some tgn congratulations um as soon as this goes to on-chain vote, then every single TGN is a vote
on this. And those TGN of the Week NFTs are pretty rare because we only do one per week and we took
a whole bunch of weeks off. We've gone through a bit of an internal transition. But we're
restarting this program. I think it's a really cool use case for our governance before our
treasury gets really impactful and significant. This is something that we can all vote on with our TGN. So without further ado,

those are non-transferable, right? Because that's like you wouldn't want someone just
buying the high score. We're gamifying tree planting, right? And so that's that. But what's
really cool is these things are coming alive as AI agents.

And then the AI that we trained counts exactly how many trees have been planted. And then our DAO, when you stake our governance token called TGN,
you get to become a verifier. And so you just take a couple boxes, make sure they planted the
trees correctly. And then you also earn 5% of all of those tree tokens. So 95% go directly to the
planters on the ground, and then 5% go to the verifiers. So you're not just earning, so right now you get a 42% APY when you stake TGN, but you'll
get that plus multiple different token rewards in the very near future as soon as a proof
of tree comes to iOS and Android.
So that's a liquid token reward, and that's only for mangrove trees right now.

And what I mean by a renaissance in this case is like an eruption of creativity, right?

much anyone can can start coding whether if you went to study computer science or not or anyone
can make animation anyone can make you know visual artworks or music through ai it's like absolutely
insane like what we're able to create and this stuff is just on this exponential growth curve
so pretty soon we're going to reach a point where we can speak innovations into existence, right?
Like pretty much any idea you come up with,
you can just speak it into existence,
create it, market it, get it going,
and start doing stuff.
And creativity is like a muscle.
Like the more that you practice it,
the more you work it out,
the stronger it becomes.
And so we're going to become like these creation machines, which sounds fun.
But like if you think about it, every single thing around you has a negative impact on the environment.
Right. Like the table, if it's made of wood. Right. You had to chop trees for that.
The you know, the remote is made of plastic. You had to, you know, chop trees for that the you know the remote is made of plastic you had to
you know drill oil for that the the glass or the metals you either had to mine or you know you're
you're you're there's so many processes and emissions involved right and so when this next
renaissance happens right if if if companies are net negative for the world then we're going to see
a massive scale of degeneration of nature we're going to see a massive scale of
degeneration of nature.
We're going to see an erosion of our natural ecosystems.
And already we've lost over 2 trillion trees, right?
And because of that, 8.1 million humans die every single year because of the air that
they breathe, which is insane.
Google that shit.
I was mind blown.
This is a Holocaust level shit because of the air we're breathing, guys.
Like it's absolutely insane.
And for billions of animals have already lost their lives. Right. But but at the same time,
there is some hope. Right. There is a new wave of business and that's called social enterprise.
A social enterprise is a business. It is for profit, but it's fundamentally doing good.
Like it's it's it's in its DNA. It's net good for the world. Okay. Now, social enterprise
is getting a lot of traction, like on like TV shows, like the, you know, the dragon's den,
like the shark tank thing, people getting investment. They just plant 10 trees for
every t-shirt sale, right? Like simple stuff like this, getting a lot of attention. There's Tom's
shoes have been massive success for every pair of shoes that they sell they give one away right um there's glasses they sell these
like you know bamba socks bamba socks socks yeah bamba i've never heard of those one of those
short tank for every pair of boxes give a pair away yeah nice so this is what I'm saying. It's like net good for the world, right? So if we can shift,
you know, because like there's this big sensationalized entrepreneurialism like
since like Shark Tank, like it was the most successful show in history and a lot of people
look up to entrepreneurs. It wasn't always that way, right? We need to make people, you know,
look up to social enterprise and to see social enterprise as a really viable
and impactful and frankly, fulfilling option, right? Like I've lived a life with no purpose
or reason to jump or get out of bed in the morning, let alone like burn the midnight oil
or do anything meaningful. And then I've tapped into something that really sets my soul on fire.
And I can tell you, it's like a complete transformation. It's a 180. It's black and white. And you get both when you run a social enterprise, right?
You get to feel fulfilled knowing that what you do actually makes a difference. And you also get
to profit from it. You also get to benefit. You also get to empower people. And then, you know,
spread that around because money is just energy at the end of the day, right? Whatever you want
to see in the world, you know, it can be, it can be fueled through currency. And so that's the vision behind Regenascence. It's a transformative event. Yes,
