Because when you do a carbon credit project, A, it costs six figures just to do the MRV,
the measuring, reporting, verification.
You need to have ownership or partnership in specific land areas.
You can't really decentralize that as much.
But what you can decentralize is planting claims, right?
So if a company just wants to say, hey, I planted 100,000 trees, we can decentralize that, right?
It's very different to a company saying, I'm carbon neutral or I'm carbon negative.
I've offset everything, right?
And so, bada bing, bada boom.
So we're doing centralized carbon credit projects.
And this is launching in Q1.
And thanks to Impact Launchpad and Supercarbon Capital, we're finally able to make this happen
with an impact investment.
That's already been agreed to.
It's being processed.
The biggest carbon credit deal in history is being processed.
And part of those funds are earmarked for our Mangrove Carbon Credit project.
But what I'm really pumped for, and this is opportunity number four, is decentralized
planting rewards, right?
So we were voted first place three times
on Gitcoin grants, which is a very competitive grant program. It's a democratic grant program
where everyone votes by donating. And that was mostly for proof of tree. So the way it works
is it's a decentralized application, soon to come to iOS and Android. The planters film before,
the planters film after. The AI that we've trained counts how many trees are planted.
If you were staking TGN, okay, I guess you could call this another opportunity, right?
First of all, when you stake TGN, you're getting 42% APY.
We've outperformed Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana for months.
But when you're staking it, if you're a verifier, right, you take a couple of boxes, make sure the plant is planted correctly. Then you also get 5% of all those ecological credits that we bring on chain, right? So you're actually earning

If you're in Nigeria, you have more mangrove trees than any other African nation.

But if you don't live near the mangrove trees, you can still plant trees and get rewarded.
It's a little bit different.
You don't get a liquid token.
You get an NFT, which it's a video NFT of any tree.
We're using that to train our AI for various types of trees.
And then we even have a budget to help you buy these.
But they will be only purchasable with TGN.
So TGN is the currency of the tree economy.

token. Of course, we expect this tree planters to sell a good chunk of their TGN planting rewards.

What's going on here?
I see you have a coin. I was looking that up. I see, you know, like what's what's your what do you what are you building? What are you doing? What's the what's the plan?
TGN has three core functions, vote, verify, and grow.
So right now you can vote on things like Tregen of the Week, but as we become a big carbon credit project development organization, you'll be able to vote on different carbon credit initiatives, whether that's one that you want to be involved in.
So you're a not-for-profit in the USA, I'm assuming?
No, we're a social enterprise in the USA, Wyoming. But so the
reason we went for the social enterprise route, though we have many nonprofit partnerships,
actually, we are going to be starting a nonprofit in Nigeria. I already started that process.
The person I was co-founding with that unfortunately passed away, but we're moving
forward with it. So the reason we went for social enterprise is because, you know, we,
in order to do a carbon credit project, we need impact investment. So, you know,
the carbon credit market, I don't know how familiar you are with it.
I understand that it's like government kickbacks or something for doing doing you know green work or whatever uh i think you're thinking
of like tax receipts or like tax write-offs is that what you well carbon credits is like if you
are doing something that takes carbon out of the environment or something like that so you get paid
for yeah yeah yeah totally um so so there are two two sides this market. And by the way, the market size is $950 billion
per year, forecasted to get to $1.6 trillion by 2028 in just a couple of years. So you can
check the statistical forecast on that. So there are two sides to this market. One is voluntary
and one is compliant. So voluntary means like, okay, if a company like Google, for example,
since 2007, they've been carbon negative. That
means for every ton of CO2 that they emit into the atmosphere, whether that's through their
servers using energy, right? 70% of, you know, energy, if it's on the grid is like not sustainable,
non-renewable energy. And so, so if you, for every ton of carbon they emit into the atmosphere,
they buy what's called a carbon credit to offset that.
They've more than offset since 2007.
That's just one example, right?
There are many companies, Amazon, Microsoft, who are doing this.
And basically, one ton of carbon is just scientifically proving that one ton of carbon has been taken out of the atmosphere.
And you can take it out of the atmosphere by planting trees, by doing all sorts of things, right?
Okay, so there's the voluntary.
Like, no one has to go completely carbon negative.
That's a choice.
That's like probably a marketing move, but it's a choice.
It's voluntary.
And then you have the compliance market.
This is where you legally cannot emit past a certain level unless you buy the carbon credit.
This is actually the vast majority of the market.
So there's companies like in Europe, mostly, not anymore in the States, but in Europe and
a bunch of different developed countries, this is a big thing where they legally cannot
emit past a certain level.
They have these commitments.
They have to buy.
They're obligated by compliance to buy these carbon credits.
And same with companies and countries.
Okay, so there's the compliance, there's the voluntary.
Collectively, it's $950 billion in transactions per year.
Now, just to do the measuring, reporting, and verification, right, to scientifically prove this stuff, it's hundreds of thousands of dollars.

