lot of obligations. And while we may be able to meet those, it sure was nice to have that Bitcoin
under our books when we're going to be offering these, you know, yield products and services with many of these things, especially with stablecoin legislation
passed, right? So what do you do, right? What do you do with shallow liquidity on the weekends,
right? You make waves in the pool, right? You fill in the hole in the balance sheet.
You shake out the loose Satoshis, ladies and gentlemen. So you pump the chart,
you dump the chart, right? And this is all very, very bullish. And look at how we're recovering,
guys. So I think we're seeing the posturing heading into stable coin legislation,
whether we get it or not. If we get a pullback, that was money in TradFi for me. That's all
psychology. We know how the story ends for me. That's all psychology.

This is how we walk.

talk to in here, if you guys don't remember in 2021, you know, the IRS hired over 1500 people
to be in spaces. Remember there was that one FDIC, you know, attorney, there's been lots of them that
got called out for their bullshit. I think Trump really did take a bullet by doing that meme coin for a lot of people.
Because why would you go after all these little guys when you got to go prove the big guys?

I have, like, one thing is, of course, I spend as much time as I can singing on a day-to-day basis.
Either it's, like, on some spaces or when I'm writing music.
But yes, I have been learning since I was a child.
Like my parents put me in a classical music class when I was probably six or seven or eight.
And then I kind of drifted away from classical music, got into more Western like Linkin Park and Nickelback and Creed and Metallica
that's what gives my voice that kind of an edge you could say like rock music a
lot of rock music man in between Limp Bizkit and I kind of stepped away from
formal training in between then I picked up the flute. I learned that for about 10 years.
It's the Indian classical flute.
It's an Indian, it's an instrument made of bamboo.
It's called Bansuri.
But now I focus all my time on producing music, Tom.
So I spent a lot of time on Logic Pro and all the plugins and all this stuff to make music. So in terms of singing, yes, I do want to give it more time, actually.

You know, it's interesting what you guys are doing, and it's funny because
I was doing this, let's see, I don't know, 40 years ago.
Anyway, I started a project, or it's in formation right now as we speak,
and it was a crypto project.
And I basically tried to figure out how to create a currency slash alternative investment slash whatever the fuck we're all doing here,
without rug pulling and without everything.
And what I ended up doing was,
purchasing 13 million shares of a public company that's trading on,
NASDAQ pink sheets called nugs and UGS, uh, public company,
not your fucking dank net weed, whatever meme coin bullshit. Um,
and then, and like the, uh, Chinese food, I, uh, you know,
watch the company a little bit. We'll go straight into the ground. Uh,
cause it was a Chinese, uh Chinese grift and corruption operation.
Now, the company is, it's interesting because pink sheets are a little different than the
regular world.
Pink sheets, you never really get delisted, so to speak.
You just kind of get parked in a dark parking lot, a little, you know, dusted over, but
you're still sitting there with whatever shares
you have. And it's just waiting for someone to come in and rejig the whole thing. And that's
what's really occurring right now. It's going to be, and I hate to be hyperbolic, but it's going
to be one of those big short kind of situations because it just, it highlights the complete farce that the U.S. stock exchange is today.
What's happening is there were about 300 million shares of NUGS traded when NUGS went, not under, but crashed into the airport, so to speak.
NUGS was a 20-year-old company started in mid-2000s by
somebody out of Nevada, and it was a silver mining company. And then it transformed into
some alternative energy, and then it transformed into cannabis. The all-time high on Nugs is $7.
Nugs is currently traded at $1,000 of a penny, but you can't get any because all the
shares are locked up. Shares are locked up by a whole bunch of people that, well, there was a
whole bunch of options when it was 350 million shares outstanding of which me and my group's
speculation is that about 250 million of those are gone. So the true share outstanding is probably
100 million shares, which would make me a majority shareholder. So I have to kind of those are gone. So the true share outstanding is probably 100 million shares,
which would make me a majority shareholder.
So I have to kind of be careful here because I could be in violation of something
that I have no way of knowing.
So I could be an above 10% shareholder.
The beautiful thing about NUGS is that it's kind of like the kibbutz of the stock market.
Everyone, every ape that can get in, can get in.
If they can creatively find a way to get in and kind of help the team.
Now, the beautiful thing is there's no rug pull, okay?
Because you're locked in with shares.
If you want to sell, you sell.
If you want to hold, you hold.
The other beautiful thing about Nugs is that I was taught, you know, I'm a professional trader.
So I started trading in 1995.
I was one of the original Soz Bandits, which is why I kind of cornered the market on nugs, so to speak.
I grew up playing simulations.
And Railroad Tycoon was one of my favorite simulations growing up.
And it taught me how to corner the market, which is what I did here um now the good news is y'all can come along for the ride back in the day uh people
couldn't really you know lop onto these kinds of situations so to speak there's another situation
like this with mntlp i don't know what you know those guys are doing they're um i'm not denigrating
