They raise a family, they earn a living, and then they die.
The people who are running toward their dreams, life has a special kind of meaning.
And here's what I will share with you, that in the process of working on your dreams,
what you'll realize is that you're more powerful than you can ever begin to imagine.
It's very important, as you hold on to that greed, there are moments when you're going to doubt yourself.
There are rough times that are going to come, but they have not come to stay.
They have come to pass.
It's very important for you to know that.
Don't say I'm having a bad day.
Say I'm having a character building day.
That you are the one to make this happen I remember this
high school teacher mr. Leroy Washington at the end of school one June it was
just a few days before we were supposed to leave and I just got my report card
and it indicated that I failed history and I failed English and I would have to
go to summer school and I was feeling within myself that I
was a failure that I'm slower than most people and getting paperwork and and I
was feeling down on myself and and very negative and Mr. Washington was giving a
speech to the graduating seniors and I was in the 11th grade and even though I
wasn't supposed to be in there I went in there because the speech he was giving
that speech was for me and as he talked my heart began to beat fast
tears begin to run by my eyes and I was in the back just listening to it I'm going't take it away Thank you. All right.

You know, guys, y'all know typically when I speak on things, I speak on things in a way that
tries to spread awareness and love. And I want you guys to pay attention to something really
close. Let me shed some light really fast on this. It won't take about one minute. When we all get in here, we come in here,
hopefully without expectations of anything. But deep in our heart, I know, at least for me,
when we come in here, we have a knowing. We have a knowing that is not an expectation in the sense
of, oh, but I hope that I get this. It's an expectation that is concrete.
It is something that we know exists.
And what is that thing?
That thing is the same thing that attracts us here each time.
It is that vibration, that frequency, that energy of unconditional love.
We know that just by showing up in here, we begin to feel that vibe.
Now, I want to give an example here. Gromunitry is the one that many of us look to. Some don't
like the sound, and that's to you, and that's okay. Gromunitry finally has been able to grow
to a place of his own where it doesn't bother him. If we're bothered by something, that's something deep in us that needs our attention. But even for
him, as you heard, we look to him and say, brother, bring us those guys, bring us that
grow munitary love. Let's hear it. And he brings it. And there's no way. It's like looking at a
smiling baby as they cross your path in a grocery store and you're having a bad day. You can't help
but smile right back.
But then as soon as he jumps on, he jumps on with his excitement, but he explains and he shares his heart. And what does he say? He says, fam, I've been having a rough one today.
But the moment I got in here and I started listening to that music and the message in it,
it shifted. It's a mindset. When we're secluded and by ourselves, we typically
get in our own heads and we run in circles. We're like a hamster on the wheel and we can't slow it
down and escape. The more we run, the faster it gets. And sooner or later, we trip and stumble
and we're just spinning until it spews us out. But with Brother Gormunitri, I want you to listen to that
as something that is helpful to you. For one, it shows that we're all human. We all have those days.
And it also shows that even somebody that has so much wisdom and so much love in his heart,
that has so much energy to share with the world that even for someone at that level of their journey in life still has a need to feel love themselves
from others. So don't let that slip away from your mind. Even if, let's rephrase, and even when a day comes that presents itself to you, that seems difficult for that moment,
come back to this moment here and remember Grow Munitry.

