The charts were going up.
Bitcoin was like 86, 87.
And I was like, dude, this doesn't make sense.
Why charge are going up?
I said, I think this is a bull trap right here.
Because we knew there was going to be a reciprocal tariff, or at least we
thought there were going to be reciprocal tariffs, but, uh, way worse than that.
As far as like tariffs go, uh, as one CNBC analysis said yesterday, this is worse than
the worst case scenario for tariffs.
Um, because like some of these numbers are outrageous.
Um, you know, as far far as tariffs, China, 54%.
I mean, the list goes on, right?
But the problem being is that a lot of manufacturers
are outside of the United States.
So you're seeing in the traditional market,
the stock market's just getting absolutely slaughtered, right?
It is bad.
Tech sector just hit an eight-month low.
S&P is down like 5%.
I mean, it's just ridiculous.
S&P is down.
NASDAQ is down almost 6%.
Dow is down 4%.
U.S. Treasury yield is down 2%.
Like the dollar is weaker.
Like across the board.
It's across the board.
Like global sell-off, you know, and just a lot of uncertainty.
And that's kind of what I figured was going to happen.
That's why I was saying yesterday when Charles Green, I was like, dude, this is a bull trap,
you know?
And I mean, this was expected not to this caliber.
Like, I mean, the tariffs, I don't know how trump came up with some
of these numbers we were under i was under the understanding that it was going to be a reciprocal
whatever they're charging us we're going to charge it back but he went above and beyond that pretty
much 10 across the board and then specifically the top 60 you know they want you know there to
be an inflow instead of an outflow as far as like, you know, supplies go.
So it's like it's going to be really hard for some of these countries to actually meet that.
Hopefully, I'm hoping there's a negotiation tactic, more so politics over policy in the sense of, you know, these are the numbers.
Now we negotiate. You know, Trump considers himself a master negotiator.
And like, hopefully this is more

we'll see how it turns out but i mean the initial reaction is always the worst part of it um you
know we saw it immediately and after hours yesterday the stock markets closed up green
like dow was up nasdaq
was up s&p was up and then like within 30 minutes of you know the presser from trump you saw a sharp
sell-off in after hours like everything went from like being up two percent to down three to four
percent um and then opened up this morning at right at the opening bell initially 1.3 trillion dollars was wiped up
out of the stock market um is that it 1.3 right at the opening bell so and then it's continued to
go down from there but i mean that was a lot a lot was wiped out in after hours as well too
um but yeah on the crypto side i think we're seeing the same situation here I mean surprisingly
Bitcoin is holding up relatively well like all things considered like the fact that Bitcoin is
still at 81 645 right now which is down 6% but not as bad as I thought it was going to dip into
the 70s right off the bat but it's been holding up pretty well. But yeah, I mean, the overall market cap on crypto is down over 5%, 5.11% down to $2.5 trillion. Volume is up, but that's mostly because people are selling. It's at $247 billion, up 86%.
like the the the point that bitcoin is like the store of value yes right like yes this is this
like to me when i look at this and i'm just like dude it just goes to show why you know bitcoin
is the digital gold it's the store value the only store value really in crypto so i mean like
the sell-off hasn't been as bad you're looking at eth which is down seven percent down to 1766 solana is down 12 to 113 dollars xrp is down eight percent to under two dollars

yesterday uh the market didn't it kind of go up and then it then it ran just like it had a spike like literally moments before trump started
speaking bitcoin shot up to 88 which even further i mean like that's all i was saying you know from a
leverage standpoint i don't leverage trade but i felt like people were longing before the
announcement which made no sense whatsoever it's's like, why are you going to, you know, leverage long, um, right before Trump announces tariffs, you know, because chances are it's going
to have a negative impact on the traditional market, the macro and, you know, crypto being
a risk on asset is probably going to get hit pretty hard. So yeah, I mean, I think within the hour of Trump's
announcement on the tariff side of things, $135 million was liquidated out of the crypto market
within one hour. It was like $98 million was on the short side when it shot up to $88 million,
and then another $40 million on the long side when it started to come back down.
But I'm assuming that number has gone up quite a bit since then because, you know,
of where Bitcoin is right now in the market in general.
And longs definitely got liquidated over the past 24 hours.
So I'll give an update on that number pretty soon.

And then yesterday, you know, Trump announced 17 percent tariffs on Israel.
So like even our ally, right, because that's apparently one of our bigger allies globally, you know, like Whale Insider just tweeted tariffs.
It raised two trillion from U.S. stock market.
I guess that's the rolling count so far.

The tech sector down 15% on majority of the tech companies over there.
A lot of stuff is getting smashed.
Now, some of these U.Sbased uh stocks are actually kind of slightly
green but you know like nike which is a you know they're down 13 because they've got you know big
manufacturers overseas and like the problem is you know if trump wants people to come back and
produce in the united states that's going to take years for that to happen because we don't have the
manufacturing side of it set up here in the United States. So take the little years for them to

so like, you know again, I'm hoping this is more of a
Negotiation tactic, you know and that you know, he's gonna ease up on these tariffs
