AIs to talk to each other. They're talking about making up their own languages. And like, there's
a lawsuit against a human by an AI. Like, we live in those strangest times, but also the most
interesting. And like, guys, whenever there are big changes, you know, we need leadership from
people who generally want to make the world a better place, right? Like, pretty soon, we are
going to be able to speak innovations into existence. Think about that for a second. Any
idea you come up with, we're going to be able to speak that into existence, Think about that for a second. Any idea you come up with,
we're going to be able to speak that into existence, make it real, make it grow just by
speaking. And you know, creativity is like a muscle. Just like when you work out, it's getting
stronger, more capable. The more ideas you come up with, the more you practice creativity,
the better you're going to get at it, right? And so we're going to become these ultra creative human beings. And that's like the next renaissance,
right? The next renaissance is here. It's an eruption of creativity. And, and, and, but,
but, you know, here's the caveat to that awesome news. Like everything around us makes a negative
impact, right? Pretty much. I mean, this table, you had to chop a tree for that. This computer, you know, you had to mine for the metals and
the plastic is oil. Like literally everything around us is making a negative impact on the
environment and the world, right? And so what we need is we need the change makers,
aka you guys, to take massive action in these times, right? Like social enterprise is not just the
future, it's the present. Like it's getting a lot of traction. And what I mean by social
enterprise, if you're not familiar, it's basically a company that is for profit, but doing good is
like just a part of what they do, right? It's built in. It's like, it's what TreeGen's is.
We are setting up a nonprofit,
but we are a social enterprise.
It's a scalable business model.
And so when this next renaissance happens, right,
it is imperative that the next renaissance is regenerative,
a regenissance, if you will, all right?
Because if it's not, dude, think about it.
We're gonna come up with 100 ideas a day and create so much stuff that's going to destroy nature.
But if everything is net good for the world, if everything or at least the common, the aspirational, the cool, hip type of business are the ones that are making a difference in the world, like Shark Tank inspired a whole generation to become
entrepreneurs.
Like there was a, it's like one of the most successful TV shows of all time, right?
Like what we're, what we're cooking through a few grow elaborations is like a full on
production, just like Shark Tank, except instead of regular investors, you got impact investors.
Instead of regular entrepreneurs, you got social entrepreneurs, you know, entrepreneurs
are really like trying to change the world, right?
Like we've already done a little pilot of this over at ECC Brussels a while ago called
Funding the Regenissance. And we had impact investors, IRL and digitally. But we're going
to take this to a whole other level soon. So make sure if you got a good business idea that you

revenue generated on your pack that's actually up to you to split back to those people. So you can
for example say okay well my community I love them know, and I want them to grow as well and get more people in
So we're gonna give them 30% of the revenue that comes in
So that's helping the subscribers the community members and stuff to gain money
But how can we help the projects themselves and the content creators make money? Well
projects that already exist will help them
with marketing their own token by also getting eyes on it through our site. We can create links
so they can get the token sold better or bought better, obviously helping with incubation and
stuff and websites as well. Projects that don't already have tokens, we'll actually set up a new
token for them because we can do that as well. That easy what pump fun and bags do is easy we can do that as well we can set
up a token for someone in 60 seconds um and what will happen is that all of this revenue is generated
through subscribers or through the token buy sells tax everything that all comes back and is shared

people in Uganda pointing AK 47s at my head, screaming, all right?
And it was actually a very, very interesting experience.

