Is psychology more practical? Nothing is so practical as this. What can the poor
psychologist do? He can only relieve the pressure. I'm a psychologist myself and I practice
psychotherapy. But you know I have this great conflict within me when I had to choose sometimes between psychology and spirituality.
I wonder if that makes sense to any way where we would truly love one another.

Why would you have to choose?

You know it didn't make sense to me for many years until I suddenly discovered that people have to suffer enough emotionally before they're ready to wake up.
And what I was doing as a psychotherapist was easing the suffering.
People have to suffer enough in a relationship that they get disillusioned with all relationships.
Isn't that a terrible thing to say? They've got to suffer enough in a
relationship before they wake up and say I'm sick of it. There must be another way
of living than depending on another human being.
And what was I doing as a psychotherapist?
They were coming to me with their relationship problems, with their communication problems,
etc.
And sometimes that was a help and sometimes I'm sorry to say it wasn't because it kept
that sleep.
Maybe they should suffer a little more.
Maybe they ought to touch rock bottom before they say, I'm sick of it all.
It's only when you're sick of your sickness that you'll get out of it.
Most people, well, they go to a psychiatrist or a psychologist to get relief.
To get relief. To get relief. You know the story of little
Johnny who was mentally... they said he was mentally retarded, the poor kid. But he
evidently wasn't as you learn from the story and going to tell you because he
goes to modeling class in a school for special children and he gets plasticine and he's modeling it.
He takes his little lump of plasticine and goes to a corner of the room and he
is playing with it. So the teacher goes up to him and says hi Johnny. Johnny says
hi and she says what's that you got in your hand? He says, this is a lump of cow dung.

There are times when psychotherapy is a tremendous help because you know when you come to that
point where you're about to get insane, raving mad, you're about to become either a psychotic

So, okay. If you don't know zen please go to
faircrypto.org read a white paper you probably actually understand what's happening a little bit
more than the average joe who's uh just in crypto for the for the pumps um we'll hear for the dumps
as well you know uh big poops big poops that are happening currently as there's bombs over Baghdad. Well, not really,
but kind of, you know what I mean? Just the song. There's bombs going on. But the bomb ultimately
is, from my perspective, is the Zen crypto token that was launched October 8th, 2022.
Essentially, I'll just let it breathe for a second, but essentially it's a Bitcoin on Ethereum virtual machines.
Uh, it has been launched on 13 different EVMs, uh, censored from three of those EVMs.
Um, there's a proof of work, uh, token that was put on Solana.
We occupied about 30% of their block space about a year ago.
Um, we showed their, uh, MEV bots are prioritizing transactions
which is no bueno for the masses
because we need transactions
the freedom to transact I think is a huge thing
which is why X1 is a fork of Solana
and the X1 Labs are making Solana's protocol better
so from my perspective when it comes to the tech
I think it's a great tether that we have to that blockchain. Also Zenblocks, proof of work,
a lot of maxi pads coming in with that. They've even changed the name to spaces. There used to
be a Zenmigo space, but I think they changed it to X and Migos, which is kind of weird. But
anyways, I'm taking the maxi glasses off, but that's argon to hash and that that's doing what it's doing. It's going to, uh, it's going to run its course. Um, sun,
let's say, uh, in September, September, mid of September is going to be another having.
So the reward will be 2.5. The blockchain still hasn't come out yet. Um, but that's the proof
of work side of that blockchain, which, uh, still a little bit of waviness going on there i can't really say anything concrete um but uh there's looking
for a use case whether that be staking burning or uh being a liquid token um also you know bitcoin
uh ecosystem you know we got vmpx buffy pussy zuni, some of the OG stuff there. Obviously, Zen Knights and a couple other tokens that are floating around.
But, you know, it's just interesting just seeing the game within the games.

or not give someone conviction on this play.
You kind of got to jump in the water to know the temperature for yourself because I can tell you

