And guys, I heard a really fun story from, um, well, it's not that much
of a story, but a little case study.
This is the power of, of staking, right?
So, um, Song Avom, the person who just got tree initiated into our DAO, uh, ambassador
program yesterday, she, uh, she's has been staking her TGN since we launched on our original
platform.
And by the way, the yield on that was like 40% or so. Now
it's 25. The best way to do it in this like over 100% APY is through the Hydrexify platform. But
even at the 40% thing, over this period of time, including price appreciation, she doubled the
value that she put into TGN, which is a nice little 2X in a few months. But 100% APY or so is absolutely massive.
So we're super grateful for this. Matt, I would love it if you first started by giving the people
a bit of an overview on what Hydrex Phi is really all about. Why is it different to other exchanges?
Give us the rundown, Matt. Give us the full scoop about this beautiful Dex,
which has taken our tree economy to another level. Let's do it. Let's do it. Yeah. Thank
you so much for having me on. Pleasure to be here and love chatting with y'all as always.
And yeah, it's been super, super honored to have your pool hosted with us and looking forward to
keeping the incentives coming.
What's a little bit of background, I guess, on Hydrex, what we do, we're what's called
a Metadex.
So we're going to be similar to like an Aerodrome or a Solidly.
And effectively, what we're able to do is bootstrap liquidity for the pools, the tokens
that we have here.
And the way that that works is create a pool,
you go ahead and we provide single-sided staking through our partners,
and we allow the community to actually become the liquidity providers for that token.
So we're outsourcing that to the community. We love being able to do that.
That is another way that allows the community to earn without selling their tokens, which is
awesome. So I think you guys have really some great volume today. And all the transactions
that happen there, I mean, if you're staked in the tree gen pool, not only are you going to be earning the incentives that we're pushing there,
but you're also going to be earning on the fees. So that's also going to modulate that.
I think that's a good high level overview. And happy to dive in, answer any questions.