So, you know, I used to throw events.
I used to throw music festivals, all for good causes.
I was volunteering, running this thing.
All the money went to good causes, happy days, right?
But then COVID happened.
We couldn't do events anymore.
So I was like,
you know what? Maybe we can actually do these actual impactful projects ourselves. So my brother
and I got a one-way ticket to Uganda. But before we did it, all right, we did this little LinkedIn
campaign. We reached out to all kinds of people to join our board of directors, right, for this
nonprofit we just started. And we reached out. And this guy's like, you know what? I know this
person.
He's actually royal family of Uganda. He's called Brian Caboyo. OK, he's now the mayor of Hoima.
But he's royal family. You got to connect with him when you go into these places.
He'll help you out. Happy days. OK, great. So we went there. Now, look, at this point, we're building biosand water filters from local materials. And we had a factory in Kampala in the capital. We had
another one over in a place called Hoima, which is like a significant drive, like five, six hours
or so. And look, we had a big night the night before. We didn't want to drive. So we actually
convinced this Uber driver to take us there. And he's like, all right, sure, we'll do it. We agreed
on the price. Then we fell asleep in the car because we barely slept. And then at one point, and by the way, this is during COVID when you had to be home.
If you're not home by 9 p.m., there's a strict curfew. You can get in serious trouble.
And we planned it where we had enough time to get there before 9, okay? Now, we're going through
there. And he wakes me up. And he's like, hey, is it this way or this way? And I'm like, I don't know, dude.
Like you're supposed to know that.
Just look at Google Maps.
OK, look at Google Maps.
So that was the worst advice I could have given him.
Little did I know because Google Maps has no idea about Ugandan roads.
So we're going down this road, not only not paved, massive potholes.
And we're waking up from these potholes just shaking us out of our seats.

And and and then my brother, he looks at you. my brother, he looks and it's like quarter to nine.
Like we don't have much time and we're not even close.
Like where are you?
And so my brother got furious and he took over the car.
He started just like going down this street just like full speed.

And then there's this guy like sitting down and the gate is up.
And we didn't really pay much attention to it.
He kind of waved at the guys like, hello, we just zoomed in.
Little did we know we had just entered a military compound in Uganda.

So we stopped the car and we're like, hmm.

of the car. He's like, on your knees, all this stuff. So I'm literally on my knees, hand behind
my back. I like emptied my pockets. I have this other volunteer with me. She's from Uganda, all right? She's from Uganda, and she is, like, visibly shaking, okay?
So she's shaking.
And my brother, like, he's kind of got a silver tongue.
He was talking to these military guys, making them laugh, da-da-da-da.
And so I'm like, hey, like, you know, Vanessa, don't worry.

this is Uganda. And I was just like, oh, okay. So now all these like Coney 2012, like, you know,
images started flashing before my eyes. And I'm just like, wait, okay, where are we right now?
And anyway, so the problem was not only were we there past curfew, but we I didn't have any identification.
So so we only had passports at this time for some reason.
And that was at our destination. So we had no ID.
We were there after curfew. And the guy's like, all right, you got to come back to the barracks.
OK, so we come back to the barracks. It's this big building. Right.
And and he's like, look, you got to meet the head general. He's not here right now. So you're going to have to sleep here. And me, I was totally fine with that plan. I'm like, OK, they're like, you got to sleep in the car. And I was like, OK, we'll put the seat back. It's like a plane. It's not a big deal. But my brother's like, that's crazy. We have a hotel right there. It's five, 10 minutes away. We'll come back in the morning.

these boys, they're complaining. I'm like, no, no, no, no, no. Because at this point,
we were friends with the guys. We were talking about getting food or whatever, being friendly.

And the general, he actually decided to get out of his home and come past curfew to the military
barracks, all right? So the guy pulls up, this giant SUV. He comes out of the car, this massive
jacked, ripped general with all the badges and bells and whistles on his jacket. He goes, you,
ripped general with all the badges and bells and whistles on his jacket he goes you inside and he
takes the driver into the into the into the room right and my brother and I were just like twiddling
our thumbs just like as the guy is screaming at the driver inside in the local language we had no
idea what he was saying but he was screaming at him like this does not sound good man like
oh my god what have we done right so we So we get inside after he's done with all that.
And we sit down and the guy explains like, what you've done is so bad. You need identification.
You're here in the military. Like, what are you? Who are you? And we're explaining like, look,
we're here. We're doing water projects and da, da, da, da. And look, this is our website and
this is our LinkedIn. And the guy's like, not buying, he's like, not having it, he's like, and then, and then, and then we're like, we're here with
Brian Caboyo, and he goes, oh, you know Brian Caboyo? And I was like, yeah, you know Brian Caboyo?
