you a little bit update you on what we have going on and just give a little rundown of uh of who we
are and anyone that hasn't heard of us before.

But yeah, so for anyone that hasn't heard of DOMS,
my name is Jake, I'm COO of DOMS,
and we started around beginning of fall of last year.
So we've been around for close to a year and a half now,
and we're on base chain.
So our goal is to be able to build out a blue chip IP
and brand on base.
Our project consists of 650 hand-drawn traits and 350 original songs.
So that's something a little bit unique about Dom's. Our artist and dev Domino is a multidisciplinary
artist out of LA who had some collaborations with Rolling Stone Magazine on NFT music drops,
magazine on NFT music drops, one of which did over six figures in sales.
So during the NFT craze of 2021, he started drawing his own project.
And a couple of years later, he had completed all the traits and launched it.
So during that little kind of pocket and bull market, we minted around 5,000
NFTs and we're currently sitting around 6,275. We had an angel investor come in a
couple months ago, which was super exciting. So it allows us to be able to work on this full time.
And our goal, really this last month, we know the market's been kind of crappy,
but it's just been getting the backend of the business stuff established.
A handful of months ago, I rebuilt out our website.
And finally, we got like, I don't know how you guys have dealt with this at all. I know it's
kind of not as familiar with Web3, but just getting all the LLC stuff moved over, so many
contracts signed. It was a bit of a pain in the butt, took a little bit of time. So that's kind
of been what the last month has involved. And what we have planned currently is we're working really hard.
If you pay attention to our page and give us a follow, you'll see here this first week of January, we're going to be doing a space with Miggles on base.
Some here may be familiar.
They're an official licensed IP from Coinbase themselves, an official partner of Coinbase, who we're going to be working really
closely with over this next year. And our plan is not only are we doing a special competition with
them, they're going to be running a special giveaway. We have, I'll go ahead and share it
here. We have a one-of-one Dom's Mingles collab that's yet to be minted. So they're going to be running a
competition where whoever pulls that DOM is going to be receiving a $1,000 USDC prize.
So we're going to be starting that comp this upcoming week. We're super hyped about that.
We just had, I don't know if you guys are familiar with D-Bros on base, but they're
great development team, great company, very trustworthy LLC out of the state of Colorado. And we've worked with them to have our minting page
completely built back out, redone. So our goal is we're currently working really hard
to be able to provide a platform that's going to be independent from DOMS. And we're working
with Miggles on that. I can't fully go into that yet,
but if we successfully pull off what we're trying to do, it's going to be absolutely massive for
the entire NFT space on base and provide something I think a lot of people are going to be able to
take advantage of and it's going to help them to be able to progress things forward. Because for us,
our main goal with DOMS is to be able to find how can we provide value back to our holders. I'm personally under the opinion that
everyone kind of pushes their NFT project in the same way. NFT culture is very similar across the
board. And it's kind of just a battle of who can sit in the spaces longer all day and meet enough people and push what they're doing.
And I think obviously community and getting outreach is incredibly important. But if you
take a look at all the blue chips that have done it successfully, the majority of them,
one of the largest key factors that I think majority of projects are missing is the monetary
value added back. And obviously, a lot of the OG projects did that through,
you know, partnering and doing airdrops and things of that nature. And that's a very viable way of
getting money back. But at the same time, you're kind of having to trust in the founder and the
team to be able to kind of make that happen. There's no guarantees of it. So for us, we're
coming out with creative ways where we're able to take the funds that are coming in from these projects through secondary, through different revenue streams, and actually put those directly back into the hands of NFT holders, a portion of the funds.
Because I think that's one of the reasons where so many people have had such kind of a bad taste in their mouth in general from the NFT space. It's been such an extraction market. You've had so many people that have
launched projects and they'll make some of them, especially some of the big ones in the past,
have made over hundreds of millions, several hundred million, and then they end up leaving
the space. And the NFs hold some value because i
most of the investors don't just want to sell and say it's over because of how much money they've
spent and put into it but at the same time they just kind of slowly bleed out and lose their
value so for us we want to be able to find a way where we can put build an infrastructure that
allows projects to be able to take a portion of what they're making, ones that are truly looking to build a brand that isn't necessarily just a project, but one that is a company that they're
looking to do, even licensing with Web2 companies, continue to expand and build it out. And we're
looking to be able to facilitate that to others. And we're going to be using what we're doing there
to directly come back and benefit DOMS holders. So already,
I can already promise you that everything that Miggles is doing with District in the agency and
what they're building out for token launches going into this next year, DOMS holders are going to get
a whitelist to every single one of those. And also, we're going to be coming forward soon here. We have actually a handful of
meetings today and beginning of this week. But with what we're planning on having released here
beginning of the year, we plan on really hitting the ground, running hard. And for DOMS holders,
what this means is we're looking to be able to build a street and pop culture brand in Web3,
a street and pop culture brand in Web 3, but not only that, but one that spans Web 2 as well.
So there are some companies that look to do it. We've seen some others around, but I don't think
it's something that's been monopolized. So for us, we're looking to, on the Web 2 side of things,
be able to come out with our first blind box vinyl sets here this end of the spring.

