off the earth i'm laughing my ass off over here. Can't lie. We're all good, folks.
I just took Friday off. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary this weekend, which is May 27th,
but my daughter was out of town, so we had adult time. And so we went up to Bodega Bay. Yeah,
baby. Petaluma Creamery over there at Ford Valley Creamery in Bodega and got some cheese.
Had a little hard cider action there and a little cheese plate between me and the Whiffy. And then
we went over to Bodega Bay area, Fisherman's Cafe, and had a dozen oysters, Tomales Bay.
Cafe and had a dozen of oysters to Mollus Bay had
Let's see a shrimp cocktail which was fucking tasty and
bowl of clam chowder and
had their chowder and
It was fucking amazing and
The oysters were fresh as hell and then I had we brought our own bottle a bit, she got for her 50th,
we had Brut Rose by, um, fuck who is that, make my favorite Blanc de Blanc, oh, Schramsberg,
Brut Rose with the oysters, so we really just did some foodie shit that I like doing,
she likes doing as well.
And just spent the day together and just really detached away.
I mean, I took some pictures posted, but honestly, that didn't happen until later that night.
But it was a good time to reflect of the ones you're with, right?
That was Saturday.
And then Sunday, another day, spent together as a family.
Watched the Pacer game last night.
Celebrated our anniversary on the 27th.
But, yeah, and then took Monday off as well.
I'm a veteran, so I found it just kind of a great day not to have to do a space.
And so I just, you know, declined on that. And so went spaceless since Friday.
What did I miss?
Is the stock market crashing?
Did Bitcoin go to 1 million?
get a new president?
What's going on?
I'm kind of out of touch with everything.
I get cracking. What's going on?
Dial me in.
Yeah, nothing changed.

If y'all would just get the word out, please retweet the space, invite your friends.
This is a snout safe space.
I've posted up above four posts in the Jumbotron.
You'll see that one is a Bo Art, another Wellness Wednesday info dump.
When Bo Art shares his info, he likes to call it an info dump.
It's very character native to somebody on spectrum.
That's what he refers to it as.
So Wednesdays is that information where you can kind of come in and give you some real looks at things.
And I just really want you guys to pay attention.
I mean, our idea at Snout Bears is to be about autism awareness,
but it's also really strategized around that education.
And when we look at this, we educate first
so people can first accept it,
accept that autism, what it is, a neurological disorder.
It's not a disease.
And then they can get educated about it.
So he talks about wellness for autistic individuals, focuses on holistic well-being, embracing physical and emotional and mental health tailored to unique needs.
Here's a comprehensive look at its key aspects and strategies.
Key aspects are wellness, self-care, hygiene, all that good stuff,
developing routines. More key aspects, emotional regulation, mindfulness, coping,
social activities, activities to enhance wellness, physical, walking, swimming, or yoga,
creative art, music, crafting to express emotions, kind of like Caden does with Nico, right?
Wellness strategies, visual aids, helpful for routines and daily tasks, step-by-step instructions,
why it matters, effective wellness practices enhance independence, self-esteem, and social
participation for autistic individuals. Mastering daily tasks can significantly improve quality of life or reduce caregiver burden.
So these are things that are essential for us as a family, as a team, as a unit, as a community.
When Bo Art posts stuff of this nature, I would really like to see it reposted.
Definitely loved, shared, commented, just to get the algorithm going.
I'm hashtagging, try to do it daily. Hashtag, well, not this past week, but normally it's a
daily. You'll see me hashtag autismawareness365. That's the campaign that we're kind of going
forward with right now. It's kind of like Boart, you know, he deals with, he's nonverbal. We have other people on the team on Spectrum. We have other people in the,
in our community as well. So I think it's important that, you know, that education,
that acceptance and that awareness, but by what we're doing, you guys are just knocking it out
of the park. Sorry, round circle there. But yeah, if you could just get on the hashtag Autism Awareness 365, as we talked about with Bo Art, you know, he deals with it 24-7. So
want to just let that be known. We do have a team meeting. I see there's more people coming in.
Martine, shout out sister. Off the Grass just came out. Shout out sister. You guys just in
Solo Breezy in the MF and house. What up, solo?
Welcome, everybody. Shorty talls in the space to be. Let's grow.
You know, as a team, I just want us all to be in focus. So Saturday, nine o'clock,
Western time, 12 o'clock for all you toasters times. If you can't make it, we understand.
If you can just listen in or be there. We We want your input. This is where we normally talk about stuff of the nature of the next mint coming up with Zolo. That's going to be 6-6-25 at 6 p.m. pepe or whatever zolo is calling them i believe frogs uh that he has done uh and we all love zolo
so really want to see this kind of kick off great um but uh yeah that's about what the meeting's
about and what we can do with the goats so we really want to talk about the goats as well uh
their mint lift mint max has been lifted on the goats so if you you didn't know that, it's been in Discord.
It's also been a banner as well.
You guys can check that out.
So that is the Mint Limit has been lifted off of five.
You can down Max Mint away on the goat.
Get some new people in what we're doing over here at the Snout Bears.
I want to say, you know, just really happy.
Would like to be seeing more numbers on that, but I know we haven't promoted it as hard as either because people are taking breaks.
People are getting at school.
Adults are adulting.
People are jiving.
People are getting at school. Adults are adulting. People are driving. People are working.
The Pacers will be playing Oklahoma City in the big dance.
So get yourself ready for that.
I foresee Indiana and great things happening, if you know what I mean.
So, hey, how you doing?
But there's somebody in the room.
Her name is Darcy, and i believe she's an
oklahoma fan and somebody's a pacer fan so hey how you doing uh back to business uh full circle
if you are out and about and you do uh want to get us uh some tags and stuff everybody just hashtag
autism awareness 365 sorry got off track there uh But shout out to the team for showing up Saturday morning, 9 o'clock again.
That meeting, you're all hip to the script.
If you'd like to join us later for cocktails, let me know.
We'll open up the bar.
Snout Bear Holdings, we're down to 1161.
We went and dropped some people, some wallets.
Some people have been exiting I noticed some wallets some of the same wallets
Drop in 20 30 40 at a time
You know I can only say if you're gonna list please list above the floor
Don't go below with the lowest is don't try to be first in line and cute
I do appreciate when I see people listing above
I'm here we want you to sell
rise it up to make more money
but we're not a West West you're breaking up really bad right now, buddy.
I'm going on a rant talking about prices, so good call.
How about now?
Much clearer.
folks you know uh our last contribution that we just made last week two weeks ago was to nb4t
Well, yeah, so anyway, just trying to get everything together, folks. Our last contribution that we just made last week, two weeks ago,
in the amount of 1,969 did you hear that can you hear that get cracking
i can if i can find my mute button yes it's all good good i want to be good that's coming in. Yeah, we did dedicate $1,969 towards NB4T.
That was the money raised by Bo Art and part of the secondary sales of Miss Metal.
She wanted those sales to go to that as well.
So shout out to the community on that.
We're growing, folks.
I can't lie.
It feels good to do good things for others, especially within our community as well.
We've made notice of Connie.
There's a foundation for Connie.
She had a stroke.
She's getting back to life.
They moved from the East Coast all the way back to Michigan.
So if you can help out there, that is deeply appreciated.
We also have somebody that's, you know, basically lost their home, and that is Shorty Tals.
And there's a campaign fund and a
GoFundMe page. And we've also have, we'll repost that this week. We're going to repost that all
through the month of May and then focus on helping her and everybody in that that's affected. So just
so you know, folks, sometimes in our community, we have to reach out to the community that's in
our community. And we appreciate all your help,
all your gifts, all your donations. Things are legit. You know, we're not sitting here
making things up. So I want you to be a part of it. Be a part of what's going on. Snout Bears
are here to help in any way that we can. If it's bringing awareness, if it's helping out just a fellow community member,
we want to make that known. Yeah. What else is up? Got get cracking up here, hot on the keyboard.
I can do it too. I can act like I'm busy. Hold on.
See there, there's a, there's a method to the madness, right? Like you gotta,
you gotta have a mechanical keyboard so that it sounds like you're really busy
when all you're doing is just searching for videos on YouTube.
That's it.
And for those of you that have brain or morning fog,
this song's for you It's going to be a bright, bright, bright sunshine in day.
It's going to be a bright, bright, bright sunshine in day. Jimmy Cliff
tell you every time John Candy
feel the rhythm, feel the rhyme
watch out y'all, it's bobsled time
kiss the egg man
oh my god, what a great flick dude
you're bringing that really is you're bringing a jamaican bobsled team to the new york olympics
winter olympics yep fucking facts folks this is not bullshit they literally were one of the fastest
track runners at the time and they
were kicking ass and the guy who came up with the idea to run them as bobsledders is genius because
their start time was enhanced by seconds and that just gives you a crush in competition especially
on four-man bobsled and they fucking killed it it was it was awesome it's a great story it just
it's funny to watch It's an old school movie.
