I can't hear anyone from this phone. I did manage to port over to a new Wi-Fi source and since we have the trusty grow host MK and Will T, we did. I am so proud of us. We managed to go through a terrible Wi-Fi source and migrate onto a new one, which I believe is significantly better.
I'm going to be speaking from the Jimmy page so that I can hear you guys as well.

No, yeah. I want to ask you myself real quick. I also hear for the vibe, man.
You know what I'm gonna do, brother,
is I'm gonna put you into the shill-ovator, all right?
The shill-ovator is where we do give you precisely 69 seconds to shill anything that you want.
This could be yourself, literally anything.
And then if you can get six hearts from the audience right after you shill,
then you're going to get another six, nine seconds.
And you can also plant anything you want up in the garden.
Any post that you want to amplify and whatever grows up there does tend to grow.
Are you ready, sir, for the...
Absolutely, man. I'm very ready, bro.

man that's our group let's grow chujan for life man chujan for life yo my brother dude
seen as a financial advisor if they're not one they are constantly reminding us that we are not
financially you on the other hand though oh there's your timer you on the other hand come
out here and just say you are a financial advisor so so respect first of all i mean like uh what
what what gave you the certification to do to say that um i i would love to to learn or or is it uh
is it yeah please tell me how did you become a financial advisor yeah
I'm I've become a future of I said because of my name my mother gave me
wisdom so I've wisdom you know I'm saying so where you are wisdom you are
you also helps people that don't have wisdom financially by giving them
financial advice that I would grow so I have some experience in the crypto space.
I know how the market works, market manipulation.
So that's why I'm saying financial advice.
You do give advice about finances.
You've born from the system.
So... Dingus, you were saying this before, I love it. You got that from first. So,
you were saying this before that like you,
you were told by Daba that you need to remind people.
Advisor when you speak about things,
That was like a warning that you got or a piece of advice.
Dingus. Yes, sir. Dinggm i was talking to dingus
there but dingus might be oh oh sorry man you're a little bit choppy is that just me no

Likely not just you I think I have too much open on my computer and it's like coming through a bit crazy hold on
Just give me a sec. I'm here back on the phone. We got this
Let me see what I can clear up here lot happen and yeah see here it sounds clear, right?
Okay, give me a thumbs up if I'm sounding clear from this device.
Okay, so this is definitely like the better.
Okay, problem is with this device, I can't hear anything.
So, okay, I know what I'm going to do.
I'm going to connect headphones.
Yep, this is how you got to do it.
You connect headphones to one set.
All right, I'm connecting the headphones.
This is happening. This is. I'm connecting the headphones.
This is how Jimmy's going to hear because I hear literally nothing from this.
By the way, it also says two people, including Jimmy, are still on connecting.
Four are stuck on the spinning wheel of connection.
No, I don't see that. This is a pretty buggy space.
But let's just see how we can grow.
So everyone, follow Wisdom.
He was literally born to the Wisdom.
Were you literally born with the name Wisdom?
I mean, was it like a word that means Wisdom, for example?
Wisdom. Wisdom. Wisdom. for example, or wisdom?
I have now cleared some stuff up. Hopefully this is better.
seeing anybody spinning. Everybody's
on stage that needs to be on stage.
Perfect grow. All right. Amazing. So it's just my device that's bugging out. All right. Cool. Well,
wisdom, I appreciate you being up here, man, and sharing some of your wisdom. Let's also
growtate. Friends, if you have something that you want to show, just simply raise your hand.
And you can just call upon the first people who raise their hands.
But Wisdom did share something which is pretty notable and a pretty cool development.
And that is our growlaboration with the Yucky Ducks.
You guys know they have a charity cause every single week
where there's yuck pots and that's going,
now every single one of those is now funding tree planting.
Plus, we are doing at least 5,000 trees together
Plus, when you follow their page,
okay, I'm not gonna share this
before it's officially announced,
but something wild is actually gonna happen when you follow the Yucky Ducks page.
It's more than next level, and we're going to be growing a lot.
We do have a lot of grow elaborations that are happening around in the TreeGen ecosystem.
I see we also got Regen Avicagro in the audience.
It was great hearing you last time.
I just sent you an invite.
Hopefully we can get you up here.
I see we got BeatDrop3 in the audience.
I love the RaveGods at GromunaTree.
I'm really pumped for their events.
Yeah, I've got tons and tons of stuff open.
I was going crazy, vibe coding, doing a whole bunch of stuff here.
Let me get something ready here.
Okay, I actually cannot hear.
I'm thinking maybe you should pull out Jimmy account because that's probably where you're
getting the reverb because right now your main account is coming through clean
obviously I'm just uh I'm just connecting this bluetooth can be give me just one second
in the meantime will T why don't you give't you give us an overview of what you got
cooking in the Kingfishers media universe and
how that connects to the most
impactful and rewarding ambassador
Yeah, absolutely. It would be my
pleasure. So, first of all,
you see them down in the audience, give them a
Set those noties because we go live one, two, three, at least four times a week.
We do it multi-platform, so we're not just on X Spaces.
Sometimes we're in our Telegram.
Sometimes we're in the house on Farkaster, and other times we're on arena.social. So get in good where you
know the hood is good, I guess is a good saying there. Anyway, so we partnered with the Tree Gens
DAO. In the partnership with the Tree Gens DAO, we are facilitating or co-facilitating, I should say at this point, the TreeGens Ambassador Program.
How do we do this? Well, first, we created an event page using Unlock Protocol, which is your
interest form. So if you get in the TreeGens Telegram group and go to the TGN Ambassadors
channel, you can look in the pin and you can see where that
interest form is. It's three pieces of information. Only two are required, right? So name, email
address, and wallet address, right? Why do we need this? Well, the name is not as important. You can
remain anon if you want. You can make up a fictitious name if you want. That's fine. We don't care about
that. We're not trying to dox you, okay. But we need your wallet address and we need your email. Wallet address is for deployment of
your certificates once you pass the quiz and also your distributor rewards in TGN. Every TreeGens
ambassador who passes the quiz and becomes an official TGN ambassador will get 27 TGN.
I know it's not a lot, but it's what we can offer right now, right?
Distributed from KF Media, directly from our Learning Center.
The email address is so that you can have the quiz,
because we've noticed in the process some people had challenges,
and it could be regionality challenges, what have you,
of getting into our Learning Center, which is hosted on Charmverse, which is fine, right?
But we want the 100 absolute best tree gens representing this community, 100%.
So with that being said, those are the why for the two pieces of information.
Now, after you fill out the interest form, it automatically mints you in ERC-721, which is soul bound, by the way. So it's tied to that wallet.
If you're just using email with no wallet, it's going to go to your email and it's going to get
stuck there. But we can always influence that by airdropping it to a wallet once you have a wallet
address. So that key that mints gets you access to our learning
center of where you're going to see the tree gens dow official um content for the ambassador program
right what you're also is you're going to see every other course that we have to offer inside
of the kf media learning center and you can take those courses, you can digest that information.
If you want certificates against those course,
it's a little bit different process,
but we do have tutorials.
So if you look in the KF Media tutorial section
inside that Learning Center,
we have tutorials of how to walk you through
the application process to verify
that you completed the course.
Just quick little tidbits about what you learned
through the course. And then once that proposal passes through the community vote, then you get your
application for your rewards and then your rewards are distributed. Now, what are the
rewards that are available through the KF Media Learning Center? Well, this is where Learn for
Impact comes in. So Learn for Impact is
our version of Learn to Earn that we developed, we designed, we incubated, we relied on community
feedback loops to make sure that this was a good idea and that people would buy into this notion,
right? It's flipping the script on the debt-based tuition model that currently exists in the traditional education system.
So inside the treasury for Learn for Impact, you're going to find tokens.
And we attach these to the courses, but we do have some flexibility where we can say, okay, this person is requesting a certain token that we have on our treasury.
What are you going to find?
Well, first off, I already mentioned you're going to find TGN, right, which is the governance token of the TREGEN's DAO.
You're also going to find tokenized carbon credits. You're also going to find community tokens for other communities that are in there, too.