It was around, I think at this point, it's been around three or four weeks ago. We still have
the link live on our site. It was really good. The goal was kind of to get them all sent out
before Christmas. So we had a good handful of orders. We got them sent out to everybody.
And that was just, it was less about bringing in revenue.
And for us, more about just a show of the fact that we're actually going through with what we're saying.
Because we've talked about physicals on and off for the last handful of months.
So the goal is to be able to build a brand that, you know, the domino, it's something that's unique.
If you look, I feel like a lot of blue chip IPs kind of dominate the space.
And then you see a lot of spinoffs of something similar.
That's what I appreciate.

I appreciate that about the Kushlings as well, though, is they kind of, you could tell that
they don't look like everything else that has been created and pushed out.
Because I feel like a lot of them are just remakes of the same stuff.
You have, you know, Party Punks.

I don't want to call anybody out, but you have things that are just one-offs of what's popular in the meta.
And, you know, that's okay if someone's looking to make some extra money,
but there's no longevity in something like that.
So for us, we feel that the domino is fairly unique.
The head shape and the design is something that's simple, but it's memorable to people. And on the Web2 side of things, we look to really lean into the emotional intelligence.
So if you take a look at the domino in the head, you can see the fact that they have two faces.
So in Web2 culture, especially with TikTok and Instagram, we look to be able to take,
I'm just going to be 100% straight up on us,
obviously in a non-corny way,
but be able to take that and lean into it
and talk about the fact that, you know,
all of us here, whether, you know,
it's Keith with his fights,
us that are entrepreneurs that are building a web three,
and that's our sole job and what we do day to day.
No matter who we are,
we deal with multiple emotions at once,
right? Especially, I think being an entrepreneur, it's such a roller coaster. There's so many ups
and downs. There are times where you're excited about something, but in the back of your mind,
you're stressed at the same time, wondering if things are going to work out and it could become
overwhelming quickly. So yeah, we look to lean into that on the web two side of things to get
some content rolling out here soon. We're going gonna be bringing on an animator after we get
some funds rolling in with these comps that we're doing. And yeah, just gonna be building things out
we got a really extensive roadmap. I know I just dumped a lot of information. So I don't want to
don't want to overwhelm anybody but that's kind of a little bit of a little bit of some highlights
overwhelm anybody. But that's kind of a little bit of a little bit of some highlights.

