Yeah, well, definitely, I'm going to be doing some more giveaways today,
and I'm going to have a list for people who are really into refi.

I heard most of it as I was gravitating to the stage.
What do I do in Web3?
What organizations am I a part of, and do I know about Tregen and ReFi?
Well, let's start here. I have many things in Web3, but most recently I identify as an educator and a solutions architect,
meaning I take other people's tools and solutions that they created and stitch them into a brand new tool or solution that they probably never even thought of.
And maybe it's a combination of a couple of different tools to create the solution.
And I have a good time doing it.
I'm also the founder of KF Media.
I'm also one of nine grow founders of Let's Grow Now.
Grow founders of Let's Grow Dow.
And most notably, you know, I think our reputation precedes us of what we do at the 24-7 spaces during Gitcoin grant seasons.
And that's now becoming more expansive.
And there's rumblings in the background about producing a qualified podcast.
So, yeah, I think we're kind of working in that towards that area.
I can co-host, but only for half an hour. So you got me for half an hour.
Let's see. Refi, regenerative finance is the topic we're talking about today.
Yeah, it's how do we create these circular economies? How do we create these financial opportunities that are regenerative in nature so that they can perpetuate themselves through time and through maturity?
So at least that's the way I understand it now.
The basic mechanics are built on the principles of decentralized finance.
finance, but it's gone even further than that because we've seen in the last six to eight
months other developments that are creating these whole brand new mechanisms that were
never possible before through the advancement of technology and through the development
of the infrastructure.
So really excited about the future of regenerative finance.
We have a lot of TradFi or traditional finance.
Capital is sitting on the sidelines.
It's parked somewhere that nobody knows what to do with it.
So the more we can educate people, the more we can expose these opportunities for them so they can make an impact.
They can leave a lasting legacy and they can make a difference in the world.
You know, I think the better off we're going to be as human beings in general, but also as developed informed societies.
And who knows, maybe we create new societies, right?
I'm sure you've heard of state networks or sovereign network state that doesn't necessarily
attach itself philosophically to any other governmental organization or governmental
state that's out there right now. So I'm really excited about that, really keeping my finger on
the pulse to see how that develops. TreeG. Well, what do I know about Treegens?
I know the Treegens mission is to build a world where anybody can plant a tree and make a living.
I do know that, which I think is pretty cool and exciting.
I do know that they have Adapt or Decentralized Application, of which that's part of their verification process. I do
know they have a human verification network. I do know they have an AI verification with GPS
coordinate verification on the actual planting of the tree. So, and I do know, I do know that
yesterday was supposed to be the pre-sale of the TGN token launch. But, hey, as with all things in Web3, you've got to make sure things are airtight, they're solid, they're safe, they're secure for everybody you want to participate.
So that has been delayed because they're going through this last final steps of verification and due diligence and auditing.

of these types of launches, which I have been many times with my first family crypto, the

tokenizing tree planting, we got a proof of tree protocol, we're also really getting
into the social file world because refi, regenerative finance, is unfortunately a tiny little niche. I'm speaking with ETH Maxis right now at ECC and very few of them know about refi, unfortunately, let alone the broader public right, but we are going to change that right?
We're going to leverage social by and the TGN token to grow a movement and keep breaking more world records
1 billion trees in a day is just the beginning friends. It is just the beginning
We're gonna keep growing more and more and more bigger and bigger and bigger
I'm gonna leverage this first 1 billion tree goal to convince other countries to do like Ethiopia where they can do a tree day
where the whole country plants trees it's gonna be a proof of concept and COP 30
we're gonna get all those planters involved and all those countries
involved rather to do this tree day that is the way to do mass scale
regeneration and and we're gonna
pioneer that so i'm really excited for that i'm really excited for all the social five stuff to
come to fruition i'm meeting the dev that's building out this really innovative tool with
super fluid that streams out every second right here at etc and um yeah man all the wheels are
coming together you know most pre-sales are only like one day or up to three days maximum. Two weeks is still actually pretty long.
So what's up with the green list?
Are you going to allow people to get green lists?
And if so, what's okay?
Yeah, we are.
But you have to do something extra, extra.
So we want people to get green listed.
But you can't just put your hand on a tree anymore.
You know, I gave everyone my word that, you know, the deadline was World Environment Day, and it is for that method.
It was pretty easy before.
Literally, all you had to do is put your hand on a tree, take a photo, use the hashtag Tag Us, and boom, you're greenlisted.
But now you got to grow above and beyond, quite literally.
You can go up in the tree, above in the tree.
You got to climb that shiz, right?
Or get 10, 20 people touching the tree at the same time.
Snap a photo with that.
You can hug the tree.
If you genuinely love the tree and we see this in your eyes, then we just might greenlist you.

and they actually are promoting you know tree gens and will and regen network and solar punks
and some of the other people i do i'm going to be giving rewards and i've you know i've been doing
some stuff i'll talk later about that this is really about tgen and tgn and i'm glad that tgn
didn't launch yesterday one it was my birthday so it would have been weird. But yeah, two, Monday is going to give us more time to greenlist people. You know,
our telegram went from like 2,500 to almost 4,000. It might be over 4,000. It's been crazy.