Yeah, I have not seen that in years, but I've thought about it a lot for some reason. I don't
know why. That movie has stuck out to me for sure. So as the team of the bobsledders are fighting
maidens, he goes, you guys got to come up with something to get your shit in line, how to launch. He goes, it's three, two, one. And one of them is,
are we going on three? Are we going on two? No, are we going on one? Okay, after one or on one?
You know, and that whole thing came up and they go, listen, just come up with something. So it
was feel the rhythm, back and forth, feel the rhyme. Come on, y'all, it's bobsled time. And
then once he said that, they all jumped in and it was fucking insane dude i loved it yeah great great movie though one of his best
um if you haven't seen it go see it updates on snout bears floor is looking at 20 point something
pull let's get that up any sweep incentives let me know if you've swept uh five to ten
i'll hook you up with something nice from our community vault.
Let's focus again up top.
I'll just take us over real quick.
Anybody in the room that does not have an ox heady bear, let me know.
You're being gifted today.
Everybody in the room, I'm gifting ten of these away.
Just send your personal wallet, Polygon, to me in DMs.
That is the gifting 10 of those away in space.
Just want to do this guy's doing things.
Two-pole, nothing really crazy.
He's trying to give back to his community.
It's Finster and other people.
So just, yeah, on that, go support those to support us.
They're bears. You know, they're support those and support us. They're bears.
You know, they're cute.
They're two pole.
Nobody's getting hurt over here.
And again, not financial advice.
There's no fucking white paper with it.
He was going to work on bodies that were going to come with it.
Some other things of that nature.
But, you know, yeah, other than that, you know, it's kind of like, it is what it is.
It's art, right?
So what do you say about that?
You just fucking let it grow, you know, support it or not.
It's up to you.
That's all I'm saying.
I don't want anybody here to go, you told us to go fucking mint a ton of these.
Now, fuck yourself.
No, don't, you know, support what you know.
Do your own research.
If you vibe, you vibe. If you don't vibe, you don't vibe. Get off the gravy train't you know support what you know do you do your own research if you vibe you vibe if you don't vibe you don't vibe get off the gravy train you know not not not giving you financial
advice or what to buy at whatever we're making these disclosures at every thing we fucking talk
about you know even even snout bears not financial advice folks you know we're here selling cute
little fucking teddy bears you know we're trying to make a difference in autism awareness, one bear and one penguin and
one zoo animal at a time. That's just what we're doing. But yeah, I'd be remiss if I didn't say,
you know, it's not financial advice. These are cute little JPEGs and one day we'll blossom them
into something else. We at the Snout Bears have found out our due diligence by research in the NFT space.
And we're utilizing these NFTs as banners for autism awareness.
That is our sole mission.
Nothing else.
Not to get you rich.
Nothing of that nature.
The sales perpetuate into residuals that go into autism awareness.
Our core three foundations that we align with,
that is Caden and Nico. So again, then bring your eye up to the Jumbotron and you'll see how tall
Caden is getting. He's up to dad's shoulders. That is Nico on the right. That is Caden on the left,
both from South Africa. And Nico is the one that takes care of Caden, and Caden is 10 years old this year. That's another
core of our three, Nico and Caden. And then we have ARI, Autism Research Institute.org.
And then we have NB4T, which Boart found. And that was for adults. It's a habitat community
where they rehabilitate, or how do you say that? It's not rehabilitate.
It's sorry for that language.
It's basically bring them, streamline them into a job market and getting adults with autism that are on spectrum.
The idea of working, sustaining on themselves, it's for adults.
So, you know, that gauges are 18 and above.
Come to find out, you know, that facility is growing.
So that's who we donated that large amount to.
And thanks to Art's Mint Out and, again, Miss Metal's help with that as well.
So all honesty, folks, things are going great for Snout Bears.
We're looking at, you know, manifesting, getting that puzzle ready by October, November.
Start kind of getting the idea from that.
Because right around November timeframe, we'll have December's art.
And December's art, we'll be able to start putting the calendar together.
So that's our next.
Anybody wanting to be on the calendar task force, let me know.
I was going to run it, let Bo Art run that division.
And if he didn't want to, he could comprise himself because I want, I want our
art in his vision, in our vision to stay congruent all the way through. I hope that makes sense.
So keeping it initially with Boart, that and him structuring the way he would like to see things
is the way I would like things perceived. So we will work on that. We'll get his thumbs up or his direction. I'll be emailing and
talking with him about that. So calendar, look at that aspect of really getting dialed in right
around the October, November timeframe, probably mid-October dialed in, done probably by November
1st, November 15th. It would probably take two weeks for a calendar place to redistribute and send out,
probably even a week. We're going to do 111 calendars, put them on Amazon. What doesn't sell
just goes on the amazon.com that people don't claim. There's only 111 available because there's
only 111 gorillas. That's the key. So if you don't have a gorilla, you need to get one. You need
to trade for one. You need to buy one. You need to get on secondary. And then you need to hold
a original snout bear, penguin, and all the zoo animals for this year, for those that don't know.
So on the very end of this year, December, we will have a finished 2026, but it'll be all of
2025's characters, probably one one per page and then a mix
up and a you know a nice little whatever you know for stay seasonal with it but it'll be a snout
bear calendar and then we'll list it on amazon and those proceeds will go directly towards our
core three and now we'll utilize those funds to do that but everything will be taken care of so
other things we've talked about is the puzzle
as well. We've talked about individual puzzles. We're talking, GitKraken had a good idea if we're
going to do a puzzle on individual IPF rights, IPS rights, we would have to basically, IP rights,
we would have to basically kind of lock it up in a staking mechanism, your PFP. So we're looking
at talking about that as a team on Saturday as well.
I think that's a great idea to bring some IP rights to your snout bear, your penguin, your zoo animal that you can do anything with.
And we're going to give you some examples.
The calendar is one idea that you could do merch items with, you know, and then the puzzles are a secondary.
Puzzles go side by side with autism awareness.
And I think that's a good thing to kind of play upon and be part of and marketing ourselves
And imagine that if you have your PFP locked up and you get one of these 3D versions that
Shorty Tals has been kicking out.
You know, you go into our place, you get the 3D version.
This is the kind of stuff we talked about using your IP rights.
And you can do the clean version or you can do the cartoon version.
You know, it is what it is.
I think that's important to know, too.
What can you do with it, right?
So we need to have those kind of things talked about, set up, so we can start initiating some of this.
It's nice to offer the community things that it takes that where you can capitalize on making some money, too.
I mean, we are all about autism awareness.
95 to 100% of our mints and sales go directly towards that.
So we'll just say our core standard is 95% and above.
We set the standard.
That 5% is guaranteed towards whoever the artist is in their community or however they see fit to distribute said funds, like we've seen
with the goats. You know, the first thing that we did there is I am immortal said I want to dedicate
my 5% back to the community. We're like, what the fuck? And we're like, yeah, sure, we can do that.
So the first 25 mentors got 17.2 pulled back. Well, only 14 cashed in on it. And then after that,
he said, I want to dedicate the rest of my 5%
towards shorty talls. So every time you mint a goat, 5% is going towards somebody who lost their
home and 95% is going back to our core three. I want that to be very clear. So that is no bullshit.
So 5% of that is going towards shorty talls. Once we get the mint numbers, we will send some more.
We've already sent her, I believe, 340 total, 100 out of the
wallet one day, and then 240. That's all been notated in Discord. That's all been notated in
X. So everything we do, transparency for everybody in here, just to know any time that we move funds
to somebody or an organization, we notate that on X. We notate that on Discord. So if there's any haters, any
closet haters or whoever's out there looking, they can look, see all they want because we have
nothing to hide. By being transparent, we're developing that trustworthiness within our
organization. We're also showcasing why we are who we are. Everybody on our team works voluntarily.
And when I mean works, they put in the work.
I can tell you straight up, work is being done right now on Snout Bears.
And you have no idea about it.
But you do because we keep you up to date about it.
We're not here trying to shill a project saying, here's what we're going to do next.
We're going to the metaverse.
We don't know.
But wouldn't it be cool?
Because if you remember the conversation last week that we had with ODP, and it was basically getting into the metaverse, we're already on a bag of coffee. We're going to talk about that on Saturday's meeting as well and clarify that for everybody.
we've done, it's been a very positive effect. I mean, we've had a buzz about us and it's only
because of our community and our outlying community and our associates with co-labs.
