We have a lot of things, a lot of things that came up in the Discord chat,
a lot of people sharing, you know, what injuries they're coming up with,
what rehab they want to do, what their actual goals are.
And I'm super excited to share what's helped me, you know,
especially since I'm pretty much like a walking person from the game operation.
Like I've had everything broken at some point playing
baseball and boxing and everything um and i i've kind of rehabbed relatively well i might have a
cricket pinky but it's okay you know everything else works really really good uh and i just want
to share my world i want to share i want to share what's worked for me over the years i want to share
what meals i take what meals help me you know slim, what meals help me bulk up, what I go to for snacks.
And there's also going to be some fun competitions in there.
Between the community, just kind of challenge ourselves, see who wins.
And then there will be a little bit of incentives because, like I said, I'm doing this for everybody to get a little bit better.
I'm not doing this necessarily for me.
I kind of want everybody else.
If I could help one person, that's a success in my book.
