Much more juicy APY on TGN than what we currently have on Team Finance. Okay, so at Team Finance, right,
it's about 42% APY. With this Hydrex decentralized exchange, they're actually matching one for one all of the incentives that we give to add to the liquidity of our token. Liquidity is important.
It allows people to make big buys.
We can't really have whales making massive buys
unless they suffer a significant percentage in slippage,
unless we have deeper liquidity like WISE does.
So we're working on that,
and we have this amazing partnership through ASOS Finance.
We're actually going to be doing an event together
with ASOS Finance,
with a bunch of the people who are using ASOS, Klima, Regen, I think soon, and some really cool refi initiatives.
But yeah, Hydrex has been really nice to match the incentives that we add to the decks.
So the APY is going to be quite a bit more than 42% on that.
We're going to make it extra juicy and others can also.
And also what we can do is like when you stake, you don't just get the APY, but you also are getting this voting power, which basically allows you to incentivize.
They have a whole other big pool of Hydrax in addition to the one-for-one matching
It's anyway one for one, okay, but it can be even more than one for one matching if
People who have this Hydrex token are voting to basically incentivize
People to add to the liquidity pool
From this other existing pool of that token by Hydrax.
So that's going to be even more great and it'll basically make these returns even better for people.
Now, granted, the pool that we currently have is the one on Hydrex at least it's paired with AZUSD
so what is AZUSD we just launched an additional $41,000 pool of AZUSD and TGN
pair it's a stable coin it's just like USDC right except the way that like
USDC would work is basically they take the money, they put in things like treasuries,
you know, and it's basically still the dollar in that sense, you know, but what this is,
it's pegged to the same US dollar, except it's backed, it's over collateralized with
regenerative assets, right? So tokens like TGN, other carbon credit tokens.
They even counted Ethereum because of all the public good stuff
that's happened in that ecosystem.
But basically, they over-collateralized it.
And this is how we're able to launch a deeper liquidity pool with ASOS.
And we have a really nice partnership.
They're not even charging us any interest at all.
But other people, they're about to increase the limit on this.
So you guys will be able to borrow at 5%, I guess, your TGN and not have to sell it. But
we're able to do this big partnership, launch that pool. And through them, we have this
partnership with Hydrex. So what our plan is, is to make it so juicy on Hydrex that it even makes sense to use your TGN as
grow lateral to get your AZUSD. I mean if you have stable coins you can just
swap for AZUSD it's got a good amount of liquidity you can always do that but if
you take your TGN like around half of it and you use that to basically get AZUSD that's the only way that AZUSD is created, right? And they want more people doing this and locking these assets up in a sense. And then the other half of your TGN, you're pairing with AZUSD. So that's what you have to do when you add to a liquidity pool, is you're adding both sides at the ratio of the current price, right? That's what determines the price in equity pools, the ratio of the two tokens, right? And so, yeah, that's the level of,
it's going to be even more of an incentive for you to take half your TGN, get AZUSD and put them
both in this DEX because we have that matching and soon even beyond the matching through the
incentives that I know AZUSD also has this token and they can start voting.
And you guys can also start voting too.
Like if you add to this thing, right, you're going to get this token for governance, which directly can affect the incentives.
So then boom, our liquidity pool grows.
We attract more whales.
Our whole tree economy grows and grows and grows.
So that's why we're doing this decision.
We'll do a different spaces that goes deeper into this.

Has changed in the world over time

And I remember my mindset in 2019 when she gave that speech.
I remember where I was.
I was heavily involved in politics.
I was an elected official at the time.
And hearing the song and hearing her, it brought tears to my eyes,
even listening to the music, because I had judgment in my heart at that time.
I wasn't who I am today. And listening to that young girl share such truth that she spoke
resonates with me so deeply today. So Jimmy asked, why am I involved
in this? Because my perspective has finally changed to a level of unconditional love,
that I see things in such a way that just like she said in her speech so many years ago,
that just like she said in her speech so many years ago that we have ignored things that we
have caused destruction to our planet to ourselves and and and and like she said in her speech to
where she does not choose to believe that anyone is evil it's just our state of mind it's our
ignorance if you will.
And I can resonate with that so much because in my own retrospect, I can look back and see where I was just mentally six years ago to where I am now with my perspective. I was fearful of Web3.
I was fearful of technology. I was fearful of AI. But I also had judgment in my heart for those
that were trying to save the planet because I didn't see it.
And it hurts my heart. I forgive myself because God has grace.
I forgive myself because I did not know. I did not know. I had no understanding.
And when I got into Web3 this time, I saw this project and the spirit that leads me through life led me to this project called Plastic.

And I saw it getting rugged and I'm an investor.
So I understand when there's blood in the streets, you buy.
When things are going down, you don't have fear, you buy.
So I started acquiring and I acquired a lot, a whole lot.
I've got at least 40%.
I haven't ran the numbers.