But yeah, once you're on Hydrex Fi, you can basically stake that by going – you click the earn button.
So just to the right of trade is an earn button.
And then you type in TGN, right?
You find our pool.
And you can do both sides of the pool.
This is AZUSD.
If you got stable coins, you should be putting that in AZUSD because you're also getting a huge APY on this over collateralized regenerative stablecoin.
But in addition to that, you're also going to be getting them.
You could also just do a one-sided thing.
And this is pretty cool because normally on DEXs, you have to fund both sides of the pool, right?
But if you just have TGN and you only want to stake your TGN, that's also totally cool.
You can just stake your TGN and do one-sided.
So Matt, can you break down what exactly people are earning and what they can do with what they're earning?
So it's like around 50% is TGN, what they're earning.
The other 50% is OHYDX. And my understanding is this is a governance token, so you can use it to
vote, to incentivize, as well as they're earning the fees. So what is the full rundown of how
OHYDX functions? What can you do with it? And like, what is the pool that people are voting
to allocate? And like, how could that impact future staking rewards as well?
Yeah, I love it. Love the questions. So there's really two ways, as you mentioned,
you can go ahead and earn. So one way is to earn, you'll earn what we call OHYDX.
And this is what you'll earn if you're providing liquidity.
So when you stake your TGN, we're going to go ahead and you're going to get OHY DX.
It's going to get paid out to you.
And you can go ahead and you have two options with that.
You can either convert it into Hydrex tokens and you take a haircut of 30% on that, we price that into our APRs
and assume that you do that. The alternative is that you can go ahead and
lock your Hydrex tokens and if you lock your Hydrex tokens or your OHYDX tokens
into a protocol, what we call a protocol account. That's effectively a lock, a permanent
lock. And in this scenario, you're able to collect the revenue on our pools, including
TGN. And so you'll earn TGN, you'll earn OHYDX, and these are what we call the voting rewards.
So just to recap, one, you can earn Hydrex tokens in the form of OHYDX by LP.
Those are going to get paid out on an intra-time frame. You can do that on the Earn page.
If you go to the Vote page and you own Hydrex tokens, you take your rewards and you lock them,
you can vote on the TGN pair.
And every single week, we give you new votes.
So you get to re-vote and collect the new fee revenue,
new voter incentives that are there.
So those are the two main ways you can,
I would say, leverage the platform.
And yeah, I think that's a really good way to get started.
That is awesome.
Okay, so there's like a monthly allocation of OHYDX,
which is specifically to incentivize liquidity, right?
So do you know like how many OHYDX tokens are in this pool and how people can like vote on that future allocation?
Yeah, for sure.
So I think, yeah, this is the third component is like, where does this go? Where are things headed? So basically, every single week, new bribes or voter incentives are placed on the pool. This is going to be similar to the Aerodrome, Velodrome type model.
We're working directly with Tregens in order to go ahead and incentivize this pool and really boost that APR as much as possible.
In this category, we're effectively looking to rebalance those every single week to keep the APR strong.
And that's going to be modulated by the amount of trade. So while Jimmy and us are working together to keep the APRs high, as fees and volume increase,
what will happen is there'll be more rewards for voters, for Hydrex voters to vote to the TreeGen pool.
And when there's more votes, that means they get a larger share of the Hydrex tokens that are allocated as
rewards to the liquidity pool.
And when this happens, you typically, we typically see more liquidity enter the pool.
When more liquidity enters the pool, you have deeper liquidity, which means this, more trades
are rooted here, which creates this positive flywheel. And so that's definitely
the goal for us here is to deepen the liquidity. And what's the benefit of deep liquidity?
I know it generates fees. That's great. But how does that actually benefit you as a tree gen
holder? It benefits you because if you have thin liquidity, then price can move really quickly in one way or another, whether it's down or up.
And that is a problem because you need a good entryway and a good exit ramp for any token.
That way you can have people come in and you're effectively not manipulating the price.
And so I'm super happy that Jimmy and the team is prioritizing this and that we've been able to help and synergize on it.
Me too, brother. I'm super grateful for it.
Yeah, when we launched our TGN token, we had like 30k liquidity.
And then because of the incredible partnership, the grow collaboration that we got over with AZUSD as well with ASOS, we've been able to launch an additional pool on Hydrex,
and now we're well beyond 70k,
and that's going to grow and grow and grow as well
as the debt limit increases on TGN.
So you guys actually can also get stable coins
without having to sell TGN.
You can borrow against it as grow lateral and get that,
and you're paying 5% to AZUSD for that. But then if you stake it,
you're getting like almost 100% on this pool. So there's a bit of an ARB there where you can
borrow against it and then stake more of it and happy days. But yeah, so this is a really,
really cool Dex, man. I'm super grateful for it. And yeah, it makes a lot of sense. Another benefit of liquidity,
right, is also, hold on, let me shift. I'm going to send it back to monthly, this grow host.
Also, there's slippage, right? When you make a big purchase, like yesterday, FOMO had aped in,
shout out to John Santese, you know, and there's a little bit of a slippage fee there, right?
There's a few percentage points that you're missing to slippage when you do a big buy. But when we have deeper liquidity, we're avoiding
that slippage. And therefore, we get to attract more whales as well to make bigger, bigger buys.
So if you guys have been paying attention to what happened to the plastics token over the last few
weeks, they did like a 10x. And a big part
of that is there's an investor's circle kind of thing that's called, I can't find the exact name
for you. But basically what they do is they present to this group of investors. And just by
like getting in the room with them, people end up aping in. He was just nominated yesterday.
And that's why, you know, they're up a very big percentage as well in the 24-hour timeframe.
And then if they're voted first place, if you have one of their governance tokens, you get to vote.
And if you're voted first place, then a bunch of extra funds come in through this other token that starts with an S.
I'm going to find that for you guys.
This is a pretty major alpha if you get involved in this group.
But yeah, so we're going to be going through that same process.
We're going to be in front of some very wealthy people who tend to buy into crypto. And when that
happens, it's very important that we have that deeper liquidity so that when they throw in
five figures or whatever amount into this, that they don't have a big old slippage happening as
well. So that's another huge benefit of liquidity Quidditch tree. And so I want to
better understand how Hydrexify works because we only have AZUSD paired with TGN, but you can buy
TGN with a bunch of different tokens on base on this. So how does that work? Like if someone uses
USDC, is it like routed to other pools? Is it like swapped several times before it ends up getting
your TGN if you're
buying it with like ETH or some other stable coin? Like how does that work in the back end? I'm
curious. Yeah, no, I love the question. So if you go ahead and you use our swap page on the front,
on our front end, what we're going to do is we're agnostic to price execution. We're agnostic when it comes to where that swap is
actually going to take place on the price execution. And so we'll actually send the trade,
whether that's to our pool or another pool, whether it's on like a Uniswap or even if it's
on Aerodrome. We're integrated with almost every single major aggregator,
like a Kyber swap, Tau, whatever.
And we're going to go ahead and route those trades there.
So we're guaranteeing that we have the best price execution on trades,
no matter what.
And if somebody else can find a better swap route,
then we'll go ahead and we'll reimburse them
the difference up to $500.
And nobody, to my knowledge, nobody has taken us up on that.
We call it the base swap guarantee since we started.
So yeah, if anyone wants to try that,
definitely we're always trying to do
the most efficient swaps.
Another thing here too is we've been really trying to pad this to make it as easy as possible to swap.
So we do things like we have multi-swaps available on our front end.
So if you have a bunch of dust in your wallet, you want to clean it out, you can definitely leverage that.
I think another thing though too is that that's our front end, right? On the back end, we're working with folks like you guys, the Azers fam.
And we're trying to create the best pool so that we're going to win on a perfectly competitive scenario.
So that even though we're integrated with pools at Uniswap and Aerodrome and whatever,
we're collecting the bulk of that price execution because we have the best
pool um for that token and that's kind of our model that's how we approach things in the back end
um and yeah hope that answers that question but also happy to double click on anything
i may have glossed over
that's no that's great you know that's that that's really cool how you can reroute through all these different things to make sure that a swap can happen. It's not like, oh, you've got to have AZUSD to do the swap. You can literally buy it with whatever's clever, whatever you happen to have, saving a bunch of time and making it really easy for people. So that's really cool. And I know that this deck is specifically focused on base. And obviously, we're on base as well what what makes you guys you know really go all in on the base chain no i think and i'm super super bullish on
base projects because like the reason we we chose base was really two main reasons one
base team incredible folks to work with um they've been super helpful and collaborative
or elaborative as you might say. The second component to it.
Excellent vocabulary, bro, I love it.
Yeah, yeah, my vocabulary is surely growing.
So the second category would be that Coinbase,
just bluntly has like four or $500 billion in custody.
And we felt strongly like base is going to be the chain that a lot of that value
flows to when it comes to DeFi. And one thing I didn't mention off the bat here is that for Hydrex,
we're able to tap into really any source of liquidity, whether it's a lending market,
whether it is a liquidity pool like we've done for tree gens, and we can
incentivize it via our flywheel model with the votes and the emissions. So we are trying to
position ourselves to kind of take advantage of that, hoping to get wet when that tidal wave of
liquidity comes on. And I feel like, I mean, it just makes me bullish for you guys too a little
bit because you guys are also a part know, a part of that ecosystem.
You're also a part of that chain.
But yeah, what was your decision to move on to base?
Similar thinking or?
Yeah, I mean, we came up through Gitcoin grants.
TreeGens was voted first place three times on Gitcoin Grants, which is pretty insane.
If you look at like, okay, so if you guys don't know about what Gitcoin is, it's the longest standing Web3 grant program.
They fund a lot of open source stuff and impactful different stuff that's happened.
They've managed to turn $70 million in grant funding into over $28 billion in market cap,
which is better than venture capital companies get.
And this is a grant program. And how have they been so effective? Well, it's wisdom of the crowd,
right? So everyone in Web3 gets to vote how these funds are allocated each quarter,
and they vote by donating at least a dollar. And then they simply match those donations,
heavily weighing the number of people who donate over the amounts that they donate.
So like a thousand people giving one dollar gets way more matching than one person giving
a thousand dollars, right? So optimism came up through Uniswap, you know, like a bunch of,
a bunch of, oh, sorry, came up through Gitcoin. So did Uniswap, so did a bunch of really interesting
projects that have been, you know, household names. But yeah, we were voted first place three
times there,
which has been absolutely transformational for us.
It's allowed us to break Guinness World Records.
It's allowed us to build out some innovative tech.
It's allowed us to get to where we are now.
Guys, TGN has outperformed Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana
for months and months and months.
And now we have 100% APY around on this DEX,
which is absolutely insane.