That's how we feel too, even with BaseChain especially, because I know a lot of people have chose Solano over Base.
We can understand why too, because there's a lot of volume coming in.
But our view of things is with everything Coinbase is doing, especially within the US and their involvement and kind of even with their new update with them adding stocks, I think Coinbase is making it a really easy onboarding platform for everyone in the Western world.
You know, because your average consumer, I think a lot of us in Web3 can kind of become a little bit out of touch with what your average person is going to be willing to go through to participate and you know we we love web3 we're passionate about it
we jump through hoops sometimes but coinbase is putting all of this in a really simple easy format
they're they're bringing everything to one place and base having incredibly low fees and very quick
transfer times and kind of having the reputation
and backing of Coinbase, which has been improving month over month with everything they've been
doing and keeping a regulation with. So we kind of feel like there's going to be a lot of liquidity
entering the market through Coinbase. And we feel that those that are able to kind of set themselves
up and be able to establish themselves in the space are going to be able to
build long-term on base and that's kind of how i see it is like we're looking to build a company
one that i think the the line between web 2 and web 3 will continue to get blurred here in the
next handful of years you know um the technology is going to become more widely adopted probably
not in quite the way we see it now um It'll probably be packaged in a simpler format, maybe using different verbiage that's more easily understood
to everybody. But I think in one form or another, it's going to be something that's more widespread
because when you think of it like NFTs, right? It's just a way of being able to monetize
intellectual property in a new way. So if you can do that and actually give value back to people,
who wouldn't love that? I think the only reason people don't like it right now is just because of
the inherent culture that it's received and reputation it's gotten over the last five years.
So for us, we're trying to position ourselves as a brand that is looking to build, not just
drain the money that's coming into our company, our project.
We're looking to be able to build something out where we can do licensing deals with
large Web2 brands and companies in the future, as well as the fact that what we're building
out with Miggles, be able to take Web2 companies, like think of like different companies with
Nintendo or Disney and be able to pay large amounts licensing fees and bring them on chain
um and launch them and whitelist this to all the communities with the um well a little bit of alpha
with the um dow that we're looking to create so we'll see here uh i think there's a lot of really
exciting things coming and there's people that are you know you just got to take advantage of the
technological opportunity and be willing to put in some work and take a risk.

What I like about what you spoke, when we were, and this is months ago, almost a year ago, when we were deciding kind of where we were going to mint the yucky ducks, pretty
much on what chain, it pretty much came down to just a straight Ethereum for us or base.
And one of the things you brought up with Base, with Coinbase,
for me that resonates is just that Coinbase is a master of, and I think they're going to stay that way in the future of onboarding new users. That is something that they do extremely well. And that
was one of the appeals to us for the Base network. But yeah, anyway, I didn't want to get into all
that. But Dom, big shout out to you. When I
first met you in a space, I forget, it might've been your space. Actually, actually, you were
talking about your journey. You were talking about how you taking some time off of web three for a
bit. If I'm not mistaken, then you had an angel investor come in and all that. And there was so
much alpha and so much knowledge and I was brand new. I was just getting into the space. Um, so
it was a pleasure to hear you speak about all of these things and NFT. No, for sure. For new. I was just getting into the space. So it was a pleasure to hear you speak about all of these things. And NFT... Dude, I appreciate that.

I'm not letting it go for anything. But I love that artwork. It's really dope. But what makes,
you know, our project a little unique is the ecosystem that we're building around it.
And we have our upcoming BabyBank staking protocol where holders can stake the NFTs that have been minted so far.
And you'll receive a monthly profit distribution in USDC from the BabyBank, which is our professionally managed crypto portfolio.

we're building, you know, the Yucky Ducks is 100% community first. And I know we hear that
all the time, but for us, that's exactly what I wanted to build. I wanted to build something
where if my community is showing up, if they're helping me build, if they're vibing with us, that's exactly what I wanted to build. I wanted to build something where if my community
is showing up, if they're helping me build, if they're vibing with us, if they're the reason for
the success, then I want to constantly reward them throughout the process. Not just at the mint,
not after the mint, but actually before the mint. That is why we haven't minted yet.
And we've already given away thousands of dollars to the community directly,
thousands of dollars to charity directly.
All right. So we do this through something that is called the Yuck Pot.
The Yuck Pot is basically our perpetual reward system, but also our community stash.
So in it, we keep a bunch of Ethereum. We keep NFTs from dope projects like yours, my guy, like the baby billionaires, like the rave gods and a ton of other projects.
We keep those NFTs there and we also keep money for charity donations.