So if you guys haven't seen, I'll post that in the nest, just, um, some new potential,
some new potential, uh, X and T liquidity on Solana. So essentially, you know, X one's coming
uh, XNT liquidity on Solana.
up and the, ideally it's, it's going to prioritize, you know, the same, uh, security and
transparency-ness, uh, and fairness of, of Zen, you know, um, so they're going to be introducing
X and T liquidity on Solana. Um, and so there's a little document, you know, you guys can read, I'll post in the nest there, but, uh, I'll just cover it
real quick here. Um, you know, a big problem is like when you launch a token, there's just like
crazy bots, um, and like the volatility from launch. So we've known this for a while. We've
seen a lot of airdrops and new chains come out. Um, and most of the time what happens is these bots kind of,
you know, snipe, um, and just kind of front run all the, the other potential buyers, um, price
goes up, um, and you know, supporters and things like that kind of rally around it, whatever. But,
um, we definitely like, at least from what I see and what has been vocalized by,
uh, Mr. Jack Levin is, uh, you know, the community is a huge part of this shit.
Like if we don't have the proper community incentives, then it's like, we're, we're all
kind of fucked, excuse my language there.
But you know, it's, um, it's definitely, it's been some time.
We've definitely put in some time in this, the protocol Zen and also X1.
And it's like rightfully so. And we've been able to, uh, be on this journey.
I mean, a lot of these, these blockchains that are launching, we don't,
you know, they just kind of happen and everything's kind of stays behind closed
doors. They're kind of, uh,
they're bringing the shit in the lobby and letting people know double entendre on the lobby there are some uh new uh um investment round funding that's that's happening
which is cool so you might want to tap into that telegram group if you haven't seen any of that
jackson posting some bullish stuff there um but essentially what's gonna what's gonna be happening
for this kind of problem that usually you see when, when chains launch or a token generation event, it's going
to be a whitelist and it seems like they're going to be using, uh, uh, uh, Meteora, uh, Alpha Vault.
Um, and so I got to go do my due diligence on that, but they're looking to kind of have this,
this token at a fixed price of like one to two bucks for, for X and T, which is crazy.
But what it does, it just leaves it open.
So there's no gas wars or anything like that.
And it also gives the diehards guaranteed entry to, to be able to like participate.
Right.
So like, oh geez, this is just me filling the blanks.
So don't take it for finalization by any means. Again, don't listen to me at all. Do your own
homework. Um, but it's just, if you're in Zen or if you're in any of these other, uh, protocols
that have been on this wave, um, you want to be able to get your tokens at early access,
which is that whitelist.
So that's pretty cool.
And how to work it?
Essentially, you just got to have to have like a hundred bucks minimum
in USDC or Solana and you stake it.
And they stay user-owned, refundable,
and deposits can be made prior to the token generation event and main launch net.
So there's different scoring.
So obviously the higher deposits yield more points.
More points result in higher whitelist ranking, at least from this white paper that they want feedback for.
So if there's any feedback or whatever,
definitely, uh, get in the telegram and give some feedback. Um, but post launch utility,
what can you do with your XMT? And that's the biggest part, right? It's like, there's been a
lot of narratives out there, uh, for staking, you know, obviously the X and M the Zen block heads
are kind of like, yo, we were supposed to stake this shit, uh, whatever, you know, but there might be different forms and different plays on how that might turn
out.
I'm not sure.
I'm kind of catching this information right as it's coming.
So I'm just kind of flowing.
Some of you guys might even got this before.
So I'm just kind of looking at this right now live, but you can stake your XNT for cross
chain liquidity pools and you can, to X1 validators,
which, which would be cool. Um, and then that way you're able to turn both rewards in the blocks,
um, and also staking yield. Um, and then X and T is, uh, is central to governance and ecosystem
participation on the X1 chain. So the token, obviously people are just, they want that token.
And we still obviously were, um, we're anticipating there being allocation in these different ways.
Obviously the whitelist is kind of verifying that it's just right now, at least for the
P's and Q's and making sure that, um, the dots on the eyes are, are, are dotted
in the teaser crossed.
Um, there's not like the chance of being able to get some of the information that Jack
has kind of put out there for the community a long time ago.
Um, once we started, once there was investment that started coming to place, you saw Jack kind of button up a little bit more.
Um, just as far as like information when it comes to, uh, Zen and burns and things like
that.
Like, I know that a lot of community always were like, well, yeah, this burn party, these
moon parties, all this stuff.
Well, now there's nothing.
So at least from my understanding, it's like, yeah, it's all, it's, I'm sure it's all latent. Um, it's all like in the background, but as far as like,
you're getting this for this, nah, nah, nah. Um, I would say you're burning because you're
burning for another asset. So for me particularly, I really like these, uh, these apex. Um, I think
the only chain that they're really available on,
I'd have to go back and check Zen.pub, but I know AVAX for sure. And I know Ethereum for sure. And
I think those might be the only chains that they're still available on, which is pretty crazy.
Um, but yeah, I mean, that's kind of the jam for that. The possibilities on the X1, X and T liquidity on Solana. Um, obviously we're
seeing, you know, the grand poppy, uh, Bitcoin taking a little dip drop, drip drop, um, as
everything else. Right. So, and you know, here's what I'll say. And I I'll get off my high horse
here in a second, but, um, there was a fucking space. I i think it i think it was mass and gaming space
um where you know me and me and mass we kind of did a little tag as hexi would call it a little
tag team against one of the members the guy you know and again we weren't giving financial advice
we were just spitting in how we live it and how we're participating with it and the guy's like
yeah i'm buying ethereum i'm buying and i'm buying, I'm like, bro, like,
are you not seeing this fucking way right now? Like, what are you talking about? Like, what do
you, what do you mean, bro? It's like, oh yeah, I just bought it. I put 60. I'm like, dude, like I,
I had a feeling inside again. Again, I'm not leading anyone. I'm not trying to like help

