.
I hand sewed him.
And I do a little photo shoots with him.
And I've been meaning to take him to do like little TikToks and whatnot.
But I also have a 3D CGI version of him that shows up in my animations
on my TikTok as well.
And just other little scenes.
And he is inside of
Hamster Wizard game I'm working on.
So he's going to be
seen throughout
Pet Rock Studios
So it's going to be cool. It's going to's gonna be good you're gonna be seeing a lot
of green gus from here on out it's cool awesome and he's like a real sock puppet like you wear
him like a puppet yeah yeah you can put him on as a puppet or stuff a water bottle up him so he
you can set him up somewhere but yeah so what what inspired you to do like the sock
puppet like what what brought the puppet um kind of to to fruition so a lot of it comes down to
nostalgia so i'm building pet rock studios off of nostalgia That's one of my favorite feelings, and I love when other people
can feel that same, like, feeling of nostalgia, like, make them feel like a kid again. So,
that's, like, and you see a lot of sock puppets in, in, like, some of our culture, like, shows and
whatnot. Just random animated shows shows it'll just pop up
at random times so it's like subtle at the same time it's quirky yeah dude i love it i love that
you know we have a lot of similarities there we're you know trying to bring that inner child
out and then remind us ourselves to just kind of play and be goofy and yeah put on
a sock puppet I actually sock puppets are really dear to my heart I have a a lady who's kind of
become like my grandma type figure out here and she um we do the little local farmer's market and she does a puppet show and every week and I mean it's like
you would think the world ended to the little kids that show up when she's like hey I can't
do the puppet show today it's like game over you know they're just so upset and it's so fun
and she does these really cute ones where like it's like saving the bees and they all have to
like they all each get a puppet and they have to like do something to like help save the bees. And, or like, here comes
the dragon to like eat all the carrots that the bunny's been growing and they have to help, you
know, work together with the puppets to like fight off the dragon. And yeah, it's super cute. So I
love, I'm, I'm with you guys on the, on the sock puppet. That's awesome. So I love, I'm with you guys on the sock puppet. That's awesome.
So I have, I've been working on another one.
This one was supposed to come out a while ago.
A lot of stuff was supposed to happen a while ago, but life happens.
I have another puppet named Ruby Red that I'm working on.
That's going to be the news reporter for Sox City.
So we have Green Gus, which is our sheriff.
And then we have Ruby Red, which is going to be our news reporter.
And then we're going to come out with a third puppet.
That's going to be like our citizen.
And then we'll be able to make a lot of content based around that.
It'll be so fun.
I have a couple like horror short film ideas in my
head that i want to come out with eventually as well it'll be sick honestly i guess awesome
we're way more than just an nft project it's kind of kind of queasy
i know the feeling people are like give me your shill i'm like i can give
you like six words unless you want to like really get into all the stuff so here you go
i get that um okay well that's super cool i'm gonna go scour your page for more stuff to pin
um big man you want to drop in the comments the the promo that we're
going to be running and i can pin that up yeah i could definitely do that for sure for sure
sweet um yeah we got some promos coming we'll get that pinned up and we'll chat about it but
i just yeah i like i said i love the sock puppet and I think you're really onto something with like the short form content.
And like my, this lady I was telling you about, she does on Instagram, these little Babs the
bunny and she puts on her little funny voice and she has her little puppet and Babs tells
you all about what's going to be at farmer's market that week.
And she's, you know, kind of giving you the rundown and what the puppet show is going
to be like, what kind of produce is going to be there be there and and then just kind of makes it fun and goofy
for the kids too and I mean she gets like so many um people reach out to her about her puppets and
how it's like you know a highlight to their day and and and all these things and so I think it's
really great when you can kind of encourage that that or that nostalgia in people. So I'm stoked.
Yeah, that's awesome. It really is fun. All I've seen, the look on people's faces when they, like,
I made a puppet for one of my friends as well. And like the look on their face when i gave it to them and they put
it on was just like it was great i don't know it was awesome so these i'm pinning up some pictures
of the gameplay and so this is sock city and it's playable currently or one um for some reason when I can't see the stuff on the
Jumbotron, it's
glitching out for me.
No, that does. It happens to me
sometimes, too. It's like
a lot of your posts on your page.
I see what looks like
a hamster, too.
That's the alpha for the hamster.
That's the hamster
game right there, yep.
It's so cute.
So do you have some
for Sock City?
original prototype for it.
I have footage of that.
perfectly honest with you. The last few months have been
very dry for Sauk City development and in development in general. It was very much a lot
of like soul searching for me at the time. I'm kind of like starting to get back into the swing of things now um that's why i've been working the
past two weeks i've been working on that wizard game the hamster wizard game because my thought
process behind that is to i want to get two smaller games out on steam as like a bundle um where each game is listed for like eight dollars and then um
but there's a bundle that uh you can get both of them for like 10 or 15 so you get a price
difference and then that would help drive some more revenue for the development of sock city because sock city is a multiplayer game
that as a solo developer also kind of made me scared because it revolves around crypto uh
so it like lost me in a weird development state.
So we're working on getting it back into that.
So is that what Kraken Attack is?
Is that one of the smaller games?
That was also one of the smaller games, yeah.
That one, we have to remake a lot of the systems in that game, unfortunately.
It's so cute.
I'm watching this little gameplay.
I just pinned up the little video, and you're, like, fighting off all the little sock puppets.
It's pretty cute.
Oh, yeah, that was the Kraken Attack epioc.
Yeah, the twin stick shooter.
Yeah, so that's the other small game
that I was working on.
So then, right now, like, call to
actions right now would be that people
can mint the sock puppets.
And do you have, are there any games
that are accessible in the current moment?
on itch.io. Let let me get the link I have a
couple small games on itch.io that are playable you can download the original crack and attack
prototype that I made back in 2023 um and as well as Green Gus's Shootout.
I need to log into the right account.
Green Gus's Shootout was a 2D duck hunt style game that I had made.
Hey, hey, hey, we don't hunt ducks around here.
There weren't ducks in it.
There were geese and chickens.
Okay, you can shoot the geese.
It's okay.
What about the herons?
The herons.
No, the herons weren't there, but...
Okay, there we go.
I love it.
Okay, cool.
Well, y'all heard it.
So you can get yourself a sock puppet and get yourself access to Lifelong.
Any games that come from Pet Rock Studios. What a freaking
deal. It sounds like you have several games in development. You're getting on Steam. That's
pretty bullish. So quack yeah on that. I did just pin up a little promo we're going to be running
today. So, you know, kind of some cross pollination going on. Both of us are minting on LaunchMyNFT.
So that makes it easy. Make sure you go to both of our bios and grab the official links. Don't
want to get, you know, keep yourself safe out there. But we're going to say that the first
two people to mint two sock puppets, each will get a Quack Life NFT. And then the first two people
to mint one of our quacks will get a sock
so go out there get yourself two sock puppets you're going to get yourself a quack and get
yourself one quack and you're going to get yourself a sock so kind of a an awesome little way to
support both these projects and you know gain access to what we're building
and also gain lifelong access to any game that these
guys build.
So I just put
in the comments a link to our
itch.io page, which has
Green Gus's shootout and
the prototype for the original
Kraken attack.
I've also been working on
a NFT. I need to update
our website. Our website is trash.
It's been trash for a while.
But we got to update it.
I'm working on, I want to make a, I'm making a NFT gated page so that when you hold a sock, you'll be able to go to our download page.
our download page. So there'll be like early access downloads for the Hamster
Wizard game or the twin stick shooter. That way we don't have to handle
external downloads through a third party because it's just a hassle to do so.