I mean, honestly, the only reason why we went from 10 pole to 30 pole, because well,
seven pole to 30 pole, Darcy swept us up to 10 pole. I remember the week. And then after that,
we got up to 10 pole and Darcy's from BTFD. She's also on the team as an advocate and an adversary.
And so these are things that we're talking about.
And Ambassador, the AAA, if you say.
And then we had Mick 2212 basically fucking sweep the floor up to 30.
And I'm just like, I was so blown away.
And so was fucking, you know,
Boart and I in the back are high fiving each other and shit. And DM's going, dude,
are you witnessing this shit? And I was like, yeah. And we went up to 30 pole floor. We were ecstatic. I swept it up to 35 because there was only four left to go to 35 pole. And I was like,
fuck that. I'll take one on the chin. I mean, pole was like 20 fucking pole was, was like 20 cents, 19 cents. So it's a no brainer folks. This is, that's why it's the
community. So look at where we've been, look at where we're growing as a free mint. Our ideology
is to make autism awareness, acceptable, promotable ideology is to bring money back to our core three. And that is
it. And if we can develop within our own community and give back a little to other people that need
money in certain situations, so be it. But right now our focus is those core three. And I just want
to thank our community, our team, and everybody that's a part of what we're doing because it's
huge. I also posted up there, BoArts, if you would like and retweet.
I am going to be picking winners for more than just NFTs.
I mean, NFTs throughout.
So if you go up, like, and retweet, that's where I'm posting the winners from.
But everybody that's in a space today, just DM me.
You get a free, as we post it up there, OxHeadyBear Bear head, and it goes to you. I got 10 of them
to give away. I really want to reach out, stop talking so much, and reach out to Solo Breezy,
but folks, I can't have Solo Breezy up here talking mad shit, being all crazy without an intro song.
So all the way, from listener to speaker.
It's motherfucking Macho Mouth.
Just talking about Solo Breezy.

I am a bad motherfucker. Oh, shut your mouth.
No, Solo. You would say solo.
Man, you know me.
I can't ever talk about myself in the third person.
That's too arrogant in third voice. I love it.
I love it.

Who is the dude that used to do that?
Oh, Malone.
Karl Malone.
Well, Karl Malone said, when I get the ball, I just put it in a hoop.
Karl Malone was the worst third person the ball, I just put it in a hoop. Karl Malone was the worst third-person talker, man.
I hate that.
Now, if I said that in Web 3, guys, you guys would think that'd be arrogant, cocky.
Oh, my God, I'm describing my Sagittarius self.
Oh, you know what?
I like it.
Let's keep hyping myself up.
I hate it when West Coast just keeps talking about himself. Oh, snap.
That's not a great thing.
I mean, you are, you know, you are one cool one uncle, you know? You are one cool white uncle. I love you.
You know, it is what it is, you know? They want that white chocolate out here.

having oysters and drinking bubbles, man.
Oh my god. This is amazing.
Now I want to meet your wife.
She's cool. My wife's cool as fuck, dude.
My wife's an educator. She's a principal
of a school, over 500
kids in middle school, and she's
an awesome lady. A mother of
four, one birthed,
but she's very
Amazing. Can we smoke weed
with your life? She don't smoke,
but she does
designate drive, which makes it
Oh, nice. I designate drive, too,
because I don't know how to drive, but I don't drink either.
You'll have to be pulled over and sit by Oceanside or sit by up in the mountains and just smoke weed out there.
All right. But your wife's coming. We are totally in.
And make sure you bring Dilly. Make sure you bring Shana.
Yeah, Dilly's doing with family right now, Solo. So her dad's not doing too hot, just FYI.
She let everybody know that last week.
So she's just concerned about him.
He had surgery on Friday.
So she's just really been kind of by his bedside and making sure he's okay.
And even she's still dealing with her fucked up back.
I did see her do a video on Instagram.
She had a little bit of movement on her body, upper body. She was going back and forth a little bit to a music. I don't know if
that means good or bad, but I know she's got that her lower L1 is broke, but she's got that full
cast on, body cast on the outside. So she's been dealing with that. And then this stuff going on with her
dad, I think it's just got her stressed out. And again, I think this is why it's important.
We say in spaces, you never know what somebody is going through. Always treat them with kindness
and respect. You know, that's the least you owe another person in this space or a voice
behind these PFPs or whatever their made out, made up nostalgia is. And I think for a reason,
we have a good core group of people like yourself, like Mrs. Metal, like Goof, like Get Crackin',
Bo Art, Darcy. I can go through this room. Astro, Martine, Charles, Executive Dad, Inky Token,
and Pixel. All good people. Honestly, I've known most of you for a long, long time. I think Pixel
is the only one I really don't know. And now he's following me. So I'll follow you back, Pixel. But honestly, the people in this room to me are
golden, right? The people in this room have proven it to me and Shauna that, you know,
it's not, you know, our ideology of being respectful is appreciated in this space.
And I mean, yeah, we like to cut loose and have a good time. We're a little bit older heads, but at the same token, we're real people just like you. And I think that's what
makes it important is that we accept all, love all, and appreciate all and give everybody that
form and sense of identity of respect, no matter what they are. He, she, it, them, fucking, I don't
really give a fuck what color you are. You could be pink, purple.
The only difference between that is grip. Thank you for those that get that. Thank you for those
that don't. Comedy's free. Tip your bartender, your waiter. I love everybody the same. I think
that's what's important. Until you're rude or you just come in here trolling and just trying to
start controversy. You know, we've had some good trolls, you know, in here trolling and just trying to start controversy you know we've had some good trolls you know in here we've had some bad trolls uh some folks left an impression
some folks left an odor you know there's a big difference you know so you you gotta be cautious
of what you let in the door it's just like if you know, your Uncle Steve is taking a deucer on Thanksgiving attached
to the fucking, you know, the dining hall there, the old family room.
You don't let him fucking drop trowel there.
He's like, no, go downstairs or go upstairs.
We don't need this next to Thanksgiving dinner because last time you took a shit next to
the, yeah, it just, no, thank you.
And then, you know, we've had trolls come in here, pitch us fucking fucking one night hitters shauna hates this song and said she's not here today
take pictures of my feet
so the story goes this uh aussie or brit guy came into the space, Get Crackin' was there. It was funny.
I think they were trolling Get Crackin', not myself, personally.
But they came in hot, playing the Dink Doink song, and then gave us the rendition of Y.
So that was Jake Paul's shitcoin called Dink Doink.
And that literally was a coin back in 2021, folks.
So here we are four years later, and this shit still applies today. People are trying to pass this stuff off as oh you need to go into dink doink no i don't know if that's
the coin all shit coins to me are dink doink uh so that just goes without saying uh enter at your
own risk but yeah so that's where that's a clear warning for everybody in the space be weary of
shit coining no more meme coins that's my only advice uh i'm going back in the in the uh bear's den and hanging out and uh what are you doing
solo what what are you doing on this glorious wednesday happy fucking hump day what are you
doing well before i continue uh i just want to say grand rising to the entire room and peace and blessings to my family in here.
Of course, you, Uncle Wes, Martine, Darcy, Astro, Charles Darnay, Executive.
Just shout out to everybody in the room, by the way.
Can't be rude to everybody.
You know, love is love, you know.
But besides that, man, I'm at home.
I have the day off from work, so I'm just chilling.
I'm actually about to play some NBA 2K12 on my Xbox 360.
Nostalgia all day.
All right.
You, a gamer, what's the last six games?
Pacers and Knicks.
Well, I'm just going to say this. The the Knicks they're cooked but better like next year you know I'm
from Pennsylvania you know I represent you know I'm Hallie what? Hallie who man?
32 points 15 rebounds 12 assists so outside of his 32 points, he helped get another 24
by him hooking up the person shooting the ball or dunking it or alley-ooping it.
So here's a guy responsible for at least 46 points and then no turnovers.
He's a superstar now.
Triple-ed.
He was yesterday.
He had that conversation on today today and the motherfuckers
are denied especially steven a now the brother that had his backing goes what's your definition
of superstar and steven a gave it to him and then he repeated everything that steven a said
of his definition and steven a wasn't it and he's like dude this is what you just said is criteria
he's met these he was just like like, I was like, damn.
And then you had fucking McAfee talking about it.
I was like, bro, I'm an Indian.
I say, folks, if you're from Indiana,
my trilogy came true this past weekend.
In Indiana, the month of May is for racing
and Indiana Pacer basketball.
And hopefully that means that they're still
in the playoffs going to finals.
Last time that happened was around the 1994, late 1990s.
They played Lakers in the finals.