So if you want to join that community and get some immediate equity in that community, we can help you with that as well.
that as well, right? And when we identify impact tokens, we say tokens that are making an impact
inside of Web3 or outside of Web3, either from an environmental perspective, from a social
impact perspective, from a societal paradigm shift perspective, changing societies. I mean,
isn't that what this Web3 journey is all about, right? And new monetary systems, right? So new ways to tokenize
monetary systems or new ways to influence monetary policy through the power of regenerative finance.
Those are the four categories that we analyze impact tokens. Now participated in gg24 in the public goods tooling development
round specifically with learn for impact but in order to get approved for that pilot pool
we had to position it as a research project right we had to position as a research and development
project so what do we do we went out uh starting oh, I think it was around mid-December
through just a few days ago, and we started searching and analyzing new tokens that are
impact tokens that hadn't crossed our radar yet, right? And so we've identified at least
six new tokens or upcoming tokens that haven't either ICO or TGE yet that we're going to be using once
we get the funds and the funding documentation closes in two days. Right. And then once everybody's
got their milestone submitted, which we just did ours on our Karma page. So you can always go into
the KF Media account, go look at our Karma page. It shows you
all the activity. It shows you all the statuses or sources of truth. It shows you every grant
program we've ever participated in there, right, for each individual program. Now, once we get a
balance of funds from Greenfield Dev Guild and Gardens is hosting this around. So kudos and
shout out to them. Once we get a balance of funds from that, we're going to allocate those funds
towards these tokens we've identified, right? One of those tokens, which we have a small balance of
right now, but we want to bump that up a little bit is ASOS USDd so we do have a little bit of azos usd already in there we want more azos
usd because we understand the value out of azos usd right and there are other tokens coming down
the pike too that maybe we have to be a little bit patient on so we get those funds maybe we sit on
it maybe we put it in a yield opportunity what have you to let it grow a little bit until we're ready to go out.
And so we get our token balances either through leveraged community participation
or open market buys, right? And we're not going to sell. And we put them in the hands of the people,
the individuals who learn things at KF Media Learning Center, what we have to offer.
And then you guys decide what you want to do with them from there, right?
Whether you want to sit on them, you want to hold them, you want to save them,
you want to let them mature.
Or if you need instant liquidity, there's those options as well.
And yeah, I think that's about all I have.
Jimmy, anything I missed there that you want to add in?
Hold on, let me turn this down.
Yeah, I mean, look, I love that you're expanding
and that you got AZUSD and all these different things.
Did you mention all the different tokens
that you're currently doing Learn for Impact with?
That we currently have on our wall for learn for impact i i yes sir because
people got to know this right like we have five reward mechanisms for this ambassador program but
the first one when you fill out the interest form you get access to all this stuff so go ahead
well this isn't specific to the tree jones ambassador program but i'm looking at the
treasury wallet right now. And so these are
the impact tokens that are currently available through Learn for Impact. We have TGN already
mentioned, AZUSD already mentioned. We have CCC from Carbon Counting Club, which are tokenized
carbon credits. And that's just on the base chain, but we're on multiple chains we are on multiple chains um so in on polygon uh
another token created by um by mr mcgee about smashing buttons we have buttons right so if you
want to collect some buttons by learning something new we have some buttons in there too we also have
we also have carbon counting club Club on Polygon as well.
We don't have a lot on Polygon because we're not very active on Polygon.
On Cello, I know we have some USD GLOW, so GLOW dollar available for distribution.
I'm checking on Optimism.
We have the Let's Grow DAO tokens, Grow.
So we have that available for distribution on
op and let me just see on solo real quick this will switch over oh here's a cool one we do have
some c cup so it's lowercase c and then capital cop this is a token that was developed by Refi Medellin, I believe, or Refi Colombia, one of those two.
But it is a on-chain tokenized representation of the Colombian peso.
Why is that important? important well if you were to go to an event at refi medellin you wouldn't be able to use your
regular colombian pesos to maybe get you a sandwich and a beverage right you'd have to use their
community token which is the lowercase c uh colombian peso so we have that as well uh we do
have some biochar as well that we can distribute um from the toucan protocol and we also have
as well that we can distribute from the 2KM protocol.
And we also have GoodDollar.
GoodDollar is creating a universal basic income
in a tokenized fashion, so we have that as well.
So that's all we have currently.
If you want me to run through the new ones
that we identified, I can do that as well.
Yeah, this is like a overview of the whole refi ecosystem,
pretty much, or the impact Web three space. So so please do.
All right, I'm going to our Karma page right now. And if you guys just go to Karma HQ dot X, Y, Z, Karma HQ dot X, Y, Z.
karma hq dot xyz you can search for us as a community in there now and you can go to our
community page a community page is going to give you a a glance at all of our active projects
uh their progression like where they started what they've evolved into and then uh what's been
accomplished through there so um let's go to funding, GG24 public goods, toying around milestones and updates.
Okay. Here we go. Here is the update that we provided. So based on the research,
obviously we talked about AZUSD. We've also identified HLSP, which also can be found on ASOS.Finance, which is a token that powers real-world solar infrastructure by tokenizing renewable energy generation and grid-scale solar projects. also have identified leslie if you don't know about leslie leslie uh is about saving rhinos
right so it's about restoring an endangered uh rhino population it is a meme case they don't
call it a meme coin but they say it's ethereum's official mascot right i don't know if that's true
or not but the effort of that it's doing good by helping rhinos.
Oh, that was the other thing I did.
I know that Daniel has kind of shifted his focus on Unchained Elephants, but we do have some ELIZ tokens that we can distribute as well.
And those are set on a 404 contract.
So it means it's tied to an NFT.
So if our token balance ever drops below a certain threshold, it's going to automatically burn that NFT.
But you guys can have those tokens as well.
So ones with an upcoming ICO or TGE that we have not acquired yet, but we've identified.
Tracer is unlocking trillion dollar upside
by tokenizing real carbon removals.
Of course, we have DBT coming up from DABA Network.
So thank you, Dingus, for that one.
We have CSX, which is the Copernic Space Exchange Token,
which is decentralizing the space asset economy.
And then I don't know how much you guys pay attention to
D-PIN, but Huddle, Huddle 01 is our primary meeting platform. We've migrated away from Zoom.
We don't use Zoom anymore. We don't use Google Meet if we can help it, right? But we use Huddle.
Well, Huddle has an upcoming ICO, and that is a D-PIN meeting space. And then there's a market
level opportunity too that you brought into our perspective, Jimmy.
And we're looking how to engage with that platform.
So Papa Bravo X-Ray dot earth.
And you can trade regional air quality.
It's like a prediction market for air quality, right?
So, yeah, those are the ones we've identified so far.
I'm sure we'll have others that we can identify.
we really are buying into the notion of community tokens
because they create this really unique circular economy
They hold value within the community.
And that's part of the reputation layer
that's growing inside of Web3.
That's beautiful, man. I love it.
So you're looking to branch out, so to say,
with all of those different reward mechanisms in your future,
and I'm pumped and I'm grateful that we're able to do this ambassador program together.
So, by the way um yeah i should
quickly announce here again if you are max engaging with this space then you are entering to win um
there will be 10 winners which we're gonna announce on today's space um that each get 10
worth of this dbt plus if i'm not mistaken there could still be there are these uh nft bonuses right
or i don't know if you actually have you allocated all of those i know you could put like 25 from
your personal uh unstoppable domains um yeah yeah or is this spread out throughout this uh dbt oh
we're spreading it out but i'm gonna give away 100 i'm gonna give away 100 nfts i've decided so
i've already dosed out about 20
of the Ethereum mainnet NFTs and then I'm going to work through this next 20 of the
winners that they're at Polygon Unstoppable Domains and then I just might start getting
crazy with it I might just start you know sending out all sorts of NFTs just like oh
here's an art one that I find interesting I got duplicates so might as well sell one
out um but yeah no everyone who
gets announced will be getting an nft i want to make good on that one but yeah oh also quick
announcement on the dbt just so everyone's clear uh we are not yet live so anybody who's one um who
gets announced through these spaces uh we will get you an allocation we're going to get all of
the wallets sent over at one time to the dev so that's gonna be a thousand a thousand dollars of dbt at once as a
hundred different wallets so just be patient with it we're gonna be going
live before the end of Q2 our dev was just saying something like February
March I was first time I ever heard the actual months called out so she went
see you said before the end of Q2, you meant Q1, right?