This could be our beautiful solution to store one billion tree verification videos. I mean,
it's not going to be a billion videos. It's going to be like 100 million videos. An insane amount
of videos on their storage solution.
You know, we are going to get massive media attention on TreeGE.
Though the pre-sales date has been pushed to Monday, the TreeGE date is non-movable.
It's happening the day that we make history by getting more trees planted in 24 hours than ever before.
And we're going to do that on July 22nd you know Ethiopia alone could
get this done and get a billion trees and I think there's a really good chance
that they do but we now have eight countries India is in the building ladies
and gentlemen they could do a hundred million and and when I was a COP 29 we
had multiple BBC reporters arguing over who's going to cover this in the news.
So this is going to get massive mainstream media attention.
I'm talking millions, if not tens of millions of people on the day of launch.
And we're going to be the ones that verify everything.
We're going to be the ones that make this.
The reason very few people have heard about Ethiopia's world record
is because the verification could be a lot better.
And also they didn't have a really solid PR strategy.

He's one of the biggest environmentalists in the world.
It's fantastic.
You know, okay, I actually, like, thought America was a bit of a lost cause, but, but,
at NSCNYC I also connected with a group that does also do large-scale tree planting in America.
Like, the tree gens of America have not totally given up. Even though
the political leaders are
not in love with the
trees,
the people and the programs
have not stopped. So there you
grow. Don't worry, we'll
tree gen. It is still dancing.
For next year, I really believe that we
will have people like Mr. Beast and
Joe Rogan and other people. I believe that you'll be interviewed and stuff like that
So next year we could start planning billions of trees every time on exactly and by by July 22nd
We might plant 11 or 12 billion trees. That's what I'm talking about. Yes
We're gonna you know by the way the people the people who us in, whether if it's paid sponsorship or in-kind sponsorship like r.io is looking into right now,
they will get sponsorship of every single record attempt in perpetuity into the future.
So these records are just going to get bigger and bigger and bigger.
We do have the attention of Mr. Beast, an advisor to Beast Philanthropy, who is extremely excited about this.
The only thing is they plan their videos six months in advance. So it's a next
year thing. So that's going to keep growing. And we're going to go next time for eight billion,
one for every human in the world, right? And since we're going to have really good videographers
and stuff on the ground when we go and break this world record, we're going to be using that
to inspire other world leaders at COP30 to take massive action and to commit to one tree day.
A tree day where everyone plants trees, essential services are open, but everything else is closed.
And the whole country is just encouraged to do this.
And they dedicate between 0.5 to 1% of the tax revenue towards seedlings.
And then every person in the country pretty much volunteers to plant trees.
This is the wild thing that is happening in Ethiopia.
I'm so excited to be a part of that.
And through the tree gens, not only tracking, but also gamification,
right? We will be lighting that fire. You know, you imagine when you have a big prize pool
in Ethiopia or around the world, we're going to have these prize pools, right? The number one
tree gen who plants the most trees that day will be getting rewarded either in TGN or cash,
you know, stable coins through our sponsors or both. You will be getting rewarded for being the
top tree planter and same with teams, right? And we can have, you know, different regions,
different teams competing against one another. And so the Growlympics is another thing that
we're pioneering this July 22nd. The Growlympics is a pilot of gamified tree planting,

making it a fun activity that can really bring up
the competitive spirit in people.
And by the way, when I was at World Economic Forum,
I met the head of sustainability for the Olympics,
and he freaking loves this idea because, I mean,
they're introducing new sports all the time
into the Olympics, different activities, likedancing is a Olympic thing right and that was kind of
ridiculous Australian one was really sad but but yeah so so this could potentially become an actual
Olympic sport in the future but we have to pioneer we have to experiment and do all that different
stuff and capture and then we're going to use that to to make this a thing so we are going to be celebrating the tree gens making the tree
planters the next rock stars of this generation and um and putting them up in a pedestal celebrating
them inspiring people to go out there and regenerate mother nature grow ahead will tree
gen yeah i would say also for the American contingency, you should probably reach out to Hummingbird Warriors.
They have a community full of tree planters and they're on the Pacific coast.
So there may be enough time to get them involved this go-round.
And if not this grow-round, then the next grow-round, they could definitely be involved with that and help spread the word on that. What I did want to say to Matthew real quick
is that with KF Media, we just wrapped up our open call for KFM Talks, which is bringing TEDx
style talks to Web3 using Web3 tools and solutioning. And later on today from the
official KF Media account, we are going to be exposing our
Web3 toolkit of how we're going to pull this off and reward people for their participation. And
yeah, it's going to be pretty monumentous. I feel we have enough tools. We don't need more tools
in Web3. We just need to use the tools that are out there. And hopefully we can expose that and
shed some light on it. Yeah, we will.

