the broader, you know, community and to ultimately, you know, lift one another up as we, as we grow
this thing together. So how do we do that? Well, basically, we have something
called the shillivator. That's right. So in the shillivator, it's very easy. What you
do is you have, you need a second device, okay, so ideally a computer. You open it up
and you type in to Google search, timer. So T-I-M-E-R, right? Then there's a timer within the thing.
Then you delete the five minute on default. You type in 69 seconds. So this is what we do. We give
people 69 seconds to show anything that they want to show. Okay. And if they get six hearts from the
audience, they get another minute. If they get nine hearts from the audience, then we allow them to plant anything that they
want in our garden. Garden is what we call the tippity top of the spaces, right? The top of the
spaces, which currently has our spaces post where you can be nominating people to win.tg and NFT
wealth. Okay. So that's the format because, you know, we don't want necessarily, you know,
just anyone shilling for 20 minutes and we, you know minutes and that's going to take up all the time.
Now, if there's an incredibly impactful thing, a partner of the movement, something that we're insanely bullish on, we can also just turn that into a longer form discussion.

And also, by the way, I just spoke with someone who's very closely connected with Solana Foundation today. They may be sponsoring a pool. We might be launching that as stable coins because we are still in a bear market. And why is that happening? Because we met plastic here on Spaces. We have our new COO because we met Plastic on Spaces, right?

bee baby very very very does an amazing job very well spoken And I have to fully agree. So most people, you know, they try too hard. They try to make themselves be something that they're not. And people pick up on that, right? It's an energy. It's a vibe. It's a frequency that we off foot.
Even if it's awkward, even if like me, I stutter a lot, I overstep myself.
But being your authentic self is the best natural way to get in that flow state where things go naturally.
And the other side of it, I want everybody to know that you're not going to be having to fire blanks.
You're not going to be shots in the dark here. Sorry, I'm at the dog park.
But we will be, Jimmy and I will be providing key talking points and bullet information so that everybody knows because we're going to be
doing work that's going to be the ultimately the critical info that's going to be provided
on said spaces when that happens so we'll be updating the information on a regular basis

But I've found, and I was actually challenged by a friend in the space,
just being yourself, I think, can be too, it can be maybe too generic at times.
It can be too, um, too vague. I think the important thing kind of just tack and I get where the intent
and the mindset comes from, but I think the biggest thing for people is to, to find your lane,
to find your groove, to find your passion, to find what makes you kind of tick and kind of insane in a good way.
Find those things that you're really obsessed with.
Like, Jimmy, like you wouldn't be doing what you're doing with trees if you didn't have like a love and appreciation and care for nature and this world and just taking care of it.

You know, for other people, it may be sports for other people.
it may be all these wonderful and and powerful ai tools and and seeing what you can do to actually
like level up your life for some like it may be just having uh an incredible space and environment
like 32 dream does where she brings a lot of great people through that you're able to connect
and network in intentional ways too like it's all
about just finding again like where where your your niche is I think that's the biggest thing
you know so sometimes it just takes a little bit of self-discovery sometimes it it takes
sometimes it takes asking other people that are closest to you that you respect look up to you
like mentors uh role models you know just saying like, hey, you know, you know me,
you know where I'm at, you know, what do you see? And sometimes it's those outside people
that see something great in you that maybe you don't see and they pull it out of you.
I think that's super important to take note of too. It's happened to me, you know, in my
teenager years, it happened during my years in college, it continues to happen now, even post-college, later in adult life.
But yeah, I would say that's the biggest thing.
Just find what it is that you really have a...
Because people can tell, people can smell, and I'll end on this point, people can smell
the BS and people can see when something doesn't really align and connect with someone.

to find something that you truly like give, excuse my French, like two shits about, you know,
because again, people will be able to not only hear it, but they'll be able to like, feel it,

dream spaces on tuesdays and thursdays or i'm going to be tapping in with with jimmy and the
crew here or og yucky duck and in 32 dreams there and mrs yucky duck their help co-hosting like
find those different spaces where you know hey i'm going to get this you know out of the space
because i'm there i'm tapped. And so that's just further
evidence and an example of, hey, you know, be that person that people know, hey, if I'm going
to this and interacting with this person, I'm going to get A, B and C. Otherwise, at the end
of the day, it's like you're just kind of wasting people's time. So the better off you can be finding
again, your groove, your rhythm, your lane, you're going to be able to attract the right kind of tribe and the right kind of people. And then that's going to be more infectious and contagious too, where people are going to, you know, people are no better kind of avenue of, of support than to have
it from third parties, outside people that others can kind of, you know, hear from. So that, that
would be kind of my, my two cents, my take on the, on the question. So hopefully not, not too long,
hopefully relevant to the question, but that's just kind of my, my take, my, my perspective.
That is an incredible perspective absolutely
you got to be talking about topics that you're personally passionate about that is a very very
key thing you know and like like if you're really passionate about ai or you really care about you
know whatever cause like make sure that you're talking about that and uh and and also you know
bring it in we can you can invite experts in that topic.
You know, another format could even be debates.
This is something that I think would be an interesting spaces to do is like we debate a topic, you know, in like hopefully a respectful way.
But like those debates can be really engaging.