Lakers and got the ass smoked.
But that was the year that fucking Reggie went for three and smoked Jordan right in front of Jordan.
And people forget about this shit.
Reggie Miller was a fucking beast.
Ray Allen surpassed him.
And then I think Steph Curry surpassed Ray Allen
for number one three-point shooter. But Reggie, Ray, and Steph, those are your number one, two,
and three three-point shooters in the league. And soon, fucking Brunson, the way he's clocking,
and all these other motherfuckers that are shooting trays. But yeah, straight up, Indiana Pacers,
fuck your Knicks, folks. So it was kissing bricks and fucking going for the hicks.
The hicks are the hickory wood on Indiana.
You ever seen the movie?
What was it?
What was the basketball movie featured in Indiana, dude?
The movie Hoosiers.
That's literally Indiana basketball.
Indiana basketball of the top 15 gymnasiums back in, what, 2010, 11, when I did a story on it.
Indiana holds 14 of the 15 top high school gymnasiums capacities.
The number one school is Muncie.
Or, no, sorry.
It's in, fuck, where we did the show from.
It's the Indiana Museum High School Basketball.
They have a statue, a 3D rendering of a coach that taught, what was his name?
Celtics, and then he also was at UCLA.
John Wooden.
The Wooden, he was from Martinsville, Indiana, but he's part of Indiana basketball
history. Larry Bird, Quinn Buckner, you start going down the list. I mean, fuck, dude, the
history of basketball in Indiana. So for basketball, like for me, racing, all that shit, corn, I mean,
that's all Indiana. That's Midwest shit, man. And now being out in California, it's all grapes and fucking absolute martinis and tits jobs and plastic boobs and nose jobs.
So, yeah, let's go.
So are you telling me to move from Pennsylvania to Indiana with you?
Is that what you're telling me?
I'm sounding kind of convinced.
I don't know.
It sounds good.
Cali's cool, dude.
I love it.
But I'll tell you what, Indiana is too fucking humid in the summer.
Like July, August, September.
Fuck that place.
It's swamp ass.
It's like living in Houston or Louisiana when it's humid.
Fuck that.
And Florida.
I can't handle the humidity.
I'm a dry heat kind of guy.
Fucking get cracking is a motherfucking Eskimo.
He lives in San Francisco during the summer.
You know how cold it gets in San Francisco
in the summer? It's ridiculous.
San Fran don't get warmer
in the summer. It gets cooler.
And it gets warmer at night, which is also weird.
Great if you're a public nudist.
You just go out at night.
Nobody can see your naked ass.
Not like it matters, but you know.
What are you doing out here in the parks or in Golden Gate Park?
Nude sunbathing?
No, moonbathing.
We used to call them streakers back in the day.
So, Solo, you're not streaking not doing anything interesting just sitting at home chilling
going to the next shorty tall space uh absolutely i support my president you know that's my day one
over there i love her so much her and fab quilp are just really good people man and that whole
crew uh there's a couple people i could do without, but, you know, I'm not mentioning any
names, but usually I
bounce or leave when that
shit comes in the room, so it's all
Hey, we just
try to keep the party alive. We're just
chill-storers, you know? We don't be doing
nothing. We be over there minding our own business,
you know, over there.
You know what I mean, bro?
You know what I mean?
I know what you mean.
I know what you mean.
Oh, what was I going to tell you?
I wanted to ask you, what, so doing this project, what have you taken learning more about autism awareness?
And when you talk to different people who might have certain autism and everything, how do you take this from learning about this experience leading the project in real life?
How are you going to put this into meeting other people, children or adults who have autism?
How does this help you throughout the day, Uncle West?
Yeah, great question.
So when this first started, Snot Bears, I just was really drawn to the art, right?
And then when I started minting and I started turning people onto the art, I become part
part of the team because I kind of wailed in. It was a free mint, dude. So everybody was max
of the team because I kind of wailed in.
It was a free mint, dude.
So everybody was max minting, right?
minting, right? I mean, literally an 8K collection that fucking 200 and something like 20 some odd
dudes, chicks, people that are fucking whales just were like, oh my God, 50 per wallet,
100 per wallet. I don't know. I still got 630 of them. I haven't really, and I've given over 300
away. But when I was on the team, I liked the art first off.
And then I liked the autism awareness ideology. The young man that owned it was named Daniel.
He had a two-year-old son, so he claimed. He was from Brazil, he said. We had him in a space like
a couple times, but he could only speak Portuguese. So we had an interpreter that could speak Latin,
not Portuguese. There's a little different in dialect. So we tried our best to communicate effectively within a space. So that was April. And so our
mission is when I said, okay, he goes, can you come on the team as an advisor? I'm like, yeah,
this is as long as we're going to be dedicating these funds towards, you know, autism, like it
says, autism awareness. So what are our contributing factors? Who are we going to donate to? And so this time frame, I'm in the background as a team advisor looking at like ARI was one of the first ones that I looked up. I mean, not out of a group of 12, ARI is what really hit the bill because they were 80% of each dollar you donate goes towards their organization.
of each dollar you donate goes towards their organization. The first one though, to be honest
with you, was Caden and Nico and that was done by BJ. And that's when we took over the contract,
but go back farther. When the old owner took the funds out and cashed out on himself,
we're like WTF. Why would you do that? Right. And because you're a rug and it's a free mint.
So why do that? So our mission, and then the reason why I tell this story, because you're a rug and it's a free mint. So why do that? So our mission, and the reason why I tell this story,
because you have to understand the mission and the mindset behind the people around it.
And myself included.
So when we did this, the people that were minting were friends of mine, right?
People within the community.
Executive ape.
His son is diagnosed.
His two-year-old, three-year-old son is diagnosed on spectrum.
He takes him for therapy and he's
very outspoken about it. He's talked about to the community. He's let people know. Zolo,
who's on our team, he is on Spectrum. His children are on Spectrum. He's from overseas.
At the time, Zendoodle, his children on Spectrum as well. He has a son.
Me, I have a nephew, 25, high functioning. So,
but not in my family personally, or nor am I. But these, you know, Boart, 23 nonverbal
autistic young man from Florida on the team now. So when we started looking at this,
my whole thing was how do we shift our focus to designating money towards autism awareness?
And what does autism awareness mean? So for me, autism awareness meant that we would wear these
as banners, pridefully show people that, hey, we're in support of autism awareness, meaning what is
autism? It's a neurological disorder. So at these times you start doing your DYOR because being the
mouth or the voice, I had to really
check in with Boart.
That was my main goal.
I was like, hey, before we go any further, I really want to design this around you.
I said, you're nonverbal.
You're 23 years old.
You're young.
I said, I want to see this go for the future, not just a year in Web3.
I said, I want to build something that's going to last, something that future
generations could look forward to. And maybe if we set the example of being a foundation that was,
you know, like almost ran itself as a 501c3, a non-for-profit organization,
that we could basically do this 100% voluntarily, which we have,
basically do this 100% voluntarily, which we have, but also maintain and then look at the future of
how we could get people paid for like what they've done. Like just, I'm going to be fully transparent,
you know, get cracking, paid for the website. I would like to take a mint fund someday and be like,
here you go. Thank you for the website. Because he took it out of his own pocket. That kind of stuff with us and our team is transparent. That's what we talk about. We make
that decision as a team down the road after year one. We're like, hell yeah, he deserves to get
paid. The whole team votes unanimous or over 50%, he gets paid. But our core three was the first foundation-driven ideology, and that is Caden and Nico, ARI, and MB4T.
So if you look at how we've grown this community organically, it's literally happened organically, every decision we've made.
So Caden and Nico was BJ's idea, and we all knew Caden and Nico.
We knew Caden was doing shit three years ago because his dad,
Nico, is the caretaker or overseer, his guardian of that account and posted up above. So, and I
DM'd, you know, Nico, we've been in spaces together. He knows goof. He knows everybody in this fucking
room and he has very multi-chain capability. And when I texted him, you know, DM'd him, I was like,
so what are you going to use the funds for if we donate and he's like for caden's art supplies and his education and i said
can you put an ice cream cone in there for him you know that was kind of like no brain no bullshit
you know it was like you know just send him a treat dude what he's doing and just seeing him
grow you know over the last basically this july will be a year so we've been in, you know, over the last, basically this July will be a year. So we've been in since,
you know, he's been nine, but known in the kids since he's been seven. So, um, that kind of stuff
had value. And then that came organically. That was BJ. Like I said, suggesting that idea.
Brilliant. The next was ARI. That was my suggestion because I did research on it. I did this thing
called DYOR and I found out that they accept crypto. And this was
back when I was on the team member for the old, you know, before the old owner had it, Daniel.
