Thank you. I don't think you're ready for this, Keith.
I don't think you're ready for the music that I've chosen for today. I needed a pick me up The chain of my wealth You were the girl for me
You were the person for me
But you turned me on the chain
Baby, you just turned me on the chain
Baby, you just turned me on, baby You turn me on, baby
You turn me loose, and you turn me wrong You dropped the bomb on me, baby
You dropped the bomb on me
But you turn me off, you change
You dropped the bomb on me, baby
You dropped the bomb on me
Just like Alamie, such a set to free
You took me to the sky, I've never been so high Thank you. Bye. Baby, you just have to find more.
You're in motion, bad like a motion.
You were the gift for me.
You were the first exclusion,
came out to be corrosion.
You were the first for me,
but you turned me up, baby. You just have to find more.
Baby, you just have to find more. Oh, baby. I don't forget what you're doing today. We just got the bottle. We just got the bottle.
We just got the bottle. Baby. I know I can't ever hear a whole song let's go to the next one get the room share comment in the purple You know what to do. The vibes are immaculate.
It's going to be a good, good space.
Ay. Ay. Ay. Ay. Ay. Ay. Ay.
Ay. Ay. Ay. Ay. Ay. Ay. Ay. Ay. Ay. Ay. Ay. Ay. Ay. Ay. Ay. Ay. Ay. Get down on it
How you gonna do it if you really don't wanna dance
That's right, get off your ass
How you gonna do it if you really don't wanna dance
Cause I heard all the people saying
Get down on it, come on it
If you really want it Get down on it You gotta feel it Get down on it get down on it. Come on in. Get down on it. If you really want it.
You got to get on the groove If you want your body to move Tell me baby How you gonna do it if you really don't wanna dance? By standing on the wall
Get your back up on the wall Tell me How you gonna do it if you really won't take a chance?
By standing on the wall, get your back up, cause I heard all the people saying
Get down on it, get down on it, get down on it, get down on it
When you're dancing, get down on it, get down on it, get down on it, get down on it, get down on it.
Get your back up off the wall, dance, come on.
Get your back up off the wall, dance, come on. Get down on it, come on, get your back up off the wall Dance, come on
Get down on it, come on in
How you gonna do it if you really don't wanna dance?
By standing on the wall, get your back up on the wall
Tell me baby, how you gonna do it if you really won't take the chance?
By standing on the wall, get your back up on the wall
Listen baby, you know it, when you're dancing, yeah
You show it, when you move, move, move listen baby
all right last one we're gonna get this going again i can't listen for a whole
I have no patience on this space and you're a whole song but room right now, I don't know what you're doing Oh What did he say?
This is Benny's song right here
So I gotta get up here in the morning
Gotta get up here in the morning
Now I gotta get up here in the morning Bye. Now I gotta get up every morning Gotta make up of a mess in my life
Gotta find a little lover that won't run for cover
Gotta find a little lover that won't run the ball
Now I gotta get up early in the morning
So I gotta get up early in the morning All right, all right, let's get it going.
We've had about 10 minutes of music.
Great music to start the space.
I need a pick-me-up sometimes, and that's the music I like to listen to
when I'm in a great mood, when I need to get in a better mood.
So, yeah, y'all going to ride along with me for that one.
GM, everybody. Happy tequila time
Wednesday. So happy to be here with one of my favorite people. Keith, how are you doing this
morning, GM? Ain't no way. Ain't no way. You know, I'm kind of used to this i'm not gonna lie i'm kind of used
to this keith you're probably sending this out no no i was fighting with the mic i was fighting
with the mic i'm right here i'm here so exciting i was like i'm just my favorite person i like
you just left me here music choices though you you're getting you're
getting pumped so i was liking it i i hit the treadmill on that like i'm like jamming like i'm
working out in the gym and i'm like y'all have no idea what's going on in my earbuds right now
but we're at a disco we're about to party you know it's like i i feel like i'm getting old
because when i'm listening to this music,
I'm like, man, this is like the good shit.
When they actually made music that was good, good vibes.
And now I don't understand half the shit
they're saying in music anymore, but it is what it is.
We got to get GMT token back up here.
I know they're having issues with accepting co-hosts.
Maybe they'll be able to get back up a speaker but in the meantime let's tell barbie hi hello barbie gm so happy you could be here i
miss you i miss your voice how are you good morning miss maxi bro you had me up grooving
around my house i was like oh that's the kind of morning
I was out here discoing across all the tiles
Absolutely loving the vibe
You decided to just hit the gym
And you have been so consistent
I hope baby Z gets to feel in better.
I was, dude, I was stepping, you know.
I like, I've been watching a lot of stepping videos.
The Carolinas, they know what they're doing over there.
I'm like, can y'all please bring more of that to Texas?
Because it's been a minute.
Rodeo time is a really cool time to hang
out with everybody and dance and listen to good music. But I appreciate you on the flowers. The
gym isn't easy. It's just being consistent. Honestly, I love it. I love it. I love the
feeling I get after working out. I need it for my mental health as well. Like I noticed like for me, if I'm not
working out, I miss a workout. I'm not like feeling my best at all. Unfortunately, I wasn't
able to work out for like two weeks. I smashed my finger pretty nasty and my finger was busted open.
So I didn't want to catch like staff or something because, you know, gyms are dirty as shit.
But yeah, so I felt it yesterday, definitely.
I was breathing heavy yesterday working out.
I was like, this is not it.
This is two weeks too long.
But, yeah, everybody should be active every day.
I used to do Zumba because I was like, you know what?
I don't really like working out, but I like to dance, you know?
So get active, get moving.
I love your body. Take care of yourself is important. Do you, um, do you,
I don't know if your gym has step class, but step class, I know it sounds so silly, but it's actually like one of my favorite things. I'm not a Zumba person, but step class,
I kill that. Um, but I agree. I agree. I finally got the dino in school.
And so usually I like drop him off in the morning and then I just like go for like a nice brisk walk for like an hour or two and get all my steps in and get the movement out and take the dog for a walk and all of that.
So I totes totes agree with it.
So he's home from school. So I'm just'm just gonna you know dance around to some disco and
mexi space let's go yeah we don't have I go to um like I don't know what you call these gyms Keith
probably knows but it's like um like the really like I feel like there's a bunch of like hardcore
gym rats that go here so they don't do classes they have like the outdoor weight room and the indoor side it's
huge i love it um i go and work out on the outdoor side where there's no air condition there's no heat
and i always laugh at the men uh working out on the indoor air condition side because i'm like
y'all are a bunch of bitches like come and work out with me over here and when it when summer
hits it's gonna be crazy because it's like a hundred plus in texas
i can't fucking wait because i it's gonna be empty on that side it's gonna be beautiful that's where
they play the best music too um but yes i will be checking out some classes soon i'm doing a
pilates or local business here they do a cheap uh push pilates class so i'm gonna start doing that
too so yeah i'm super excited about that. But I appreciate you,
Barbie. We'll definitely be coming back around as we get more speakers up here and get this thing going. Keith, I wanted to hit you back and see how your week has been. I know you've been throwing up
spaces more often, you guys. We've been seeing Keith a wild keith appearing on the timeline a lot lately he's
been doing spaces he's been i see our friend brett gold in the crowd i think there's something going
on with that too but i can't really talk about it i don't think i'm not sure where are we at with
that keith no we want to talk about gym token i was talking about them all this morning. But yeah, I've been a lot more active.