We're talking closer to February, March.
That popped out of the dev's mouth the other day.
And yeah, just know that it will be coming into your wallet.
And sorry for any delays here.
Dude, that is super generous of you, man.
A hundred of your personal nfts
dude uh legendary so so we're giving out a hundred winners wait hold on does that mean that everyone
who who wins ten dollars worth of this allocation also gets an nft i thought it was like uh some
people get it kind of thing or is it like some people will get multiple well one guy got multiple
because he got announced twice.
He's like, so do I get two NFTs?
I'm like, well, according to my rules, yep, then you do.
Every single person you announce out of the 100 people that are going to be, well, you know what I'm saying here is that we should cut it soon on the space giveaways because we want to run an art competition, which I think is something we should definitely do and like steep it. So like, let's say the winner gets like $50.
The second place gets $30.
The third place gets 20 bucks, something like that.
And I think we should start allocating these to sort of like little mini
campaigns that could, you know,
boost media for tree gens and Daba and you know,
kind of get people to in this sort of competitive spirit there.
So yeah, I'd say like maybe do this or the next one if
you've already announced it as like the last straight giveaway and then let's start allocating
it to like little campaigns and stuff that's what i'm thinking but every single winner is going to
get an nft personally for me yo that's next level i said it'd be some nft surprises you didn't know
it surprised you with every single winner getting one of these.
That's pretty cool. And those you have already, even though the tokens become liquid in Feb, March or before end of Q1, these NFTs, they're already there, right? So they can be sent
right away. So everyone who wins can get something and then just stay tuned for that launch.
It's $10 worth of the token at launch, right?
So that's how you can guarantee that it's that value. But of course anything can happen after so just stay locked in and
We'll give announcements around that so make sure you're you're following
Not just the tree gens page, but also
Dava Network so that you're you're really got a finger on the pulse there. All right, I see some people requesting
work so that you're you're really got a finger on the pulse there all right I
see some people requesting you guys know the rules we do have the repost the
rule the room thing right but guys while you're there
Jim max engage all right this is one of the last ones that we're gonna do that
are like this easy to do all right all you have to do can you can you can you Can you hear me?
Okay, what I was going to say is a follow-up for Learn for Impact,
and obviously one that hasn't come into the ecosystem yet.
But we also have our eye on that we're very excited about is going to be M-Gro.
Alright, let me quickly finish what I was about to say here with the giveaway.
So, you like, you repost, you bookmark, you do all three of those things, and then you just drop a screenshot of that in the comments, right, because we don't know who is bookmarking.
That's not something that is shared unless you are actually sharing the screenshot.
So you have to see that you did all three in the screenshot.
Boom, you drop that in the comments and happy days.
So I just planted it up at the top of the spaces so you can find.
So we're giving $40 worth of DBT.
That's four winners in the bottom right that I just put up in the top of the garden.
And then we have this animation post that was made.
That's going to be three winners I'm going to pick from there live on the spaces.
And then we're going to pick another three winners from the original spaces post, which I just now put up in our garden as well.
All right. So you want to be engaging with all three of those.
You want to be engaging with all three of those.
The original Spaces post, actually, no, the animation, is a little bit of a different style.
So here it's one comment with a tag equals one entry.
So if you look at that animation post, it's one comment that tags someone is one entry.
And what I love about doing it this way is those who really
want it, they get it, right? Pretty much. I mean, you can have unlimited entries in that competition.
So just like tag a new person per comment. Don't be tagging 10 people in one comment. I don't think
X likes that very much. And also it only counts as one entry. So space them out and then say,
pull up or whatever because it is like also has the spaces link there in the animation so by the
way if you're if you're inviting new people and i love doing this activity as well if they both
come up on the stage and you show them on why they should be joining our dao uh you get 69 tgn just
for trying so um so do it up tag people in this comments in the other post
comments and uh you could win stuff um but if you bring a friend and you onboard live you get
rewarded so let's grow we are growing a movement here guys you know there's a reason why i uh i
broke the guinness world record for tree planting and and planted for 24 straight hours on three
different occasions it's it's not it's not about what I can do, right? It's about what humanity is actually
capable of and breaking more world records of what the globe and what the whole population
across the world is really capable of doing. And that's why it's so important to do these
small actions. That's why these partnerships are so key for us, because giving stuff away, incentivizing, going all out, onboarding new friends, all of this stuff is important to grow the movement, right?
We need to spread the word.
We need to get more people involved.
And that's where everyone is doing their part.
And the fact that you can win money on top of that, like, fantastic, amazing.
And I'm grateful that we can give things out um from
from partners as well like it's not like uh you know and anyway i'm super grateful for you dingus
and i'm grateful for everyone that's contributed nfts i know that uh will tree uh of uh of king
fish's media has also thrown in uh nfts as Have those been given out yet, Will, or not yet?
I left that up to you guys, how you want to do that giveaway.
But yes, we do have five education passports on base available for giveaways.
So however you want to give that away, you just let us know the wallet addresses.
They have the value of 0.027 ETH if you were to mint it.
And you can mint it through our marketplace that we've set up through Third Web if you're not a
winner. And we've got all that information available in our TG as well. So our TG is
p.me forward slash kfmediacommunity. Pretty easy, isn't it?
I love these vanity names of TG groups.
Okay, I believe Aura has her hand up.
So, Aura, do you have something that you'd like to show, my friend?
I'm good, I'm good. i'm hosting my space i said let

much uh three gents for having me thank you i still remain positive or my name is positive so
anywhere i go i'm very very positive thank you i love that positive aura hang on did you say you're
currently live from the same account hosting a spaces and you managed to come through here as well?
How is that even possible?
Is it from this account you're hosting?
You can do that, actually.
And it still allows you to just flawlessly host the Spaces.
By the way, I see you have a legend in the space.
The one and only Carla God is in the building.
You know what's next level from there though
is hosting a session on three different platforms and them being able to talk to each other
they talk to each other what you mean yeah they can talk to each other we have
we've got evidence we've got recordings of people having conversations cross-platform between Arena and Barcaster
That's very cool, actually.
Do you need three phones for that or what?
Computer, two phones, and all open mics.
there's no feedback. There's no like
the same microphone for the same platform.
wait, you said you are using the same
You're not using the same microphone.
You're using a microphone from one phone.
Of course they each other.
You're using a microphone from another phone.
It doesn't create feedback.
And then you're using the microphone from the computer.
Oh, I see Regent Avocado's up here.
It's so weird on my phone.
It says you're still a listener.
But great to see you up on the stage.
Avocado Grow. By the way, that song you guys heard a listener, but great to see you up on the stage. Avacagro.
By the way, that song you guys heard at the start, that was by Carla God.
I played your song at the start of this, Let's Grow.
So Carla's absolutely good.
One of the first people to make a tune that mentions the GWR, the world record, Let's Grow.
But Reachin' Avacagro, since you have your hand up,
please grow right ahead, bro.
Yeah, that is the anthem.
What was, when did they, when did Carla talk about one?
Yeah, Carla, when did you come, when was the song created?
I think that was in 2024, yeah.
Yeah, yeah, but it was GG22
We're not measuring time in years.
Oh, okay, measuring the round.
How many Gitcoin rounds old are you?
I think I came in 20, Gitcoin round 18.
I think, yeah, I think that was when I came in.
I even did a video about it.
I did a video about how GG18, I really didn't know what to do,
how to promote my rounds, how to promote my project.
And so I got very, very new donations.
And I was doing that video to help.
I think I remember, was it last year, that Let's Grow was the DAO helping coordinate
information for new round entries so my own responsibility was to create content
yeah carla god we did that for two rounds actually gg22 and 23. yeah we're let's grow
down with the official onboarding partner for gitcoin yeah yeah so i created those videos saying oh this is how to promote your
your round or your project during the um giga rounds and i referenced how i started and how
i had no clue what i was doing but i learned very fast um let's grow community was really really really awesome and instrumental in my growth in
public girls and all so it was a no-brainer when like we were doing this thing um
you know announcing people joining the dow let's grow dow and i thought oh we should have a theme
song and so i thought to write let's Grow and release it to the community.