I found unless anyone knows of a easy way to NFT gate downloads without having your own website.
Somebody else does drop it in the comments or come up and say hi.
Also, everybody's welcome up on stage.
Welcome to come ask questions.
Quack it out with us.
Get yourself some fresh socks.
Live the quack life.
And yeah, we'll just be kicking it for a little bit.
Well, really cool stuff, dude.
Like, I'm excited for you.
I'm happy that you wanted to come on the space and share.
And I think you're crushing it.
You don't need to be nervous.
You're totally nailing it.
I feel you on the website thing.
We are, you know, i'm not a coder
um i'm a farmer like a food you know cannabis and wine grapes farmer and so i made the website but i
see a lot of upgrades that need to happen and cleaning it up a little bit and dialing that in
and i'm looking forward to the one day ability to be
working with D-Bros and actually, like you said, like have some more blockchain type stuff that's
involved in the website and be able to kind of hone that in and dial that in. So yeah, always
in development. I think that's something that, you know, most successful companies are doing.
Like they don't just sit around and get stuck in the one thing that they you know, most successful companies are doing. Like they don't just sit around and
get stuck in the one thing that they always did. Like if Amazon did that, they'd still just be
selling books. Now what they freaking own like Whole Foods and they've expanded into all these
other things. Not that I'm a super supporter of those guys, but just as far as like a successful
business standpoint goes, think that you know that
continued development and that continued just like adaptation to your market and what you're
you're targeting i think is really an important thing and when you hear people that are being
proactive like that and are thinking in those ways i think that's super bullish so doing great
Thinking in those ways, I think that's super bullish.
So, doing great.
Yeah, I appreciate it.
It's like, oh, I don't know.
I see Stoner down in the listeners.
Hi, Stoner.
Yo, Stoner.
Welcome, welcome.
Yeah, man, I feel like it's not just, like, definitely this time last month even, X was way popping.
And I don't know, it seems like after July 4th weekend, it's just kind of been, I mean, our space numbers have been kind of half what they had been even just last week.
have been kind of half what they had been even just last week um and i feel like i'm hearing a
lot of people talk about that just kind of you know summertime solana and other cryptos kind of
sideways and people get real excited and real active when there's lots of movement and um
yeah it's i guess summertime it's my first time like really being in this type of a space
during uh the summer cycle so i'm just kind of rolling with it also as most of us most of us are
yo i feel you this oh man i just lost my train of thought
it's real it happened to me earlier yeah we have like a cute little game one of our um
crypto guy he's a super awesome uh matt we call him our master botter um he made our nft mint
bot which is super great it like pushes our nfts anytime they get minted on launch my nfts page
or also get listed on secondaries they They are sold. They get pushed into
the telegram. So it's kind of like a buy bot, you know, but for your NFT project. And right now,
I think he's only really operating on Solana at the current moment, but it's really a fun community
kind of building little experience because they pop through and people are like, oh damn, you know,
and all of a sudden like three or four pop through and then people get real excited and you know, like that FOMO kind of thing kicks in and it's a, yeah, it's really a sweet
little tool. And he also made, the reason I brought it up because he also made a Flappy
Quacks game. So it's just real simple. It's like Flappy Bird, but we have different quack kind
of inspired NFTs. We have a GPC quack. We have a, uh, SPU. Um, Oh, it was smoking perps. I think
they changed their name though. Um, crap, big man. Do you know what he changed it to?
Honestly, I'm not sure. I haven't heard from T-WOP in a little while to be honest,
and I have to get in touch with him. So yeah, I know he sure. I haven't heard from T-WOP in a little while, to be honest. And I have to get in touch with him.
Yeah, I know he was going through some.
He had some tooth stuff that was really giving him a freaking run around.
So he was struggling with that.
And last week he had his daughter's birthday.
And I think just maybe some IRL stuff.
And they're definitely like heavy building and working on the little you know trading school
he's got going on I like I said it was smoking perps but anyway so we have an SPU duck and a
GPC duck and then a few different types of um are kind of quack inspired NFTs and you just like go
through the little pipes and it's super actually like kind of addictive and I think that was like
part of the deal with flappy bird
was that it was like i don't know maybe there was some issues like it was so addictive
there was i don't exactly know the story but someone said something about
maybe the court case or some sort of something going on with that do you all know yeah there
was like some kid that got like really addicted to Bird and, like, rage quitted or some shit like that.
Or, like, would lose and then broke his parents' phone or, like, something.
I don't know exactly what the case was, but there have definitely been a few cases with Flappy Bird for sure.
Well, it is definitely addictive.
And if you get, like, I mean, but it's just like every game,
right? And I saw this really cute thing that probably would have saved my mom a lot of money
on freaking Xbox controllers when I was a kid. But it was like a little, looked like a little
punching bag that you stuck on like your counter or on your like coffee table or something. And I
watched a video and this guy was like playing some video game and he lost
and he just set the controller down and then just beat the shit out of this
little punching bag.
And I was like, dang, you know, that's really smart actually.
Cause like it is something that happens.
Like most people I know that played video games have experienced throwing a
controller or, you know, something along those lines, um, when they were younger and yeah it's real
almost definitely get video games they're supposed to be like leisure and fun and like all this other
stuff but every once in a while you just get one of those moments you're in the zone and you're like
oh what the hell you just throw something you have a little're in the zone and you're like oh what the hell you just throw
something you have a little fit for a minute and you're like oh my god did i really just do that
i know it's like it takes over
oh what's up tricky how you doing brother hey it's tricky buddha from defy space donkeys
powered by weed on solana Get yourself a bag of weed.
What's that? I'm doing pretty good, all considering.
Yeah. I feel like you were talking to me, though.
You know, my whole intro
came about because of the toxicity
of video games. Like, that's
literally why it was created. It was, like,
to fight the toxicity, and then I was like,
yo, this is a life hack.
I bet you could use this for everything.
You know, and I started reprogramming my brain in a whole bunch of different ways.
And now I've got this weird quad core or pentacore system that kind of works most of the time.
I don't know.
I'm only in one spot now.
So maybe I'm slacking, though.
I'm in recovery mode.
It's the safe mode.
It's rebooting.
You've got to take that time, dude, for sure.
How have you been? How's life? life it's been good it's been awesome um the last week was really crazy i got uh covid from as a souvenir so that is kind of lame um and my my butt hurts
which is this is a helpful thing when you're like i stay with shiba king for a week and my butt hurts
no i sat on my tailbone like right on the couch like it was like right between two seats
and this like sofa apparently they were single seats but it just looked like a sofa
uh so i racked my my tailbone and it's like i keep on sitting on it funny there's no right
way to like position i think i'm gonna have to actually go to the doctor tomorrow and get an x-ray done.
Man, dude. Tailbones are
rough. I definitely have some tailbone
issues. And I have to
lay down. It makes my
head hurt and my neck hurt.
And I have to lay down in a certain way.
And then I feel my tailbone crack
and then my neck and head
stop hurting.
