issues with their employees. Originality and credibility is a very, very big problem. But
from what Medumind explained, I really feel this gap is something that needs to be understood,
perfectly well understood, as it varies from from
persons to person and different experiences before you can actually draw
out your own your own justification of the problem that you want to solve so I
don't know if mint is tea here with us there have been some platform life it
coyotes and they like, and other outsourcing agents
that do outsource Web3 experience fellows for potential developers or potential new projects.
Are you working in that line of creating a platform where people come to pitch themselves
or you are creating an outsourcing agent whereby you take care of the entire recruitment
chain and then the recruitment entire chain and proof of work and experiences of all of those
web today fellows are you looking at solving that problem or you are looking at creating
a centralized platform whereby it's more like you have your people, you believe in your
