23rd. And it's June 21st. They haven't bought Bitcoin yet. And it's the weekend. So I'm hoping
they don't buy it today or tomorrow. And Monday will probably be my last hope. And then if I hit that, it's a 257X.

first time trying the platform with the Secret Standard Protocol

you'll see which NFT is up for the trade
and you'll see what's being asked in return, right?
So you can't see what you're going to get
and the person who's deposited the NFT
can't see what they're going to give you back.
You can choose any of those NFTs from your collection.
One small piece of warning, some NFT collections do have a different token ID and NFT number.
So some NFT collections start with token ID zero, but it's NFT number one.
So just keep that in mind.
Double check the token id on your nft
before doing that just so you don't get your wires crossed make sure you know which nft you're about
to trade in and again if you do not get what you want on the other end just go to create a listing
and put the nft back up on the marketplace to spin again make sure you click both collection
offer and mystery box. There's two check
marks to click when you're using the Secret

I was speaking to the folks at ApeChain as well and Spencer about the potential of doing a workshop for building revenue generating dApps. That's something I'm excited about to work with the community because
we just want to level up all of ApeChain across the board. So it was great to see a lot of green
candles on a lot of connections today. ClutchPuppies did a 3x and a lot of the other communities did
super well. So shout out to everybody. I love to see it. I feel like Ape Chain is waking up.

regarding people that are staking on the platform.
I know you need clutch puppies to stake
at a certain amount. What happens
if you're max staked and then
sell one of those puppies?

than me but the max is 10 i believe 10 i said in the chat that that's going to change by monday
they're going to raise the max i would assume it's the same as like staking on the eight chain
platform as well like Like if you sell.

I honestly haven't thought of that until now.

Because if somebody moves. Because I don't think we're staking.

But the total sum should be tied to the total sum of your Clutch Puppy NFT.
So, yeah, just wondering, I don't think they move together, but would love to get clarity whenever he gets a moment.

clutch puppies, it's $1,000 per clutch puppy that you have in ApeCoin. And so this is super
important. Say you were staking with, so you stake $10,000 with 10 clutch puppies. If you come
through and you sell one of your clutch puppies, you have to have that equal number of clutch
puppies to unstake as well. So that's just so people don't try to game the staking
system you won't lose your deposit but you'll have to rebuy that clutch puppy and so the risk
that you're running there is obviously that the floor goes way up you sold your puppy just so
you could stake and now you got to rebuy it to unstake so that's just one thing to think about
that's not you know trying to mess with. That's just to make sure that people retain
their NFT because it is obviously beneficial, you know, for the whole community and the platform.
When people hold their NFTs, we're trying to make the price go up of the NFT. That is one of our
main goals for sure. So yeah, that is how it works. Starting on Monday, if you have, say, right now,
you can stake up to 10,000. Starting on Monday, if you have 11, 12, 13, it's going to be like 11,000,
12,000, 13,000. This is very important because our main goal here, our initiative is to generate
1 million ape in revenue on Clutch Market for the first year. So that 1 million ape in revenue is going to go to the Clutch Puppies folks who are staking.
The folks who are staking the most ape are going to be the folks who have the most Clutch Puppies.
Those are the people who are going to get the biggest piece of that revenue. 96% of the revenue
coming through the Clutch platform goes to the Clutch Puppies holders staking ApeCoin on Clutch
Market. So if we get to this one, so the max essentially that can be staked is $2.2 million on the platform.
We make a million Ape, that's going to be distributed to the stakers.
If we get to a point, and this is our ultimate goal, where we're making hundreds of millions of dollars
and then eventually competing with FanDuel and DraftKings,
and I say that with the utmost serious demeanor.
This is the end game for us.
We're trying to achieve billions of dollars of revenue
and become a globally recognized brand.
That is obviously going to only be able to be distributed
to 2,222 people who hold the ClutchPuppies NFT.
So the bull thesis long- term is revenue increases for the platform
price of the clutch puppy nft increases because there is rising demand for a piece of that revenue
share in addition to that we're building out additional infra like what you're seeing here
on clutch marketplace with the secret santa protocol uh and some really great collaborations
we got going we're going to have something going with g's in Q3. And we're going to be doing some awesome stuff in the very, very near future. I think there's a
huge announcement coming next week. So if you don't have at least one, man, get one for sure,
because the floor just did a 3x in 24 hours. And I would love for everybody in the Ape Chain
community, especially, you know, everybody who's super active to be able to participate in our protocols because we're really trying to change the rules of the game. We're
trying to level up and we're trying to get rid of these huge points of centralization and put
the funds and revenue back into the people, the hands of the people on Ape Chain. And something
that I want to bring up in regards to this is I
know a lot of protocols got a lot of money from the foundation, from the DAO, and I've heard of
numbers in the range of hundreds of thousands of Ape, up to a million Ape. And I just want to let
you guys know, I think just based on the information I have, Clutch is the leanest protocol in regards
to the amount of funding that we got
from ApeChain. And that's no disrespect to ApeChain. Shout out to them for stepping up and
helping us out. But we try to keep it as lean as possible in terms of expenses and costs.
The devs are among the best in the world, but they don't break the bank. They don't think they're
bigger than they are. They're not coming through asking for a 50k Ape for a protocol. And so we were able to get this done with a very, very reasonable budget. And I think that's something that everybody building on ApeChain should think about. So you don't need 200, 300,000 ApeCoin to be building out of DApp. Of course, it's different if you're building a hardcore game, you do need a good amount of funding there. But for DApps, if you need additional resources, you need help.

