interesting really fast as to what people are going to wager oh wow yeah there is a buy now
next to the low cards and what's unknown is the high card the high card is an erc seven blah blah
blah it's tradable as an nft okay my guess i think the low card is 10 energy i think don't quote me
on that but i think it's like something like that My guess is the high card's going to be somewhere between 100 and 500 energy.
And that's only going to be dropped if you have so many cores staked for a certain period of time.

any of the high card stuff is going to come into play at least in these first couple of weeks with

know what walrus is is a decentralized storage um you know you own your keys and all that jazz
it's extremely efficient when we put
our shit up on amazon or we put it up on on drive or wherever like we don't actually own it i mean
we own the stuff we don't own the keys um and so there's a there's risks there for us but also
we're dealing with like terabytes of of files because of you know we're working with 3d assets
their studio quality so it gets really stacked stacked. And then they have another thing called Tusky within Walrus
where you can token gate like whatever you're putting in there,
including AI agents.
So if ever the time comes when we're looking at AI models
to help us be faster or whatever,
we can kind of lock that like a Pandora's box.

forever is it that difficult to get this into production
yeah it's super hard for many reasons so so most of the studios don't want to take risks on on
nascent brands or new ideas unless those those brands have have been battle tested
um that's a part of it also the the sort of deals that you strike can be, uh, at times very
kind of, um, I'll say it how it is like fucked up. Like the creators don't hold, um, any cards.
Uh, the percentages are kind of whack. Um, on top of the fact that it's like months and months
of legal work to, to get into bed with a studio like that that you've got to protect the ip who has like you
know final say all those because there's like so many line items so for us it i mean this was like
just it was like six months um so those are some of the reasons and then also you know everybody's
afraid to take a risk on um on content that's not content to product. Because then you're just making content as product.
And in the age of streaming, what's the point aside from, you know,
making sure that people keep their Netflix subscriptions.
So oftentimes Netflix will commission, if it's Netflix, for example,
like they'll commission a TV show that'll go straight to Netflix.
And the budget that they give you is not a budget you're going to make profit on.
It's usually a budget that's like you is not a budget you're going to make profit on is it's usually a budget.
That's like just about enough to make the thing.
And then there's no equity or there's no,
there's no royalties after because you're not actually selling products.
So it's so I think all of these play play into it.
Our brand obviously is built for product.
So not a problem.
And and yeah, it's a really, really good partnership.
And with product, you're saying toys merch all the secondary things that people can attach to the ip itself digital collectibles
all yeah to play um do you think we see more brands get deals like this because of the
regulation in the u.s kind of lightening up and uh you know more people are
being attracted to crypto uh in general yeah so i think that like pudgies ourselves doodles and
azuki is definitely doing it you know for anime are are kind of setting standards it takes a few
projects or a few brands to do it so that like Hollywood is super allergic
to change. And so it just takes a couple wins for it to really snowball. So we're definitely part of
that story. And I think that I think in the next couple of years, it'll just be standard and the
world is going so digital. So digital collectibles tied to media, all that kind of stuff is just
going to be standard in the next couple

studios it like it doesn't matter it's not fast tracking anything they got into bed with stupid

you know as a founder like of the about the nft sector as a whole right now yeah so loaded
question like we don't we don't operate like we don't chase metas and we i mean clay knows was
born in a bear so it's kind of like for the last three years we
we've been grinding um and unfortunately some you know some other projects that might have
substantially more money weren't really grinding they're just like holding waiting for the next
meta to show up i guess but there's also an issue with a lot of projects will go to market
and oftentimes um you've got like all of ct saying oh it's the next
big ip but that's all bag bias like it it unless unless like normies like the characters or normies
like the story you really have no litmus test which i think is why companies like uh like like
you know chimpers or or like you say recently like good vibes is testing it as well but
the pudgy is everybody is is pushing as hard as they can on socials.
And if you do it right, you should do it organically
because you don't want to like juice those numbers.
But the great test is, you know, it's two things.
It's the filtering of time and it's do normal people actually like this product?
If normal people like this product, you're going to be something most likely, right?
You just got to do things right um but in timbers is killing it for such a small team and oh the
socials are just off the charts the champers guys yeah absolutely love the champers guys
they see really good algorithm sorry uh engagement um like and that's a really important litmus test
too is like how many people are commenting versus how many likes do you have versus how many followers do you have?
Like, those are all kind of, it's not black and white, right?
That's things that kind of like all need to be looked at to see like how honest your engagement is.
And those are people making like an active choice to put in some effort and comment, right?
So usually that's bullish if you have high commenting
numbers or engagement numbers um but like i said time is also the great filter so unfortunately
when you have so many like i always call it like bubble budgets the bubble budget projects
you know those are the artifacts those are a lot of projects that are not around anymore
in oftentimes in a new industry that's very opportunistic and a lot of money is to be made.
Like that's like Silicon Valley early days.
You have an influx of people that make bad decisions
or that ride the hype or whatever,
and might not have the acumen to lead a company.
For whatever reason, you get all these startups,
or in this case, a lot of IPs that are built by people
that don't know how to do that, but got with so much money and now there's this kind of
assumption that they actually do know what they're doing because they had so much money
but then time filters that real real fast right so I think that's what we're seeing so the next
I think the next phase of NFTs the bar is substantially higher than what it was if you
look at how final Bosu went to market,
they obviously had learned a lot from what all the other projects did well and didn't.
But you could tell,
it wasn't your average go-to-market on a mint
from back in the day.
It was thoughtful.
They pumped a lot of resources into it
before they did the mint.
And I think that the expectations
are just so much higher
because there's been so many,
I'm very careful with the word rug.
I think not purposeful rug,
but just they tried and startups fail all the time, right?
And so I think that because there's been so many of them
and people have been burnt,
most mentors are oftentimes careful
and they gravitate towards quality nowadays or proven
teams that are battle-tested
and have proof of resilience, which I

Obviously, you can collect items, craft items, buy items, buy decorations,
find decorations, all that kind of stuff.
Everything under the hood is minted.
That's a way to future-proof.
It's also a way to make sure that if ever a token comes into play,
that also makes sense.
So thinking about all these things.
But it's not meant to be it is
a web 3 game and the thesis is that you know you know we always set meta so we'll hopefully be able
to break the uh the uh the tropes of web 3 gaming but we're not calling it a web 3 game like why
would we it's just a game that leverages new tech yeah that's definitely the way to start talking about these products if

hard to make and the last thing i want to say is like dude we're hungry like i think on the
ethereum side not everybody knows this but we minted for 1.3 million then you take away taxes
ftx crashes that gets halved like overnight uh and we got to build ourselves back up um and
royalties were not locked at that time that's when frank degas did his whole no royalties and every
marketplace decided to crush royalties um we eventually got back royalties but in our life
cycle as as a company we've done about and that includes the mint by the way we've done like about seven million
dollars in in in the three years and with that like I like to think that we're we're a team of
absolute Navy SEALs and we're killers like we've built a team of all-stars we've built a crazy
product we've done so much for anyone that's attended our events some of our events have had
like over a thousand people.
We're hungry men. And I think above and beyond everything, we care so much about this product and we're not complacent. And I think fear is a good thing in these situations. And I think that