And as I was doing it, I learned more about the intentions behind the project and
noticed it got rugged and then people were talking about CTOing it. So me being a business
minded individual coming from a significant corporate background, I can, when I move,
I move very, very fast. I can put puzzle pieces together very quickly. So I commandeered every single domain thing,
all the social media has got stuff rolling, and then started pushing the project the best that
I could. I'm footing the bill on everything myself. Nobody else is paying for anything.
Even though it's a CTO, most people don't realize that there's usually a person that's behind it
that's showing out the true finance to make something happen and it's not
cheap.
And within this,
I knew that my calling was not for me to make money because I could give a
rat's tail about money.
Money is a tool.
I'm fine without anything.
I'm great with everything.
It doesn't matter.
I've had it.
I've had nothing.
I've slept under a bridge before I've had wealth. It's just, you could do whatever you want with,
and it wasn't fulfilling. What fulfills me now is being a servant to others, to love unconditionally,
and to help heal the planet and ourselves. And that's all a connected, it's a connected ecosystem.
So with Plastic, even though it's a CTO, what I have chosen to do with
the community's involvement, we have some amazing community members that are even in here right now.
I see Watchmen in here. There's a few others I can't see. They're ultimately, unfortunately,
like embedded down below in the listener section. But we all are time and hand holders because we
believe in something, a long-term vision of what this will do.
So we ended up implementing a tech that rewards people.
Why? Because, you know, in the DGEN community, you know, people just want to chase quick flips.
And that's the state of things. I get it. People want to make money.
And so we try to incentivize people to hold your bags and remain in a project.
So based on volume, of course, we use potatoes technology.
A lot of people are familiar with who he is in Web3.
And one component of plastic, aside from the philanthropy that we do working with nonprofits,
and I'll touch on that in just a second, we reward whales and shrimps.
Whales get, I think it's like 45% shrimps, we get about 20% rewards.
I may be a little off of the numbers, but we do buybacks
and burns as well. It's all automated. And then what I get, what I could choose to have as my own,
because this just comes from all the creator fees, right? Creator fees are significant when you
have buys and sells happening. So using the tech, we took the maximum amount of dev fees,
which is 30% of the creator rewards. And the community votes on
any international nonprofit that we choose. And we donate the money to those nonprofits.
Those nonprofits are the organizations that we believe are the true boots on the grounds,
the ones that are working to decrease plastic pollution, albeit from the oceans to help with sea life, or even if it's
those that are working to implement new legislation and push laws into place, which is a big deal
that most people don't understand the political aspect of it. Now, to touch on the issue with
plastics overall, and most don't realize this, your skin is an organ.
How many of you wear those sweat wicking T-shirts and stuff when you go to the gym?
You're sweating, your pores are open.
People don't realize it's plastic.
You're literally leaching plastic into your body.
And most don't realize this in a space earlier and some people were blown away because they didn't know. And they're wanting to do another space just about the educational aspect that's going to happen next week for those interested
while I'm in Denver with with brother Jimmy there but just from the very things that we wear on our
skin plastic leeches into our body from the air that we breathe and this is why trees are so
critical this is why we must continue planting as many trees that billion let's take it to 10
billion baby we need to increase this even more. And we can.
It just takes everybody having the right mindset, the perspective, the knowledge, the understanding, as I like to say.
Plastic is not just going to disappear, but we can be wise stewards.
We can be less consumers.
We can be those that are using things that are better alternatives, safer alternatives, because most don't know this, that
the United States actually pays impoverished countries to take our trash and burn it because
we don't have a place to deal with it as much. And only 9% of plastic can actually be recycled.
Most are fed this lie that, oh yeah, just recycle. Well, you can't. It comes down to processing technology, including infrastructure based on regions throughout the world, the inability to do so, the cost associated with it, the supply chain.
So what do they do?
They dump it or they burn it.
And when it's burned, it goes right into the air.
It becomes nanoparticles.
So just like if you live in a city and you go on a high mountain, you overlook that city and you see those different color variations, while it looks kind of pretty, that's smog,
that's toxins in the air. People live in Arizona are very familiar with this. They can see when
they get up to like Camelback Mountain and go looking over Phoenix, you see it clear as day
because the heat allows you to see it easier. So those toxins, we end up breathing. Those toxins
get into our skin just because it's
surrounding us and the oxygen that we breathe, getting into our lungs. Then it gets into the
creative parts of the human body for males and females, the reproductive system. And if you
think about what that leads to, yes, that implies quite literally by default, and science has proven
this already, that we literally have plastic coursing through our veins. And when we
create children, we're giving it to our children. Mothers, it's in their breast milk. And it all
comes down because we're over-consuming things. So my goal is to help plastic CTO, not just spread
awareness, but also help those that want to be involved in it, generate money. Just like was
mentioned, like what Means for Tree was saying, you know,
sometimes everybody wants to make some money. Why?
Because they want to do something with it. They want to use that tool.
The goal should never be the money.
That's just the side side bit that happens when you do what's right.
So if you're one of those that believes in, you're all tree gens.

