Thank you. Are you losing your voice again?
I'm always in the state of losing my voice.
How's your liberty again? It was great.
I was in New York City and then in Boston, so I got to
hop around a little bit. It was good. How was yours?
Here in the mountains in Japan in Hakone.
So, yeah, it's been really nice.
It's been boiling out here, so I'm living in my own sweat.
But at least there's a breeze on the mountains.
And it's pretty cool up here.
It's like there's like a lake and like a volcano at the top. And you take your cable car as you go around. It's pretty cool up here. There's like a lake and like a volcano at the top.
And you take your cable car as you go around.
You've been in Japan for forever, I feel like.
Okay. I am going to retweet this space.
So someone else give an intro.
Someone else give an intro.
Can't put us on the spot like that.
We don't even have that in the doc.
We're here for another monthly recap with Lumenloop and Lindsey.
Every month, we recap all the best things in the seller ecosystem that have happened, giving you the most alpha that you can get.
Yeah, so we divide this into a couple different parts.
First, we kind of cover our first, our favorite stories from the month.
And then we'll go into a lightning round.
So, Linz, whenever you're ready, we'll uh oh my gosh i'll give that i'll give that a
seven out of ten you started strong your hosting capabilities next time one of you can retweet the
space and i'll i'll do the beginning but yes um that was great so starting off with our big stories
of the month um my big story this month is going to be Fest. I can't believe, first of all, I know we actually say this every single month,
but I can't believe it's only been a month. So much has happened. I feel like I was in California
800 years ago. But yes, so Fest is this conference that takes place in the hills outside of LA,
like way outside of LA. It is beautiful. It's run by
Friends with Benefits or FWB, which was a DAO from the original 2021 DAO craze. It has survived
and thrived as a very, very culture and art focused DAO. And this is one of the most unique
spaces in all of crypto. Hats off to the Fest team. They bring together artists and musicians
and people who are really thinking about the future of the internet and how to build it
in a way that is extremely unique and really fun. It's always so funny because I've been two years
in a row now, and the first day is usually pretty heavily tech focused. It's on a Friday,
but then the second day is Saturday. And then there's like real LA influencers that come out who have nothing to do with crypto, which is always funny to me.
But it's really neat because there's all these culture forward activations and you get to really,
really think about kind of how we're building for the future and what that looks like for artists
and creators and just what it looks like from a like very human perspective, which I love. We had a big activation this year. We brought back our hammock lounge that we did
last year. We added a whole bunch to the hammock lounge. We added programming, which was awesome.
Anka led a session on community building. I led a session on, well, boo-boos,
which I'll get into a little bit more later. Tori spoke on the main stage about
why it's important to rebuild our payment systems and who it helps. And we just had a really good
time. We gave away our Girls Gone Stable t-shirts that were a huge hit in Cannes. They were an
equally huge hit here. We had a lot of folks who were definitely unfamiliar with Stellar,
and even some people who were maybe like really advanced in other
areas of tech or art, but like newer to blockchain. And so it was really cool to introduce them to
Stellar and the network and get to share why what we're building is really cool, which was awesome.
We also got to catch up with the Ramp Me Daddy team, which I loved. Shout out to those guys.
They were at a lot of our sessions, really fun. And we also met some of the folks from Lanara, which is the recently launched blockchain from ConsenSys.
It's always interesting to see what's happening now that everyone's launching an L1.
Met some really great people from Endowment, which is in the charitable giving space as well.
And I did our first on-chain retail activation with Smart Merch.
So I tokenized the Booboos and put those on-chain.
And we gave them away in an on-chain raffle built by our very own Elliot Boris.
Really, really fun and cool.
I'm actually super looking forward to doing more raffles in general because I thought that was a really fun way to activate people, have them do an on-chain transaction. So that was awesome. And the Libuboos were a huge hit. They came with a
fidgetal twin. So folks could actually put their Libuboos in AR space and play with them and take
pictures of them and carry them around as well as having real Libuboos. It was honestly so fun,
like seeing everyone play with their physical and digital versions,
seeing people open the boo-boos, like what a joy. And I was able to spin that into a conversation
just about building with more fun and a little bit more delusion in our lives. So dreaming bigger,
dreaming weirder, falling in love with things, chasing after things that you find cool and
better than ever. So yeah, Fest was awesome. Highly recommend to everyone to go at least
once in their lives because it's really fun. I want to hear more about these influencers
that just showed up that have nothing to do with crypto. Oh my God. It was like being at Coachella
a little bit because the thing is like, there's also these really wonderful and cool musical
performances. So I saw Kamasi Washington, which is like an
amazing jazz band leader, like just an incredible performance, um, brought out his wife who's
tore the house down, had one of his kids on drums. Like it was just so good.