there's incredible music and experiences, but it's also going to have transformational workshops.
It's also going to have activities from tree planting to learning about the different stuff
that people can really come out of this transformative experience a new person in some way, with a new mindset or connection, you know,
in their mind so that they can go and do something. Anyway, this is a very long-winded
way of explaining how the tree gens of the week, all right, and the ambassadors, the official
ambassadors of tree gens, will basically have tickets to these events and be treated, depending on their impact, like VIPs, right? Or VITs,
very important, tree gens at these events, right? And we've already done a satellite event.
We've already done this impact concert like yesterday. We're going to be doing a base
festival all through collaborations, but this will evolve into a massive regenerative
festival that's going to be absolutely phenomenal. And that's why if you look at our roadmap,
it says road to regenerations, because it's at the end, right? I have so many other important
things to do, like proof of tree, like the billion tree day, and getting different social
elements live, that that is like the foundation. We're going and, you know, getting different, you know, social five elements live,
that that is like the foundation. We're going to absolutely crush it. And then this is just
going to be a next thing that's going to, of course, help grow the movement and our grow
immunity, but it's also going to shift the mindset of all the attendees, hopefully towards something
where they really feel empowered to go out and scale positive impact.
Because of course every form of impact makes a difference and we should applaud every effort.
But we need scalable positive impact because negative impact has already been scaling for
a while.
Businesses scale and most businesses are destroying nature.
We need to scale positive impact. Right. And that's why that's one of our core values is scalable, positive impact. Right. And we plan to use the carbon markets, which, by the way, is a nine hundred and forty billion per year industry every single year. Nine to forty billion. It's absolutely gigantic. And it's been 30 years growing because a lot of countries are now required by their commitments to basically buy this stuff, to offset their carbon emissions.
Same with companies, right?
Like Google's been carbon neutral since 2007.
That's voluntary.
They didn't have to do that.
But there's a compliant and there's
a voluntary side to this market. But here's the thing, right? If you plant a tree today,
and if it's a mangrove tree, it takes 25 years to sequester about 308 kilograms of carbon,
which is 0.308 tons, 0.308 carbon credits, right? 25 years is a long-ass time. We don't really have that kind of time. So what we're
doing, and by the way, it happens according to a bell curve. So the first five years, not a whole
lot of sequestration. So that's not a whole lot of funds you can leverage to do more of the good
thing. That should be the point at the end of the day is to leverage these funds to do more of the
good thing, right? To scale. And so what we're doing at TreeGens to have scalable positive impact is, yes, we're tapping into the carbon markets, but we're doing it
in a way that's leveraging something called carbon forwards. All right. So carbon forwards
are basically selling the future value of carbon credits because like you plant a whole bunch of
trees, you can forecast, you know how much carbon will be sequestered approximately I mean you can add in a buffer
you can even insure it to like guarantee it for the companies and countries that know they'll need
the credits in the future right but and of course you're selling it at a discount because there's a
time value of money there's risk involved but even at the discount and I've looked into this and we
run our own forecast
We're looking at about a 9x multiple meaning we can sell the future value of carbon for about nine times more
Than what it cost to plant the trees and this means if we plant a million mangrove trees
We sell a carbon fords now we have enough funds to plant 9 million mangrove trees
All right, then you sell another carbon forward on that.
And now you can plant 81 million.
And if you repeat this process just six times from a million mangrove trees, you end up
with 531 billion trees.
And that, ladies and gentlemen, is how we're going to become one of the biggest carbon
project developers on the face of this earth. And we're going to do it as a Dow. Because most of those $940 billion funds
that I just mentioned to you are not actually experienced at the ground level. The tree
planters don't get that. They get crumbs, right? That goes to the brokers, that goes to the
investors, that goes to the project developers and all these middlemen who are
making this stuff happen, right? So what we're able to do through blockchain technology is
decentralized planting rewards, right? And we can vote with TGN that we want to take some of these
funds from this carbon forward flywheel and we want to do buybacks on our MGRO token,
which is for mangroves. Or we want to add to our liquidity. And we want to incentivize that
further at the ground level. We can do that very easily when these mechanisms are in full swing.
