Well, that whole lawsuit came from our state attorney general.

the $2 million. So then he put out an offer that anybody that signed the petition would get $100.
And you also could, when you signed the petition, you could refer somebody else that referred you
to it and you get $100 for referring somebody. So at this point, I signed the petition and referred four other people that signed the petition.

Really talented creator.
I have him on payroll training to use AI for all video production
because I'm like, all right, like the, the human edit side is going to be important,
but like the next generation creator is going to be one who can make commercial.
Like I told him like, what we're going to do, Kyle, his name's Kyle. He's
fucking brilliant. I'm like, Kyle, I'm'm gonna turn you into the Michael Bay of AI commercials and you're gonna be someone
who can turn a Michael Bay level commercial into production in two to
three weeks and then what we're gonna do is we're gonna have another YouTube
channel another guy I'm helping grow as butoshi I think that guy could be the
mr. beast of AI which is incredible I think the guy's got insane talent and
I'm like alright butoshi you're gonna do a news channel on AI
and do like how-to's of AI
and basically build out that brand.
I think that there will be a creator
who's MrBeast level or close to it,
probably like not that size immediately,
who is an on-person human,
but is using AI integrated into their content
in really unique ways.
And I've already seen a few. For Kyle he's been making a tick tock that's specifically for no face for
horror sketches so he does like 60 second horror videos he did one the other day where it's him
saying dude I feel like I'm tripping I don't know what's happening to the walls it feels like they're
liquid and he touches the wall and And instead of using After Effects,
he uses RunwayML and Kling AI.
And he turns the wall into this transparent liquid
as he touches it.
And then the video ends and it does this weird screech
at the end like a horror movie.
OK, this shit's changing so fast.
And it will, dude, crypto is actually
in a fucking amazing place for this.
Because I think this is where like crypto will shine
because you can do on-chain validity of some content
and we're gonna need that.
I think WorldCoin might be interesting for this case,
actually, the eyeballs, not that I love it.
And also I'm working with two different clients
who are building on-chain agent DeFi,
not for the bullshit of a chat bot, there's no chatbot, but the entire thing is,
for example, one disrupts VC investment,
where this particular bot is trained on
hundreds of thousands of pitch decks as well as VC material,
and it has its own treasury.
Me as a pass-through signer can say,
I like this deal,
do you think we should do this OTC deal?
And what terms do you think we should do it at?
It'll compute that in like five minutes.
And with its own wallet,
it could make an investment OTC immediately
and support the treasury itself
and then use another AI bot that's been in development
to yield on stables and a bunch of other mechanisms
on the tokens it's swapped into.
Like there's crazy shit coming and I choose to be on top of it and I do not want to be
left behind because there's no other option.
Well, I was actually really engaged in that whole thing i mean it's it's fucking dark and like kind
of scary you start to understand why you know this was what like maybe six eight months ago
when you had like elan and like some of these other guys like having full-blown existential
crises over this shit right and like they understood this and probably
understand much better so within this is a long time ago and they were just kind of freaking out
for like not themselves but sort of society as a whole um and the problem is that short of having
ubi or something like that it becomes really fucking like really dark,
really fast.
And eventually we get there.
But if,
if human history has shown us anything,
it's that we're,
we're never going to be proactive about any of this shit.
It's going to be a race to maximize,
right?
Profits maximize like the,
the discrepancy between the haves and the have-nots until it reaches a breaking point,
and there'll probably be some fucking revolutionary shit,
some riots, people in the streets fucking going crazy.
And then, and only then, will they give UBI,
and probably at the beginning only to the extent that it just pacifies the masses
enough to not go and eat the fucking you know sam altman's
of the world and like it's fucked up but like that's probably what happens and then you turn
that corner and then politics basically becomes a race to be like who's going to give more ubi
and whatever and eventually things get better for society as a whole but like we're gonna have to go
through some fucking we have a decade we have a decade of pains to go through.
But there's good news.
So here's the good news for you guys.
So one, this makes crypto really important
for many, many reasons.
There's a very, very famous podcaster
who is very deep in startups and marketing.
I forget it.
It's Greg Eisenberg, I think is his last name.
But he's got a massive newsletter.
And last week he had a newsletter and the first topic was NFTs might actually have a
real use case.
They were just launched too early.
And the entire case is validating certain human content versus AI content. So like people in AI land are now talking about,
okay, if blockchain can validate things,
what is the systems we would need to develop
to truly determine if something's AI versus human?
So that's the good news.
For creators, I don't think creators die.
Like I think they just, there's a new avenue.
One, I said, is the human-AI hybrid,
where I think if you're a creative professional,
it's really fucking cool.
The other is if you are really good at IRL content and you go to a lot of events,
you have a very real future.
Because people want to interact
with the people they
watch or really like and if you are going to events and traveling and meeting
people in person then you have a cosigner to valid like if video becomes so good
that I can't tell who Ashley is in digital right but I know she goes to GDC
or I've had coffee with her or my friends have had coffee with her,
then I can go, all right, well, it doesn't matter
if this video is false or not
because this is a human with a real soul.
And so I'm invested in this content regardless
because I know this person exists in real life.
And that is going to last for at least 20 to 40 years
because robotics are way harder than digital AI.
Making robots look human and act human and have mannerisms, that's something that's going
to take a longer period of time.
And we're not at Blade Runner yet.
So that's the good news, right?
We still have time.
I just think that if you're not learning how to add AI to your workflow and how you can survive in an AI world now, if you're not learning that this year, I think you're in deep shit.
And I'm choosing not to be in deep shit.
So I'm trying all sorts of things.
I think it's going to change the landscape for musicians a lot and like artists like physical artists and stuff
like that like it's just it's really going to change what what it means to be a musician what
it means to be a physical artist like i think that's just i think it's really going to be
devastated in a way i mean like music is already getting devastated as it is because it's not worth
anything anymore but like this is going to be like the nail in the coffin i think for all of this stuff and it's just going to change what what like what the music
business is yet again like and it's it's going to come really fast i have a feeling so but you know
what's really interesting uh so like uh i'm not a quant but i look at a lot of other because i'm
definitely not a quant i'm not mathematically inclined inclined, but I'm really good at seeing trends from investor letters.
So I always read an investor letter because they have more data points than I.
And I always read it from like a big fag style company.
So I read the letter from the new Starbucks CEO.
Starbucks CEO, right?
Right.
That's a massive company, global company.
You know, that's a massive company, global company.
Their whole brand position for this year and over the next three years,
they call it a return to social.
Their whole mission and the investments they're making now are to
increase the square footage of their high traffic coffee stores,
adding new Wi-Fi and additional seating and comfort
because they're noting a noticing a rise in gig workers who are always working at home post-covid
because it's just what they do and rather than going to a we work they've noticed that on average
there are more people who will get a cup of coffee instead of leaving and going back home.
They will sit in the cafe for at least 30 to 40 minutes.
That way, even if they're not talking to people,
they're just surrounded by other people socially to recharge.
Starbucks entire mission is less creative meals,
like no more of the unicorn fart bullshit or less of it,
traditional coffee and enhanced Wi-Fi and seating.
That should tell you that if you can be like a Clemente and blend
IRL with online stuff, you'll be in a good position.
I think that there's a lot of opportunity and there's no reason to be scared because it's going to happen anyway.
You just have to figure out what your edge is in that new world.