I stake ApeCoin worth $5,000
and then ApeCoin shoots up.

So while unstaking,
would I need to buy more pups
to be able to unstake that much?

other networks outside you know ape chain
okay so that's a fantastic question.
And obviously that's the number one driving force behind the revenue
and behind our goals here on ApeChain.
We want to bring over new users and new liquidity.
So the plan is, in part, to incentivize new users via free bets.
So we'd be whitelisting NFT communities both on ApeChain
as well as on
other chains. We started off with the G's community with a 5Ape free bet on Clutch Market.
The reason this strategy works very well is the same reason it works well on FanDuel and DraftKings
is that users who use this as a good and sticky platform, especially one that's like picks-based
for betting, parlay-based essentially,
these kind of platforms have a really sticky nature.
And what that means is they're really good at retaining users.
We found that close to 75% of people who try Clutch at least once try it additional times.
So that's one of the things we want to be driving,
just having people exposed to the platform at least once.
Now, in terms of additional strategies, I did submit a proposal to the foundation or Apeco or whatever it is now.
And they are reviewing it and I believe they will accept it.
Regardless, I believe we will be building it.
And pretty much when people create a bet on Clutch Market, because it is a NFT generating protocol, every bet you create puts an NFT in your wallet that corresponds with like a receipt for your
bet.
This is important to have because the wallet holding the NFT receipt is the one that's
going to get the payout.
But after you get your payout, you still have the NFT in your wallet.
It's like, you know, it's a receipt for a transaction that's already completed.
So this is very important.
You're going to have a wallet, especially people making a lot of bets
with a ton of Parley NFTs, right? And we want to put those to good use. So what we're building is
a decentralized raffle platform where users will be able to deposit those NFT receipts into the
raffle system. And we're going to do weekly giveaways of both apechain and yuga labs nft so we're hoping
to give away a mutant by new year this will be a cumulative platform so that means that all the
bets you've ever made on clutch you'll be able to deposit into this raffle for higher probabilities
of winning and so this is another direct way we're going to be incentivizing users to try and
continue to use the platform in addition to this I just think there's a lot of things
that are going on with ApeChain
that are going to bring on a lot of new users.
And from an organic standpoint,
the community has been exceptional in getting the word out.
And we're just going to be trying to add, you know,
a couple of users a day.
For me, every time I get on a space,
I try to onboard at least one person.
And doing that, I think we can reach a real snowball effect
and break through the eco chamber of ApeChain and make noise, right? We want to be making the waves,
not trying to ride waves and copy other people. We have a unique and proprietary protocol. And I
think it's something unique in the space, especially when we're able to get on spaces
and speak to people directly. I find that we have a fantastic ability
to onboard new users to Apechain.