Yeah. So first of all, it's great to meet you. I'm Jimmy Cohen.
That is my name. Jimmy's short for James.

And you'll see that I have the Guinness world record for the most trees planted
in a day by one person.
I love that.
Yeah, so I personally planted more trees than any other human in history in a 24-hour period.
The number is 30,469 mangrove trees.

In terms of mental health, we always talk about chilling and shoving things down each other's throats.
And it's important to focus on your mental health above all else.
That's right.
That's right.
Yeah, 100%. And that's another reason why we have a channel in our Telegram called Wellness. So a bunch of people have shared, I think, some meditations
in there. I've shared a bunch. I've shared, I think the ultimate morning routine, and this is like a bestselling book called Morning Miracle by Hal Elrod.
It goes through this five step or savers, S-A-V-E-R-S, so six steps.
So the first one, it's an acronym, right? Savers Routine.
So the first one is S for silence. And this is basically like meditation.
So whatever kind of meditative practice you can go see.
There's so many out there.
And some of the most successful people in the world say meditation is like the number one contributor to that.
And then the second one is A for affirmations.
So this is where you can speak things, you know, to existence, change thought patterns.
What Tony Robbins does is a little bit different.
It's called incantations.
This is where, like, you move your whole body as you're saying, like, specific things over again.
It can also, like, tie in with exercise, running or walking.
Incantations are also great.
The V is visualization.
My favorite thing for visualization is this, I guess, a Tony Robbins exercise.
It's called priming. So anyone can go into YouTube. By the way, I linked to all this stuffbins exercise. It's called priming.
So anyone can go into YouTube.
By the way, I linked all this stuff in a telegram
in the wellness channel.
But if you go to YouTube and type in Tony Robbins priming,
basically you get in like a peak state
by starting with like moving and breathing,
so specific breath pattern.
And then you're kind of visualizing
this like light coming through your body and then you're sending it outizing this light coming through your body.
And then you're sending it out to people and making them happy, wishing well upon others.
I think there's a reason.
This is in many different religions, right, is prayer and wishing well upon others.
Because it's very good for us to wish well upon others as well.
You've got to also understand that.
And so you're wishing and then you're getting in this peak state, you're going through this stuff.
And then you're getting in this peak state.
You're going through this stuff.
And then you relive your three favorite moments in life.
You step back into each of those moments sequentially.
And like you really think about crystal clear of like, what did you see in the moment?
What did you hear in that moment?
What did it feel like?
You know, any smell or anything like that?
You just put yourself back in that moment. Because a lot of people like relive negative moments,
but this, you know, this, you can also relive your favorite moments in life. And why not experience
that again? Your brain doesn't know the difference. Like it's a beautiful thing for you to go through
if you can walk in and really visualize that first. And then once you've done all three,
then you think of three goals that you want to have happen. Three goals. And then you've done all three, then you think of three goals that you want to have happen.
Three goals.
And then you imagine that you are there in that moment.
Like it just happened.
It is done.
You did it.
The moment after.
That's what you visualize.
And because you're in this peak state from all these other things, and then you get into that, you see it so clear.
You believe it.
You know you can do it.
And that is, I think, a really great way to visualize and really recommend that aspect.
If you do nothing else, do that.
I think it's a great one for wellness.
And then the E is exercise, also super crucial.
I link to even even like seven minute workouts
nine with breaks you can do anywhere you without gym equipment but if you can
obviously do various sports exercise great R is reading or learning you know
some people listen to podcasts some people read as long as you're growing
your your mind every day and learning something new and trying to implement it
that's another great thing and then finally scribing is the S of savers
acronym and that's like writing things down right a lot of people have you know That's another great thing. And then finally, scribing is the S of SABRS acronym.
And that's like writing things down, right?
A lot of people have recurring thoughts.
If you can just write it down, it tells your brain.
You don't need to think about that anymore necessarily.
It's written down.
You got that.
But what I do is I write a line down a sheet of paper.
And on one side, I put must.
And on the other side, I put time.
And you can do this in a document or whatever as well,
but you write everything that absolutely must get done that day no matter what
and then time you do everything you will do if there's time.
This allows you to prioritize your day and also visualize it.
I also link to like goal setting, writing down like 20 or 30 goals
and like the one that is like the most important will just jump out at you and
that's what you should be focusing on every day um so yeah a lot of a lot of great wellness alpha

because I believe on this project,

a green land environment, you see that your life becomes
very, very unique.
So it's something I'm really going to, even on this space,
I have about three of my students

And then I think they are learning for themselves.