And I did that research and I found out that 80% would go towards every, every dollar would go
towards research. And I was like, I'm in. And then they accepted crypto. I'm like, double win.
Fucking let's grow. Now we can fucking transmit this shit fucking freely and flawlessly.
grow. Now we can fucking transmit this shit fucking freely and flawlessly. And so that's
where we're at. And then NB4T came by, you know, Boart. He did his research. He found a
organization. He's in Florida, but he found out this organization in New Jersey was doing stuff
for adults. And his research meeting wise was, you know, most research stops for adults after
the age of 18. Most of it's garnished and headed towards children.
And they really don't follow up on the adult aspect,
you know, the after part of it, you know,
day-to-day work, you know, how you fit in in society.
How can we make it more normal for you
rather than outcasting, right?
So that's mb4t.org, teaching adults how to do job placement,
but also further their careers and further their lives in a healthy manner.
So that's something that we can get behind.
And if you look at it, what we've grown organically, right?
We're dealing with a 10-year-old young man from South Africa.
We're overseas.
We're in a Web3 designated, basically, venue to give and donate using Web3 funds which is payroll folks web3 is nothing but
fancier social media web2 coming into web3 by using a digital payment rail crypto henceforth
which we're doing accepting polygon donating in polygon sometimes having to transfer over to fees
to get credit cards and shit but other than that aspect we would like to see it all in Web3. So we have a 10-year-old out of South Africa that does art that's homegrown, natural, organically
grown. We've got ARI, which was done by research. So we D-Y-O'd our ass off. And we looked at that.
It was just my idea. But after I found it, I said, everybody check these guys out. Let me know what
you think. And at the time, the team was five. The team has since grown. You know, I am immortal myself and peanut and
discord are of the three original found of founders on, I don't say founders, but yes,
we are co-founders of snout bears because it was all three of us really that are on the team today.
Peanut came back on afterwards. He found out we were still kicking ass and he saw what we were
doing and he was glad to hear. But, and I am immortal in myself. I've been here since day one.
So now you've heard it firsthand about autism. And I hope I've touched on all those, but our
primary mission has been donating funds to autism awareness and education and acceptance, but by
doing it in a fashion that we are transparent
and trustworthy. And that is our key mission in this space, autism awareness, nothing else.
We're not promising financial fucking freedom. We're not, we're not promising anything else.
We want to give you guys a calendar at the end of year one. If you hold each of the animals
of the zoo as a gift, we want to do a puzzle at the end of five years of a snout zoo
and a major puzzle with 60 animals on it as a gift to those who held all five years. We have a five
year plan. And after that, it's up to Boart where it goes. Honestly, I'm the caretaker until Boart
takes it over. This is designed around him. And what I meant by that is that he's 23, nonverbal,
and I want somebody who is autistic to showcase that they are capable.
We're only caretakers of this contract.
Boart, this belongs to him and people in what I feel in autism spectrum.
So for me, I'm just a voice and a caretaker right now,
but I will always be a voice for autism awareness and snout bears.
It's the only NFT project I truly believe in because we own the contract and we know where the funds are going. And when we showcase that shit and we post that, we just gave away damn two grand.
Sorry, one thousand nine hundred and sixty nine dollars, motherfucker, to MB4T on a credit card, crypto crypto.com and showed the fucking transfer all the way
through the process and so people were aware that's huge to me from going from a free mint
to a 30 pole floor which at this time would be around six bucks a jpeg i think that's huge
accomplishment from seeing the communities and everybody involved flourish and donate and dedicate
and see the true vision of what we're doing.
Priceless.
Like I'm telling you guys, I'm re-energized.
Taking a break from fucking spaces has done me nothing but good shit.
It really cleared my mind and let me focus.
And really what's important in my life.
Is it people in this space? And the answer is yes. I got a lot of good friends's people. I mean, it's, is it people in this
space? And the answer is yes. I got a lot of good friends in here. I got a lot of good friends.
Shauna and I feel blessed, but solo you're, you're just scratching the surface. You know,
people like yourself get cracking Astro juke blocks, Inky token pixel. One day we'll talk,
but you feel me it's, it's, it's getting to meet people like yourself. It's getting to get the word out. And
honestly, I never thought in a million years I'd be doing something like this. But why? Because I
was tired of the rugs. And honestly, after getting rugged so many times, this was my savior. This is
literally when we got the contract in July, this was just like, okay, I'll never mint another
fucking project knowing that I won't get rugged. I'm sure that we won't get rugged with snout bears.
I can 100% guarantee you nobody in this space is running off with funds.
I'm just going to be 100% here in this audience, right?
If people don't know, me personally, I have dyslexia.
So I used to sit in the classroom with, you know,
kids who had autism, ADHD, ADD, so on and so on, right?
And we were all a bunch of castaways
in this special education classroom
from elementary school to middle school to high school.
So like a lot of people like teachers
and the other students who didn't know
that we have special abilities. Just because we may take a lot longer to learn things or do things in life, we're really smart and really gifted.
It's just it takes a lot longer for us to learn things differently.
So I love being part of this project because I see a lot of people who have
autism. A lot of the stuff that I went through is in me and them, you know?
Dude, 100%. And here's the thing. I am not autistic, right? Or on spectrum. Do I have some
capabilities? Yeah, squirrel. You know, ADHD, like you just
said, I think that runs rampant in a lot of people, just the attention deficit disorder
that plagues our fucking nation, you know, and that's no thanks to fucking fast food,
social media, you know, dry. I said this before, anytime in a society where you can drive up,
get your cleaning, get your food, get your banking done all without leaving your car and being mobile in a vehicle with four wheels,
we have an issue. We have a mortality issue. It'll quickly go and depreciate fast. But
yeah, bro. I mean, we are meant for everybody, not just of the autistic, you know, and that's
a thing. We have people that are on our team that aren't autistic, but have somebody in their family.
We have some people that don't have anybody. And then we have, I think, 10 guys, 10 gentlemen,
10 males, six females. We recently brought on four ladies, Shorty Tall is one of them, Darcy,
Mrs. Metal, and Martine. And we blessed, you know, Shauna wanted some ladies on the community as a team, as ambassadors and advocates. And we talked
about it. We're like, hell, we need to diversify our portfolio, which can't just be spread and
thinking that we're going to grow by keeping the same team. But our team, our core team,
still here today, right? The reason why it's happening, you know, Medigang, Boart. Boart's
now taking over what MediGang used
to do. So here's, here's another thing, another ambassador advocate, you know, teaching another
person how to step up. And Boart is honestly, this has been running this project from the
timeframe. Boart, myself and Medi and the other guys and the team members, people in discord,
literally the, I can't say just myself and that it's it's a team you feel
me what i'm saying it's a fucking team dude and now that we're bringing on new team members it's
fucking jazz and and this is what gives me great hope about this space is that we not only can be
advocates for autism awareness we can also be advocates for nfts and how they fit in this place, how they really fit in the puzzle of what
NFTs can be used for, like used for. You just can't have a greedy substructure. Can't. It can't
be what's in it for me. It can't be the with them. You know, what's with them, what's in it for me,
right? WIFM, what's in it for me? That's everybody's mentality. And it's not a
with them mentality. Snoutbearers, it's more of a selfless, right? Not a selfish. We uplift,
we rise up, we do more than most communities and we are small, but we are mighty. And that is what
attracts me about this community. Literally gives me great hope for the future of
Web3. So by you saying that, that you feel welcome into this community, that even going through with
what you went through as a child, now you're an adult, it gives me great pleasure saying
that's what we wanted from day one. We want you to feel accepted. Are we the group of misfit toys in Web3? Fuck. I don't give a
fuck. Are you kidding? I'll hang
out with nerds before I will with
fucking dickheads and
douchebags any day.
You mean you want me to come
to the space and talk about, you know,
the money that I don't have and then
flaunting and talk about Lambos
and talk about going to Dubai and then
I'm sorry, it's just the wrong space
for that because I can keep going.
You took the wrong place.
You feel it, Solo.
You feel it, man. There are certain people in here
that come in and flex and act
all a certain way. Just at the end of the
day, man, not real.
It's not even that, right?
It's not even that, right, Uncle Wes?
