guys, the community that Solana Deads is already becoming is just absolutely massive and i know that we're super grateful um you guys and uh you know it's it's been a lot of hard work i know that poor rogue and levels are
probably still sitting there cross-eyed trying to see what's even being minted today uh because
they've been looking at these for so long so um you know just hats off to them for really bringing
a lot of this together uh hats off to pup absolute really bringing a lot of this together. Hats off to Pup, absolute legend in the space, an artist that is just working on many projects and making things come to life, helping other people's visions come come true.
And again, for those of you guys that don't know, this is just the very, very beginning of everything that Solana Deads is doing.

so to speak, a launch day. This is just the beginning of everything that's coming for you
guys to be able to have your hands on the Solana Deads NFT collection. And you guys,
a lot of you know that we have a lot of plans and future proofing and use casing
to and utility to bring with what we're doing with the salon of deads and working with pup
to have him help us bring this vision visually to life has now started everything so you know
now we are merchandising we are going to brand salonana deads we are going to create a token for you guys as we
build out here in mint um we are also going to get this game development underway uh as the mint
goes through and so we're excited to have you guys here for the journey minting with us and you know
i'm just super grateful for everyone that shows up this morning i know for some of you um you know
if you guys aren't morning people like
me and you're on the uh pacific coast here it's a little bit uh a little early so thank you guys

on every new mint day that we have for projects, I always remind

you guys know that you're going to the right space. And just do these are absolute fire.

that, you know, we are thankful for the community that you guys are.

to help Solana Deads come to life, the branding, the IRL reach that we can create with this.

Like I've been working on these art for like, what, two and a half months, two months.

And when it went pencils down, I'm like, alright.
And then I was looking at the list like I had to zoom