I'll give you the short TLDR.
I will also recommend that you get on and take a look at some of the videos we've created in regards to how the platform works.

So you'll be able to see a full walkthrough of our main platform,
our land ship or whatever that word is,
the best protocol we've built thus far,
and that's the Parlay platform.
So the way it works is it's a decentralized Parlay platform.
So what that means is we're taking odds.
We're taking data from Polymarket,
essentially decentralized data from Polymarket,
and then we're also taking data from FanDuel and DraftKings.
We're feeding this data into the platform
and converting it into odds.
Our odds are shown actually as multipliers.
Users can then get on the platform and combine these multipliers
for a multi-leg bet. So for example, you can bet, well, the price of Bitcoin hit 110,000 by
June 30th. That's coming from Polymarket. You can bet if Trump is going to say Israel by Sunday,
you know, and you can also combine that with who you think is going to win the NBA finals.
And then you'll get your total multiplier, you'll be able to place your bet.
On the other side of that platform, the person you're betting against is obviously the house.
The house is also decentralized. The house is a combination of all of the Clutch Puppies holders
who have chosen to stake their ApeCoin on the platform. When people win bets, that liquidity pool pays out the winning
bets. When people lose bets, the liquidity pool gets those funds. The other cool aspect of it is
that every time a person places a bet, it generates a Parlay NFT receipt to their wallet.
So this allows users to sell their bet early if they wish to do so on Clutch Marketplace. That's
the same place we're doing the Sacred Santa swaps right now.
In addition to this, we've built out a 0DT options game called Ape69.
You can also find that in the videos under our highlights on our page.
And we're doing a lot more.
We're doing a lot more. I'm sure I've even forgotten about at least one protocol that I've launched by now.
So we're going to be continuing
to build that infra. We believe that ApeChain is going to be the hub for all NFT collections. We
believe that long-term ApeChain can do more volume and have stronger collections than
ETH Mainnet even has. I think in terms of what we need is the best infra for these nfts the best d apps and the best d5
protocols so people can stake their nfts and their apecoin so we are aligned with the principles
uh put forward by garga and his recent proposal you know in the terms of building sticky d apps
that generate revenue and keep that liquidity on chain yeah that all sounds like fire as fuck
and i also see like these nfts like the artists like the clutch puppies it was fire love the art
on them for real thank you sir i appreciate that i i hope people enjoy the collection uh like i
said we want to build out the the elite utility-based collection ever. So
it's all based on utility and revenue. And then we're going to lean on the other communities on
ApeChain, including G's, FoxyFam, some other folks to help us out in terms of some 3D models for the
pups. We hope to be able to get them integrated into a type of 3D metaverse where users can walk around and essentially enter these DApps that we have built and, you know, kind of communicate.

The thing is that what we're thinking about right now is a lot of the dynamics of how that should
work so that we're not, you know, because for instance, Spend could come in and place a bet

just his wallet address and I say, okay, I referred this guy. So that type of system wouldn't work.
Then the other system is Spend could come through and put in a referral code that I generated as a
user. That's already a better version. So I'm thinking, how can we make this even better? How
can we get to a point where we are creating a really interesting dynamic so i would personally like to share uh some of the
fees generated by that person who's betting but we'd also like to find other ways to incentivize
the folks with referrals so it's something we're working on definitely yes that's all that's good
to know that's what i'd like to hear that you got something in the works you're working on and just
trying to figure out the the kinks of like you said like people that's trying to come farm right and blah blah blah but for sure yeah because i definitely got
people that would love to come over and like to do it but they're not into like really nfts and
stuff like that so just like getting that broad community of people uh on board it into a cluster