It's just from the first day it came into Web3, right? It's not even that, right, Uncle Wes. It's just from the first day
it came into Web3, right? It came on Twitter. And then I'm just like, so you guys sit around
and just talk about money? And then what else do you guys talk about? And the thing is,
I don't come from money, right? I'm going to say, right? I'm just being honest, right? I'm broke
every day. I work every day, right? But it's not that I don't want to make money, but no one's ever taught me in Web3,
like how to make money specifically, right? It's not even making money. It's more about,
does anyone in the Web3 talk about saving money? We talk about spending it, but we talk about
saving it and investing in the better things, you know? I just wanted to know that, but it's
very awkward when you come into Web3 and that's all anyone wants to talk about. I just wanted to know that. But it's very awkward when you come on the Web3
and that's all anyone wants to talk about. I'm over it. There's so many other things to life
than talking about money 24-7 in every single space. That's just me. That's how I feel.
Money is everything, but it's not. Money is utilized correctly. It works for you. When you work for it, you got it twisted.
Rule number one, money works for you. And guess what, folks? If it ain't working for you,
it's not for you. How can you dial that in and adjust it? By learning how to treat it
respectfully, having respect for it, learning finances, learning protocols on ways to save,
ways to invest, ways to protect. You'll hear it, how did you get rich first question they ask people
being one of the most tightest mother cheapest mfers out there with multi-millions
and he became part owner of papa john's but that dude is so diverse from old people shit fucking
icy hot on his bad back because he's seven four on a fucking frame of 300 and some odd pounds. That dude's huge,
right? And then you look at the money that he's created in financial wealth. Let's grow. Let's
utilize some of this for our own. I don't know what I'm going with that, but damn it, Shaq.
Got more money you know what to do with. But he learned about it. And the thing that, yeah,
back to Shaq, the thing that he talked about is he took a dollar and he folded it in half and then he folded it in
half and then he folded it in half and he goes that's how much you should spend out of this
dollar so basically talking about 10 the rest should go into savings and your livelihood
and so that's how he looked at savings what You're right, we don't teach that in this space.
I literally have an NFT project on Ethereum that I am not releasing yet because it's not ready.
It's not ready. There's a mindset, but it all revolves around saving money, and it's Web3,
it's precious metals, and it's some stocks. And when I mean stocks, it's the metals and it's some stocks and what i mean stocks it's the core five from warren
buffett and maybe a little bit of bond area you do a little mutual fund where you throw in coca
cola mcdonald's what's his other one ibm or something from you know some tech uh probably
right now it's youtube or or yahoo or not not not, not Yahoo, uh, Google, uh, or, you know, fucking Amazon.
You look at something like that. You do a little mutual fund into that. You do something like a
core 15 or 25% into like PAX G, which is a gold rated, uh, crypto. So you have stability. That's
a fucking hedge. You have 25% locked up and, you know, Bitcoin have 25 locked up and you know bitcoin and ethereum
uh you know and then you have 25 locked up in a straight savings account
uh that would be a way for people to save and but nobody's talked about that to deejons and you're
dead on it they all talk about spending money they talk about savings money you're saving money
sorry you know so savings is huge how do you make financial wealth you got to save it can't get you it. They all talk about spending money. They talk about savings money. Saving money. Sorry.
So savings is huge. How do you make financial wealth? You got to save it. You can't spend it all, right? You can't have this. You can. But what do you hear more than anything when people get
money for the first time? Lottery winners or NBA or NFL stars? It goes to their head, right? Success,
money. They start buying shit. They overspend, then they fucking drain.
They get taken advantage of. 90 friends they never knew they
had come out of the woodwork.
All with their hand out.
And then that's the other thing in Web2 read that's not talked about,
I'm just asking general questions, basic stuff.
How do you move Web2 into Web3 if you don't know, if you're new, right?
What is the basics of just starting a general business?
You know, what's an LLC?
What's this?
What's that?
A lot of people don't know that stuff and they're not educated when they step in Web3. I don't know that stuff particularly, but I went to, you know, I went to, you know,
some people don't even know.
I went to school, right?
Real college, right?
Besides me always talking about cannabis college, I went to, you know, community college.
So, like, I know some things because it's important when you go to school, you learn,
you know, how to read and write.
Now, here's the crazy thing, right?
A lot of times when I say and read people's bios here on Twitter, I read them and everyone says they're experts on this, that, and the third.
And then you start talking to them.
They don't know nothing about nothing.
And I'm not saying I don't respect whatever you do at the end of the day.
But some people are really going to be out here back, you know, back checking, making sure you are who you say you are.
You understand what I'm saying?
And I just, it's just interesting.
I understand we're on the internet.
It's weird, right? And then here's
the other thing, right? A lot of people here on
Twitter, they act like Twitter is LinkedIn.
If Twitter was LinkedIn, we'd all
be fired from work.
they're two different things, two totally
different things. I'm just
saying that. Dude, my wife, you didn't do a space
on Friday? I was like, no.
She came home early and she goes,
you're in a space? I was like, no.
I'm listening.
But I didn't host one. And I was like, I'm
getting ready for you. I was getting some dinner
ready that night for her. And I just
decided, you know, fuck it. Take some time off
to spend this weekend.
You talked. Yeah. fuck it, take some time off spend this weekend so I did you talk, yeah dude, it's funny to see
people's nature in this space, what they're
really after, and how they change
the narrative to fit what they're
after, right, and I think that's
what's important is to follow your gut
and your trust
people making money in this space, you just said it.
They came into this space, it's wild, wild west.
So their idea of starting a business is doing an NFT project and fucking draining all the funds and leaving going,
oh, I did a business, I did an NFT project.
Motherfucking the account, you didn't do an NFT project.
Because an NFT project is much more than just a JPEG.
And if you can't understand that,
that's why we're here to facilitate what we're doing. We're showing how you can take a free
mint, turning it into a business, but our business happens to be a foundational driven,
you know, people call it charity. I don't, I'm trying to look at the word. We donating funds
to our foundation. I don't feel like people that are on autism spectrum deserve charity they deserve
research they deserve they deserve answers you know they deserve support not just you know can
we solve can we cure this so it's not a disease it's a neurological disorder it happens what
causes it we don't know yet that's what research is for for. So we have an idea. Scientists do. I'm not an expert on that.
So therefore, guess what? I don't speak on that shit. That's not my cup of tea. That's not my
lane that I stay in. My lane is to make awareness about it, develop a team that can get behind it,
and move this thing in the right direction. And that is an honest way.
move this thing in the right direction. And that is an honest way. The money aspect.
Business. Doing a brand. Building a business. If you start off in any state, it's usually there's
three questions. Are you an LLC? Are you sole proprietorship? It goes sole proprietorship, LLC,
or incorporation. And what kind of incorporation? Subclass C or S.
Within those, there's different tax breaks laws. There's different partnership views.
There's different legal aspects of it. Most people that are going into business with other people
form an LLC. So therefore, everybody's individual properties are not liable. The business is liable. And if the
business goes bankrupt, guess what? You're SOL as a fucking collector on the other side.
Henceforth why a lot of LLCs are started with multiple partners. Corporations,
in corporations, S-Corps, C-Corps. S-Corps allow you to have a board member, a president,
a vice president.
People sit on the board, treasurer, and they tell you you do meetings monthly, quarterly, yearly, annually, whatever.
You notate that.
You have a seal of approval.
You have your business meeting.
You have what you're about, your mission, what your business does.
What you do with it is totally incumbent upon you.
Again, if you were going to go in business like Target, something of that nature, you would be Inc.
You would be totally INC, incorporated S or C because you would fall under the guidelines of tax breaks.
If you're a small mom and pops place, you're either going to LLC it or sole proprietorship.
Sole proprietorship, putting your balls on the line,
everything you own, everything underneath your name,
house, home, utility, all that shit.
Therefore, you now understand from tax breaks, tax ideas, legalities,
that's just a briefing.
briefing. So what I would say to everybody in here that wants to start a business,
So what I would say to everybody in here that wants to start a business,
BYOR, your state, the federal applications of what you're trying to do, and then utilize that.
I have already looked into for snout bearers a 501c3, and there's two packages that we could do
on LegalZoom, but one of them pretty much, it goes from 99, it goes to 189, then 369 or something of 349. And it's
basically a 501c3 with all the background work, your legal document paper. I say we go with the
B structure and we'll be talking about that here in the Saturday's meeting, but it literally is
one of those things to where you got to do your research, right? What does it take to be a 501c3? I mean, snout bears, man,
we bring in probably we're going to bring in 10,000 this year as far as donatable that items
that do for us. Really, it allows us to write that all off. But what if in the case that we did
a write-off on every
NFT you purchased was a tax write-off?
What about those implications?
That's fucking huge. Wouldn't you
mint more? Wouldn't you do more? I think so.
A hundred percent.
Now, people who are listening to
this recording, guys, play back. Look,
Uncle Wes just dropped a whole bunch of knowledge.
Without dropping knowledge, he just gave out some basic stuff.