Like the burgundy suit. blue flame skull it's like a
the silver skeleton oh my god this is crazy bro the uh the detail that you put into these bro
is just so awesome like you know and if you guys are following along on the website i'm
just clicking on stuff and and if you look at even number 134 uh one of the females there you know
got the ponytail the pink the monocle the the uh i gotta remember which body this is called that we
have here the the gore stained bones and then my favorite part on this one is that it's got the red lightsaber
but then it's got the tentacle tongue is so crazy pup like you did such a good job at really making
that just look like it's coming from the mouth and in the way it curves and goes all the way down
towards the chest like a lot of tongue traits are usually short right or even if they're cool they're
like they might be a small tentacle or something but you know the way that you really made it look like there's a couple and the way it flows it
just goes so well with the overall uh aesthetic of everything it's impressive man my goal with
a couple of these was you know the tongue's a a very real trait because it's almost underutilized.
And it's such, well, it's the largest muscle in the mouth first off.
And honestly, it needed to be just slightly obnoxious.
When you have a tentacle coming out of your face, well, I wanted to, one, not ruin any of the other face traits. So I'm like, well, how do we do this without having it grip onto the other parts of the face?
So I'm happy you guys enjoyed that one because that was a pretty fun one to make.
Yeah, no, I enjoy this one.
I'd have to say.
For me at the beginning of this, just from the ones we've really seen, one of my favorites is obviously the suit the orange one and i'd have to say the the the hoodies turned out so good too the the solana deads and the solana
hoodie like that one's awesome imagine like having a solana deads nft but it's got the solana hoodie like you know solana is massive so you
having a pfp of a of a deads that's got you know the solana logo i that kind of stuff to me it's
just like there's other projects that when they have xrp or whatever uh chain they're launching
on i i love when when projects do that because it also shows kind of like respect and
homage to the layer that you're on to the chain that you're working with. And these just turned
out so clean. I think even Solana would would rep one of these kind of PFPs on their own stuff or
share something that has Solana on it from from the deads one day. Like that's what I see too,
is you could see you know chains
like actually like yo we want to we want to show off your your nft like from your collection because
you guys have solana on it and stuff so there's just so much uh so much room for collabing too
and networking connecting the solana deads with other projects um for those of you uh guys that like everything that we're we're
working on um we're talking with other projects too just kind of an update on that i guess too
like i tell you guys a lot about the tokenomics that we want to do and that we're working on in
the back end uh the game that we want to do as the mint goes uh through here that we're going to be
pushing for with that we also have a lot of collabs you guys know that we're going to be pushing for. With that, we also have a lot of collabs.
You guys know that we're with Unify currently. So we've partnered with the e-commerce project
Unify. For those of you guys that don't know Unify, that's an e-commerce store kind of like
Shopify, but they are in the Web3 world. They have gamification to their platform
for affiliates and projects
to see which projects are doing well,
which affiliates are selling the most
for certain projects, all those kind of things.
That's just one collab we have for our clothing line,
for the merch that we're going to do,
for the services that Solana Deads can provide
for other people.
That's just one collab with Unify.
We have been talking with a couple of other projects and people
about what collabs or games that we could possibly be a part of.
So I think you guys are going to also be seeing Solana Deads collabing
and being a part of a lot of other projects
so that we can cross- know, cross pollinate,
grow communities together. You know, it's really cool how all of that really works in Web3.
And with Solana Deads, it's important to us, whether it be community input, project collaborations,
or our own builds that we're working on. All of that stuff is pretty much, you know, for you guys
and for the Deads family and what we're building.
So you guys I'm excited for you guys to see some of the other collabs that we end up coming up with and having and just, you know, how much the deads can really tap in with other communities and just be a part of everything.
so i gotta know going through all this process um is this your first like getting to be
part of the main stage on a project like this yeah actually for me so for those of you guys
that don't know yeah this is my first so this is my fourth cycle in crypto. I've been around for a long time in crypto. I've been studying it since 2013.
But in the rest of my journey of all of this investment and stuff,
the main or the the Web3 world, the NFTs,
I didn't own my first NFT until September of last last year.
That was when I purchased my first NFT.
And I had because in just for clarity on
with everything, I've bought memes and things before. But I typically stayed on exchanges.
The only one that I had never done an exchange for was SHIB or that I wasn't on like a main
exchange. I had gotten into SHIB really early. So for being in crypto as long as I have,
this is my first cycle really being a part
of crypto Twitter, a part of the Web3 space, the building and all of that. And so this is this is
all new to me. And I know, Pup, you've been a part of these because you've done some art. So I'd love
to hear how it feels for you as well after doing multiple. But for me, on being the first project that I've actually like been a part of, been with
the founders from day one and just been building, this is my first full experience.
And I have to say, with Rogue, Levels, PUP, and everyone that's in our team, without you
guys, obviously this would have never happened. So
to be able to have such a strong crew, people that have, you know, bad chicken helping with
the telegram and everyone that's been helping with the discord and the, and the page and the,
and the art and the checking traits and the organizing everything, you know, thank you guys
for all of that. Cause it has been an amazing first experience for me
since Pup asked about that. It's my first time really being in the founder part,
the base level of a project, and it's just been an absolutely phenomenal experience.
Well, and before I get into the experience I've had, i'm actually curious what is the one thing that you're most
excited for like obviously the nft launch is the start of all of this but with the amount of um
progress that we want to see in the in the space um and the things that we want to do with the
i'm curious which is your favorite like what's the one thing you just like oh i just can't
wait you have the best questions this morning i love this um my favorite part of this for those
of you guys that know me i am with the green pill collective and everything else in that sense that
we've been building and those of you guys i mean most of you guys all in here are already following
green pill collective and all the other projects that are involved. My favorite part of what Solana does
and what we're doing is honestly the far goal, like the end goal. I think a lot of people,
obviously, the mint is exciting. And other projects, I think a lot of people get,
And in other projects, I think a lot of people get that's the goal is mint out this project.
That is not the most exciting thing for me in this.
The most exciting thing for me is that when we finish this mint, that essentially really
is the beginning of everything that we will be able to do and push for.
And you guys hear me talk about use case and utility all the time. You know,
the NFT part of this project is really to build the community and have the family behind us that
supports what we're doing. And then that just is the beginning of that journey together.
Once we do the tokenomics and we're able to give you utility with the NFT and token side,
we want to be able to do that. And obviously you utility with the NFT and token side, we want to
be able to do that. And obviously, honestly, for me as a gamer, my favorite part of this entire
project is going to be when we can put a game in your guys' hands so that you guys have something
that you can play that hopefully the NFT collection can be directly a part of inside of it,
and that we can also give
you some use case and utility, maybe some ROI. Obviously, we want staking rewards because
being able to earn on something that's sitting is also really important in the space. So the most
exciting part of all of this for me is that we have the chance here to really build a platform
that turns into a brand to help onboard people in the real world
with our clothing line and everything we're doing there all the way to the game world where hopefully
we can help web two gamers have a game that's fun on web three that does not feel necessarily like
just a web three game so that we can start to onboard these other gamers and these other players
that don't trust and like
Web3 right now. I really want to create something that will be fun for people to to jump in and just
have fun on a daily basis. And and, you know, those kind of things. So I'm so excited for the
long term of the project. The mint is just the very beginning. So finishing this will just be,
you know the
foundation laid
I love that
I love that
and honestly I can't wait
because
I know a lot of us are very
passionate about games
and finding a game that doesn't
feel as though it's
it's crypto is going to probably be the most important part about that.
And I'm happy that that's how you want to focus it.
Just because it becomes very shilly when you play a game and you're like, ah.
But it's a whole nother one. It's game focused with the added benefit of being part of the crypto space. So it's one of the big,
big pulls for me being wanting to,
you know,
keep on with the project.
I'm like,
it's one thing like,
all right,
yeah,
I'll do some art.
And it's a whole nother to like,
want to see where this thing goes.
And that's one of the things that I got blessed with,
one being with the projects that I was a part of, um, the, between big Dow, Solana Deads.
Now it's, um, I'm, I'm honestly, I, I just like seeing the stuff in the wild.
I said this with the pups when I first started, I did.
I never expected for, you know, it to be a thing.
Um, when I changed my PFP and someone says, Hey, where'd you get that?
I'm like, Oh, I drew this.
Wait, you do art.
Next thing I know, I like, well, can you do this for us?
I'm like, yeah.
Can you do this for us?
Yeah, cool.
It's one thing to say, yes, I do art.
It's another thing for people to appreciate the art and then to see it out in the wild i said
it with the pups i just want to see one i'm gonna be so hyped when i see that first person rocking
a pup as a pfp and i'm doing the same thing right now like i'm just giddy i am giggling to myself
i'm like hey there it is like sam bro shiller i i see you like it's seeing the art out in the wild just makes me
so happy like people actually appreciating or rocking it not because um they have to be a part
of the one they liked it they like the concept they like the art they like the people behind it
it's a whole thing and with the deads you have so many
good things behind it it's not just one person it's a project and it's not just one project it's
like three projects all wrapped into one um so yeah that's where i'm sitting on with it but i
appreciate you guys just allowing me to like you know i'll ride your coattails on this i'm just
gonna sit back i'm gonna watch and i'm gonna help out wherever i can
yo and that's like you know you had told us when we had first kind of um you know now that we've
we're minting uh you know when we first approached you and spoke with you i remember hearing the
excitement in your voice and i remember also all of us being like
oh you know pups never done something like this you're like i've never done something like this
one uh and for you to just take the the reins and and run with it and honestly you know it
we and as much as we had a couple of meetings and chats about stuff we we really, I think it clicked in what the vision was too for all of us
that were in the initial meetings and discussions of this. Just, I think it, everyone kind of had
the same mindset when we were sitting down talking and you were able to really just bring that to
life without, you know, like people having to constantly change things and,
you know, little adjustments, obviously, here and there. But it really was just a vision that I feel
like everyone kind of saw from the start. And then it was just about dialing in the traits and the
little details as we went through and in the amount of effort that went through checking every trait, all the interactions.
For those of you guys that don't know,
Rogue was creating rules for these traits
to not have bad interactions so that it didn't look sloppy.
And Rogue has over 6,000 rules.
I don't even know what the end rule count ended up being,
but there was at one point before pencils were down
6000 rules already um I don't think maybe a lot of people don't understand this the gravity of that
but for those of you that might not understand creating a rule and running a trait against every
other trait or you know all the traits and having to do that with hundreds of traits becomes a very, very like tedious task.
And it's you can't rush it.
And so as you guys see the collection and go through these and mint your your deads, you guys are going to notice that everything just kind of looks clean.
everything fits together the way it should,