Of course, Jimmy's going big. I wanted to add in just a little of my thoughts on
what it takes or some good things to bring into your hosting of spaces
because I've been hosting for a lot of years too. And I think absolutely great points have
been touched upon being yourself, hugely important. If you're working for a project or if you're
hosting a space to have a subject that you care about,
that's important to you, that you're passionate about, huge. It makes all the difference in the
world because, yeah, people can tell if you're being your true self. People can tell if you're
trying to sort of fake enthusiasm for something. And another thing is to just have some fun.
Don't look at it as like, okay, I've got to do this work or whatever and host this thing for X amount of time on X day.
Invite people that you like to hang out with and talk with.
Think of topics that are fun and silly that can fit in to sort of break up the tension sometimes.
Because sometimes things can also get serious and heavy. Sometimes
things can get really lighthearted. So it's nice to try and have, you know, kind of weave that
blend of balance between, you know, serious aspects of the topic and lighthearted things.
And that's what I'll add. That's gross. Yeah, that's a good point. Yeah, you also got to know,
That's a good point. You also got to know how to survive a spaces rug. And then you got to know how to handle some situations. We have had, and I'm not going to name names, we have had people come up here who are maybe constantly interrupting others.

long enough things can happen you know and you got to know how to do that i feel like wise handled
this exceptionally well when he did a space and this individual was there he muted yeah i don't
i don't i don't argue with people if you come and try to disrupt our space i'm just gonna kick you
kick you off the space yeah andoted. Yeah, booted.
And if you say anything derogatory about others,

But you will never, ever do any business with Wise.

And so what he did, I was in the space. He like muted everyone. And he says, Hey, this is the rule. I'm going to say this one time. All right. If you're interrupting, you're going to get removed. And we got to go person by person. We're going by the hands. I'm going to call upon the people. This is the format. And it was just super clear about that from day one. And I'm pretty sure that, you know, the rule was followed, right? But you got to lay down the line sometimes.
Otherwise, you know, it's constant talking over and not
good. So so yeah, negative people, people who are also you
might you might eventually get a person trying to put very
heinous images in your garden. All right. So it's very important that you only let people up
who are, you know, a person, okay, blue checkmark preferred, but that's not a necessity. Like,
are they first of all, they reposted the room? Have they you know, do they look like a human?
Do they have more than three followers? Do they have a profile picture, right? They don't take all those boxes, bro.
Like, don't let them up at the stage. Okay. Like that's probably a bot, probably a scam,
spam account who has some bot ready to go that could put a thousand horrific things up in the
top of the space. And that's going to completely disrupt. And, you know, some people like to troll.
So that, that can happen, you know, especially if you're live for long enough.
It can happen.
So it's important who you let up to the stage.

alpha there. I actually have a physical machine as well that i don't really use for much
i could possibly volunteer to help i don't know if that's better than a virtual machine but yeah
i have it that's totally fine you just need a dedicated machine really and it's not a whole lot
well i wasn't sure one was better than the other i just was like i got this i got a new computer
and i don't use my old one i was like nice so the role of the steward is pretty simple every hour you just have to rotate the grow hosts
so you have to um send the grow host invite out to the the person who so we'll have a schedule
and you send that out to them your job's done you go about your day you don't need to be at
the computer right but that is it it's like a one minute job every hour, basically. And then that can be broken up into like four hour shifts or eight hour shifts,
depending. You know, that's kind of how we've been doing it in the past. And then you have the
hosts and like, you know, ideally we have two go hosts, et cetera. Their job is to A, facilitate
conversation and B, let people up to the stage, rotate B, let people up to the stage,
grotate people, and let people up to the stage.
So, yeah, we got some people requesting the mic.