Yeah, I think soccer kind of
that'll do it all sports all sports repetitive and like impacts repetitive impact it's like
you're gonna hurt yourself yeah i think i like took a shoe to my tailbone like fell on somebody
kicking the ball and that was they just basically kicked the shit out of my tailbone like fell on somebody kicking the ball and that was they just basically
kicked the shit out of my tailbone as i fell onto them yeah oh that sucks it's all just part of the
game you know this was what are you gonna do i i've been like i've been involved in accidents
in multiple ways you know like where i definitely felt like sometimes like that i was just like a i felt like i was a big cumbersome idiot that just kind of hurt somebody but not
really like i was just standing there and this person like ran into me like full speed
i felt so bad for her she broke her nose and it's just blood like all over my chest it looked like
i just murdered their girl too maybe that's part of all like it was a little traumatic it's so true what sport was that it was football it was like a it was just like a friendly
like game of football like after like it was like at the end of the school technically it might have
been like during school actually but like we were senior seniors so we just did whatever the fuck
we wanted so we were like hanging out in the in the weight gym and like we'd lift weights till
we were bored then we go do something else so And like we'd lift weights till we were bored.
Then we'd go do something else.
So we decided we'd go out and throw a football.
And someone said, I got it.
And I'm like, no, I already got it.
Like I'm already here.
I was like at a dead stop though when she ran into my chest.
It was so bad.
I felt so bad for her.
I have like a third cousin that a very similar thing like after school they were
playing a game of football except he ended up like getting messed up and being in a wheelchair
afterwards because he fell on his neck the wrong way it was like wicked crazy i was like bro that's
usually how it ends yeah yeah that's that sucks you know you can a little less like like misstep
on certain hits can you can totally be
like devastating i you i you'd usually end every game with going home like limping because i
dislocated my knee no matter what score we played i'll go all out until eventually i just look at
you like it's like but i'll win you know what it is too it's the the non-conditioned body right so
like if you're not conditioned for sports and you're not doing your flexes
and you're not, like, doing ballistic stretching and stuff
and you're doing all these things,
it's way, way harder for you to be able to take a hit.
You fall down three stairs, you know,
versus somebody who actually does sports all the time.
Like, the person who does sports is less likely to be injured
because of their preventative maintenance, like, you know?
Right, because, I mean, if i'm just used to normal jumping my legs are going undergoing the pressure that
most people wouldn't exert even jumping off of like a third store building right so like if you
get to that point then yeah it doesn't you can do so much on your bones that your bones just become
like steel in that in that regard and if you know how to take a fall too big difference big difference I think everyone should learn wrestling and like taking a
fall just like in middle school like like or elementary school like before you get tall enough
to like be a problem yeah dude for sure and even in sports training too like you know it depends on
what level of training you go through and what sport
and what state probably and your coach and all the things but I mean we did like five minutes
of stretching before a game and then we'd like lift weights and we'd do all these other things
but like we weren't really conditioning ourselves like now in hindsight now that I've like studied
structure alignment and some personal training I'm like oh my gosh like I can't believe we just did like oh and and when you're like 16 17 or 12 or 8 like
are you really stretching or are you just like okay cool yeah I'm touching my toes like this is
what I'm supposed to do right and you know they show that isometric stretching is good for
increasing flexibility but not for reducing sports injuries you actually want to do like kinetic stretching which is like what you're moving into the stretch kind of and it's actually
like a movement-based stretch they found out like by doing those movement-based stretches you can
actually like get a lot better of a of a protective like stretch versus isometric you're going to get
more of a range of movement but you're actually more likely to injure yourself than actually do
any good right because you're not actually getting that motion which is what you're going to get more of a range of movement, but you're actually more likely to injure yourself than actually do any good.
Right. Because you're not actually getting that motion, which is what you're going to be undergoing when you're playing a sport is
stretch through motion.
And so like,
if you just stand here and do a lunge as opposed to if you like do walking
lunges, you know, like that motion is going to help carry, you know,
carry you through whatever sport you're doing.
Yeah, you got to get people so sore from exercise that when they stretch, they can feel the individual muscles.
That's how you really get in tune with your body.
From painful work, you work out so good that the lactic acid is just built up in something.
You're like, all right, I need to figure out how to stretch this part of my back or how to stretch this part of my bicep like but then you can like because
you don't know how to how a stretch feels until you've actually had that happen you know what i
mean like you just how does a little kid know what a stretch feels like yeah exactly and a lot of
people um i would say maybe even most people um we, we have, we are like big muscles take over, but our little
smaller stabilizer muscles that also need to be worked and stretched and, and, you know,
strengthened, um, don't, we don't really know what those are. So like a lot of times when you do your
squats or you do, you know, something you're lifting a weight or trying to get to your lats
or whatnot, like you're not actually getting there because you don't actually know what it feels like.
And so, yeah, for sure.
I do want to also, if anybody else wants to hop up on stage
or has questions for socks,
I'd love to hear them and keep the conversation going
on some awesome NFT projects.
And big man, also, if you had anything to add
or any kind of insight on the project,
I would also love to hear it.
When Sox event.
Or I should say, when do we do Sox event.
Yo, I know, right?
Like, Burning Guts, bro.
Like, no, for sure.
So that is another side of it.
Like, so my man's right there.
Like he said, Pet Rock Studios LLC, like it's more than just Sock City.
But I kind of take on a little bit of Sock City, like big man responsibility kind of too,
you know what I mean? So when it comes to like some of that vision, I like to try to help as
much as I can. And one thing that I really want to do is obviously you all know Thumpin Thursdays
and stuff. I like to get into the music industry, and I like to see what's going on and promote local artists.
We want to do IRL events, too, though.
So, like, we want to have, like, a safe place, like, get a venue or have our own venue or whatever,
and have a nice safe place where we can have all these people come and hang out
and listen to these cool vibes and music and, like, maybe camp out, do, like, a big music festival
and do, like, the Burning do like a big music festival and do like the burning
gus style thing you know and like it the name got coined that because of obviously gus is our mascot
and like burning man is just a huge ass event that's legendary everybody knows about burning
man so you know um but that concept like having that i don't know that just that safe haven for
everybody to be able to go to and see.
And honestly, that's kind of what inspired me with you guys when we saw you,
is I know you guys want to do like the healing centers, right?
And they have different like biomes and stuff and they have all kinds of different attributes to them.
And I admire that.
And we love ducks.
Ducks are very protective.
Ducks clear the pond of all the bugs and nasty skaters and all that jazz.
So, you know, just I'm a community guy.
Sox is going to be here.
We're going to continue to develop and continue to develop.
Mint out kind of is pretty much our biggest milestone because that puts a little less pressure on his plate right because like he knows we can either hire help or um certain things will be there for him when he
needs them like infrastructure wise and stuff so that's kind of why that's you know was wasn't our
main focus we always focused on community first but now we're starting to focus more on all right
mint we're getting like 56 percent of the way there we'll we'll start making it
it's coming so it's a process man it's not always a mint out overnight not everybody's a dragon
punk you know what i'm saying like geez no i love my dragon punks absolutely it's a marathon not a
sprint yes it's a marathon not a sprint right so I just, I keep trying to encourage my man over there to just build, whether it's the
same thing or to continue on building with the inspiration and following that flow.
And we'll circle back, right?
We can always come back to things.
The vision of Sock City is really, really big.
And it kind of incorporates all of these other little games along the way too.
So we kind of have to get some of these little games out of the way
in order to have the vision of Sock City there.
It's one of those things too.
And I'm all excited.
Thanks for giving me a quick minute.
Thank you for offering the promo space out there too.
That's really cool.
I appreciate that.
And even beyond the GPC, just like project to project,
person to person, It's awesome.
Thank you, guys.
Yeah, dude, for sure.
I'm also, like, real interested in this IRL event type stuff, too.
Like, I have some experience throwing, like, small festivals, like, 500 people or so.
And, like, setting up kind of spaces at, like, larger festivals, like 15,000 people or so, like we would set up like art collective.