And so let's grow. I'm glad you guys are here now. You're here early. I have a lot of commitment. Something I've been working very hard for is to find the right partner because to do a carbon credit project, it's hundreds of thousands of dollars just to do the measuring, reporting, and verification of it.
And you don't want the wrong investor.
That can really go wrong if they have a significant amount of allocation or control or all this.
So I managed to find the perfect partner.
His name is Mark Diamond.
I brought him on here multiple times.
The reason I believe he's the perfect partner for this is because he's not currently an investor.
He's just a person who's been obsessed with the carbon markets for a long time. And he has managed to close the biggest carbon project deal ever. It's still getting
processed because it's a big government deal and they're very bureaucratic about this.
But it should be any day now, he said, when he receives this massive amount of revenue,
which he intends to then take to the carbon markets and impact
invest. So he's going to take a portion of those funds and then impact invest into tree gens so
that we can finally launch this carbon forward flywheel. And that is where the RWA side of
things really kick in, right? That's where the real world assets come in to ultimately boost
this tree economy. And, you know, right now we're voting on Tree Gen of the Week.
But in the near future, are you going to be able to vote on,
should we be impact investing in this carbon credit project?
Or should we be doing a microloan to this, you know,
ecotourism kind of like nice area or restaurant, you know,
that depends on the mangogroves or beekeeping,
right? I believe the best method of conservation is supporting businesses, businesses that
specifically depend on those trees, like the mangroves, for example. Guys, I implore you,
and maybe I'm going to have to, you know, get this distributed so that you can finally try this,
but mangrove honey you guys it is the most
delicious honey that there is and i've tried so many over my life babe is mangrove honey the most
delicious yes yeah okay confirmed confirmed see another person right next to me who's tried this
has confirmed we she bought how many bottles did you buy six bottles she bought six when when we
finally tried this it's insane And why is it so delicious?
Well, it's dark in color. It has these antioxidants, which are really healthy for you,
but it's all coming from the mangrove trees. And these trees are just, they're like a super plant.
They're insane. They can sequester up to 10 times the carbon dioxide. They help with biodiversity.
So all these animals thrive around them, including the bees, right? And these bees, I don't know if they're having a party,
they're having a great time. It's freaking delicious. It's obviously organic because
it comes from a natural forest. So this is the kind of stuff that I'm talking about. Like I
already see community-based organizations around our tree planting projects today
that are into this stuff, but they have some riggedy,
you know, beekeeping stuff and the roof's falling off and, you know, could really use some
microfinance to grow it. And by the way, my family's in the organic food industry,
so I can help with distribution, but our Dow could help grow these businesses, you know?
And if you are with your own social enterprise business idea
that you think can generate a return, I'm not talking about charity right now. I'm talking
about something that can make an impact in the world and generate an ROI. I want our Dow to
become, you know, like an impact investment Dow to an extent, right? Obviously, once this treasury
really grows and grows and grows through that carbon-forward flywheel that I've been talking about.
So that's the primary, the first use case of TGN. It's vote. And the second is verify. So remember,
you get multiple different token rewards. If you're a verifier, you just got to take a couple
boxes. You get the usual 42%,
plus you get 5% of all the ecological credits. And then the third one is grow. We have Stream

and then we put it to a vote. And then you can vote, and then you can unstake your tokens and then like, you know, right before and then we put it to a vote and then you can vote and then you can restake your tokens.
Like you can unstake and restake at any moment.
It's pretty quick and easy to do that.
But that's like a band-aid solution.

And like once it gets there, our brains will like fully be tricked. Now, who's to say, like, what do you think is more likely, if you were to just look at a probability standpoint, like, that that is the first time that we reach that moment where VR is, like, literally indistinguishable from reality?
Or that that has just already happened, and then we are in it, you know? And so, so some people argue that it is more likely that it's not the
first time knowing that it is merely an eventuality. And so like, dude, if we're,
if we're in a simulation, what's the, what's the objective, you know, what, or what do you think's
being tested? And people who really believe in simulation theory are like, well, like, you know,
some simulations, uh uh like you just turn
them off when they stop getting interesting right like you run many simulations and you just turn
them off like this is like in real life like humans run you can't turn this off yeah once
they sign that deal with credit bureaus you can't turn this off america everybody in america is sim Everybody in America is SimCity. Yeah. So it's SimCity, but it's not, in my mind, what they talk about with the simulation.