terms is one thing that actually makes me resonate is what you're saying and
just keep me there and be like okay yeah this guy can actually relates to me
because there's a lot of people there i might be able to understand what you're saying but a lot of people
that will not be able to understand what you're saying if you can't keep the term simple and one
another thing is the ability of you to switch to fun and then being serious right now it's going
to be for an hour but if you just keep the whole hour of business,
no time to joke, no time to play, no time to have fun, like what regions do, right?
There's an emoji dance contest you get.
People just come up here, the vibe, they throw the emojis,
they make sure they are just keeping their audience engaged.
So yeah, it's not about you speaking, speaking, speaking, speaking,
but actually engaging with the community and the audience that you have right there on your space.
So yeah, I think these are just a few points or a few things here that keeps me under space.
And that's why I'm still here with the 3GEN since this space started.
I believe I was part of the first one that came here.
But yeah, 3GEN has been killing it, you know, keeping the audience engaged.

you're going to do a space for 24 hours obviously one person is not going to do

among people maybe one person take three four hours the next person takes three
four hours in that light it tends to stay secondly there's another problem I
think that is common with space
hosts. You know, one thing with the hook, the type 2 of this piece is a very very serious
factor. The reason why I joined this place is the types that I haven't joined before.

that I spent a bit of time last month
taking old tokens and swapping them into TGN
so I could provide some nice liquidity and get some
sweet, sweet rewards. And I'm currently doing that with plastics. Now, I wound up, I had like
$3.50 on Solana and stable coins, and I swapped that into plastic now three, four weeks ago.
That $3 turned into 20 bucks in a few weeks. And so over the last
few days, I'm like, oh, I got a couple bucks here. I could swap into Solana Stable and then go buy a
couple bucks more worth of plastic and then a couple bucks and a couple bucks. So now I'm in

with rewards and it's based on the volume when when we when we start selling the plastic credits
because that's what the business partnerships are and what plastic is doing it creates a secondary

we have absolutely already been working on this.
We have deep connections with recycling facilities,
with dumpster companies, and then some,
and then my personal political background
from once being an elected official,
I'm pretty savvy on how to communicate with county electeds.
So we're actually going to be teaming up with many local districts. Florida will be our first stop.
And our goal is to work with the counties because our company is an SDVOSB that's ultimately a disabled veteran. So because I'm a disabled veteran, 100 percent, then I get access to
government grants and a certain process that most people don't.
So we're going to be doing that with our company, which will allow us to get grant funding.
And we're also going to be teaming up with a lot of schools in the local area.
Schools have a lot of input when it comes to the local counties.
So we are quite aware of the lack of infrastructure, and we're working to minimize that and come up with proper solutions.
And in collaboration with already existing portions of infrastructure, albeit like the trash companies,
ultimately it would be an additional route or, you know, another can that they would do on a different timing to be able to pick up the material,
to get it consolidated and brought to the proper facility to be able to track that on
chain and then incentivize the people for doing so. Just like they would back in the day used to
take a plastic bottle or something, go get a nickel for it. We want to be able to make sure
the people are being incentivized. That's the key. We want to incentivize the individuals,
just like TreeGens does for planting trees. We want the people to get together. And that's the
other side working with Tree Gens.
When the community, when the groups are together and they are out there,
the first thing that has to happen is make sure that the area is clean.
So we're going to be working with them and the nonprofit of the Tree Gens Foundation
to ensure that the areas are being cleaned.
Usually the easiest, obvious one is coastal areas, of course.
And then we'll be piggybacking that to make sure that the trees get planted.
So we can see a lot of refinement happening, a lot of cleaning happening,
and then a lot of growth happening on top of that.

going to throw in just some tidbits as well, based on my experiences that haven't been discussed yet
about being a quality host of a social media broadcast. I would say if you have the ability
on your phone, I know iPhones have this capability. I'm not sure about Android because I haven't owned an Android for some time. But if you have the ability to create a
to create like a focus mode on your device
that you're hosting from, especially if it has mobile connectivity,
I would say do not disturb is very good.
So this way you don't get interrupted on the conversation with impending phone calls.
So set up a focus mode for sure.
And then I would say if it's within your budget, maybe just have a dedicated device that's Wi-Fi only so you can avoid all that nonsense.
nonsense um also too you definitely need to check your phone settings um to make sure that um
plastic you apologize for background noise right one of the best ways to avoid that is to get
noise canceling headphones or uh at least on the iphone i know this is true there is a uh there is
a setting um that does the noise reduction so anything you can do to sift out the background
noise so that you're not necessarily feeling like you have to apologize for that is also going to
keep the conversation flowing without interruption. And then, of course, you know,
I love the aspect that was shared earlier about being your authentic self.
You know, authenticity goes a long way,
especially in content creation.
And people are going to become like plastic
and be an automatic lie detector.
And they're going to know,