or there isn't mismatching things.
Not that having a mismatched thing isn't bad,
but the cohesiveness of the collection
kind of falls on how clean or how not clean
the not cleanest one is.
So to have such a clean project
that just had that time and that detail levels,
just going through all of this with Rogue and making sure that everything was right.
Also, as we were going through that project, just showed me that I was with the right team.
You know, the people that that really have every detail in mind,
they want it to be something for you guys to be happy with holding it.
And you guys knew that we weren't rushing this either.
You know, it's it's so amazing that you guys have minted almost 200 of these already uh as we've started
the day uh here and we moved the mint date twice because we wanted to make sure things were right
that no one was being rushed one of the other biggest things with uh why it took a little bit
was we didn't want to rush pup. We didn't want
up could obviously probably have been like, yeah, I can crank this out faster type thing. But,
you know, we would never want our artists to feel rushed. Nobody should feel rushed because then the
project feels rushed. And that's why I think as I'm looking at these men's come through,
watching the detail in these and the interactions of the
traits and the way the website is updating quickly with, you know, there's a lot of
stuff that a lot of other projects, you know, don't do.
And I think that's also something that will help set us apart is that we really do the
extra mile.
We try to go the extra mile on everything that we do for the project or any projects
that we work on.
You guys know that a lot of us, whether people be a part of just any other projects we have,
all of them get these love from the community members that are here. We all show love. We all
pump the projects that we're with. So, you know, again, it's just I'm thankful that we're all here
today. It's been such an amazing journey of this. And you guys are meant like crazy.

There's going to be utility for these NFTs. We know this. This is not a collection that, I mean,
most collections don't have utility day one. And I'm so happy to see things evolving in the space.
You know what I mean? Three years ago, this was not the atmosphere. And for you guys to be kind of cultivating this atmosphere and pushing things forward, man, congratulations to everybody here that's a part of this. Congratulations to the team. You guys are a newer project to the GPC.
We're thankful to have you guys as a part of it.
And, you know, like you said, a lot of what the space was last cycle.
You know, for those of you guys that have been around for a couple cycles, you know how crypto Twitter used to be.
You know, it was very, it was very cult like um i was a part of the shib ecosystem
uh when shib had first launched uh all the way until a little after it got listed on coinbase
um and you know going through that process last cycle with a meme coin that, you know, had been newer, it, it was very
interesting because, you know, people would, they tell you, don't you dare sell your shit bags.
Well, it's at a $10 billion market cap, mind you, you know, and people just kind of shaming you
into, you know, not taking profits. And a lot of projects did that last cycle. It was, you know,
don't even take profit. Like no one talked about profit taking and things like that. And it's so important to us in the GPC and a lot of
the projects that we have to, you know, to just always make sure that we are collabing with other
projects, not making a cult mentality of that's, you know, one project eats and wins. You know, we talk about
it a lot, but there's room for everyone to eat in crypto. There's room for everyone on every chain
to do well and to eat well. The thing that it takes is just the consistency, the dedication,
you know, setting your intentions and having that intent to be above or do better, you know.
And so as long as your project has that fight in your guys's heart, but you're also willing to collab and build others up and other projects up around you, that is how you win.
And I don't think people had realized this in previous cycles because it was such a dog eat dog market.
But now we're realizing that, nah, this is how we actually win.
Every project can help each other's projects and community members can be a part of more
than one project and really push the collective experience and the collaboration experience.
And I think that's where we're at in Web3.
Not to monologue
too long because i'm gonna let seth go in a sec but that kind of goes into i talked about the
other day how the how the crypto world has changed um so i'll summarize it real quick but originally
it was bitcoin then it was we need something with use case here's your ethereum um and then it was
like well we need something cheaper and faster into your Solana and
your other layer twos that were created. We realized that memes and NFTs were coming. So
those became a thing, but it became more of a collectible asset. Fast forward to the market
we're in currently, you guys have heard, everyone's always talking about you need utility and use case
now. Meme coins, NFTs are great, but they have to have a use case, utility.
That's what people look for.
So that's kind of the evolution.
And a lot of that evolution leads to this collaboration,
the collective experience, and we talked about it, IRL.
A big part of what all of us are doing here,
that next thing that crypto needs
is a lot more IRL reach out. And I think Solana Deads is going to help
with that because we have Solana in our name, Deads as our last name, Solana Deads there.
Putting that on close is going to be a question starter. What is Solana Deads? I love that art.
And that's things that we thought of as we were doing this, because the next step beyond utility is to then
now bring the Web2 world into Web3. So we have to onboard people, whether you're wearing a brand
or onboarding someone on a new wallet and teaching them that all of that stuff's important. So I'm
sorry for the monologue on it, but it's just like that's kind of the change of crypto. And I think
that's why we see more collectiveness now. Yo, Seth, good morning, my fam. Good morning, everybody. I was just going to ask where I could find the Mint link. I know
that I'm not on the whitelist or anything, but I know there's a public Mint. So I was just asking
about that so I could check out. I see some of the posts, but I wanted to check out the artwork.

uh and the okay cool yeah that's that's how i like to find it because i don't like to go to
to like any any uh launch pad and just type in a a project because sometimes there can be fake so i
always like to get the get the link for the profile so i appreciate it yeah i appreciate
you saying that we talked about that a little bit earlier to about making sure that you grab the
link and information from a project on their direct page on
their main page. Always it should just be instant practice for
everyone. But having those reminders like Seth was just
saying, again, that's so awesome to come up, ask, Hey, where is
the link so that I know and then it's, you know,
being able to tell people it's right there on the page helps everyone be able to get there,
click on the right link, know that you're getting the right contract address to the NFT mint.