Just kind of waking up out of this recovery and feeling good.
The market's looking good.
A lot of bullish things happening in the back.
A lot of big whales have been slowly coming back in the last couple weeks.
I don't know what it's at today.
It's a little downtrod today because we have that COMC meeting,
I think, in like an hour.
So like an hour or two, we'll definitely see some movement.
But these gem token guys, trying to get them in here.
Hopefully, they're just swinging back around.
They were up here for a second.
Yeah, he was having issues accepting the co-host.
And I literally, before we started, this was like, oh, so X is Rogan today?
I couldn't respond to anyone's GMs.
I couldn't comment on anything.
It said posts weren't loading.
So hopefully, we don't have any hiccups.
It would not be my luck because i had the best luck
ever and nothing ever goes wrong for me everything goes right speaking of manifesting and words of
affirmation gm mal how are you doing today lovely reaper as a pfp what up what up how are we doing
maxi doing great i'm feeling great i'm feeling like I'm super hyped right now.
Like I have too much energy going on.
So I'm trying to get through this very professionally as my best behavior.
But I'm not going to lie.
I can't wait to go to the gym after this because it's going to help burn off some of this anxiety energy, crazy energy.
What about you, Mau? Are you working today?
Yep, I work later on today so right now i'm just hitting up people uh about some binder stuff that's going to be coming
out soon and uh you know making my daily posts about bigfoot because everybody loves bigfoot
and uh trying to help people understand that the market's going to be a-okay don't panic this is normal
and yeah that's about it Maxie trying to trying to you know make sure everybody stays educated
and informed on what's happening so they don't make foolish mistakes again it's just a little
Pisces new moon action you know it's just a little bit of new moon action Pisces is about illusions
And, you know, y'all need to calm down, relax. If y'all want the astrology tea in your life, hit me up in the DMs.
We're not talking about that right now, but it'll be fine.
Anyone who's freaking out about crypto and you've been in here for at least 90 days,
Go invest in something else.
Let's tell bam what up bam gm how are you my favorite person i said keith's my favorite but
bam's kind of my favorite keith i'm sorry i hate to i hate to break it to you but it's all right
she's gonna throw me she's gonna throw me down the stairs real quick bro see that see these women
you can't trust any of them oh here we go let's not start
let's not start with that keith anyways bam max i already don't like where this is going
you're on a 24-hour probationary period uh as an admin of the bigfoot gc you're on probation
uh you dropped the link as an admin as an i'm just crazy want to hear this. As an admin. It's crazy work.
Bam was an admin dropping links in there all the time.
I smell some racism up in here.
Don't worry what the communist people that I get does.
Where's Bandito? Do y'all hear this
Bam, he be dropping links
in there and I'm like damn
Alright so when I'm an admin
I can occasionally make a whoops
and just drop one in because Bam does it
Can you go to the chat because it literally looks funny the chat? Because it literally looks funny as fuck.
I removed you as admin and I go, whoops.
Wow, we're going to fight.
I'm not throwing you down the stairs.
I am putting you in front of a bus.
I'm running you over my damn self.
And then I'm reversing over that bitch.
And I'm doing it 10 more times.
You asked for war now, Bam.
I don't know what else to tell you.
I mean, MC, I like a lot more than you and he's not even here.
Anyways, there's a lot of racism and prejudice going on.
Didn't you start with your favorite person?
So you got to remember, she has a vagine.
So her statements and public opinions are willing to change like the wind and the weather.
You don't know what I have, Bam.
Don't be talking about my private parts on this public space.
I really don't appreciate it.
Bam is on a roll today, okay?
You're a beautiful woman, bro.
I might be a him, her, a him.
You don't know my pronouns.
My pronouns are that bitch.'t forget it okay I was like
yo dude I'm in the East Coast where there's a lot of weird people and I've
seen he she's before and if you are he she you're probably the prettiest one
I've seen so far so I gotta give you that it's trying to clean up here we're
gonna keep it I'm scared you're topic. I already made you admin again. I'm scared.
Everybody just please ignore.
We're going to cut that five minutes of conversation in between this space.
I just want to remind everyone this is tequila time where we pour out the tea with our guests of the day.
of the day um i actually have a lot of fun doing this and i really do appreciate my homies like
I actually have a lot of fun doing this.
bam and mal pulling up and supporting and always sharing this space um because there were times
where i had nobody here in my space and yet they were so it was really dope um with that said
tequila time every week i'm gonna go to you on god just give me a second and i'm gonna get to cam as
well because i think this space is tripping.
I saw GMT pop in here about four times.
So X is being a little weird today.
But real quick, while everyone's here, I just want to remind y'all what Tequila Time is.
I get the privilege of using a stage that I've built for a while to host projects, founders and creators in Web3 and Web2 because I have some cool Web2 people going to be coming on.
And essentially what we do is we pour out the tea. I like puns. I think they're cute.
So tequila. And at the end of the space, I get to do a tequila shot scale, depending upon what I think the tea has been worth we have one to five
shots five shots being the best because everyone knows five shots tequila it's gonna go crazy
something crazy is gonna happen with five shots of tequila and yeah so it's a fun space that we
do where I get to educate and also make my community and friends aware of really dope
stuff that's going on in this space
that maybe they haven't heard of. It is in no way me endorsing anything unless I honestly say with
conviction, hey, you know what, I believe in this project or what they're doing. So I just wanted to
share that again really quickly while everyone is here and pulling up. Let's go over to Cam and tell
Cam hi. Cam, how are you doing? I miss i miss you buddy i hope you're well oh my goodness
i miss you too it's a one of those days i honestly i saw the tequila time popped up my notice
i got excited i thought it really meant tequila time so i'm drinking strawberry margaritas at fucking noon because I was like I gotta catch up with fucking Mexi if she started
a space called tequila time she's already a couple in so I'm about 27 out of this
40 ounce glass of the strawberry margarita with tequila I just made
feeling pretty good so they're pretty good so yeah I'm
here I'm here yeah yeah tea time fuck I wish you would explain that ten minutes
ago well camps already ahead of all of us because here's the thing you know like
we really like overachievers here and you're actually supposed to share the
tequila with your friends like you're
supposed to open it together take shots together you know but cam if you if you want to go ahead
of us totally fine but don't be surprised in the end if we end up doing five shots four shots and
you you're taking a lot and you've already drank a lot so um i just like to give that warning i'm not endorsing alcoholism on the stage
um any of that going on yeah i'm an ex i'm an ex professional drinker you know back in my day
you know i took a little hiatus you know i quit drinking and stuff but i just got so excited
when i saw tequila time and i had some tequila over on the shelf it was a little dusty on the outside but
the inside still seems like it's pretty damn good uh yeah so it's been a while but uh hey i am back
i am back to yes and today is a perfect day for it i'm so fucking back can i just say that i'm on
a little uh you know i decided i'm gonna do like a little three months no drinking, no smoking weed stint here.