And yeah, so that's the story behind the song.
Thank you, Jimmy, for bringing me up on stage.
It's so good to see everybody.
It's good to see you guys.
So good to see you too, Carla.
Yeah, there's so many cool references to that song.
That was not about the Guinness World Record reference.
That was about, like, you said,
I see Jimmy and the team and they never went off that's like that's such a cool line because like yeah like we never went off we were live 24 7 for 15 straight days on seven different occasions like
that's actually a pretty insane uh accomplishment and um of course with all the spaces rugs and
things that can possibly happen uh But we pushed through it all.
And a big shout out to Will T, who has really been holding down the fort there.
But, Carla, you were, like, one of the best hosts of that, you know, massive phenomenon.
I love how you were always bringing through so many different people that you were supporting in the community.
Like, we connected with the crew there in a very big way. You came through in a brilliant way. I know now you're also working on some incredible new initiatives, and we got to have a chat about that a few days ago. For those who are not super familiar with what you're up to right now, Why don't you go ahead and share with the people
Thank you so much, Jimmy.
Oh, can you guys hear Carla?
Okay, no. No. Okay, thumbs up if you guys hear Carla? Okay, no.
Okay, thumbs up if you can hear Carla.
I think she rugged. Okay, comes down.
Carla, I'm going to bring you down and bring you back up.
We're doing the yo-yo gymnastics.
Man, right when we're about ready to get the T dropped or the outfit.
She's like, all right, let's go.
I see we've got Civil in the audience.
She invited you up here, Civil.
Yo, Civil, you got to meet Pascal.
Pascal.tgn, you got to meet Civil.
You're two German tree gens.
My cousins are also German tree gens, by the way.
I do have half German cousins chens, by the way. I do have half German cousins.
Civil actually got to meet one of them one time.
civil can verify about the cross-platform conversations
that we have at KF Media on our broadcast.
because they're both that were there
for some of those times when we've done that so
yo someone needs to build something that just like makes that process seamless from one device
imagine an interface that just like goes live on those three audio maybe you even throw in
clubhouse why not you know and you just have one interface to manage all the speakers
what's another big one on farcaster is uh fireside or something like that too
what's that there's another one that easy really likes um in the farcaster mini app store it's
called uh fireside or something like that it's like having a fireside chat.
How is that different to the one that they have in the book? People that abuse it, I heard it's a lot of clubhouse vibes,
but I think it's invite-only too,
so it's not as open as the house is.
They need to make an app where your phone turns into a fireplace
so you can stay warm during snowstorms.
Will, are you in the midst of the snowpocalypse?
Not snowpocalypse per se.
We do have severe cold weather like in the single digits Fahrenheit, which I know is negatives in Celsius right now.
This is the coldest we've been all winter so far, but not a lot of snow.
But I know like south and east of us is getting some major ice storms right now, so I feel for them.
Where are you at, Will, by the way?
We're really going to get over a foot here. I'm for them. Where are you at, Will? By the way, I'm in New York. We're really going to get overfoot here.
No, I was just going to say my state is an actual vocabulary word because somebody mentioned Colorado Grove.
Well, it is recreational marijuana there so hey new york just got on board with that it is so freaking weird because it's just like pot shops
opening all over the place i'm like whoa this used to be illegal well unfortunately when they
do legalize i mean i from my own experience, the legalization actually decreases
the quality because it turns into like industrial farming. So they add a lot of chemicals
versus when I, I mean, I remember when I was in college and before legalization,
you know, it was more organic. And so I definitely noticed a difference.
But I haven't, I mean, on a personal note, not like that I need the support or anything,
but I haven't been smoking in over a year, which is kind of cool, I guess.
But more so because the quality here in Italy is terrible.
So until I can grow my own, it's more of a just enjoy the fresh air.
There you go, because of the quality. So you're very particular about that.
Well, okay. So in Italy, it's like it's legal, but they took the THC out of there, right? So it's basically purely medical. CBD was kind of coming up, and then
they rugged the CBD market, because there was like a far-right
politicians in power of the last few years.
So it was on the up, and then it got rugged.
There is some hemp. Hemp is also
very restricted here for, like, growing.
So it's not the best environment.
I mean, there is some interesting, like, off-grid growing operations here that are, like, somewhat tied to the mafia.
But overall, the quality is really, really bad.
But overall, the quality is really, really bad.
But and on the other end of the spectrum, you know, you go to like the West Coast in the U.S.
and it's just everything is like too good and too synthetic.
And they just went too overboard with like the precision industrial cultivation.
I mean, I don't know why we're on this tangent, but I think it is like all connected, though,
know why we're on this tangent, but I think it is like all connected though, in terms of like how
something becomes like the regulatory moat and then for profit, and then it like loses its essence.
And so anyways, the thing I wanted to mention on the topic of this like big Arctic blast coming down the North American continent was we're we're seeing like these climate climate like intensification.
Right. Like it's more unstable. And so when there is a big like climate event, it's like breaks things. And so, for example, there was a hurricane that came
through the Mediterranean last week. And this week, everybody was counting the damages and
just like Sicily alone was 2 billion euros in damages. And like, where's that money going to
come from? And also, you know, result of many result of many things but when you you know overbuild on the coast and then the tide rises and the waves come and everything
gets like washed out including like not just like homes and restaurants but also like train tracks
and so there's like kind of a reckoning happening this week where the south of Italy, which is like, it's two countries,
like north and south, the north invaded the south, like 200 years ago and colonized it.
And so you've got this like very real divide in terms of like services and efficiency of like
the government and other things. And so, yeah, it's just like people
are getting kind of fed up with just how poorly run things are. And so the climate, the economy,
the politics, everything is intersecting because it is all connected and people are connecting the
dots. And so it's just one of these things where this is part of this like
transition is the awareness and the awakening, increasing the consciousness, right? And so
just wanted to share that little, little story, just to show like what's going on on my side of
things. But just, you know, there's, how do I say this? i mean there's there's a lot of you know good and bad
things happening in the world um unfortunately like our media landscape like really focuses
on the negative things and i'm sure everybody's pretty much seen the news by now of the the
shootings in minneapolis and just the overall like uh violent landscape that we live in and like, how do we cultivate peace and like bring like harmony into this, like this field and really cultivate that interconnectedness, interbeing.
And, you know, it's more critical now than ever.
Yeah. And I will say, you know, we've been we've been noticing this trend or at least I've been noticing this trend over the last three decades.
Right. And I mean, it used to be you could plan and set your clocks by the snowfall and the months of November, December, we get very heavy snows.
Right. And now we're getting next to nothing. And the shift in the amount of precipitation we got now primarily goes to January, February, even March months now, too.
Right. We're used to be like, you know, November, December, January, and then start warming up in late February, early March.
But that's not the case anymore so uh yeah man climate change is real
yes sir let's grow I see Carla God's man I'm grateful for everyone who's
trying to do something about it there's a lot of incredible people that we get
to connect with here in the spaces and and much love to all of you who are doing something. And yeah, so hold on. I'm just
seeing like, okay, quick poll here, because I know, okay, can you guys wave if you won
an NFT from Meta and his wizards? Can you give us a wave if you're one of those winners?
Okay, Dingus, did you get that?
No, but I haven't followed up with him about it either, so that's kind of on me.
Modify, have you gotten it off him?
Okay, yeah, some people are saying that he hasn't given them out. So
This is a challenge and I see he's blowing up creating all kinds of drama about way up because he's calling him out
Hope all this gets resolved. It shouldn't know. I mean Jimmy can you hear me?
Yeah No, I mean, Jimmy, can you hear me? Yeah, I mean, you know, as far as I remember,
he was saying that right now he give us a picture in our DMs
and then because of some kind of issue that the collection is minted somewhere and then he's moving it to
somewhere else like I said this is how I understood then right now you know he
sent me two pictures and then he said it it will follow with the airdrop on the wallet.