And so best does this incredible job of like, it's like where everyone in crypto can go to actually
be creative. And so it brings out
people who are naturally creative. And so there was influencers like full on festival gear. Oh
my God, I got a free tattoo. Thanks to the e-girl pop-up. I now have a Syzygy tattoo on my ankle.
It's just like such a fun place. And I know it sounds kind of irreverent, but the thing is like,
there's extremely serious conversations going on at the same time. And it's like,
I think like every major tech company should have a spot like this not burning man because that's overdone and i hate burning man but should have a spot where people are kind of forced out of
their comfort zone and to like think about art and creators and life in a different way and it's just
like it was really cool i randomly ran into someone i went to college with who i haven't seen in 12
years too it's like what the hell are you doing here?
Is that what inspired that tweet about dating and you randomly run into someone at a conference?
I ran into an ex that is.
We're running out of time.
Yeah, that's fine. I love that you asked me this and then don't want out of time raf you're next yeah that's fine i love that
you asked me this and then i don't want the answer raf it was just bait i wanted to hear what you
were going to say well you can't bait me and then have me answer seriously i know i know we got a
lot of lightning rounds so terrible i'm still stuck on not understanding what a labubu is raf save us
save lindsay for needing to explain her uh no i'd be happy to explain you
cut me off break it down for us lens take the time oh yeah so a person from another country
and i saw him on a street corner in a city that neither of us live in and i was like the universe
hates me that's what I've concluded.
I pretty much vacillate between I am God's favorite and God hates me every day.
That was a God hates me moment.
I mean, I think if you were an optimist, you would be like, this was made to be. But it sounds like your glass is kind of half empty and you were like, why?
Why is this happening to me?
That was a pessimistic situation.
All right, Raph. Well, if you're not finding love in a conference,
maybe you'll find it at Britain.
It wasn't at a conference.
It was, I was celebrating my birthday with friends, normies.
Great segue into our next one.
Yeah, find love on stellar.
So we had an AME at the start of the month with the new CMO.
And I guess Jose is the president of growth.
That's the official title, right?
So we have two new people.
We have Jason and Jose that have joined SDF.
I don't know if they've really made clear exactly what Jose's position is within the tree of SDF.
But it is obviously helping direct and lead the growth team. And then Jason's coming in as CMO.
Anyways, they had an EMA to kind of help people understand and see what their kind of philosophies
were in crypto and what they were trying to bring this dollar. So I kind of went through the EMA,
just to kind of give you a couple of key takeaways that I saw as something that was interesting.
of give you a couple of key takeaways that I saw as something that was interesting. Jason's coming
from Blockade and other crypto companies, and then Jose's coming from PayPal. So I think they're
very fintech-y, but their experience is slightly different. Jason seems to be someone that
is kind of wants to continue the story about human, like focusing
on compelling human stories, but wants to place like a greater focus on the network's
technical features and innovations.
Something that kind of was really interesting is that a couple of the answers in the AMA
were about building an Asia and APAC strategy.
So they've hired a regional director for Singapore,
and now they're looking for new potential hubs for the ambassadors in APAC.
Jose seems more like someone who's focused on bridging the networks and bridging with TradeFi
and crypto. He focused on real world use cases and large scale institutional option. And coming
from his background at PayPal, this makes a lot of sense.
Donnell kind of was really confident in those RWA goals, which for me feels a little weird. I don't really know if I know all this information that SCF has, but there seems to be something
more at play here because I think we're looking at half a billion dollars in RWAs
on the network currently, but we're looking to six times that by the end of the year. So very
interesting to see how that plays out within the next couple of months and in the fourth quarter.
There was a talk in the EMA about continuing to advise central banks, but the focus is now
a talk in the EMA about continuing to advise central banks, but the focus is now advancing
stablecoins and making sure that there's yield bearing assets on the network. And then Danelle
talked about also how they're encouraged by regulations in the Genius Act, how they continue
to spend a lot of time with regulars in DC. And the work that they've spent over the years have
really kind of helped shape what's available as regulation as it is in today.