So we tried to bring awareness to like different styles of art, whether that's like edible or medicinal or visual or wearable and all these different types of art.
And we would set up like these really big tents you know like maybe a regular
art space is like a 10 by 10 and we would get like a 30 by 20 and then we'd set up like another
20 by 20 for like a workshop zone and and we'd share the responsibility of manning the booth
and so everybody would not have to work all the time so it became a more fun also for people
as well as just you
know not having like you could go listen to some music or go check out a workshop and then we do
like tea lounges so like donation-based self-serve tea bar and sometimes we do like little ceremonial
tea or elixirs and song circles and you know just different kinds of things at some of these like
kind of intense music festivals where there's a lot of drugs and people aren just different kinds of things at some of these like kind of intense music festivals
where there's a lot of drugs and people aren't taking care of their bodies and I mean they're
super fun and you know transformative in many ways and we would just kind of hold down that like
kind of healing we were the Emerald Sisters Collective so So we were mostly women. I mean, there was definitely, definitely some, some men artists involved too, but yeah, so I'm real passionate about bringing IRL events to
people and like cool, cool people, you know, that hold a different vibe and, and can kind of jam
with that. So I look forward to that. Yes. No, that's amazing. So I've actually just recently
been connected with Third Planet Studios as well.
And I've been connected with Zal too.
Kind of separate music groups and stuff as well, right?
A little intermingled here and there and stuff, but a little separate.
And it's pretty cool.
So like I have some people on both ends.
Binx, who runs Third Planet Studios, she's been doing at least these events for at least
the last five years.
But she's been in the space. I think with the crypto, it's been doing at least these events for at least the last five years but she's been in the space i think with the crypto it's been five and she's been in the space
for quite a long time when it comes to getting musical artists out there and organizing events
and it was wicked cool astro fest was awesome i wish there was a little more people there i want
to help her get some exposure out there too but uh definitely i was talking to her earlier today
actually like on a phone call
and stuff and we were just talking about a lot of different things and um potentially doing
rhode island events and stuff like that right and like connecting with her so that she can help me
with a lineup of artists and stuff and like it's just uh it's gonna be awesome i'm so excited for
the irl stuff to start really kicking in and thumping thursdays has just kind of been the pilot for
that so that's all gonna go in under pet rock studios too though because i got this vip lounge
idea too that i've been working on but you know everything kind of comes down to timing and
finances and marketing and all this other stuff right now and i kind of just prioritize for the
moment and i do what's important for for us and the people at the same time in the now.
You know, not always a month ahead, not always six weeks ahead, but like just enough for everybody.
Because we all have to be able to make it through every day, you know.
Sorry, I'm kind of rambling over there.
You're good. I see you, Tricky, with your hand up. Go for it, brother.
Thinking about stuff I got at the concerts, I saw these earplugs.
They're like Coachella colored earplugs.
The earplugs that I wear at like concerts and stuff like that because I don't get like a headache.
And I just actually put a little post on it about being an Amazon affiliate.
But you can get like all the different types. But you can get, like, all their different types.
But the ones that are, like, Coachella are the ones that I use for the link.
They're pretty, like, they're kind of cool looking.
They're kind of random.
But it also looks like you have, like, a black earring or, like, a stud in your ear, right?
But they make us, you can hear each other, like, through normal conversation.
Like, if you're at one of those festivals, I always have to be yelling at people.
By the end of the festival, your voice is gone.
Sometimes even at a bar night, at the end of the night, your voice is just gone.
With these on, I can whisper to somebody else with these in.
We can literally just have a normal conversation.
You don't have to stress your voice at all.
It also makes it so you can hear the lyrics the lyrics too there was a lot of metal bands I was like I had no idea what
they were saying and then I put these in listen to the music and it's like it sounds completely
different it's like it crisps up every little bit of like the song it's really it's I don't know
it's amazing actually like it legit makes the sound quality 10 times better even if like because
people want to pump out the volume and you end up having so much reverb and bass that it destroys the actual
like the best part of the music so you want to still pump it out to a distance but you got to
put these things in if you're within a certain range or else you're just going deaf and you're
not hearing it right but i have highly recommended the loops i put them they're like on my pin to
my profile right now but look how cool they look too they uh it kind of reminds me of buying like crystals or
whatever i get this outside of a of an event i think that's why they're called like the
the coachella provisions or something like that oh nice yeah those are pretty sweet
yeah it's kind of the opposite but have you um like a silent disco maybe you had that's like
super fun for city like if you're dealing with noise ordinance like we would do like live music
or you know live djs early on and then um as it moved into like past 10 o'clock we'd move into
silent disco and it was cool because you could have like two, at least the ones we had, you could
have like two or three different actual DJs playing and all through one headset. So you could change
channels and like listen to different kind of music. And that was really cool at like in city
events. Yeah, you can have like three DJs that are playing in a set. And yet you could be listening
to either eitherj like beyond that
journey you know what i mean you could have completely different styles of music uh and
everyone's just like yeah like grooving to their own thing as long as the person you're dancing
with is listening to the same thing it doesn't really matter right like yeah it was cool they
would change colors the outside would light up a different color depending on which musician you
were listening to so you could kind of like find your people that were jamming
and it was just cool because you could like go get a drink and like go do
whatever and go get some food and walk over there and do some painting or
whatnot and like have your jams with you all the time that's super smart to get
around noise ordinance ordinance and like to also to have multiple parties to like link up like that with i'm part of the green crowd yeah green crowd on top i just want to say
shout out to candy down there appreciate you she's let me stay in her place for uh for new york if
it wasn't for her man that that shit would not have happened if she really like had it come
together and held in the gaps where i where it. So absolute mad love to Candy.
Yeah, she also let me send her stickers so that Tricky could pick them up.
And that was super cool.
Like I didn't even know her and she, yeah,
just let me do that with Tricky.
And so that was epic.
So mad love to you too, Candy.
I appreciate it.
Big man, I saw you on mute.
Yo, she's legendary. i think i forget exactly what i
wanted to unmute for it was for a second ago but now since we're talking about candy real quick
she is absolutely legendary i also stayed at her place and it was amazing the hospitality
she was really cool she just like accepted me in as one of her own like you know a family member
just boop right there no nothing everything
it was like a live space almost too it's cool we just get to chit chat about all kinds of stuff
i get to learn more about what she's doing with loans and you know we probably shouldn't tell too
many people about candy she's probably she's low-key like a gem that we probably need to keep
for ourselves for the next event but seriously i'm so glad you got to pop out there too.
Yeah, big man knows.
Well, I saw somebody mint a quack in our telegram,
so if you did,
pin it down in the comments
so we can make sure to get you
your sock puppet.
And if you mint it,
again, I'm going to just
up in the pen post,
the first two people
to mint two sock puppets each,
they're .1 soul on Launch by NFT,
then you're going to get yourself a quack nft as well and you can stake those quack nfts and earn them some token
and then the first two people to mint one of our quack nfts are gonna get yourself a sock
so somebody's got a sock coming to them but you gotta pin it in here or come up top
and let me know you got it so that I can hook you up with that sock.
Yes, most definitely.
Definitely got a sock for you.
If you're up in this space right now, come on, pin that up.
Drop it in.
Who done it?
Who done it?
I know, dude.
I wish sometimes like wallets had names or I could like send them a DM.
You should be able to dox yourself and then like with a third party,
well, we could do this with a third party app actually.
So yeah, okay.
Cause basically there's a certain amount of characters
that go through basically when you hit the emoji.
So we could probably could wire it on the backend.
It'd be easier for Android,
but we could probably do it for an iPhone still.