And I saw the tequila time and I was like, oh, shit.
He's pushing me even further.
I'm not going to break Cam, but I'm glad that you're drinking for all of us.
Thank you for your service.
I don't know how I feel about this.
This was not what I sought when I started this.
You know, I wasn't trying to bring alcoholics together.
Here's the joke, all right?
I don't know if this is going to ruin my branding.
Here's the irony, the little chuckle.
I don't drink, all right?
And I actually gave up smoking about maybe a month and a half, two months ago now.
So I'm just, you know, raw dogging life as they like to call them, sober. I just want to see how
life feels again like this. You know, I've been drinking a while. I do though, I will say when I
do drink, because I'll drink at family gatherings, when I'm hanging out sometimes, you know, maybe
I'm on vacation. It is tequila. It's always tequila because my name is Mexie. Hello. So, Barbie, you stay strong in your three-month,
you know, I don't know, sober trial, you know, sober life, raw dogging life. Cam, you enjoy your
strawberry margaritas. After we talk to GMT Tolkien, you might be taking five shots of tequila. I don't
know. So, we're just going to, we're're gonna check back in with you and we're gonna see how that's going um let's tell precise GM how are you precise
how's it going GM GM love the nibble PFP the ghost is is rocking it looks fire I give a good 10 seconds
because Keith really messed with my
subconscious and he said he was
thinking like alright maybe everyone
here might be battling the mic but
then I remember Keith was just bullshitting
so precise we'll come back to you
I was battling with the mic
that sounds pause Gem Token was up here for a second damn it what happened Just bullshitting. So, Precise, we'll come back to you. No, I was battling with the mic.
Jim Token was up here for a second.
I'm telling you, there's something weird going on.
Maybe he can't hear us when he pulls up to speak.
We need to tell him to, like, close the app out and then come back, because that happens to me sometimes.
And that's why I tried to invite him as co-host.
Do we have any Washington DC people
is going to open up a bar
called the Situation Room
global situations and things of that nature
yeah bro they tweeted about that
I might want to go see that sounds today. I might want to go see...
Yeah, I might want to go see that.
That actually sounds super fire.
I have no desire to go to Washington, D.C.,
but I would totally go for that.
You can delete it, but I pinned it up to obviously.
Maybe they'll come to Texas.
Everything's moving to Texas.
So maybe if we wait a little bit, Polymarket will open up something here. We'll see. We'll come to Texas. Everything's moving to Texas. So maybe if we wait a little bit,
Polymarket will open up something here. We'll see. We'll see what happens. That's dope. I'm
going to check it out. I don't know anybody in Washington, T.C., just somebody they call the
president. I don't really know if he is a president at this point. But anyways, I digress.
Let's go and tell On God. Hi. How are we doing On God? Sorry sorry i skipped you a couple times thanks mexy for
bringing me up just wanted to come and say hello introduce myself uh just wanted to say what's up
keith how you doing bro what up what up how's that on man i'm healing up dude it's getting
better every day i'm out of my cast i'm not punching nothing yet but I'm definitely moving around and healing fast
I still got my pins inside
my hands those are going to be
in there for the rest of my life so
Hope you get better soon are you still planning to be in
I'll be there man I want to all right man i want to i want to
yeah yeah if you want to hit some pads i'm going to be at a gym for like a couple hours and
doing a live stream and holding pads for everyone and uh just chilling so let me know
that's awesome man hey um i'm gonna dm you because um i'm doing a free mint uh for the
i had to change the name on the oh oh, Mexie, I'm sorry.
Is it okay if I talk about what I was telling them?
Go ahead, tell them whatever you got going on.
We have GMT, so if you want to just, because I want to get to them before they drop off.
If you want to just quickly let them know, and then we're going to go over to GMT and
So, we did a project on NFTs called the Pickle Punks.
And there was a name, an IP problem.
There was another project that launched like in 2021.
So, we had to rebrand all of a sudden.
So, I had to close the mint.
But, I mean, the good thing is it's going to be a free mint now. So there's going to be 1,500 node pickles.
And yeah, I'll share it with you so the community can get in on it.
It's going to be a free mint on Ethereum.
So when that goes down, I'm sure you guys can participate and maybe grab an NFT from the collection.
And I'm building an AI node protocol that I'm working on right now so those
those are node pickles will get you into the beta testing of the protocol yeah there's just
building some shit here so just wanted to share it with you guys hey man much love to you thanks
max appreciate it shout out to everybody here on stage my Ma, I see you. Big dog, what's up?
Appreciate you. Nice meeting you.
check real quick just to make sure you're good?
Mic check. This is Nick. One, two.
Oh, whoop. We got Nick today.
Okay. Okay. What up, Nick?
Good, good. How you doing?
Popping my Spaces Cherry J.
Oh, what an honor. What an honor it is to do this on Tequila Time stage.
Give me one second, Nick. Let's get this thing going.
I'd like to start it off with a little intro to start the space.
So, everybody, welcome back to Tequila Time.
If you've been here before,
this is your first time. I appreciate you joining me. Today, we're joined by GMT Token as our guest co-host along with NFT Kid, Keith Barry. GMT Token is actually a really dope project and a
new token that they're building that is centered around sports and trading cards
and earning rewards on your purchases. So for me, I felt this was super interesting. I am somebody
who's been investing in sports and trading cards for a while now. What they have done didn't start
in Web3. It actually started as a Web2 reward program for collectors. And now they're evolving
into a full crypto powered ecosystem. So today,
we're going to break down how it works, what they're building, and why this could change how collectors spend their money. So welcome, Nick. It is nice to meet you. I'm happy to have
you here on Tequila Time. As I said before, I know you're cutting in and out, but Tequila Time
is a space that I've built to invite founders, creators and projects on to share what they're doing, what they're building and innovating in the space or just talk a little bit more personally with creators.
So I have a fun time doing that. At the end of the space, I do a tequila shot scale from one to five shots of tequila with five being the top rating.
with five shots of tequila with five being the top rating.
And we'll see where you land within that after this space.
And thank you to Keith for getting you guys on
and working with you guys.
I'd love to start with what exactly is GMT token?