For those people who don't be reading on Web3 and, you know, reading books,
make sure you go to Barnes & Noble's library to educate yourself, you know?
Well, straight up, let's also look at the business aspect of what people really miss
out on. How to develop a business plan. How to have not just an idea, but a business plan. How
to market that. How to brand that. How to make money out of that idea. That is a big fucking swing of change. You can
have the best idea ever. You may not know how to implement that. And that is the biggest problem
in Web3. You said it yourself. How do we in Web2 get into Web3? Web3 is simply a digital payment rail system developed by crypto and social engineered. So, you know,
like X, like other things, Discord is gravitating that towards the web services, right? And we speak
metaverse. It's really a website, right? Until we get it made into a metaverse. I know that's
more than that. But really, at the end of the day, but Web3 is really just that digital payment rail
into paying for the widgets, the items, the ideologies of Web2, which is everything that
we're doing currently. From tires to wigs to chairs to shoes to fucking bottles of wine to beers.
It's applying that factor of digital payment rail. So if we could, you know, we're
trying to do it with what we're doing in Snout Bears too. If you listen to what I said earlier
and, uh, and not talking to you, but like other people, uh, you know, in the space is just,
it would be great. We are working on bringing nb4t.org, which Boart picked, but getting them on board to accept crypto so we
can avoid about $175 in fees. So when we gifted that 1969, it was originally 22 some odd hundred.
After we transferred it from Polygon to Ethereum, topped off the credit card, about $175 in fees were taken out. To me, that's way too much.
So if we could get them to create a wallet on Coinbase, crypto.com, the two that I trust the
most, and they could make their own research and decisions on it. We've said, could you look at
this as an option is bringing crypto on? And I said, you could accept Bitcoin, Ethereum,
all these Solana. You could accept all these other coins and go directly to your wallet.
You could list your wallet addresses on all these. You could pick a core five. I would pick Bitcoin,
Ethereum. I would pick Solana and I would pick Polygon and some others, you know, just because
what's popular top 10, top 20. And they're like, oh no, we haven't thought of that, but we'll talk to our board. So now next time that, because we just made a $2,000 donation,
that's small and a mountain of a mohill, but it's a beginning, right? All smalls add up to something
big. And they're like, yeah, we'll bring it up next board meeting. So now we're helping a web
two based donation foundation driven 501c3 non-for-profit, New Jersey,
learn about crypto.
So if we can onboard them, imagine that, bro.
Imagine then what we're doing for Web2.
So as you said, bringing Web2 into Web3,
we are doing that.
We are reaching out to Web2.
And I think it has to come, it has to be simpatico.
Web2 has to start looking for us.
And I've said that from day one.
Here we are in year three of NFT Unity talk.
And I said when, you know, when Web2 comes looking to Web3 to advertise, that's when you know we've made it.
We will be reaching out into Web2 until that Web3 looks attractive enough for them to come in and dip their toes in.
So here we are with the 5% of people in crypto, 1% into NFTs.
And of that 1%, we get what we get right here in X when it's talking about NFTs.
The space has shrunk.
The spaces are getting smaller because the people are getting more educated.
Hopefully, right?
They talk about onboarding new people.
That means, folks, you're going to have to fucking invite six or seven Susies and Bobbies into the fucking spaces.
Because they ain't coming like they did in 21-22.
They saw what it.
The mindset of NFTs and shit.
When people grabbed and fucking shit coins.
Was oh funny.
Watch yourself.
It's a scam.
But if you invested into Bitcoin.
Under 10 grand.
You sure are fucking high-fiving yourself right now.
If you got into Ethereum under $100.
You sure are fucking
happy as hell, right? So crypto's not a fucking joke. It's the people that do shit coins and
stupid NFT projects that rug everybody that are a joke. That's the honest truth. And then, so when
we find something like what we're doing that's honest and long as the day is long. And it makes sense.
You start getting some hate.
You start getting some people out there not really grasping it.
Because this is a very, to me, this is a very money-hungry space like you talked about.
It's very who's who and what's what and how much you've invented.
I've been a whale in shit ton of projects
just because I love NFTs and I love giving them away.
But I also like establishing the floor and not seeing it dissipate.
And every project I ever got into has gone to shit,
except for snout bears and a couple others that I'm involved in.
So the people that are here still building, I'm supporting.
And I think that's important as
well. We support those that are building. And I want to see that happen in this space. And
if we're part of that transformation, so be it. Go ahead, bro.
The other thing, what I was taught when I first came into Web3, I don't know if people really do
it, but I do it a lot. I go to a lot of spaces and I sit down
and I listen. I don't go up and talk in every single space that I'm in. It may seem like it,
but I really don't, right? Because I was told my mentor, you sit down and you listen to what's
being taught and then you figure out what's right and what's wrong. But then at the same time, my
mentor told me, be careful who you talk to in the space. Not because of what's going
on in the space. You never know who's sitting behind these PFPs. They might be a million dollars.
They might be a million. They might be a rich person. They might want to invest in you,
or they might have some ideas, and they might pull you to the side. So I'm not saying don't
act out in spaces and don't crash out. And I'm not saying none of the side. So I'm not saying don't act out in spaces and don't crash
out. And I'm not saying none of that, right? I'm not saying that, but just be careful who you talk
to because everybody in here in Web3 is always watching. I know everybody watching my Twitter
page. I don't even know why. That's not important. But I'm just saying, like, it's just, Rick, you
said it's important to be a good person, but it's also important to pay attention to your audience because there are a lot of people who do want to help people, but then it gets crazy.
So you never know what's behind the PFPs and want to invest in you at the end of the day.
Yeah, those are facts.
I know I've had people in the space that I've known personally that are well-to-do and have nothing to worry about. And people don't know who they're
talking to. And it's not about, again, it's not about money for me. It's about who you are as a
person. People with money and respect don't brag about it. All right. People that have money don't
brag about it. They know better because they know they've created a target for themselves.
People that brag about it are new to it. Right. So if you've ever had money, you're going to lose it, or you're
going to spend it, or you're going to save it. You only have three options, right? It's not going,
I mean, and it's not going to grow new money, well, unless you have it in savings and locked
up in CDs and other ways, but yeah, that's what investing is all about, but yeah, no, good, good
to hear. I mean, I mean, and having, okay. So that goes back to what I would
say is having that common core of just respect, right? Respecting others in the space, being
respectful to women, men, and not being a sexist bastard or a bigot or a racist or, you know,
mansplaining to women. Well, this is the way it's going to be lady. You know, I just, man, I just, high school gym locker talk in this space runs rampant.
And there's some serious dildos in this space.
There's some serious Richards.
But there's some serious conniving little twat knockers out there too.
So don't get it mixed up, ladies.
We see you when you're acting all crazy.
You're like, oh, innocent as to be.
And the next pick is a tit pic of your
boobs all up in our face
Chill out with that talk.
Fucking calling motherfuckers out.
Or, you know,
sign into my DMs and be like,
hey, so if you sign
me $5.99 for my only
Yeah, I'm here for the community and the culture. I bet you are.99 for my own fans. Yeah, I'm here
for the community and the culture.
I bet you are. That's my whole
Sean and I talked about it, man. We're going into
year three. Honestly, this July will be year
three for NFT Unity.
We went to fucking Miami,
NFT Miami, right before the crash
of NFTs. It was
2023, April. We came back from nft miami bro and
it's like nfts took a shit ethereum's gas prices started going through the ass you know solana was
going through its issues recovering um fucking polygon was just going through some rebranding, maybe. Yeah, switching to pull. Big from Matic
to pull. Pepe came out. Jesus came out. All these shit tokens came out. Everybody's investing in
shit coins. And believe it or not, Pepe folks came out two years ago this past April. Two years ago, past April, Pepe. I made a good amount of money on Pepe.
$250 investment, lending me about to $25K.
That's, I can understand why all those crackheads hang out and go,
Oh, it's an XCA.
But after you, what's the dicker?
After you hear that shit fucking 50 million times after pepe
guess how many of them actually made it through maybe one maybe two bonk whiff so whatever else
but it's like throwing poop on the wall whatever sticks right it's not investing into bitcoin
ethereum cardado polkadot polygon solana it's not the same those are proven ecosystems and networks
so one of them is the king
that's Bitcoin
some people are talking, fudding it
and saying it's not going to be worth anything in 20 years
I'm like, bullshit
it is what it is
again, DYOR folks
do your own research.
NFA, not financial advice.
If you're into crypto, that's great.
Just realize it is a digital payment rail to introduce into Web 2 to bring people into Web 3.
And then from there, that substructure will then go in from digital finance once it's a digital world.
And then you'll start seeing the enhancement of the digital world into Web 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, wherever it takes you, whatever they're saying.