I just want to go quickly through, and I want to tell you guys, I actually want to read portions of the proposal which I submitted to ApeCo or Foundation or whoever is in leadership now
because I think there's a lot of good insights here in terms of what we're building.
So we submitted a three-part proposal,
and I'm just going to read through the top three portions of here, the quick summaries.
So this proposal outlines the development of three interactive gamified platforms designed to drive engagement, utility, and transaction volume on ApeChain
through innovative uses of NFTs and DeFi mechanics. The proposed platforms are Words with Apes,
a competitive NFT-based word guessing game, Banana Barrel, a dynamic raffle experience
leveraging existing user activity, that's the raffle we talked about just a moment ago,
and board swap, an NFT-automated market maker
to increase floor liquidity.
Each component is designed to not only provide novel utility
for Ape Chain NFTs, but also return long-term value
through protocol fees and staking incentives.
We propose a milestone-based grant disbursement model
and encourage the Ape Chain Foundation and or ApeCode to participate directly in protocol revenue via staking to cover these costs.
So part one, I'm going to read through it, and then if anybody has any questions, I will open up the floor.
Part one is Words with Apes.
So Words with Apes is a gamified NFT guessing game built around the mystery box contract.
That's what we're using right now on Clutch Marketplace.
NFT holders can deposit their NFTs into Clutch Marketplace, designate a secret word, and
set a price per letter.
Other users then participate by purchasing letters to guess a complete word.
So this is similar to Hangman or Real Fortune.
The way the user flow works is a user selects an NFT.
Say, for example, they select the Gs
and they submit that NFT along with a hidden word.
It has to be a word that exists and it can be a proper noun.
We will add a thesaurus or a dictionary to the backend
to just make sure that nobody's creating crazy words.
And then they also select the price per letter.
For example, if they use the word turtle, which has six letters, they would put up a price of 48 per letter.
Actually, with the price of G's, you would want a bigger word here.
But just for the sake of example, let's move forward.
Because ultimately, the goal is here for people who are depositing their NFTs and playing the game, that they would
get out more value from their NFT than they would simply selling it or even wiping into the floor.
And also, it's important here that the people participating in the game, essentially the person
who's completing the word, is getting an NFT at a great discount.
So it's a win-win for both sides.
So the word is encrypted and the NFT is locked in the contract.
Other users then come on the platform and buy individual letters, which are revealed if guessed correctly.
The first user to guess the full word receives the NFT.
The protocol charges a 4% fee on each letter guess. The other 96% goes to the person who deposited the NFT. The protocol charges a 4% fee on each letter guess. The other 96% goes to the person
who deposited the NFT. The benefits of this are it adds utilities to NFTs beyond floor
sales. It engages users through competitive gameplay, generates organic Ape chain transactions
and fee revenue, and Clutch Puppies holders and grant partners can stake to earn 90% of protocol revenue. This is actually 90% of protocol revenue,
exactly. So the other 10% goes to just maintenance. So yeah, that is part one. If anybody has any
questions. No questions, but yeah, I mean, excited to see, you know, those start to roll out.
I think, like you said, you know, you're going to build them.
Hopefully we can support where we can and, you know, continue to pour some gas on the fire that is cooking on clutch.
Absolutely.
And so the way that this is going to work is going to be super fast-paced.
Kind of the way PumpFun shows the new coins coming into existence.
Here, it'll be the new NFTs coming up for offer along with the keyword.
And then users are essentially, you're trying to complete the word.
You're seeing the letters fill in and then say, for example, you're just missing two E's,
you buy that E for 48 and that NFT is yours, you know, for significant discount. While the person
who actually put up the NFT on the platform instead of for sale is coming on and, you know,
actually generating revenue and getting more than they would simply selling their NFT.
So it's another additional option instead of waping. So I want to get into the next part of
the proposal I submitted is BoardSwap. BoardSwap is a permissionless NFT automated market maker
developed in collaboration with Camelot Dex. It allows users to create liquidity pools for NFTs
similar to PseudoSwap, enabling automated trading directly on marketplaces like Magic Eden and OpenSea.
Users can deposit NFTs or APE or both into custom trading pools.
Pools are configured to buy NFTs below the floor price and sell it at incrementally higher rates.
The smart pricing curve adapts with each trade. Some of the benefits are organic market making
improves liquidity across collections, competes directly with arbitrage bots,
which are currently extracting value from Apechain.
The platform charges a 4% fee on successful flips.
Protocol revenue can be shared via staking,
which Apeco or the foundation can use
to cover the grant expenses
here and generate returns. And this is also available. This will be available for staking
for people who have clutch puppies, similar to the way that Clutch Markets works. And so this
is what I was talking about, guys, in terms of outcompeting the bots, which are currently
operating on ApeChain. They're essentially putting in floor offers or below the floor offers on NFT collections and then flipping those NFTs.
They're extracting value in ApeCoin directly from ApeChain. This is happening constantly.
I've never looked at the numbers exactly, but I'm sure they're taking well over 10,000 Ape a month off the chain just by using the strategy.