Keep in mind, I do have plenty of questions to ask you
so you don't have to hit everything
with the first or second question. I've designed this to be questions to ask you so you don't have to hit everything with the first or second question.
I've designed this to be able to ask you different things and give you a little breathing room in between the questions.
I appreciate that and thank you for the nice intro.
Like I said, my first space.
So me and Dave created this together.
He's who spoke with Keith last time and we pretty much met organically through
the hobby and kind of created this because I have a couple little kids, got back in the hobby
with them and kind of saw the potential, but ran into a lot of issues when it came to buying
and moving money around in the card space, whether that's Zelle limits or PayPal restrictions.
And it just makes a lot of sense to digitalize something like that because it doesn't exist
And with help from other people and ideas, we pretty much put together what we feel is
an amazing long-term transactionally- based reward system with Dave's background creating the rewards app that was very successful but unfortunately didn't work out due to COVID took some of the same aspects and put that into the token.
Very simply, all it is is just another way to either pay an individual and get rewarded for it,
or in the future with partnerships to spend money that we're already spending in the hobby,
but actually get rewards back and have everything just be a lot safer,
as well as know that you're going to get rewarded for who you're spending your money with
if they are partners with us in the future,
because both me and Dave have a lot of connections on the card side.
Kind of like Dave, I'm not necessarily a crypto expert.
I'm more of a businessman.
I own and run a large cleaning company, commercial cleaning company.
I've been doing that for 10 years.
And that's not necessarily my passion.
I would say collecting would be my passion and my little kids.
But between those two kind of sparked this idea.
And a year later, here we are on launch day and very excited.
But at the same time, it's almost an untapped area that's probably worth $17 billion from the last Forbes magazine I read of an industry.
So very large potential and something that, for whatever reason,
no one's really entered the space and put them together.
Definitely. I definitely see that because that's actually what I was going to ask you.
So you guys originally built a Web2Reward system,
and obviously you guys saw
success within that um was that was the driving factor to bring something like that into crypto
just because you guys saw the space didn't have that and you felt like it was an early venture
that could potentially do well um was it more driven by trying to add uh more benefits to a
system you already created?
What really was a deciding factor for you guys to bring that into crypto?
So we have an app that we run called Gym Mint Club that does, it's a rewards base as well.
And it simply is just people uploading their receipts when they spend money within the hobby.
And through a subscription-based app, we give out boxes of cards as a reward and the amount of like just pure love that we get from the community it's like
kind of crazy and overwhelming how much people appreciate it and so that kind of sparked the
idea to take what was just that into what could be so much bigger as well as trying to give
back at the same time and every idea or crossroad that me and Dave got to we always asked ourselves
the same question which is how do we make this a win-win for both sides and every time we got to those crossboards, it was that answer and what's the best long-term play.
It was the exact opposite of what every, you know, rug pull or everything else I read about.
I wanted it to be proven within the tokenomics, within the white page.
Everything shows that this is something that wants to be around for 10 years and for the long haul.
that this is something that wants to be around for 10 years and for the long haul.
So I have a really fun question actually to ask you before I actually go further into
this as far as like the reward and the economics and everything behind it.
Do you think that sports cards and trading cards are a better investment than crypto
I think if you buy the right players, it's a hard yes.
I think that if you are maybe a little not as knowledgeable
or you just want to collect who you want to collect,
it would be more of a no because I have both.
I have Shohei otani cards that
10x what i bought them from and i was hoping that would be the play and then i have my 49er guys
that lost me money and i don't care amazing yeah i've seen my joe burrow and my patrick mahomes
rookie cards go down significantly. Definitely forgot to sell at
the top. I like to round trip everything that I'm invested in apparently, but that just means I'm a
diamond handed holder. Okay. I got some dope Charizards that I'm getting graded right now.
So I like to invest in both. I think that was a safe answer you made there. Definitely.
We don't want to offend all of our crypto friends and web3 friends um but i am
and i think like diversifying period so for people um who aren't invested in cards but maybe are
looking to uh where would you suggest starting like um for me i started by buying my favorite
players cards on ebay and buying the card break specifically for them um and then i got into the
fun of actually opening up my own boxes,
my own packs. But what would you suggest somebody who's actually an investor and somebody looking to
buy their own assets to start investing in cards? That's a good question. So there's a couple
of subscriptions you can look at. One's called Card Ladder, and I think it's $10 a month. But
it's something that you have unlimited access to be able to research any player you like.
Because the answer to your question is collect who you like.
And if you're a Yankee fan, then collect Judge.
If you're a Niner fan like me, then go back and collect Joe Montana.
But you want to look, especially in this space, people are so educated and smart.
Having the data to be able to look
up a joe montana card and look at the data the last 10 years and be able to see the sales see
the data points it helps so much and then you know another throw out i'll give you is invest
in soccer because the world cup is going to come to the united states so i've dabbled in some soccer
cards because i feel like just the eyeballs being in the United States
will raise a lot of the star players.
But I would say the answer is do your research
and collect who you like.
Because even if they do go down, you're not going to hate it.
And then you diamond handhold it like you're saying,
then it's still a win-win.
But if you don't like the player and they go down,
you're going to really regret it.
I would never buy an aaron
judge in my life i don't care what he's worth you will never catch me with you i don't like
the yankees i will never ever own a yankees card in my life keith i'm not i can't do this right now
okay i'm a hardcore houston astros fan mytuve's are still priced beautifully. I will say that.
But no, I think I thought that would be a cool way to kind of loop some people in.
I know a lot of people in the space that do collect cards and who have been into cards for a while.
And a lot of us are like 90s babies who, you know, have been a part of the collection era.
And so, you know, I always try to tell my friends like buy cards, you know, have been a part of the collection era. And so, you know, I always try to
tell my friends like buy cards, you know, like buy like, they're really cool to have their fun to
like, when you get into, you know, doing your own card breaks and, but also like their assets that
maybe you just don't understand how their assets. So I think it's a cool way for people to have
something tangible still. And we are moving into an age of seeing all of this come to the blockchain, right?
And I think that's what you guys are kind of helping foster is that beginning, the beginning stages of having some kind of, you know, these assets on blockchain or maybe earning rewards or having currencies backed by that. So what I do, I wanted to ask a little bit, I know that you guys, with the purchases,
the way that you earn the rewards is by making purchases through GMT and making those transactions using the GMT token.
If you can talk to us a little bit about the reward. And then I'd also like to know what is y'all's plan to be able to get more people using GMT so that these transactions are a little bit easier, you know, because if I'm going to my friends and I'm like, hey, we can earn rewards, I have to convince them to get into crypto.
If you can, talk to us a little bit about the reward.
So I know you guys are working with people like Keith, who is already here in Web3 and has interest in sports and all of this.
So that's a great avenue already out the bat.
But curious to know a little bit about that with the rewards and also, you know, your guys means to trying to get more people to using GMT token.