But yeah, this is like an Ethereum-based kind of grant program.
And if you look at it, and look,
I got a lot of love for startups on all chains, right?
Like Plastics, for example, they're on Solana, but,
and they're still making an impact. But if you were to zoom out, like, it's for the most part,
like the RWAs, the real kind of utility tokens that are making a massive difference, like,
a lot of that is in the kind of Ethereum ecosystem. And it's where a lot of the builders are. And
that's kind of like, where we came from. And. And so we want to be on the Ethereum ecosystem.. That's through the integrations with the DEXs.
So I believe Hydrex would be integrated through that. They've taken the main DEXs and made that
available to the people on the Coinbase, which is one of the biggest centralized exchanges in the
world. And normally, you have to give an arm and a leg and 8% of your token allocation to get on a
big centralized exchange like that. But Coinbase has just integrated all the base tokens.
So that's a huge plus as well.
So we've tapped into grant funding, lower gas fees, free centralized exchange listings.
And now there's like so many cool things happening on base, right?
Like Hydrex is on base, Azos.Finance is on base, right?
So like I'm pretty sure TGN is the only example where you can actually
borrow against a crypto token with zero chance of liquidation. Zero chance of liquidation.
Getting liquidated sucks, right? Like you're basically forced to sell the bottom. And that's