So, and now it's kind of hard to do that as a nonprofit and have donations and just spend
all this on MRV.
And so what we're doing is social enterprise, impact investment, though we're a heavily
impact-driven organization, right?
Like, obviously, we're trying to ultimately create a world where anyone can plant trees
and earn a living.
And we're doing that by doing centralized carbon credit projects.
And then we get to vote.
Remember, there are three core functions.
One is vote.
One is verify.
One is grow.
Through voting, we can vote.
OK, look, we got this treasury now.
What we're actually doing is selling the future value of the carbon credits before they actually
become carbon credits.
You can forecast it because it takes 25 years to
actually fully sequester all the carbon happens using a bell curve. So the first five years,
not a whole lot. So, but anyway, we can forecast it. We can use carbon insurance to guarantee it.
We can sell it even though it's at a discount. It means enough money to multiply the trees.
So our model is we plant trees, we sell forwards, we multiply the trees. We sell forwards on that, we multiply again. We sell forwards on that, we multiply again.
I didn't understand. Sell what?
It's called carbon forwards. So a carbon credit means all the carbons already been taken out of the atmosphere. You can scientifically prove that.
Carbon forward, you do what's called a pre-feasibility study. So you go in, you say, okay, we just planted these trees. We can forecast with this little buffer.
It's going to lead to about this much carbon sequestration in the future.
Okay.
And it's going to take 25 years to fully absorb all of it.
But we know it's going to lead to about this much carbon.
Okay.
And we can have a buffer in there and then we can use insurance to guarantee it for people.
So either like companies, carbon project developers,
or even countries that know they will need the credits in the future, they're willing to buy
like immediately after the trees are planted at a discount, right? Because obviously there's a
time value of money, some risks involved. So we are not interested in selling carbon credits.
We're interested in selling carbon forwards. The reason being we don't got 25 years and this is an
exponential growth model. This is how we're going to become one of the biggest carbon project selling carbon forwards. The reason being, we don't got 25 years, and this is an exponential
growth model. This is how we're going to become one of the biggest carbon project developers on
the face of the earth. It's by planting trees, selling the future value of carbon as boards.
We multiply the trees, right? Then we sell the future value of carbon on that. We multiply again.
We sell the future value of that. We multiply again. So by repeating this process, we're growing exponentially. That's our exponential growth model. But as a member of
our DAO, right, TGN is a vote. And you get to vote. Okay, now let's take some of these funds
and let's do buybacks, whether that's on TGN or whether that's on MGRO, which is our tree planting
reward token. So that's the other side of the coin. So yes, it's centralized carbon credits,
decentralized planting rewards, so that no matter where you are in the world, you can plant trees
and get rewarded. And ultimately, the vision is anyone can plant trees and earn a living.
So that's the first function is vote. Second function is verify. So we have this DAP. It's
a decentralized application. Planters film before, they film after. Within the application, GPS automatically captured. AI counts how many trees are planted. The DAO members get to verify. So already TGN gives you a 42% APY.