You know, this is what I heard, you know.
I heard as well about Weya and he's some kind of thing,
but I think it would be the best to...
I mean, I don't know if anyone heard the same story
that we will get the picture
and then later on we will get the NFT.
Let me go to my DMs real quick and just see what Giet said because I did hit him up.
Yeah, keep me posted on that.
These are Growlaborations.
He came through and just said live on the
spaces. It wasn't even something that we planned before. He's just like, I want to
give these away. And I love it when people give things away, but obviously they have
to follow through on it. I know people will hold me accountable if one of my
giveaways, you know, runs a bit later. Exactly. I was thinking exactly the same, you know, that sometimes it feels that we are jumping on board and accepting certain things live, you know, it can happen, you know, that somebody says something and then doesn't follow up.
I'm not saying he will do that, but you know, it can happen.
I'm the community, you're the world down, by the way.
Three gents, three gents, three gents.
Carla God is back and has her hand up.
Amazing, my phone is completely bugging out.
It's been a very buggy space.
Carla, welcome back, friend.
You got rugged just as things were getting good.
What's growing up? Yeah, I space. Carla, welcome back, friend. You got rugged just as things were getting good. What's growing up?
Thank you so much for having me back.
Thank you, Will, for the reminder.
So I was going to talk about the project that I was working on.
I think that's the first good news.
So I have two projects that are very close to my heart. The first one is Borderless, which is the one a lot of people
know me for. And then the next one is BitSafe Protocol, which is a finance protocol on chain
that helps people save, to save on chain without having to on
ramp to fiat before you carry out savings.
So you know how Web3 has a lot of DeFi protocols for investment and all, but not a lot of savings
protocols that just help people save.
And our structure is set in such a way that it's secure. There are no pools,
so you don't have to worry about hack. You're saving entirely non-custodially, so your funds
are in your wallet, but they are locked through a child contract. I think I can explain that another day. The product that we created of Bitsafe is called BizMarket.
And essentially, what BizMarket does is turns real-world businesses to real-world assets
so they can raise capital and so they can pay back interest and dividends on-chain.
and so they can pay back interest and dividends on chain.
So simply put, let's say you buy one of our biz shares
on our biz markets, you earn 4% on a quarterly basis.
So every three months, basically you earn 4%.
you earn four percent so let's say one bc is at a hundred dollars um it means that at the end of
So let's say one biz share is at $100.
12 weeks you get 104 and four dollars and how are we able to provide that kind of yield because what
happens behind the scenes is that um the the the fund the bs are converted to fiat and given to
these businesses as loans.
And these are businesses, these are small businesses, micro businesses.
We're not looking at big businesses first.
We're looking at businesses that have steady cash flow.
They are building, they sort of like are in a market.
So you're looking at the traders, you're looking at the drivers who are in logistics
and you know road transport you're looking at the um restaurants so businesses that have steady cash
flow they are small they don't incur so much cost so these are businesses we start first providing
short small loans too and then they pay back those loans on a weekly basis so the interest
and capital is put together divided by the amount of time they then they pay back those loans on a weekly basis so the interest and capital
is put together divided by the amount of time they need to pay back and so they pay back those loans
from their cash flow and so as that happens there is this flywheel that's created we're with three We have three users, five businesses in our business market, so they can get 4% quarterly.
Those funds are put into the small businesses who have high cash flow, and then they're able to pay back these loans at a stipulated interest. And so of course, what happens here
is that the interest that the three users get, which is 4% every quarter, is different from the
interest that we charge the businesses. And when you look at it, ours is way even better than what
the traditional banks charge the businesses.
So we charge the businesses a certain amount.
That difference between the interest
we charge the businesses and the interest
we pay back to on-chain users is we
That's what we'll make our money.
So what happens here is small businesses are able to expand and grow
because they have access to capital.
And Web3 users are able to get paid their interest and their yield
on a quarterly basis as opposed to, you know, like annually.
So when you look at it annually, it's 16% annually.
So Web3 users are able to get their yeah their yield and basically
everybody is happy and then of course there are other processes that we put in place to make sure
that people businesses are able to pay back um we have policies for what kind of businesses that we
provide loans to and stuff like that and the other thing is we collect
the counterparty risk so whether a business pays back or not um but through users you know that's
not really their concern they're still going to get their um four percent is it's part of the cost
of doing of doing business so that's just one instrument I have explained,
which is the debt instrument on business markets.
There's the equity instrument.
There is the revenue instrument.
And so the equity instrument is for startups,
growth businesses, like big businesses.
The revenue instrument is for like big projects,
But we are starting with this instrument first because it's sort of like the low hanging
Micro businesses, they are everywhere.
Basically, it's faster to generate yield from these micro businesses than it is to do that
with really big businesses.
And that's why debt instruments is only for micro businesses.
And so another question could be, where do we get these businesses?
The good news is these businesses are already coming on chain.
We don't go to the business telling them blockchain, reward assets and all.
You lose them because these are small businesses.
They don't even use, you know, the internet, right?
So start explaining blockchain and all that, nah.
So what we did was we partnered with sales agents,
So we actually were able to create a partnership
with the microfinance bank sales agents, banks, sales agents. So we actually were able to create a partnership with a
microfinance bank sales agent. And so she and her team, it's a lady, she and her team have been
going to the different marketplaces and telling these businesses, you are going to get loans
from my company. And she's able to do that because she has worked with the microfinance bank before.
She knows where the shops are where
these traders are they know how they trust her and her team and stuff like that so it's easy
so right now we have these businesses actually paying our protocol fees because it's not free
the business pay a fee a listing fee to come and change so what happens is they pay in fiat and then our partners send us the fiat
we convert it to usdc and we have our own internal team um create accounts for these um businesses
and um list the companies like sign the attestation pay the fee fee, and all that stuff. So we don't try onboarding the businesses to Web3.
That would be a huge waste of time.
So we partner with a Web2 firm.
So they handle all the off-chain activities.
And then we handle the on-chain activities.
So when you look at BizMarket, both the on-chain activities. So when you look at BizMarket,
both the on-chain activities
and the behind-the-scenes activities,
essentially what we're doing is bridging
the gap between like Web 2 and Web 3
And so our biggest, this moment, our biggest goal is to get 1,000 businesses
on chain, 1,000 businesses to, you know, register and go through all the process so that we can
provide these businesses with loans and so that we can begin to generate yield so that's that's at the
moment if anyone asking questions or if there are questions you have you could type them in
your comments or you know maybe ask um for the mic i'll be happy to answer a lot of them so yeah So, yeah, that's all for now.
Yo, I love this concept, biz buy, supporting small businesses. It can really make a difference.
And when I heard this, as you know, Carla, the first thing that I thought about is how can we support businesses that depend on
nature so previously I've spoken about the intent like through my efforts with with tree gens I see
the the the biggest way that we can make a positive impact in terms of conservation of the trees,
not just regenerating and planting, but protecting them and long-term growth.
One of the best ways there is through microfinancing, through supporting businesses
that depend on nature for their survival, for their growth. I've explained before how by far
the most delicious honey, not just me, you know, know obviously I'm biased I love the mangroves but several
several other people that I've given this to you and have tried one of when I
go from for like six different things of this is a mangrove honey is it's
actually like insanely delicious and it's it's it's super healthy as well so it has it's
like dark in color so it has all these like antioxidants and it's obviously organic because
it comes from a natural forest of the mangroves and when i was in kenya in shimoni which is like
by the border of kenya tanzania um i i saw a bunch of beekeepers who were, you know, providing this and that's when I first tried it
and it was so freaking delicious. And I saw their setup and, you know, some like the roofs are
falling down and it was kind of like a little beekeeping setup. But being able to expand that
and, you know, do it, you know, in a better and, you know, and also to have this across a lot of the different mangrove areas,
it will ultimately just be one extra reason of why these trees are more valuable standing
than when they're cut down. And so I personally want to pay that onboarding fee for several of
these impactful businesses that I know
could really benefit from some microfinancing. And I've been looking into microfinancing. The
estimates are around like 98, 99% repayment rates, 99% according to Science Direct. And this is for
uncollateralized loans. I mean, small businesses are fantastic for this, but I know it can really make a difference.