But this doesn't happen.
So what ASOS has done, and they're on base too, and they're also from this kind of, you
know, Web3 for good world that's thriving in the Ethereum ecosystem.
They're like, all right, we're just going to count TGN as 0.1 because like to get in,
to tap into the oracles, you need many, many million in volume.
And so there's like, look, we're just going to count it as 0.1, which is a little oracles, you need many, many million in volume. And so there's like,
look, we're just going to count it as 0.1, which is a little bit of a discount on what it is,
and then you can borrow 70% of it. So you're not getting as much of a borrow per TGN.
But what you're doing is since it's a fixed price in their system, there's no chance of
liquidation, whatever happens to our price. And by the way, the reason they've been able to do that
with us is because we've never gone below 0.1. That was our launch price. And, you know, we've been thriving
very healthily above that for a significant amount of time. We already have a Guinness World Record.
We're open source. We're tapping into the $900 billion per year industry, which is the carbon
credit markets, to use that as RWAs to really back these tokens and do things like buybacks,
etc.
So all of those things were reasons that made this possible of why we're the only token
you can borrow against, not have to sell, but still get your stable coins with zero
chance of liquidation.
So yeah, we got access to Hydrex, which doubled our staking rewards.
We got access to ASOS.
We got access to Coinbase.
We got access to so many different things because we chose that network.
And also like if you look at our holders, you know, like, I mean, yeah, a few of them traded when they got like a 70% pump on like day one, you know, when we launched, right?
They just ended up making some funds and whatever.
Happy for them.
But for the vast majority of our 1600
holders, they're literally just holding the token and they're long-term believers in this.
And I think that's a bit more of the case on chains like Base is you see a lot of utility
thriving. You see a lot of long-term holders who are really in this for the long-term, you know, holders who are like, you know, really in this for the long term and not just about like the quick, you know, ADD onto the next one.

Can you tell people about Sosana?
Because this is something that I'm pretty bullish on.
I think we're going to bring the people from Sosana to our spaces soon. Give us the rundown of
what that's all about and what that's been able to do for you already and what you think it's
going to do in the near future for both plastic and tree gens. Yeah, happy to do that, brother.
You guys have to forgive me to be a little quiet. My wife's in a meeting. But so forgive the tardiness.
I have been working on some legal documentation.
And when this stuff gets released, the stuff that Jimmy and I have been talking about, brothers and sisters, it is going full steam ahead really quick.
So that's why I've been late.
So the SOSANA, you can look at their SOSANA token.
look at their Sasana token. But it's a group of people that have gotten together that are not
your typical Web3 folks that we consider like DGENs. These are real world investors. I'm in a
Telegram chat group with them. There's about 1600 of them currently. And in essence, it's a,
there's a gentleman who created a project who brought a whole bunch of
people together. And he has created a system to where there is a KYC. And I know a lot of people
like, I don't like to do KYC. When you don the hat of an investor, you want to know who is involved.
You want to know who is coming into your network, and you want to know who is
sowing money into these things. And when I say money, there's a reason you saw our market cap
skyrocket to 400K in a matter of two days. May Cold and Great again had a million market cap.
They have a system that they have in place, and this is kind of loosely translated, of course,
that ultimately they scout out a bunch of different projects, and this is kind of loosely translated, of course, that ultimately they
scout out a bunch of different projects and they have a team that will go and find these and they
research the people behind them. They do their extreme due diligence. They do sometimes background
checks on these people and they want to find out who they are. Then they end up having meetings
with them face to face. So they literally see who the individuals are. And then you can join their,
I guess if you want to call it like a governance system to where you do a KYC and they charge for
that because it's a third party system that does it, not them. So there's a cost for that. So
obviously there's a payment there and it's like, it's 10 bucks, 999, but it's like 10 bucks.
So you acquire their token and you pay for the KYC.
And that allows you into their network.
And then what they do is somebody that is in a different role,
like example, they have founder roles, business founder roles.
I actually became a business founder.
So I'm technically a founder of Sosana now.
And I paid a certain amount, pretty small amounts in my opinion, to be able to have that
role and you can nominate different projects. And when you nominate a project, they go up to
on a list and they get voted on by everyone that's in SOSANA. The fees that are generated
from the votes, because to be able to vote, you have to hold $50 of SOSANA to be able to vote you have to hold 50 of sosana to be able to
vote you don't have to use the sosana but it's a way for them to make sure it's not bots so they
what you do is you acquire the sosana you have it in the wallet and you go and cast your vote when
the voting's done you can sell your sosana i'm holding mine but you can sell it it's just to do
the vote the winner there's a pool that gets collected.
The winner gets that amount. I believe if I'm not mistaken, one of the projects, the previous
voting, they got 20 something thousand dollars put into it, if I'm not mistaken. So when I say
they have a significant amount of people, these are people that are paying attention to real
projects. They look for impact. These are not youngsters.
I mean, I think most of these people are, you know, mid-40s, 50s, some 60s, elderly people,
real estate investors, business owners, entrepreneurs.