And it doesn't really change anything for Stellar, but what's really cool about the Genius Act and
these regulations is that it will allow new players to support crypto assets. And that's, again,
pushing crypto adoption as a whole, but also allowing them to support Stellar as a network
No further comment. I'm not fueling any Araf's speculations.
Leave it open-ended there.
But I am going to choose to cede my time for more lightning round. There was a lot of stuff this month and we are already 14 minutes into this
30 estimated minute chat we're gonna have.
And we have, I believe there are 22 items
to get through this month.
So I'm not gonna go into depth on any one particular.
What he's saying is he didn't prepare anything.
Raf is all the way in Japan and got it together.
And he's trying to play this off like it's gracious.
It's already Wednesday for Raf.
So I think it's the opposite.
He had a whole extra day to prepare.
I have plenty, a plethora of notes over here.
Lightning round is the time.
We really need sound effects though. I literally woke up to lightning today and i was like hey we need to have like a lightning sound when it gets to the
lightning round it'd be like jim kramer or something you know that's a bad name in crypto
but you know he has many sound effects and one of them is lightning so we could do that right now
but we could do like acdc music just like yeah something we gotta we gotta pump it up it's early
see we did this at 8 a. I don't drink coffee,
but I would hope most other people that drink coffee have already had their coffee.
You know, we got to amp this up for 8am. It's 8am for me on the West Coast. We got to liven
it up a bit. So yeah, some sound effects for next month. But yeah, let's kick off lightning round.
Can't believe you just spent a minute on sound effects for lightning round and couldn't prepare
And you couldn't talk about story to talk about and you
couldn't talk about your love life like that was also a problem yeah exactly great anyways so
kicking off lightning round the u.s department of commerce has started to put economic data on chain
so stellar network was one of the chains that it chose to put economic data on which is really
really cool awesome to see this kind of stuff move into that space. I actually found this out at my birthday dinner and was legitimately excited
about it. So super cool. Some stable coin news on the network. We have a new RAND backed stable
asset on Stellar. So TD Markets Exchange, which is a South african broker launched i'll call it zark coin it's z-a-r-c coin
uh pegged one-to-one to the south african ran directly on stellar it's going to expand the
network roster of the fiat backed uh assets on stellar obviously huge place to launch your
stable coin is on stellar so we're just further that. That'll allow us to go into kind of some
emerging market corridors and open doors for NGOs and merchants, cross-border payments,
everything. A lot of workers in those areas. So this will just expand the network a little bit
more to reach those people. One cool thing about the coin, it also returns up to a 7.5% APY to
holders, which I was not aware of. So that's pretty cool. It would get interesting once
we incorporate that on some lending on Stellar. And with most of these new coin announcements,
I just want to mention this. There's a lot of, as soon as these things are mentioned,
there's a lot of copycat coins. Obviously it's very cheap to create any token you want on Stellar.
I even have a tutorial on YouTube, how to do it for super cheap. So don't trust. Do you see a ZARC
coin existing on Stellar expert? Don't take it for super cheap. So don't trust. Do you see a ZARC coin existing
on Stellar Expert? Don't take it for granted that that is actually the real thing. It usually takes
a little bit for liquidity for these new tokens to show up. So make sure you do your research and
you're not buying a fake token. Do I go again? Oh my gosh, I did it. I pulled a raft. Oh my gosh.
All right. Another cool thing. SDF is joining the ERC 3643 association.
This essentially aligns stellar who's already a leader in the tokenized assets,
aligns them further with leading standard for compliant real world asset tokenization.
So for those unfamiliar, unfamiliar ERC 3643 is an open source regulatory framework that's already recognized by regulators and even cited by the SEC.
So Stellar can kind of offer the speed and efficiency layer while ERC 3643 brings compliance architecture that the regulators want.
And Stellar is obviously already known for compliance features that are built into the protocol itself.
