They didn't think it could happen, so it didn't happen.
But once it was done, it set in motion a series of events where it just kept happening.

is going to set in motion a series of events which will actually regenerate our planet.

because then you got months of nurseries and plastic containers and watering and transport and digging and there's way more labor involved right but if you do the propagule
method boom shakalaka it's very efficient so that's what we've been focused on is scalable
positive impact the propagule method is very scalable we could plant a billion mangroves in one country. No problemo.

they just did it because it's the right thing to do and it's about the legacy that they leave
behind specifically also around food scarcity.
Like, the reason Live Aid happened back in the 80s is because Ethiopia was having the worst famine in history, or at least that we know of, right?
And so it's about food security for them, too.
They're planting a lot of fruit trees and different crops and things like that that's
going to ensure that, but it's also affecting the climate, which is affecting the droughts. And so they understood
that. And that's why everyone was so motivated intrinsically. It was not for carbon credits.
That's something we're going to help them do. But look, these credits already exist. The 1.1
million credits for Corsia, those are issued in Brazil. They're ready to go. You know, it's not like that. It takes many years for them
to become carbon credits. Right. And so, so, so the airline can just buy existing credits that
already exist. They're from Brazil. Happy days. We can plant in Florida when we go through the
right channels. And that's going to be something that may or may not be for carbon credits, right? There's two types of planting claims. One is, I'm now carbon neutral, and the other is, I planted a million trees.
Very different claims, very different costs associated. To become carbon neutral,
there's a lot of science involved. You have to do soil samples. You have to do all kinds
of measurements, called measurements, reporting, and verification, MRV. It costs a lot of money, hundreds of thousands of dollars just to do the MRV. That's the reason
why it's taken us so long to kick off this carbon credit project. That's the reason why we're set
up as an LLC so that we can get an impact investment to make it happen. But yet, I'm
yellow plastic is setting up a nonprofit because we also just plant for the sake of planting. And
that's the other claim. We planted this many trees. Okay. It doesn't, you can verify that's the other claim. We planted this many trees. Okay, it doesn't you can verify that's what proof of tree is for, right?
That's what m grow is for it is to verify. Hey, these trees were planted
I have before I have after I did this and and now a company can buy that and claim
Hey, I I planted a million trees, which is still good for marketing. It's still good for
Impact obviously right, but you can't say I'm carbon neutral yet because first of all the carbon
hasn't been sequestered yet and second of all you haven't measured exactly how much does that make

And once that's created, the branches of that nonprofit will be the state chapters.
So that allows each one of those branches to be filed in different states. Okay. So then
we know that different states have different climates. Now, this is where I'm going to come
in. So I have a background. I used to be a farmer, so I understand how nurseries work.
I know some people that actually own some nurseries in Arkansas and the largest nursery providers there. So not to say that I have them as a direct connection,
but just giving ideas here. So one of the things that we'll be able to do with the non-profit
is based on the species of trees that is best for that area, for the golds that we have,
ultimately to try to get into the carbon aspect of it
for the credits,
because different species,
they do a different level of sequestration levels.
Sorry to be redundant there, but they do each tree.
And so we're going to,
when I say we, I'll likely be reaching out
to a lot of these major nurseries.
Some of them are regional nurseries,
like Tennessee has
a massive, massive nursery that takes care of pretty much this whole region. And what I'll be
doing is reaching out to them to get them to donate because it's a tax write-off for them
because it's a non-profit. So they will be able to donate those trees that we can then plant
in those regions that they're best as well as in like in the Pacific Northwest and things of that
nature. So we will be able to get other species of trees in areas. I have that
already, you know, in my head to put into the kind of, kind of like the not pro
forma, but the scope of work, if you will, for the nonprofit. So even if we can't
get the mangroves planted, and obviously for those reasons,
and that's why I always tell everybody,
don't just go start doing stuff in your community
until you know the law's there.
And that even means cleaning up
because you can get in some hot water,
especially if you're taking plants,
cutting things down, trimming,
even just to pull a blackberry spray off
to get your own blackberry bushes.
Unfortunately, you can literally end up in jail

And so if you cannot afford that but you are an ambassador for example and you have proven yourself to be consistent and of good
Character then we can delegate to you. That is also something that we can do we delegate the tokens and then you can become a verifier so
There are ways around it, but in a decentralized
manner, you need at least 2000. The reason for that is if you're maliciously verifying,
there's both an accountability mechanism and a reward mechanism, right? So if you're malicious
and you're trying to say, Hey, these like, you know, I filmed my backyard or whatever that has
no trees and you just say yes, yes, yes, or something,
and you try to get, like, you can actually lose some TGM.
Just like how proof of stake works,
there is an accountability and a reward mechanism in place for that,
and that's why it's got to be a significant amount.
If it was five TGM, no one would care about getting slashed
if the reward could potentially be there for trying to gain the system.

selling carbon credits might not do that. They might just go retire in Hawaii, you know? But
what we're going to do is we're going to take those funds and we're
going to make way more impact with it. And so we are tapping into both the voluntary and the
compliance side of this $900 billion a year market. And that is how we leverage RWAs, right?

But the sun and moon and the stars also, but the sun and moon that we can visibly see are
in a very particular position
where some call it quote-unquote equal parts day and night it's not exactly equal equals a
mathematical number equal it's not precisely equal and there's a difference between equinox
and equal lux that a lot of people get confused but nonetheless it's a thing that's when they're
across from one another it marks the point for the new year.
Biblically speaking, ancient text speaking.
The morning after that is what's called month one, day one.
So if the sun is already up when that event occurs, because that event occurs at a snap of a finger.
It's a moment in time for every human being in the world.
If the sun is already up, you can't start your day
yet because the day's already began. So your next morning, wherever you're geographically located,
to be in alignment with the sun, moon, and stars based on ancient texts would put you at month one,

per the sun, moon, and stars. For Gregorian calendar, that changes on a weekday. As of this moment, it actually is on Gregorian Sunday for us in America.