I know some of the people that are working with them that help to bring people in.
I've known them for a little over a year and a half now.
They were on other projects with me. And so when I was introduced, I met the owner,
seen him face to face, had some conversations with him, and I joined. And I've seen the benefits
already take place as well as other projects. So even getting some what we call alpha on other
projects that are available, these people bring their money in. So just imagine
a massive whale group of trusted individuals that rely on one another and they look for good
projects to get behind. So I have already mentioned to them multiple times. They're very aware of who
I am. I've actually been nominated, so I'm in the next round and voting has just begun so they all already believe that
plastics is going to win the vote so i i'm in agreement with them on that everybody's already
found out who plastics is in the community and what we're doing and what we're building
along with our partnerships with the tregens as well as maga so they're waiting to also have a nice meeting with Jimmy
and get involved with that and have him come aboard.
So hopefully with all of this working,
as we would hope it will,
we'll have a whole group of people and new investors
that are wanting to sow into this for the long haul,

But effectively, what this looks like is when you go ahead and you take your Hydrex tokens
and you stake them, that becomes the VE positions are represented as an NFT.
And that NFT has a certain amount of voting power.
And so that is what we use with our contracts in order to effectively measure how much voting
power you have, where those votes are going.
And that would be what that permission is going to be asking you for.

So it's not what it says it is in terms of what the wallet is displaying as far as the message.
It's you actually sending the user an NFT so they have voting rights.
So if you take your Hydrex tokens
and you go ahead and lock them,

lot today. We are all super bullish on this ecosystem that you've been biddling. We'd love
to learn more. What inspired you to make this happen? What's your why? What's motivating you?

So yeah, so I actually am good friends with the founder and co-founder of Sosana, but
really I'm just an average investor in the Sosana ecosystem.
you know an average investor in the sasana ecosystem but just a quick background about me
i have been in the cryptocurrency space since 2014 and i've been an advisor on different projects and
i've been helping different projects along the way and i've been mentoring people in the cryptocurrency space and outside of the cryptocurrency space.
And what I've found about Sasana is, number one, the people that are behind the movement are people who have good, strong conviction.
Like they really, really understand what it means to actually have a project that has foundation.
And for me, that's one of the most important things.
Because if a project doesn't have good foundation, then that becomes a problem, right?
So if you're building a house, but the structure of the house that you're building doesn't have the right foundation to be built upon it, well, then that house is going to fall.
Right. So what David Track has done, who is the founder of Sassana, he has put together a very eloquent light paper, honestly, probably one of the most well-read light papers that I've read.
It's about 58 pages long, but it has a lot of intel within it.
And so within this light paper is constructed a number of different things that talk about
the future of where Sasana is going and also the present foundation,
obviously, as well.
And so this was a bit of a stumbling block, let's call it, for Sasana because there were
things that they needed to actually get out of the way first.
And they had a vesting contract that they had to have audited.
Now, one thing to keep in mind is everything about Sasana is audited.
So every single contract that they have is audited by a third party firm
that gives a full audit that shows that everything is valid,
that there is no backdoor entry of any kind.