But to make it so the third party app
would be connected to your wallets.
Whenever something went into your wallet, then it would automatically flash like an indicator.
And the same thing that you would normally get like a text message or whatever for an alert.
But this would just be like an indicator to tell whether you bought or sold to go green or red or whatever on your app when you're live.
You can only use what's already there so like we could make the ring
appear or we could make it flash
or we could make emojis of any
kind flash and then on
an android phone that actually just triggers like
a file we could upload so it's easier
on an android but like on an iphone
getting that file up to the main base
that's the problem
coinbase will let you use a a different dns name too so you can do stuff like that and
like technically if you wanted to mint one of those silly phantom um like free mints you can
mint like you can write a note and then mint one of those free ones and then send it to the wallet address to be like send wallet at you or like whatever pin up in on x like you could do whatever like if you wanted to
but you know that's going a little crazy that's like my ex-girlfriend or my ex-boyfriend calling
me 17 000 times in a row you know what i'm saying like right i wouldn't even want one thing with
like with all my wallets like listed in it
you know that's a that's a security hazard no facts but but for sure if y'all minted
let us know we definitely get a sock for you i know like i said who done it and again this
another repeat first two people to get two sock puppets so they're about the same value right
our quacks are at 0.22 soul and the sock puppets are at 0.1 soul so you get yourself two sock puppets not only
do you get games that come out from pet rock studios and it sounds like there's lots of other
things in the works for that too so um definitely don't fade that Sounds like there's only, was it 1,100, 1,000 of them?
Yep, there's only 1,000 of them, and we're about 54, 52% of the way through.
You know, I would like to see a Quack Life MetaRise.
You know, I don't know that much about the MetaRise.
So, MetaRise, like, basically basically this car can be used in a game.
I think there's a couple simulations that you can use in right now,
but the idea is it'll be a car you can drive through different metaverses.
They're constantly evolving, and they just landed some new partnerships too,
so I can't really even speak too much on what they're doing right this moment,
but they just minted out the rogue bunnies uh drop
with the with that was a little collaboration they had with the playmates then there was also
there's a tootsie roll partnership going on right now so there's definitely some cool stuff to look
forward to but i think uh you know any community that's got you know either a video game presence
or would like to you know get into the metaverse or something like that.
I think it'd be cool to see more different cross-branded cars.
Yeah, I mean, we're all about it.
Maybe even some way to make it so it can just read your NFT and based off of those traits, it can automatically generate you a car.
That's probably more realistic.
That's dope. i like that idea yeah we have our our nfts just got put in the infinite nft royale game which just went live uh last week season one um it's
pretty cool they're doing updates every week kind of dialing it all in and they keep launching
new stuff for that game so we're stoked on that too and i do want to shout out um the rot wings
the dragon punks another gpc uh community they have pretty epic artwork that's coming out and
i mean i was trying to pull it up because they just started um today and when i checked earlier they were already pretty far yeah they're 16 percent
minted it just went live um just a few hours ago so that's pretty cool and they did an awesome
thing where if you held a dragon punks then you got an automatic um one free claim for a rot wing
so that was dope i can't wait they're uh uh what do you call it like blind i mean ours
are blind too when you meant but they're um i don't know the proper term but they're not revealed
so we will all have to wait and see what they look like but i'm excited the so far the drops
that i've seen the little hints i've seen have been pretty dope so they're all uh unrevealed you're waiting to hit
the switch on the metadata yeah i'm sad i want to see this i'm angry i'm like that's the one power
i've never had the luxury of having as a founder you know being able to do that that reveal button
oh i want that power you're gonna have to make another collection just so i can do it
it's exciting the anticipation's killing me though he's like give it to me now man no i like it's cool i like
what they're doing i really love their logo and um yeah i really like what they did there with the
eyes and it's pretty dope so there's just some really cool stuff going on with these gpc projects
and tricky's a part of it big Big Man Sock Puppets.
Quack Life.
We're all up in there.
Obviously, you see all these green circles down there.
Got tons of GPC fam in the house.
Thanks, y'all, for showing up.
Got the Salon of Deads minting.
Really cool stuff there.
I mean, we're all quacking.
Two sock puppets just got minted.
I've got to quack for somebody.
Come on, peeps.
Drop them in the comments.
Let's see these puppets.
Let's see these quacks.
Get yourself some dope promos.
Cross-pollination at its finest.
at its finest well this has been fun you guys i've been really enjoying getting to know socks
and hearing and you know introducing them to our community and just listening to all the cool
development you guys got like i said i'm love games and super bullish on in real life events and i just think it's cool that you're
you know giving that lifelong access to those thousand people that really believe in your
mission and and that's really dope yeah no it's definitely a fun time it's been a while since i've
been uh on x like actually on X and in the spaces.
I've been making like good morning posts here and there and like getting into the VIP chat and telling, like, you know, showing the VIP chat what's been going on.
more of a step back and doing silent moves trying to not just further the sock puppet project but
just pet rock studios as a whole and me myself as a whole so you know finding that fine balance
but yeah no it's definitely fun and this was definitely a great space to come back to and do it's it's great yeah you're getting your show on again it's awesome
yeah exactly yeah i go through waves of it like i was super hot hot and heavy on it and then was
just like whoa i gotta chill like can i just go up and like talk to people like a person you know
but it's good i think it's great to to hear real people
talk and I think spaces give us a really awesome ability to get to know some of the founders and
the people behind the projects instead of just their content and their art which is great too
but to be able to hear someone's voice and kind of you know feel their vibe a little bit more
clearly um it's honestly as i
was new to this space and we launched totally blind like we didn't know really anybody on x
and we did not know anybody on x and we were just trying to build out and i got fortunate enough
to meet um mama bear and uh crypto stoner really really early and just heard them and was like, dang, you know,
cool, like these people sound cool.
And I kind of like latched on and followed the people they were following and then, you
know, found a lot of the other GPC members and then kind of got tapped in over there.
And yeah, it's been great.
Yeah, I remember when you, I was in Stoner Space when you first popped into Stoner Space.
And I bought a quack immediately as you popped into space.
I saw that I was actually live and I was like, oh shit, I love dogs.
So I was like, yeah, it was, I knew we'd end up collaborating at some point for sure.
Yeah, dude.
Oh, that's awesome.
That's so sweet to hear that.
Cause I definitely was like, hell and nervous when I first started.
Like, I remember I'd get like all worked up.
My palms would sweat.
I have to go in the other room and like, you know, like, oh gosh.
Like, and then I have my notes and I like, you know, I'm like, it's my project.
Like, what do I need notes for? You know, but there's just like so much going on. I want to make sure
I say it. And then all of a sudden I'm like saying too much. I'm like chilling for like 15 minutes.
And it's like, yo, hop off the monologue there for a second. You know, like, I don't even remember
the first thing I wanted to ask you a question on. So, um, yeah, learning, learning and figuring out, you know, the flow and how to do it. So
yeah, that's awesome that that's your first memory. Yeah, no, for sure. And I feel you about
the flow thing. And like, because I was gone for a little bit, kind of, and not as active,
coming back now, it almost feels the same. Not quite quite as bad but it's like yeah I gotta I gotta
find that flow again kind of get back into it yeah for sure I feel like I used to look at the
listener count and get like real nervous and now I'm like I mean I'm really only talking to like
two people up here you know and that's like I don't know the mental trick i suppose of like i'm just
hanging out with people on stage and yeah it's i really like spaces are something like when i talk
to like normies about crypto like i'm bullish as hell on spaces and i'm like guys this is like
new radio like you know it's bringing back talk radio,
but you're able to...