Yeah, looking forward to it. Oh, and by the way, guys, if you have more than $1,000 in crypto, get yourself a Ledger device.
That's like, and especially if you're onboarding people and they're asking you about crypto, if they're a normie, I would highly suggest they get the Ledger stacks, the more expensive one, because it has a touchscreen.
And it's just, it's really easy to set up. I was a little intimidated by it because I've never used a ledger device, but it literally took me like 10 minutes.
And they have really good videos on their YouTube channel that show you how to set it up.
So, you know, look, you get insurance for your house, your car, your cell phone.
That's what a ledger device is.
Even if somebody gets into your wallet, if they don't have that ledger device, they can't they cannot transfer any assets out.
So, you know know don't don't
take any chances guys please if you have any questions about ledger devices go to the ledger
page on x and you'll know it's the official page because it'll have a little yellow check mark
and you go to their website if you need to ask them any questions about their products don't
post it on their x page because you'll attract a bunch of scammers that'll try and dm you and
pretending to be people that work for ledger. So if you have a question about one of
their products or something like that, go to their website and send them an email. Don't
post a comment on their, on their page. Cause it'll get picked up by scammers. Um, I've had
that experience as well. So just, you know, be careful. Yep. And that goes to the same thing,
uh, just cause we're on security for a sec, y'all
And it is always important
Because we want to keep our dead safe too, right?
Making sure that you have wallet structure set up too
Especially if you're sending people stuff
Understand like you should have an intermediary wallet
That would be for distributing, you know, things or funds to other people
And have a wallet that's off chain.
And have the other thing is, too, if you guys do use central exchanges, you know, for obviously not your keys, not your castle.
So you should never have all of your funds in one place.
In my opinion, I split my portfolio up onto different places, hard whether it be coldets for long-term storage to Coinbase to
Phantom to Crack, whatever. You guys know the deal there. But there are tools like insurance.
Some of these platforms offer you insurance up to $250,000 too. So if you do have a lot of money
or you have a lot of different portfolio and you're
keeping things safe, something to also remember is that some places offer some insurance.
If you pay the $200 a year and things like that, I utilize that on exchanges so I can have certain
things. I'm using quotes because obviously we know some insurance
stuff, insurance be crazy. But, you know, to have that insurance on that, but then also still have,
you know, a portion in your cold wallets and a portion on, you know, a wallet that you don't use.
It's just learning how to be vigilant and also be safe in the way that you
use your wallets. It's very important. And, you know, just don't ever get links from a project
that are not directly from the page. I'm trying to think of anything else I could think of that
someone might like, you know, oh, the one of the biggest things. So if you have these central exchanges,
if you get a text message from Coinbase telling you that your money didn't go through properly
and you need to call them, that's obviously a scam. So you also need to be vigilant on those
things, knowing that if you do have a central exchange that you use because maybe you want
the insurance on it. Also know
that they're still vulnerable. And so when people get hacked and phone numbers and stuff leak like
that or emails, you're going to start getting spoofed. So you're going to get fake texts or
fake emails telling you that something failed. If you weren't trying to move money and you have
2FA on stuff, you get those kind of things. It is just a phishing attempt. They are trying to fish for you and they're hoping you're going to bite that hook so that they can drain your
Coinbase because they're going to end up asking for personal information that Coinbase also
would not ask for to get into your account. So just because we're on the security topic,
be vigilant, be safe. We don't want you guys to lose any of your assets. I hate when somebody mints a project that we're working with and then I hear somebody's wallet got drained.
That is like one of the most saddening things to hear from a crypto person to another crypto person.
So keep your wallet safe.
Keep your little skellies safe.
You know, we want to make sure that everyone gets to hold on to their assets.

do a grill and i was like dude that's awesome because pup, I can, but I don't want to. He's like, I don't know about that one.
And, you know, again, this really just goes back into the collab world, right?
I love what Web3 is because at a lot of jobs in the real world, that wouldn't happen.
They would like a boss would have told, you know, or someone that Pup was, if he was working
in an art studio, like my wife used to work at art studios you know they'd be like i don't like i hate doing these
tough shit get it done you know that's kind of how stuff goes in the real world uh of art stuff so
to see web3 i've seen it a lot i love seeing collabs i think one of my favorite things in nfts
is when i see other artists doing like a one-off in a collection that some other artist is working on.
Or seeing that there's artists that have traits or little teasers of other projects like homages to a different project.
All of these things.
Dragon Punks did a really good job at that too.
You know, Dragon Punks gave homage to little things.
For those of you guys that know the Domino family,
Doms, music on bass on the blockchain,
you know, they're dominoes.
They were hand drawn, but there's so many.
There's like an homage to Rugrats, Spongebob.
You know, I can't even think of all the things off the top of my head,
but it's just it's one of my favorites
when I see artists coming together to be able to build something because it really does sometimes that's what it takes to be that
that notch different from someone else's it could have been one trait that pup asked someone to do
just one and that one trait could have made the whole set more cohesive because I didn't really I want to or haven't done a lot of this thing
allowing someone else to do that just again makes for a more cohesive collection and it's really
cool that she was able to do some traits she she really my wife does want to get into the web 3
NFT world at some point so for her to be able to dip her toe in because pup was willing to
to be like yeah i i would love to see what she could do um just to see and then it worked out
it's really cool and for any of you guys in here that may want to be into web three or you guys
haven't been a part of web three yet um know that you can also do that talk to these collaborate to these projects talk to pup you
know hey pup if you ever need a trait blah I like doing this you know just just little things like
that that might that might end up being pup for projects from now being like somebody told me
they liked doing wings more you know know, and that leads to something.
So it's just really cool.
And, you know, I've I've met a lot of artists in my life.
My my wife is a person that takes criticism very well.
She enjoys learning like that.
But I've also worked with probably more artists than not that do not take criticism well,
or they do not like being told how something should look,
or maybe we can make adjustments. And you guys know me, I am not an abrasive person. I say things
pretty kind. So for people, you know, when I would ask people things and to get met with like
hostility back was always kind of disheartening. So to be able to work with artists, especially
like that are willing to collab, teamwork with you,
ask you what you think, and really take the words you give back seriously and not taking it as an
ego hit and more of a collaborative effect. It's just really cool to have. Again, it goes back to
the Solana Deads team that we have. We're blessed with a very amazing team of people that have
everyone else's well-being in mind as well as
us doing a project that's solid in mind so just again thankful for all you guys um with that