And to bring this into Web3 as well to give people steady yields, I think, is a breath of fresh air.
So kudos to you, Carla, for building it and for, yeah, to make this happen in a smooth way for all the people involved.
There's a few other spaces I want to get you into as well.
Yucky Ducks is one of them.
I see we got Drea up here on the stage.
I was playing games in the Yucky Ducks Discord.
They had a wattle war. I was playing games in the Yucky Ducks Discord. They had a lot of war.
And then some other questions.
And then you have to drop...
They drop an image and you have five minutes to meme it or do something goofy with it.
Of which, every single time I've done that, I've always lost by a point because people have to vote
on it but today's the day where I finally freaking won I was like yes and then afterwards you have to
draw an image which I don't really like doing because I mean uh I'm I draw I'm an artist and
so for me to just do something like whip it up real quick i i like
taking my time and so usually i don't answer and enter but this time i did and it was it was ugly
it was you had to draw a duck um pooping in a litter box
and yeah some of the drawings are very interesting but yeah it's uh the games are over now and so
people are just in the um in the the gameplay or whatever that i don't remember what the heck it's
called but um they're playing some uh g arctic where you have to guess the image and it's just
a bunch of people around the world that draw some ridiculous stuff and you have to guess what the heck the image is first and you get a point.
And some of the drawings are just so bad.
Right now we're holding a record of 65 guesses.
And we can't get back to that.
We could barely even pass 30.
I don't know how the heck we got to 65.
But, yeah, it's so much fun.
Oh. That's gross. Sounds like there's a lot happening over there oh freaking um a lot of really cool activities on the discord and we got this feedback like we've
been so focused on on telegram as a community hub for tree gens uh that uh you know i decided
to just go with that and not discord even though we set one up ages ago, we might actually restart it.
Do you think it's worth, you know, really having multiple locations
and there's additional strong benefits to setting things up for tree gens over on Discord?
Or do you think you can basically do it with Telegram?
I don't use Telegram um only because when
i first joined x i had a bunch of elon musk scammers constantly tell me to tell me to uh
download telegram and whatsapp i used telegram once and it was simply to play uh the the moon
sters game or it's like flappy moon but other than that i i don't use telegram but i mean a good a
good amount of people's uh use telegram so i don't know but dude discord is starting to become too much let me see how many freaking ones that i'm signed
up in because i feel like every community 200 i'm always in 200 discords at all times since probably
2020 i've always been in 200 discords the only way i'm getting into a new discord is by dropping
an old discord and i have to keep premium because basically you can only have 100 discords as a
regular user and once you drop out and you're not premium you can't add back in so it becomes a
little uh frothy also i have 14 000 unread notifications years of just ignoring yeah i'm in one two three four five six seven eight nine ten eleven twelve thirteen
discords and and then to top it off like people in every single one of them wants to message you
so it's just it becomes too much it becomes too much and i don't know i don't know but the only
ones that i stay active in that i actually reply in once in a blue moon is just yucky ducks and the
big steppers other than that like the other ones I don't even pay attention to
I just happen to sign in just to support but yeah it becomes too much but uh but
what I want to say is that one music track that I happen to make in your
space I dropped it on my page and then i dropped another song you should check it out let's grow yeah we got a lot of musical talents up here on stage yeah but i mean i sound like a
dying whale so obviously i used an app to do it but uh um in that image i basically tossed myself
with the mixture of a skull and so it came out kind of freaky scary looking but it yeah it came out
kind of cool. You missed me
dropping bars. It doesn't really look like me though
it kind of like changed the features
of my face a little bit. Yeah.
Yeah you missed me dropping bars earlier
I did a little freestyle up in here.
No we're going to save it for the recording you have to go back to the recording and listen
up in here dropping some bars
do it again I'm like nah you're going to have to go back
and listen to the recording.
Besides, that helps the algo anyways if you listen to the
Alright, alright, alright.
not to put you on the spot, but
Karla's not here. Karla's not on stage.
Okay, not on stage right now.
All right, all right, all right.
Well, I actually started the spaces with a song from Karla.
It's the official Let's Grow song.
Dorea, is there any chance that you can...
So yours is recorded, right?
I could actually... so the one that i
dropped on my page it's just a wee bit depressing so i don't really want to play that one it's
typically like how i get um the crap that i dealt with of of being a female and working in a man
industry job but i have a pickle song that i could play
all right pickle song it is i see see Carla's back in the room.
I invite you back on stage.
All right, let me get my speaker. We're ready.
All right, and whoever is requesting to come up on stage,
just make sure you repost the room in the bottom right.
I think TreeGens wanted you to do a little cipher for us real quick after Drea, so stand by.
I don't know if Carla heard me or not.
Okay, okay. Let's go with the salty
in the forest Cheio de ilusão, mas o mundo dá a volta e muda o coração Ele era doce, era luz, era amor
Mas todo dia vinha alguém com rancor
Tanta pressão, tanta dor, tanta confusão
Até virar tempero com frustração
Corro e chorava rola luna
Ele respirou fundo, virou outra pessoa
E tá tudo bem pra não ver com drama
Agora ele tá só te pegando chama
A pica linda forest was once a cucumber
Till it became salty with frustration
Agora tá frio e tá frio, tá rude no number
Dança com rapa nessa vibração
A piquel in the forest was once a cucumber
Till it became salty with frustration
Quando o glosse virou forte mudou sua postura
Fermentou no tempo virou sensação
Homem, you know, like me, twisting up slow
From fresh to savage, when the pressure get low
It was cool like breeze, now you burn like flame
Everybody talking, but they don't know his pain
Ela disse relax, ele disse não dá
Eu já fui ferido, não vou vacilar
Agora ele balança com cara de chefe
Sal no olhar, attitude no step
No chango no mar, he learns to live
If life is open, he is open too, baby
Do the conversation with the Pico Bandido
Today he is strong, over-lived
I think he's perfect, I think he's perfect
Salty, pica! Pica, pica! Pica! Pica! Pica!
Pica! Pica! Pica! Pica! Pica! Pica! Pica! Pica! Pica! Pica! Pica! Pica! Pica! Pica! Pica! Pica! Pica! Pica! Pica! Agora tá firme, tá frio, tá rumo não, dança com roda nessa vibração
A pequena Boris foi dança com cumbra, ele pica só que um foi pressa
Esse virou forte, tudo soou a postura, fermentou no tempo, virou sensação do you like it
yo that was dope that was dope thank you for thank you for playing that there i appreciate you
That was dope. Thank you for playing that, Drea. I appreciate you.
Yeah, my favorite part, my favorite part when it goes off,
pickle, pickle, salty, salty.
All right, so without further ado, and by the way, if you're requesting,
just repost the room, bottom right.
I think it's time we give out some of the prizes of the spaces.
So I'm going to start with the promotional posts.
So we're giving out three.
There are three different winners on each of the promotional posts.
And each of these winners are getting $10.
And there's 10 of them total.
So that's $100 Rucci's worth of DBT.
And everyone gets an NFT.
It's a total surprise what that NFTft is it's from dingus's
collection so uh let's grow let's grow while i'm announcing these in the bottom right if you haven't
max engaged yet you can go ahead and do that i'll announce that last so three from each and then
four in the bottom right so most of the prizes are going to go to the bottom right all right uh
treya would you please say the magical word, and that is grow.
I'm going to scroll all the way down the comments here, and whenever you say grow, whichever max engagement comment is closest to my finger,
we'll be getting the DBT allocation plus NFT price.
You scroll, you scroll, you scroll.
Our first one is Gromunitri.
As I was in here earlier,
just I'm popping all the winners that I see
from the comment section up to the stage
So that is number one. We got two more to do from this particular post. Okay, when it ready whenever you are
Yes, yes, yes, yes. I'm back. So there. Oh, she's connecting on my side. Oh, yeah.
We need to do a ton of these.
Say grow whenever you're ready.
This one is safe, active, and bullish. I do remember seeing safe as well.
