climate in this way and we're causing all this stuff, but we can change it, right? Humans actually

is we can program our values into what we value,

investor. He's actually just a guy who has managed to close the biggest carbon credit deal in
history. It's like four times bigger than the next biggest. And he actually has access to 1.1
million tons of Corsia carbon credits. And he's like, Jimmy, if you help me sell these,
we can split the commission on it. So I then brought in a guy who is a refi legend and he knows tons and tons of potential
buyers for these. And our commission each on that is going to be $98,000, which is absolutely insane.