But my question was actually for Pup because I know Pup has worked with he's he's done so many different collections at this point.
He's his pen is is is crazy. And I just wanted to know Pup, like because I've seen all your collections and, you know, shout out to the neighbors, big neighbors.
I see them all in here. And, you know, I know, you know, you got the pups as well and the little rockers. And now
we're here with the Salon and Deads and they all are so different. Like the art style on each of
them is completely different. And so I was just wondering, like, how do you, how do you draw
inspiration for that? Like, how are you able to keep these things? It's like, that's an art in itself like how do you keep them um feeling unique
honestly listening to the people that i'm working with um because it's one thing to like the pups
that is me like when i first did the pups it was little facets of myself and going into other projects. Um, it, it's not about me. Like obviously it,
the whole world revolves around me. No. Um, but it needs to be about what is their vision?
What do they feel? Like when I first got in with the deads, I like all right well we need to talk because you they had a bass set
when I first got there like the there was I wasn't the first choice and the artists that they had you
know they had a vision for it and when they handed it off to me I'm like I don't know if I vibe with
this and don't get me wrong I can totally work with it but at the same time I don't know if I vibe with this and don't get me wrong. I can totally work with it.
But at the same time, I don't know if this fits my vision for what you guys have told
me that you're doing.
And going off of that, it's just a lot of, Hey, what do you feel about this?
What do you want to do with this?
How are we going to be doing this?
What is your overall at the end? And it's, again, it's just me
trying to translate what they're telling me onto paper and then just kind of running with it.
When they give me a list of things that they want to see, obviously we want shirts, we want hoodies,
we want this. And then you start getting a little weird with it and you're like
oh I get I like where this is going but the it's it's nice when they allow me as an artist to just
kind of run with it um hey you know you tell me you want wings I'm gonna draw wings I'm gonna draw
a couple of different sets of wings and like do we like this do we like this do we like this? Do we like this? Do we like them both? But it's also fun for me as an artist
because I get to kind of stretch the legs.
Like, as you know, like they're all very different.
The last one we did was the Little Rockers
and that was, it was, I think,
one of the more challenging ones
because it was a whole bunch of different
specific art styles on those shirts and going in from that to this it was nice because
everything's a little bit more cohesive there's a theme there's a rhyme there's a reason for it
um but no i appreciate the question
that was a really good question too like you know understanding uh the artists um and the
project members and getting to know people like that's that's going to be a part of the salon of
deads too i think over time we're going to introduce everyone to you guys like as a interview for those of you guys that
know in that sense um you know i've been kind of transitioning uh some of my workflow um you know
for those of you guys that know i started off as just a reply guy on x that was pretty much what i
thought i was just gonna do but it turned into a lot more with consulting and advising uh for a few
projects now and just really trying to grasp
that stuff and just come together with everyone. But with the Solana Deads, I part of what my
my consulting and advising is going to turn into as well is that I love getting to know people.
So like Toshi asking that question to P pup that I want to do a podcast.
Um, and I've been talking to a couple of people that can help facilitate that in the editing
side.
I know how to edit.
I've used after effects and premiere pro for years.
I just don't have the time to edit.
Um, but I want to do breakdowns of all the founders, uh, in many, many projects, pretty
much the whole GPC, But I want to create a podcast
where we sit down. As much as I know Levels does not like to talk in front of everyone a lot,
I want to have these moments where I can sit down with Levels and chat with him on a one-on-one
where it's not a space. And we can kind of just ask these questions of where did your journey
begin? How did you get to who you are, where you're at in these things?
So Toshi asking that question, you know, and hearing Pup, I enjoy answering that.
It's just something else kind of exciting because on the back burner,
getting ready to kind of crank up the heat on it is a podcast.
And I want to meet the founders.
I want to meet all the founders from different projects,
have these one-on-ones with you guys, and be able to just have the community get to understand
everyone a little bit more. A lot of what we do is about personability and communication.
So I think that that'll also kind of help bring more attention to projects because it'll be
something on YouTube and other platforms where, you know,
all of us can be seen.
And so, you know, the fact that you asked that question, Toshi, it's so cool because,
you know, understanding everyone's mind works completely different.
So asking 100 people that same question, 100 artists, you're going to get a completely
different answer.
And just hearing Pup about uh his passion in this
and and he's right like he said when we started um and we'll post it at some point but we had an
original art piece uh like an original model that was going to be the base and it changed drastically
from that and it's because pup had that meeting with us and sat down and took the time to get to know us and actually speak with levels, understand what we were trying to do, which then led us into a completely different build, a completely new base and a different style than we had initially thought of.
But that style that we thought of secondary that you guys are minting and seeing right now, these are the ones that
really hit home. These were the ones that felt right. So being able to have those meetings and
discussions really led to a completely different project than we had initially started. And that's
one of the things that makes me so excited too is that we we did pivot and transitioned so that we
could do the best project that we could with the vision that we had uh in mind and so you know
again it just goes to pup really helping bring this to life um you know for those of you guys
that haven't seen uh or been keeping up with the mints the number 170 has got a flame crown
if you guys haven't seen the flame crown yet, I hadn't.
This thing's absolutely sick.
And then we've got some heaven gates on there minted too.
So if you had one of the backgrounds has heaven and some gates in it.
So if you haven't seen that either, you know, it's just really cool.
These touches and what we were able to come up with really was a collaborative effort.
And, you know, I think it's going to show as you guys keep going through the mint.