Yeah, great question. One good thing about the hobby, it's very large when it comes to the dollar amounts and the billions, but it's also so niche-y and small at the same time that certain, kind of like Apple and if you have an Android, there's still only a few big players that kind of control the market. And if you're able to get one partnership,
Yeah, great, great question.
you kind of take care of 70% plus of people in the market.
I don't necessarily think I'm going to convince non-crypto people to just switch at a high rate.
But if you can get people who put on card shows
to promote it, like we have a lot of connections down here. I live in
Southern California and some of the biggest shows in the country, there's one in New York every year
called Fanatics that's put on by Fanatics. That's one of the premier partnerships that would be in
the future. And if you can get companies like that to push what is going to be another form of
payment, it'll slowly just kind of creep into, like you
said, the 90s babies. I'm 40. And the reason the hobby is growing so much are people like me having
kids. They are now at an age where they want to collect. And there's millions of people like me
that have a little bit of disposable income. and they're not necessarily afraid of crypto,
but there's never been like maybe a tangible reason to use it. Well, once I create that,
and there is one, then it's a lot easier to do business. Like I said, if people who run the
shows also have GMT, because they get rewarded for it, not necessarily have to carry so much
cash as well. That's another deter. There's been a lot of theft and people get their money stolen. This is another way of avoiding that, obviously. It's just safer. And then in the reward side,
you know, if you do a business with somebody, you do only get 1% back, but 1% is more than you would
get if you did a transaction any other way in our hobby. And then with the partnerships, it's as much as 5%, depending on the amount of money you spend.
And inside our tokenomics slash on the white page, it kind of explains a lot of that because we try not to make the dollar amount too high.
But the whole point is just to reward people who are the partners and using and spending the money they're probably already going to spend.
But just kind of pushing them in directions because there isn't, I mean,
there's a lot of breakers, let's say, people who open boxes like you were talking about earlier,
but there's really only a few platforms that people can use to do this, like Whatnot or
Fanatics Live. YouTube's another big one. And then now even eBay Live is getting into these spaces.
YouTube's another big one.
And then now even eBay Live is getting into these spaces.
So I think a lot of the push and the help from this is a lot of the big money.
There was a guy, I was watching the Oscars with my wife, and there was a guy who showed
His name is Mr. Wonderful.
And he had a $30 million card around his neck at the Oscars.
Like the promotion for that is just amazing.
And he did it to flaunt because that's who he is but
he bought that card thinking that it was an investment and that goes to the big money that
you're talking about investing into this space that's all very new that's like recent like in
the last 12 months so you're getting a lot of this million dollar billion dollar hedge fund
money coming in here because they see the value as well in the long-term hold i couldn't agree more like right now the pokemon hype is going back up we didn't see over maybe
like the last year maybe a little bit less there wasn't as many people buying the cards they weren't
going to wait in line i saw people waiting in line for what they said five to seven hours to
get cards too and i i just you know i understand it I respect it to a to a sense but
uh it's not for me I've been able to get some pretty amazing cards just being patient and buying
when I've you know and and shout out to GameStop for the pre-sales because then I don't have to do
any of that um but yeah I know and then we see like my H-E-B, my local grocery store, they got the Pokemon machine where you can get the cards and you can do all that.
So I know Vegas was also getting a really cool machine where you can actually buy PSA graded ones.
All of that's really cool to see.
And like you said, it is the kids.
The kids are the future, like the next generation really are determining what will be successful in so many ways from gaming with things like Roblox and Fortnite and purchasing like digital skins and all these different accessories and using a currency that they get on these games to even playing Pokemon Go and, you know, learning AI and all that. So I do see
they're getting into cards. My son sees the Pokemon cards. I'm like, oh, no, no, no. These
are mommies. You cannot touch these. I will buy you some that maybe, you know, I don't really care
about. Maybe I'll give you my leftover cards, but I'm always like, I'm trying to teach him how to
like preserve the cards and the assets. And I feel bad sometimes because I'm like, I'm trying to teach him how to like preserve the cards and the assets. And I feel bad
sometimes because I'm like, I know you want to play with these with these. No, no, sorry. But yeah,
it's really cool to see that wave. And I've really been excited about this coming into blockchain and
Web3, honestly, because I'm a nerd. So I, you know, Keith, I wanted to ask you, I know, Nick,
I'm going to give Nick a couple seconds to catch his breath, drink some water.
How did you meet the guys at GMT and start working with them?
And what really kind of drew you into being a part of their board and their team?
Yeah, I was, I don't even actually know exactly how they approached me but I do know they got
my attention by my friend Shea I literally went to high school with him and played baseball with
him and the whole thing so kind of grew up together and he's always been into sports always
been into all kinds of collectibles you know over the years so yeah he kind of told me he was doing
this I thought at first he was just like an into it, but I saw he was heavily involved.
So I was like, okay, I'll get my people on Twitter together, and I'll get behind this
for a little bit, and kind of show the world what's going on.
But yeah, I've known Shay.
I just met Daveave i just met nick
but i've known one of the other founders uh shay for a long time since like 2002 2001 so yeah
that's really cool because um one i trust them you know you need trust in the space so yes yeah that's what i was trying to
build here a little bit of uh trust and legitimacy because we see new founders come in all the time
we see new projects come in all the time and this um you know it's not like you guys are just
building a token and and it's not like meme tokens or um anything like that there's actual
utility you guys are building around it and behind it,
which I think is important and looking to work with somebody like Keith,
who has an actual connection with one of the founders. And that's all important to know and
to share in this space. Because one thing I know is like Keith definitely rallies around his friends
and tries to put people on and ask for nothing in return.
So I knew that you would know a lot about this too.
And there's a couple other guys that are really into collecting the sports cards and that are really into this. We're going to bring on as well.
So I thought it was kind of a slam dunk and thought it was a good time for it.
And it was kind of like everything aligned. Right. So I was like, okay,
this checks on this box, this box.
So, yeah, I'm happy that, like, you got to, like, hear from them, like, what's going on.
So I was just going to mention, you know, Mexi, you had said earlier you collect and buy cards.
And, you know, my name means a lot to me and my reputation means a lot to me I've played
poker for a long time and you know borrow slash do deals with people all the time and your name is
only as good as your reputation and I don't have one in this space so that's one reason why we
created the way we did because you come in with nothing you have to prove it because people don't know these
things and you know i've been buying and selling cards for a long time and no one will have anything
bad to say about me because i pay when i owe a card and when people buy a card they get it and
you know that can go away in an instant and it's really important to me the reputation side whether
it's business whether it's poker whether it's cards and collecting or And it's really important to me, the reputation side, whether it's business, whether it's poker, whether it's cards and collecting, or whether it's this venture,
because it is all you have. And the same thing that I talked to Shay about for Keith is I asked
him the first question was, do you trust him? That literally was the first question he said.