going to take the revenue we're going to take the profit we're going to put it back into this yuck
pot and then we're going to keep rewarding the community.
My thought was that, you know, a lot of people say that they're going to get back to their community, they're going to reward their community, etc.
And just being around in crypto for so long, I thought it was important that before my mint, I already want to be doing that.
You know that you're going to win, you know you're going to get money back. You know you're going to be successful because that's what we've been doing
from the day one. You're not waiting to after mint or after a sellout to get X amount of money
or whatever the case may be. From the moment I walked into this space, I've been giving back

it's been picking up i'm grateful for that and the project is about rescuing more dogs so i i rescued bambi she was my first rescue
and it inspired me to rescue more dogs and the mission and the vision of the project is to
eventually be in a position where we can rescue those more dogs find them a new home
a position where we can rescue those more dogs, find them a new home. The biggest ultimate goal
is to actually have our own land and have our own shelter, take the dogs in so they don't have to be
put down and find them a new home whenever we possibly can. In the beginning, I'm live streaming
every day. So eventually I do want to live stream going into shelters and saving the dogs. We just need to get there. But, you know, we've been moving very organically.
We were at, last week we were at a 6K market cap.
And right now we're at 23K.
I mean, I myself even put in like 8 to 10 soul into the project last week.
And I burned it.
I locked 20% of the supply right now.
I burned 14%.
So that's 34% of the supply right now i burned 14 so that's 34 of the supply that's pretty much
just gone and yeah i've been proving myself to be a trust uh trustable dev that uh you know you're
not gonna go in and it's just the dev is gonna rug or something like that so that's not happening
because you know it's on the blockchain that it's been locked and burned so i'm doing everything i can to show you uh proof and trust confidence in the project
this is very long term for me i could already see the vision of what i want to build here

the key details of what happened.
So me, I've been in this space ever ever since it started i come from a fintech
background for people who don't know this is creator x talking uh i'm a trader i invest in
real estate hospitality uh hotels etc but originally i'm a trader i ran a trading brokerage
private asset management been in fintech for about 11 years now uh sold a trading brokerage, private asset management, been in fintech for about 11 years now, sold
a trading brokerage, ran it in London actually, did have a trading school, which I also ran
for a couple of years.
And yeah, Web3 has been a love of mine, right?
I've, you know, massively been a part of Ethereum, but I came to Solana because there's a builder
space.
And when I came here a year ago as a, you know, as a builder or as to create something, I was really shocked with what's going on.
And, you know, we felt like there's a lot of surface level engagement and, you know, not really anything with closed loop value ecosystem, which is actually providing something to the holders.
when we figured, you know, me with a bunch of other
cool, amazing people
who are well-established in their own fields
like, you know,
who's a, you know, doginal
monetization expert and, you know, a bunch of
others who have each of their own specialty
like, you know, whether it's meme points, we've had
Asta, Burning Kitty, one
of the best-known Solana
devs, you know,
who was the creator of Cat with
Hats and Burn Token, etc.
So all of these guys, we came together, like about seven or eight of us, and we created
something called the Gang, which is a community, right?
A place, a digital home for people to come, connect, talk, you know, learn more than anything
and take away value.
So we wanted to try something different.
We wanted to see if we can build a community without any token and a project usually uh you know community rallies around something because you've got your
money invested or you love that project but how do we do it without you know uh having people put
their money in but actually we give something back can we retain a community and that's what
we tried experimenting on we scaled from 20 members to 2 000 members in less than three and
a half months and uh you know shout out to all those amazing gang members right uh so the gang
is alpha fintech community where we share monetization tips uh trading signals whether
it is indices commodities crypto meme coins you name it we've got it and then we even did a trading
uh you know for us phase one was you know no n no NFTs, no tokens, no memes, just pure value.
And phase two for us was giving liquidity to holders.
So making them earn liquidity.
We wouldn't want people to invest with us without having us proven ourselves, right?
So what we did was we gave out trading signals and all of this.
We gave out six figures plus in trading signals in eight months.
We did a trading challenge in June, on July.
Within 45 days, we scaled a $500 account to $24,000.
And this is not by meme coins, guys.
This was purely trading commodities and indices.
And then once the community had liquidity, we built for fun.
We said probably nothing.
And we said, we're going to build a project.
And that was the birth of soul gods and for people who don't know soul gods we launched uh three months ago