Pup announced that Wifey, my wife, she did actually help with a few of the traits and assets,
so it was really cool to have her collabing with Pup.
So we have these 3,333.
Originally, we were only going to have 1,111,
but decided that with the amount of traits and opportunities of combinations we had,
that we had to increase it.
So we dropped the price a little bit from the initial.
Now you're looking at 0.555 on our public list.
If you're on the white list or OG, it's 0.333 for the OGs,
max of four per wallet and a 0.444 for your white list. And that's four per wallet. But then after
that, there is no limit. You guys can mint as many as you want at the 0.555 price. And as this mint
goes through, I always tell people, this is my favorite part, as we go through the mint here, it's when the building really begins.
You know, we put a lot of love and effort into what we have here, but that's just the foundation.
We had to build a foundation level.
And so with that, we have the art for people to start holding and collecting and being a part of or having their deads character.

we can do gaming wise. And so a big part of Solana Deads and what we want to do is we want to be a
brand that also has a video game that does not necessarily feel like Web3, but still supports the Web3 ecosystem so that we can help to onboard more Web2 people, bringing actual fun gamification for people to come play.

mindset or that didn't just build off of hype.

You know, you see these projects that even though a mint is done, they didn't stop. They kept pushing, they kept building,

don't think it will, I don't know what you guys have been reading, but I'll tell you from a TA
standpoint that we are still heated in this bull run. And it's just going to be a longer bull run
towards the end of the year, leading us into next year. So with that, any of these projects that
you're looking at that you want to mint and support now, you know, if Solana goes up, your mint price goes up.
So I would say stacking and collecting the NFTs that you are confident in, that you have conviction and have done your own research on, that you want to hold.
hold, this is the best time in the market to be collecting. Because in six months from now,

you're not going to be wanting to spend $300 to mint something when you could have spent $100
today or $80 today. And that's how I look at my NFT cycles is I take profits throughout the year
and those profits get to go into things when the market is down because I know I'm getting the best
price on those NFTs
before they skyrocket in a few months. So, you know, take all of those things kind of into
heart, into mind, do your research, you know, and we hope that you guys will enjoy what we're doing
and what other projects in the GPC are doing. And, you know, it's going to be mince knowing that
we're going way up in a few months. And even if the floor price is the same, Solana's price isn't, which means that you are gaining on that.
So, you know, important things to remember and think of when you're supporting all of us.

So, you know, let everybody kind of get an idea of like how the team came together like
how did you guys all link up and be like you know what we're gonna do this line of debts and we're
gonna do it right we're not gonna pay any kols we're all gonna link up and build this thing um
community first right from the ground up like how'd that come about like how did you guys all
first originally decide like yeah we're, we're going to do this?
Yeah, I love that question because I actually tell this one, you know, every time I'm on a space, I like to give Levels credit.
Because at the end of the day, everything Solana deads, the inception of this was Levels.
And for those of you guys that don't know know since we do have a lot of people in here
showing some love today levels is an OG levels has supported me since day one I I really do
think levels was one of my first followers he was at about 5 000 followers when I met him
um shows love if you showed love if you showed up showed up for you. I remember seeing at one point.
Him putting a post up that had said at 10,000 followers, I'm building.
I'm going to cook.
And I remember being like, oh, that would be sick.
You know, this is at like 7,000 followers probably at the time.
And.
I swear he hit 10K. And put a post up. Thank you for the 10,000.
And I swear I had a DM like right after the post almost, um, it might've been within like a day.
And what it was, was it was just levels literally asking like, yo, are you trying to start a
project? You have like, would you want to found a project? And I was like with me and I said, I'm starting this explained kind of what
he was looking to do. And like you guys heard earlier, we had an original base that was very
different from when pup had gotten on. So that was what he had approached me with too. And I was
like, yeah, I definitely, I, whatever it is, I was like, it, I definitely whatever it is.
I was like, it's levels.
Like as soon as I saw a DM from somebody that supported me that I looked up to as an account because he had a healthy account status, was always on the timeline, showed me support as soon as I started in the space.
in the space, I really did feel honored that he was coming to me. I did not think that anyone
I really did feel honored that he was coming to me.
would ask me to be a part of a founding of a project or the creation of something. So to be
asked that, I was very honored. But then he told me, yeah, I'm also asking Rogue. And, you know,
what do you think about Pup being an artist? And I was like, oh, my God, this is this is bullish, bullish.
Like, I know Rogue, too.
And then they were like, as we had our first like meeting or two with Pup,
we then Fax had come on.
And I know that when Fax came in, I had already talked to Fax in a couple of spaces.
Him and I have had some DMs.
I always enjoy chatting with Fax because I feel
like Fax and I have a very similar energy in the sense of how we look at things and talk to people.
So we got along quick. So again, another person that was brought into this and, you know,
that core was super important to me because like you said, I initially immediately thought this is a solid team.
I don't even think we have to pay for marketing.
Like, I don't think it's something we have to.
We have the platforms and the communities to be able to hopefully build this organically and naturally.
And it's 110% what's happening right now.
So the inception of all of this goes back to levels,
his vision of wanting to do something at 10,000 followers for the Web3 space
that was going to be built properly.
And he's proven nothing short of that since we've started,
because, you know, we've had a couple of setbacks in the beginning,
just like, you know, growing pains of getting things started, getting things together,
the trades, having everything organized. And to see him and Rogue and their capabilities together
too, we just have a solid team. And I 100% think that Solana Deads is going to be more than just
a Web3 project.
Like I could see us being a brand with stores and things like this, where maybe we create
a Web3 store in real life where you can get Web3 projects or something like that.
And that's just that's just out there dreaming right now.
But it's something that could easily happen because of the team that we have.
And so, you know, know levels brought this together he created
a team and since we're here today um with all of this i do want to introduce a lot of the rest of
the team uh that's in our dead team um that you guys might not have known because you all deserve
credit everyone that shows us love and is is building with us you know for those of you guys
that don't know What If,