basically, long story short, what happened was, and if I had a lot more time I could I could go into the eloquencies of everything but really
with with Sasana you have a movement where what you're doing is you're exposing one community to
a group of other communities so for example the Sasana community is around 2000 people. Let's just call it a round number. So it's around 2000 people, but there are hundreds and hundreds of people that are
active in our telegram chat on a daily basis.
So it's not like you have the same five, 10, 15 people that are active.
You have hundreds of people that are active. And there's still millions of people
that are going to be reached with this project. But now what you do is you basically are able to
have a way to communicate to other projects and say, well, look, we have this project,
but we want you to understand how our project can help you grow,
right? And no pun intended would grow, but nevertheless, help you grow. And so basically,
what Sasana does is every two weeks, there's a voting process and a nomination process.
process. So they changed the mechanism. Originally, the mechanism was you will
nominate for 12 days. You pick from any token that is on the Solana network. There are stringent
requirements with that, however, but you pick whatever you want, and then if it passes the requirement, then you can nominate it.
In order to nominate it, you need to hold $500 worth of the Sasana token.
Now, you don't need to actually put in $500 or anything like that.
or anything like that, that $500 stays in your possession, but you need to actually have $500
That $500 stays in your possession.
worth of Sasana in your wallet. So really what that means is if you want to nominate a project,
you probably should hold like $540 or $550 worth of Sasana because if Bitcoin goes up and down, if Solana goes up and down,
well, then you need to have a little bit more just in case, right? So you nominate that project.
Now, the way it's set up now is you have seven days to nominate a project and you have seven
days to vote for the project.
So we're in day two of nominations.
Now there's five more days of nominations.
And you can go through that process and you can nominate whatever token that you want to nominate.
Okay?
And then...
Just to clarify with you, Mr. Live uh mr live the 500 not everybody has to have
that to nominate somebody nominates and then they can somebody else can just vote correct
yes correct yeah i'm gonna get to that correct sorry i'm just trying to leave my office so that
i can get better reception for you guys can you hear me okay yes sir okay perfect all right so let me uh let me continue so basically what happens is
when you have that 500 in your in your wallet and your possession you nominate that particular
project and then that gives you the capability to say well this is a project that I believe in. And then you have the capability
of taking that to that community. So for example, you could take it to the plastic community,
to the church community and say, hey, I nominated your project. This is what I think we can do
to actually push this organically so that if you win you could get more eyes in front
of people which we believe would be very important guys if you could stay muted that would be really
great i would really appreciate that because i'm very limited on time my bad on that thank you so
it's all good yeah basically what so basically what happened is the nomination side.
Now, if you win the nomination, you actually win $500.
Sosana with an appreciating token, which right now has a value of around 18 and a half.
So that will go up in value as the actual social ecosystem
as we get more people into the community.
The other choice that you have is to vote.
So you could hold about, let's say it's really $50,
but again, because of the price fluctuation of Bitcoin or Solana,
let's say $60. If you hold
that in your wallet, then you could vote for any one of the projects that you want to vote for.
And they basically have a do-your-own-research system built into the back office. So let's say
there are 10 tokens that are nominated. Well, you're going to see every single metric about those tokens right then and there.
You don't have to guess about anything because it's all defined for you.
The market cap is given to you, the amount of holders, the top wallets, everything's all there.
So you're able to research that all on your own just by pressing one button.
You'll be able to see all of that given to you.
And then you decide which one you want to vote for. And if you're right and you vote for the right project, then what happens is you will win $25 worth of Sasana and you will win
$25 worth of that particular project that you actually voted for. And all you do is go into your back office and you hit clean.
Now your Sasana is automatically dropped into your wallet because it's done through a smart
contract. So it's one basic buy that's basically dropped into your wallet. So whoever, let's say there was 20 or 30 voters, let's say,
who voted for a particular project,
and what they would do is they would take what's called a DGEN wallet
that they have because there's a 3% tax on Sasana.
And so that's dividing alongside different parts into marketing.