So 196 countries and stuff like that.
So we are going to have a refi hub.
And I personally am working with $4 billion refi for profits that will work with the not-for-profits.
And TreeGens, which I'm a partner, but I was more marketing and promoting and also creating Shifting Solutions DAO and Simba Refi and some other tokens.
And we're going to take a look at what TreeGens did with their referral thing and do the launch.
And we'll do one later.

come up. So if somebody like a coconut Dow comes up and says, Hey, I'm here. I've only got like
three minutes. Boom. I'll bring you up. You talk through an elevator pitch. This is for refi and
more average people who don't really understand refi because refi is big. It's massive. It's
going to create millions and millions of jobs and opportunities. And it's into trillions of dollars.
And, you know, we've got a lot of great things going on.
And it does take a village to regenerate this world.
I was talking with one of my friends last night.
He was pretty pessimistic.
Like, you know what?
If we don't try, we'll never make it.
And we, you know, because he was worried about the storms and stuff like that but you know what
if we plant you know 12 billion or 40 billion trees next year with experts and most of them grow
in 15 years jimmy i mean is mangroves 15 years when it starts sucking up more co2 uh actually
just after five years is where the where the bell curve starts ramping up it's really around like
six seven eight where it starts to get some max sequestration and then yeah but then 15 is where the bell curve starts ramping up. It's really around like six, seven, eight,

We have a great down syndrome lady. So we will work with suicide prevention. We'll work with
mental wellness. We, we literally, I mean, with the people that we know and what we're doing

dollar market. So that means there's lots of companies
lots of ngos 501c3 cbo's foundations and stuff so you can find your home if you really are
passionate about that and jimmy and i and some other leaders are gonna you know help help you
make more money or give you a grant or you know uh, invest. I mean, we can have a Shark Tank for ReFi for profits,
and we'll have millionaires in the room, and you present.
And if they like it, they may say, hey, yeah, I'll look at all your stuff,
and if everything pans out, I'll invest in your company like the Shark Tank does.
You know?

were mentioned one is get coin and the second is impact shark tank okay so if you don't know what
Matthew was talking about when he mentioned those things I just want to elaborate on that real quick
so first of all,
Bitcoin is the longest standing Web3 grant program.
They've given out more than $69 million,
which has turned into over $28 billion in market cap.
And that, ladies and gentlemen, is better than VCs get.
And we're talking about a grant program doing better than VCs.
How on earth do they do it?
Well, it's wisdom of the crowd, right?
So everyone at Web3 gets to vote on how these funds are allocated. And they vote by donating at least
a dollar worth of crypto. And then they use what's called the quadratic funding formula to match those
donations. So there are two variables, number of contributors and amounts they contribute. The
number of contributors is heavily, heavily weighted. Okay, so Uniswap came up through Gitcoin.
Optimism came up through Gitcoin.
Tregents was voted first place three times on Gitcoin.
Extremely bullish.
Extraordinarily bullish.
Okay, now, because of this, we have a massive debt of gratitude to our community who helped
us get here.
Not only that, but we have set everything up for the community to win.
Whether if you look at our tokenomics, the way that we're doing things,
not working with VCs, doing this referral program, social file,
always to give back and support the community as we grow.
But also in our tokenomics, we have allocated 5% of our entire token supply

So what this means is we're actually going gonna be running our own QF round with

my strong love for oil pens and i started working with oil paint and oil paint it's actually a very

flexible also because i can you know add symbols i can remove things and yeah i think my work takes
long time to do so some some of my work takes like a month maybe more and during that period i can
easily bring something in i can remove something I can take my time to just think.
It takes time to dry.
So it's flexible.
You can just work and you can.
So it just like, it works with my mind
and how I can just keep waking up every day with new ideas
and I can put that new idea,
I can brush off old ones that I feel like doesn't match.
I can work on the colors that
it just keeps forming the beauty of how i created the process of of it it's uncertain even for me
i might just have an idea and then i begin to build up on that idea until i'm done creating
that particular piece so that's how every piece goes for me but uh my first like when i work like the
when i want to work for fast works like i just want to be very fast i work with pastel pencils or
charcoal pencils but when i really want to take my time it's oil paint and yeah so you find more
of my oil pens on uh or foundations but my charcoal pencils and some of my old oil pens works as
found on objects and they're all very unique pieces because you won't find any of this anywhere else
they are one of ones they are unique pieces that are just from my mind and you know they're my
mind child or my children or babies or the way I call them.

and we couldn't move mountains, because love can move mountains, and when people come together
and working with top experts and passionate people like Jimmy and other people that we know,
we can get a lot of stuff done, you know, and if we're working with refugee camps and the poor and the needy and
cities and rural land and forests and reefs and you know all these different things animal
conservation you know within 12 years our world we would know that we're heading in a much better
way and we can deal with our storms much different and if you're in a low-lying area that the
scientists say is going to sink,
well, then we've got to start building inside, but build cities that are more walking-friendly,
bike-friendly, you know, maybe electric vehicle-friendly, you know, whatever. But, you know,
the more trees that there are and the more forests that there are or parks in a city,
the healthier the people are. So the more we are in nature and do good things for us,
you know, the more we can change our lives.
