about the metaverse and potential platforms for that. What are you thinking we're going with right
now? Because we want to give people interactive experience to be able to walk around a festival grounds, connect with one another,
tap into different kinds of experiences, right? From the talks to the DJs. So all the ones that
you're aware of, which do you think have the most potential? So, I mean, there's so many different ways you can go uh so it's like decentraland is really
cool i know somebody um i need to try and figure out or remember his handle but um he used to work
inside decentraland like he i had a meeting with him one time and um he literally was like a club
host inside decentraland so his job and that's what he would
do he would get paid to throw parties inside the decentraland for like companies and stuff like
that so that's a really cool one um they've been around for a really long time uh dingus showed me
some of his voxels um in voxels it's almost like uh um i can't like robloxels, it's almost like, uh, um, I can't like Roblox.

stuff or decentraland something that we can all interact with beautiful yeah decentraland's got

i feel like this is a whole role that we got to craft out i feel like we got to craft out a lot
of different roles for this festival, man.

and I know even when you do it digitally,

And so basically right now, oh, I have a meeting with a video jockey.
So basically somebody to help with visual effects during the live stream, which would be really cool. And to just make sure that it all goes smooth.
I have meetings with potential um big tree planting partners so earth day organization i'm
still waiting to get in contact to set up a meeting with them um same thing with i'm waiting
to hear back from arbor day foundation and one tree planted um so yeah that's basically where
i'm at right now and so this is this is kind of the crazy
part about it and this is where it's going to have to come in with like the groom unitry as far as
um you know the reason why i've been going at this alone is because you know i feel like
everybody deserves some kind of some kind of payment whatever that whatever that is you know
if somebody's going to work hard at it you know i feel bad not being having anything to offer and so that's why i've
just been going ham on this um but you know that's where this is a first time first year event and so
you know it may take a lot of volunteer work for this it's all for an amazing cause you guys like
it's for it's for the record tree
planting day on june 5th like it's raising awareness for that and in my opinion anybody
that volunteers or puts a lot of effort and energy into this like you are going to be part of this
movement part of this record breaking history you know-breaking. So yeah, like that's where everybody,
you know, deserves the attention in that. And, you know, on my website, I plan on recognizing
literally every single person that puts in, you know, any kind of effort into this, whether
they're planting trees, you know, I'm going to try to gather so much information on this tree
planting day as far as individuals and the little people um because like i like i've been shouting from the rooftops jimmy's been shouting like everybody
can be part of this you know um part of this day on june 5th so um so yeah it's the first year
but it's like if we complete this and make this huge we can get huge sponsors sponsors and money
and funding year two immediately off of this yeah
even this year bro like i'm telling you we get these channel partners locked in it's good that
you got your own socials locked in but like the like when you pull up with you know many many
millions of follower pages that we can go live on like it's that much more compelling not just
for the artists but also for the sponsors and like, let's go hard on sponsorship right now
so that we can actually hire some people
for critical roles if we need to, right?
But also, man, like, since this is in service
of the mission of Tree Gens
and this goal that we have of a billion trees,
that means that every single person
that supports this festival is a Tree Gen citizen, right?
And remember, we have this quadratic funding
mechanism we've already had a great call with giveth to run this on their platform where anyone
can donate pretty much any token across eight different chains um and and even one dollar could
turn into a hundred dollars worth of actual value being sent to people right we're matching the
donations using a quadratic funding formula,
which heavily weighs the number of people that donate to you as a citizen over the amount that
they donate. So a thousand people giving a dollar, we've got way more matching than one person
giving a thousand dollars. And so, um, so that's another way, right? There's retroactive rewards
