I'm Jimmy Cohen. I'm the Guinness world record holder for the most trees planted in a day
by one person. I personally planted 30,469 mangrove trees, which is more than any other
human in history. It's a Guinness official. And by the way, it took me three attempts until that
became a thing. Three separate 24-hour attempts. And the reason I was so determined to make it happen is because
I knew that it would be a stepping stone towards breaking the next world record. And the next world
record is one billion trees in a day. If you're here, this time might sound crazy to you, but
July 31st of last year, I was on the ground in Ethiopia. We parted with the Ethiopian government.
We united 29 million people to get 714 million trees planted in just one day. That's one country and one day.
Since then, I went to COP30. This is the biggest environmental conference in the world.
It's by United Nations. I was able to go there with a press badge. So I got to interview all
these ministers of environment. I asked them what's their why, what's been motivating them,
what's the legacy they want to leave behind? And a lot of the time, you know, they got really inspired
and motivated. And then I shared this case study where we did in Ethiopia. And then I was like,
they're like, that's amazing. I'm like, well, great. Can we do this in your country?
You know, I put them on the spot while they were on camera and I got 11 of them to commit
to countrywide tree planting days. And we just brought on Kenya as well. So now we have 12
countries committed to doing like Ethiopia. A lot of them want to one up Ethiopia. So getting a billion trees planted
in a day is going to happen July 26th. And when it does, the world will never be the same because
everyone's going to know that it's actually possible to get a billion trees planted.
It's never been done. But when we make it happen,
just like the four minute mile, the world is going to know it and it's going to keep happening,
right? Everyone thought it was impossible off until 1954 that humans cannot run a full mile
under four minutes. They thought it could not be done. But the same year that Roger Bannister
finally did it, dozens of other people broke the four minute barrier and the same thing is going
to happen with a billion tree day. Individual countries. By the way, India is one of the countries.
The minister is keen on this, and I'm following up with him almost every single week.
India's got a way bigger population than Ethiopia. You actually have mangrove trees,
which are very efficient to plant. You don't think India could do a billion trees if Ethiopia
can do 700 million plus? Of course you can, right?
And by the way, the carbon credit market is 900 billion plus dollars per year.
Almost a trillion.
It's forecasted to get to 1.6 trillion by 2028.
That's in like a couple of years.
It's rapidly growing.
You know, as all these AI companies that
are carbon neutral, like Google, they have to buy these carbon credits. Anyway, so we're tapping
into that, the carbon markets. We're infusing it at the ground level because even though it's a
massive market, only crumbs of that make it to the people on the ground planting the trees.
Crumbs. But what we can do is the beauty of decentralized
technology, right? Is we can do buybacks. We can add to the value. We can program our values
into what we value, into our valuables. We can make trees more valuable standing than when they're
cut down. More valuable standing than when they're cut down. That's the reason why
we see so much deforestation is because it's easy to cut a tree and get paid. It is not easy to
plant a tree and get paid right now. In two weeks, that's going to change. When proof of tree gets
live and we're scaling through the carbon markets and doing buybacks on these tree tokens and
getting massive media coverage all
across the world when we get a billion trees planted, that is going to change. Anyone who
has a smartphone will be able to get paid for planting trees. And that's the world I want to
live in because I am not okay with the fact that 8.1 million people die every year because of the
air that they breathe. I'm not okay with the fact that billions of animals are getting burnt alive in these forest fires that we're accelerating. And I know that we can
make a difference. And knowing that you can change something puts that burden of responsibility on
your shoulders. And all of us have that weight on our shoulders today because all of us have
that capability. We can actually make this happen.
If we all take massive action, you know, we all have to take massive action. Go ahead, India.
So you talked about the passion side. I'm asking more of the finance side. So you say if you plant
a tree, you get a token. What is that token value that How volatile is it? And what's the return for the people that
are putting in the effort right now in the future? And what's the return on their investment?
So you're asking questions which have a lot of variables. Like you said, in crypto,
it is a volatile market, right?
It's ultimately going to be valued at what people are willing to pay for it
and how much interest we can generate around the tree tokens.
So what we've done is we've formed a lot of partnerships
that are social enterprise-based
that lead to consistent buy pressure on this tree token.
So for example, we're launching a crypto debit card
where 4% of all of the money you spend leads to automatically buying the tree token, right? That's tree backs.
We partnered with Impact Stake, where when you stake your Ethereum, you can use the yield from
that to automatically buy this tree token. We partnered with Gleam, where Solana Foundation
actually doubled the 7% yield you get when you stake
your Solana, and that's actually going to be helping to fund the trees.
We're launching a lot of merchandise, et cetera.
And so with every single sale, it's going to be funding the trees, right?
So this is scalable social enterprise stuff.
But then also we have the philanthropic side.
We're setting up nonprofits, et cetera, so people can get tax receipts when they donate
to fund it, et cetera.
But look, let's say you're But look, mangrove trees are
incredibly efficient to plant. I planted 30,000 of these in a day, right? It's very possible to
plant 10,000. 5,000 is kind of an average that someone will plant in a day, okay? Now, at 10
cents per tree, that's $500 that someone could be getting. Now, keep in mind though, we're only going to be
getting one-sixth of a tree token for the initial planting and then an additional one-sixth every
six months over the course of three years. So one tree token, and we're initially tokenizing just
mangrove trees, M-G-R-O for mangroves, because they sequester up to 10 cents on the carbon,
they help with biodiversity, all these other things.
So one tree token, one MGRO represents a mangrove tree that has grown to the point of three years.
And it's common knowledge.
If a tree grows to the point of three years,
it's very likely it'll get to full maturity, right?
And so that's what the tree token represents.
Now, if you're talking about an investment,
you know, this is not like wise where
they have a 20% APY like fixed in stable coins. What we can say is APY, when you're staking TGN,
like right now, it's almost 100% APY. That's denominated in TGN. I plan to take TGN well
beyond a dollar. I mean, that's not a promise. That's not a guarantee.
That's just goals. That's something that I'm very determined to do because I love each and every