But this just takes it a little step further and strengthens that narrative a little bit. So that's cool to see. And then I go again. I got to rearrange this
next time. I didn't even look at the order. Oh my gosh. All right. Some wallet news, Telegram
wallet. And this one's a little confusing. I'll get to why at the end here. So this one was
announced. I'm not sure if it's ready for prime time yet but telegram wallet announced support for stellar there's obviously a huge community on telegram and support for stellar inside of there
will be great but i'll be honest i tried desktop and mobile i couldn't find literally anything
about xlm yet so maybe this was more of an announcement of an announcement or possibly
i'm just not in a supported region in california in the States, which would be a little odd. But
nevertheless, this will be a big integration to have available for the ecosystem. If anyone out
there was able to get this working already, shoot me some screenshots and DM. I know Telegram has
been running some tweets. I even saw another one this morning that kind of had a little video of
how it's supposed to work. I, however, have not been able to get that to work. So if you have been
able to, feel free to shoot me a DM and let me know how it's going and how it's supposed to work. I, however, have not been able to get that to work. So if you have been able to,
feel free to shoot me a DM and let me know how it's going
and how it's been when you played with it.
It's weird with the videos,
like, because right now they're advertising
up to 25% APY for XLM holders.
They keep advertising it,
but it's weird if it's not live.
Yeah, I haven't been, like I said,
I tried desktop and mobile and I haven't been like i said i tried
desktop and mobile and i haven't been able to find anything related nothing that even looks like the
videos that they're posting so it might be a regional thing i actually reached out to someone
this morning to ask but haven't heard back yet good news you're next
jay no i'm not. You're alive.
Telegram and Tangem start with the same.
Tangem wallet now has support for Stellar tokens.
So if you're one of the lucky Tangem hardware wallet users, maybe someone who got the super
sweet Stellar branded Tangem card at an event. Their app now supports Stellar tokens
as part of their August 24 update. Tangent wall, it's pretty cool. Like I said, there were some
events that we gave out some SDF co-branded Tangent cards. Super cool. I believe Tyler
Kale Pail still has a gigantic handful of those babies. So maybe if you are going to Meridian and
you see him, he'll be able to pass one to you.
So Tyler, if you're out there listening, bring a handful.
And in further wallet news, Coca 2.0 launched this past week.
I believe it was yesterday, actually.
This is more so targeted at not U.S. audience.
But Coca has wrapped its whole product into a new clean neobank grade interface.
They are offering 8% cash back on purchases, 50% back on Netflix, et cetera, 50% on hotels,
6% APY on card balance and zero fee swaps.
They have just a whole bunch of stuff going on.
So go check out Coca Wallet, doing a twitter space with them this thursday as well
i think they even have a card and stuff like i'm there's a card it's a whole thing
it's a whole thing um near intense have added stellar network support so you can now do like
cross-chain swaps from different assets to stellar USCC or XLM.
This is pretty cool because it's like, it kind of leverages the near protocol to access liquidity on different chains.
But it's not like a bridge, essentially, it's like different people on different networks competing and then for the best quotes.
networks competing and then for the best quotes. So I tried using this earlier and it was, I think
it was like for a 10k USD swap from XLM to another network, I think you lost like 30 bucks. So it's
like 0.3% of cost to jump from one network to another, which is awesome.
So yeah, if you need to bridge from one network to another, they support a lot of networks,
it's quick, and they support pass keys. So you don't even need to create a seller wallet.
There was a Yieldblocks DAO governance proposal to raise the supply cap for Etherfuse's
SATES token. It was passed. The supply cap for that is now raised from 5
million to 20 million SATES. The SATES token had been pegged at 100% supply cap for a while and
was yielding over 30%. So there was a lot of people clamoring for that to be raised so they
could get in on that yield. And so there was a governance proposal submitted and passed and raised that by 4x.
So now more people can go and finally access those juicy yields for that asset in the Yieldblocks pool.
So you can check that out, mainnet.blend.capital in the Yieldblocks pool.
SDF announced an investment in Archex, which I'm not positive if I'm saying that right.
But it is UK-based regulated digital asset exchange broker and custodian. They are tokenizing
RWAs like money market funds. They have over 100 tokenized funds now available on the Stellar
network with partnerships like forming partnerships with major institutions like Lloyds Bank and Aberdeen Asset Management.
So we are going big on RWAs in the UK.
If you are in the seller developer Discord or in global,
somebody dropped in and gave a signup link for Freer Mobile.