biggest mangrove countries because mangroves are not only very efficient at sequestering,
they can sequester up to 10 times the carbon per square meter, but they also are really incredible
for biodiversity. So many animals thrive around them, but also they're super scalable and
straightforward to plant. So, you know, most trees, right? You got to, you got to make a nursery, right? You got
to germinate the seeds first. You got to put them in the, in the nurseries. The seeds turn into
seedlings over a course of several months. You got to water them. You got to have these containers
around them, these plastic things, and you hope they don't rip that off and, you know, pollute
them, et cetera. You got to transport them.
You got to dig the holes.
With mangroves, it's incredible because they have these things called propagules, all right?
These propagules, they kind of look like sticks.
They're coming off the tree, except they're seeds, which actually can germinate in the ground.
So you take these propagules, you put it in the ground, and it can just grow.
Like, you can bypass those months
of nurseries, you know, the transportation, the plastic, the digging of the holes. It's
incredibly scalable and efficient to do. So I'm personally a bit of a mangrove maxi. So
Nigeria has more mangrove trees than any other African nation. We have two ministers from
Nigeria fully supporting this billion tree goal. Indonesia has the most mangrove trees,
period, in the world. They were the first ones at COP30 to officially join our coalition.
Brazil has the longest continual stretch of mangroves,
8,000 kilometers of straight mangroves across the coastline of Brazil.
Brazil is also a part of our coalition.
We've also got Togo.
We've also got Bangladesh.
We've got India.
You should check out Cartagena.
They have, like, I don't know if they're, like,
I know they have a big mangrove thing and they want to, like,
redo it or something like that, you know, in Colombia.
Cartagena, Colombia.
Yo, yes, Colombia is badass, man.
They just banned, like, oil drilling or something like that. They're doing really,
really great things. I met their minister briefly. This is the only maybe I got. See,
I asked the question incorrectly. I was like, what do you think about this? And then she was
like, let me think about it. And I was like, she, that was not
the right question. But, but, but what I mostly did is I got these ministers into interviews.
So I came to COP30, which is the biggest environmental conference in the world. And
it's by the United Nations and all these environment ministers are there. And I came in with a press
batch. So I was part of the press and I was able to like interview all these environment ministers. And I, once I
got them in an interview, it was like, I got a hundred percent of all the people because I was
like, you know, what's, what's your why, what's motivating you. And then like, you know, what's
the legacy you want to leave behind and all this stuff, the impact you want to make as the
environment minister. And they're speaking all this inspirational stuff. And then I shared this case study of Ethiopia, how in Ethiopia,
we got 29 million planters together. We got 714 million trees and that's led to almost 50 billion
trees since 2019. And they're like, that's incredible. And I'm like, can we do this in
your country? Like, let's do a countrywide tree planting day. What do you think? And then they're
like, absolutely, let's do it. Let's make it happen. I shake their hand
and we get them on camera committing to it. And now I'm following up with all of them to like,
you know, make the next steps happen. And so, so that was kind of my strategy to get those 12
countries on board. So let's grow. And then since then, actually I got 11 at COP30, 12 was Kenya.
The last one was Kenya. Um, They didn't have like an official booth.
The minister wasn't there. But the person, so I'm actually now assembling like the
tree-vengers, the Avengers of tree planting. So basically, the Guinness World Record holder
for hugging trees, she's Kenyan and she spent 72 straight
hours hugging a tree.
She's pretty badass, which sounds like, okay, well, what's the impact of that?
Well, actually now she's in charge of the 15 billion trees that Kenya has set out as
a goal for the country.
So they set this goal, 15 billion trees, and she's now in charge of that.
And so I had a really great call with her the other day.
I explained this billion tree growlition.
She's obviously all for it.
And she's got Kenya Forest Service,
you know, taking full action around that.
And she's inspiring so many people all across the country.
And so, yeah, bro.