same kind of energy and that vibration.

it's really shown me why Levels really brought the team that he did together and why he, you know, picked who he picked,
because I see all of us fitting together.

I noticed on the launch by NFT site that the collection is frozen.
And I was wondering when that comes off because I have wallets that I use to
mint.
And then I have wallets that I have where I store valuable assets that are on my ledger
and those wallets that are on my ledger I don't connect those wallets to anything
so usually what I do is I have my my burner wallets that I mint and I hold you know and
then I you know transfer it later so I was just wondering the time frame on that on when I'd be
able to to transfer it from one wallet to another so i i'm asking levels right
now when that uh when the freeze i'm i'm assuming probably when it's up like when we meant but also
out mint out but also at the same time with the frozen i believe you can still send things you
can't sell things so i believe you can still i don't want to yeah i'm i'm uh you know
tricky will tell you what you know i when i get nfts i'm holding them long term like i'm thinking
five ten years down the road sometimes i get them for my kids and i put it in their wallet
you know and you know i've got my son he's 12 he's got his own you know phantom wallet that i help
him uh work with and manage and you know, he puts his allowance money into, you know,
Bitcoin or Ethereum or Solana or whatever it is. And, you know, he's trying to save up for a,
for a PlayStation five. And I was joking with my wife like a couple of months ago,
well, he can just open up a crypto wallet and use his allowance money. And, you know,
so that's what he's been doing. You know, so he gets his allowance money and I help him with his
wallet and he's got a separate shield folio stone book with a seed phrase in it and stuff.
And I because I have a I had an old cell phone that I, you know, that doesn't have anything else connected to it.
And it's just got the wallet. So that's for him. And I got another one for my daughter, who's 13.
So, yeah, I was just wondering, you know, when I'd be able to get that set up.
But, you know, if it's six months or whenever it mints out, that's fine. I was just curious.
So yeah, the freeze lifts for being able to sell them on the market
when the mint is done.
But on that note with Frozen,
if you have a collection that is frozen like ours is currently
and tell the mint out,
you can still send those nfts off to
uh to a cold storage uh you you can put them on a ledger uh and that you know what i'm saying so
you can still move those off if you want to hold them you know to have them long the only thing you
can't do with the collection until we mint out is sell them on the floor.
So, yeah, so you'll you'll be able to move them around.
Like you said, Seth, if you have a wallet that's for minting, but then you have a place that you put stuff to hold it, you can still move that around.
You just won't be able to.
I mean, like you said, you're not trying to sell anyway.
So if you can still move them when the collection's frozen it's just the selling
it on the marketplace that can't be done all right cool appreciate it yeah um and uh also we've got a
uh you know we got a giveaway going today i don't know if y'all know um so we had a hundred dollar
giveaway that was on the post
it was a quote like comment uh rise with us down in the comments and tag some friends uh so we are

So just for those of you guys that have also followed a little bit of what Oysters have been doing,
they've been chatting with Martech and Unify on their spaces.
I'm working on getting them into the GPC with um with us vetting and stuff so yeah just show them
some love today we have a lot of projects that are launching so with that again toshi uh infinite nft
royale you guys are launching today what can the people that are in expect on their first game let's
say all right so so yes we do launch tonight. It will be 10 PM Eastern standard time.
We'll be launching a discord server later today. The discord will go live and folks will be able
to come in there. And so day one, you can expect to have some fun with a bunch of different folks from a bunch of different communities. We do have the Big Neighbors collection that will be featured,