Our best way to defeat these bots
is essentially deploy these pools,
which kind of work like a more efficient version of the bots
and out-compete them so we can keep those funds on Apechain.

and I just wanted to go over the multipliers for each team currently on Clutch Market.
So right now, if you want to bet on the OKC Thunder, it is a 1.34x.
1.34x that you can pair with any other bet on Clutch, of course.
The Thunder, of course, at home, they are favored,
but they've been favored in many of the games in this series,
and they continue to lose basketball games.
So keep with that in mind,
the Indiana Pacers are currently offering a 3.4,
or it may even be a 3.6x.
Now I have to see exactly if these odds have updated since our post,
because these odds do update in real time. So over a 3x multiplier betting on the Indiana Pacers. Obviously, that's a very juicy bet. You can pair that with something that has a very high probability to hit for a huge potential payout. Well, so I was looking at the platform recently. all of the clutch puppies have been swapped for already. All of the Foxy fam boxes have been
swapped for and all of the Dawn of the Ducks. So they were gone very quickly. I'm actually
re-depositing the NFTs as people are swapping for them. But yeah, it's been a great success.
We've actually had over 100 swaps successfully completed.

these are contracts which are free to use there's no protocol fee associated with the use of clutch
marketplace and so that means that anybody who's building a game on ape chain whether that be you know a metaverse 2d or 3d it doesn't matter if you want to have things like nft
swapping or even the secret santa feature and integrate it into your ui or your mini game
or even your unique front end for your community so say for example if dawn of the duck wants their
own marketplace you just use the clutch marketplace contracts
create your own front end make it you know dawn of the duck style and you can use that free of charge this is the point of this is building out infra that everybody can use and to strengthen
the communities on ape chain because if we do have our own marketplaces obviously it's a little more
difficult to get volume at the levels that magic eden and openc have short term but long term we're going to save a ton in fees that they are
currently extracting from our ecosystem i'm i'm thinking now i'm thinking like how do we get this
into foxy mobile like the mobile game hmm chat. That's, that's cool.
Yeah, absolutely. So, you know, it,
it comes down to being able to build out a front end and, andrap it so it can connect to the contracts we've launched on ApeChain pretty much.
My thought is for like a metaverse or a 3D game.
For example, I don't know, let's say in FoxyFam that the Foxes have backpacks or wallets or something where they can hold their nfts which are associated with
items in the game it would be great if they could go to a shop where all of the other foxes also go
to that shop and trade their nfts with each other and then at that point you'd just be leveraging
the clutch marketplace smart contracts to complete those swaps so this is just like obviously i don't
know the dynamics of foxy fame and how the game is going to work, but I'm just saying
as a general idea, I think this is
something that a lot of games could use.
A karting game, for example, too, can make those
karts tradable between the users.
It immediately creates
a multiplayer functionality
in terms of these peer-to-peer
OTC swaps. I actually
believe that
the liquidity pool model powered by a dex even
though a dex is not really a dex to an extent because right every dex takes fees they generate
massive revenue uniswap has extracted insane amounts of liquidity from evm uh from all the
evm chains and that's because they're taking fees on every swap. I think eventually, when the technology gets good enough,
most of our token trading and our NFT trading
will be fully peer-to-peer
because there is no reason
for these additional points of centralization.
These points of centralization are
essentially extractive actors.
It's like, you know, we built crypto
to essentially get out of having financial systems like banks
running the show.
And what we've done is just created crypto banks with liquidity pools.
It's just they take a much smaller fee, of course.
You are still holding your own money.
And, you know, but at some point we have to still realize that these are extractive forces
within our ecosystem.
I am still a huge fan of DEXs and NFT marketplaces.
I just think as crypto moves forward, we're going to move more towards the goal and what the point of all this is.
So I think we have had an ample amount of time.