taking environmental action across the country. So I'm super blessed to have the support of so
many people already. So that's like the top down approach, right? Like it starts with the government
and we say, look, we're doing a tree day. It's declared. It's a holiday. Everyone go plant trees,
right? But now we need the bottom up approach as well. Right. Where we're
getting like the, the, you know, the influencers, the people on the ground, like peer to peer,
like our existing movement. Like if all of you invite one person to the spaces right now,
bottom right. Okay. Tag them. If all of you invite one person, right, then we will be doubling effectively,
you know, and we onboard them live. I'll help you. But all you got to do is attempt the onboard
live and you'll get 69 TGN. There's enough to buy a nice pizza. All right. So do that. And look,
if we're doubling every single day, because of the law of exponentials right um the numbers get really really interesting like we forecast if we forecasted adam we're
talking before about carbon forwards we forecasted a 9x multiple every time we sell the future value
of carbon credits compared to what it costs the plant right so that means like if we start with
1 million mangrove trees and we sell a carbon forward and then we don't have enough funds to plant approximately 9 million trees then we do
it forward again now we got 81 million trees and if you just repeat this
process six times seems super doable right if we can multiply trees six times
9x starting from a million the number you end up with is 531 billion trees.
That is how we become a top 100 token.
That is how we become one of the biggest carbon project developers on the face of the earth.
And that is how we do it as a DAO.
Because although carbon credits is 950 billion a year, only a tiny fraction of that crumbs ends up on the ground level for the people who are actually growing the movement or who are actually planting the trees, who are actually stewards of the land.
It mostly goes to middlemen and brokers and investors and all this different stuff, right?
Let's inject these funds through buybacks into our liquidity, into our tree token rewards, which are decentralized, such that as people plant these trees, they are directly getting more and more of those rewards from our centralized carbon credit projects.
And of course, we can have planters around our carbon credit centralized projects, earning tokens as well, which brings our costs down.
So there's a nice relationship between the centralized and the decentralized.
Obviously, I'm a decentralization maxi too, but carbon credits, like I said, you need to
prove ownership of the land or partner on the land. A lot of mangrove land is on government
land. So it's not very easily decentralizable to just let anyone do that. But as a DAO,
we are decentralized. And so if you have a great relationship in
Burkina Faso or Colombia with the government and you can partner on a specific, or maybe
it's a community-based organization. See, one of the reasons why we're launching our first
carbon credit project in Brazil is because they have a lot of community-based organizations and even private landowners on mangroves.
Typically, mangroves are government land.
And, you know, governments are notoriously corrupt and bureaucratic,
and it's difficult to party with everyone.
But fortunately, with this Billiontree Initiative, it's accelerating that.
But there's something called the Carbon Credit Cooperative in Brazil.
So we already have an MWFM.
So we can partner with these landowners in Brazil and get that thing off the ground.

actually very super interested in asking some questions yeah my first question
is you you intend to come to Nigeria some mangroves on the ground.
So I want to ask, what about the carbon?
You were mentioning carbon stuff.
What impact does that have in Nigeria?
And how do you tend to balance with the government policies in Nigeria? What are the impacts of
carbon credits in Nigeria or just carbon in general? You know, I think there are six different
dimensions of impact that we can look at here. And it's not just carbon. Carbon, it's the biggest
market. It's treated as a commodity now. It's very
established, okay? But there are other forms of impact which we can measure and therefore
monetize in order to do more of that good thing. And so there's something called the ecological
benefits framework, EBF. And the EBF outlines these six dimensions. And so the first one is obviously carbon,
but then you also have biodiversity.
I was speaking about this before,
about how many animals thrive around this, right?
And of course, that affects humans as well,
you know, like crab farming and fishing
and all the rest of that,
but animals thrive around the mangroves.
So that's like one example.
So you got carbon, biodiversity, the soil.
How's the soil actually benefited from regeneration?
You have the air.
Did you know that 8.1 million people die every year because of the air that they breathe, dude?
8.1 million.
Google that shit.
That's like Holocaust level shit because of air.
Like I am not okay with that.
And so obviously trees are great purifiers of air and that's
another really great dimension we can be looking at and then you have the water so mangroves can
actually desalinate ocean water they they take in the salty ocean water and then they sweat out
this concentrated salty water and they're drinking purified water, but through that, they're actually purifying the water. That's why so many animals thrive under the ocean as well.
And then the sixth dimension of impact is equity. How are the people benefited from
this action, this activity? Now, in the case of carbon credits it's our
intention to dedicate 50% of this carbon-forward revenue to help the
local communities the grow muni trees in and around the mangroves, not just who planted, but who steward the land and
protect those trees.
Why?
It's because, well, so long as trees are perceived, so long as people see these trees as more
valuable dead than alive, we will continue to see the decimation of nature.
We've lost over 2 trillion trees.
It's football fields per second getting destroyed.
Now, deforestation is decreasing, but it's still insane, insane rates.
And regeneration is increasing, but it's nowhere near close as much as deforestation.
So we must accelerate regeneration.
We must decelerate and limit degeneration of nature.
And the way to do that is to inject value.
That's one of the beauty of the blockchain is we can program our values into our valuables, into what we value, into our
money, into the things that we're interacting with on a daily basis. And the way that we do that,
so we can take some of these carbon forwards, 50%, and we can either do grant programs locally.
I really want to support local businesses that actually depend on the mangroves for them to thrive.
Some examples include beekeeping.
So the most, and it's not even close, the most delicious honey I have ever had in my
life, and it's quite a few different types, comes from the mangroves.