and earn a living. So how are we going to do that? Mangroves only grow in like 81 countries, right?
So wherever you are, if you're not by the coast and by the equator, you can plant any tree.
You can probably eat fruit.
You can get the seeds, germinate the seeds, plant it in your backyard, plant it on your rooftop, plant it on the balcony.
And if you are verifying that in the proof of tree protocol, you will get a video NFT.
Now, the video NFT is for the trees that are not mangroves.
And we not only have a budget to buy those video NFTs, because half of our dynamic NFT
agents, half of the revenue from that is going towards buying this off of the tree planters.
But also, we are going to be heavily pushing them. And I used to do
door-to-door fundraising and fundraising from companies and all sorts of different stuff.

the US here in just a second, but you see two different organizations that teamed up. They're
solving multiple problems at the same time with seemingly the same group of people in respect to cleanups versus the trees
getting planted. It's just a big, massive collective of people. And then on my end,
and I'll talk about this in a second, more so even commercializing it because you need big
industry for certain things, especially for what we do with plastic. So within that, as you know,
especially dealing with local municipalities, municipalities, government is a business.
They love to be the ones to say, look what we've done. Look at us. Look what we've accomplished.
So they usually piggyback on, you know, other people that are doing the legwork. So that is marketing.
So when you ultimately team up with these governments, that comes a big marketing opportunity.
And so within that also becomes newsworthy information. People like the big hype
because everybody wants to piggyback and like, whoa, what's the newest fad? So that's going to
generate the, and I use this term again loosely, the hype, but ultimately more eyes are on it.
With more eyes are on it, then it comes down to everybody's, how do we support this? Well,

And that company is the company that produces the protocol
and sells plastic credits.
Jimmy, with the DAP that he has, we're going to take that formula from that DAP, change the variables, and that DAP is going to work for plastic.
So with plastic, once the pollution, if you will, we'll just keep it a blanket statement, the plastic is picked up from a place where it shouldn't be and then transported to a place where it should go for its next stage, either a place where it can be kept.
Let's just call it a recycling facility for sake of discussion, even though there's things about recycling that can't happen.
have all the documentation that coincides with a very particular set of guidelines,
then you get to create the plastic credit.
And that will be monitored based on the chain information.
So just like he does the NFTs, once we create that process, we have the plastic credit that
get minted.
Then I take that plastic credit and I end up selling that to FMCGs, which are consumer good companies, beverage companies, personal care, pharmaceutical, plastic producers, I don't know, packaging companies, retailers, all the way down to microchip manufacturers like IBM.
They're already buying plastic credits.
So I've actually worked out the numbers where I can undercut the market substantially.
Why? Because I don't care about profits and I can undercut it and make this happen.
Now we're going to take this a step further. My business partners and I, we already have family contacts with recycling companies. We have access to
trucks to get us across the U.S. We have access to pyrolysis at scale. So as you can see we can take step one to step two which is
recycling that mints coin A and I put out an infographic and if you guys have
not seen the infographic explains this very clearly. The infographic for step A
and then from step A to do A to B we go from the recycling facility once they
process it down they create a feedstock, they grind the materials
down, what cannot be actually recycled, because not all plastic can be recycled. They take that
feedstock, they bail it up, and it gets sent off to the next stage, which would be pyrolysis.
Taking that from point A to point B creates token B. Those tokens get sold. Those tokens
have different values. Now here's the
kicker. One of the things that I have committed to do from day one is that when I made plastic
credits happen, because it can't be done by the chain, the plastic credits can't be done by a
community. It has to be done by a corporation. And that's what I built. So when those credits are
done and I sell those credits, which is going to be very easy, I already have the clients in line.

that's on Solana chain, creating a secondary flywheel on top of what we already have.

them to take our stuff. So I like symbolism. Plastic to me is symbolic of the impurities in our hearts, if you
will. So we can't hide it in the ground. We can't burn it because it still causes damage. It has to
be remade into something usable. It has to be refined. So imagine this. Imagine if a company
was able to create a process to where the numbers worked out so well that there was enough cushion to where a certain group of people could take some equipment, a grinder.
These are industrial scale face, three electric grinders, big size, you know, like two metric ton an hour type of thing.
And they take those grinders and in a bailing system.
Again, I have access to all this tech,
and they take a bailing system that's two components
and they put it into, let's just say, Nigeria, for example,
because they burn a lot of their stuff
and they don't have trees.
So all of a sudden, we're taking all that stuff
and we're grinding it up.