that's divided into three parts
whoever actually wins divided into three parts so
you uh whoever actually is an nomination and one third of that
and then once that was into one big buy to the actual token itself so let's say
there's ten thousand dollars in the in the or let's give an
easier number twenty one thousand dollars that's in there well seven times three is 21 and so that
would mean seven thousand dollars would go towards the person nominated.
And then two thirds of that would go towards the voters.
And one third of that would go towards the actual token that won, right?
So it would be one big buy that goes into it.
So there would be an injection of liquidity that goes into that particular token
at one time. So there'll be a period between seven days, the last seven days for voting.
And then what will happen is the last hour of that last day, which would be Monday at 7 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, they would reveal the token winner in the back office, not in the Telegram channel, but in the back office.
you choose to, completely optional, but should you choose to, if you want to put this in your
portfolio, you can essentially organically front run this token and you can actually get it at a
lower market cap. And then when it comes in at eight o'clock, you know, it'll be a higher market
cap. And if you want to sell it at that point in time, you can sell it. That's up to you.
Or you can hold on to the token if you really believe in the project and the initiative right so this this build is an organic
research and an organic build of basically how this ecosystem can develop going forward now

now before they even become fully fledged so they can carry on that as a legacy and start sowing

You talking about tree gens right now?
Yeah, so, you know, the reason I don't refer to tree gens as a project is I think projects are kind of short-term things in nature.
At least that's my association, right?
I've been building this over the last four years.
We've pivoted and evolved over time, but it's been four years
coming and this is my life's work. Our logo at my little PFP you see here, this is permanently
tattooed on skin already and six of us have committed to that. And so when I say this is
my life's work, like I'm putting it in ink and I have zero tattoos right now. It's gonna be my
first and only one. And the reason for that is because of how meaningful and impactful this has
been in my life and in all the people's lives we've been able to impact so far. So what we're
doing ultimately is creating a world where anyone can plant trees and earn a living. That sounds
like a big, hairy, audacious goal. It's our vision statement. And the way that we're going to
accomplish that is by, first of all, tapping into a $900 billion per
year industry. It's forecasted to get to $1.2 trillion. This is far bigger than AI today.
And what I'm talking about is the carbon credit markets. Carbon credit is a massive established
industry. It's been going for 30 years. Basically, one ton of carbon is one carbon credit and
scientifically proven to be taken out of the atmosphere.
We have an exponential growth model.
So within the next, I'd say, three to four weeks, we're going to be kicking off this first carbon credit project over in Brazil.
Brazil is a country that has the longest continual stretch of mangrove trees.
And look, if you plant a mangrove tree, right, it sequesters eight to 10 times the carbon dioxide or up to 10 rather compared with terrestrial forests. It helps biodiversity,
many other benefits. But it takes 25 years to actually sequester all that carbon to take it
out of the atmosphere. 25 years is a long ass time. We don't really have that kind of time,
right? Like 8.1 million people are dying every single year because of the air that they breathe
today. So we don't have 25 years to change this, right? So what we're doing is we are leveraging something
called carbon forwards. This is where you can scientifically forecast how much carbon will be
sequestered out of the atmosphere in the future. You add in a buffer, you can guarantee it with
insurance, and then we can immediately sell that after we plant the trees. Even though,
of course, this is being sold at a discount, it's still an order of magnitude more money
than what it costs to plant the trees in the first place. We forecast about 9x, okay? So this means
we start with 1 million mangrove trees, right? We sell a carbon forward. Now we have enough to plant
9 million mangrove trees. And then we do a forward on the 9 million. Now we have enough to plant 81
million. You repeat this process just six times, you end up with 531 billion trees. That's the beauty of the exponentials, right? And that's how we're going to scale. That's how we're going to become one of the biggest carbon project developers in the world, if not the biggest.
tree day that's coming up on July 26th. I was on the ground in Ethiopia during the biggest tree
planting day in history. We did the first Growlympic Games competitive tree planting,
and we united 29 million people and got 714 million trees planted. And since then,
I've convinced 12 ministers of environment for the most part to do countrywide tree planting days.
So we are going to make history on July 26th, which is International
Mangrove Day by getting over 1 billion trees planted. We've already been in BBC, CNBC,
Tree Gens is written in the Guinness record book, but the world is going to know about us when we
make history and do that. All right. And by the way, we're going to be tracking this with our
award-winning proof of tree protocol. And the way the proof of tree works is you simply film the
trees. First, you film the land before you plant within the app, right? So you film the land within
the app. GPS is automatically captured. Then you plant. Then you film the trees after you plant,
right? Within the application. So you can't upload something you found online, right? Now it is the
AI. So you film before and after. The AI that we trained counts how many trees are planted. The DAO members, that's the holders of TGN, if you
stake this with Hydrex, you can become a verifier. So all you got to do is tick a few boxes to make
sure that they planted the trees correctly, and you're going to get 5% of all of the tree tokens,
all of the ecological credits that come on chain. Now, 5% is actually a lot, especially if you're talking about a billion trees here, right?
Right now, we've been planting trees for about 10 cents each of their mangroves, very efficient.
And so 5%, billion trees, 10 cents each, if that price holds up, we're talking about $5
million of rewards going to verifiers.
Okay, now already, if you're staking TGN, you're holding a token that has been
outperforming Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana for the most part since we launched on August 22nd
of last year. So it's been outperforming the blue chips. You're getting close to 100% APY on Hydrex.
They've more than doubled our staking rewards. Plus you're going to get 5% of all those tree tokens, plus you're making a massive impact because we're going to be taking those carbon credit.
Remember, I was explaining how we have this centralized carbon credit project,
but people are going to be earning tree tokens around the carbon credit project,
which brings down our costs a bit. But we're also then able to take those funds from the
carbon credits and do buybacks on the tokens, right? So TGN, it has three core functions.
It's vote, it's verify, and then it's grow.
So you get to vote on how we're spending our treasury.
Right now, we've just been voting on Tree Gen of the Week NFTs,
but very soon we're going to have a very big treasury
where we can do impact investments, different carbon projects,
and we can vote to say, okay, this month, let's do some buybacks, right? Let's buy back and burn. Let's support the foundational token. Let's support the
tree token. And that's a core function of TGN. Then you have verify already one of the proof
of tree protocol, how you can verify with that. And then finally grow. So we're growing a movement.
We're getting a billion trees planted. And we're going to do that with the world's first streamed
social five platform.
InfoFi, SocialFi was a huge meta.
It got a lot of traction.
Unfortunately, some of the biggest players, they not only charge six figures to do a campaign where you get paid and when you promote tokens, but they also end up farming their own token.
So we're a partner in something called PollenFi. This is a platform.
It's going to be a mini app on the base app, Farcaster.
And basically, you're going to get paid every single second for growing the movement.
So as you're growing the movement, as you're posting about this, it's creating more buy pressure than the token rewards.
But that's going to end up growing the movement and allowing you to get paid by the second.
So that's the three core functions of TGN.
And that's the main thing that we got cooking.