So it's super healthy, this honey.
And it's obviously organic.

And, you know, they need the mangroves to create this ideal, like super, super delicious

next to the mangroves, what are we going to see? We're going to see
the community perceive these trees as really valuable because, oh, my kids are going to
college now because I have this beekeeping farm, right? I'm employed by, oh, another thing, example is
like, you know, all the, I told you life below land as well, right? Like in the ocean, the fish
thrive around the mangroves, right? So like fishing, you know, beekeeping, crab farming,
eco-tourism, right? Restaurants and hotels like that, that are like in these gorgeous, beautiful places that are protecting the nature, right?
Like that, that is how we can really make sure
that people perceive these trees as more valuable standing.
And so that's the sixth dimension, which is equity, okay?

Well, yeah, so Nigeria, they actually took a page out of the book of Ethiopia.
The minister went to the ground in Ethiopia during the one-day initiative.
We were both in Ethiopia during the one-day initiative when 29 million

And so they're literally calling their own program
the Green Legacy Program. Like in Ethiopia, it's called the Green Legacy Initiative. In Nigeria,
it's called the Green Legacy Program. I literally took the name and changed the last word, right?
So they're already heavily inspired by it, right? But I was on the ground doing competitive tree
planting, the Growlympic Games, right?
And we also have a way of tracking everything and rewarding in a decentralized way.
And so we're in full support of Nigeria's policy to do like Ethiopia.

telegrams that i do on a consistent basis, I use different ones because some are more strict than others.
So like Odin, for example, he does not play no games.
Like he's like, if you were removed by an admin in another telegram, like then that could be a red flag that you are a scammer.
So he doesn't even play like if you're a scammer or not, like if you were removed like two three times and from another telegram it could be simple as like yo when we paying decks or like yo
are we can we get some boosts and then an admin's like get this guy out of here right and so it could
be like something on your end that's not scamming but you could have actually been removed before
so yeah it is odin yeah like yeah odin does not play no games at all so like if i'm
trying to build up a telegram and it's like kind of new and fresh like i'll like keep odin out but
then like once it's solidified like something like tgn like odin is coming in and we're vetting
the way like he's saying like we gotta go to ask odin. I got to go see, like, you know, I got to, you know, double, triple check because these fail-saves, like, keep massive projects.
And, you know, all the hard work and time of everyone who's been grinding in Telegram and doing all these things, like, you're a new person in the Telegram.
So just for the quality and the safety of everyone who's, you know, already put in the the hard work it's just the due diligence that they got to do so and like if you can't understand that or like be patient about
that not saying that you're not then like that's probably why odin's like didn't remove you in the
first place like there's a process to these things and if you value that process once you're in the
telegram then you'll also value that that security is also for you and for the project that you're connected to.