He goes, yes, with my life. And I said, okay, great. I will reach out because that is important
to me too, because that's why it was designed the way it was because I want it to come off a certain way.
And it is a long-term thing for me in my head.
This is a project that I want to have partnerships with PSA in the future and some of the biggest names out here because there is no reason that this should not exist to help both the consumer as well as the person on the other side in the business.
And, you know, that's my real passion too,
because everything in a lot of the rug pulls and all this negativity
is just people trying to get rich quick.
And being 40 with kids, it's like that's not the way I think at all.
I think that's important to share and to hear in this space. A lot of us who
have been here for a long time are used to, you know, again, people coming in and wanting exit
liquidity. But that's why I host these kind of spaces is because I want to give projects,
founders, creators a chance to speak and maybe see a different side of them or maybe be able to go more in depth and go beyond
just like what you see on the timeline. So it's always important for me to be able to bring that
to my friends and my community that support me. I know you guys have the launch today. Before we
get into that, I do want to ask you a couple more questions. I heard David mention in the space the
other day that you guys have plans to partner with potential major brands and athletes.
I'm not asking you to share any names or anything like that.
You know, I did like the little Ricky Purcell all over y'all's page.
I'm not going to, you know, I kind of might have a little crush on Ricky Purcell.
But anyways, what does that look like with you guys partnering with brands and athletes, you know, on a bigger scale, I guess you don't have to, you know, go so micro.
Yeah. So a lot of that stems from Dave's app for the giveaways. We've reached out to these
different athletes, mostly baseball in the past and, you know, done free giveaways. And, you know, they might not be the judges of the world,
but you just want to get somebody that actually cares about the kids
and the collecting aspect.
You want players, and it doesn't matter what sport,
but they actually collect it and like it.
You're not just giving them money to show up someplace.
So now, especially in baseball, I would say,
you see a lot of big names.
I can throw out the name like Bobby Witt.
If you have enough money to talk to Bobby Witt and his agent,
he will show up and do anything in the collecting space
And there's a lot of other sports
where they're trying to get more and more people into,
name the Pokemon guy from uh the Lions running back uh Montgomery he he loves Pokemon like he'll
just go to the shows and buy cards and interact with with those are the type of people that we're
trying to attack uh on the business side there's some names that are some of the biggest players
that once the token kind of takes off
they'll sign on the dotted line we kind of have verbal agreements that once it kind of gets the
ball rolling um the partnerships aren't as hard as you think but we kind of did this backwards
because we talked to a lot of the card side because of our connections first but they're
just not crypto people and once this side actually takes off
in a few months, they will jump on board and be partners because it is how I said earlier,
it is designed to be a win-win. And if people are not using the credit cards and costing them
five to 7% to give them money and actually zero, they're going to be winning too.
zero, they're going to be winning too.
I love that. I know he mentioned stuff with whatnot, potentially PSA. There is a huge market
for anyone who doesn't know for great partnerships and a lack of crypto on that side. I'm actually
doing something really cool with a company that is does autographs and they're doing digital autographs, which are really dope.
It's actually built by a celebrity himself. And he created this concept to be able to have this really dope digital autograph where it's like you pick the picture.
It's a moving frame and then they voice over, and they also sign it. So it's
like recording their signature. I have, you know, kind of pushed them and encouraged them to
actually make these on the blockchain so that they are more valuable. They do, you know, hold more
value because they're actually backed by the blockchain and, cribed on the blockchain. So I have a lot of, I'm familiar with a lot of this space,
from autographs, memorabilia, to working with athletes and entertainers
and things of that nature.
You did mention card shows, which I think is really good
because Comic-Cons, I have a lot of work i've worked at comic cons for the
last i think oh man like 12 11 years now um i get you know i have the privilege of getting to work
in that space and a lot of people i heard i've heard pudgies talk about it i've heard different
web3 brands talk about getting more involved in being on the floor of these events.
And the reason why is because these people are true collectors or people that they do have,
you know, disposable income or they will create their own disposable income to invest or buy
things that they want to collect. And so I think that's a great avenue for you guys to be a part of and potentially explore
being on the floor and pushing GMT that way. Because I think, you know, there is a way to
push people not in crypto already to use that by simply presenting it as a rewards program
in which you can purchase crypto a little bit easier. Maybe it's more, it's way more accessible
now than it ever was. I think
this is a perfect time to be able to dive into that. So hopefully, you know, if you guys have
some shows going on or some things planned as far as IRL events, you know, to be on the ground and
get people involved, I'd love to hear more about that when the time comes. But let's definitely
get into the launch today,
maybe a little bit of the tokenomics
that you guys wanna share.
And yeah, just what the plan is for GMT token
in the next, maybe three to six months.
Yeah, I love your autograph idea.
I think that if you turn that into an app
where people can see it and share it
and show their friends, they would love that. That that's another way of collecting it's cool actually I've never heard of that
I appreciate you sharing that um so plans wise so yeah just like you mentioned uh one of the
ideas we have is in uh card shows is to do token drops um We have done partnerships in the past through the app
where we did giveaways and scavenger hunts that were really successful with the kids. They went
really well. And we plan on kind of doing the similar things where the reward now would be a
token drop, maybe top five, top 10. We try to do things where there's multiple winners but we have
connections here in the southern california area and some of the promoters that do the shows here
they do shows all over the country so um one good thing like i said before there's only a few players
that run these type of shows so once you get inside one of them you know you're spreading
yourself around 20 states and we'll do the same type of deal all over the country.
Just kind of spread the word.
That would be one of the first things that we would do as well as, you know, giveaways.
And Keith was talking about last time we were on the space, giving out 50 or 100 bucks for winners as well as tokens.
tokens. And I want people to feel that it is a rewards based
And I want people to feel that it is a rewards based token that I want them to feel rewarded.
token that I want them to feel rewarded. I think that's the
easiest way to do that is giving out free tokens and tangible
Amazing. And just a little bit more on the launch today that
you guys have going on. I'm trying to I don't know if you
guys have a post up yet about
it, but I did pin up a couple of things you guys can check out that are on GMT token and the rewards
behind it. I know that the plan, David mentioned a little bit about the plan is to work with
every major cryptocurrency, but that you guys were potentially launching on Ethereum, I believe?
So the plan would be to try to get on any small in the beginning platform and then the largest ones we can,
depending how fast the launch goes, the plan is to make it accessible and easy as possible to purchase anywhere.
as possible to purchase anywhere.
We did send Keith or have,
Keith does have a special code for the launch today.
If you go to the website and the link,
the max you can get is a 20% reward.
Well, we gave Keith a code for anyone that uses it.
It's going to be a 50% bonus for any purchases
that are done for the first time.