the experience that we provide to our holders right everybody talks about buying low selling
high right but in nfts it's a different story what happens between buying low, selling high, right? But in NFTs, it's a different story.
What happens between buying low and selling high,
the experience you take away, that defines an NFT project.
This is just a personal opinion, of course.
But yeah, in Solgots, we have a community that is across five different chains,
integrated with 30 or 40 plus major projects.
We minted at 10% free mint,
40% at 0.025,
three or four bucks.
Public mint at 0.06 Solana,
I think about nine or 10 bucks maybe.
And the results,
20X from whitelist,
10X from public,
sold out in 15 hours.
No single paid marketing,
no KOLs,
nothing.
Because we built eight,
we took eight to 10 months building a community.
And when we gave the value back,
it was instant, right?
People found it amazing.
People liked the artwork
and we had amazing communities

And we've actually got requests from other communities and projects
to lease out this code so that they can use it
for their version 2 or version 3 collections
so that they know who to give the whitelist to, right?
You don't want a ghost wallet holding 100 NFTs or 50 NFTs.
You want someone who's participating in the community
and for nfts that's important right this is an attention economy so yeah we did a token launch
as well 800 in a day uh we did nft staking with the solkos tokens and we did mystery packs over
a thousand mystery packs sold in a day uh we did nft art upgrades as well within uh yeah within i think about one and a half
month of us launching so all of this happened in you know less than three months we are three months
old now and uh we didn't do this to you know flex numbers i didn't talk about this for that people
love hearing numbers especially when it's holders right that's why i had to mention it but yeah and
if you know uh for us the holder experience and the value that you gain during while we build, that is important to us.
So we did our best, you know, we are doing our best.
We did this to test systems, run experiments and learn in public.
Right. And yep, that brings me to something, you know, new.
We are coming up with a new collection called Soul City.
And Soul City isn't just another collection, guys.
It's the scaling layer for us.
This is where NFT stop being just collectibles and start acting like capital participation units.

setting up quite a few of them um you know the biggest one is to get digi beats uh out there
more we're dropping music on the blockchain uh which is very essential for us as a space host
we got the vibes and we got the homies so uh we dropped about 53 tracks this year alone so
try to hit 100 next year so we have a nice catalog of music uh so digi beats is definitely one big
goal for us in 2026 and uh bring a lot of web2 musicians into the space and get those vibes up
um as far as the show goes uh you know definitely try to hit every day again. You know, every day we do a show Monday through Sunday.
So that's definitely a goal every year to just try to get in here every day.
Definitely grind out in the trenches out here.
But as far as onboarding, what we're going to be doing is providing a Web2 service for any company that comes in looking to get any, you know, just tokenized their whole business.
So it's going to be big things. We're onboarding convention centers right now as well.
Convention centers is definitely one of my big goals. If we can onboard the convention center
and token gate the whole thing where we can purchase a soda with Solana, that's definitely
the goal when we go to these Web3 conventions and onboard in that
way. So we've done it this year with the Japan International Hemp Expo. We're able to drop 225
NFTs over there and, you know, just bring that use case to as many places as possible.
Yeah, so I'm bullish as hell on 2026, especially for us. You know, Get Hype Digital is my company.
You know, we have all the nfts and our token
behind it and backing it uh so just super bullish on our community and you know man just more

It started with ducks and it moved into other farm animals.
And now we're kind of like a staple in Tennessee.
And everybody knows that if there's a bird or something that needs a home, they hit me up.

So that's a pretty cool thing that we're going to be building into next year. We had sold

the poop out to them. It was hilarious. But that's just the base of what we're going to get into next year. We had we'd expanded into the schooling systems out here.
So not the not this school year, but next school year, we're going to be traveling around the U.S. quite a bit with some of our ducks and we're going to be sharing the knowledge of ducks.
When we had sold the fertilizer, the premium uh that attracted a couple of teachers that were
super into it they love teaching you know ecology or just natural uh ways of doing things essentially
and that's you know all into my mission is putting the power back into the local homesteads and you
know local small farms so next year we're going to be launching a cool uh a product or not product