It's not just like caller number nine.
It's like a panel that you become a part of.
Yeah, I think they're really cool.
Yeah, no, for sure.
were definitely
and are definitely
a big driving force. I feel like a lot of other
platforms should adopt something like this like imagine if tiktok instead of just having live
streams also had like a spaces type thing like just a normal talk chat room type
maybe it i feel like it'd bring a lot more competition and kind of force x to
actually fix their shit do better yeah i agree because like live just seems kind of like one
sided a little bit man i see some crazy stuff too like i'm like it's just like people unboxing things or like making
their they're like sound like auctioneer up there like talking or like then it's
just like a girl sitting alone just like waiting for somebody to show up and
then she like does something weird and it's like what is happening right so it
was candy it was Candy.
It was Web3 Candy that minted the sock puppets.
She's in an intense...
Sorry, my son's...
He's geeking. He heard sock puppets.
He's like, sock puppets!
She's in an intense Pokemon game with her son right now.
But she'll definitely get that soul out of you over for me and
I have a quack for her as well already too. So we're good
Well, yeah, I mean I can cover that too big man or I can get you back with another one
That's cool. I um, I assumed that you sent me
One of those was that you sent me was for This promo space as well
No for sure those were just for y'all
For thanks for taking our stickers
And talking about quack and sharing that
I really we really appreciated that
Most definitely I appreciate that that's crazy
No worries
Yeah dude we were stoked
We had big man and tricky
And uh, wolf out there
With some, uh, he's from the
Minsters community
Um, all let us send them stickers
And they put them up
All over the place
They handed some out at the events
They dropped some on tables
They stuck them up
I saw stuff on poles on bus stops, you know subways like kind of all over the place
So that was super cool to to have you know
Ducks on the ground
I like what you did there ducks on the ground
You know I I try.
I try to be quacky.
Try to keep it quacky.
It's like kind of the meme side of things, right?
So I remembered something that I did want to mention.
My NFTs do not have attributes.
Because I was a noob and did not know about attributes when I made the collection.
But I did make a SOC rarity chart.
So I did just comment a chart that shows you the rarities of each trait.
So that way people do know the rarities.
At least somehow.
And there is a vip badge if you find a vip badge on your on your nft that gives you access to a exclusive group chat that also gets you
earlier access to games and also just information before uh like about like the hamster wizard people have seen
screenshots of the hamster wizard before
I post I got a I just
posted that rarity trade
up there I got to find
this picture of my sock I think I got like a
rare shirt maybe let me drop it
and check it out I like what you did there oh I
did get a rare shirt
oh wait where'd it go
yeah I got a rare shirt i got oh wait where to go yeah i got a purple shirt
oh nice i like the pineapple which one's that let me go oh cute that is freaking adorable
a person a little alpha the uh the purple purple shirt right there was like a big man request kind of not
completely like he he had it in the works already but i was like it purples that color that's why
like when i got this one too this is the big man pfp right here i've been rocking it for a while
it just resonated me yeah dude i'm checking out. I got the purple shirt and the purple background, which is dope.
And on the yellow body, it just super pops.
And I love these glasses.
I'm glad he brought up the rarity chart, too, because I forgot to mention that.
Like he had mentioned the attribute thing thing and stuff you know it it
slipped our mind too and like but to not like just flop and be like oh no well
now we can't mint this project out like nah he straight up went through and like
ticked off everything and said okay well we'll make a try it for it now and same
deal with um like for the in-game my My mans went through and 3D modeled all of the sock puppet combinations for this collection, like, by hand versus being able to pull the NFT itself, right?
So we basically used the collection ID and the token ID to display it, but he 3D modeled them all right off the rip.
Like, it was crazy.
Dang, that's epic.
So wait, is mine bald
or is it blonde?
I just can't tell.
Because they've got to be yellow.
Oh, is yours a yellow sock?
Yeah, it's a yellow sock with a purple
background. I just posted it.
Purple background. Okay, let me see.
if you can see the outline of the sock, like a black outline around your sock, then it's bald.
But if you don't see the outline, then it's blonde.
It's yellow.
When I was making the blonde, I forgot about the yellow, and it kind of clashes.
That's okay.
We have a few traits that that kind of happens to too i yeah i
got it baldy i like it we have uh that's one of our super rare traits is a bald quack there's like
a handful of them
yeah so half of the collection is bald cool case
yeah so half the collection of sock puppets just don't have hair.
So hair is actually like a little bit rare. I think what's the rarest one? It's the Fonzie
looking one. 10.6%. It's not super rare. Is that the one that Big Man has?
Big man has
I did not name it
Very well on the chart
It's long number one
He has the first thing of hair
Rocking that long hair
I need to make a
I need to name him
I need to go through and name him a bit better
It happens
We tried to put a lot of time into our names and
stuff but there's like a few where i feel like it was me i'm like i look back i'm like really
green beret that's all we came up with i'm like must have must have been like a late night you
know or like you get tired or something and then some of them are like mushroom meltdown and like
get like all super heady with it. I'm like really green green hair. Okay
It's all learning process though, you know, you keep developing and
I'm sure this won't be the only NFT collection we see from from the Pet Rock Studios as all the games develop and such oh yeah no it's
this is definitely not the last this was the first this was definitely was the first and we
learned a lot from this one definitely not the last I've got another one that I've been thinking of. For these next. To promote these next things.
I've also been working on.
Lately I've been liking the whole.
Like kind of work in the shadows.
And then come out with my content.
When it's ready.
Because my content takes a while to make.
Video games take a while to make.
Yeah I can't even.
I cannot even imagine. Just MFTs take a while to make. And i can't even i cannot even imagine just mfts take a while to make and
they don't move it's a lot of development on the back end with the game
i know i watched the infinite nft royale game and dang they got there's so many moving pieces and I love the kind of Pokemon inspired
Like little quests and you know battles and yeah, it's pretty cute
Have you all played it yet?
I have not I haven't had time to play other games to be honest. I hear you
I only played the tutorial but some people in my community have played.
I saw some gameplay, and the tutorial was fun.
It's cute to see your NFTs in a game,
and the names they came up with was fun,
and the different kind of attacks that they do.
Yeah, it's great yeah no big shout out to tochi tochi and anthony for that
too like they they really hit the ball out of the park with like just kind of connecting everybody
into that space and you know providing a utility and what's crazy is like they showed that you
don't even have to do it through a Web3 project.
You know what I mean?
Like it has a lot of Web3 IP, but ultimately they could have just came up with their own IP and ixed everybody else out of it and just continued.
It would have been a cool game.
But now they get to have so much more community and they get to build upon that.
And then our IP gets to get spread across the board because of this cool ass game.
Like, yeah, no, big shout out, big flowers to them too.
Yeah. You know, I think it's really cool.
And it's something that, you know,
that collective mindset kind of brings where it's like,
I don't have to do everything, right? Like I can do what I'm passionate about and somebody else can do what they're
passionate about. And we can still, you know,
put those two together and make something super epic and like how cool of them to to support other projects like that offer profit sharing um just really
really an amazing amazing idea and inspiration to a lot of us as we you know build out games
or build out you know kind of collective mentalities so yeah big shout out to those guys also but I'm gonna encourage
if anybody has anything they want to come up and ask sock puppets or ask us
for quack you're welcome to now is a great time to get those questions
answered or talk about future plans or maybe you want to collaborate or you got
some ideas for somebody now is the time I don't see that quack in the comments yet.