i went over and i just went over to our our dev wallet grabbed some like usdc turned it in salada
and i got two of them i got two of them And I feel like the first one I minted just like
was freaking awesome. It was like, uh, with the, with the pyramids and the, I don't know,
like they, they, I don't know if it's like, he has eight balls for eyes. So it's almost like,
uh, it reminded me of like the old school, uh, ball, the eight balls used to ask a question,
shake, and then it would give like an
answer um and i was like all right that's pretty sick and uh i don't know i just hit it hit and i
was like well i guess i'm part of the crips now too because i got a blue bandana on so i was like
all right let's go um but dude yeah congratulations i'm super stoked for you um and i know the mint
wasn't cheap either i even like scramble for
the other 50 bucks and I was like, whatever, dude, you know, screw it. I'll grab it. And, uh,
I'm going to support my homies. You know, um, I was able to mint two of them and,
and you know what, dude, it's like quality, quality, man. I have no problem supporting
real, real projects, real homies and just overall quality and and everything so you know to me 0.4
is actually not a bad price you know because if we look at all the hard work maybe else as devs
that we know what goes into it and what you know also that pup you know pup all the hard work and
the wifey and you guys putting into the artwork and treats like people don't realize how how much work that actually takes you know
because everybody's just so used to ai generating a lot of stuff and then you know if you do that
you have to write manual metadata and it still takes work so you know kudos to you guys man for
pulling through and on top of that just just balancing everything all together, you know, everything from the GPC, gotta love the GPC fam. And I hope nothing but the giant success for you guys. And
we're here to support you all the way, dude. You know, we appreciate you. And yeah, you know,
like you said, and I said it a couple of times this morning, but we, we know that the,
the mint isn't cheap, you cheap, and we are thankful for everyone
that's still willing to mint. I think a lot of people do see what levels rogue facts and I
really see in the grand scheme, which is obviously the treasury wallet and everything that we're
doing and setting up is so that we can facilitate the next leg of this journey um and that's what we've always said since the beginning was that
minting out is not the end or or the finalization of any part of this project it's actually the very
beginning minting the 3333 hitting that last mint is just the beginning of the actual full build of
what's happening like that's why we're in talks with game developers so that we can and not just
with a set game like we are willing to figure out what is going to be uh you know not needed in this
market but what is going to be niche in the market what is going to catch on and be good for everyone
to play and have fun with um you know so everything that we're building with the mint side of the collection here,
that is really to start and fund the actual project, the actual tokenomics side that we want to do,
the actual gamification side that we want to do.
Because for us, I know for levels and Rogue, when we've been talking, having something for somebody to be able to go play is also going to be insanely important
while also giving some utility, having some utility and fun.
I feel like that's a nice balance in a project if you can have fun with it,
but also there's a lot of utility that comes back from using it.
Yeah, and I just want to second on that too. It's like, there's, we all know nothing,
nothing is cheap in life and so forth, right? You know, the game development, I mean,
development in general. And I just have to say that, like, you know, we can look at it this way
too, that like, you know, people go and have an injury and they go start a GoFundMe and they get
help with GoFundMes,
right? It's the same concept, but we can look at entities as essentially a decentralized fundraising.
And it's to build and continue to pursue because if everybody had to come out of pocket for certain
things, I mean, and we've done it, you know, we built our IPFS and over a year and four months,
and that cost us a hundred grand, you know, and that was out of pocket and everything else. So this stuff is very, very pricey. What's for what you got to
invest in and what you do. So, you know, there are projects out there that, that truly are a hundred
percent honest. And like, I think I was in a space the other day, or I was listening to the Unify
space and you guys were in there and they were talking about the people that were behind this
project and what they've done on other projects and how they've pulled through and carried their
words and what they've built. And those are the, those are the ones that you should really be
looking at and supporting because just like the dragon punks, they didn't keep a single penny of
their entire mint money. They put it all to development and marketing. And there's the same
guys that are sitting here for Salon of Deads and everything on stage or we'll's the same guys that are sitting here for salon of deads and everything on
stage, or we'll do the same thing. You know, they're going to do honesty with the funds.
They're going to do exactly what they say. And, you know, most people, as we see, we'll just,
you know, take the money and run or, or, you know, go retired Hawaii or something. But,
you know, that's not the case here. And I fully support what you guys are doing, man.

i see rogue's computer is being nice again i'm hoping that his eyes are uncrossed enough so
that he can unmute his mic this morning. Good morning, Rogue. Thank you for
everything you have really done to help bring this to life, especially on the back end and
development side of stuff. You know, thank you for all the hard effort, work and making this come to
life in a smooth manner that you did, bro. Because without you, it would have been a very different
experience. You know, we probably still could have figured things out, but with your expertise that you did bro because without you um it would have been a very different experience you know we
probably still could have figured things out but with your expertise and your help um and the
commitment to everything you really you really made this come to life so good morning and i hope
you're doing good yeah i appreciate it crypto stoner yeah computers being nice again i just
had to kill windows and just move back to linux so that always seems to work
and solve the problem yeah you know how did you keep track of hours of how long it took you to like
you know go through those trades i know it had to have been days like amount of of actual time that
you were sitting there and with levels and you guys were
looking through all of this like did you happen to keep track of like how long that took you
no i do not have enough fingers and toes or body parts to be able to count that high anymore
i think the level probably spent anywhere between i think the minimum was like three hours a day
and starting back the 1st of May,
going through all the trades, realigning everything.
Over 12,000 rules put in place, 14 different pathways for the trades to align properly
with each other so we could eliminate some rules and try to get things to work together.
It was just madhouse number of hours. My wife said that she didn't know who I was
for the last month because I was home, but not home because I'd be focused on the computer
and I'd be just playing with trades and realigning things with levels. Just the number of things
we had to go through to make sure everything lined up properly. And then just last week, you know, with the team, it's almost like 72 hours straight going through every NFT. Yeah, we generated
5,000 NFTs and we threw about a thousand of them away. We didn't like how they looked. We didn't
like, you know, we found errors in them that were too, just, we would have taken too much time to correct them.
So we chucked them and we you know we kind of had a hand we handpicked almost 3333 of them to go into the collection of ones that we thought were bangers ones that we thought people would like
and you know pretty much every one of the nfts we found you know we find little flaws that we just didn't like so we would edit them
nft by nft just going through and finding you know one little line that we're like oh we need
to clean that up and we'd go through and would edit it and clean it up to make sure that it
you know the detail was there for everybody and that's not the only thing either, y'all. All of that work hasn't even
led to the wall it's set up, the structuring for you guys to be able to be a part of the list,
a part of the OGs, a part of making sure that the snapshot was done, making sure that if you made it,
there's a lot of people that hit us up after the snapshot
was taken and not that it's a bad thing um you know obviously maybe don't uh procrastinate next
time some of you no i'm just kidding i love y'all but you know if you if you didn't get in there we
still you guys reach out like hey i don't know if i'm on there and levels and rogue same thing again
i know levels is doing it today for you guys a lot
right now checking to make sure that the people that were supposed to be on lists maybe if something
didn't get sent or maybe you had an issue on your browser side and it didn't go through whatever the
case may be we're still also taking this time right now and still putting in that time to make
sure that you're on the list to make sure that
things were proper that you are while your wallet is showing what you you know earned in the OG
whitelist areas you know it really is it's a consistent process of growing and talking and