All right. Putting safe up in the tippity top. Boom. All right. Okay. One last one from you today, if you can, whenever you're ready, say grow. Okay. Okay. Let's go and let's
Okay, okay, let's go and let's aggro! and Amazing Spaces host. All right. I see we got some goats requesting the mic.
Just make sure you've reposted
the room in the bottom right.
to getting up on the stage.
tree planting world records.
So make sure you're max engaging
Let me pull up this post.
We're going to do this ring announcer style.
So when I do the last syllable of grow.
Grow is only one syllable, though.
But, I mean, like, you're going to hear a trail off.
You're going to hear a trail off.
So when you start to hear a trail off, that's your song.
I saw Snap Daddy getting down with the emoji dance moves as well.
So that is one from that foot we're gonna do two more if you can my broski all right ready whenever
you are just say the magic word are you ready to grow. Boom.
You should say, are you ready to grumble?
I like the are you ready to grow.
I'm just saying. I like the are you ready to grow? I'm just saying.
Okay, so I believe you have one more.
So far it's been one, two, three, four, five.
So one more from you, Will T.
We're giving that one to Maya.
Congratulations, Maya. Ding, damn. All right, we're giving that one to Maya. Congratulations, Maya.
All right, she tags the whole squad.
All right, Wizard, let's get you up here.
Everyone else who has requested the mic and reposted will get up here.
OnChain UI just won and has requested the mic.
Yo, OnChain UI, we want to hear your acceptance speech,
but you got to repost the room.
Got to get Carla up here, too.
Dang, we got to get Carla.
Okay, so friends, if you're up here on the stage, we got to see if you are still awake and you've not fallen asleep.
Spam 100s if you're awake.
I'm not seeing Scorpio or Dingus.
You can request it back if you'd like
We gotta get Carla up here. We gotta get on chain UI up here
Mr. KYC. Let's see did lady
Jimmy I I really I will drop I will drop
Yeah, I love you take care
much stuff bro. All right
Can you please do the honors of?
Saying the magical word of grow.
I saw it modified as waving.
Did you want to say something first, buddy?
Modified is just waving hello to Dingus.
Dingus, are you ready, brother?
Ready to rock, brother, man.
All right, you scrolling? I loaded up the entire comment section nearly.
I'm actually still loading it up.
Yo, you guys have been active, and we love to see it.
It's taking a minute to load here.
I think we got him, actually.
Whoa. Okay. All right, okay, grow for it
Alright, we are spinning the Rolodex
You can't win twice in the same competition, right?
I think we're re-spinning.
Surely, same competition.
Yeah, I think that keeps it fair.
Tomorrow, you can win again.
Next day, you can win again every single day.
Opportunities are always here on the table.
Great to have you up here on the stage.
Let's effing for the children.
All right. Here we go. Oh, my God. It's Snap Daddy. for the children alright
oh my god it's snap daddy
yo you guys are going hell in all the competitions
the next one who has not yet won
congratulations that's one alright we're gonna need three more He says happy to be here, and he has max engaged.
We're going to need three more from you, Dingus.
Keep scrolling, scrolling, scrolling, scrolling. And grow.
The winner, ladies and gentlemen, is Weya.
Now we got two more, brother.
And scrolling, scrolling, scrolling.
She even tagged the squad.
Chicken, chicken, dinner.
This is a previous winner, Maya.
I even see him tagging people in his screenshot, and then he tagged people again on the post.
I'm sure you're going to enjoy your DBT tokens and that mystery NFT that's being given out.
Let me just double check.
Deco, we got a plant up here in the tippity top.
That's how we keep record.
One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten.
Yes, we have exactly 10 winners.
Thank you, everyone, who Max Engage.
Thank you, everyone, who supports this movement.
giving stuff away live in our spaces.
And thank you for actually following
I don't know what's happening there, bro, but
I saw your post tagging him.
You're like, how can we proceed?
Just checking in on the post, you know.
Just checking in. Interesting timing. No, he seems fine, honestly. He said, pulse, you know? Yeah, hey, just checking in.
No, he seems fine, honestly.
He said, like, you know, he's migrating to a new – I'm honestly chatting with him now.
He said he's migrating to a new chain,
and, yeah, that he's going to make good on everything.
He said as long as everyone's respectful,
which that's not my take, honestly.
Every single person who gets announced is going to be getting their prize,
no matter what. I don't care if you're disrespectful okay everyone you can disrespect
dingus and he's still going to give you your prize uh that's good man i mean yeah we knew it was a
community takeover or whatnot but but yeah we'll we'll be on him. We'll be on him to make sure that this happens. And yeah, I know there's. We don't have to go down that rabbit hole, but I saw Regent Avocado's hand has been raised. Go ahead, buddy.
tonight that there is a new on-chain crowdfunding mechanism called RevNets. And I shared the link
in the replies. I'm not sure if you're able to put it in the gardens, but that link gives a really
informative deep dive into how the protocol works. But basically, RevNets is like a revenue token.
how the protocol works, but basically revenue,
Revenets is like a revenue token.
So if you're familiar with Juicebox.
Oh no, is AvocadoGro cutting out for you guys too,
Yeah, it was just you, Jimmy.
He's talking about Revenets.
All right, great, please continue.
Yeah, so there's this um protocol called revnets
and you can basically tokenize your revenue um but it's way for and it's very um programmatic
and you can set different parameters for the token if someone login i'm sorry
what you're coming in we heard him fine We heard him fine. We heard him fine.
Well, let's just say the token mechanism is much more constant than my audio, apparently.
So, basically, I'm mentioning this because during DevConnect last year, I was able to go and meet with the developer who created it.
And like I said, it's also from the same team that made Juicebox. So if you guys remember like ConstitutionDAO, and there's a bunch of other projects that
have used that as a crowdfunding mechanism.
This is like the next evolution, the next iteration, RevNets.
And so I will be working closely.
I think there's already been some talk within the refi community. And this is like part of how the space is growing beyond just grants. And so like, how do we like actually start to produce revenue, both from either cultural products, tangible products, like if you're a coffee shop, or if you're like an art project, like we can be tokenizing future revenue,
and then basically bootstrapping the liquidity up front.
And so I recommend everybody take a look at RevNets
just to kind of understand the protocol.
And I will be working with region coordination
and GreenPill Network to figure out how to launch an MVP of this,
backed by our regenerative products from our Centropic Agroforestry System and our Cultural Association, ReFi Sicilia.
But I see Carla's got a hand up.
That sounds awesome. Go ahead, Carla. Okay, I wanted to know. That sounds awesome.
I wanted to know if we could talk about this, like, look at some possible collaboration that we can work on with BizMarket. So I would like to maybe send a DM on TG so we could continue the conversation.
to maybe send a DM on TG so we could continue the conversation.
I think see where we could work on for tokenizing businesses
and generating yield with current data or future yield.
And I think this is part of the broader like shift in landscape like there's
many mechanisms for bringing in both revenue and different sources of funding and so like how do
we navigate all of these different opportunities because you know if you do a token launch once
you know you can't really like push push the oops button as you guys know, if you do a token launch once, you know, you can't really like push, push the oops button. As you guys know, with the Tregion token or Tregion token,
wait, is it TGN token? And which I would like love to hear like more about how that's going
and growing and, you know, community backed currencies. Like there's, there's the,
currencies. There's the business model of bringing in global liquidity. And then especially
when developing these local circular economies, there's this whole other alternative world of
community currencies. And so I've been using the grassroots economics Serifu network for a while now.
And unfortunately, like the UI is still like way too advanced for most people like who are just, you know, not in the Web3 world for them to actually like understand and like and use effectively.
So how do we combine both this global liquidity with the local circular economies?
And so we've got to like bridge that gap.
But we need both. Right. We need like we need to purchase land.
We need to purchase machines.
But then there's other things like once nature's bounty starts producing, we can be exchanging time and another like our time and services within our hyper-local economy. And so they do play together.
And it's just like, how do we get some seed capital,
like literally and figuratively to like plant these trees?
Yeah, get that seed capital. I just finished it, Jim.
Sorry, Carla, you said you just finished what? Go ahead, Carla.
Yeah, I said I just sent you a DM on region of avocado.