This hasn't been posted anywhere, but if you are in the Discord, you can now get access, early beta access, to try it out. So essentially, this lets you connect and use all
your Stellar goodies, but through a similar interface that you're used to. So lots of Freighter
stuff going on right now. If you follow the Stellar releases, you can see there's been lots of updates on redesigns. Go check it out. And again, if you're interested
in using the new freighter mobile app, go look at the Discord history. Reflector announced 35 new
price feeds for Stellar and this is going to allow for new synthetics there's i think a bunch of new
fx rates so something like orbit cdp will allow you to have you know synthetic mexican pesos
lots of cool things that you can do if you do price feeds other notable price feeds for like
for example with the kill hackathon there is a kill price feed and then there's also uh tesoro from uh etherfuse so if you're interested
in uh maybe adding that to a blend pool that would be super cool and now it's possible with
it on the oracle so go check it out there's 35 new price feeds and there's more coming
on the way a couple items here for aquarius which has been making some moves recently. So you can now add single
supply, sorry, you can now add or withdraw single sided liquidity in their stable pools. So this is
a huge quality of life improvement. So people can more quickly and easily deposit liquidity into or
remove liquidity from these pools without any forced swaps needing to occur. So Aquarius has
been making a lot of improvements lately. If you haven't checked them out in a while, you definitely should.
Also from Aquarius, and this was technically last month, but that was after we did our show.
So, TBL on Aquarius AMMs surpassed Stellar's native AMMs, which is a pretty big deal.
So, native AMMs came to Stellar with protocol 18 all the way back in November of 2021.
Smart contracts, as you know, went live with protocol 20 in February of 2024.
So that's kind of a testament to the rate of growth of smart contracts on Stellar.
So congrats to the team for that.
And it's funny saying those dates out loud because we went from protocol 18 to protocol
20 in many years, and we're now a day away from protocol 23.
So that's three protocol releases in like a year and a half.
So a lot of, a lot of stuff happening here on the network,
but cool stuff happening on Aquarius aqua dot network.
And Sockify. Sockify is now on mainnet. It's a smart wallet and lets you receive and send tokens and manage your tokens from an interface.
Sockify is now on mainnet.
So essentially, quickly, you essentially just put in the name that you want for your account and it creates your account for you, gives you a passkey and essentially that's now your new wallet and they have a lot of plans for kind of uh using
that first like social logins and uh lots of new interactions and essentially you can go and use
blend through these this passkey integration uh but yeah go check out socketfi i think it's
app.socket.fi and next we have a redesign for the Stellar lab. So the SDF posted
lab.stellar.org where you can build, simulate, submit transactions, explore horizon endpoints,
convert XDR to JSON, pretty much basically do all the things. Got a big facelift. So SDF has
done a lot of work to the lab recently. Go check that out. Lab.stellar.org.
If you have any feedback, G is in all the Discord, super receptive to any input you may have.
She's doing an awesome job there.
But if you have any input, you can talk directly to the person who is doing a lot of that work.
So shout out to G. Great job on the lab.
And we will be making more content around how to use the
new lab in other wallet news uh hot wallet and source swap are now working together so users
can connect their hot wallet directly to the source swap decks to seamlessly swap tokens
provide liquidity and interact with defy protocols on the Stellar Network.
Love to see the ecosystem work together. Speaking of the ecosystem, SCF37 winners. We're awarded 1.8 million in XLM. We had 19 projects this round. SCF38 is underway. Always so exciting to
see what's being new and what's built. Make sure you check out the recap blog on that. For more ecosystem news, Abroad went live. Abroad is an on-off ramp built on the Stellar
Rails. It seamlessly connects the Colombian peso and is also integrated with PIX in Brazil. So for
those of you that are going to Meridian, download either Decaf, Beans,
or Zipto wallet, and you can scan and pay with PIX using USDC. So pretty cool.
And also from the InfraRare team, Sorban security portal is now live. So this is a searchable database of found vulnerabilities from audits and it has semantic search. So essentially
they've kind of aggregated all the data from audits and you can kind of see pitfalls that
people have fallen into and this could help you kind of prevent or make it go faster when you're
doing your own audit. So go check them out, Sorbonne security portal. Yes, and in the security
world, OpenZeppelin announced, launched. Oh my God. I just combined launched
and announced into announced. I'm going to remember that. That's a good one.
I kind of like that. Anyways, they announced the Sorbonne Security Detectors SDK. It is a new
security framework specifically designed to help devs find vulnerabilities and follow best practices
when building on Sorbonne and with smart contracts.
So everyone go build safely.
So Enrique launched another library.