You do know that the Gway is the all time low on Ethereum, like that we've ever seen. Like, I mean, I was initiating mince a couple days ago.
I think it might even been a weekday, uh, like 0.21, like, and this guy's buying like, come on,
buddy. Like, don't get me wrong. Like, but that's also part of the reason why go in and read the
white paper. This is an asset that's fucking falling like a hot knife.

And I'm, I mean, I'm cool with it.
Like, I don't know about the rest of you motherfuckers, but like, I'm, I'm chilling.
Like, I know how this is distributed.
I know your four is like, okay, then we can actually lock in and start doing some, some
TA or whatever.

But ultimately like it's going to keep inflating,
especially when there's more engagement with the protocol and more contracts initiated. So
do you understand that if you are buying, and I think, I don't know, it was probably,
I had to let it breathe after the last simple Sunday because I don't know, it just seemed like,
uh, everyone just wants to come up in my space and just fucking shit on people. So you guys can

I'm saying that a lot of people that claim their OGs, their data is like all fucked up.
So I'm like, are you like, okay, cool, man. You engage with the protocol. You bought some Zen back
in the day, but have you like actually gone through the process of understanding what's
going on? Like, I'm not saying I fully fundamentally understand what's happening.
I just know this is a science experiment, um, with technology. Right. And you know,
who knows what the, who knows what's going to happen
with it. Right. I mean, I, I know that I know what, what it stands for and why it exists, but
like, man, uh, words, words. So I'm not here to be Debbie Downer by any means, but the token is going to keep going down.
Um, and that's cool. Like if you're cool with that and you're cool with, uh, allocating more
for yourself or whatever, but this whole speculation thing on the X one and Zen, like
who knows? So if you're, if you have a whole bunch of Zen and you're waiting for that price
to go up or
whatever,
like that might never,
that might never happen guys.

maybe in a couple of years,

the way we're currently looking at it,

crowns,

there's more people that are kind of flowing in through that. Um, I spread, I S I've talked to,

uh, I flew out to Utah last week. Um, and it was a full round paid trip and everything like that,
just to speak with some people about Zen, which is kind of crazy. Um, and you know, I'm not going to get
too much detail, but I didn't necessarily sign anything so I can do whatever the fuck I want.
Um, but ultimately, you know, just talking to some trad fi guys or whatever,
and these different systems they have in place, Um, Zen's pretty cool. Zen's