Yeah, I'd be curious to hear if anybody else has any thoughts on tokenizing future revenue.
Because we're in the chicken and the egg, uh, problem
where, you know, we've got a lot of potential. We've, we, um, have a lot of like projects,
but we're outside of the scope of like traditional investment. Um, banks aren't necessarily lending
out money. Um, and so like we, how do we boot, how do we like bootstrap each other?
And so like we how do we boot how do we like bootstrap each other?
And also like it's not a it's not like rocket science building a local economy.
Right. Like we know like the things that we need to survive, like just meeting basic needs like food, water, electricity, housing, clothing.
Like there are like just basics that we can be producing locally. And so there's this
like movement called cosmolocalism. I don't know if anybody here is familiar with that term,
but basically cosmolocalism is this concept where information is, it's light, like information travels, the internet, everything's open source.
And then on the other side, we've got like the local and so like the heavy things, right?
And so we've got this like balance between free global information, as well as like,
how do we coordinate our local heavy goods and production.
And so that is a growing space,
the cosmolocalism, peer-to-peer production.
And I'm very heavily focused on bioregionalism where we're taking into account our ecosystem limits
and nature's borders as our cultural, political and economic defining
like constraints. And as that, like an aggregate, everybody all over the world working together
for planetary regeneration. So it's just, I think it's like outside of the traditional storybook, like of left, right, you know, blue, red, like all of these dualities that keep us divided versus like, oh, we've all got to work together and we're on the same team.
And so that's the that's like, how do we transcend that old story and enter into this new story?
But we also need to like, you know, a lot of us have to make rent and, you know, keep
gas in the tank and like all these other expenses and which are like, you know, we're still
living in a very legacy economic model, but we want to grow into this regenerative economic model. And so,
you know, it's like we've, there is this transition period where I would love to be,
you know, growing everything I eat. And I'm starting to like, even though I, I were growing
an agroforestry system, we're not like producing like vegetables, right? We're growing trees that take like five, 10 years to really
mature and produce, which is the long-term plan. But also too, like we can be growing annuals
as well. It's just, it's kind of like a different mentality and different operation. But
yeah, I think with more of these global economic shocks that will force people to live more like, you know, how do we meet our needs more locally?
But also like this, this space is really interesting because I don't know how you do it, Jimmy, but like this is a very diverse group and community that doesn't really exist elsewhere where everybody kind of just falls into like,
group and community that doesn't really exist elsewhere where everybody kind of just falls into
like, like Americans hanging out with Americans or Europeans hanging out with Europeans or like
whatever time zone you're in, like Asian, like this is a very diverse crowd. So, you know, I,
I respect that a lot. And also another big reason why I want to join these things, because I want to,
I always learn different things when I come here because there's such a diverse group and perspectives here.
So I was actually curious how you travel the world.
How is it for you, Jimmy, to be bringing people in from different cultures and different parts of the world to this community?
Yeah, well, I think that people are just kind of attracted to what we're growing with over here, what's growing on, rather, you know, through spaces.
Some people and tell them, you know, IRL about Shreegens and they kind of get on board it, but it's mostly just been digital and kind of word of mouth.
And yeah, we have changed the spaces time to, you know, try to cover different time zones. I mean,
sometimes we do longer ones and stuff like that as well. But, but yeah, we are really all across
the globe, you know, different parts of Asia, definitely strong African showing. We got MK in,
you know, Europe and Matthew in Europe and you're in Europe. And of course, we have the Americas, Dingus is in America, Will T.
And of course, we got South America and yeah, Australia is sometimes coming through,
depending on the time when we do this.
But yeah, that's a beautiful strength that we have is diversity and different perspectives
on things because, I mean, as it should be right like it's global warming you know
it's not it's not confined to one specific you know one specific area and
I think everyone around the world can kind of coordinate how we can and do
what we can to try to solve the problems that face everyone in the world
and and and and and this this big coalition thing that we
have, when we're trying to make history and get a billion trees planted in a day,
we already have 12 participating countries. But I expect that to keep growing and growing and
growing and even more countries to get involved. You know, the more the more that we we keep gaining momentum and and we have people on the ground, you know, onboarding.
Dude, Wayya onboarded his sister and his and his his cousin here in the spaces.
We've had some some really, really phenomenal and heart centered people get onboarded live.
I think people also like thinking who who would resonate, you know, with some of our values and what we're up to do, and who's
just a good person, and let's onboard them.
And that's been a really great organic way of us bringing in new people into the ecosystem.
We have this kind of a TGN reward mechanism if you onboard someone live, and it's just
a great, it's a really fun activity.
So yeah, does that answer your question?
Yeah. Yeah. I mean, cause I think you're currently in Africa right now.
No, I'm not currently in Africa. I'm currently in Thailand right now, actually.
There's a chance I'm going to be in China soon. That's another
big country that we're trying to get to join the grow-alition. But I've been, I mean, for
the most part of the last five years, I've been in Africa. I spent a lot of time in East
And how are you, like, so I lived in China for five years on and off, like from 2008 to 2015. And so got to see that like moment in time
and like the time you're spending in Africa, like, is it similar where there's, you know, I mean,
there's a lot of, I mean, Africa is a massive continent. So I know there's a lot of diversity
even within that. But it is interesting to see these different places starting to like
have more creativity around like the future that they want to like inhabit. And so there's like
Afrofuturism and even like, like, like South Asia futurism, like there's a lot of creative like science fiction around like how do we create
that future, right? And so I'm curious your perspective, you know, being between Africa
and Asia, like how is it comparing?
hmm so sorry could you could you repeat the question one more time how
yeah like like there's um yeah so basically there's this concept where like all organizing
is science fiction like we are hyperstitioning we are um having to use our mind's eye to say, this is what I want to intentionally
create the future to. And, you know, we do it as individuals and it also happens collectively as
cultures. And so, you know, there's this genre of Afrofuturism. There's like also like South
Asia futurism and you spending time in both those places how are you comparing contrasting integrating like what's happening in those places as we're moving into this like
yeah we had two two very very you know complexly diverse continents there asia and africa like
not just within africa obviously within nature there there's so many different approaches to this.
But if I were to compare like, man, like for example,
Eat Safari, like when you go to an Ethereum conference in Kenya,
you see so many real world use cases.
Like it's not just like digital casinos and like all these, you know,
pure digital use cases, but you're seeing like, even like right now, I mean, and that seems to
be the case, Carla just came in here and shared about, you know, BizFi, for example, right? And
it's like helping these real world businesses and people are able to get yields by supporting them
on chain and stuff like that. And so I see a lot more of the connection to the real when I'm in the African continent.
And I think that's like a cool use case of the technology is to really make a difference.
And a lot of like people need access to dollars in some countries even.
Like you don't have, I learned about this for the first time at that conference, but like, in some place, I believe it was talking about like in Ethiopia, like they were, they were cracking down, like you're only allowed a certain amount of dollars. And like, you know, I guess, I guess that's because they're, you know, their currency is so fragile or something like that. And, you know, and like USDC actually solves a pretty big problem there.
But that said, ideally a more regenerative stablecoin,
USDGLO and AZUSD, but just dollars overall.
And access to that is a pretty big game changer.
And then we talk about remittances and sending money back home
and how convoluted that process is and how much better that can be on chain.
Like you're seeing a lot of really incredible use cases there.
Whereas in Asia, yeah, like you're there's there's so much like, you know, what it would be like robotics or like the NFT adoption is actually really big in Japan.
I actually grew up in Japan.
I spent seven years growing up there from 11 to 18.
That's why I don't really have my Aussie accent as much. But yeah, they really embrace the
technology. Obviously, there's that kind of like kawaii, cute culture or whatever of all
these different characters and things like that. The digital collectibles are not a very big leap um you know and and that's that's uh
that's less so about like the real world use case more about like the you know the the just like
cultural collectible and things like that but um but but it's it's the same underlying technology
that's um that's making it happen but but very different use cases and so when you think about
the future and and where things are going from there,
maybe you could kind of extrapolate out
on how this technology is going to be applied
and how it's really going to scale out in these different areas.
I see we got Gromunitry joining us up on the stage.