This one is so that you can use JavaScript without the need for polyfills.
It's a set five library, go check it out.
This month we also announced an RPC integration
Like this is like a whole lot of words I don't know,
but I know the concept, but I didn't write the overview.
Anyways, so we all know stellar archives
inactive data to avoid state bloat but obviously getting a hold of that data has been a bit of a
challenge so now with this update that data is easily accessible sellers rpc now has infinite
squirrel capabilities which means devs can access any historical ledger data from the blockchain's
genesis block through integration with a cloud-based data lake.
So that breaks the previous seven-day retention limit. If you want to learn more about how to
use that, check out the Stellar Developer blog. And last but certainly not least,
our friends at Decaf teased a debit card a while back and it's kind of sort of finally launched.
So they posted a teaser on here and
I hit them up for an access code and got one. And within a few minutes, I had an activated
loaded debit card in my Apple pay. So community member new, which I see in the crowd here,
he posted a pretty cool video of him using his Apple watch to pay for something in a store.
So that was cool to see it in action. I know decaf retweeted that um i think there might be some geo restrictions on who can get access but definitely
check your decaf app and hit them up on x if you need an access code maybe tell them jrome sent you
decaf is really going like adding all those superpowers like it's good enough it's going
to be like the one-stop shop the only thing they're missing is like ways to like earn better
like interest on stellar like
if they had like if i could use blend through decaf i wouldn't use anything else i could be
done they've mentioned coming soon because i asked them they i know when they posted their current
uh platform that they're using for yield i know everybody obviously from the stellar side was like
win win blend win blend and they replied soon So hopefully soon we'll have some more options there.
But yeah, that would be cool.
Just like to like, like blow up their sales just a little bit more.
Like, like essentially like you create a decap wallet, you can make as many
stellar addresses that you want and they're all sponsored.
So like you receive USCC, you don't have to add any trust lines and all your
And now you can add tokens, any tokens that you want on the network through that source swap integration.
And you don't have to pay fees when you're swapping to these tokens or holding them.
And then now there's a card.
Like it's just like there's so much like if you know any normies and you're trying to introduce dollar, decaf is the way to go.
All these wallets that abstract away all those complexities of trust lines and minimum
balances, um, are definitely the path of least resistance for onboarding the normies.
Like you say, so yeah, it works out good.
We have a nice last little, last little session here.
Um, we do have the seller hacks, acks Kill and Reflector hackathon happening
right now. We did extend the deadline to September 8th. We are starting to see some pretty cool
projects come in. I think there's a new project from Fred, like an AI agent trading something.
Go check it out. It's pretty neat. It is first step into... I've heard
Fred talk about AI stuff, but I've never seen him do an AI project. And this is the first
one. And I saw Tsupri did one on multisig. So again, lots of cool stuff coming out from
that. If you do want to participate, there's 12K in prizes, 10 spots. And again, you do
have another week here to submit.
On door hacks, yeah. Roll another week here to submit. On DoraHacks. On DoraHacks, yeah.
And now we also have, like, lots of cool tech stuff happening on Stellar.
And it's all happening at once.
And it's all before Meridian.
It's like we have a deadline that we have to hit.
But yeah, Protocol 23 is happening on September.
Protocol 23 has a vote to happen on September 3rd. Could still not pass.
I think right now it's pretty comfortably happening. But yeah, September 3, look for
a lot of cool stuff that could be now possible on the network.
Yeah, that's big. I know I'll be sitting there refreshing dashboard.stellar.org just
waiting for it to pop in and say it's on protocol 23 and
make sure the network's still up and stable so they always these big ones this is a pretty big
one there's a lot of caps rolled into this so um yeah it'll be interesting to see everything so far
has gone off without a hitch with smart contracts so i don't expect this to be any different there
was plenty of time on on testnet and everything and obviously we did the tried to kill it via kale on future net so everything hopefully we've kind of squashed
any bugs there and tomorrow we'll go off without a hitch but yeah big big upgrade as far as tech
and transaction pricing and parallelization so a lot of cool stuff coming in that protocol upgrade
i'm sure you'll see some tweets from the org tomorrow about that. The only thing that I would probably suggest for people is make sure that your dev tooling
is updated because there was some breaking features with our like RPCs and some other stuff.