I'm sure Keith can share that on a post as well later
If he hasn't done so already, but that was something special. We wanted to do with Keith
Yep, just real quick you guys you guys aren't live yet though, right? We are you can do it send it away. Are you gonna do it now? Okay. All right. I
Will I'll run it up. I'll run up treat. Yeah, no worries. No worries., that's what we've been doing the last night is getting rid of everything that make it look perfect.
We built the website ourselves.
We have, he had talked about Dave.
We have another member on the team.
He's the one that is our crypto coder.
You know, we kind of have one aspect on our team that does different parts.
It actually works really well.
We all happen to be collectors first.
So it kind of just flows really well when everyone kind of has the same type of mentality.
It's one of the first questions I ask when I take these meetings with people.
I was like, do you collect cards or do you collect anything?
And it gives me an idea who they are.
Because if you're not a collector, you don't think the same way.
You made the joke earlier about they'll find the money or the liquidity to buy that.
I laugh because it's like, okay, what can I sell to go buy that?
Because I really want it.
And you don't think like that unless you're a collector.
I know because I do that with my nfts i'm like
i need this nft on the floor right now i've yeah i've done that with some i don't want to hear
anyone nobody on the stage better on me to talk some but i did that with all my dac prescott pieces
i wanted all his i wanted his college football i wanted his jersey, I wanted his college football. I wanted his Jersey pieces. I wanted
his one of ones. I wanted all of it. I did what I had to, to get it. And I've been to many
conventions that I know people aren't working these six figure jobs, but they're, they've got
some of the craziest pieces in their collection. Because again, like you kind of make money for
the things that you want, you know, everybody finds a way. Um, and way. And so, you know, we are going to start wrapping this up here shortly
because I know you guys have a busy day with the launch and things going on.
And we'll definitely do some more spaces soon to see how things are going
and the developments along the way.
But I did want to ask you a couple more questions in regards to this.
I think, like, I like rwas a lot um i think rwa plays are one of
my favorites because it's to me um it's easy to be able to give someone something tangible that
they understand when i talk to my mom about crypto she still doesn't understand she's like how do you
take crypto and put it? How is crypto
on this debit card right here? How are you spending it? It's not. And I'm just like, oh,
my goodness. But if I've told her, you know, I told her, oh, I'm invested in a project where
basically my investment gets me two days at cabins, X amount of days. She understands that. She understands that kind of, you know, tangible
investment. So I'm curious if you guys like because with these transactions, like you said,
one, it helps to prevent the I've seen cash exchanges go bad where people don't get what
they're, you know, a promise. I've seen people get cards that aren't anything like what have
been listed. I've seen eBay screw people over all these things. Right.
So the hope for a lot of us in crypto is that this makes those kind of transactions more honest and safe and secure.
But also, I haven't really seen too much. I mean, there's a few things.
So I don't want anybody to go in the comments and be like, yeah, there's this, this and this.
So I don't want anybody to go in the comments and be like, yeah, there's this, this, and this.
But I haven't seen anything that has caught my interest.
That is an RWA attached to sports and trading cards.
I do know there are some people who've dabbled with Pokemon.
I do know there's some projects who have said they're going to do it, but they haven't been very successful.
So my question is, obviously, you guys are showing proof of transaction through GMT token.
There's future things that will be unlocked, you know, with using GMT and being an early holder and somebody who's actually using it, you know, amongst peers and etc.
But is there a way that you guys potentially plan on incorporating RWAs? Maybe you guys have like some kind of treasury of cards that you guys put on the blockchain.
And I know there's going to be, as mentioned, actually, this is probably where I got the question.
Dave did mention that if there's a card that you want, like if I wanted a Luka Doncic rookie card and that card's like, you know, PSA 10.
And I think right now they're probably worth $50,000 plus.
You guys are going to be fractionalizing these assets where people can purchase.
Tell us a little bit about that.
This is one of the most exciting things.
This is the steak right here.
This is something that came out naturally throughout the process that when we came up with this, it was like a light bulb went off.
I'm like, wow, where the fuck did this come from?
This is the backing, right?
The treasury of the dollar.
Same thing. So what you mentioned is we will be using funds raised to buy what we would call
blue chip cards. If you want to consider Luca blue chip, I'd actually consider Mahomes more
of a blue chip. He's on the radar for cards to buy. And the whole point of this is to spend
the money to buy at the best possible price, the high-end cards and fractionalize, sell them out to only GMT users. And as well as that creates the treasury backing of what are cards that have been proven
that I told you earlier, like on a card ladder, something you can look at,
the data shows that this card has gone up every year for the last 10 years.
You can go a little further and go like Mickey Mantles.
If you wanted to go more on the basketball side,
you can use guys like Luca as well.
It just has a proven track record of cards that are extremely desirable
and have great what they call eye appeal.
And you put those two together, and Jordan would be an easy one too.
Kobe would be another one.
You can buy about five or six of these and fractionalize them out.
And as the ownership is being fractionally bought, you can buy and sell them through only GM marketplace because everything then would be on the blockchain
and safe to avoid a lot of what is the scamming and things that happen on different platforms
where there isn't a version of what we're talking about for safety.
And you have to try to get your money back from either PayPal or Venmo, which we know
Love to hear it. that makes me excited just i've been excited about the future of
all of web3 because web3 will soon be home to every industry in the world it's not just going
to be uh trad 5 you know tech uh ai it's going to be entertainment sports it's going to be
everything and um that's something I'm
passionate about as somebody who, again, you know, sports is the one thing that I kind of grew up
around, you know, like everybody has something different, you know, for me, it was boxing,
baseball, football all the time heavily. And so, you know, also growing up in the 90s,
it's collecting, it's, you know, being a collector. And all that's really exciting to me to see the things that I actually enjoy coming onto blockchain. And I admire that you guys are doing this at this stage because it is, you know, still a little early. Like you said, it's a niche. Like crypto and Web3 is already a very niche market.
like crypto and Web3 is already a very niche market.
Sports and trading cards in crypto and Web3
But there is actually a lot of people here
who are people that are invested in that
or who collect just for fun.
So it's not as niche as you might think.
There's quite a bit of people.
I know a lot of people in the room here
who actually collect as well.
So I can definitely speak into the right demographic and the right audience.
I was trying to get my little tequila shot scale pinned.
I like to pin it on the top of the Jumbotron every week that I do it.
And it was kind of being a little weird.
Maybe I can get it back in the comments below.
But if not, it's all good.
Everyone here knows how I do this and this is
kind of how we end the show basically we have a tequila shot scale from one through five one being
the least amount of shots it's not a party unless you've had five tequila shots so that's the highest
end of the scale that any here is i'm not drinking any tequila but I will ask all of you to get your shots ready and drink some.
We usually base it on alpha, you know, alpha being brought, the tea being poured, but also
the tokenomics, the utility, the infrastructure, the pitch itself, the team, all of the above. And so for me, I'm going to give today's guest GMT token
four stars, four shots. And the reason being, I think that what you guys are doing is awesome.