great question XYZ had. How do we acquire the propagules, if you will, for us to ultimately,
where do the trees come from? Because a lot of people are familiar with planting seeds and doing
this and germinating like a farmer. And then then the other side just so everybody else knows this as
well um we are literally so i am i am in about once i get off this spaces um i am i'm sending
an email right now for one thing uh i'm gonna actually be i have the green light i'm gonna be
getting the documentation done for the non-profit for that will be the Tregen's Foundation. That nonprofit is going to be the
host, if you will, that has all the arms that branch from that for all of the different state
chapters. So we will be moving that. So if you are in a different state in the US and you're
wherever you're at, and ultimately if you have, we have big states like Texas, we're probably
going to branch out into counties. But if you're in an area and you're interested in probably wanting to be one of those chapter leads,
then you're going to want to reach out to one of us, Jimmy, myself, one of the ambassadors, or even XYZ,
because he's kind of the man in charge with it.
He may even be the chairman of that side for all the chapters, who knows, but nonetheless, this is branching out quick. So brother Jimmy,
if you can explain how that works, everybody knows. Yeah. So I can explain how it's been
working in places like Kenya. I think the environment is quite different in, in, in the
States. In Kenya, what we've been doing is partnering with community-based organizations

within two meters of the mother tree, there's no invasive species there. It's natural. It's,
I think, a great way to go. But I'm going to do some homework myself and look into what the kind
of processes are to be planting in the States. You have to see what kind of land is it. Is it
government land? Is it government land?
Is it private land?
Is it community run land?
Once you know that, then you know the process.
If it's government land, you usually
have to get a stamp approved from the government
to be like, all right, we can go plant here.
If it's community land, you partner with the community.
We do MOUs.
If it's private land, you just got to speak
with the landowner and be like, yo, we want to do this.
And I'm sure they're all going to be stoked.
It's just a process you might have to go through to make it happen.