So just make sure that whatever you're using that plugs into this upgrade is up to date. I think
everything is fixed now. And also tell us what caps you're excited about. I think parallelization is probably the most important one at the moment.
And speaking of big things happening, Meridian is this month.
It's in basically a mere two weeks.
So it's September 17th to 18th in Rio.
I believe, Raf, you'll be down there, right?
So everyone go say hi to Raf for sure if you're going.
It's going to be tons of cool sessions to watch out for, confidential tokens.
We have side events this year, Normals leading a hike.
It's going to be really cool.
We have a lot of little goodies hidden in there, working with a lot of community folks.
Brain Frog's been involved.
We're going to have a – it's going to be a good time.
Raph will be our on-the-ground correspondent for that.
Yeah, I'll have a mic there and just do a little live show.
There's five side events that are there right now.
So it is really starting to take off.
And there's almost something like from the 15th to the 17th, there's something every day.
On the 16th, there's like a bunch of sunset stuff.
So hopefully not a cloudy day here. But yeah, if you want to go and get a free meal or meet some
people, definitely go check out the side events page on Luma. Yeah, I was going to say, I just
double checked the Meridian site. The side event site on Luma, I don't think it's linked from
anywhere. So we might need to make sure we get Oh yeah, for sure. Get that tweeted out.
It is on the networking page.
So scroll down on the networking page.
There is a side events portion of that,
that links off to the Luma that has details about all the side events.
Yeah, definitely check that out.
The blend team's doing a night out there.
So you'll get to meet those guys
hang out with them chop it up those guys are super cool so ambassador stuff i mean there's there's a
lot of cool stuff happening so yeah check that out it's on the meridian site under the uh networking
tab yeah raf's gonna be on the ground and j and are gonna be the lead fomo consultants
he'll relay back clips and we'll uh we'll translate them into postable content or
something. I don't know. After being there for every Meridian until this one, I'm sad that I
won't be there, but it is hectic to try and be everywhere at once. There's a lot of stuff
happening. I guess you could say a lot of alpha, right? Right, Lindsay? On a bunch of different stages. It's hard to keep up and be everywhere at once.
So yeah, Raph will do as good as he can to keep up with everything.
But there's a lot of cool stuff. I mean, if you look through the agenda,
there's some stuff in there that I think we are anticipating.
There's some mentions of some sessions with PayPal.
There's mentions of Circle.
So yeah, there's usually some cool stuff come out of Meridian.
So I'm looking forward to it.
that the Giveth Stellar community launch
ends tomorrow, September 3rd.
It's your last chance to donate.
Make sure you donate on the Stellar network.
There's some really cool projects
to bring seller around the world and lead educational events so it's been great working
with the gibbeth team on that and i think that's it did we cover it i think so i mean only only
eight minutes over not not the worst we've done we We actually were on, we finished the lightning round at 1131.
And if we wouldn't have gone over your dating history and all that, we probably would. Who else is that?
Who can we blame for that one?
Well, we'll have a whole different show for that.
That's a different, and we'll go.
It's almost like there should be a podcast about it.
Do you want to take a girl?
Stay in your lane next time,
If anyone's listening and you see some news
throughout the month that's important,
obviously tag BuildOnStellar,
LumenLoop, anybody, make sure
we're aware of it. We got a pretty
good pulse on the ecosystem, but stuff
does slip through the cracks that we
don't have obviously don't have time to mention everything but definitely definitely tag us when
there's stuff going on and you think we need to know about it and we will make sure to cover it
or send us dms on discord reddit telegram wherever you know where to find us if you want to follow
lindsay's dating life you go ahead and follow Seeking Alpha on Twitter.
You know, we made it through eight months of these monthly recaps without you two Yahoo's bringing that up.
We'll wait for the next in-person one to bring it up again so we can see if we can get you to turn red on camera or something.
yeah all right y'all great month raf have so much fun down in rio take lots of pics we'll have for
sure i think we're gonna have to probably make the september one we're gonna have to not lie to
ourselves and maybe make it 45 minutes yeah at least at least and maybe maybe we need to cut the
month in half and just do one
shortly after meridian and then one at the end of the month we'll have to have to figure that out
but yeah i have a feeling next month we're gonna we're gonna have to plan ahead and go long for
sure gonna have a lot but it's been so fun looking forward to september it's been a good month
see you guys in a month. Enjoy your week.
it is with everything except for my exes.
we'll see everybody next month.