When will the next Web 4 be? Who knows how long it takes them to develop Web 3?
And I think that's what we're guinea pigs on. We are in that transformation process ever since 2021.
NFTs, coins, stuff of that nature.
It used to be ICOs.
And then, you know, you start looking at other things.
How do these businesses, projects, or whatever they're calling themselves grow?
If you don't know about crypto and you say you're into NFTs, you're fooling yourself.
It is the fuel to the fossil.
Right? So get educated. I love the fuel to the fossil, right?
So get educated.
I love the fact you said you had a mentor coming into these spaces.
I think it's important that you have a family
that you jive with and vibe with.
I mean, because in it,
I think it's okay to be a social butterfly.
That's what X is for.
It's finding your community and getting in.
And I've said it with our community.
I vibe with Shorty.
I vibe with BTFD.
I vibe with Neglected Labs. I vibe with Miss Metal. I vibe with Jukeblocks. I vibe with
Boart. I vibe with our family. Boart and I are very similar. He's just way heavy into it. I mean,
he is seriously, he supports so many communities by all his visual arts and his videos and his
edits and stuff. I just think that's nuts, but it's fucking cool.
I wish I could do shit like that. And I probably could if I had the right tools and the right
mindset. But what he does for other people, to me, is just very well respected. And again,
I go back to say, know your strengths, know your place, know where, get in where you fit in. I say
shit like that for a reason. I mean that. I want people to find their fucking home away from home. I want
people to find a community they can trust. I want people to understand this space better than just
some fucking mint my shit mentality. And I think we've seen it. Honestly, guys, I mean, there's
a new NFT project on Solana. There's another one on Polygon. There's another one on ETH. Guess what?
They're all having issues of minting out. Why? Everybody's been there and done
that. And when you're the last guy at an orgy or at a gangbang and you're not wearing a condom,
you basically fucked yourself. Sorry. Just saying. It's fucking, you know, get real. It's time that
we, you know, honestly just get real with one another.
And I've been preaching that for the last couple of weeks.
I don't know if that's why spaces are down, but I'm just, I'm being honest with it, man.
And, um, you know, summertime people are going to gravitate towards their family and vacations
and that's what should happen.
So don't be surprised when you see spaces getting smaller this summer, you know, starting
from now Memorial day weekend, last weekend up until fucking Labor Day. Spaces
get a little shallow, a little crickety, folks. They start sounding like this.
I mean, it's a fucking clusterfuck. It's a zoo out here, folks. I mean, get to know who you're
with. Spend some quality time with your family this summer. Don't worry. Web3 ain't going nowhere.
It hasn't been going anywhere for three fucking years. It's been being built. Some of you in here
have been building. Some of you in here, honestly, like Juke Blocks, Miss Metal, Astro, Darcy, Boart, myself, you, Solo, you're finding out for your damn self where you fit in,
right? Is it, you know, honestly, are we trying to be an influencer on smoking weed and looking
cool and sexy as fuck? Fucking tune in with Solo Breezy, ladies and gentlemen. News at five.
Fucking Solo Breezy's cashing in looking how to make money
in this bitch i saw that too he's like you're in this space why ain't you making money i love that
so don't think i don't pay attention i see you yeah for real for real like no like i'd like i
said it's it's an interesting i'm not even gonna tell people right when you come to web 3 it's just
i'll put it to you like this right right? I'll just put it simply. Coming to Twitter is like in an advanced class of you going to college.
It's sometimes you go to college and you want to show up and the professor teaches you. Sometimes
you skip college and you end up doing a lot of activities outside, a lot of side missions.
You'll find your purpose, whether it's good or not.
And sometimes you hit your head enough and be like, hey, I got to get over here with the right people, you know, at the end of the day. And for all we know, right, the way Elon Musk is running
Twitter, we might start getting paid off for Twitter. I'm not talking about monetization.
I'm just talking about whatever next steps he has. I know how many people hate the app and this,
that, and the third.
I just want to say I'm grateful to meet all the awesome people here on Web3 all the time.
And I don't even like all y'all, and I'm just being honest,
but I got to put up with all y'all.
It's a difference.
Solo Breezy for the win.
I'm going to shout out the room, and then we're going to close it down.
It's Tree, Tree, Tree, folks.
I can't lie.
If it was Tree Fittyitty you'd all owe me
tree fitty i want to shout out uh jukeblocks pixel miss metal astro darcy bowart yourself solo you
guys have been awesome i'm going to limit my time on twitter today uh i gotta pick up my daughter
here at 4 30 i'm gonna grab myself a little slice of cheese hang in the corner like a dirty rat, nibble on that and some wine,
and then go grab her
from the babysitter.
But I think we need a music break, dude.
And it's one of my favorites.
Fucking Miss Metal.
Come on, lady.
Oh, black buddy. Endless. Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, She's all rock steady Dandelion Whoa, BlackBuddy Dandelion
Yeah, BlackBuddy
Oh, Blackberry.
Oh, Blackberry.
Blackberry had a pass.
Bouncing on pass.
Bouncing on pass.
Bouncing on spiddy.
Bouncing on spiddy.
Blackberry, Bouncing on spiddy. Black Betty, beatboxer, dude.
That's one dude.
Ain't nothing else.
That was his voice.
Even the little guitar.
Oh, my God.
That shit is so bad.
Solo, that wasn't your intro either.
That was your outro.
I fuck with it.
Fuck yeah, dude.
All right.
Well, you know, that's going to be it for the space, y'all.
That's going to be it for the space, y'all.
I hope you're updated.
I hope you're updated.
We went over floor price.
We went over the staff meeting, the team meeting on Saturday at 9 a.m. PST.
That's 12 p.m. EST.
If you can't make it, we understand.
But if you're part of the team, we'd love to have you there.
We'll be in the chat, VC chat in Discord.
That's where we host all our space meetings for the team.
Again, get the word out.
We will be letting everybody know in Discord and on X.
But yeah, in NFT Unity chat, also in Discord on the Snout Bears.
I really appreciate everybody coming up.
Solo, thank you for the entertaining questions.
It makes us refresh.
It keeps us on toes of what we're really trying to accomplish here.
our mission is autism awareness, no matter how big, no matter how big or small the crowd is. That is at the end of the day. That's all we're doing is we're bringing awareness to autism. And
thank you for saying what you said earlier. Really appreciate the kind words. But we always
let everybody close out, say something nice or leave us with something positive or just what's on your mind.
And just please keep it classy. Keep it clean. If you know what I mean.
And don't drink the caffeine. Let's go.
Word. So real quick, I'm going to read a quote to close it out.
In honor of Miss Metal. Love you so much, Miss Metal.
Day one. Shout out to you, Darcy and Boark.
Who's left in the space?
So today's quote,
quoted by the great
Michael Jeffrey Jordan,
some people want it to happen,
some wish it would happen,
others make it happen.
Stay cool, y'all.
Catch y'all on the next episode.
Old man saying sheesh.
That was awesome.
Yeah, make it happen.
I love that.
Good advice.
Yeah, that's kind of like my statement on there's three type of people in the world.
Those who lead, those who follow, and those who get the hell out of the way.
That's a very military kind of thing.
You always have a leader.
You always have followers.
And you always have doubters.
People that think they can do it better, right?
And so if you think you can do better, go do it yourself.
That's my answer to everything.
Motherfuckers that always complain, never have any solutions.
They're always going to complain and never have any solutions you know what i mean so at the end of the day you gotta complain
come up with a solution lead follow or get the hell out of the way or as solo breezy said so
adequately make it happen sheesh i want to thank everybody for being in the space earlier and the ones that hung out all the way to the end.
Miss Metal, love you, sister.
Welcome to the team.
Again, going in crazy with it.
Love the fact that you and the fam have joined.
Darcy, you as well.
We will be making more spaces, y'all.
I just took Friday through Tuesday off.
I was in some listening, but not around some. So it was just a very good time.
Had a very good anniversary with my wife. Sometimes you're not thankful enough for the
small things in life of just the every days. And what I would ask everybody in this room
is just be thankful for the every days. Look for the little things in life that you can be thankful for.
Start being more thankful.
Start being more appreciative.
Start being more respectful.
I think we could really make a difference in the space.
It starts with us.
It really does.
I'm going to say this to the day I die.
Never look down on somebody unless you're offering them a hand up.
There's no reason.
There's no reason for it.
We're better than that. Let's be's no reason. There's no reason for it. We're better than that.
Let's be better than that.
Let's lead by example.
Let's be the fucking shiny light in a doomy room, gloomy room, and gloomy world.
Let's be better than that.
Much love. Music Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