It aligns with my brand, my interests, my, you know, everything that I'm looking forward to
in Web3. I think that you guys have a really, probably have a really
legitimate reputation in the card industry and the sports industry. I know very well how important
that is. And so you expressing that to me definitely hit because I've seen it. Like,
it's just like crypto. Everyone, every industry has their own little bubble of like, you know, you hear one person
does something wrong, you're going to hear about it.
So, you know, that was important.
But I also think you guys have, you know, a little ways to go to start building this
You know, you guys are going to have to get more people on GMT tokens.
So that's the reason for four shots and not five.
It's a little early, but I'm excited to see what,
you know, I like to be early.
I was early to a lot of things in the space.
Early is just, you know, I'm gonna hook you guys on
to come back and to share more
when everything starts getting built out.
I will personally be using GMT token
because I love earning rewards on my crypto i
like using something that is going to benefit me why would i make a purchase on a sports card with
regular usc if i could do it with this i love it so for me um it's something i'm going to venture
into and check out on my own obviously do your own research this isn't me backing i'm not sponsored here again i do these
spaces to be able to share with my friends and my community and my fam um different projects that
are coming on board maybe you know learning more about a creator um so i want to thank gmt token
for being here today thank you to keith um for getting me this space going and being here today, co-hosting with
me. Also, shout out to Barbie for being here on God. If you do want to, we keep it, I keep it.
Look, I used to go two, three, four hours. And with Keith right here, we definitely could be
going on these spaces for four plus hours. But I'm trying my best to be very strict to stick to less is less is more, right?
So that's why I keep these things wrapped up within one to two hours.
And also, I feel like I drank creatine mixed with freaking pre-workout and I definitely
But on God, it, the floor is yours
if you'd like to speak real quick before we close it out.
Yeah, thank you very much, Mexi.
I just want to say thank you to Gem Mint
for representing that project today.
I have over like 800 Funko Pops.
I have cards from the 90s, complete sets, baseball.
I mean, I'm a baseball fan. My son played baseball
since he was eight years old and now he's 21, you know? So yeah, I look, I mean, awesome ideas with
the fractionalization, I mean, through the treasury, the factor on Ethereum. I mean,
the marketplace sounds really dope. I just had a question for you guys do you know if anybody's like um bringing these
like college sports collectible cards on the blockchain yet and if not would that be something
that you guys would maybe look into like now that the ncaa players can actually make a profit to
help these kids get through college in some way? Is that something maybe that you would consider?
Glad to hear your collector as well.
The Funko collection is amazing.
College sports has actually exploded in the last few years because of the NIL.
I don't know if I can afford those guys now with the amount of money
that they get, but to answer your question, yeah, it definitely would be something we'd be
interested in, especially in the football area. Cards are big in the college. College football
is amazing how loyal those fan bases are when it comes to the collecting aspect
and the cards and the autographs.
It definitely would be something we would want to get into.
It's a space that's grown a lot in the last three to five years
because of the NIL money.
Because I also went to SDSU and collected Kawhi Leonard cards
because he went there when I was there.
But it's just something that just didn't have much behind it before.
So it is nice to see that it's grown a lot.
So it would definitely be something that we'd be interested in doing,
Yeah, I just thought it would be something cool to explore considering,
you know, NCAA sports and just the demand for college athletes right now.
And really just to help the students, you know, in another way get through college.
A lot of these guys, you know, they don't have the best upbringing sometimes.
And the ones that do, well, more power to them.
But the ones that don't, I mean, it would be nice to help out, you know, and look into that.
But I don't know how hard it would be to get in contact with the NCAA or like the Big Ten or those different divisions.
And just maybe just explore that college baseball, college football.
I mean, so many women's basketball, women's sports.
I mean, we know that the women's sports, they don't even get paid enough considering, you know, what the men get paid.
So, I mean, it would be a big contribution.
I mean, just something to look into.
But, yeah, thank you for your time.
Thank you again, Yixi, for the space.
And, Keith, thank you, sir.
I love it. I'm glad that you asked the question because I always think it's important to contribute to our guests and getting more information.
Sorry to be like, oh, we're going to end it. I did see your hand in the end. I will never skip a hand or questions going on.
I just like to make sure that I keep it, like I said, concise to to a point.
And also, I know GMT has,
like you guys have a busy day today with getting launched. I will be doing some more spaces to see
what you guys have going on to also follow along with the development and the rewards program.
And also seeing, I'm really excited about the fractionalized assets. You know, I might buy
the entire asset myself, but it is,
it's really exciting to see on God. I appreciate that. Truly. I will share that next week,
we will be coming back. I have the next three weeks full. Next week, we're doing tequila time,
really excited. We're going to have Nibbles on.
I'm so stoked for that. You know, I love NFTs.
The week after we're going to have Green Visor Gang,
GVG, if you know them, they're the gang.
And then we're going to have Benny and Papito
So a great next three weeks hosting and going on.
GMC, I hope you can join us.
You know, this place is nothing without the
community. And if one thing that you probably understand from being in the sports and trading
card industry is that it does take a village. It takes a village here. If you want to be successful
here, you got to make friends. You got to build here. You've done a great start by, you know,
connecting with Keith, who is somebody who has built here for a while. But I definitely welcome you to come and pull up to the spaces. Anytime I'm hosting one,
you're welcome to come up and share some updates of what you guys have going on.
But we'd love to have you in the crowd in the future, you know, listening in, making some new
friends. And I wish you guys a lot of success. And I'm really excited to get invested and get
involved. So thank you for being here today, Nick.
It was an honor popping your spaces, Cherry.
Hope to do this more often.
That was very nice of you.
And I definitely will be popping in into this space.
I've really liked learning and honestly kind of blows my mind after getting into this a
little late that this isn't going on more.
It just makes more sense to me, especially coming from the business dollar side, that
everything isn't fractionalized or tokenized.
It just doesn't make sense to me yet how this hasn't adapted sooner, to be honest.
I definitely will be popping into your other rooms, and I appreciate any feedback.
I love talking to other collectors, the gentleman that spoke earlier.
I love hearing that kind of stuff.
It's just cool to talk to collectors.
I do it at all the shows we go to and any type of feedback, you know, good or bad, it doesn't bother me.
So, yeah, please reach out.
We're going to close this one out.
It was a great tequila time.
Barbie, thank you for being here.
Shout out to everybody in the crowd, all my homies.
I appreciate y'all for always supporting me and showing me love.
You guys check out, Stacey was here.
She's been avidly showing up to my Space Weekly.
I got to host her recently a couple of weeks ago.
I love what she's building with Roval and Caviar Mindset.
She does her space, I'm pretty sure, every day around 5 p.m. Central my time.
You guys go check her out.
I'm going to be pulling up today.
It's been around the worst time, but definitely pulling up to show love.
You got to support your friends and your homies.