So whoever minted that, if you're here, make sure you put it in there
so we can get you your sock puppet.
We got a quack headed to Candy for having mint in those two socks.
So that's exciting.
And yeah, this is what collaborative spaces are all about
another shout out to my co-host sock puppets and big man for coming out a team of brothers a duo
that are just really bringing some epic stuff into the space so we are grateful that they're here
in this time and place and bringing this love and energy to the space
it's much needed and the universe is is full of gratitude for y'all so I can feel that
I appreciate you bringing us up here um I also just thought I'm gonna post up a couple little
animations that I've uploaded along the way as well in the comments
Let me just find them and upload them. But yeah, so yeah
No, thanks for having us on it was definitely great and it was definitely a great way to like swing back into into things
So it was fun
Yes, no most definitely I appreciate you for having us together i love these collaborative spaces
you know big shout out to crypto and solana deads for like smushing these together and really getting
them up in our faces and being like yeah why haven't we done that basically like right you
know what i mean we're all really about it and just to organize it and to get it together and
big big shout out to you for coming up with the flyer as well right and getting that shit all organized i am not good at that like i
can totally admit that the organization i i flop on heavily um spirit enthusiasm you know i'm in
your fucking corner you know i got y'all wipe the blood sweat tears off your brow i will get you
your drinks i'll do whatever we need but But a little help in organization is always awesome and appreciated from big man. That's
for sure. So thank you. Yeah, for sure. That's kind of my forte. I feel like I was really
disorganized like in high school and then, but I was real smart and I didn't really have to like
study or be organized. And then I got to college and was doing pre-med and was just like, oh, shit, like, I don't
know how to take notes or how to be, you know, organized and keep all my things and make
study guides and do all that.
So I really had to like dive into that.
And ever since then, I've just realized like with my brain having lists and
tasks and being able to like organize them and cross them off and know what I need to do
is just honestly like the only way I'm successful like in anything in my life regardless of like if
it's project or like housework or garden stuff or whatever I'm trying to juggle or keep up with like
or like housework or garden stuff or whatever I'm trying to juggle or keep up with like having
lists and staying organized is like kind of how my brain can can function and be get all the
things done like even if it's just like fold the laundry or call this dentist or you know
whatever it might be like I tried to use my phone and the calendar but I'm just a little
bit too sporadic for that and too many things I don't know what day they're going to be on and so
I've like created my own like planner system on like the google drive and yeah just really figuring
out how to work with my brain to be you know more productive and and stay on task and make sure that
I'm you know not letting things slip through the cracks or,
or if they are going to slip through the cracks, then I know which ones,
you know, I can come back to and aren't a priority and stuff. So yeah, I am a,
that is my, my forte at this point is, is organization. Um, but yeah, all, let's see,
we have today, uh, yesterday was our, was our mindful Monday panel. So every night, weeknights, we do at 9pm Eastern, we hold spaces. Each night's a little bit of a different vibe. So yesterday's that mindful wellness with Mama Bear and Wealthy Guru has started to co host with us as well.
as well. And, you know, just a lot of talk about, I mean, really anything, you know, whether it's
something somebody's going through emotionally, whether it's some ideas on how to reset yourself.
Mama Bear even led us through like a tapping exercise one time. You know, we've talked about
grounding and plants and mushrooms and psychedelics and all sorts of different ways of you know what type of salt to
use and you know we had some nature pass on that was really fun and Tuesdays are collaborative
mint parties we did last week with digi blunts and then the few weeks prior we did with the
salon of deads next week we have doms on so we're excited about that and then we got dbros coming on the week after and rot wings
after that so just kind of loading up on those gpc nft projects and um wednesdays are technical
analysis so that's tomorrow that's with crypto stoner and twop trades and they kind of run
through a lot about solana and bitcoin uh this is your reminder stoner we're talking a little
bit about risk management see i did i used my notes i took it down and you told me to and here
it is i got it so some risk management talk and it's cool you know we we learn a little bit about
short-term trading about long-term trading and several times we have all kinds of people hop up
on stage and talk about their different
ways of trading and you know something that t-wop taught me was you know he he can give me some
guidance and show me some you know things to look at but really like i have to figure out what
i like to trade and how i like to trade and where what my niche is and and just you know the
seeing that there's all these different ways to to do the my niche is and just, you know, the seeing that there's all
these different ways to do the same thing and to be successful. You know, you could trade in the
five minute chart or the hour chart, or maybe you're doing day to day and just knowing what
you're doing and sticking to it. So it's pretty cool to kind of tap in with those guys about
Solana and Bitcoin. And then Thursdayss we do an open shill space we
call it a shill and grill so we kind of you know dive into more questions about each project that
comes up so everybody kind of gets a little bit of a longer time on the space to to be kind of
questioned and grilled so to speak but you know not not in a negative way. Just, you know, no hate, just to educate and kind of bring some light to some different areas.
And if we're sharing someone's project, you know, with our community,
we want to make sure that we can feel confident that it's a good, you know, solid project
and not just someone coming to Engagement Farm and, you know, do all sorts of other kinds of bad farming.
And we feature a project that night and so this week we have a weed coin og coming on not the weed coin that uh
tricky is talking about that's weed on soul um just some clarification on that one but they're
a really great uh community as well it's uh what do they say it's like bitcoin but way higher and so we'll be
talking to those guys and listening in on what they've got going on and then we got a giga chadet
coming on and we got solana strays coming on and again if anybody wants to be involved in those
collaborative mint parties or be a feature on one of our thursday spaces You're welcome to hit me up in the DMs. We're scheduling,
you know, about three weeks out right now. And Friday had just been community space, but
it kind of is evolving into a music space. So Money Miller is going to be helping us run that
space now. And I believe he's bringing on some web two artists. So that's exciting to kind of, you know, have some new faces in the space come on.
And I'm sure we'll be tapping in with some of those people you talk with, Big Man, on Thumping Thursdays.
So I'd love to, you know, get you involved if you're interested.
And then Sundays we meet in our Telegram and we do kind of a private, you know, unrecorded, just meet the team,
hang out with Quack. And maybe you've got questions. You want to know what we're working
on right now, what our week plans are, what we're up to, or you just want to kick it. You know,
we talked about just whatever everyone's week was going like and some struggles some people have or
some really highlights to their week. So yeah a lot a lot always a lot
going on over here and i actually am really excited guys we just got in some um items for
our phase two of our merch store where we're going to be doing customized um like we have a set
number of products and you can get your specific nft put on those products and so i just got like a hoodie
and a tank top in and i they're just it's just so cool to see as an artist to like see your art go
from the digital world to then onto a sticker and now it's on freaking clothes and like i took
pictures of it and it just i'm just stoked so um that's exciting and we have our mint bounties too which are are really fun
um it's all based on rarity and so there's 180 soul prize pool and so that's like you know pushing 30k
in prizes and there's hundreds of chances to win and I think it's like about 1 in 22 chances are
gonna get you you know some prize and the top prize is five soul that's gonna
um come out so we are stoked on the mint bounties that's been really fun we've had a few people
hit them over the past two weeks and it's just great you know it's like somebody mints it and
they just get like their mint price back in their you know direct in their wallet and there's a that that
five soul is going to go to the rarest quack so we've only had like i think two sub tens come out
and and so they're out there and and we're excited to see them and and so definitely i pinned one
post up there about that love to have you guys check that out.
Participate if you're down.
You can stake our NFTs so you can earn our token and it's passive staking.
So your NFT stays in your wallet, but you get to earn that quack token and kind of get involved in our ecosystem.
