president cannot just fire Paul for policy disagreements. However, a president could not
could choose not to reappoint him when his term as chair ends. So like Trump's going to be stepping on some really shaky ground if he just
comes out and fires him because Jerome Powell could technically just sit there
and be like, fuck you, bro.