get to that after xyz i wanted to share something real quick look um i want to look look i've done some
pretty crazy things in my life right like i've uh i've planted trees for 24 straight hours not
once or twice but on three separate occasions until it became an official guinness wall record
by planting the most trees than any other human in history has and uh i've done other things like going live for 60 straight hours that's six zero straight
hours from friday morning to sunday night i was alive uh you were i was interviewing your person
almost every single hour you probably saw a whole bunch of gnarly stuff in that yeah yeah i was
straight up hallucinating by the end of it people's pfps were like you know in harry potter where their pictures are moving and stuff and uh you know and and i'm a pretty driven person like uh you know
we've also done 20 or 24 7 broadcasts on seven different occasions uh for two weeks straight
and i i pretty much run those you know with k Media, Will Tree was my right hand man and a lot of that.
But I was live for pretty much 18 hours a day for two weeks straight.
And did. Yeah. And why am I so how?
OK, let's focus on the how have I been able to do this?
And that connects back to the why, like what my why is.
Right. And everyone has their own why.
I can't tell you what your why is,
what's going to motivate you, but I can tell you, you know, what to kind of look for, what some of the signals are, how to tap into that internal compass. Because as Nietzsche says, with a strong
enough why, you can endure almost any how. So 2019, you guys might have seen on the news, one of the
worst forest fires in history, just engulfed Australia.
This is where I was born, though I lived all over the world.
I grew up till the age of 11 in Sydney, Australia, a little beach town called Avalon.
And I was surrounded by some of the environmental issues around this from a very young age.
I planted my first tree when I was four years old.
My mother's a passionate environmental activist.
She walked for hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of kilometers all up and down this peninsula
to campaign against illegal deforestation that was happening.
They were building apartment blocks illegally and cutting down these different trees,
which was causing different animals to be endangered and ultimately extinct.
You know, 80% of all the animals in Australia are
unique to the country. And it's a beautiful place. But unfortunately, you know, a lot of
terrible things have happened in the country. And this is happening all across the world. You saw
fires in California and different parts of the world as environmental catastrophes happening.
But this was one of the worst. Three billion animals were burnt alive. It's hard for us to even wrap our head around what three billion,
you know, even is like. But what I did is I watched video after video after video. And,
you know, when people see messed up things, they normally look the other way, but not me.
I forced myself to just watch them. And it broke something in my spirit, like I broke down.
And, and I felt horrible. And I was just in a really terrible place. And, you know, previously,
when I was, you know, not feeling great, I would like, you know, separate myself from others and
just I don't want to be a Debbie Downer. And you know, I just, but I realized that that can be like
a, you know, a self fulfilling prophecy, like like it's better to be around people when you're, when you're feeling that way. Right.
And, uh, yeah, so, so I, I ended up doing this live stream and I ended up sharing like what was
going on and how I was feeling about it. And I launched a fundraiser on Facebook and, and donations
started coming in to fund these different nonprofits-profits that I was raising funds for.
And I felt this rush of energy just coursing through my veins that I've never felt before.
Like that rush of passion and drive and like, oh snap,
like we can actually do something about this that's meaningful.
Like we're not hopeless, you know, which is how I was feeling before that. Like we can actually make a difference. That energy is the compass that lives inside all of us, right? Like if you're on the wrong path, your body's going to tell you, you know, like
in university, I was kind of following my father's footsteps and he wanted me to go take over this
company that
was not at all in my area of like passion or interest but you know it's a blessing on the
surface level but if you dig deeper like that would have just eroded away my soul like if
you're born to do something and you're not doing it like this internal compass is going to let you
know it's going to signal that to you through this state of like lack of energy. But then the polar opposite is also true.
So if you can focus on like why you would want to do something,
what is really motivating you?
Like I see that, you know, plastic is tapping into that.
A lot of people in here are already tapping into that.
If you haven't yet, just keep like keep trying different things,
different approaches and focus in on that why.
Because sometimes you might find it and you
might tap into something that you feel excited about. And then you lose track of that, you know,
what really got you started in the first place. And so like refocusing in on it. And like what I
used to have is like sticky notes around my work area. And I'd have this message that said lives
are on the line. You know, that made that link so directly clear that when I do this work,
if I give it my all, if I do everything that I possibly can, like it's literally going to be
the difference between life and death. Like it can change lives and literally save them
from needlessly passing away. And I tell you, man, that'll motivate you, you know, unlike
anything else I've ever felt, right?
Like, that'll put some fire in your belly when lives are literally on the line.
And they are, right?
Like, if you're doing meaningful environmental work like this, lives are quite literally on the line.
And I'm not just talking about the billions of animals, but I'm talking about, you know, humans, right?
8.1 million humans are dying every year because of the air that we breathe. Like that is, that is Holocaust level shit almost. And that's an on an
annual basis. But, but it is a solvable problem. And we can make a meaningful impact in that area,
right? By purifying the air, we're giving the most pure air through the trees by removing plastics
that's, you know, filling it
with toxins in the first place. Like we can actually make a difference there and, uh, and
lives are on the line. And so if you can tap into that, uh, it's gonna, it's gonna fuel you, you
know, when things get tough, not if, but when, right? If you want to do anything meaningful,
it's not going to be smooth sailing, right? You got to know there's going to be roadblocks.
There's going to be hurdles. There's going to be hoops you right? You got to know there's going to be roadblocks. There's going to be hurdles.
There's going to be hoops you have to jump through.
But if you have that strong why, it's going to fuel you through that.

why are you doing this?
Maybe it's, it's like, if you haven't figured this out, like get a pen and a paper and just
journal, like, why is it, is it, is it to, you know, help a family member?
Is it to, you know, like make an impact in a certain category that, that is something
that you really feel strongly about, whether if it's about, you know, the, the human beings
that you're going to be, you know, saving or helping or making a difference in their lives. Is it the economic
opportunities that you can help provide for people yourself? Like, yes, there's intrinsic
motivate. There's extrinsic motivators here. Like, you know, like there's reward. Like we have five
different reward mechanisms for ambassadors. There's even more we're adding on around the carbon credit sales and sponsorship sales, et cetera. But there's like extrinsic, it'll get
you to work. It'll get you to do some things, but it's not going to take you to that next level of
greatness. Like the intrinsic motivators that come from inside of you, the bigger purpose of why you're doing this, that is what's, just so many hours of like, you know,
blood, sweat and tears are required to really become like one of the greatest at something,
right? And that comes from within. It comes from inside of you, right? Your inner purpose of why
you're doing this. and so finding out what that
is whether if it's through journaling or introspection or meditation once you've
found it don't lose sight of it like bring that to front of mind when you're
doing something and then connect it to the task like that like your work when
you're doing the thing connecting that so that it's so obvious when I do this,

was like, you know, I can't take those spaces away, but I can try to bring it into it because
what I see is like younger people and older people too, and kids trying to find a place that they
don't have at home. And all those places just seem like poison. So I wanted to bring a space where we can also give back,
but also bring community and make a change that way.