So I'll give you guys a little trick.
So when I'm running projects, which I do constantly, I just ran daycare.
Not the one that went to 500K, but the one doing like 300K, just a chill daycare.
I ran that from 25K to about 275k without a CTO without a deck someday
anything and so I made a telegram for that and so if someone's joining the telegram saying yo I got
stickers yo I got this I might just kick them out but I might not block them which might be a little
bit different. So if people are messaging me like yo dev like Dev, like, you know, in my inbox, what I'll do is I'll say, hey, give me a minute.
I'm working. You know, I want to see you like, can you vote?
I'll send them the vote link, you know, because you can vote and get on leaderboard and actually help the project.
So that separates 70 percent of the scammers because 70 percent of the scammers are not going to go vote for your project because all they want to do is probably scam you or they might not have like actual stickers in the first place.
So 70% of the people I'll check back in 20, 30 minutes.
And if they didn't did it and they're still like asking like, yo, I got stickers and they're ignoring my message.
Then I'm probably going to block them or I'm going to remove them.
remove them the other 30 actually vote and for example for a project solana 80s coin i ran from
The other 30% actually vote.
4k market cap to 125k market cap no dex update um this is before creator fees and 40 of the votes
were these quote-unquote people hitting me up in the inbox over amount of two to three days we have 45 votes once we reskeleton leaderboard
we were at like 17 20k market cap we had a whale while it ate 2500 at 25k which started a snowball
effect all the way up to you know 120k market cap so without those votes from those same
quote unquote people that normal people would ignored that project, I wouldn't have been able to do.
So I don't I don't disregard people because you never know who people are.
Right. That's you know, some people are living in different countries.
They, you know, they might not have access to funds.
So this is the best way they can do graphics and these different things.
Right. I'm a raider. I'm a project manager.
You know, so I'm not saying like I'm not sure exactly who was speaking, but I'm not saying you're a scammer.
But sometimes the way that you go about things are the same way others go about things that are scammers, which is why there's a lot of people are like, oh, Nigerians are scammers.
When I'm like, no, there's a lot of Nigerians, if not a lot of like, you know, I don't want to say most, but there's a because I don't know the number, obviously.
But there's a lot of Nigerians who are bag workers or to say most but there's a because i don't know the number obviously but there's a lot of nigerians who are bag workers they're one of the hardest working
people in the space and i know that personally i know them like great writers great content writers
some actually do really good stickers some actually do really good graphics and all these
different things and so i don't judge anyone i just judge them by a case-to-case basis which i feel like is very important because in in a project especially like shree jens like he has to go do his well i'm not
saying like he's going to go do his diligence right because that's just something that he
like he's protecting his hard work he's protecting the integrity of the project
and that might take a little time that might take you know like he's talking to like people across the world like you know brand ambassador stuff like this is a very um it's a
very um i don't want to say it's not important but it's a very small thing on a large scale
right um it's a small gear clock in a big working clock And so if you take your patience, right, then that also shows
that you're taking the patience to wait your turn or wait till, you know, you, whatever the case may
be. Like even me personally, like I, I did a scheduling, right. To speak with Jimmy and I
accidentally did it in the same time as a spaces. And so I've been taking my time to reschedule that because I know he's busy.
Like genuinely, like I'm in here all the time, but I'm not like, hey, bro, like, can you, you know, in front of everybody or whatever the case may be?
Because I know that he's busy, you know.
So I'm just saying this kind of in a more transparent way for everyone to kind of like understand that, you know, there's a lot of gears to this clock.
And like for him to just go ask Odin and then figure out what's going on, it might take a little bit of time.
But that time and that patience, I feel like does show.
So I'm just giving my little insight for, you know, some like just my perspective of like how I've seen and been a part of telegram because telegram has been like something that I've used a lot in the last year and a
half.
But in the last couple of months I have kind of just been grinding on X more,
but I'm going to be on telegram a lot more this year.

If I was going to recommend anything, I would say it has to be a passion of yours. There's a lot of projects that pump up, they fall back down, and then
the dev or whoever is a part of the project, they get discouraged. So if you're not someone who can't
handle discouragement or handle people saying like, what is this or whatever the case may be,
my suggestion is to not start or try. But if you are someone
who is very passionate
about what you're wanting to launch,
then the best thing that you can do
is genuinely get other like-minded people,
get a team of people
who believe in what you believe in,
and then network with them
and make a plan on
how to reach more people
that believe in the same thing.
Before you even start the project, the project starts with your network and your environment
of like the energy that you're launching it behind it, right?
And so it's funny that you say this.
I actually was talking to my friend about Nigerians and how they're labeled, right?
And we had an idea to launch a Nigerian bag working corner, right?
Where we lock 70% of the supply and we only give it out every two months to people who are wanting,

I like to eat chocolate one time a day, I, you know,
and in that way I got what I needed, you know.
I think a lot of times we dream about a lot of things
which we don't really need if you really think about it.