So just a little bit about us going on.
And otherwise, I think I'm going gonna pass it around to y'all
if you got any kind of closing statements it's been what about an hour 40 minutes almost so
probably kind of wind it down unless anybody wants to pop up or y'all got anything else you
want to quack about you're welcome to it yeah it has just been an absolute pleasure.
Again, thank you.
I appreciate it.
Everybody, go make yourself some quacks.
Go make yourself some socks.
You know what I'm saying?
The staking is amazing, by the way.
It's super simple.
You go to Launch My NFT page.
You click on the staking button.
Bing, bang, boom.
You stake your NFT.
It's wicked simple.
You get to watch it grow and claim it every other day. Claim it every day.
Go stake it in the Meteora pool after that
if you want to. But like,
just get it. You know what I'm saying?
It's one of those things. We're all
really, really building here.
Beyond community,
we all have IRL expectations
too. And just keep
on believing, man. Keep on doing.
I don't know. I love y'all that's all i really
got to say oh well we love you too big man and it's great like i said i've been as a as a founder
and you know the lead on the project it's a kind of there's so many projects in the gpc i just don't
have the time to really tap into all of them.
And so these spaces have been really great to like really kind of dive into what people have
going on. And it helps me also to share y'all's information out, you know, now I know so much more
about your system and your ecosystem. And someone's talking about games. Now I got,
you know, more ammo in my pocket to kind of show that and share that and I think
that's really important as we kind of build out the GPC and get to know each other on a deeper level
that it'll be really helpful for just the expansion and the sharing of information and of
projects that we feel you know like they they not, like not every project's moving super fast, but if I
can feel confident that, you know, these projects aren't going to rug my community and aren't going
to be doing nefarious things and up to weird stuff, like it's just, that's what I want to bring,
you know, I want to be able to share those with the people. And, and, you know, I think eventually the GPC is really going to be a powerful movement and going to have a lot going forward, especially as more people come into the space and more normies come in.
And there's just like this clear, you know, avenue of like these are vetted projects.
They're not like big celebrities. They're not rich KOLs.
They're not, you know, pushing a project and dumping it and
moving on to the next they're like really passionate these are their passion projects
their visions and and they're here you know to stay and so yeah i'm stoked on watching it develop
so thanks y'all for coming sock puppets how you doing brother you ready for what you got
oh it's probably bedtime for y'all
or in east coast yeah it's getting close it's 10 40 right now um yeah no i'm just chilling
honestly like i like talking as much as the next guy but even in real life i'm like that kind of
dude that's just at the gathering
just chilling hanging out kind of quiet but and like absorbing or observing everything that's
going on more or less not absorbing don't absorb observe um learned that one from all over there
but yeah uh yeah no i'm just chilling uh trying to think about our next moves, more or less.
And it's hot out.
My computer makes the room I'm in wicked warm.
So I'm like sweating, sweating.
But yeah, no, we chilling.
It was great being here.
It was a good change of pace.
That's for sure.
Yeah, well, we're stoked to have you.
And I feel you on the, I have to turn my air conditioner off whenever I'm on spaces and talking.
And it quickly heats up.
So I feel you on that.
But luckily, it's the sun is behind the trees now.
And I'm in the shade.
So it's not too bad in our nighttime spaces.
But I tell you what, in those midday spaces, I'm like cooking in here.
So I feel you. And just, yeah,
you crushed it, man. Keep it up, you know, keep building and keep doing you and keep shining that
light, brother. It's been great to get to know you. And, you know, I've known Big Man a little
while. We've been chatting in spaces. So it's cool to meet another, you know, another fam of his and yeah, y'all are dope.
So I'm grateful to, to be in y'all's presence and I look forward to more collaborations.
We'll circle back, you know, there's a shit ton of weeks in the year and only so many cool
projects out there.
Honestly, the pool is, is, you know, it's kind of a needle in a haystack.
So we'll circle back and we'll do some catch-ups and find out you know
how the developments go in and we'll stay in touch for sure and again i'll check the comments after
the space is over but if anybody minted that uh quack nft post it up let me know if if you're not
in here you know or you're not you're maybe you're what's it called like anonymously listening
uh just drop it in in telegram too and i'll make sure to to get that over to you and uh
yeah hit me up well yeah i'll talk to candy big man i'll get her squared up on the quack
fermenting those two uh sock puppets because that's just freaking dope so i'll dm you candy about that and uh get yourself a quack nft that you can start
staking and uh just take a little note there see always taking notes y'all otherwise i'd instantly
forget and i think too it helps my brain like i don't have to think about there's like so many
things to think about and i'm like okay okay, take it out of my brain,
put it on the paper or whatever, the digital paper. And now my brain has room for like other tasks. Um, so yeah, I encourage anybody that struggles with some of that stuff to just
practice writing stuff down. You know, it's a, it's a really help. It can be a really helpful,
helpful tool, but, uh, yeah, I mean, anyone else have some last minute
things to say? Otherwise, kind of gonna wrap her up. All right, y'all. Well, everybody,
thanks for coming. I appreciate you for menting and for participating and for supporting these
two awesome humans out here and supporting Quack. And I appreciate that.
And, you know, like I said, every weeknight, 9 p.m. Eastern, there's spaces.
We got Big Man's Got Spaces.
Tuesday, Thursdays, that's, what, 10 a.m. Eastern?
Because it's like 7 for my time.
Yeah, yeah, typically it's 10 a.m. Eastern.
This Thursday we're going to do it around 12, 15-ish in the afternoon, my time, EST time.
So I think that's still, yeah, that's p.m. technically still.
But yeah, just because I got my son until around that time.
And it's my last day with him this week.
So he'll go back and then we'll start dumping Thursday after that.
But we'll be going.
And I know we got, what's that?
There's a block party Friday, ain't there?
Oh yeah, there is.
There's a big block party.
I don't know a ton of information, but Mutant Records is putting it on, I believe.
The Mutant Sheba Club.
And I think maybe some other, I mean, there's going to be a lot of projects involved.
Music and I've heard lots of talk.
Lots of like little little mini
festival digital festival so excited for that I also know that the Solana Deads
have spaces every week every I think it's every day actually so check out
crypto stoners bio for that or the Solana Deads profile for that information
crypto stoner also has spaces on Wednesday mornings. Big man, is that 8 p.m. Pacific?
I know it is 10 a.m. EST still.
I'm not sure what the Pacific time is.
So that'd be 7.
So 10 a.m. Eastern also.
You got Tuesday, Wednesday, and usually Thursdays,
except for this Thursday with Big Man is 1215 Eastern.
And then Mama Bear's got spaces every night, every day of the week, 300 days almost coming
They're going to do a big celebration for that one.
And that is 7 p.m. Eastern.
And then I don't know about, oh, wait, where'd they just go?
Oh, there he is.
Invisit, I know he's got some spaces too. I don't know his exact times, but check in with the GPC Discord or the GPC community and you can kind of get some information there on some other really dope spaces. I know Tricky's got spaces. He's doing some spaces too with CryptoFam Radio.
So there's just spaces on spaces.
I'm sure Web3 Candy's got spaces.
I'm sure MetaRide's got spaces.
So make sure you're just tapping in, putting on those noties,
set them, you know, for all their posts or their live posts
so you know exactly when to tap in and tune in with these really great communities.
But until tomorrow, we will quack you later, y'all.
All righty, we'll have a blessed night.
Quack, quack.
Quack, quack. Quack, quack you later, y'all. Alrighty, we'll have a blessed night. Quack, quack. Quack, quack.
Quack, quack.
