Like, my buddy, who I usually go out and hang out, he's the one that's got the hemp farm,
this big property out in the rural part of my county.
His grandma lived by herself in this, like, 10-room, like, six-b six bathroom plantation house.
It's a very old house.
It was probably built in the 1850s.
And it's sitting on about 40 acres and it's got, you know, all the barns,
horse pastures, all this shit.
And she just had it by himself.
And she, uh, the current setup they've got for like passing it down,
it's either going to his,
it's split up between his mom and her
uh sisters and brothers and all of them are i'll say like you know no disrespect but none of them
are very wealthy uh so like when they get it they're likely gonna no one's gonna buy it outright
so it'll end up getting sold unfortunately because unless they figure out some way to rectify you know you've got to do some
you've got to do some crazy these days with like trusts and things like this like
that's what their family does yeah well actually mate uh okay i bookmarked this video about this
uh oh probably about three to four weeks ago there's actually something that you can like really do and it's so cheap you
don't even need a lawyer you can just go and register it at the local uh municipality mate
there's this proper easy little cheat scam for this you know i'll have to go and find it mate
i'm not i'm not compass meant this enough to be is it similar in the in the like in england as it is in the us no
you can establish trust okay well we can we can but it's law works in a different way i should say
gotcha it's not that the scam like trust system like doesn't work in a particular way like dude

is about 10 miles away from where I live. That same guy has, uh, an original has the original
burial plot of the settlers of that piece of land in that town. They're buried. Uh,
it's like a little bit closer to where the shoals are. And, uh, yeah,

he bought the land and it was getting taxed and for whatever reason,
no one knew that these people were buried there and then he made it a whole
official thing. And yeah, now he's,
now his property is worth more and he doesn't have to pay
taxes on it which is nice red eye i'm not one to pivot but like i mean obviously there's a bit of
stuff to debate about australia and the nsn what's going on dude the entire world the entire world is rising to its feet right now

though about about what the like something to do with this so i've got i've had a few gyms like next to me these guys do insane road work right so one thing you're gonna find out about them why tie fighter
is there's just the cardio oh yeah and listen the cardio is insane bro and the training the
crazy tropical heat that's the one thing i I mean, everybody knows it's like the sport of eight limbs, right?

whack on remand in a low newton yeah uh the the-o youth offenders but he ended up getting off with
the bad one and because he was like young and he got i think it was like a might have been gbh with
intent or it might have been abh so gravest bodily arm or actual bodily arm but i think he like got
done with intent but because he was like at that age
he only got about i think he might be got about 80 if i i can't really remember this actual sentence like because it's been that much shit in my life i think he got about 18 months uh maybe
he got 24 then i think so i think he got 18 months and he'd already like served it pretty much on
remand like off the sentence so he just literally got out straight off the sentence he got out but he didn't grass anyone and we were like we were very

of you, um, it's at least in when it's like a ride and them getting in your vehicle or something
like that. Uh, there's just too many bad things that can happen. And I've only ever given one,
uh, I've only ever given someone a ride one time it's because they literally needed to go
a quarter mile down the road and i had my gun on my hip so i i was ready uh for whatever was about
to pop off but i did have a cool interaction yesterday the red eye you look quite like this
because i told you the uh story about me pressing the number seven for the little kid who kind of reached the button in the lip right right yep

oh it's piping great get that in the bread with some butter and some mayonnaise and some ketchup

like five sandwiches i do the same thing it's it's glorious because the whole
chicken itself is fairly cheap like for me i can get a rotisserie chicken fresh off fresh off being
cooked for like eight nine bucks and that'll make me yeah four or five sandwiches oh well you're
gonna love this story case it is you're gonna love this story so the original price on the chicken
was 129 which is around uh four dollars i believe it'll
probably at the current exchange with the tie bar it'll be just under four dollars right three
dollars something okay and then my loaf of bread was a dollar so when i went to the counter this

I'm reading up some U.S. news, and I'm seeing that this was posted a few days ago,
but the U.S. is looking to restrict visa length for foreign students to a four-year period rather than whatever the duration of their program is.
And it just got me thinking because, you know, we had talked about the acquisition of stakes in various American companies by the U.S. government and the potential establishing of a
sovereign wealth funder.
And I was just thinking like one of the things that made America really great
from an education and say manufacturing perspective in the forties,
fifties, sixties. I mean, obviously you have the post-war boom,
but we had a lot of blue sky research being funded,
which is kind of like blank checks being written to go out and research and study all sorts of shit.
It doesn't necessarily have to be tied to some common sense.
You mean tied to common sense direct you mean tied to common tied to common sense you mean well it could be things that are you talking about the crack hamsters are you talking about
the crack hamsters on the fucking treadmill like that's all you're talking about
you could probably consider you could probably include some of that But back in the 40s and 50s, a lot of this was research on physics,
astronomy, chemistry, biology.
And it would be something interesting to see.

bear the brunt of now all of these companies are already bearing the brunt of a bad decision
