Good morning. Good morning, good sir. Good afternoon to you. Yeah, almost late afternoon. So are you ready? I am ready. My first time hosting. That's good. You will always need the first time, isn't it? Always wanted to be a radio host.
Here we go, my first swing of things. - Link, go easy for you. - I put on a little sword point playlist that I found on Spotify. I don't know if you guys can hear it, but thought it was fitting as we queue up. - That, that is professional. (laughs)
Amazing the solar pump down is in here. I'm so so excited Hello guys, hello sir. Hello, here it's
My first time hosting tour when I did it. He's doing his bit to get everybody on board. I saw that Jimmy Cohen posted on Twitter. He said that he was trying to get into Kenya and they weren't letting him
but I did see tweet about resigning. But it's not. I mean, we've got solar punk park and solar punk down and the man who brings all people together based solar punk.
Yes. Yeah. There's a fall. Jimmy is still coming to know it. There's a no less. He'll have a good conversation. Yes. Yes. Perfect combination. Yes, sir. Well, you know, it's all pumped out and super glad you're in here. I've been
trying to do as much research as I can about you, just to prepare for this. And I'm just excited to hear about what's going on in your world and what you're working on because I know Dallas are really special technology today. And I also know SolarPunk is probably the most bad aesthetic that I've ever seen. So figuring out how you're
building those two together something I'm really excited to hear more about. I'm really excited to be sharing. I mean there's a lot that's been going on and yeah the aesthetic just keeps on growing on you you know every day I keep on finding new artists coming up with new interpretations
So, it's also been seeing a few architecture shops in Europe who are coming up with some really interesting work. I just found out a CD score early days of tomorrow and they're putting out some very interesting work on a daily basis.
Did you say it's called early days of tomorrow? Correct. It's a thing it's based in Sweden. I thought if I'm not wrong it's an architecture house based in Sweden and they all seem to be in
by the solar pung aesthetic and they're creating their own versions of it and it's like one day a house, one day a town hall, one day like a city landscape you know so like all facets of what they're imagining it to be and it's it's how it is
I mean, the say as you're saying goes that you need to imagine it before you build it and I feel like collectively we see to be in a imaginative state as of now. No, I grew up over here in America and we were heavily inspired by Disney and Disney's all about imagination.
and then creation. And now I just feel myself as I see SolarPunk becoming something I want to invest the rest of my life into. You know, it's all about imagining a whole world and seeing if we can build it. And it's really great. We have people like you that are out here just searching for the next coolest SolarPunk.
whatever it may be because I need a little bit of everything to really create this culture you know. It's very nice to hear you say that because I feel like you know it's growing times right now and emerging thing and maybe to bring this to a reality it needs to be a globally collective movement of
First people probably getting really excited and inspired by this imagination. And then only they be motivated enough to work on it. So this is the first step in some ways of a very large series of steps that will come.
And I can see that I feel like maybe it's the Twitter Algo, maybe it's a lot of activity happening off late, but I think in the last 6 to 8 months, I do feel that this whole concept, this term has really taken off in some way and more and more people are
coming across it and I feel like they're identifying themselves with the concept and they're trying to see in their own ways what they can do with it and that's really exciting to watch unfold. Yeah it's exciting for me because it felt like with the pandemic happening I got a
